Dealing with the kia dealership on Killeen road in columbia s.c. I like coming here. They are always nice, smiling, and respectful. I always come here for any kind of service to my car they know my schedule it's tight full time student, mother, etc. They can get me in add soon as I drop my kids off at school and be done so I can get too class by 11. They are great to deal with and do business with.

To begin with let me just say, "I still LOVE my Kia Soul" & I've been to JT's Kia 3 times now, including the day I purchased it. (Shout out to Corey who sold it to me! GREAT SALESMAN!) Each time I've been back there to have my car serviced, it looks better when it comes out than it did when it went in. And by that I mean they always clean it up for me. They're a great bunch of folks there. They're friendly, professional & just do a great job. I am a customer for life!

Went in looking for a car JT didn't have on the lot so test drove it at Galeana. They were extremely pushy over there and just about kept me from leaving without buying something. I went back to JT 2 or 3 times to drive other vehicles without any pressure to buy. Ben was great. Found the car i wanted and had it transferred from another dealer in a couple days. Made everything easy. This is the second car i've purchased from JT and have referred my family there as well.

It is always very easy to schedule and appointment online to take our car in for routine service. We have never had any problems. Staff and technicians very helpful and do very good job. Never a long wait time.

I made an appointment to have my oil change. My vehicle was taken to the back within 5 minutes of arriving. The wait time was reasonable and the service person kept my informed on the progress.., Also they washed the windows and vacuum my car!

Car was not as advertised - convertible top did not operate. Before going to the store, we had called the sales team to inquiry about the car. When I asked if everything worked on the car, to include the top they said yes, no problems. After we arrived and discovered for ourselves the top did not work, my wife asked a sales manager about their truth in advertising, he got belligerent, slammed the car door, and basically threatened me with physical violence (standing within inches of my face, he even had his fists ready) - the other salesmen standing around the corner said to my sister "wonder what his is losing his (temper) over now". So his temper is a known fact, so this is an acceptable sales practice at JT stores? If you decide to go here, do not challenge the sales staff, as per my experience, your personal safety could be in jeopardy.

First off let me say that I am reviewing 2 things, my recent visit and the overall satisfaction. I took my Optima in for the scheduled maintenance. When I arrived, I spoke with Alvin who was extremely polite and very friendly. I informed him that I needed scheduled service and to look at a few things. One being the sound my pedal was making, if the car could be washed, and the tail light. My optima has roughly 30k miles on it. My review of Alvin would have been a 5 had he addressed the above concerns. However, I do not know who washes the cars but it was unacceptable as usual. It didn't even look like they washed it (this happened the previous 2 times) and when I went to pick up the car, no mention of why the pedal was making a noise. Now to the tail light. I wrote a review previously about the tail light obtaining moisture and being cloudy. KIA assured me that they were going to replace it. Well after 2 bad experiences and being lied to about them fixing it, it appears they have yet lied again. I asked Alvin why it would come back if it had properly been replaced and he told me he would look into it. When picking up the car, he told me that no where in the notes had a replacement part been ordered! So yet again, they lied, it is not replaced, and they "put a band aid" on it for the time being. Alvin told me that if it happens again, they will replace it. Really? It should have already been replaced. I have also left messages for the general manager regarding this as my car is under warranty.and it should have been replaced the first time. I am wondering how many other people have been told that a part was replaced and it really wasn't? I tried returning after being disgusted with the service department but this is what happens. It would be great if someone could contact me about this, but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone.

My overall service experience was excellent. I make an appointment for an Oil & filter change and was told that my 2015 Forte was recalled by Kia for a an automatic tire pressure gauge and could be done during this appointment and length of time need to complete everything. I was told that it would take about 1-1/2 hours. My appointment was it 2:00 pm and I was signing out at 3:44 pm which was great. Ms. Jernigan kept me updated. She walked me through the Muli-Point Inspection Checklist, raised the hood of my car so I could check for oil spills and answered all my questions. I was very, very satisified with the overall experience.

My overall experience was not bad. Initially I called and the earliest appointment to get me in was 2 weeks out. After a few days I was called and told I could come in a few days earlier than my appointment ad an opening had just occurred. I agreed and was told I was scheduled for the new time...only when I arrived, this new appointment was never entered into the system. I was told it may take a while to get me in as the system still showed my original appointment which was 2 days away, and I had to sit there for 2+ hours for an oil change! Not the best experience, but the service rep that assisted me to check out was helpful and apologizedelete for the inconvenience.

I purchased my Kia in July and have already had issues with the a/c and have had it to this service center still not fixed. The first time I took it the service department told me that my a/c unit was overcharged and he fixed it but continued to have the same issues with it working for a little while and then it would quit blowing cold air and I had to turn it off for about 20 minutes to let it unfreeze or whatever it was doing before it would kick back in. When I contacted the service manager at the location he told me to bring it in that following Monday after I got off work and they would take it right in and have it fixed. Needless to say when I arrived it was not taken straight in they had to rent me a vehicle through Enterprise to service my vehicle over night. When I arrived the next day to pick up my vehicle and started it there is now a dragging noise in it somewhere I don't know if it is from the a/c unit or what. The service representative told me he doesn't hear it but I do. I will not take it back to JTs to have it serviced for anything other then oil and tire rotation I will take it to another Kia dealership to have any additional work done to it when it is needed.

I was highly impressed with the service provided by Curtis Smith at JTs Kia. Our entire car buying experience was an absolute ball; Curtis kept everything light and fun while also hearing our wants and needs loud and clear. He did an excellent job showcasing the vehicles and describing features. In addition, the finance department heard my concerns loud and clear also, and all of us were able to work together to create a good deal all around. I'd highly recommend this dealership, and strongly recommend doubters to give Kia a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Salesman was very helpful! He kept in touch to let me know what was going on with the car I bought! Bought a used car was promised it would be detailed cleaned and it was not. Tried to call back on several occasions to get them to clean it, left messages on 4 different occasions with no luck. I work 5 days a week on 12 hour shift s I don't have a lot of time. Now I have a nasty car that was a gift for my son. They were persistent until I signed the contract and then dumped after.

If it were not for Hope I would be going elsewhere for service on my car. I have in the past not been able to get the service department to answer the phone or return my calls--ever-- until Hope came. She has made an extra effort since day one to make sure all of my questions are answered. Y'all need to let her TRAIN the rest of the service department!!

When I had a recall on my Kia, I called right away to clarify and they explained everything to me that I was not aware of! I was planning on staying several hours for the dealership to work on my car. However, after 30 minutes they were done! They were all about customer service!

The service department at Kia on Killian Rd really let me down. They misplaced my custom designed rim covers during a tire rotation. the acting service manager told me he would replace them. All I needed to do was bring back a receipt for the new ones. When I brought in the receipt for the new ones the service department said the Manger did not enter anything into the computer about it and they could not help me. Wow!!!! I am highly dissappointed...

I didn't make an appointment for service. I will make an appointment for my next service. I had to wait a little longer but the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Customer service was friendly and I was worked in among customers who had appointments. I also had a recall on a truck latch that I was unaware of. That was fixed as well! Great service!

I was totally unprepared to spend over 3 hours for scheduled maintenance and recall fixes. It took over 2 weeks to get the appointment. The staff was friendly but not very helpful. I had questions about the WiFi, it wasn't working. The response? "Huh? It should work."I found out later the system was down. The mats were shaken out but in no way was my car vacuumed or interior taken care of. I brought it in unscathed and left with a ding.

Service manager, Eric I think his name was and I hope this is the right name,,, went the extra mile to show me damage that had been done to my tires during an emergency visit because of a noise coming from under my car. Ended up that two tires had to be replaced, one severely cut all the way across and thru the tread to the meshing and thankfully he took the time to listen to my issue and lift the car to take a look. I could have very well had a blowout on the interstate I77 if he hadn't taken these steps. Thank you so much Mr Service Manager!!!

I brought my 2015 Kia Sedona in for service on a sliding door panel that was not closing properly. After determining the motor on the door needed replaced, they were able to complete the repairs right then. The staff kept me apprised of the complete process as it unfolded. The only drawback was that it took much longer to complete the repairs than I had planned so I was forced to wait until they were done. Overall I felt the service was professional & completed expertly.

When I bought my first car from them 2 years ago, they were great, when I went for my first service, it was awesome, when I took my fiancee to buy her car, the experience was less than desireable, my last 2 services were horrible, waiting 3 hours for an oil change that was a scheduled appointment, when I went to trade in my car, they treated me horrible. 3 hours and I never even got to look at a car. They have a lot of work to do to get back to being a good dealership and service center

The guys in service are eager to answer any questions I may have. I had a seat cover on my drivers seat and they brought out to my attention that is was not airbag approved.I did not know this, so they we're looking out for my safety. Thanks to all the staff!!!

I was happy to get the car. It wasn't wanted i wanted but overall i liked the car. However i requested a second key the sales person said that he would see what he could do. After waiting a week i was told that the key would be $300. Something that i couldn't afford. After that i was scheduled for a used car inspection which was supposed to be 4 hours took all day. Which i found out that it was never done before o got the car.

Went to look at autos, because according to all the commercials there would be good deals, incentives and low payments. Disappointed to find that none of the deals on tv commercials applied to my new car. Nothing was even mentioned by the sales rep. Though he was a good sales rep It took hours for them to do the paperwork, and the amount of trade-in did not bring down the price at all. I bought the 2016 Optima, and three weeks later the air conditioning blower went out. Took it back to JTs ... had appointment at 10 a.m.. I was there at 9:40 and around 12 they still had not gotten to my vehicle. All the customer service people were very hospitable and tried to make us comfortable as possible while waiting and they offered a ride home but I chose to stay, not knowing it was not going to be ready until 4:15 p.m. I like the Optima but am disappointed in the whole situation as it became a very expensive deal. Am only pointing negatives because hopefully will benefit the company to know the truth.

