I have had such a easy and great experience with Kayser Chrysler dealership. Being from another state car shopping was always a hassle in the big city. My sale associate was Doug Pape, and he was awesome! I've found the car online and being it was almost 3 hours away. He kept in contact, the whole time and also done as much as they could to get me a loan. My credit was not great just fair and I was beyond surprise that they done it! This would never happen back in the city without a co-signer. I still can't believe that we didn't even see the car yet and it was all set to be mine. We drive 2hrs and 30 min there, the paper work was done in like an 1hr and a half. Todd in the financial was awesome as well! Everything was quick and easy, not a million paper to sign or waiting hours for loan response. The guys there are funny with a great personality. I highly recommend them to anyone! The drive was worth it because I love my car!

Yesterday, I bought a Jeep from Kayser Sauk City. I worked with Mike De Vries, whom I found to be extremely helpful. He was very straightforward with information and was able to answer all of my questions. Not once did I feel pressured to buy. When the horn wasn't working on the vehicle, he was quick to point it out and get it fixed once I decided that I was going to buy. By far one of the best salesman, and dealerships, that I have worked with. I would recommend Kayser, and Mike, to family and friends that are looking to purchase a new car.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Compass. I am in love with this vehicle! I found the vehicle online and called the dealership to make sure that the vehicle was still there before I drove out to test drive it. I spoke to Mike Devries who was extremely helpful. He had the vehicle waiting out front for me when I arrived which was awesome because the vehicle was nice and warm for me on that cold December day. After visiting multiple dealerships and test driving multiple cars, it was nice to find someone who cared about what I wanted and what vehicle was best for me, rather than trying to push me into something that would make him more money. I can't recommend Mike and this dealership enough. I will definitely go back in the future when I decide I want something new.

Yesterday I purchased a new Ram 1500 Rebel from Kayser Chrysler, Sauk City, WI. I found the Sales Consultant, Charlie Wilson, to be both knowledgeable and efficient in handling the transaction. The transaction was initiated via the internet and involved the trade-in of two vehicles as well as finding a Rebel equipped the way I wanted it at another dealership. Charlie not only found the vehicle I wanted but he organized the transfer to Kayser and we were able to complete the transaction (except for delivery) in just one visit. Since I had traveled in excess of one hour to get to Sauk City I appreciated the efficient sales effort. I would definitely recommend Kayser and particularly Charlie Wilson to anyone.

I had been shopping around for a new Jeep renegade limited. Finally found the jeep I wanted with all the "bells and whistles". I worked with Zak Smith and he was amazing! I went to see him on a Saturday but couldn't close the deal because of my bank being closed. I told them I wouldn't be able to come back until Thursday because of my work schedule. They let me take the jeep home and "test drive" it until Thursday!!! Great Experience! Amazing Customer Service! I would highly reccommend this dealership!!!

This was a buying experience like no other. I live two hours from Kayser Chryster, so I called first to see if the deal that I wanted was possible before making the long drive. Justin Lewis had responded to me that morning by email. I called him and we went though everything by phone. A couple of hours later Justin called me back and told me that they could get to my numbers, so I hit the road. When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted at the door by Justin and on my test drive in the first five min. When I returned, My trade-in was already appraised and all paper work was ready for me to get into financing. The financing was as quick and painless. This was the most professional company I have ever done business with, they have customer service is second to none. Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had and recommend everyone to purchase from Kayser.

We found the 2015 Chrysler Town and Country with the options we desired when checking their website. After several emails back and forth along with two phone discussions, a deal was made the same day without even seeing the auto. Justin listened to what we wanted and gave us different options. We have purchased many new vehicles in the past but this was the most pleasant new auto purchase that we have ever experienced.

I finally took the plunge and had the nerve to buy a minivan for the family. I couldn't have had a better salesperson to help guide me through the experience than Zak Smith! The guy did a great job truly doing what a salesperson SHOULD do which is make the customer the #1 priority. I felt nothing but effort from Zak! He was running around back and forth with his manager trying to get me the best deal he could. THAT was very comforting for the decision of buying the minivan. The final icing on the cake was when Zak sat in the minivan and took the time to guide us through all the features that the minivan offered. Kayser, you have a great salesperson in Zak! Zak, keep up the great work my friend!

