This was our first purchase from Jordan Ford and it was a great one! We were Keaton's first customers and he was fantastic. Answered questions immediately that he had the answers to and if he didn't have an answer, he found out and called us back. Great guy to work with! Unfortunately he wasn't in when we closed on our deal, but Shawndel helped us and was also great to deal with. Paperwork was easy and we were done quick! Keaton did a follow-up call a few days later to make sure everything was okay and that we were still happy with our purchase. Highly recommend Jordan to anyone who wants a FAIR deal and not wanting to hassle with pushy salesmen.

I was looking to get a new car after almost 10 years. We had went to several dealerships and Jordan just feels so comfortable. The NO pressure sales is what brought me back. I could have bought the same car at another dealer, but I hated the feeling you had when you were being harassed to buy one there. We went back to Jordan and knew we would much rather get the car there, even if it may have cost a little more since the sticker price is what you pay, no negotiating. Someones it's just worth it!!!Everyone was super friendly and willing to not only help us, but help each other. Will be getting another car there when the time arrives. Drove off with the exact car that I wanted. Highly recommend working with Ron Bell!!

Kevin did an amazing job helping us find a car that was a good fit for us. We were somewhat picky, and didnt know exactly what we wanted but he took every detail that we liked and found us the perfect car! All of the employees were kind as they helped us through the process and Kevin was there to help explain everything to us each step of the way. I found their car listed online, when I got tho the dealership everything was exactly as advertised PLUS so many "Jorday Way" extras. Mike explained all the various controls of SYNC, hooked up my phone for the test drive so I could try out hands-free calling, They did not even turn on the pressure when I chose to finance thru my credit union rather than Ford. This is one of the best car-buying experiences I've had and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

This is the 1st negative review I've ever written & my experience was SO awful!! I purchased my 2013 Nissan in 10/2014. I paid for their extended coverage plan. I specifically asked, no matter what - any issues I have - will be covered. I was told yes. 100%, no questions asked. I had an electrical problem, & made an appt to get my car in. I stated I would need to bring my car in prior to work, & needed shuttled around 8am. They stated that wasn't a problem. I get there, & was told well we don't have you down until 11:30, eventually got the shuttle for me, but I was made 15 min late to work. I took my car in nearly a week ago. Jordan advised they couldn't correct the problem, didn't know what to do with it, so I was advised to pick my car up, and take it to a Nissan dealer. I had to take my warranty back them as they did not even have all of the info from my purchasw entered correctly in their system. I again, specifically asked about the warranty, if they needed to refer me to a dealer, etc. & was told that my warranty would transfer and be accepted, any Nissan dealer would be fine. I confirmed the paperwork I brought into them regarding my warranty was all I would need to give to Nissan, and they said yes. I do this, again dealing with shuttles to and from work. Nissan calls and advises that was in fact not my correct warranty paperwork. I call Jordan, am transferred left and right between the ford side and their services center, and the Toyota side, and their service center - one person on the Toyota side telling me he "couldn't help me and just picked up the phone call he was transferred"!!!!! After NUMEROUS calls back and fourth, I am told I was misinformed, and should NOT have taken my car to Nissan. Jordan should have kept my car and outsourced this repair themselves so they would then file the claim for my warranty. At this point, no one knows how to proceed, the head of service at Toyota, Patty, was NEVER available for myself or the employees I spoke with, & she needed to be contacted to determine how to proceed. I was told she may have had some personal things with herself or her mother, & had appointments to go to. Of course, I have sympathy for a possible hardship, however, I as the paying customer should not be affected by her personal life. A woman in pre-owned named Kara was another contact I was given to call. She did get me a loaner vehical as they were not going to have an answer on what to do that day either. Communication was HORRIBLE - Kara advised she had to get with Patty, & that they had missed each other due to Patty's unavailability & when she came to Kara - she was busy with her customers all AM and also had some appraisals. Again, NOT my problem as the customer. If she was too busy, another associate or manager should have been made aware of my now 4 business day problem. My voicemails were not returned, & I was spoken to in a rude & unfriendly manner by multiple employees while being sent on a wild goose chase for help. In the mean time, Gurley Leep Nissan was consistently calling me to follow up and ensure I was being taken car of!! Jordan finally works out their problems, approved the work to be done PER THE ESTIMATE Gurley Leep sent over, and then, states they are only paying a portion of the invoice, leaving me with an almost $300 balance!!! Gurley Leep was not okay with this, as they were approved to proceed with the estimate provided, and did not feel after I was already told I was covered, that I would now have a somewhat large balance. After their service manager spoke to Jordan's, they got no where but also spoken to rudely and were advised I would have to pay. They felt this whole fiasco was handled so poorly, they waived their labor fees for the work they did, so I didn't have the unexpected balance. Kara on the final day, was VERY rude and snobby, and did not even apologize for my inconvenience. I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS DEALER AGAIN! BEWARE!!

