I had the absolute best experience buying a certified preowned Cadillac from Bailey - we did nearly the entire transaction over text. Negotiating. Everything. It was convenient, timely. There was no BS trying to sell me extra warranties. There was no hard sales pitches. There was no sheisty slimy used car sales guy nonsense. We agreed to a deal. He had the paperwork ready to go when I got there… I was in and out of the place in 20 minutes tops. It was by far the best and easiest used car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. I would highly recommend going to this gentleman if they have a car you’re interested in.

This dealerships is outstanding! They took car of every need we had without hesitation! The last few cars we leased were nightmare experiences - this was the opposite!!! If you're in the market for a Cadillac, you are going to want to stop here!! Even if you're not in the market, I still recommend stopping in and seeing what they have! BEST NEW CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER! I walked out of two different Cadillac dealerships very disappointed with service before finally deciding to schedule the appointment and making the trip to Friendly Cadillac. I'm glad I did. The sales representative, Kurt, that met and helped me find the 2021 XT5 I was looking for was the best! He focused on me as a customer, explained everything in detail, and was very patient, professional and understanding, I purchase the 2021 XT5 I wanted. The entire buying process was enjoyable and the team at Jim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac was patient, FUN and very professional. GREAT TEAM AND GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The experience I had was unbeatable. I still had a year left on a current lease, but this dealer knew what to do in order to get me in a new 2021 XT5. The staff is extremely Friendly, which lives up to the dealership name:) So grateful to have Eleanor as a sales woman. She handled everything over the phone, got me me an excellent deal, and I only had to sign then drive when I arrived!!! But that's not it, my new car got a chip cracked windshield the day after I drove off the lot and they had me covered. I'll definitely be a returning customer and will refer anyone!!! :)

I purchased my very first Honda from this dealership. When and if I plan on purchasing another, I will more than likely purchase it from this dealership. Everyone is so nice, and I am very comfortable obtains any type of service I need. I never feel like they are taking advantage of me. They will even tell you if you do not need something done, or if it can be postponed for the future. I would very much recommend this dealership.

Took over 2 months to get my vehicle back since the air bag parts were not available. Got a lowner and all this time my car was just sitting outside. Would have been nice to know that I had also the option to take my car and store it in my garage.

I requested that the 15,000 mile service routine be performed on my 2016 Pilot. Service rep was polite, and sincerely interested in my concerns. Mechanic thoroughly checked the vehicle and quickly performed all required tasks. The fee was reasonable, and I experienced nothing but professionalism and complete customer care from all involved, including the dealership cashier.

Brought car in for service (intermittently stopped running when i hit a bump). Service department told me it was my aftermarket alarm system and removed the alarm system and charged me for the work.The next day the car quit again, I took it back and they told me a wiring harness wrapping around the frame to the motor was damaged and needed repair. They repaired it and charged me for the work.The next day the car quit again. I took it back and they told me the ignition switch was bad. Since the car quit when I hit bumps I asked them-Did you wiggle the key/switch causing it to quit? They told me YES. They replaced the switch and charged me again for the switch and labor. This time before I left their parking lot i found a bump in their lot and ran over it. My car quit again!!. I took it to a Honda dealer on Gratiot in Roseville (Jeffry). There they found the problem to be a pinched wire between the gas tank and frame. They repaired it and I never had the problem again. I disputed my charge payment for ONLY the $100 it was to cost me for the Alarm re-install. They also contested my dispute and lied about the situation I state above. Ultimately I did not win the $100 dispute but in turn they lost a customer. Myself, friends and family will not patronage their dealership.

The vehicle was originally purchased by my mother from this dealership and had all her service performed there, despite it being a CONSIDERABLE distance from her home.When I inherited the vehicle, I continued that tradition in honor of her, initially. But, I now continue to use their services because I'm always treated with courtesy, "friendly"-ness, and fairly.

This is my 4th Honda. A big part of wanting another Honda is how the sales are handled at Friendly Honda. Everything is transparent without any "hiddens". The adds you see on TV will be the price at the dealer. Salesman took lots of time going over the vehicle. I used to feel that I didn't need the review but I am very glad he spent the 25 minutes going over vehicle and technology functions as it would have frustrated me for a month until I "figured it out". Thanks Jordan!!