Zak Smith is your man! We have been looking for mini-vans on the internet and at other car dealerships. After checking out Kayser's cars on the internet, I e-mailed and got Zak as my salesperson. Wow--what a sales guy! He did a complete financial work up for me--everything from all the rebates I was entitled to, down to the tax, license, and dock fees. Since we were over two hours away, this info helped me to make up my mind that the trip was worth taking. We told Zak we were coming, so he had the van ready for us and we were allowed to take the van on a test drive without a salesperson present. That is really nice, since you have no one pressuring you from the back seat. No pressure from the finance guy either, unlike so many other car dealerships I have gone to. If you are interested in a car, definitely give this place a try, and especially ask for Zak.

I'm a totally disabled veteran who has been down and out for several years because of very poor credit as all went real bad during my military retirement process when I hadn't gotten paid for several weeks 3 diffent times due to military order processing changes going on at that time. Creditors don't care about your reasoning for being late. For years I have fought tooth and nail to try to makes things right and to improve my life. I lost my 2006 Dodge Dakota due to this series of events. I loved that truck. Dodge trucks have had a place in my heart because that truck was so awesome. I recently stopped by Kayser in Sauk City just to look and keep dreaming as that is what my life had turned into (someday I'll be able to get a new vehicle). I've lived with used vehicles that have cost money, hardships, and were not comfortable with my disabilities in mind. This time though, I stopped in at Kayser just to see if maybe this was the time that something would work out in my favor. I walked in and Zak Smith greeted me. He asked if there was anything I would like help with. I mentioned that there was a truck I had some questions about. He said he may be able to answer them for me. After a bit of discussion, I had to excuse myself as I had been on lunch and had to get back to work. Zak took my number and said he would check on some things. He called me back a few minutes later and asked a couple further questions. It wasn't an hour after that that he called and left me a voicemail to call him back. I called back and he told me about the approval he had received and asked when I wanted to pick the truck up. I was trying to put it off for a few days as I wanted to take a moment to get all my ducks in a row but then realized as my excitement grew and as I looked at things on my end that it was as good to do it at that time as it would be if I waited so I arranged a time with Zak to stop in after work on my way home to finish the purchase of my new truck. Suzanne Heiser was the financial person that helped me complete the process so many thanks to her as well for helping this be an absolute positive experience well beyond my expectations. I cann't say enough about Zak Smith, he was personable, friendly, and down to earth. He is what made this happen for me and I'm am so thankful to him. In nearly losing my life while on active duty for Iraq and through years of hardship and challenge, I now have a vehicle that I am confident in, love, and feel safe driving. Thank you Zak and also Suzanne for all you have done to work with me and to make this happen for me. I am so very thankful to you!

My wife and I dealt with Zak Smith about a 2014 Ford Taurus SHO. Correspondence by email asked what time we would be arriving at the dealership so he could have the Taurus ready to test drive the next day. So we took the over 2 hour drive to Sauk City to test drive the Taurus. When we arrived Zak did not recognize my name and I had to "refresh" his memory why I was there, even though we had just emailed back and forth the day before. Since he did not know why we were at the dealership must be the reason why the Taurus was not ready and we had to wait 15 minutes to test drive it. At the end of the day we could not come to an agreement on the Taurus, which is fine that's business. The problem I have is when someone travels over 2 hours to visit your dealership you should have the common courtesy to remember they are coming. I don't question all of the rave reviews this dealership has gotten, but from how we were treated in my opinion it's average at best.

Our family just purchased our vehicle from Zak Smith and he was awesome! I had picked out three vehicles online from 3 other dealers in Madison. All sales people at each location made attempts but could not fulfill their promises to us. Over promised-- under deliver! When I called Kayser and spoke with Zak he told me straight up everything about the car. He encouraged me to come in and drive it and even stayed after hours to answer all our questions. I found Kayser through a forum as I was looking for my dream car, a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. Justin Lewis was the salesman that I worked with and he was awesome. Some dealers were marking this car up to ridiculous amounts, but Justin gave me a VERY fair price considering it had a coveted A8 transmission. I had to fly in from out of town and Justin arranged for someone to pick me up. All went very smoothly and 2 hours later I was driving my new baby home. If you are shopping for your dream car, I highly recommend Justin. He was fair, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help deliver my car. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the buying experience I had with Justin Lewis. A bit of background: I had been looking for a new Jeep Cherokee and had test driven at a large Madison dealership earlier in the week. The experience at that dealership was not positive - from the sales person not being there when I showed for the appointment, the specific vehicle I wanted to drive being all the way in a storage lot parked in and having to hike to get to get to it, the person who did show me the vehicle knew little about the vehicle.. so I was ready for a different experience. I contacted Kayser in Sauk and was happy that I had a quick response and was able to arrange for a test drive that Saturday. Justin met me in the dealership, was friendly and professional. The vehicle I wanted to test drive was pulled up in front of the building and ready to go. Justin was knowledgeable about the vehicle, was not at all pushy, answered all my questions and some that I didnt know I had! The particular vehicle I drove did not have all the features I wanted. It took less than 10 minutes and Justin had found the perfect vehicle for me at another dealership just so happened it was that other dealership I had been at earlier in the week . The financing and trade went extremely smooth. Kayser had the vehicle in Sauk from Madison on Monday AM ready to go! I am very pleased with my experience and recommend that if you are in in the market for a vehicle you should check at Kayser in Sauk.

