I purchased a used car for my daughter. Kaylee was very professional, helpful and courteous. The only bad thing was the floor mats were in the trunk and they put the good on top of the one with a hole in it. I really like the car but should have question why there were no floor mats on the inside of the car. I will say it was worth the drive to purchase the car. I called the manager to voice my concerns but he never called back. Kaylee you rock. Thank you so much for your great service.

Body Shop is beyond amazing!!!! I have used this body shop a few times over the years and Rob has always made it an extremely easy and straightforward experience. I hope Keene management takes note that Rob is the gold standard for customer service!! Now I believe its Matt that completed the work on the car this guy has talent! He does amazing work, I’m always impressed with his attention to detail. Also, although I don’t know their names the staff that detail the vehicles after the work is completed deserve accolades. It’s a very nice touch to receive your vehicle back from the body shop a hell of a lot cleaner than when you drop it off! Thanks Guys Keene management I hope you understand how lucky you are to have guys like these running your body shop!

We traveled from Kansas to buy the truck of our dreams at Keene Dodge! Collin hit it out of the park for us. He completed the transaction almost totally remote, installed a bedliner prior to our arrival, and even had someone to pick us up at the airport! I called Keene Dodge to order a 2021 Ram 3500 and was connected with Vance. I knew exactly what I wanted and Vance quoted me a good price so I placed the order. I waited 12 weeks for it to be built and contacted Vance several times for a status update and he was always very responsive. At time of delivery we sat down and completed the paperwork for the exact agreed upon price and a great financing rate. There were no surprises and no additional charges. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Vance if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Took my Chrysler 200S in to Keene for a very expensive synthetic oil change. When I got home, I checked the car and the top of the engine, around the area of the filter housing, was trashed with oil. I then checked the dip stick and the oil level was less than 1/3 of the way between the minimum mark and the full mark. I went to Pep Boys and purchased a quart of Pennzoil Ultra Platinum synthetic.... the type of oil Keene supposedly put in the car. I slowly added the Pep Boys oil, to bring the dip stick oil level toward the full mark. Finally, after adding the whole quart of Pep Boys oil, the dip stick reading was almost, but not quite, to the full mark. Other than the above, I haven't had a problem with Keene service.

We have bought 2 vehicles from Donny at Keene and I have had serice performed on my 2005 Dodge RAM for the last 10 years there. Bought a 2013 Challenger and more recently a 2014 Durango. The buying experience has been great, no hassles, and really no haggling. Only small issue was waiting on the finance guy because he was backed up with 2 other customers buying vehicles. But dealing with Donny has been great, much better than the Dodge dealership that is actually closer to me. The service center is great to work with and I haven't had any issues or problems dealing with them. All the work I have needed on my older RAM was done as promised and always on time. Never an issue getting a loaner if I need one. Not every place is perfect, but working with the guys at Keene has been the "best" experience I have had over all the other dealers I have had to deal with.

I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler at Keene and was very impressed with the dealership. Decided to trade in the Jeep on a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. I met Donny Ayres. I told him what I wanted to do and that I had very strict parameters for doing it: my trade in was my only down payment and I didn't want to lay out any more money. I told him how much I wanted to pay per month and wouldn't go any higher than that set amount. I told him exactly what I wanted in this truck. It took him about two weeks of working with me and finally, after a lot of searching and time investment, he put me in the truck I wanted, for the amount I wanted to spend and it had everything in it I wanted. He was unbelievable. He made me a customer for life and I will be back and I do recommend him and Keene to anybody who asks. He did a super job and believe me, I was a very difficult customer. I came away even more impressed than I was the first time I bought a vehicle there.