Bought a 2013 ford flex, paying 28,000 for it. Great vehicle. Impressed. Yes. But... Not even owned for a month and front and rear passenger side lights fogging and condensation appears. Mike who sold us the vehicle was great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Service I'm not so sure. I had it looked at today. Vincent told me not to worry they will take care of it. Has a four year bumper to bumper warranty and they called me back to tell me parts will cost 1200 and may have to pay a deductible. Better than paying 1200. Yes.... But I shouldn't have to pay a dime. Spend 28,000 on a vehicle and not even had it for a month and already putting money into it. Which things happen but I don't feel I should have to pay this. It's also ford certified. I did call and leave mike a message to see if anything can be done. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. And a chance to make it right. I'll never go back to Gurley leep ford ever again. First time was ridiculous. Jordan as far as sales go did a good job. Service and management not so sure. We will have to see when parts come in how well they will take care of a new customer paying 28,000 dollars for a car and it's just minor repair but... 1200 for front and rear lights?? I dunno. We will see. I could not rate quality of service due to the fact that they have not responded back or completed the work yet.

I HATE car shopping. I'm in a bad mood before I even get to the dealership. The people I encountered at Jordan were exemplary in their ability to override my negativity and make my car-buying experience pleasant, even enjoyable! I first encountered Marlon because I was looking at the Toyota RAV-4. My son had suggested I look at a Ford Escape, so Marlon escorted me over to the Ford side and introduced me to Joe Hayden. There was no pressure to buy one over the other. Joe showed me the Ford Escape and I decided a couple of days later that's the car I wanted. I went back to Jordan and while Joe was busy with another customer, Casey took over. I never felt ignored because there was always someone to answer questions (and I had a lot!). Everyone assured me when I picked up my car that they are there to help and to feel free to come back or call with questions (I am sure I will do both). Great place with wonderful employees.

The dealership was good. I wish I could say great, but that is not the case. My wife and I regularly took our cars here for service and would occasionally look over the floor models. We were always approached, but never harassed, and asked if we needed assistance. Everyone was very friendly. And we had help finding out that the color I wanted was no longer made. This almost cost the sale and made me go elsewhere, but that was a Ford manufacturing problem, not the dealer. When I finally was interested in one in another color, we ran across Joe. He was fun, friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed late many times with us, doing paperwork, explaining things or showing us the car. Joe helped us get a Fusion ordered & built to order. 6-10 weeks turned out to be 9 weeks. While waiting for it to come in, they were kind enough to let me test drive one with my father who only visits every 5 years and happened to be in town. The main reason the dealership is only getting a 3 instead of a 5, is because of my trade-in. I felt that I was screwed on it. I was only offered $900 for my trade-in under the guise that they would have to auction it and that was all they could give me. The trade in was a very unique car. They can get 200 each for the rims alone. The engine only has 85,000 miles and was a 2002. Alpine stereo and more. Admittedly, it did need some repairs, but they could have gone a little higher so I didn't feel truly insulted. But other than that, they did a great job as a whole. And Joe was top of the line. He was consistently going above & beyond, and it was noticed & appreciated. Considering their staff is salary, not commissioned, that makes going those extra miles he went mean even more. Thanks Joe!!