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape from JT's Kia. The salesperson (Anthony) was very friendly & helpful with the purchase. The only compliant I had was due to an error with the paperwork. It was apparently shredded & I had to come back to the store to re-sign everything. The vehicle has been satisfactory but does not get the fuel economy that was posted from Ford (<24mpg instead of the 33mpg posted). Knowing this, I would have definitely purchased a different vehicle.

Everytime I'm there for any service the staff is very professional, attentive, and courteous to my needs. Whatever issues that I may have are tended to and remedied. Things are done in a timely manner as well. When checking out they thoroughly explain what they did, any findings that need addressing, and what the charges are (if any). The taillight was broken and was promised by sales person it would be in within a day or 2. Fourteen days later I called and the tail light was never ordered. Was told by Manager they would com pick up the car fix the tail light and detail the car and fix the fuse for the cigarette lighters. Only one of the Cig Lighters work. They were going to detail the car and fill it with gas. None of which was done. When I got home the car was over 5,000 mile overdue for an oil change. I will never purchase a car from them again nor recommend them again.

Went there and asked the price of a OPTIMA 2016, after getting "their price" told the sales manager that there was a TV commercial announcing the same car for $19,900 and didn't believed me. Sales manager wasn't willing to negotiate price of vehicle as per TV announcement. TWO days after received an email from the sales person telling me that he saw the TV announcement himself and asked me to come and negotiate the vehicle;.......too late !!!! HONESTY and INTEGRITY should be above anything in the sales department; that's the way you attract and KEEP customers.

My husband and I are in the market for an SUV to tote our two toddlers around in. We were promptly greeted in the parking lot by Anothony who led us inside to his desk to discuss our criteria. He exchanged pleasantries with my husband and did not acknowledge my existence as I sat right next to my husband expecting a greeting of any kind, strike one. Anothony left the table to speak to some men behind a glass wall and returned telling us he had a jeep liberty for us to look at. That is one of the smallest SUVs on the market and I quickly let him know that will not work for us, clearly he didn't listen to us when we told him our needs, strike two. He left again and returned with a larger SUV for us to look at which had no upgrades and was at the top of budget. He kindly said"right this way Travis" again still neglecting to ackknowledge myself as a customer, strike three. Little did Anthony know that I am the one financing the vehicle, not that it matters as my husband and I function as a team. I am a full time working mom of 2 kids with no spare time to complain in websites like this for fun, I am by no stretch of the imagination am I a feminist either. I just wanted to express our complete disgust with the service we received today at JTs Kia.

My husband and I were looking to trade in our car for something different and had saved up a considerable amount for a down payment on top of our trade in, which we knew we were upside down in. I had gotten approved at 2 other dealerships for a car we were interested in but my husband and I wanted to shop around a little more before making a final decision. I had spoken to a nice gentleman over there at Kia on the phone who had talked me into driving the 50 min over there so we could look into the Optimas that we had an interest in. After starting the paperwork and spending well over an hour over there WITHOUT looking at the cars, he came back to his work station only to tell me that we couldn't be approved and he wasn't able to help us but seemed happy to tell me why he couldn't approve us, which ended up being an error on our credit report. When I told him it was an error and we were already approved elsewhere, his next statement really ticked me off when he said, "Well, you should go over there than!" Very unprofessional! Needless to say we will NEVER go back to JT's Kia EVER again!

I took my vehicle in for its first oil change. I asked about tire rotation and was told it was included. I was amazed. The service center gentleman was very kind and told me a car wash was also included. I told him not to bother due to all the pollen, but they did it anyhow. The time was longer than quick oil change places, but it was well worth the wait, and the estimated time was spot on. I will be back for the next service and highly recommend them.

The employees were great at the service desk, but the technical personnel needs to improve. I had my scheduled oil changed and tire plugged . It took extremely longer to get my car back. Supposedly there were complimentary car wash and vacuum. However, I had already vacuum the car on my own. The car wash looked horrible. I know it was free, but the workers should have pride in their work. Also, my radio station was turned to a different station. The workers shouldn't be plundering through my car!

Because of the event, it took much longer for my car to be serviced than I expected. The service representative was very apologetic about the wait and did not charge me for the inconvenience as well as say that my next oil change would be free as well. It was very much appreciated.

When I purchased my vehicle last June the service was great! I left pleased with my 2015 Kia Forte and I'm still loving it! Thank you to the team for getting me into a reliable and economy efficient vehicle. Both times I have come for my on the house oil changes I have been satisfied although the wait time is a bit much but the staff has always been pleasant and friendly and apologetic.

I received excellent service on yesterday at JT's. I had multiple items completed as it was time for my 60,000 miles service and the completion of a recall service. Because it was going to be an extended service I was offered shuttle service home or to a nearby food service that I wanted to visit during the wait. I was afraid the car buying process was going to be high pressure sales tactics and an all day wait. There were a lot of people there but Mike Cato was attentive. The situation with my vehicle that happened the day before was fixed in a timely manner this time around and I'm very grateful and happy to say that the clanking issue is no longer a problem and my issues were addressed. I had a steering issues fixed under warranty and upon leaving the dealership my front end was making a horrible clanking sound and it sounded like the tires were about to roll off. I went back this a.m. and Frank was very helpful and made arrangements for me to have a ride home and a way back to the dealership for my inconvenience and due to me not having a ride today as I did yesterday. My car was vacummed this time around and I am once again praising the staff and service tech's at JT's Kia. They made a scary, frustrating situation into a satisfying , happy situation. Thank you

I took my Cadenza in for 30k factory service. I was greeted and treated very pleasantly and sent on my way with the service completed in a timely manner. I've been very pleased with the service at JT's Kia since I've had my Cadenza - October of 2014. I should add that I did not purchase from JT yet that hasn't made a difference in how the Service folks have responded when I took my vehicle in for servicing.

Over all the experience was more aggravating than anything. You have to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out and the problem I had was a default door handle when I had bought the car a month before. It took over 4 days to get my car back and every day I called they said it would be ready that day. It never was it was more of a burden than anything because I didn't want to plan to do anything because I was in a rental car.

I bought a vehicle from JT KIA on Feb 5th and on March 6, my car completely shut down while I was out of town. First 2 wks after purchasing the car, the check engine light came on and the car was putting while in idle. I called the service dept and the lady who answered the phone, I told her the issue I was having and if I should bring it in, she said it sounds like a gas issue and for me to use a higher grade of gas instead of regular 87 and go a fuel treatment. It was no need to come in. I did and 2 wks later (1month) after purchase I learned that the transmission had gone in it. The mechanic shop in North Charleston had my car since March 7th and it's March 14th & the warranty company still haven't paid the shop for repairs and keeps procrastinating. (Rewind) Me getting the vehicle I should have seen all the red flags. BC of my situation this was the ONLY vehicle the finance company would approve me for (so the sales person and finance manager said). When asked about other used cars they kept convincing me that this car was the best choice and would not give me the option looking on my own on their lot for a car I like. When I called to speak with a finance manager (don't recall his name) to let him know of the issues I'm having and how can they help me get my vehicle fix swiftly thru the warranty company and/or help me with the cost of a rental, he declined saying it's my car not their problem, to call my warranty company, and then referred my transmission problem to a kitchen light bulb going dead. It really pissed me of. The sales person Michael Cato won't return my phone calls and no type of compassion as to what I am dealing with. So them to want you to refer other customers to them for business and sending emails for you to right a good review, they really sucks at addressing people's problems. One lemon/ flood car off their hands they got a big check for. I will not be a returning customer nor send business to them. Do better!

Best experience I've ever had buying a car! Anthony was very knowledgeable, and amazingly professional. He never tried to cut corners and he remained consistent with assuring I was getting what I wanted. Herbert in finance was remarkable with his ability to not only make sure I got the best interest rate, but that my purchase implemented warranty packages that would help me in the long run. We had a wonderful experience buying our Soul, even though we hadn't intended to make a purchase when we entered the dealership, drawn by the current promotion and opportunity to "win something." We're really not sure we would've bought a vehicle, if it were not for the fact that our sales person was Terrell Shaw. You have a real "asset" in this young man! He is a truly joyful, friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure guy - simply a delight to work with! In addition, Casey ____ was similarly "easy" to work with - a very pleasant personality - friendly and no pressure, seemed genuine to us. Herbert King, in finance, was also a delight to work with - friendly, competent, thorough, yet without undue pressure in seeking to sell "the extras." Last but not least, we were very glad that Terrell offered to introduce us to JT. This was certainly an unexpected surprise. The fact that Terrell would be totally comfortable in asking the owner to meet a customer, speaks volumes about the owner and his relationship with employees! We didn't know what to expect, since all the public typically sees, is a boldly wild guy on the TV advertisements. JT was also a very pleasant man, appearing to be genuinely interested in us and grateful for our business. (He's also much more handsome in person than on TV!) As I try not to repeat adjectives in most of my writing, my use of the words "genuine" and "delightful" may have been used more repeatedly than I like, yet better words would be hard to find when they fit the people and situation as well as in this experience.

We (my husband and I) bought two brand new Kia Souls in 2014. We have both been to the service shop for our Kia's several times. It's never been an issue in the past with getting an appointment for a servicing. This time it took him about two months to book a free oil change. He was the second person in line on that Saturday for just an oil change. It took the service team three hours to change his oil. However, the people before him and after him had already left by the time he got his car back from servicing. Also, the car was supposed to have been washed. It was still dirty with smudges on the Windows along with dirt under the driver's door. We were not happy with this visit!!!