The service team not only does a great job of maintaining my car, they help me find ways to do it inexpensively. When I first moved to Michigan I used Troy Honda since it was closer. They constantly were pushing stuff I really didn't need for my 20+ year old car, and pouted when I declined. Brian at Friendly tells me if I really need it, and set me up a couple of times with a lower cost solution elsewhere using reconditioned parts. Now that I have finally purchased a new car, I'm definitely going to stay with Jim Riehl's.

Not only very friendly, but also respect and listen to the customer's complaints to provide the best service, maintenance and vehicle repair in high quality and high efficiency with reasonable cost. when I told the service guy what I was hearing on start up on my car once in a while he told us what it was, that Honda was aware of the problem and was working on a solution. He put it in the computer so that when a fix comes up we will be notified.

I always am treated great by the service department. They go above and beyond to get you back on the road. These guys are the biggest rip offs I have ever dealt with. They remind me of dealing with a used cars salesman. I went there for a diagnostics thinking they should be able to figure out what the problem is because that's all they deal with Cadillac cars. I could have gotten a free diagnostics at auto zone instead of paying $105 for it, if I knew they had no idea what the xxxx they were doing. They ended up telling me that there is a million of things I need to repair in my car but if I changed this valve it would fix the problem that I came in for originally. So, I went ahead and had them change that stupid valve which they charged me $170 for. After I left the repair shop, I started noticing other problems with the car that I hadn't noticed before as if they did something to it on purpose so I would have to go back to them so they could rip me off even more and not fix anything. I would never step foot in that place ever again. The biggest rip offs and manipulators I have dealt with. Period.

I was there for an oil change, days later I was leaking oil, I took it back and the checked it out and did some cleaning, and it was fixed. They were all very nice about it and didn't make me feel stupid or incompetent. I was away from the dealership for many years, but I am now back and will continue to be bringing my car there for service.

I have always taken my 2005 Honda CRV, yes 2005 to Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda especially since I purchased it there. I don't think I would own a car that is 10 years old if it wasn't for the mechanical staff at the dealership. They are great !!

My husband and I had purchased a used 2012 Civic from a different dealership about 3 weeks ago and had a mediocre at best experience there. Unfortunately, the car was totaled 2 weeks into owning it, so we were once again out and about to find another vehicle. We are not the ideal buyers as our credit scores are fair, not great, but we decided we'd see about financing a new 2015 Civic instead of another used. We met with Todd in new car sales and explained our unique circumstance with having just finance a now-totaled car and our interest in a new vehicle. He was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between our 2012 and the 2015 and he had us meet with Dennis in finance. Both of them were just incredible to work with. They made the experience so easy and stress-free. Dennis was able to get us financed directly with Honda America Finance and he saved us about 5% over our previous interest rate. We came in to the dealership on a Saturday and had our new car on Monday night. I cannot thank Todd and Dennis enough for all their help and the expeditious manner in which they got us into a brand new vehicle. We will be customers of theirs for life.

I am 55 year old retired aviation maintenance officer and have had worked performed at many different service departments across the country, and the guys at Friendly are the best. The personnel are friendly, courteous, and provide excellent service and feedback on my vehicle. They let me know of things that need to be corrected and those things that may require attention in the near future, with no pressure to get things done that are not necessary.

The Rhiel Honda service team members are attentive, polite and professional. From the advisors to the porters, they are always energized and eager to please the customer. The Jim Riehl service team is outstanding! My 09 Pilot is in spectacular condition, mostly due to the extraordinary service at Honda. I brought the car in for regular maintenance, but there were a couple of additional concerns. Bobby listened carefully to my concerns regarding wheel alignment (Michigan roads can be brutal). He checked it immediately and brought back the form with the exact measurements taken for each wheel. The wheels were aligned to 0.00. I also had a concern about a slow leak in the front tire. The slow leak was confirmed, but after discussion with Bobby, I determined that it wasn't a safety hazard and that I could wait until I needed new tires to replace the tire. I have 115,000 miles on the Pilot and it runs beautifully -- just like when I drove it off the lot!