I found the perfect car for myself at Kayser Chrysler/Dodge of Sauk City. I'd been car shopping online for several months, while taking some breaks from it, too, to not be overwhelmed by all the important decisions necessary to find the right car to replace the one I'd owed for fourteen years. The online chat rep was very respectful, and the sales rep that I emailed with from there, Justin Lewis, was very helpful and straight forward with answers, which I appreciated to simplify my search. He suggested I stop in to look at their current inventory and I found the car that felt right for me that day. Justin was continually helpful as I asked questions and made my decision. The loan process went smoothly as well, and I know I can turn to Kayser for any questions, oil changes, warranty repairs, even any Ford recalls that may come up on the 2012 car that I bought from them. I live in IL, 2 1/2 hours out from Sauk City, WI. I found Kayser's Dealership while searching for a specific vehicle on the internet. I was actually about to purchase a local used car from a dealership nearby but then I saw their listing. I called to get additional details on the car and they were very pleasant and more importantly, HONEST which is rare to find in car sales.... We worked with Ryan Kutz, who was such a pleasure to work with!... he even went to extend to addressing some of concerns with the car by sending me additional pictures to show the condition of the vehicle, since it was a used car. We were a little hesitant and were unsure how the vehicle was going to look in person and to take the risk to drive all the way out to Sauk City, but I'm sooooooo glad we did!! The vehicle was exactly how Ryan described it, actually better!!! I'd totally recommend Kayser Chrysler Center, I'd give them 6 STARS if it was an option!

I drove out to Kayser Chrysler to look at a Ford Escape. It didn't have all the bells and whistles I wanted, but Justin and Brad worked to find me everything I wanted in an SUV. I bought a 2006 Chevy Equinox with very low milage at a fair price. Financing was mostly done over the phone so when I went back all I had to do was sign the paperwork, and it was a breeze. Friendly sales service without being pushy. I have already recommended Kayser Chrysler to two other people.

I purchased a 2013 Jeep Unlimited from them and could not be happier. I drove 3 hours from Chicago after work and they were more than accommodating. The sales man was not pushy in anyway even though they would have been getting ready to go home if I wasn't there. Negotiation was simple! We were few hundred apart on the price I wanted so we checked with the finance dept and they found me a loan almost 2% better than what I was pre-approved for. Had to wait almost 1.5 hours but it is a car dealership! Unfortunately for me business picked up and I was 3rd in line to talk with finance and close my sale. I don't fault the staff for that I just wonder why most dealerships only have 1 finance guy. Overall I like my experience here and the 2012 Scion TC RS 7.0 I bought was everything they marketed it to be. Also got a very fair price for my trade. I had Todd for my sale and he was very professional and very prepared for my arrival. I traveled over 4 hours to meet him. When I got there I was greeted nicely and whisked right off for my test drive. I recommend this dealer highly!

I was looking for a very specific type of car - A 2013 BLACK Dodge Dart Limited - None of the dealers in the area happened to have one however, Ryan Kutz from Kayser Chrysler contacted me and told me about the deals they were having on the Dart. He started looking for a vehicle for me and found one!! Exactly what I was looking for with all the bells and whistles I requested. Ryan went out of his way to help me even though he was anticipating the birth of his baby girl. I would definitely recommend Kayser to my friends. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership recently. We are about and hour and a half away, so most of the dealing was done via phone or e-mail. When I picked the vehicle up, the salesman I had worked with did not say good bye or thank you- he made sure that I was set up with the woman handling the titles and paperwork, but beyond that, his effort was very minimal. He didn't put my plates on, and he even walked by me as I was getting into my new vehicle to drive away- not so much as a wave. The car itself is nice, and so far seems to be a good deal. The customer service, however, left me very disappointed.

