I always have to give credit where credit is due. After shopping for months for a truck I finally found the perfect 2021 Silverado here! Jim Norton, you have the best salesman in Jeff Weaver… he was honest, completely transparent from the beginning until the end and never once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured into running my credit or purchasing without loving what I was getting. Everyone that was involved in the process was amazing!! I would highly recommend Jeff Weaver to any family member or friend without hesitation, knowing they would be in good hands. Timely- in and out in 1 hour. Oil change, Tire rotation, Checked and corrected tire pressure, Car was washed nicely, excellent, 10/10 will do again. Personnel was polite and professional. Building was clean and comfortable, lot was clean and tidy.

The service dept is very hit and miss. Mainly miss. I will not be back. They will not honor the coupons we get in the mail. We have had to return my husbands truck so many times for the same issue. This last time it we had to spend $1600 on a item that should not have to replaced given how/where the truck is driven. We are tired of taking this Chevy truck in and it costing in the thousand every single time. We asked them to give us a trade in price this time. They mail us letters almost weekly wanting to purchase his truck so we said give us a price. They not only ignored that request , they didn't even wash the truck.! I ask the guy who brought it over , "did you guys stop washing the vehicles", his response was no. Then he looked at the truck and said well i guess not yours." They simply do not appreciate return business. The more we go them the worse we are treated Save your money go anywhere else It will cheaper and the quality of work will be better. Do business with someone who appreciates you. That is not Jim Norton Chevy. Also avoid the Chevy 250 high country diesel. They get to 100,000 miles and fall apart.

Contacted Jim Norton Chevrolet and exchanged a couple of emails. My last E-Mail to their representative I told them my financial situation and what kind of a down payment I could put down more or less and I have yet to get a response . I sent them an E-Mail again today I hopes someone can or will respond so I will know if I will need to look elsewhere. Their last response to me was on 11/16/16.

I was told what was wrong with my truck then I told him to fix it then I got a call saying that was not the problem after they fixed it and now it's something else wrong and they wanted to charge me 300 to put on a negative cable wire then they said that might not be the problem either .so these are supposed to be professional. I had always brought my truck here and never had these problems or a run around now I'm out $500 dollars and it's still not fixed ugh!!!!! Oh and I called around and the cable wire is only $15.00 dollars wow!!!

Everyone was so nice but our salesman, Kelly Hamilton, went above and beyond. He listened to us and our needs and wants and made it all work in our budget and we couldn't be happier!! He was not pushy like other salesmen. He treated us like he would want to be treated. Really, he treated us like friends. He's awesome! We have already told several people about Jim Norton Chevrolet and Kelly because our experience was THAT good. In fact, my brother in law bought a new truck from Kelly yesterday because of our good experience. Never, in fact they lost a customer while trying to settle this 3 months ago. Took our new Camaro in for decals to be added. Received gills instead. Then the next morning my wife put her stuff in the back to find multiple cigarette burns and ashes all over the backseat. The service manager over the phone told me I was lying, and they wouldn't pay for it. That was near three months ago. I went back today because I'd never heard back. Same service manager again was rude, and completely inonsiderate. I'll gladly pay any price to not go back

Derrick was one of the best salesman I've worked with. However, the service and parts manager is the most rude person I've dealt with in a dealership. The only downside of the sale was the person I had to work with to settle the financial side of the transaction. He was very pushy to purchase an extended warranty.

I called ahead, told Mr Lusnak what I was looking for, when I showed up, he had the keys to vechiles matching/meeting my needs all ready to go, really helped me out because time was at an issue for me. I decided on a car, we agreed on a price and trade in value, then the dealerships online credit app helped speed up that part of the car buying experience. And a very nice ending touch, while we were in signing papers, Mr Lusnak washed and filled car up with gas. Everything from the salesperson to the finance managers, to the reception area treated us like VIP customers. We even left with two gift sacks from the finance manager, all in all made us feel special, important and like our business was very much appreciated. And I might add since then, I've received two text messages from our salesman, Mr Lusnak, checking to make sure all is good with our car!