Did a great job. Was in and out in less than an hour and a half to include multipoint safety inspection as well as a wheel alignment check. Also in regards to paying attention to these surveys, in one many months ago, a dealer survey that is I recommended that they add some outside benches since overcrowding in the service area was a problem and not everyone has an easy time walking around. WELL THANKFULLY THEY DID!!! So instead of being stuck in a room with no less than twelve people on a beautiful February day here in Columbia, SC I was enabled to sit outside and enjoy the weather instead of being stuck in a room with the tv going. My advisor Frank was on top of his game and I have been having my vehicle serviced here for a number of years whenever I have the fuel to spare. We have another Kia dealer maybe three miles from our house but this one is fourteen or so miles away. The service here is usually very good and today was just outright superb. THANK YOU!!

My car had an issue with the check engine light coming on and accelerator was acting up. I scheduled an appointment with Paul at my earliest convenience to drop it off. I had to drop it off the day before. Frank called me mid-morning the day of the appointment to let me know the diagnosis and cost. Fortunately I had the Mechanical Failure Protection Plan so I only had to pay the deductible. Jt's team also performed an full car inspection to check for other issues which was complimentary. I picked the car up a couple days later on my way back through Columbia. Great Service. The only improvement I can see is putting a Jt's Kia in Aiken, SC so I don't have to drive as far. I have always had good service from JT's.

The service person was friendly and great. It was my first oil change which i scheduled and am not sure why it took 2.5 hours. I did get a free detailing out if it becuase they were too backed up to wash and vaccum it. However on an unrelated topic I wanted to address the speedway that is the drop off zone. I was trying to unload myself and 3 year old and nearly got hit by an employee noticeably late to work. Then I sat and watched for 3 hours the employees racing through this area. Perhaps don't hAve the vehicle drop off and pickup where employees drive. It was a nightmare. I was concerned to walk out that I might get sideswiped. Poor design and I see there is a drive through on the other side that had a locked gate preventing entrance. I highly recommend isolating the current drop off zone to just that, dropping off your vehicle and use the other gated zone for the employees coming to work or pulling finished cars around. A 5mph sign might also help.

A very honest person, he genuinely cares about his customers to put them in the right car they can afford. No high pressure at all! Went to look! Left with a new Sorento, Matt Palmer very helpful getting us what we wanted(the wife), Marc Coleman did a good job with the financing. The only issue I had was with tire pressure, checked the following day 39psi in all tires door panel calls for 34psi cold, I adjusted to specs,wish they were filled with nitrogen takes care of seasonal adjustments.

Bought this car a month ago the spare keys for some reason got switch to the other buyer and she has my spare key and never did return it to dealership so the dealership has to order my spare key. Now I had to make an appointment to program the spare key to my car and it will take 3 to 4 hours how ridiculous is that. I drove 2 times already and the dealership never set an appointment for me I had to make one for me.

He really listened to the answers I provided when he asked questions and he over-delivered, which was awesome! I bought a car from them in March 2015 and the experience was so great I came back again in Jan 2016! My finance manager was the same as last year and once again he provided me with great financial tips that would help me across the board, not JUST with paying for my car. That made me feel that he cared about my financial health, not just me making my payments on time.

I took my car in for an oil change, at my designated appointment time, 1:30. The service person told me there was a recall on the transmission gear switch (or something similar). She said it would take an additional 1 hour. I told her to go ahead and do that at the same time. (Wait time now 1 1/2 hours). My tire pressure light was on, so they checked that and found a nail in the tire. Additional wait time, about 30 minutes. (Wait time now 2 hours.) At around 4:00, I asked about the status of the car. I was then told that they were putting the door handles back on and it shouldn't take much longer. Door handles? I asked and she said, "They are replacing all the door handles and the trunk latch." This was another recall that I knew NOTHING about. She said this usually takes about 2 hours. At 4:30, I asked again about the car and was told that it was ready, and they were detailing it. Should be soon..... At 5:00, I asked once again, and finally got the car. They didn't charge me for patching the tire since I waited for so long. Still, one would think that if a recall was being done that takes 2 hours, you would get permission BEFORE doing it. I missed an appointment at 5:00 because they had my car and did work that I didn't OK. This is the first time I've had a problem with the service wait times, and hopefully will be the last. ASK BEFORE DOING ADDITIONAL WORK PLEASE!!!

Took the KIA Sorento in to repair A/C and seat heater and as always the service I received is awesome. I have the extended warranty and there was no cost to me to fix the issue. The service dept. knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE is and provides it.

Let me start by saying God has smiled on me and Michael Cato is our angle. I needed a car real bad I had 2 a truck and a van 2 pieces neither is running me and mama Mamie had doctor appointments, and PT, l was using my granddaughter and daughter cars l knew I needed a car I just didn't know what I was going to do the last 2 car and van l bought them paid in full tax return. I was getting very discouraged I had a little money saved but not enough to buy a car straight out. My niece Melva Erin Rodgers told my daughter about her beautiful experience at Kia so my daughter went online and did the application a lady called me to say I was a proved I thought she was calling about a job application my grandson had been using my phone putting in applications. But it was Brittney for JT'S KIA to come in I told her I couldn't come in until after 6 pm when my daughter get off, I called my daughter and told her what had happened and she told me she had did it on line and asked my granddaughter to take me down to Kia she had to be at work at 8pm We got to JT'S KIA after 11am I asked for Brittney but she was doing phone call and That's when we melt Michael Cato he told us that he would be my salesman he asked what was I looking for and the price range I could afford he filled out some paperwork he took it to the back and that was the beginning it took awhile but Michael Cato he was amazing he gave us something to drink and and then he gave us something to eat he kept saying he was sorry it was taking so long he didn't go to lunch he stayed with us until the end, he said are you ready to go and get your car and pick a color. It's a TV ad for a loan place where a man is trying to get a loan and he's talking on the phone telling them that he didn't think he was going to get the loan when salesman tells he was approved he faints that's how I felt so happy, excited,overjoyed,blessed, peace of mind, supported,grateful I could go on and on I know Michael Cato's ears could be burning because I tell everyone about him he's so caring he wants to help you I can't say this enough MICHAEL CATO is God sent on a scale from 1 to 10 10 being the highest I give Michael Cato a 10 10 I can't thank him enough. My daughter and another one of my nieces are planning on talking to Michael Cato about getting a car

Had a defective weld on my exhaust system. Travis let me know that it was covered under warranty and that the service was complimentery. He also had the mechanic check over the vechile and they noticed my air filter and cabin filter needed changing. I saw the cabin filter, it was disgusting and i had no idea. Also my tires were out of alignment, which he offered to take care of, after i could get the money together for.Thank you Travis and JTs automotive service team for a wonderful experience.

I live in Camden, SC. I was motivated to go to JC Kia because the reviews of the Kia product are so good. I went in with an invitation letter from the dealership asking me to give them a chance to get me bankruptcy financing. It took some time but the right lender was found and I left with my 2013 Kia Forte EX. I really like my new car. I have since been to the service department for a minor item and found them to be friendly and professional too. A good decision all around!

I was quite pleased with the experience of having my tire sensor replaced. The light had been coming on and staying on. Kia not only fixed the problem, the notified me of an air bubble in one tire so I could go immediately and have it replaced. Other wise, I could have had a blow out. They also washed and cleaned the interior and this was all done in a timely manner

I originally brought my Optima in for condensation in the drivers side tail light (the car was bought new 9 months ago). After requesting the car to be detailed along with the repair, I received the car back looking absolutely horrible with it looking as bad as it did before going in. A few days later, the condensation came back. I called them to let them know and they assured me they would do another detail and correct the problem. As I arrived at work, a service man was there to pick up my car. I informed him that I had to have the car back no later than noon as I had work appointments. At noon, no car so I called and his exact words were "let me get off my butt and go see if they are done", a little unprofessional in my opinion, but whatever. He came back on the phone and said it wasn't ready, but he assured me my car would be back at the office by 2. I rearranged my appointments to 3 just to be sure. At 1:59, this same service man calls me and says it is still not ready. Really? 1 minute til and I am just getting the call. I told him I needed a car, so he brought me his and I told him I was going on 2 appointments and he again assured me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went on my work appointments, went to the dealership an hour later and guess what, MY CAR STILL WAS NOT READY! So as I demand my car in whatever order it was in, Frank proceeded to try and calm me down. Not only had I pushed my entire schedule back and missed a few appointments, here it was 4:30 on a Friday and I was just getting my car back. While I understand things come up, in no way, shape, or form should this employee have kept telling me different times it would be ready, when in all actuality, he didn't have a clue. The ONLY reason I will return for service will be because of Frank. He apologized and tried to assure me that I will be taken care of. I will see if third times a charm.

We were very happy with the service. We just bought a 2011 Kia Sportage from our local dealership. Part of the sale was an agreement to paint the luggage racks on the roof, front end alignment and replace a backup sensor in the rear bumper. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the luggage racks were painted outside, it was a windy day, and there was over spray all over the car and windshield. The painting was done by an outside contractor and the dealership had us meet that person and they did remove most of the over spray. We just took a 1200 mile trip with our car. It was an outstanding experience. We had rain most of the way home (600) miles and the car handled beautifully. It made our trip a real pleasure. We are so glad we bought a Kia Sportage. Very roomy too.

I brought in my 2011 Soul for a diagnostic and possible repair of the traction control sensor. Travis was very understanding when I asked to file it with the extended warranty company, rather than pay out of pocket, although I didn't have all of the contact info with me. He helped me look them up online, and was able to contact them and get it approved, saving me a portion of the cost in the process. I drive from Sumter because we don't have a Kia dealership here, and JT's has always provided great service. I've been going there for all of my service needs since we moved to South Carolina in 2013.(edit: for some reason this site won't allow me to rate the quality of repair on my cell phone. I have had no further issues since the service visit, and would rate it a solid 5 stars.)

We love Frank! He has been great. He gave us detailed lists of what needed to be done to each vehicle. We had a to wait a little longer for the van because the mechanic discovered that the tires needed to be replaced. Frank went and got them ON HIS LUNCH HOUR so that we only waited a few extra hours, rather than extra days. He explained everything. As soon as we can, we will be bringing the car in for service.