I have never had an easier time purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased many over the years. I bought my truck from way out of state so Donny and I communicated by e mail, text or phone. He was patient with me as I needed my present truck to finish out the horse show season and was working too much to get time to drive down. Not only did he find me the perfect truck which 3 different dealers near me could not I was pleased with the price for my trade in based only on my reports and pictures. Donny got me all the rebates he could and even helped me install my hitch for the gooseneck. Overall a great experience. I was referred from a fellow horse person who also had a great experience with them. Also it is a fabulous truck and pulls my 39' trailer way better than my previous 3 fords

We have now purchased three vehicles from Keene and received top notch service from Donny on all. He has went above and beyond on every purchase and stands behind his sales. I have purchased many vehicles over my years and this is something that has never happen in all those years. In most most cases you are lucky if they remember you. One thing I have noticed is the service department is very hard to get in touch with when calling to schedule an appointment. I think some improvement could be applied in this area. As far as dealing with this department, I have not had many dealing, so it is not fair to comment on the quality of there work. Keep up the good work Donny.

The quality of service is hit and miss. I think Keen overbooks and tries to push alot of repairs out in a short time. I think its effecting their quality of work. My try another certified dealer. Example Every time I get an oil change the next day my change oil message comes on. Leads me to think did they really do the oil change? I have had mis-diagnosis which cause more down time. Wrong parts ordered. They just need to start holding their employees accountable for the short comings.

When you want to simplify an otherwise stressful and at times mind blowing buying process, my suggestion is to consider Keene Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep in Jarrettsville MD ! I had a bad experience elsewhere being sucked in by rebates that only exist for buyers they choose to give them too. Reached out to these guys after wards, shared my frustrations...and the next day they literally blew my doors off with the easiest buying process ever. We basically did everything over the phone/email. I got off work, took the Jeep for a drive, came back, signed my paper work and off I went. They still took time to look over and explain every single thing about the Jeep. Talk about hassle free!!! 40yrs old, bought countless cars over the years...and this was by far my best experience. Everyone was super helpful and engaging. No one walked around with heads down avoiding human interaction...everyone from the manager, to my salesman Donny, to the finance folks, to the employee who cleaned and gassed up my new Jeep were simply great people.

Recently purchased 2012 ram 1500 and recieved a platium card and was told that you get free oil changes,tires,brakes. Come time for my first set of tires which i have to purchase from them and they take care of tires from then on. Was told that they no longer honor that program for free tires for life. And that the 20" tires were the optional tire and was not covered. I did not order the optional tire they are what can on the truck at purchase. This is not what i was told when i bought the truck. My neighbor also bought a truck the same day and was also promised the same deal only to be told the same. The free tires and oil changes was a selling point for me to buy the truck.Will never recommend this dearler again.

Our experience with Keene started out well, but that didn't last long. We bought our SUV (and it's great) and thought we were done. Little did we know Keene messed up the paperwork and 2 weeks after we "bought" our car we received a phone call that we had to come back and resign everything. Not only did their mistake become an inconvenience, but it messed up our loan with the bank causing us to make extra trips there and backing up our application with them. We very easily could've gone to a dealership that was a lot closer to home and after this experience, next time we will!

Was ready to buy a '05 Ram 2500 from these guys. ABS light came on during test drive. They told me they fixed it and I put a deposit down. Came to buy it and the ABS light was still on. I took it to an independent mechanic who said there could be a lot of things causing that. The manager of the used sales department tried all kinds of slick talk to get to buy a truck with mechanical problems BEFORE they fixed it. This after they told me it had already been fixed. He wouldn't hold it for me, was sure he'd move it right away, etc. He just seemed so untrustworthy that I walked away from a truck I really wanted. It's still sitting on the lot, by the way. I'd never go back, but maybe you'd have better luck if you don't deal with the sales manager.

Just bought a 2014 Ram Longhorn. There was no pressure from the sale man Mason. He let me take it on a test drive, but before getting on the road he thoughly went over all the bells and whistles. I was given a fair price for my trade in and Bill explained all the financial details in terms that were easy to understand. He even beat the rate of my credit union. The whole process was easy and pleasant. I would recommend all my friends to enjoy the same pleasant experience that I had when buying a new vehicle.