Hugh and Kyle at the budget lot of Jordan Ford Mishawaka were BEYOND amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable with all of the papers to back them up. They really go the extra mile to make your whole family( including our toddler we brought) feel included and comfortable. They ensure everyone understands everything and print off very clear paperwork so you're sure there are no hidden loop holes. They will find the perfect car no matter what you are looking for and wont stop until you are satisfied with the choice. Follow up after purchase care remains just as wonderful. I don't even know where to begin! I am not one to complain or write bad review, but my experience needs to be told to hopefully inform others and keep them from making the same mistake we did by purchasing a car from Jordan Auto Group!! My wife and I purchased a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan from the Jordan Budget lot. We came at 4:30 on a Fri, I understand that is close to closing time, but we were rushed through everything and everyone was annoyed we were there keeping them late. I understand not working on commission, but at least when companies work on commission they are pleasant and eager to help(even if it's late)!! We had to come back Sat to pick up the car, when we came to get it, there were a few noises that we wanted to have checked out. We were assured it would be looked at later in the week and fixed. The more we drove it that week, the more things started to go wrong. We called our sales guy(kyle) and he made us an appointment for Fri at 4:30. We thought that was oddly late, but brought it in anyway. We got there and were given attitude about it being so late in the day.They looked at our van, but refused to fix anything. There were three main things we wanted addressed, one of which was a sound with a pulley. They looked at it on Fri and said it needed fixed, and ordered a part, They scheduled us a new appt for the following Tues to have it fixed and the other issues also. My wife brought it in Tues morning at 10:20(the appointment was at 10:30), we were not on the schedule for service that day.They did agree to look at it, and took her back to her fathers house who lives nearby and was told it shouldn't take more than an hour or two. They never called back. She called several times trying to get to get an idea of how much longer it would take and no one would call her back. 5 HOURS LATER!!!!!! someone finally called her back. They had adjusted the brakes so that the ticking noise would stop, however they informed her that the pulley as just fine and didn't need changed. When she told them about coming in on Fri and a part being ordered, they had no clue what she was talking about. No one had any record of us being there or a part being ordered. I had to come pick up the car, because of how long it took my wife could no longer get there, so I drove all the way from Goshen. I came and picked up the car and drove it off the lot and wouldn't you know the brakes were NOT fixed!! They were still ticking and now they have started grinding. I drove it back to tell them, and I was told to take it home anyway and maybe they could see me another day. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! I live almost an HOUR away, not 5 minutes!! We cannot keep coming over because people are too lazy or don't know how to fix it!! My wife cannot take our children over to have it fixed when it is going to take 5 HOURS!! At this point I would rather take the piece of junk van to a scrap yard and just get rid of it and go to a car lot where sales people and services techs will be honest and we wont be lied to, where we can get a quality vehicle and not one that continues to break with each passing mile, a lot where we will be treated with respect and if things are said to be fixed--THEY WILL BE, the FIRST time! I am beyond outraged!! I have now taken the car to my mechanic who found 4 things wrong with it. I've called Jordan twice and no one will speak to me! No one deserves to be lied to and treated like this! Frustrating does not scratch the surface! In the future, please make sure you are selling quality vehicles, please don't make your customers wait for over 5 hours for something that should take 1, please keep better records of what customers came in and parts ordered and appointments, and please FIX something when you say you are going to! I am so far beyond disappointed in my service, staff and vehicle-I wish there was a negative on the rating scale above, but even that might be to high at this point!

Every staff member that we delt with was great. Kevin Ball was exceptionally helpful. They really helped make the car buying experience as easy as possible for us. Because of work commitments they even stayed over one hour past closing one day and then delivered the vehicle to us the next day, again, after normal operating hours. Anthony was great! He spent several hours going over different options of vehicles that would best suit me and my needs. He explained everything in a manner I understood and answered all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he found someone who knew the answer. When I dealt with Kim on the phone and in person she was very friendly upbeat and helpful. Stephani was helpful with the money questions and financing. Josh went over everything about the vehicle when I picked it up. All in all it was a great experience, never felt any pressure and felt that everything was on the table with no hidden agenda's. Once I saw the vehicle I came to look at, I knew I wanted to look at others. Lucas was so relaxed and helpful. I ended up buying a car and spent over 4 hours at the dealership. Looked online for 3 months before making my purchase. Wanted CPO at a decent price. This truck had both, and most of the options I wanted. Called to make an appointment to test drive, salesman was very informative, gave me his information and took mine in case truck sold before. Was greeted on the lot right away, explained why I was there, and very shortly test drove the truck and decided to buy it. I dealt with the same person throughout, took several hours, everything was explained in detail, how all the warranties worked, what was covered under them. He answered all my questions. I paid cash but my understanding was he would have handled financing if I had needed it. Finally he filled my truck up with gas, washed it and sent me on my way.