I buy my cars based somewhat on value, but more on the reputation of the service department. Travis is one of those hard to find people in JTs KIA service department - he learns his customers and puts them 1rst. As long as he is there, it is likely that my next purchase would be a Kia - the bad news for the dealership though is that my Forte has 130,000 miles on it and with the care their service department is providing, it is likely to go another 130,000 miles without any serious issues.

I must say, this was my 2nd & final stop. After totally losing my suv in a deer incident, I was in desperate need of a vehicle. (5 days of rental & to find a vehicle) I have two young daughters & I truly believed another suv is what I needed. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile by Paul P. He was compassionate, personable, & understanding. He listened to my wants, entertained my girls & keep me updated with the buying process. He stated he would ensure this matter was resolved quickly and they would send me a check instead of the Walmart card. Rod contacted me on Dec 7 stating they had mailed the check on Dec 4. I received the check on Dec 7. I received a reply to my post from Eddie Wadhan (General Manager) on Dec. 6. He offered his sincere apology for the disconnect within the dealership. I purchased a 2015 Sorento March 2015. As always, JT KIA was sponsoring a "burst a balloon, win a gift" promotion. I burst a balloon that indicated I had won a $100.00 Walmart gift card. I was told that they did not have any more Walmart gift cards available and they would get it to me at a later date. I returned to JT KIA the following week and I was told by Mark Coleman that they would mail it to me. I called my sale consultant Shaun Blackman and he stated he would check on it. Spoke with Shaun a month later and he said he was still checking on it. Spoke with Shaun in August and he said he was going to work something out. It is almost December and I still haven't received the gift card.

I had excellent service at JT's Kia. I was immediately greeted with a heartwarming friendliness as if we were old friends. Frank took care of me right away, which I thought was spectacular. He was so polite, smiley, very professional, very clean, professionally dressed and represented JT's Kia like it was his own company; very impressive. He made me feel welcomed. I met Jesse who was going to be working on my car. He to was very nice and professional. He showed an interest in my concern and made me feel a though everything was going to turn out just fine and sure enough, it did. Even after it was all said and done, I had one more concern that I forgot to mention and Frank reassured me everything was taken care of even though I hadn't said anything, which showed me that JT's Kia mechanic service is very thorough and technically skilled in their profession. The gentleman, Nick Brown, who sold me both of my JT's Kia cars met me while I waited inside for my service completion. He as usual was very clean and professional looking, very nice and polite. He asked me how things were going with my new car and if I was still enjoying it. Nick Brown always checks up on me and my car. He is a wonderful car dealer. He knowledgeably represents JT's Kia very wellI and that's why I always deal with him when I'm in the market of any cars. I have already referred a few friends who also bought new cars from JT's Kia and we LOVE them. Because of the Nick and Frank, I know I am always in the right place and so pleased that I bought my car from JT's Kia dealership. You all make me feel like family every time I come in. This dealership is a refreshing change from the normal hassles of buying and servicing a car. I rate all categories 5 starts, however this Web page is not working right in that area. I purchased a certified pre owned car, Hassel free I must say. The next day there was a nail in a tire I drove back to the dealership they repaired the tire, but also ordered a replacement which they installed for free. What more could you ask for! I have already recommended them to other people:-) BTW they are 60+miles from my home and worth the drive.

Overall, very happy with the experience. Lexy was very nice and personable. Was also approached by two different employees asking if I was okay and offering coffee and donuts while I waited. Happy with the service (did not see technician). Car was nice and clean afterwards. Only issue I had was I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but the free WiFi and comfortable chairs made it bearable. :-) Nice, clean bathroom. Good coffee. Can't complain. Thanks for the great service! I will be returning (our household purchased three JT's KIA's in the past 7 months!)

The service at JT Kia is always great. We are willing to drive an hour to get this service. There are two Kai lots closer but we prefer JT Kia in Columbia. They are very attentive, clear when explaining what they recommend is done to our car, and we don't feel pressured into services that may not be necessary at the time. The waiting area is always neat, comfortable and having the television there helps. There is no guessing on the status of our vehicle because they continuously update us. They are pretty accurate when it comes to estimating how long it would take to get the job done. Last they also make it a point to inform us on anything new or on the website to allow us to get discounts on their services. Thank you!!!

I had a tire blow out a couple of weeks ago on my new Kia and everyone at work was telling me I would have to replace the tire myself etc, etc,.....After coming in and speaking to the Service Manager, he assured me he would get in touch with the tire company to access the tire and ( try) to get it replaced.Within 24 hours a call was already on my voice mail at work that I can come and pick up my car with my new tire. I can only say I keep having these "Kia Experiences" Thank you Services Department you rock!!

My wife and I went shopping for a new vehicle for our son. Our sales person was Anthony Morrell, who was extremely helpful from the time we got to the lot. Normally I don't like the sales person immediately approaching as soon as I start looking. However, there was something different about him and his approach. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and most of all extremely patient. I must say he worked very hard to make the sale and met all of our expectations as best as he could. It is a very casual and friendly atmosphere which is a great reflection on their management staff. I would recommend anyone considering buying a Kia to check out JTs Kia first. If the experience is anything like ours, you will be pleased in the end.

We had taken in our black 2012 Kia Soul for some service work. We then got into talking to our favorite salesman who told us that he was moving to Jacksonville, FL and that that day was his last at JT's Kia. We then asked to see and test drive a Black 2015 Kia Soul with a backup camera. There was an offer for a cruise to the Bahamas out of Charleston SC. We were not interested in the cruise, so they deducted the cost from the purchase price of the car which caused the payments to be close to what we were paying on the 2012. We are pleased with the car. We also have a 2015 Silver Kia Soul.

A month ago I bought a Soul. The salesman went to the lot and picked out one for me to test drive. I loved the car. I told the salesman I had bad credit, but the JT commercials say that is ok. That is when the run around started. I told what I could spend and we went back and forth. I was never offered the no money down, or no payment until next year. So commercials must mean nothing. My big problem was the cleanliness of the car. Should have stopped the deal right then. The salesman found a toothbrush and chap stick in the tire well. When I got home and started looking, I found trash under the seat. Carpets were nasty. Dirt in every corner, and the seats were covered with stains. Before I left, I asked to have the car cleaned, the sales man said it was. I called back the next day and talked with him again about the dirty car.. He said to bring it in and they would detail it. When I picked it up, the car was still dirty. The next day, I went to another dealership and asked to speak to JT. He could be found. I returned to the Kia dealership and talked with the manager. As I was explaining about the car, he was cleaning his desk and even went under the desk to get something. By this time I was really upset. We made another arrangement to clean the car, this time a man came to my house and cleaned it. All this only took a whole week to solve. The car also had hub caps, what car has hubcaps? They looked like they were from Walmart. I wrote a letter to Mr JT telling him what happened. I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE ABOUT THE CAR OR THE DEAL. I feel the deal I received was not at all what is advertised on TV. "Bad credit, no problem." I did not know that just because I had bad credit, that meant I would get a junky, nasty car. It reminded me of a car that had been reposed. I love the car, but I do not think I will ever buy one from JT again. It takes too much work to get thing straight.

After taking the service man on a ride he could hear the noise in the tire of the brand new Sorento I purchased. Once heard the service man removed the 30mm weight that had been riding around in the tire from the time delivery service was speedy but should have never been necessary

Started out good when we purchased a new Optima over Memorial Day. We were offered a 42 inch TV if we bought the car. After signing the paperwork we asked our Salesman if they would put the TV in the car when they brought it to the front to take home (because I was a little concerned when they did not put the TV on the paperwork) but I had assumed we would get it that day. We were told we would be put on a list and they get trucks once a month with the TV's and would call us when it came. Three weeks later we never heard from them. When I called to ask about the TV I was told they had no record of us to as getting one but would look into it and call me back. They never called back. I left 4 messages for our salesman and not one call was returned. My husband finally went to the dealership because they were not returning my calls and he was told because we were given a good deal on the car we would not be getting a TV and our salesman should have never offered us one. Needless to say I am very unhappy... Not because we need a TV that probably isn't worth a whole lot in the first place, but because I feel like we were not treated fairly and not given what was promised to us when we made the deal on the car. This is certainly not "good business" and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone after this experience. My friend bought a KIA Soul a week ago and I told her to go to Galeana instead. Too bad that $400 TV lost them a $15,000 car sale. I would be cautious of any "promotions" at this dealership and get everything in writing. Very disappointed.

My son and I bought a car from Kia which we paid cash for, after we received calls from Kia saying if we referred a friend and they bought a car we would receive a 500 dollar check. I took my daughter and her boyfriend to Kia and they ended up buying a new car, that was almost two months ago now I call to see why I did not receive my check and all I get is the run around also they were supposed to get a free tv with the purchase of their car but the dealership had ran out and said they would call when they got a shipment and could pick up their TV as of yet still waiting. If I had known this is how you treat people not keeping your part of the deal I would never have recommended anyone to your dealership. I would like a reply.

I showed up for my first oil change and first experience with the service department. I was meet with very friendly staff and was told it would take 2.5 hours. It was well under that and I was on my way with a nice clean vehicle inside and out. Even my coworker that was with me was impressed!

I've only had to visit for an oil change and to fix one of my tires that was punctured by piece of metal. Both times were quick visits. They kept me informedofwhat they were doing. They have a comfortable waiting area too.

just bought a 2015 soul a few weeks ago,love the soul.do not understand why the luggage rack on top sounds like a hurricane going down the road.do they not test these before sale??I like the look but sounds awfull.asked salesman about it and was told to take them off.other than that , great car , great service.I asked them to put a trailer hitch on for me,no problem.