Carl was exceptional to work with, answered all of our questions and we didn't feel like we were being pressured orhurried. I received an e-mail saying there is a Free first check on my new Honda civic. I called the service center and made an appointment with Bobbie. When I arrived a Service Tech helped me, took my car and politely told me to have a seat in the waiting area. He said it would be less than an hour, including the Oil change i asked for. In about forty minutes he came and said my car is ready. He went over the Multi Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist, said there is no charge and thanked me. Fast,efficient, complete, polite and friendly service. I highly recommend this dealer and service department.

As usual, I was greeted promptly by super friendly staff.. My car was inspected and winshield chips were brought to my attention and repaired in minutes. Oil was changed and I was out the door in 45 minutes. This is service heaven!!!

Brian is service is awesom. Always friendly and helpful. Our 2001 Accord came in with obvious trans problems at 205000 miles. Service checked it out anyway after warning us that if it was the trans it would be expensive, we already knew that. It was the trans and befor we came to,pick up the car Brian had already gotten an appraisal for us in case we wanted to trade it in. No pressure just thought we would want options. Brian set us up with Rob in sales and an hour later my 20 year old son was leasing his first new car a 2014 civic. Our third new honda from this dealership and we recommend them highly.

The Service Personnel were friendly and patient with us. The issue was our 2 year old put a penny in the CD slot of the radio. They researched options that they could do at the Dealership before being forced to send it to Honda's radio repair center. They even contacted Panasonic, who manufactures the radio for Honda. They did a good job of addressing the issue while keeping the price as low as it could be. I feel I can trust their advice. We're glad we live close to a good dealer.

The service people are quality folks who take pride in their work. I loved our sales person Steven Winkler, he is very educated on the vehicles we were looking at and very personable. We were looking at the Madza6, Toyota Camry and the Honda Accord and went with the Accord because of Steven. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and he showed us clippings after clippings of how great the car rides and the ratings it has received. After trying to solve AC problem myself unsuccessfully, I took my 2002 Honda Civic to Riehl's Friendly Honda. The fault turned out to be an unusual failure of a sensor on the compressor. Though the repair took three days, I feel that the work was done in as timely a manner as possible and I was charged only what the normal fee would have been. I spoke to the tech when I picked up the car and was pleased with how forthcoming about the repair and his efforts he was. All together an excellent experience.

I had a great experience buying my new car. George J. was great to work with. I came armed with my research on new cars and my trade in. George matched the price we wanted and could have gotten at another dealer. I also got a good and fair price for my trade in. My husband had bought 2 other Hondas but this was my first Honda. As a former Saturn Owner who liked the low key Saturn buying experience, I was not looking forward to the buying experience of another car. However, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience with George J. at Honda. It was no pressure and fair in all respects so I came away feeling very good about the experience. During the preliminary stage of inquiry and investigation our salesman, Jordan Mazzola, was very patient and answered every question. We never felt rushed. He kept us informed on the status of the vehicle and when we could take delivery. We truly felt no pressure, like it was all about our happiness. When we picked the car up, Jordan spent a great deal of time walking us through all the aspects of the car and the navigation/electronic system. He made sure we were comfortable before we left. We would certainly recommend Jordan and Riehl's to our friends.

I arrived early for my service appointment, but no problem, the Service Advisor took care of me right away. He explained what would be done, what would be checked, and what would be required on the next service check. My vehicle was serviced promptly, oil changed, inspected, washed and ready to go, and all this much sooner than I expected. Could not have asked for a better service experience.

Rich was awsome. He explained everything in details and provided the best service I ever received at a dealership.Eddie at check out is a different story. Eddie was not friedly at all and did knot know how to apply the discount/coupon I received from this dealership. Eddie had an Attitude big time and did not know what he was doing. I understand it was 3:00pm on a saturday and he wanted to go home. I spent almost 4 hours at this dealearship for the repairs on my vehicle and expected to be treated a little better.Another item I was not happy with is the Total Glass Solutions. The work they provided was not good at all and I dont like the fact that they charge you first beofre they even do the work. My glass is stil chiped and it doesnt look like they have done anything to it.I had my glass fixed at other places and after the work was done, you can't see the trace of chips. My point is the repairs from other companies are much better.