I could not have asked for a better experience buying a used car. It started with the online search and how Jordan published the prices of the vehicle. I feel that if a dealer doesn't publish the price up front they want to play games with you. With Mike I didn't feel manipulated or lied to. He gave my wife and I just enough room and privacy to look over and discuss the vehicle, but was right there when we had questions or needed help. We purchased a Ford pre-certified vehicle with warranty remaining for a reasonable price, but what really knocked it out of the park was the added value that Jordan brings to the table. I've dealt with a lot of dealers over the years, but Jordan tops them all!

When I called Jordan's to check on whether a used SUV had a power driver's seat, Kara Mitchell actually went out into the used car lot and looked at the SUV to check for me. She did not know me, but went out of her way to help. Outstanding customer service! I stopped at Jordan's on 6/26/13 and I asked for Kara. She was in the process of helping a couple with paperwork on the sale of a car, but continued to check on me as I looked at vehicles in the lot. I drove a Ford Escape. She asked Adam Blacketter help me. I have never been so spoiled! Adam worked with me to get a trade-in value for my car, and to look at the cost of buying the Escape. I wanted to purchase a pre-owned Ford Escape Limited (my current Ford Escape Limited was starting to have too many miles). I did an on-line search and Jordan Ford popped up. They had exactly what I wanted. I contacted them via email and within minutes, I had an on-line chat with someone from Jordan asking me questions and showing interest in what I wanted. They followed up with an email and a phone call - the phone call was from Joel. Joel explained what Escapes that he had on the lot and provided the details that I needed. I told him that I planned to drive to Jordan and look at the car he had on the lot. He said that he would have the car waiting for me to look at.The car was ready for me to look at when I arrived. Joel starting telling me about all of the features of the car and suggested that I take it for a test drive. After driving the car, I knew that it had all the features that I wanted. We sat down and he told me the price and worked with me on my trade-in. No hassle, no haggling, just one price - you can't make it any simpler. He explained the Jordan process and within a short time, we were signing contracts. After meeting with Joel, the car was ready for me to drive away. He made some final checks with me to make sure that I understood all of the Ford Escape features.Since the purchase, Joel and Jordan have followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied and if I had an questions. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a good experience.

Buying/leasing a car can be so stressful - but with the "Jordan Way" - our car shopping was absolutely STRESS FREE. We considered leasing 2 vehicles - one for our daughter, and one for the family. We were never pressured by our Sales Guy Rich Love - he allowed us the opportunity to make the best decision for our family - without pushing the sale. As far as the vehicle goes .... Could not be happier!! I've had 3 Hondas - and loved all of them, but my new Ford FUSION is pure luxury at an affordable price. I thought I would give up gas mileage - but suprisingly enough, its very comparable. We are very satisfied - and will definitely use Jordan Ford for all our vehicle purchases.

My regular scheduled service time was nearing but I had questions about a previous service procedure. The service manager and his assistant answered my questions by admitting a mistake was made. He scheduled an appointment, corrected the mistake, serviced my Ford, and got me back on the road in time for me to make my other appointments. They were a great group of people to work with and my problems are solved.

Kathy was very helpful. Jordan's didnt have the car we were looking for and Kathy searched untill she found one. It only took a few days. When we went to pick up the car , she expained all the features ansd how they all worked. We purchased the car for my wife and my wife was very pleased with the way everything was explained. My wife had to stop back by there a few days later and couldnt remember how to sync the phone to the car inorder to use the music on her phone. Again Kathy was more then willing to spend a few more minutes to make sure my wife understood how to do. We have had the car a week now and love it.

My wife and I were searching for a 2013 Ford Escape. I contacted them via phone and Rich answered. He went out of his way to answer questions. He went so far as to do a video of one verbally describing it to me on his phone and then text it to me. This was all without us asking. They did not have one with the exact specifications that we wanted so they found what we wanted in Detroit, did a dealer trade, and brought it back. While we were signing paperwork I mentioned my Focus needed an oil change. The service staff came and got my keys and had it done before we were done with our paperwork. Super friendly staff! No pushing or pressure filled sales. Very transparent. We loved the experience and we love the Jordan perks you get. Unlimited lifetime car washes, free manicures for my wife and daughter and free massages. Rich even told me to just text him when we have a service need and he would set it up. Overall, the best car buying experience we've had!