We just purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 and traded our Jeep. We were very prepared by researching what the going price is for similar trucks at different dealers and knew what our trade value for our vehicle should be. Being prepared made purchasing the truck very simple and straight forward. We got what we wanted for how much we wanted to pay for it. This is our 6th or 7th vehicle bought from Kayser-Sauk Prairie. Ryan is a very friendly and nonpushy salesman. He is very knowledgeable in describing the features the vehicle has. I have worked with the parts and service departments on many occasions and recommend their work. The only suggestion I would make to the sales department is to be sure to offer a drink to the customer when sitting down to make a deal.

Kayser auto is a rare find for a dealer. In todays fast paced economy it is hard to find a dealer that seems to have that family value still in its work ethic. When I spoke with them about my vehicle and what I wanted to do they worked very hard to meet my expectations. They are very honest with the way they do business and arent out to just rip one off to make a sale. They took the sale out of the equation and put the family into it. By working very hard to stay in my budget and meet their needs also it made the sale pleasant for both of us. I traveled for about 160 miles with the confidence before I left home that I was being treated right and didnt have that ever so nagging doubt sitting on my shoulder making me feel uneasy. When I spoke with Justin Lewis on the phone I told him what I expected and what I wanted to do and he worked very hard to make both of our expectations meet. When I got to Kayser in Sauk Prairie the sale went very efficiently and little time. The vehicle had just been detailed and a full tank of gas put in. It was very pleasant dealing with everyone at Kayser. I would highly recommend Kayser to anyone, and especially a big shout out to JUSTIN LEWIS for his customer service. They have earned my business. I would have absolutley no problem making the drive again to do business which will be happening in the next year to replace our Minivan. I live in Marshfield and can honestly say the Dodge and Chysler dealership here could stand to take quite a few lessons from Kayser. Instead of trying to figure out a way to rip people off treat them with respect, dignity, and most of all family and work towards making a sale happen in a honest way makes all the difference in the world. I feel that honesty and integrity is what Kayser has built their reputation on and that is what makes the difference between a pleasant dealer and well the other end of the aspect. I'm truly amazed to see 4.6 rating out of 5.0! I agreed on a price the night before I drove 2 hours to purchase my vehicle. Upon arrival I discovered after 10 seconds under the hood with a flashlight, a mouse nest, fairly large, resting within the engine. I soon found dog hair resting on the back of the apparently unvacuumed seats and several pennies sitting inside the storage areas. A large dented scratch was found along the lower panel of the door which was undisclosed to me the night before. With one foot out the door I made one final offer for the dealership to pay ME to vacuum the engine. Thanks to having driven 2 hours one way, and a good effort by the obviously unknowledgable-about-the-vehicle salesman, I chose to purchase the vehicle. No thanks to the mocking attitude of the manager. I will never seek a vehicle through Kayser again.

Was just starting my search - and it was the stereotypical situation - where the sales lady is there to talk and ask questions within 5 minutes of me stepping out of my car. I didn't get a chance to even look at the cars. She asked questions that were not appropriate - as I was not even to the point of purchasing, just researching. She asked/stated "let's go inside and we can talk..." at least a half dozen times. Was not impresssed. Couldn't leave fast enough.

I've was in the market for a car for quite a number of months and hadn't really had a chance to go look at any. I got approved for my loan and was looking at Kayser's website and saw my 2005 Chevy Cobalt. I made it to the dealership at 7:00p.m. hoping that we would be able to get through the process by 8:00p.m. before they closed. Of course with paperwork and everything that didn't happen. But, they were willing to get someone to watch one of the Sales Managers kids in order to get me to drive my car home that night. Awesome customer service!

Replaced the air conditioner condenser and drier. After service, I was told that the vehicle had an HVAC mode door issye (stays on defrost). Actually, they had just forgoetten to reconnect a cable.

Got car in next day for service and was completed in timely manner. Was pleased with the sevice and their inspection of what might need to be fixed. Always courteous to me when I call or stop in.

The service I get at Kayser Chrysler Center is exceptional. The Service Department continually provides up-to-date information and always provides a loaner when needed. Every mechanic is not only accomplished, but personable and genuinely concerned with making the customer pleased. This time, my 14 year-old truck needed a tune-up, LOF and intake manifold gaskets replaced. The repair was done expediently and reasonably. I would recommend the service at Kayser to anyone wanting quality work. This compliments every purchasing experience that I have had over the past 25+ years.
