My wife and I had an amazing experience! Andrew was truly the best! I want to call him a Car Assistant rather than a Car Salesman. Because that was exactly what he did. He assisted us in every way possible to help us get the vehicle we needed for our family. He wasn't pushy. I was treated fairly by Andrew, we negotiated a reasonable agreement where the dealer made a reasonable profit and I received a reasonable price. I had an unfortunate tire puncture on the highway between Pullman and Moscow. After pulling over I noticed half a bungee cord was lodged in my rear drivers tire and I could hear air leaking (the racket it made was horrible). I used my AAA membership to have the car towed to Jess ford since I couldn't see the damage because it was dark (Thanks Classic Towing!). The next day the tire was repaired and the inner wheel well was inspected and only sustained minimal damage. My total bill was Zero dollars! I can't think Jess Ford enough during a somewhat stressful situation.

I felt that the Jess Ford staff were quite friendly and helpful as has always been the case. In the past I've felt that there were little touches like the inside or outside of the car got cleaned or something, which I didn't notice so much this time, conspicuous in the absence, I suppose. Good chat about my tires and how they need to be replaced when I get the regular ones swapped back in again come Spring.

I had broke a tooth the Friday before and needed to go to the Dentist and the only appointment I could get was for the same time. I went in and explained my problem to the service desk and they set me up with a loaner so I could get the truck serviced and my tooth fixed. Ok so I bought a 07 mustang this last summer with no warranty. I been driving it for 7 months and its making a vibration out of the rear end. Didn't think it was nothing serious so I took it to Les Schwab to have the tires checked. They said the tires were fine. Wheel bearings sounded good but there was noise coming out of the rear end.... I call Jess Ford of Pullman and Andrew the salesman talked to Jim Jess about it. Jim said bring your car in. They gave me a loaner. Put new tires, a alignment and tranny flush. Which they split the bill with me and fixed my car up like new. I'm a very satisfied Jess Ford costumer. And will continue to shop for my next rig there. Thank you Jim! And my salesmen Andrew Seaman.

I purchased a Ford F150 Lariat pickup. Andrew did a great job explaining all the features of the pickup and how to use the digital features. Paperwork took only twelve minutes, but Andrew's training (very worthwhile) took ninety minutes.I don't understand why Ford equips a pickup with max tow package with automobile tires. If I hook onto anything heavy with this pickup the tires will just squish down.

I brought my Ford Ranger in to have the rear pinion replaced and the service was GREAT! I didn't sit for hours (like I have in the past for an oil change) - and my truck was washed afterwards which is very much appreciated (the last time I was there I was told they were short staffed and they could not wash the truck - bad public relations - customers don't want to know about your staffing hardships - if you cut the corner on that what else do you cut the corner on? The problems they found with my truck that day of the oil change were not reviewed with me in detail - they were too busy - understand I am a nurse not a mechanic and I need clear and thorough explanations - not in mechanic jargon - in words that I understand).Wonderful service this time though and I was hesitant about going back but I am very happy that I did return - I have renewed hope. Once I am a dedicated customer it takes a lot to change my mind otherwise. Staff was friendly this time too.

Nevertheless I still resent what happened with the old focus I had, that I left in your premises during my trip abroad the last year, thinking that your office could help to sell it. It made me feel the office didn't know who I was, didn't consider I have been your client since 2003, didn't consider that just a little time before I bought the focus you just served, didn't consider the conversations about that trip abroad, as I was a passing-by-unknown client.When I have to wait for the service, I feel terrible sad. If you had asked me before if I would recommend you, I would have no doubt to say yes. Now I feel sad, and I prefer not to talk not in favor, not against. Sorry.

Was not told beforehand that the recall work would take 3-4 hrs which impacted what I had to do latter that day. Then when I thought I only had an oil change to go to wait for the mechanic working on my vehicle went to lunch.Very long wait even though the people were courteous.

I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape. The service was very friendly and every staff member I interacted with was very helpful. Daniel, the salesman who facilitated the sale, was very helpful throughout the whole process- test drives, narrowing in on a vehicle, and the purchasing of a car. The finance manager was extremely helpful making sure I understood all the paper work and what was required of me to finalize things. I would definitely purchase future vehicles from Jess Ford and would recommend to friends and family.

We purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition from Jess Ford. When i called to inquire about the vehicle I was told the dealer was across the state from us, about a 6 hour drive. I was told that was not a problem and they would deliver the vehicle to us. TJ was wonderful during the whole process. Within a week we traded in our old car and are very happy with our purchase. Since we are awaiting our plates we have the neon Jess sign on the car. Everyone asks "Who is Jess?" We tell them about this amazing dealer in Pullman, WA.