I just bought a 2014 Grand Caravan. This is our second purchase from Keene and WILL not be our last! My last car was a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee! So it had been a very long time since I had to buy a car. Christine was extremely helpful and caring. She worked very hard along with the finance guy to get us a payment we were comfortable with. When we first seen the 2005 truck online we liked it and still do. Upon visiting the dealership it was not cleaned or inspected yet, however we put a deposit on it. After it was supposed to be cleaned I rechecked it and it was still dirty, the saleslady stated it was not cleaned to her satisfaction also. With mu husband's work schedule they know we were limited for time. We tried getting them to budge on the price but apparently the internet price is the bottom line. There was a few things that needed attention: a bulb replacement, rear window wasn't closing, and it still was not cleaned properly. We signed all the paperwork and they were supposed to take care of these issues and deliver the car to our home on that Monday. Upon the delivery the gentlemen that brought it out to us went down the wrong driveway, even though ours is clearly marked, the truck had mud and grass all in the wheel wells and running boards, the light was still not working. When I called the saleslady she said "I guess we owe you a cleaning". If their department can clean and deliver a vehicle properly it should not be on a lot for sale. A bulb is a simple fix and it was not done. I asked her about a spare key, but we can't make one because we are not a Ford dealer, was the response I got. I would not recommend this dealership because the service we got was very rushed and improperly done.

We have been looking at the new Dodge 2500 Ram Mega Cabs but didn't purchase one prior to visiting Keene Dodge because the other salesmen were awful and their stock was limited. When we went to Keene Dodge, the salesmen were friendly, knowledgeable, and very personable! They never made us feel rushed, even in the 90 degree heat while we were going from truck to truck. Mario, our salesman, answered every question and he knew every detail of the vehicles there. We didn't necessarily intend to purchase our vehilce that same day but the deal they gave us was incredible so we did get our truck and we even drove it home that same day. The entire staff worked together and the whole process was smooth, quick, easy, and very enjoyable! Some of the staff even came over to congratulate us on our purchase and were excited along with us. We have purchased many new vehicles over the years and Keene Dodge has absolutely been our easiest, most enjoyable experience. I want to thank Mario Marino especially. But also I would like to thank Bill Stevenson and Jason and the rest of the incredible staff at Keene Dodge! If you haven't stopped in there recently, you need to stop by and see their new showroom! It's clean, beautiful and comfortable. The lounge area feels like a resort. We will absolutely purchase more vehicles from Keene Dodge. Thank you and keep up the great work, guys!!

.Apparently it wasn't their problem since I had signed and took delivery prior to it arriving from the other dealership. Bill basically said they didn't have to look for ways of satisfying me as a customer, even though it was the fault of their salesman whom didn't know the product he was selling. Their actions said they were trying to not lose money rather than help the customer they just screwed over. Was good business or about Daddy protecting his boy. The dealer's suggestion of an aftermarket unit being added or the CD player I requested weren't options because the sales team now finds out they're not allowed to tamper with the Uconnect head units. Keene Dodge also stated that upgraded Uconnect head units were not available, and for my trouble they'll send me $250 for anything I decide to do in the future. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting on the check for $250. I'm sure it was all talk just to end the back and forth with me trying to get what I was told I was buying in my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. There had been a lot of calls from Scott the next day, attempting to satisfy me in any way that did not involve giving me a vehicle with Satellite already in it. He tired putting CDs on a flash drive for me, which does not work in the jeep. He offered to put an aftermarket Satellite tuner in, but past experiences with those were of poor quality. Scott also said if I downloaded the app, they would pay for my 1 year subscription to Sirius, but now I'm expected to use my 4 Gb of data just to stream music? That would last 2 days a month. The last options I received that day was a whole new jeep that was the same as mine, except it had Sirius radio, which he says was approved my the General Manager. I was happy and made the arrangement to pick it up from the dealer 4 days later. The next day, Scott's father Bill called to have me come in and discuss this other vehicle and it's options before he purchased it from the other dealer. When our meeting was over, we had never discussed the new jeep. Bill wanted to find any way to keep me in my current jeep and add Sirius to it instead, and that A great Jeep, but a horrible dealership and staff.