When my 2012 Honda CRV wouldn't start last week while out shopping your service dept. sent a tech out to give the car a jump. I took it in 5 days later and under warranty, it was found the battery was faulty. They didn't have to send a tech out to jump the car, but they did. They were efficient and checked out the car to see if there was a problem draining the battery. I feel confident that I don't have to worry about being stranded in my car while out. Everyone at the dealership and service dept., right down to the lady who does the payments and paperwork are just wonderful all the time!

Jerry was professional, helpful, informative, and friendly. He showed me the new equipment that would be used on assessing my Pilot and explained the way it worked. I appreciated all the service people who worked on the car yesterday -- there were probably four or five and I didn't get all their names. When I called the dealership later that day to find out when the car would be ready, the person who answered the phone was cheerful, positive, and specific about what time I should plan to pick it up. When I had questions, they were answered completely and without drama. The Friendly Honda folks are true professionals building a business on excellent service. Two thumbs up!

After looking at a Toyota Corolla, we purchased a new Civic from Jim Riehls. it was a pleasant experience as everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful and quite knowledgeable. Based on my own research, the price and financing seemed fair. Two weeks after making our purchase, I remembered an accessory I wanted but forgot when we closed our deal. I left a voicemail for Jordan, then called the service dept just to find out how long it would take to install the door guards. After a brief conversation with Bobby, who answered my questions completely and patiently, he connected me with Mike in parts. Jordan did return my call and was concerned that my request for the door guards was handled to my satisfaction, which it was. The parts came in the next day and were installed the day after that. The service was quick and looked great. They did give me a break on the price/installation, treating as if I had done this at the time of purchase when we had added other accessories. Everyone I spoke and dealt with treated me with respect and concern. The service department was busy that day (as there were several other customers in the lounge) but I was in and out faster than they had quoted me. Each one asked me if I was satisfied or had any questions. They insisted I call if there was any problem. Which I would; but there isn't. We have been taking our 2002 Odyssey to your service dept since we bought it there and have never, ever, had a problem with any member of your team. We are completely satisfied with Jim Riehl's Honda.

I bought a used Honda CRV in April, 2012 from Jim Riehl. As part of my purchase, I received a new battery. Fast forward 9 months and my Mom is having trouble with the battery but she now is can't drive to a dealership in Tampa, so she bought a battery locally, although she should have had it replaced at the dealership. Jerry Thavet, the head of service was able to refund the what my Mom spent on this battery. It took months to get it worked out, but it was worth the wait. Cudos to Jerry.Thanks,CC Leslie

My experience started with Brian in Service when I brought in my 2009 Honda Accord with a problem with the driver's side window controls. Brian was able to get the window rolled up even though the replacement part would not be available until the next day. I asked Brian about the possibility of an extension on my warrenty and he referred me to Dennis. Dennis explained that Honda does not warrenty beyond 120,000 miles, but suggested that I consider purchase of a 2013 model, that with the equity in the 2009, the current low interest rate and the clearance sale they might be able to get me into a new car with little or no increase in monthly payment. Dennis referred me to George Jablonski and now I am the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Accord. George worked hard to obtain a car with the options and color I wanted and to get the car delivered in a very short time. I am very satisfied with the performance of these three gentlemen and am pleased with the new Honda.

first of all the guy was not happy that we came on a saturday. clearly pissed that he had to put gas in a vehicle for us to test drive.sales associate clearly annoyed that he didn't have our color choice available and he would have to trade with another dealter. .. clearly pissed that we asked for money off the vehicle that he wouldn't even go ask his boss., so much so that he ripped up the sales quote in our face! I do not recommed going here if you want to negotiate the price of a vehicle, or if you want to be treated with respect and courtesy. DO NOT recommend this place!

They will tell you that you are getting a new vehicle, but when they deliver, watch out for the mileage, they will sell you an test vehicle.