The young lady that helped us was,very helpful and she explained to us all about the Soul.After I took a test drive my wife and fell in love with it. I went in to buy a used car Sales Rep Anthony did not impress me to say the least was very quick to make a sale when I asked him about the vehicle I was looking to purchase he replied with I do not know attitude which told me from the start that he did not know what was on the lot along with no product knowledge of vehicles in general ! Called Anthony several times and asked him to return my call on specific questions he would never return my calls " I ask you is this quality customer service " ! The car I was looking at and test drive was trashed out with bottles under the seat along with all kinds of trash hidden in the tire compartment of the vehicle " I ask you is this a way to run a delaership not one bit at all ! I believe the sales manager needs to have a meet with Jesus meeting and get this situation under control before JD powers and associates gets a handle of this and your business will go down the drain ! As for customer service the women who answer the phones they tell you that the sales Rep is present for work and then they make you wait for 10 minutes or so and then come back and tell you that they left for the day ! I have been in sales for over 25 years and I have never seen a dealership in my life run the way it ibeing driven ! Remember it is not always quantity that matters it is also quality of the Customers you serve and build a rapport with a customer can make you or break your business " it only takes one to do it !!!

I was a queen for the day...My husband went into dealership in Lexington. He worked with Mr James and I was home cleaning on my usual Saturday morning. My husband called to tell me he had an awesome deal in the works...He wanted me to come over to look and make sure I was happy with the Jeep Compass, I had to shower & get ready well..Mr James said heck lets take her the car she can look and test drive and sign needed paperwork! I was so impressed and I loved the car!!! I test drove in my neighborhood Mr James set up my phone to connect with the car all in my driveway..Mr James & my husband went back to dealer had car detailed and closed the deal!!!! AMAZING!!!!!

Gina is excellent. They get me in and out as fast as they can. Mechanical work is done well and they always check the computer for updates. Gina is very knowledgeable. They do all maintenance on our 2014 Dodge Caravan.

After WEEKS of phone calls from sales people asking me to come in, saying they could get me approved, I finally took a day off of work and went in on Friday. Met with Anthony, said he would do everything he could to get me in a car. Ran my credit, which wasn't the best. Told him my price range, said I would need to increase it some especially with no money down. Was willing to increase monthly payments. Came back with a outrageous amount of payments and my car keys. Said he knew I wouldn't agree with those car payment and he would let me know if anything changed. Voice mail today, directed to my husband who wasn't with me at the time of car shopping asking if he found a co-signer and if he had money to put down. Also stating he wants to do everything he can to get him into a car. I'm a little perplexed by this whole situation. Wouldn't do business with them since they obviously don't care about their customers to remember who comes in.

I had an awesome experience at Jt Kia, this was the first time I ever purchased a vehicle on my own and I was so nervous but once I met my salesman he made me feel right at home. He worked with me until I was comfortable with the vehicle I wanted and he kept me encouraged the whole time that he wasn't giving up until I was satisfied.And not long after I was blessed with a 2015 Forte. So in my opinion Jt Kia is awesome and any one that's a first time buyer or not should go experience the awesome things that are happening at Jt Kia

The sales personnel were not 100% truthful. When buying a new car from them you must know the wright questions to ask, just like buying a used car. You should not have to ask these questions on a new car. You only find out when you take the car in for service on the second or third time. One Kia dealership is not bound to the same standers as the other. They have no respect for the buyer after they get your money.

I called JT Kia at the last minute for a valve cover gasket repair and was told they would try to work me in the next day. I took my car in the next day around 10:00AM. The dealer called me around 12:00PM to pickup my car. I was very happy due to my car was leaking a lot of oil.

Received notification it was time for service on my 2014 Kia Forte. Was very comfortable as I waited in the lounge. Did not take long before the technician returned to share possible concerns, nothing major, just some suggested preventive maintenance. It was a good experience.

The day I bought the car my friends and I were impressed with JTs. Now, since my purchase I am supposed to receive an incentive check and it is like JTs doesn't know me. I was told by the salesperson that the check takes about two weeks; well, that was a month ago. I have left three messages for my salesman and have NOT received one call back. I left a message for the finance person and have NOT received a call back.I call the main number and I get routed all over the place, yesterday it was to the title department. I told JTs when I made the deal that I needed that check to pay off bills or I couldn't do it. Now after a month the bills are coming in and I have no check; JTs has left me hanging, and they won't even return my call!!! I am totally disappointed!!!!

My lease was up in a couple of months so I came in for just a service but Ben and the management team made me an offer on a new lease with all the upgrades, great terms. I loved my 2013 Kia but with the upgrades like backup camera on the 2015 and all just made it better.Loved the service department.

Service dept. took care of this service and addressed a concern from my last service....I only have one question....why do they have to move the drivers seat back as far as it can go and readjust the chair position...and steering wheel....?? It's not like they are driving a long distance to the service bays...

Purchased 2015 Kia Soul on February, 4, 2015. I was rushed through the process and promised several items that did not occur within the first few weeks of the sale. On day 3 of the car, a tire check light appeared and I was told by service staff that I had a nail in the tire. I was promised that all items had been cleared from the trade-in car, but was denied an opportunity to check. I called the sales agent and was promised he would check the car again for a CD, but it took 3 days and 2 visits to the store to resolve this issue. The biggest issue is that I was promised that the my trade would be paid off on the following Monday (Feb 9, 2015). On Feb 26, I started receiving collections calls, and letters from the old dealer stating that I was past due on the payments. I sent emails immediately stating my case, and after several calls to the dealership was finally promised proof in writing on the trade payoff. I called again at the end of the day on Feb 27 with no call back. Finally, I received a fax with a copy of the payoff check and receipt from UPS for delivery. Tracking number is 1Z6Y840F1363264774. In reviewing the tracking number, I find that the contents were not shipped until after my email stating the case. Since then I have called and emailed over 10 times all to no avail. BUYER BEWARE.

Initially we had a great experience. We went in to buy a car and we in and out of the dealership rather quickly... evidently too quickly. My wife and I were very hesitant at one point to buy the car because we were not sure how much the tags, title, and so forth would cost. Our salesman, Ben Howard, assured us that the "New Grad Rebate" that my wife and I would both be getting from the purchase of the new car would cover most, if not all, of the expense from the tags and so forth. This rebate was promised to be $500 for EACH of us- a total of $1000. He repeatedly told us, and even received confirmation from his sales manager, that we would both be eligible for the rebate since we both recently graduated from medical school. I asked him to put this promise in the paperwork, but was informed that they did not do this anymore because KIA didn't always accept the candidates for the "Recent Grad Rebate" for some reason or another. But he assured us that all we had to do was email him a copy of BOTH of our diplomas and we would definitely get the rebate.After 8 MONTHS of no rebate check, unanswered emails, and multiple phone calls that were not returned from both Ben and his sales manager, Mr. Redfern, I was finally directed to Jeff Serio the General Manager. This too proved to be unhelpful as the arrogant manager informed us that he didn't know why the rebate was delayed so long and why we thought we were getting $1000 when it would only be $400. Mr. Serio repeatedly said that he was sorry that we "misunderstood" the deal and that there was nothing that he could do for us. He was very condescending throughout the phone call informing me multiple times that he was "VERY educated" and had a degree from "Stanford". I assured him that the $600 that they were stealing from me would not come close to the dollar amount of the business that they would lose when people found out how they deceive their customers. TAKE HOME CONCEPT: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU IN ORDER TO GET YOU TO SIGN ON THE LINE!!

I went to the dealership with my husband to look for a car without the intent of making a purchase that night. The sales and finance people were so helpful that I left that night with my first new car ever. I have had the car for almost one month and I love driving it more every day. Kia is a great brand and the sales staff was fantastic! I will recommend JT's Kia to any one that I know looking for a car.

Just went to look around. This was the first dealership my wife and I went to. We also checked out the Toyota and Mazda dealerships near JT's. Ultimately came back to JT's. The salesman was very polite and went over everything on the vehicle. The only thing I could say negative is that we could not drive the vehicle on the interstate. Would only let us drive on the street in front of the dealership. Mazda and Toyota let us drive where we wanted to.

I have purchased 2 cars from JT's when no one else would deal. My first was a 2013 Kia Forte that I traded in after 2 years with 84,000 miles. I now have a 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid. I was extremely satisfied with my Forte, and am just as in love with my Optima. Both of my salesmen - Mike and Eric - worked hard to make the deals as well as the finance people. My next vehicle will be bought at JT's as well.

buying a car was great but when it came time to follow up with the finance dept after they get there money they don't return your calls or get them to do something after you bought a vehicle from them forget about it dont return calls can find time to answer your call but Eric in jt's kia used car dept very helpfull not impressed with customer service with jt's kia over all would not recommend buying a car from them

I must say that my experience with salesman Mr. Terrell Shaw was really great and above all this young man took his time with me, because I'm a hard person to please. What he did was he took his time and didn't try to sale just any car but explain each vehicle that I asked about and explained their features to me and offered me the option to drive them. When I asked about the vehicle that I really wanted since Memorial Day weekend 2014 again Terrell took his time then I gave him the features that I wanted in the Kia Sorento 2014 to which he said they didn't have any on the lot therefore he told me all about the Sorento 2015 LX model with those features that I wanted and of course the rest is history now I'm the proud owner of a Kia Sorento LX 2015 4DR 2WD V6 and I really love that SUV. Now I brought my vehicle in today December 27,2014 for passenger side windshield crack moulding trimming which was damage from the manufacture and the person who did the Tech replaced it with another piece of damage moulding trim instead of talking with me about it first, now they have reorder this trim again to re-repair over again. But still I'll give this dealership 10 stars because they are all about service and dealing with you wisely and professionally something some of these other dealerships don't have and do right close next door. This was our third car buying experience, and our first with JT'S Kia. I must say that I have never had such an easy, hassle free time buying a car. They asked us what we needed in our car, and listened! And then rather than showing us car after car, they took our wants and narrowed down their inventory to only show us cars that fit us. They didn't ask our budget, then turn around and show us "the perfect car, just slightly out of our price range, but still easily affordable." They follow up with us to ensure we are still pleased with our purchase, and they call to schedule services due. I have already, and will continue to, refer anyone needing a new/used car to call Cory Smith and they will be pleased they did.