I was looking to purchase a truck. I searched the we came across Keene dodge. Saw they had great prices advertised on the web. A couple back and worth emails and found out that the price advertised isn't the real price. They throw in every discount they can find in order to hook you in. Then you don't qualify for all of them and the price goes up drastically ! Buyers beware of this scam they are running.

After a 4 week on-line search and dealership visits, I finally found a place (dealer) that knows trucks! The sales staff ( Christine and Derek ) were very friendly and knowledgable and I feel like I received a good deal on my truck. I found the car online with the right options, price and mileage. I was skeptical of because I had just arranged to purchase another vehicle I found online at a different dealership. Had the check in hand, drove almost 3 hours and come to find out that the dealership was not forthcoming about the condition. Needless to say I backed out. I found the Ford Focus and emailed the dealer right away. Steve replied right away and I asked him to check the condition of the vehicle. I explained to him what I had just gone through at the other dealer and didn't want the same thing to happen again. He emailed me back and went over the car and advised me the couple of things that he saw. I made an appointment to come down and look at the car the next day and Steve was absolutely correct. He didn't miss anything. I test drove car and was very pleased. I was referred over to Derrick and we worked out the numbers and the deal was done. The staff at Keene are very professional but laid back. It didn't feel like a typical car dealership. They treated you like family. This dealership is about 1 1/2 hours from my house and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from Keene Dodge and part of the deal is they invite you to a seminar to explain the process for obtaining service for your vehicle. The informal seminar took about 45 minutes, was very helpful and even included a free bbq dinner! I was impressed with the pricing for oil changes and the fact that they are so customer oriented. After an extensive amount of research using cars.com to find the perfect used Jeep Liberty I found one 8 miles from my home at Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Jarrettsville, MD. I contacted the dealership through cars.com and received a quick response from Donny in the used car department. Donny and I were able to negotiate an easy agreement on a selling price that I was happy with. I test drove the vehicle a couple days later and made the deal. We were in and out in a couple hours while they detailed the Jeep and prepared the paperwork. I enjoyed a cup of coffee in their waiting area while we waited and went home a very happy customer. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and there wasn't any pressure like some other dealers. Thanks!

I went to 4 other dealerships before coming here, instead of trying to make a deal on a truck I kinda wanted they did everything they could to make a deal on a truck that I absolutely love and that's hard for me to say cause I'm a dude. I now a very proud owner of a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. This dealership and the staff, Steve the salesman and Bill the sales manager, are hands down the best I ever dealt with. Christine and others were great to deal with during the entre purchase. She knew what truck I was looking for and called me once one came in. There was no gimmicks or extra price additions attempted to be snuck in like with other dealers I have done business in the past. Once we came to an agreement on price it was a fairly smooth process. In February 2014 we returned to Keene Dodge after 10 years to trade in our 2004 Dodge Durango with 187,000 miles. Rather than looking at our Durango with contempt they viewed our vehicle with respect. This meant a lot considering 10 years of memories have been packed into that vehicle. In the past we have purchased 3 trucks from Keene and because of their pleasant customer service we continue to do business with them. I just recently purchased a pre-owned 2011 Jeep Liberty from this dealership. This is by far the cleanest dealership and best staffed dealership I have ever been too. All of the employees live local and it is a great small town feel and they really do care about the customer experience. They take care of their customers in the long run too! The showroom and pre-owned department are both newly remodeled so it is a very modern atmosphere. I definitely do not have anything bad to say about this dealership. They are the most straight forward dealership , do not let the new car internet pricing scare, be realistic, all the dealers are structuring there internet pricing that way, it is just about which dealer you hear it from first. always hear the salesperson out and let them give you the best price they can. These guys will not let a deal go over price!
