I didn't purchase my car from Johnson, but brought it in for a diagnosis under warranty. Service advisor was Kevin Miles, and he was professional, listened attentively to my questions and concerns, and above all communicated extremely well throughout. He explained everything in detail and never seemed bothered by the extra question/inquiry. I do most of my own routine maintenance, but wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle in again if needed due to the exemplary service.

Every detail at Johnson Lexus is marked by thoughtfully applied customer service. It’s truly surprising. I’ve put 155,000 miles on my ES 350 bought at Johnson Lexus. Here and there I’ve tried other discount mechanics/ service centers to try and save a little money. After a few years of experiencing the difference in service quality I’ve realized that getting the job done correctly at Jonson Lexus is not only more pleasant, but at the end of the day more cost effective as well. They only need to do the work once after all. Definitely recommend.

We purchased a vehicle from salesman Michael Allen over at the pre-owned lot. Let me tell you he went above and beyond to satisfy our every need plus more. When I tell you this man was the most incredible, compassionate, funniest, all around great guy PLEASE believe me! This was the first time I've ever bought from a dealership and he did NOT disappoint. When I left I had tears in my eyes!!! Actually, everyone that we came in contact with was so nice and friendly. Also, a BIG shout out to the finance manager Devin McCullough who also was an absolute blessing! When I'm ready to purchase again I will definitely be back to see these awesome guys! They were fabulous to work with. My car was totaled. I had just paid it off in January 2016. Aarrgghh! They had a beautiful CPO Lexus in the model I was looking for. We worked out a deal on the phone. They even drove it up to Virginia from North Carolina. Now that is customer service!

You can't ask for better service or products. I've owned many brands of luxury cars and not only am I a Lexus customer for life I am a Johnson customer for life. I had a severe issue with my 2015 GX and after several meetings Johnson agreed to replace it for a nominal fee! Just like that, they stand behind their products! I had originally posted a bad review of this dealership, they took the review and my concerns seriously and made everything more than right! I even bought another Lexus for my mother in law while we were handling the original GX issue bringing to a total of 4 cars I've bought from them in 2 years!

Having purchased my wife's ES330 from Johnson of Durham we began noticing cracks developing in the dash and took the car in for possible repairs prior to trading it in for a RX350. Ron Kerr in the service dept. was incredibly attentive to our problem and made every effort to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, Lexus Corp. would only agree to absorb half of the cost to replace the dash ( $3,000). We happily rate Johnson Lexus with 5 stars, however we are less than pleased with Lexus Corp.. Having researched other Lexus owner experiences with this identical problem we are forced to look at other make/ models for our next vehicle.

I contacted Johnson Subaru (along with two other area dealers) for purchasing a WRX. The sales team of Godfrey and Scott were tremendously helpful and located a car that was being built and were able to get the accessories that I wanted installed during the build process The car arrived just as they had projected and I have been very pleased with the service and professionalism

The sales staff could not have been more professional. There was no sales pressure. Because of problems early in the process of finding the car that I wanted at a dealership in the US, one was found on the assembly line in Japan. I agreed to wait the 6 weeks for estimated delivery. The dealership was very good at keeping me informed of the progress.