Leased a 2015 Kia Optima after having a 2011 Kia Optima for a few years. I wanted to buy through Internet sales, but JTs does not have an actual Internet sales department. You can only communicate so much with the Internet sales department and then have to actually go to the dealership as if you never had conversations in advance. At JTs, our salesperson seemed to be new and inexperienced, but he worked very hard to take care of us. Everything worked out in the end. I love my new car!

Very friendly, I wish they would have told me on my first visit all I needed was two pay stubs and I would have never went to Toyota and got a Corolla. I will be going back there for all of my car's maintenance. I previously purchased a used car from Carmax, but I'm glad I went to JTs Kia instead. I've never had an issue with taking my car to get repaired here. The service performed by the guys here is always fast and done well. Needless to say as a person a woman at that who has been through a divorce and still trying to improve my credit I have never been more humiliated in my life expected a little more. I was reminded on multiple occasions that I could not get what I wanted it because of my bad credit. Ultimately they ended up selling the car to my current husband whom has better credit than me.....because I guess it is a mans world after all!

I went to JT kia and purchased a Sorento. I didn't expect to buy a car but I ended up buying a new car. I am pleased with my purchase, I just wish I could have gotten my window fixed before I purchased the SUV. I just realized recently that one of the covers for my railing is missing. I mentioned it to my salesman before I purchased the vehicle, and he said he would get it replaced. Well we both forgot. It didn't occur to me that it was something I noticed before. I'm in the process of getting him to replace the cover. I really hope that I don't have any issues with that. The third issue was with finance, never changed my bill pay date as agreed by the salesrep. Instead I was told that I had a 15 day grace period, I can't really afford to take any chances on that, so I was pretty angry about that. Otherwise I really enjoy my Sorento; just those three things had me feeling negative about my purchase; I was already considering trading my 2015 SUV. But on the positive side, I must admit that I am very impressed with the style, amenities, and the handle. For a V6 engine I'm getting good gas mileage. More than my old 4 cylinder SUV. JTs Kia is a good dealership, very helpful. Those two issues I guess human trial and error, but I'm waiting to get my replacement part human error or not, lol.

As usual....the service was very good....in and out in good time...even with the unexpected alignment that was needed....I hope the guys in service see these messages......one small complaint.... when you rebalance the tires on rotation and alignments.....PLEASE remove the adhesive that held the old weights....it looks like hell... and i am sure i am the only one that see's it....and i cant get it off......

Our sales representative - Shuan Blackman - is excellent to work with. Highly recommended and you should ask for him when buying or leasing a vehicle. The service center was okay to work with, but even with an appointment, the whole process took more than an hour for the oil change. This was troublesome because we live 30 minutes away and we were told we had to come back to that same dealership for the first oil change. it was a 2-hour process. Also, we have the Kia leasing maintenance program added to our lease agreement, so our subsequent oil changes should be no charge. However, the service man (I didn't get his name) indicated we would have to pay for all our other oil changes, which is not the case. Even if they weren't sure what that package entailed, they should have asked someone else instead of just saying, no you'll pay for the others and not talk to anyone else. I'm just used to my service team at a local car shop and they make us feel great. I'm also looking forward to going to a closer JT's shop for future car maintenance.

We went down to JT's a few weeks ago to take a look around at their Kia's. Our expectations were pretty low. We really weren't expecting much. My husband, Johnnie, is always full of questions, and he definitely doesn't like to be rushed. So, when this gentleman Terrell came up to us he told him straight away that we were just looking around. Terrell wasn't pushy at all. He actually was very knowledgeable and steered us to what we were interested in looking at (small SUV's). He gave us a general run through all of the different options for the Kia Soul and some of the other vehicles. We eventually settled on the Alien Green 2014 Kia Soul for me. I was so jazzed about the vehicle that I knew straight away that it was for me. He answered every question that we had throughout the whole process, and we were never passed off to someone else. Terrell actually was so great that Johnnie started talking to him about getting a new car, too. Johnnie absolutely loved the Soul, so he ended up getting the same car in silver. It was an amazing experience, and it was hands down the best car buying experience that we have ever had. I have told my friends and family about Terrell and JT's Kia. We will never buy another car from another dealership again!!!!!

Lured into JT's Kia on August 7, 2014 by their advertised promise that "we can get you financed if you make $400 per week". I meet the advertised criteria, but was given the bum's rush by my sales rep once my credit was pulled. U know my credit is bad...that is why I responded to your ad. I have faxed and mailed a letter to JT Gandolfo about my treatmeent and experience at his dealership...I doubt I will get any response. If considering a purchase and you have questionable credit, take your business over to Galeana.

I wrote an bad review earlier today about JT'S KIA service department. I thought they were working on my car because that is where it was towed. I was told by the service manager at JT'S KIA that the manufacturer is doing the work on my v ar because it is an issue across the board with the kia rio. So I aplologize for the bad rating I gave JT'S KIA aervice department. How was I suppose to know they were not doing the work. In saying that it still doesn't change the fact that I no longer want the vehicle. 5 breakdowns in a year.

JTs KIA Service Department LIED to me. Took my JTs KIA purchased vehicle in for "free" oil change. Service department ignored me until my husband showed up (do they have a problem dealing with women?). The representative had an attitude, acted like he was doing me a favor, and verbally tried to put me down (he talked using auto industry terms/abbreviations then acted bored/put out when I asked for explanation in lay terms). An hour later service rep called to tell me my car needed alignment, wheel balance, and cabin air filter replaced (total cost $142.00 plus). The vehicle had 14,900 miles. I did not authorize work; picked up car and took to another service center. Surprise - my car did NOT need any of the work JTs KIA service department said it needed. Another service center, which could have charged me for the work, said the car did NOT need an alignment, wheel balance, nor cabin air filter. JTs KIA service department LIED to me. There is no such thing as a free lunch! June 17, 2014 I wrote a letter to Mr. Gandolfo about my service department experience. To date (7/16/14) he has not bothered to respond. If you cannot trust a dealership's service department why bother to purchase a car from that dealership?

The moment I drove up I was greeted warmly and with a smile. I only had to give my name and keys everything else was just handled. Though I waited for an hour you can tell they had many ahead of me and no one just sitting around, because names were being called very quickly. In fact, I was so entertained by the tv in the waiting area that I didnt even notice that an hour had even passed. And this is after I heard a horror story from my sister in law about her dealership (Not Kia), where she waited over four hours and had appointment, and then she still had to come back the day after, to wait even more. YIKES! Thank you JT Kias!!!! I have never had such awesome service from any where before!

I went to JT'S Kia to trade in my Dodge Nitro for a more fuel efficient car. I already had in mind which vehicle I wanted so when I meet with Doug he showed me different Kia Optima ' s on the lot and provided me with a lot of information about the vehicle. Doug is a great sales guy and he had a lot of patience with me even though I gave him a hard time. I got a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid for a great price. Even though I miss my Dodge Nitro... I am really enjoying my Kia Optima and the gas mileage is GREAT!!! I would refer anyone to go to JT'S Kia and talk with Doug!!

The first service was great, routine scheduled, quick in and out. Second service was routine and scheduled, however they " found" $166.00 worth of "needed" repairs that of course were not covered by warranty. I rejected one service altogether and decided to go with the other. I was irritated that I was there nearly 2 hours and again it seemed like they were looking for things that they could charge me for since the routine covered maintenance was free. The car had only 19k miles on it. I don't appreciate that. The third service was for the radio/back up camera randomly going out. They re- set it and I was on my way in about 40 mins. I really hope that the electronics in the car are not going to be a future problem. JT's had nothing to do with that and I hope that if the radio goes out again, they will be courteous and helpful like this time.

I was told I couldn't get a car because my credit was too low, being too young to have a credit score, and that the best payment option I had would be around 400-500 dollars per payment but then Terrell came and helped me out. I thought about older used models for lesser price but then: I fell in love with the Kia Soul, so cute! So after a bit of paperwork (lots of signatures) and a lot of amazing help, he helped me work out a really cool payment plan that worked for me as a low pay teacher and took off a good bit of the interest in the long run. The finance guy was really great too, telling me about all my options and what else I might need to do down the road. They also gave me pamphlets on all the really great advantages that came with purchasing a new Kia like the maintenance if I needed it, free services because its a Kia, and highway help if I'm every in need of assistance. I was very happy then and I'm very happy now with my dealer.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I recently purchased a new Kia Optima and from beginning to end, I was in good hands. The salesman greeted me in the utmost friendly way, looked very professional, and knew his cars. We looked at a number of different models, and Herbert remained patient, helpful, and friendly the entire time. During the test drive, I learned plenty unique features that car possessed, and how to use them. Even during the purchase process, the salesman gave me a great deal and helped me get what was best for me. Months after, I still get a courtesy check to make sure the car is performing at its best. I recommend this dealership and Herbert King as EVERYONES salesman! This was the smoothest process ever thanks to them.

Drove 75 miles from Augusta, GA to dealership. Purchased what I thought was a great 2007 Nissan Altima. Not even 30 days with the car, and the service engine soon light comes on. I took the Altima to a Nissan Dealership to see what the fault code was, costing me $103. I called back to JT's KIA used car manager for assistance with this and I get the run around. Sales manager tells me, he has to speak with the service/parts manager and that he would call me back. So I waited and never received a return phone call. I call the service/parts manager, and he says the used car manager never spoke to him. I tried reaching out to the salesman that sold me the car and yet again....more running around. Now I'm stuck to pay for a $325 fuel air ratio sensor out of bank #2. Thanks a lot JT KIAs...way to screw over an American Soldier.

