I left very happy after I went to JT's Kia in Rock Hill, SC. Marshall Robinson was the salesperson. He is very down-to-earth and I really appreciated that in a salesperson. He was very considerate and made sure that he helped me pick the right vehicle for me and that it had all the features that I wanted at a price that I was very happy with. I feel like all involved were happy with the deal especially me and I love my Kia Soul.

I walked into the dealership nervous and dreading the whole car buying process, but was i ever shocked to come out with such an awesome experience. My salesman Billy Addison was so awesome. He showed me kindness, respect, and made me feel like i was special and not just another notch on his belt of selling a car. Billy walked me through the whole process and the finance guy was just as awesome. I can definetly say i will shop at Good Kia from here on out with Billy Addison and the whole Good Kia team. Please go check them out for a ll your car buying needs. I know car shopping can be like pulling teeth alot of times, but this guy and his team make that cliche a truly false statement. GOOD KIA ROCKS

I talked with Tom he was helpful, unfortunately I wasn't feeling well at the time, his side kick, Butch or whatever his name was (I can't remember) however wasn't as gracious and threw an unsettling remark at me about still driving my truck, because he only wanted to sell me new cars and I wasn't excited about his deal when I had been there before, I haven't been back since....I don't like to be talked to like I was some sort of lowlife

Jim Malinowski was my sales rep at Good Kia and the first time I came there I felt that he was a man of integrity eventhough I wasn't able to purchase at that time. When I returned about 6 months later and pulled up to the front of the dealership, Jim was the first face I saw because he opened the door up to me (how ironic is that?)! I knew it was going to be a done deal. He was professional, friendly, accomodating, courteous, concerned, with a sense of humor and HONEST. I told Jim that I trusted him (I meant it being a person with disabilities and on a fixed income), I made it clear what my price point was and he made it happen!. Thank you Jim for having my best interest at heart and not being focused on the bottom dollar just to make a sale. Everyone at Good Kia in the sales dept. was professional and friendly and to include Fozi who came, sat with me and had a conversation with me to make me feel comfortable during the financial process. So, thank you Good Kia, I love my Soul!

My husband and I stopped to browse through the lot. Without being pressured we met up with Brittany and she helped us find some cars that fit our needs and interests. There was no pressure and she seemed to really understand our point of view. The process was relatively fast and extremely comfortable. We were never asked to go above where we wanted to be price wise instead they showed us what was in that price! Out of all the car shopping we have done in our pasts, this was our best experience. We will definitely be back when the time comes for another car!

My entire experience at Good Kia was amazing! I came in to get service on my 2011Kia Optima, and David Gilliam, a sales consultant greeted me while I was browsing through the enventory on the lot. He gave me a no pressure sales greeting. We found a vehicle that I was interested in and the rest of the process was so smooth. The Pre-Owned Manager, Buster Pridmore, was so helpful in getting me the package that suited my needs, and the Finance Manager, Fauzi Bahasuan, was so calm and reassuring when I had questions that was posed by my Credit Union in regards to the rate. All these gentlemen were amazing, understanding and very skilled at making me feel at ease. Buy the way, I got a great interest rate and my payments are well within the window I was looking for. I am extremely pleased.

We bought our first car in 10 years from Good Kia and had a great experience. Our salesperson was Brittnay, who was wonderful to work with. There were a number of different vehicles we wanted to try before making a purchase and she was super patient and helpful.We were able to look at everything we thought we might be interested in without feeling like we were pressured to pick one car over another. Everyone we met was very nice and very helpful. We're happy with our purchase! Would absolutely recommend this dealership...we'll probably be back!

Excellent experience. Billy met me and immediately asked what I wanted and how much I was looking to pay. He found exactly what I wanted, a 2013 Optima Hybrid, and got me exactly the deal I wanted without any haggling or tactics. The whole time I was there, other salesmen kept introducing themselves to me with smiling faces and offering me refreshments. I felt at home and all sales staff struck me as honest and trustworthy. Even when I made a number of phone calls, staff was patient and kind. I could never have expected a better, easier, or more professional experience. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and I know I will be returning for my next vehicle purchase.

This dealer made me "jump through hoops" and had me come to their dealership 2 days in one week to take pictures to have them approved. I called Kia's Consumer Hotline after the first visit and got a case number to have my car fixed. Well, when I got to Good Kia for my scheduled appointment, they took my car into the bay and took more pictures. I was told 30 minutes later that my car was ready and another appointment was needed. Much surprise to me, I asked why my headlights had not been fixed since Kia's Case Manager told me it was covered under warranty and was going to be fixed that day. The service associate told me his tech's manager informed him that they needed more pictures to send to the District Parts Manager. This infuriated me because of the amount of time we had already spent trying to get this issue of heavy condensation within my headlights fixed. I was told the entire time that Kia makes Good Kia jump through hoops and that this is normal when it comes to the Kia warranty process. Well, I called other local Kia dealerships and ended up taking it to Folger Kia South. On a busy Saturday, the service department worked me into their schedule, approved the warranty fix ON THE SPOT with the case number I already had, and didn't have to take more pictures to send to anyone! I was in and out of Folger Kia South within an hour! I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with Good Kia and will drive the extra 30 minutes out of my way to have my car maintenanced at Folger Kia South because of their excellent customer service!

Thursday, June 28, 2012My husband and I have made 5 attempts since January 2012 to get the oil changed and tires rotated at this dealership for my 2012 Soul and have been turned away every time due to being overbooked for weeks out at a time. The sales staff were wonderful and I expected the same treatment from the service department as well. This has not been the case. While it has not been said outright I feel that the service department's attitude is one of being that service is a necessity and there is no need for positive, helpful customer service. It just so happens that our service contract is with this dealership and I am "stuck" using them (until I change the contract that is). This disappoints me greatly. I have shared my discontent with the service manager as well. He simply shrugged his shoulders and dismissed my complaint as if it weren't important to him. I would recommend Good Kia for the sales and financial staff only. For service I recommend taking your vehicle to another Kia dealership as the Good Kia service staff doesn't find customer service to be a priority.

I went in looking for a new car and went home with the exact car I was looking for. The sales people were friendly and were willing to help me find exactly what I wanted. They did not try to push and extras. They went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. They were able to meet the price I wanted and I did not have to waste anytime haggling or negotiating. The experience at Good Kia should be what every car purchase should be. Find your, offer a fair price and go home in your new car! Easiest car purchase I have ever made.

This dealership is great! I actually enjoyed this dealership, unlike ones I have visited in the past. Not only was the store just immaculate, but everyone was so very nice. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a car I did not want. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I came in to Good Kia to purchase a car and from the moment I walked on the premises I was greated and helped imediatly. I was able to drive away with a GREAT car for an awesome price, everyone I showed my vehicle to was amazed at the quality for the price. I would recomend this dealership to anyone, I never once felt like I was getting scamed(like I did with every other dealership I went to)and was VERY comfortable with everyone and the way the handled the whole purchase.