I had come into the Ford shop early afternoon where it died. I have been comming into Ford for about 5 years now and have always liked the service there. This time though, I had not made an appointment since things happened so quickly. My alternator burnt out and took the battery with it. Mary took over and told me they would be able to take care of everything that afternoon after my truck had the checkup. I was impressed! I expected my truck would be there overnight and maby repaired the next day. Mary kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs, she is a real "Pro". When I left I was very happy to have my transportation once again.

The service reps are the best, and I am 71 years old and have seen many. They always make you feel good about bringing your car, or truck in my case, to have work done. It has always been done correctly, and any other problems or potential problems are brought to your attention. I walked on your used lot to look at town car that you had at that time it was not fancy enough for my wife. At that time a young man Mike Gaffney introduced himself to me.He took down all information that he needed for four weeks he called twice a week at one point i told him we were looking at my neighbors De Ville Mike calls and said he got a De Ville in we came in and bought the vehichle before it went to detail shop .I now he a fairly new sales person Tood has to be a leader between Toods teachings and Mike foratude and personalty they make it a pleasur to buy a car. I also like the no pressur system it is so much better than beating a custmer up.

The general manager, Todd, was a wonderful, "non-pressuring" representative with a great personality. The same can be said for his assistant, Nick. Both were very helpful in achieving my goal of attaining the vehicle both myself and my fiance truly desired.My greatest respect goes to Mike Gaffney, my sales rep. He he is not only a great representative for the company, but truly cares about customer satisfaction. In addressing two specific issues (involving an "add-on" option and a second key), Mike went far beyond what would normally be expected. The sale had already been completed, the check written, but Mike went "beyond the call of duty" in handling these issues by using two separate days off to, on his own time, get these things taken care of. He picked up my vehicle from my workplace, got the work done, and returned the vehicle back to my workplace.I have been in sales for the greater part of my life--as a rep, manager, and trainer. I have found that a company can have a great product at the lowest price, but if the sales rep is not working in the best interest of the customer or does not show a genuine interest in the customer as a person (just interested in making a sale), the customer will go elsewhere to do business. Sales is a PEOPLE business, and the people that I met and worked with truly served me--both in a professional way as well as a personal way.I can conclude by saying that I will look forward to work with these same people should I need a vehicle in the future as well as recommend them to others. This dealer had a Transit Connect in stock for a test drive. When we decided this was the vehicle for us our Salesperson Shawndel Gordon was able to locate a Transit with the color we liked the next day. The other local dealer told us we would have to wait for months to get any other color than white. I am glad that I decided to continue the family tradition and go to Jordan myself. Since I currently live out of town I decided to work with a dealer over the phone to find my next dream vehicle. Shawndel Gordon was more than happy to assist me in finding that perfect 2012 Ford Escape Limited. He tracked a Ford Escape down with all of my specifications in a matter of 24-48 hours and was ready to make it mine. During the entire process I never felt pressured into purchasing anything that I did not really want and/or need. Shawndel was very layed back and easy to communicate with to make sure that my next SUV had everything that I couldn't live without. Its so strange how different two dealership experiences can be. With my first automobile purchase I always felt like I was being attacked as soon as I set foot on the pavement, however, that was not the case at Jordan. Jordan made me feel like I was family. Jordan advertises their sales process as "stress free and easy." I didn't believe it until I experienced it. Our sales person, Shawndel Gordon, was friendly and efficient, asking good questions to determine our needs, and answering our questions honestly and completely. Jordan doesn't play games with the numbers like most car dealerships. They reveal all the taxes and fees that make up the total price and include finance options for 36-48-60 months all on one simple sheet. They offered a very fair price on our trade, and they give you the actual cash value of your trade against your vehicle purchase--they don't bury the trade value in "the deal". We visited another dealership the same day, and they needed my SS# in order to give us financing options. I wondered what would happen to that sheet of paper with my important information on it after I left the dealership (they assured me it would be shredded, but who knows?). At Jordan, Shawndel was able to give me financing options without collecting that sensitive information. It really was a "stress free and easy" experience. I would highly recommend Jordan Ford and Shawndel Gordon.

My wife and I came into the dealership with the idea of just looking for a new Ford Explorer and three days later drove off in a brand new Explorer. The buying experience was straight forward, easy, and hassle free just as Jordan advertises. It was so nice not to be worn out from haggling over the price for hours.