I think the best thing about the service dept. at JTKia....is the that they seem to understand that my time is just as important as their time...When I get there...my car is taken right in, this time it was for oil change and tire rotation.... The service was completed in about 40 minutes...and i was back on the road....Thanks Guys.

I bought my Sedona one year ago. Ever since then I am back every month 1-2 times b/c of the check engine light. It is always something. 2 months after buying our van we had to replace the battery b/c it completely died. Our check engine light is always going off. It is actually currently on again. It turned back on 2 days after going to the service center to have it looked at & they said nothing was wrong. Well obviously something is wrong. I will never buy another vehicle from Jt's kia again. I actually have 2 friends who bought a brand new vehicle from there around the same time. They both had their battery literally explode in the vehicle within 30 days of purchasing their vehicle, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. Not worth it at all.

Terrell did a great job working with me buying a new car. He was very patient and didn't rush me. Even after telling him I had another apt with the Toyota dealership next store, he was very professional and said that he can beat there price and Kia had the best warranty. I was very nervous buying my first new car, I bought a fully loaded black Optima Hybrid much cheaper than a Camry. I also received more for my trade-in than Blue Book.Travis from parts was also very professional and efficient. I had to get a sensor reset and my heated seat looked at. I was able to get an apt when I wanted and they even washed my car. I always refer my friends to this dealership.

I was greeted upon my first visit. I met Karriem. I told him the type of car I was looking for and he gathered some of my information. He was very friendly and professional. He made me feel very comfortable. He was not a pushy or overbearing salesman. A few days he got back with me and told me to come and look at a car i was interested in, that particular day, that car was sold before i got there. He said he knew of another car and would have it at the store the next day. In the mean time, he walked me through the process and got me approved. I was very happy with the sale and the courtesy after sale. He called me several times to make sure everything was ok. I did have to bring the car back for some minor issues, (light in truck not working, checking the phone icon to make sure it was working properly)Overall, i would highly recommend him and the dealership.

The car I purchased was not mechanically sound. They didn't tell me about the issues with the car till I arrived (live 3 hours away) and then when they told me I was not happy. The car had bad tie rod ends, a leaking rear main oil seal and a leaky rack and pinion. When they changed the transmission they should have seen those issues and addressed them. The dealership allowed me to put me and my child in an unsafe car. I contacted my salesman and he never got back to me. There is over 400 dollars in parts alone that need to be replaced and I have been ignored. Any dealer that sells a car in this shape should be black listed and I have informed my chain of command as well as the installation manager at Fort Jackson of JT's business practices of selling dangerous used vehicles.

Didn't buy. Nick was suppose to call me back because I told him what I wanted and he replied are you sure you need a sun roof. I said Yes!!. Well they didn't have any Souls like that except the alien Green on show room with sun roof NO So I expected him to call back no return call . All works out. Went to another dealership got me a pretty 2014 with Sunroof. And my salesperson actually listened what I wanted and got it.

Gabriel is AWESOME! He really made my car buying experience smooth and easy. A couple weeks ago we shipped at the other Kia store and had a horrible experience. We left there thinking we would buy a different brand. We decided yo give it another shot but this time went to JT's KIA, completely different from two weeks prior. I had purchased a used vehicle from JT's back in November of 2012 the car was a nightmare. Thankfully, this review isn't for that car. It is, however, for the care the the employees at JT's KIA gave us after bringing the hunk of junk back. We're a military family and, contrary to popular belief, we aren't made of money and are on a tight budget. Paul and the team at JT's did all they could to get us out from under the moving death trap and into, not new-ish but a BRAND NEW car. I'm not going to say it was THE most pleasant experience because it wasn't, but really when you're going in with a car you owe far too much for to begin with, it isn't going to be easy. The real point here, they did their best and they were compassionate about our need to be rid of the wrecking ball on wheels. We went in looking for another used car, we walked out with a new car that we never have to worry about, and free maintenance for a year (wooo!). Better financing than what we were going to get through USAA, too. We were Paul's first sale with JT's KIA and probably one of the most difficult, sorry about that Paul, but he did very well with his buckets of patience. I urge anyone looking at the Columbia area to go here. Let Paul take care of you, the poor guy from Mississippi needs a bit more torture (I kid ;), and let him see if they can work some magic for you before you leave their facilities. We purchased two Kia's on the same day in April, our salesman was Joe Sonatore. Joe did a great job taking the time to understand our needs, and recommended two models, the Soul for our daughter, and an Optima for us. During the entire process, Joe made sure we were comfortable, and took the time to introduce us to key members of the dealership (the general manager, finance manager, service manager) and walked us through the parts and service department. Once the cars were prepped, Joe got them both filled with gas, gave us a nice tutorial on both, and we were on our way! I would strongly recommend visiting this dealership, and asking for Joe Sonatore, he is a great representative for the organization.

We purchased a 2013 Kia Sportage from JT'S Kia and I have to tell you it was the smoothest car purchase process I've ever had. First of all our sales associate, Corey Holden, was exceptional. He was extremely courteous, and best of all knowledgeable. We went in on a Saturday and it was full of customers in the showroom. Corey knew that Saturday was the only day we had availability and because he knew that it'll be busy, he recommended that we make an appointment so that we would be able to get in and get out so to speak. He was right, it was pretty busy in there. But because he made arrangements for us to come that day, we were able to test drive the vehicle for the second time, mind you, within five minutes of us walking into the showroom. As far as the sales process, he was very honest and upfront with us. Once we settled on the financing and the sales prices, we were in the finance manager's office signing documents in no time. I also have to share the after sales experience. Corey has kept in touch with us to this day to follow up with us. He was nice enough to activate out Sat radio and program the radio for us. I've made other car purchases before and I've never received follow up service such as this. I expected this level of service with a tier 1 luxury dealership but to receive one from a Kia dealership is amazing. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, especially a Kia, make sure you stop by JT'S and ask for Corey Holden. He has treated us really well and we are enjoying our Sportage.

My Sales Representative, Terrell Shaw, did a fantastic job informing me of the features of the my 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid. I did not seriously consider purchasing a this vehicle, but after a few visits and phone call with Terrell, I was convinced this vehicle fit my needs. It was Terrell's demeanor which impressed me the most. This is the 7th vehicle I have purchased and I found most sales reps are pushy and aggressive. As a young college student I am unfamiliar and suceptiable to cons when it comes to buying cars. I met a rather new employee in the parking lot and his name was Paul Pegues and he was from Mississippi. Super nice guy and made me feel really comfortable, when I first arrived I had almost a chip on my shoulder, as to not get taken advantage of, but Paul's charming charisma melted that away and it was as if I was talking to a long time friend who was trying to protect my best interest with my life decision. I was not able to purchase a car with Paul, which was disappointing but he did teach me a ton about what Kia has to offer as well as what other companies are doing in comparison in the same class of car. Even though I didn't buy a vehicle I did make a non-verbal commitment with myself to return to do business with JT's Kia and Paul Pegues will be my tour guide to the perfect vehicle to fit me, my life and my bank account.

This was my first time actually purchasing a car on my own. I was recommended to use Terrell at JT's Kia on Killian Rd by my mom who had just bought her car from there also. I went and enjoyed the great customer service. I was shown cars only in the price range and monthly payment range that I requested so I didn't get my hopes up. I bought my first car then later had an accident where it was totaled. I went BACK to JT's Kia again and Terrell was able to help me find something to replace it. I bought a brand new Kia Optima with no money down and still in the price range I requested. He is so easy to work with and will do what he can to help you. The environment all together makes it a great car buying experience. I would recommend Terrell and JT's Kia to anyone.

The salesman Mr. Doug came to me and it was something about his approach, his appearance, and his Assurance in assisting me to get a car made me feel I was in good hands. In purchasing a new car or truck you have to have or be associated with a great salesman, my wife and I found that great salesman at JT'S KIA, Killian Road. He took his time to show us the 2013 KIA Optimas, and took one out for a test drive, showed us all the bells and whistles. I was hooked and my wife was flabbergasted. The sunroof and panorama sunroof got me. At JT'S KIA, Doug Sanders will treat you right. No matter what your position is he will make sure you are getting whatever you like.

I do not know much about cars much less the difference that Kia has to offer. Mr. Pegues or "Paul", as he told me to call him, was extremely nice and seemed like he would be a hospitable at his home because he made me feel comfortable and welcome to a me, a young college student, in an unfamiliar place of business. Although I was unable to purchase a vehicle with Paul, he did seem very knowledged in the inventory and competing cars of the same class. when I am able or ready to purchase a vehicle, I will be returning to do business and their associate Paul Pegues will be my guide.

My jeep had finally passed on and I needed a new car. Everyone I had talked to prior to going to a dealership could give me very little information about what cars I should consider but pretty much all of them told me to go to Jt's Kia. My salesperson, Corey, was given very little description of what I wanted because I still had no clue. But through the entire process he was patient and gave me honest feedback on what I could afford even beyond just the payments. He steered me to cars that I definantly could handle payments for and helped keep me and my mom focused. This alone is really hard to do when we are surrounded by such great new and used cars. I was able to leave that day with a great Mazda that I am passionantly in love with! After the whole process I wanted to leave a positive review and saw that some people even had some bad experiences. This I find so shocking. Even though we took up so much time going through the entire car buying process in one day (including research) everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and attentive to my needs even though I was already being assisted. I had a great experience and got a great car out of the deal. And for going there on my birthday I even got a nice card and cupcake! I was referred to Jts KIA by a former employee who had outstanding news about them. I went in only with the mind set of buying a used car. I had Cory as my sales rep and was beyond Amazing. He was polite, patient and had a great attitude. He helped me get my first BRAND NEW car. (which I love) I am about to have a year with my vehicle and I do not regret purchasing it from Jts KIA. When I needed assistance with my car their maintenance was excellent and their service was quick. When I was in the process of looking for a vehicle I visited many Car Dealerships and to be honest Jts KIA was all around the best.