I took my car in for what I thought was a minor issue and the mechanics found some very serious issues that were all covered under the warranty. I had gone in on Friday and was given a loaner because my car would not be finished until Monday. I received a call on Saturday that my car was ready. The mechanic had come in on Saturday to keep up with the work load. Very pleased.

I went to the dealership on Christmas Day while they were closed. I found the exact truck I wanted and put my information in online. The next morning I got a call from Derrick Pressler asking me what he can do for me to purchase vehicle. So much to say in just a little box. All I can say is my first experience was not good and thats what took me to Keystone Chevrolet a year ago for my first truck. After that year and just going in to Jim Norton for an oil change like I always do because the service department is awesome. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else because of the service and the treatment I get. But on the selling side my second time around Yesinyai Pennington and my sales guy Jason work there butts to get my other truck paid off and put me in a brand new truck. I mean they worked and I didn't think it was going to happen like it didn't the first time. I had different people the first time around and it was at the old building but at the new building I was taken very good care of. I'm going to say if you want a vehicle and people that work hard in the sales department and the service department. Go see Yesinyai Pennington and she will put you with the right person and keep checking to make sure things are going the way you want them. If you want your vehicle taken care of go see my boy Kyle Floras in Service department. If you want the right sales man go see Jason Fountain and if you want the right finance guy go see Will Franklin they will all take good care of you.Thanks Jim Norton for the best experience and for my new truck. Such a good staff and a good place to be.....Also love the new building makes me feel like I'm about to buy a Bentley or something. Thanks again.

Everything was great except I wanted my windows tinted before I rolled off the lot and I was told they would do it, however when I got there to pay for the car it was not done. They said due to me not paying for the car yet they couldn't do it, however I had a down payment on the car so im not sure why it didn't get taken care of. The dealer price was $299 to get the windows tinted which was $75 dollars higher than what I paid to have it done but I wouldn't of minded paying more if it was already done by the time I had been told it was done.

i dealt with Kyle mostly on this particular visit. Super nice guy. Helpful. Accommodating. The service department was closing at 300 but I was not able to make it back to pick up my truck before 300. He made arrangements for me to be able to pay over the phone and left my keys with the receptionist. Worked out great. Picked my truck up around 500. Over all pleasant experience

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. You should make it more clear on your site and in your service emails that no appointment is necessary for oil changes though. I made several online receiving emails that a confirmation call would be made and never received one. I thought it was a bit extensive for an oil change but I was following the directions on the email.

I politely pleaded my case to Todd and he immediately talked to management on how to fix the situation and we agreed on a situation to my satisfaction and theirs as well. The service department staff is second to none; they're absolutely wonderful, friendly, and professional. However, the cashier/checkout staff leave some room for improvement. They didn't seem to be in a hurry as they ate their lunch while cashing us out. In the cashier's defense, he has only been working there a month, so I imagine he will improve more and more. He didn't seem to know the answer to our questions, but quickly called someone who could help. We love having our vehicles serviced at Jim Norton Chevy

I had an 11:00 appointment and arrived at 10:45, I was told they were 3 hours behind schedule but I was could wait or come back another time. I had driven 75 miles so I decided to wait and it only took an hour and 15 minutes. The wait was pleasant. Everyone there is very friendly and the complimentary iced tea is a nice touch.

When I traded it in 2012 I tried your dealership first to make a deal on a newer SUV but couldn't make a deal. I have been using another dealership for my service since I bought my SUV there and it is under the engine for life program with them... Not real happy with the dealership. It was a really tough for me to not go to the dealership for the work on my car, but I finally made the decision to have Jim Norton make my repair. When I called and the man I spoke with was one of the same service men I dealt with years ago I was so TICKLED... I loved dealing with Russell and Jake..... It is nice to know that there is not a turnover in your service people... That means a lot to customers...

