The new facility is wonderful, the mechanic was excellent but I wasn't pressed with the service receptionist. At first she couldn't verify if my car had arrived via a tow service I called. I realize facility is new but a little training for the first point of contact is suggested. All other interaction, great!

I went in tom jones ford in Buckeye az looking for a new Superduty truck and i dealt with a salesman named John. He was absolutely horrible. he took one look at me and said you cant afford this truck. I told him that i was here to pay for the truck in cash. He refused to help me and just laughed me off. Because of that experience i decided to go to courtesy chevrolet and purchase my new Silverado with no problems what so ever!

i visited the preview of the new dealership in Buckeye on Thursday June 11. What a beautiful facility! I was given a tour of the facility by Eric and Tom Jones. During the tour they informed us of the development of the facilty and they also discussed their business philosophy of making every visit to their dealerships a good ,a friendly and a satisfying experience whether it is for service and repair or buying a new or used vehicle. After the tour i was greeted and visited by both Ron and Parker Jones.The Jones' have hit a home run with their new facility and their customer service philosophy.

I am a die hard explorer fan. I had a 1997 and then got a 2003 Eddie Bauer, that I still have and am now passing on to my twin granddaughters. I was ready for a new one and had been doing research and reading reviews for several months. I finally made my decision on the model that I wanted and went to John Bolton at Tom Jones Ford in Buckeye, AZ. I told him what I wanted and what color and he found it the same day. He got it delivered to him the next day and I picked it up the day after that. He had everything ready to go, even coming in on his day off just for me! Him and everyone there were great and my experience was the best. No complications, no hassles and no pressure. Consider me a customer for life and I would highly recommend them. When I took my Ford Edge for it's first service, the car was promptly taken into the service bay and returned within the time frame stated by the service rep. I felt welcomed and that my business was appreciated. If the dealership wants to step up their game, it would be a nice touch if they washed the exterior of the car before they return it to the customer. Just a suggestion to make the service a stand out.

I was shopping for a used vehicle and saw the Subaru on the lot as I passed by a couple of days in a row. The price interested me and knowing the Subaru reputation i finally stop on the third time past the lot. John, the salesman was very helpful and although I did not have full funding (I wanted to pay cash) he was able to arranged funding for the amount that I was short. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I have purchased a couple of other vehicles from Tom Jones in the past and am always happy to shop there.

Started shopping (research) a few weeks ago for new car for wife. Son ended up needing a car to replace his motorcycle so he could tote his daughter around that he just got joint custody of. It's been 10 years since I've purchased a vehicle and I wasn't interested in a repeat of my last experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn't interested in being sold anything I didn't need or want. I was determined to spend as little time at the dealership as possible and John at Jones Ford Buckeye understood. He dealt with me over the phone through the negotiation process as well as the qualifying process. He didn't waste my time on back and forth negotiations that weren't meeting my goals. He found the best financing option for me for the amount I wanted.I ultimately ended up with the truck I wanted for a fair price to both myself and the dealer. I spent 45 minutes at the dealership signing paperwork and going over a few of the functions in my new truck and I was on my way! The service and cooperation/coordination with Parker Jones was exemplary of what customer service should and can be. He was anxious to please and went to great lengths to do so. He did not pressure us at all; he presented the Ford Explorer 4WD, completely explained the vehicle and when we presented a question that he was unable to answer, he went to a salesman who was expert in the area, obtained the answer and literature and immediately got back with us. Parker's closing was well presented, understandable and we took his financing advise that offered us better flexibility than we had originally thought up ourselves. I stopped into Tom Jones Ford to look at a vehicle I found online. The location is a bit remote if you live in Phoenix, but it's worth the drive. Denny Ludwig helped us out and couldn't have been more accommodating. The entire process was simple and smooth from beginning to end. We recently traded our 2005 F-250 Lariat for a 2013 F-350 King Ranch. After seeing a used 2008 Ford F150 Limited online I contacted Tom Jones Ford Dealership. I was in contact with Denny Ludwig and he was informative and was a non-pressure type of sales person. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Denny met me at the F150 and again was very informative about the vehicle. The F150 had a complete service to include brakes and two new tires prior to the purchase. After a test drive and further discussion of a trade-in on my own vehicle I decided to purchase. The paperwork was as easy as the sale. Being an out of state purchaser they conducted the title exchange paperwork and even went to the state offices to get this accomplished for me. I would recommend this dealership and also recommend finding Denny to assist you with your purchase of a used or new vehicle.

Great experience overall but gotta work on the facilities, their kind of outdated. Frank the salesman, Parker Jones, and the finance team were great to work with. No haggling over price, no pressure, absolutely no hidden fees whatsoever (which I couldn't believe after going to Larry Miller first and what a joke that was!!), and they got me a way better rate then I had gotten in my pre approval over the phone!!! Will definitely be going back again when we decide to purchase again and would definitely recommend to family and friends. You got a customer for life just keep up the great work guys and gals :)

I contacted Tom Jones Ford by internet for pricing on a new 2012 F-150 prior to Memorial Day. When I met with the salesman, Denny Ludwig, we worked out a deal with great rebates and very good price for my trade-in. When I picked up my new truck on 6/30/12 the paperwork process with Denny and Justine Campos, who handled the final paperwork was the smoothest that I have ever experienced.