After 15 yrs of not having a vehicle...and all the electronic changes... Everyone in the dealership has been very helpful with explaining and not laughing at my sometime strange questions... Have had one recall item taken care of with no problems, quickly and efficiently.Only thing I feel they are lacking in...is the cleaning of the car when it is in for service....I request that they do nothing to the car as far as cleaning and detailing..

General check up on new Kia prior to vacation. The Service dept was thorough, professional and courteous. The Sales staff listened and did not try to pressure a sale.

I had a great experience getting a car from this dealership. I came expecting to be put through a process and was pleasantly surprised to find they did not operate like that at all. Derrick was a great salesman and stayed with us through the whole process. He even continues to call me each month to make sure things are going okay. Derrick walked us through each part of the process and we were done and getting the keys to my new Kia Rio in an hour's time. I felt like a valued customer and still feel important when I go out there. I would highly recommend getting your car that gets great gas mileage from J.T.'s Kia. You will love the experience and it wasn't cheesy either-it was really genuine.

I would like to share a negative experience I recently had at a JT KIA located on Killian Rd by a internet salesperson. The past two days I have been communicating via internet and phone about buying a new vehicle. Today "Gabby" Gabriel James explained everything is settled and to come on in with a co signer, check stubs, and down payment. Once I had a friend drive me 40 minutes to the dealership since I have been without a car for 3 days I was excited about the new car I was guaranteed by Gabriel James. However once I arrived I was informed she is only internet sales and would not be part of the sales process and soon after everything she had told me was lies. I of course ask to speak to this so called professional that had represented JT KIa in my experience up until that point. As she walks out without professional clothing on. She immediately begins a negative and rude attitude with me. In response I ask her why she had lied to me for the past two days and rather than answer she said atleast I have a car and job an further very rude remarks in a screaming voice in front of a large group of salesman and customers. For anyone that knows me I am an extremely hardworker . I continually called her a liar and ask why she lied (among other remarks that may have slipped out in anger). I rarely complain about poor service at any establishment however this was above and beyond uncalled for. I own a business myself and treat all customers with respect. Iam sure the owner of this establish feels the same. Further could there be a chance of her screaming my private confidential business in front of the full showroom basis for deflamation of character or breach of privacy? When I came the night I purchased the car, everything was great. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Dennis, my salesman, was super helpful. Rob and Tina in the finance department are very nice people as well. The only issue I have had is getting paperwork finalized. I don't think there has been great communication between Finance and the lender. So I have gotten a lot of calls that may not have been necessary. Other than that small hiccup, my experience was decent.

I stopped by Jt's Kia just before closing just to see what was on the lot. I was certain that I wouldn't be able to purchase a car so close to closing. After looking at a few cars I was approached by Mr. Agner(one of the salesmen) who ask if I wanted to check out the vehicle I was interested in. After conversating with Mr. Agner I realized that this night I would be going home with my new car. The process was quick and straight forward and the finance department went the extra mile to get me the best deal. Eventhough I arrived just before closing to check out what was on the lot, the staff proved that they would go the extra mile, providing outstanding customer services by working past their shift so I could drive my new car home that night.Thanks Jt's Kia

They attempted to sell me a car that looked nice but when my mechanic inspected it, it had an animal nest, severe rust damage, dirty oil and a number of leaks. Despite promising that I had 4 business days to return the car, they refused to believe my mechanic's findings and forced me to take an afternoon off to get a second opinion out of my own pocket. When the second opinion yielded the same results, they proceeded to continue to manipulate and pressure me into purchasing the car. It took actively trying to drive customers from their showroom to get them to back me out of the deal. Do not do business with these people. They will manipulate you in every way imaginable. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business.

As soon as we parked a saleman came up to us and introduced himself and asked us what type of vehicle we were interested in. He was very helpful as we narrowed down some of the details we would be looking for immediately and took time to have some pleasant conversation. He explained that as soon as we had a general idea of the type vehicle that would please us, with options etc he showed us the brochures and advised us that he would bring a vehicle that closely matched our wish list. Ronnie Williams was professional courteous and very friendly throughout the whole process. After we made a selection of a 2014 Kia Sorento, we test drove the vehicle and really liked the performance and the handling. He congratulated us at each step of the way to let us know that each step was complete. Then he made sure the new vehicle was spotless and had a full tank of gas. The entire experience was great and we did not feel any pressure. The lease deal was worked out to our satisfaction and we drove away with a new Sorento. My wife and I were very pleased and will return to this dealership when we have a need for another vehicle.

Hi - Bought my car in July 2012. Took my brand new car for it's 11,000 mile oil change at JTs Kia. I also had a hood guard installed. The hood guard was installed, however, technician never took the time to wipe his fingerprints off the hood and the hood guard after installation. Also, experienced a horrific smell when I got back into my car. After about two hours, I called back to the service department and yes, was screaming mad at them saying that the smell was worse. They told me to bring it back, which if you work two jobs is not all that easy. Well, I drove for another day and when I pulled into my driveway the next evening, my husband came out to ask what was wrong with my brand new car as he heard me coming down the road. I could not wait, so I was at the dealership at opening the next morning. When the service tech opened the hood, my oil cap was laying right on top of the engine. So, they calmed me down by "fixing" everything, confirming no damage to the vehicle and sending me on my way. Two days later I was back with an oil leak and mileage at 24 to 25 MPG (normally in lower 30s). They then said that it was loose oil on the tray...low and behold my mileage jumped right on up to 33 MPG on the way home. So, thought it was fixed. But, once again I'm a week after service and mileage is back down to 24/25 MPG and ticking noise is LOUD. But, my added bonus is that the vehicle has absolutely no power at 40 to 45 miles per hour - and what's the normal running speed around a local town. Yup - ya'll got it. DO NOT EVER GO TO JTs KIA FOR SERVICE. YOU MAY GET A GOOD SALE, BUT YOU WON'T GET A GOOD CUSTOMER RETURN SALE AND THEY'LL SCREW UP YOUR NICE NEW CAR ON TOP OF IT!!!!!

i bought a 2012 kia sorento. at about 30,000 miles it started drinking oil. it was not smoking, running bad, or anything. i took it in to see what was going on. after hours there they told me the motor was shot. they got me a rental and said i would have my car back by the end of the week. three days later they call me and ask if i had oil change receipts. i told them i could get a print out of the service records from my mechanic. they said that would not work. come pick your car up and return the rental. so they actually will not fix my car. i am stuck with a bran new car with a shot motor, i would stay very far away from this place. they are as crooked as they come.

Great experience. Came in just to look around at the new sorento and couldn't leave without one. Dee made sure we drove the vehicle and gave us plenty of time to make sure we were comfortable with it. The kids were able to play in the playroom and watch tv so that we could get a deal done. Price was more than reasonable especially considering that the vehicle we wanted was on the lot. The sales and finance dpartment got us right where we needed to be. Awesome experience, wifes thrilled with the car. Hopefully she won't get tired of this one in less than two years, but whenever she does, we'll definately be looking for Dee White at JT's Kia.

We went and purchased a new vehicle at this dealership and thought everything was great until a week after we signed the paperwork. We got a call that they had made a transcription error on the finance paperwork and now were looking to finance with other lenders. It has now been almost 2 weeks since we signed the paperwork and we are still waiting to find out how they are going to fix the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They screwed up and we are the ones who have to stress about it. I don't even think we will be going there for service once this is all worked out. I would rather pay for the oil changes than deal with this dealership and use the free oil changes they gave us.

My husband and i needed a new car or a used one, depending if we get a deal on either or. My husband heard that they have a BIG SALE going on and this and that, he went in around 6ish or 7ish and told me that he spoke to them, telling them whats going on, so they told him to come back with me cause they are looking for a commitment. So we go there with my two kids on a friday early in the day when its hot. The guy name JOE helped us (the previous guy he saw the first time) worked a deal out for us. First it was for the NEW kia optima for 4 grand down and three hundred and some a month with a trade in car. My husband said NO! Ill walk out right now, so then he goes and comes back and tell us that the CHEVY EQUINOX trade in vehicle that they just got for 14 or 15 grand and 0 down with the trade in car. So even tho the vehicle had minor problems with the acceleration we still would didnt mind. We told JOE all the problems that we would like to have fix before we sign papers and blah, blah, blah. So everything went ok. Mind you my husband is APPROVED and all they needed was the banks approval, joe said he will contact us tomorrow about the bank because they were already closed. Ok, done deal is what we thought. The next day comes, and my husband calls and joe said he will call back because he was with a customer. OK, NO PROBLEM! i dont know who called who? my husband comes home from work to tell me THEY SOLD THE DAMN CHEVY EQUINOX THAT WE WANTED AND NEEDED. First of all, they knew how much we went thu with them, didnt even call back to inform my husband that the bank approved it and still sold the car to another customer, the manager, and general manager was sooooo rude to him. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HERE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!

Stuck in a vehicle I never asked for. They ordered a vehicle fr me and in the end I signed papers on something I thought I was getting but when the vehicle arrived it was completely different. And it was like being taken in a $30,000 dollar ride that I now have to pay for. Never make the mistake I made and purchase something you can't see first.

Me and my mother (who was also present at the time) were greeted with a pleasant attitude from the minute we walked onto the showroom.The experience from that day foward was great. Unlike any other dealership we had visited prior to kia, we met people who felt they had a quota to meet and let that drive them to a sale instead of customer satisfaction. Chris however (our salesman), was patient throughout the entire experience. Test drive after test drive Chris was still willing to put in more time for us even though we werent making a purchase at the moment which made me feel i had more freedom to choose when i would like to purchase. Chris was also (and still is) a funny person as well. The other salesmen were also nice as well even though we werent working with them. They not only made good conversation but offered us anything periodically to ensure our visit was as welcoming as possible. My thanks goes to Chris Brown and extends to the other fellow members of jts kia who also worked hard for me to get me into what i wanted!
