If I ever had a problem or an issue he took care of it and did so quickly. When you come in he is always up front and honest about the price and what they can do for you. Which saves time because you dont want to get jerked around when you are car shopping...you know what you want and you know what you can afford...and they help you find it. Having the ability to contact my salesman at anytime and he always calls back within an hour is great service. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Joe Cecconi. After having the vehicle for 3 weeks there was an issue with it and I decided to take it back to get looked at. After diagnosing the issue I came to the conclusion I no longer wanted the used vehicle. I met with the sales manager Dan L. after talking with him we decided it was best to trade the vehicle back in. They went out of there way by getting me into a brand new RAM 1500 (which I didnt think was even possible) with a much better interest rate and an overall much nicer vehicle. Through the entire month long process of issues they were there for me Mark S. my salesman was fantastic knowledgeable and very professional with everything he does. My experience here has been a great one. I was in the market for another car and decided to try them out. Customer service was great, all of my questions were answered and the process wasn't tooth pulling at all. I only had to take two trips because I was coming before work, but still a great experience, Tony and Dave helped me out and got everything situated for me, the paperwork did take some time with the little bit that I had, but overall this was the easiest experience with a dealership that I have experienced and I couldn't be happier with my car.

This place is great! I had been turned down for years for car but Zane made it happen with little down and low monthly payments (if needed). Im n a 07 now from a 96 lol and since I've been good with payments these 2yrs I get to trade that in for a 11!!! Service is good as well. I've had one car problem so far..wheel barring that was covered by insurance. I highly recommend them!