Tod, Brian, and Jake went above and beyond in order to help repair my car as quickly as possible on a Saturday afternoon. I'm currently stationed in Chicago with the Army, and had flown to Kansas City, where my wife picked me up before we drove down to Broken Arrow to visit my cousin in the hospital. When we realized that the car would need serious attention, it was already noon on a Saturday, and it seemed like everyone we called was about to close or wouldn't be able to see us until Monday. I was possibly going to miss my flight back to Chicago if we became temporarily stranded. Jim Norton, as it turned out, was just down the street from our hotel, and when I pulled the car into the service department and began to explain my situation, I was so relieved when they said they could begin looking at it. Within only a few minutes, they had diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the parts weren't in stock, but they had tracked down the parts at a local retailer. Within an hour, our car was fixed. We saw my cousin that afternoon, and the next day we were able to make it back to Kansas so I could catch my flight back to Chicago to report for duty! You guys are awesome! Thanks again!

the cover on my air cleaner was broken and I was not told .. the service man screwed the screws down so tight it broke out the holes and I had to add washers to the screws to keep it from making strange noises from sucking air.....your service dept are the only ones that have worked on it so I feel like you broke it then you should replace it...I did not say any thing about the side step cover on the drivers side that was broken the first of last year or they tell me a transmission line needs replaced... the funny thing your service dept. replaced the lines after I bought it but the thing is if I broke it I would not be sending this ...........Don't get me wrong I like the fact I have a place to take my truck that is clean and friendly and respect that I'm handicapped thank you Dave Hester

My mother had the worst experience here this week. She was pressured into a vehicle that she really didnt want by a sales person who kept giving her a guilt trip. He told her over and over how much he needed this sale. She should not have fell for it but she did. They also told her she could return the car within 3 days if she didnt think it was a fit. The car was too big, to costly for her. When she came to return the vehicle, she was bullied incessantly! we all know that the stereotype of being sleazy. I have never in my life encountered unprofessionalism and lack of customer service like she faced by the team on the Used Car side. She ended up in tears after they ranted about how she had made this deal and she shouldnt try to get out of it...even though they told her she could! My mother is a single woman with onlyher income to depend on. She would have never tried to take something back that she had purchsed if they had not told her she could. Eventually she started working with the team on the new car side and they were wonderful. She left with a new car she was very happy with. But I tell you, our family will not be returning for any future purchases. There are too many dealers out there to be treated this way and provide repeat business.

Jim Norton was able to take care of some issues on my 2014 Stingray that no one else had. I suspect the area dealers haven't had much experience repairing this particular vehicle but they did a great job and addressed all of my problems quickly and had me back on the road the same day. They have also earned all of my future business due to their trustworthy staff. I had inadvertently left over $5000 cash in vehicle. The money was not disturbed and vehicle was properly repaired. Very professional staff and clean, well run facility.

Jake and his team always handle my issues in a timely and professional manner. When I purchased my vehicle the dealership was under a different management, but I am treated as if I had just bought a brand new vehicle from them. I was looking to replace a 2005 Equinox that i was giving ti my granddaughter. I really did not want to part with it, but It was her first car and was a good, safe vehicle. No, not that kind of ignition switch problem. The switch was not working intermittently, and the service department diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. They even made it possible for me to get a loaner and be able to go to work. I have always had great service here.

Good initial sales information and follow up but the sales team did not know about special incentives available on their website. This caused confusion and delays on the day of the sale. After they supposedly got it worked out, I have yet to receive the additional items and they have done a very poor job of following up after the sale. It's now been over 6 weeks so I called to follow up and after being forward around the dealership and hung up on, I finally got someone to "see what they can find out". After being told that many times, I'm not going to hold my breath that i get a return call. Even though I got a great price on the car, if I had to do it again I would have paid more and bought local.

I had to have a power steering motor replaced, and needed to have a way to get to work after dropping off my car. They had a clean loaner available, made an appointment within the week. When I arrived, they were prepared, got me on my way quickly. I received several calls about the status of my repairs, and when my car would be ready. I had an intermittent code that we discussed resolution for, they recommended a fuel system flush, which has cured that issue. AND - they even detailed the car for free! Everyone was super friendly, answered any questions that I had, and didn't try to upsell me!

I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. There was a line on the repair order for a multi - point check. I was not told of anything wrong or needed. There was no paper report with repair order. Also, since this was the first visit there, I was not even asked my name or address. I believe they got my name out of my glove box, since it was open when I went to leave. Also my oil level was 1/2 quart low. I checked it after I got to my friend's house and it had set over an hour or more. My car is a high mileage vehicle and can't believe that everything was perfect.

