This is the second vehicle I have bought from Joe Hall Ford. I have worked with Mitch Holman both times. Both experiences have been amazing. Mitch made the whole experience so easy and he made me feel so comfortable with my decision. He has helped me pick out two cars and both of them were the perfect choice. I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle and will work with Mitch for years to come. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime but these two experiences of buying vehicles at this car lot have been the best experiences of all!

I had a great experience with Joe Hall Ford. My sales person, Mitch, was very professional and very well versed in what seemed to be "all things F-150 . He patiently let me ask as many questions about the operation of my new "high tech" Ford F-150 Hybrid truck as I felt I needed. I have called him several times after getting home and he always takes the time to answer my questions. Recently I was wanting to add a part that did not come "standard" with the truck. I called Joe Hall Ford parts department and spoke with Todd who had the same professionalism and willingness to help as Mitch and I will soon be getting the parts sent to me here in Oregon. Oh, by the way, Mitch picked me up at the Pullman airport.

Very friendly non-pushy staff! Even received a follow up call to see how my new vehicle was working for me. These guys definitely have the customer service figured out. Over 14 yrs I have purchased 3 vehicles from Joe Hall and each time the experience gets better. I would recommend them for sure! Even better, they are good people that give back to their community!

Bought a 2012 Honda Pilot at JOE HALL FORD. Tim was my guy lots of years experience, friendly, prompt, and trusted. Drove 400 miles for this Pilot they have prices so low its worth the travel. Luckily when I called Tim answered the phone and was knowledgeable about this Honda Pilot. Gave me honest and accurate information over the phone. He was prompt with all my needs and questions. Able to do credit app and deposit over the phone in minutes. They got CRAZY low financing options. Will do business again. The savings was great compared to the market in Central Oregon. Rented a u-haul auto transport trailer and save thousands. It was a great auto buying experience. There No Bull aggressive pricing makes the experience haggle free. The Honda dealership did a full service in the Pilot taking care of a big maintenance service. Ask for Tim and get a honest answer

John Rokstad was so very pleasant and kept us apprised of everything that was going on with my car. Every time I have had my car in it has been a very good experience. I would recommend the service department to all my family and friends.

I visited Joe Hall Ford on Dec. 15, 2011. I was interested in buying an electric vehicle... The one I was interested in (Transit Connect van), they were unaware that it could be ordered with an electric option. The salesman checked with his boss, and was told it may come in a hybrid version in another year or so...this is not accurate information. The Transit Connect can be ordered in an electric version. They had no electric vehicles on the lot. They sell Ford and Nissen vehicles, which both make and sell electric vehicles. The salesman said his dealership cannot order those vehicles into Idaho, through either manufacturer. We also talked about Flex Fuel Ford vehicles...The salesman did not know that a Ford engineer, developed the first flex fuel vehicle, or which vehicles were available with the flex fuel option...He could only name 3 vehicles that could be ordered with that option. I also asked about Natural gas/propane conversions for their gasoline(internal combustion)engines. The salesman knew they were offered, but couldn't give me any information...I already knew more about the Ford products than the salesman did.
