The team at Karl Malone were very professional. I can see KARL'S competitive professionalism has rubbed of on his team. It was so amazing to get treated like royalty and like my family really matters to everyone there.. Buy a car from them and you will understand how nice it is.

we were from Florida on vacation towing our popup trailer when our old car engine burt up. We got towed in the afternoon beforre the holliday and they were quite busy but right away we got good attention, honest diagnosis and a loaner car. We ended up buying a new car from them and the following Tuesday morning after the holliday we had a traier hitch, trailer wiring, a wheel swap and we were on our way! They really went out of there way to get us going. They also got several cars out of other lots for us to look at.

I have had several vehicles serviced there. Whether it has been a simple service, brake job, tune up, or having new tires and wheels installed on my truck, I have been very satisfied with the great customer service there. The service manager there and his staff have always been very helpful to me and my other co-workers, with whatever repairs our vehicles have had done on them. I feel very confident in purchasing a new or used vehicle from this dealership, because I know that the service manager there and his staff will help me out if any repairs need to be done in the future. Nice to have service staff and mechanics that you can trust and rely on.

I drove 20 miles to have a key fob programmed at this dealership yesterday. I'm on medicare and have mobility issues. I made it to the service desk, which had no less than 4 people behind it milling around and playing with paper and/or computers. My presence was not even acknowledged. Not a Hi, not a wait a minute, not a boo, nothing. After a while, I gave up and left. Not one word reached my ears about it. I'll never darken those doors again.

I didn't feel much pressure, they were able to get the vehicle I wanted and lower the price to a good deal for the vehicle I wanted. Once the decision was made to buy the vehicle the process went quickly and smoothly. I would recommend buying from them.