Always fast and friendly. Not what you would expect from a dealer, I know. Only once were they not able to get me right in, but a loaner was offered, which is always the case. All I needed was an oil change, so I went back later, no big deal. If you're needing something major done, a loaner will be offered and you'll be on the road. I've never had a problem with these people.

I stopped by the dealership and found a 2012 Toyota Tundra on the used lot that I was very interested in. After a couple of days of negotiation with the sales Team we reached a deal. My wife and I arrived at the dealership to complete our purchase and when we got to the finance desk it all went downhill. While test driving the vehicle I was told by the salesman that the truck had a 100k mile warranty from the factory. Since this was the most expensive vehicle I had ever thought about purchasing, this was huge for me. I was very excited about my investment being protected. The truck was a little higher than I wanted to pay but with the warranty I thought it was a good investment. Once we sat down at the finance desk we were told that the truck did not have a 100k factory warranty, only 36k. Ben Evans the finance manager that we worked with was extremely rude and insulting while he attempted to force us to purchase an extended plan from the dealership, which would have put our monthly payment way out of reach. When we told him that we thought it had a 100k mile warranty he said, "Ha! Are you serious?". Then we told him what our salesman had told us. He approached the salesman and he admitted to telling us that. Ben responded with, "He is new and probably needs some training. You guys just drew the short straw on that one.". At this point we were ready to walk out. To try and salvage the deal Ben informed us that instead of the 3.9% interest rate he had us on, he could actually get us 2.9%. But he wasn't going to tell us that unitl we were walking out. When he first described the extended warranty plan, he told us it was an additional $3000. Then again to try and keep us from walking out he told us he would discount the warranty from $4500 to $2600. I then pointed to the piece of paper he had been writing on and reminded him that he qutoed $3000 at the start of the conversation. His response was, "Well I was just tryting to make money off you". We were done. As we were leaving, Jonathan Bishop the manager on duty apologized and said, "I think we should honor what you were told in the beginning, but the call is over my head. I'll have someone call you first thing in the morning." I understood the situation and looked forward to someone callnig the next day. They next day Brian Anderson called me and virtualy had no idea what had happened the night before other than there was some mix up. I gave him the whole story. He told me that he didn't think we could make the deal happen with the warranty like we were originaly told. Then he asked me to keep them in mind when I was looking for something else. I told him that if the dealership couldn't honor what I was told and make it right, then I couldn't do business with them, but if they wanted to do the right thing then I would be happy to buy from them. He said he would see what he could do and call me back either way. I never heard back from them. I don't feel like Ben was ever honest with us or cared about our needs. His treatment of us and the dealerships decision to not make it right is the reason for this bad review.

I was quoted one price at the stand and then was being charged another price behind the cashier. I did advise it was incorrect and they did take care of it quickly but for my first visit to Jim Norton Chevy just for an oil change it made me question if this will happen everytime or if I go to buy a vehical will there be under handed dealings that unless I was paying attention could slip past me???

The service manager here took care of an ongoing complaint I had with my steering . I had called attention to the problem for probably the last year, my concern was pushed aside. Crafter bring more assertive on this visit the service manager was called in and fixed the problem. It needed fluid, that's all. Don't know how others could have missed this.

I bought my previous car, also an Equinox, from Speedway and, let me tell you, they weren't in the business of selling cars.The new Jim Norton dealership is the polar opposite of Speedway. My salesman, Cody Stos, was excellent and he wasn't afraid to make a deal. And I did get a deal I am very happy with. Charles Edwards also made sure of that.For once, my car deal wasn't a horrendous experience. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly. While I waited, they brought me an ice tea, a ham sandwich, and chips so I spent a nice afternoon with lunch and a book. I'll be back, but it may be a while. This 2014 is great, has no miles, and it has a long term protection plan so sign me up for a 2021 model, guys!Sandy Thompson

Mr. roy and Mr. tim were outstanding. Roy wass our sales person a nd hi lisstneded to our needs and wants. He worked hard to find us the best vehicle for the vest deal.