We purchased a 2015 F150. Jess Ford accepted our vehicle buying service recommended price, ordered the PU from the factory, prepped it, put 36 gallons of fuel in and delivered it clean and ready to drive, to my driveway 200 miles away. The entire transaction was handled by phone and email. Trust and honesty were their working parameters. There is no better way to buy a vehicle.

T.J. was a great salesperson to deal with. We started the process over email and then exchanged phone calls. From the time I emailed Jess Ford with a question to the time I purchased the car was less than 2 days. I was treated very well and when the car didn't arrive as expected, T.J. and the dealership "compensated" me for the inconvenience. They continue to take care of me and I am glad I found Jess Ford!

I really had a great car buying experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and professional. They greeted me promptly but they didn't hassle me or pressure me into looking at cars. They allowed me to go at my pace. Once a found the car, the negotiations and financing was easy and pain free. Love the small town family atmosphere at the dealership. I will bring my car here for service and I can't thank the staff again for such a great experience.

The deals they have made with us have been more than fair and no one services their customers better than Jess Ford. They will always provide a loaner car if needed for ANY reason. Over the years I have demanded good service from Jess Ford and I can honestly say they have delivered. Jim Jess and his team are "top shelf" in my opinion. I have purchased several vehicles from Jess Ford over the years and always feel good about the level of service I get. It is no secret that if a person puts lots of miles on that you will eventually have some trouble. The Jess team has rescued me with a loaner vehicle when I was in a tight spot more than one time. I will continue to give them my business based upon being treated more than fair in the past.

Our 2001 F-350 Diesel "Old Whitey" is still going strong with 220,000 miles as is the 2007 Ford Focus with 150,000. When its time to buy again, it will definitely be from Jess Ford!!

We've been buying Fords from Jess Ford of Pullman for many years: 1- Expedition, 1- Taurus, 2- F350 Diesels, 2- GT Mustangs, 2- GT500 Mustangs, 1- Mazda 3, and 1- Focus. People always ask us why we are a Ford family. My response is simple. It's not necessarily the "Ford" Automobiles as it is "JESS FORD of PULLMAN". When we go there, we are always treated like family, and not just another commission on a board. The salespeople, receptionist, parts, mechanics, finance and JIM, are people that understand the stress of buying an automobile and treat you with respect and kindness. When I was buying a company car this year, JESS FORD not only found the perfect economical and affordable Ford Focus for me, they also made the entire transaction happen in under an hour. My time is very important and spending hours at a car dealership would have been such a waste, so there is just another reason JESS FORD of Pullman is my choice. They also washed, detailed and delivered the car right to my office.

Jess Ford has always given me good service and I use them a lot. Once I was in trouble and they gave me what I consider was above and beyond the call of duty. I was buying cattle in Montana and hit a deer on highway 200 about an hour out of Great Falls, Montana. The radiator system was leaking badly, so not knowing the Ford dealer in that area or a tow truck I decided to call Jim Jess and ask for some phone numbers for help. He got the numbers but said he could have a man with a trailer to pick me and the truck up the next day at 2:00PM, and sure enough his man came and hauled my pickup and myself back to Pullman the next day. The cost was less than what I paid for my daughters car to be hauled back into Pullman after she rolled it 12 miles out of town. The service by Jess Ford was service I did not expect but it was a welcomed service that saved me at least 3 work days on the road or in the air getting my truck fixed in Montana getting it home. I have purchased two F450 pickups from Jess Ford. The sales department has been a pleasure to work with. Sales reps have done a good job answering all my questions about the pickups, including calling Ford for answers to my hard questions. Their level of knowledge and friendliness far exceeded the dealers in my home town. Kieth in the service department is competent and good to work with. We have had a couple "bumps in the road" and they have made things right. My trucks are work trucks and Jess Ford always has a truck for me to use when mine is in for work so I don't have any down time. The other dealers I interviewed when I shopped around gave me the blank stare when I asked them about a truck to use when mine goes down. I'll keep driving 80 miles South to buy and service my pickups. By the way, the 2015 F450 is a big improvement over the 2014.ScottSNB Tools, inc

In addition, they're incompetent repairmen, and when called-out on their poor performance, they become defensive and inundate the customer with excuses and a lack of accountability. Can't speak about the Sales Department, but I can say the service department at Jess Ford is a disaster. Since you can't have one without the other, I can NEVER recommend Jess Ford as an option to purchase a vehicle. In our specific case, Jess Ford lost the sale of a 2015 Shelby GT 500 because of the horrible service department... decided to go with the SRT-8 down the road instead. I doubt the sales department is happy to know that. You're only as good as the employees you hire. Jess Ford = Fail

If you are a woman who does not wish to be ripped off by a car dealership - Do not go to Jess Ford of Pullman. I just had the classic bait and switch attempted on me. I was quoted $40 over the phone (with the service man confirming with his supervisor) to have my oil changed and snow tires switched out. When I arrived they tried to charge me $100. When I explained that I had already been quoted $40 they became rude and hostile.
