2014 Ford Fiesta. Sales staff are wonderful, professional and no "high pressure sales tactics" just straight forward information, vehicle highlights, etc. Service staff CAN NOT BE BEAT!!! They always go above and beyond from the front desk staff to the technicians to the manager! EVERYONE does a great job!! They even cleaned my windows the last time I was in which was GREAT, since I have a dog who likes to put her nose on the glass!

I purchased a Lincoln MKC.The salesman, Mr. Nick Nicholson, and the manager, Mr. Dennis Crawford, were both great to work with and very helpful. Mr. Nicholson took the time after I bought the car to be sure I knew how things worked since I was leaving in the dark and Mr. Crawford gave me a good deal on my old vehicle (2013) and was very helpful the next day to see that everything they had promised to do was completed. Joe in the finance office was also very helpful in explaining the paperwork and having everything ready to be signed.All three should be commended for representing the company.

2013 F150 purchased from you. Service staff was friendly and efficient. But there were oily smudges on the driver side door panel, and a drop of clean motor oil on the drivers seat cushion. Minor problems, but I keep an immaculate vehicle and this sort of thing shouldn't be happening. Overall, happy with my experience.

I was having a problem with my brakes that required the replacement of the rear rotors. They also performed the scheduled maintenance i.e. oil change, tire rotations, fluids, etc. They were prompt courteous and professional...great job.

From the bottom of the chain all the way to the top, the entire team helped me out. I had an issue with a car and they made sure while my car was being worked on that I had transportation so I can get back to work, and after informing me the repairs on my car would take a lot longer than expected because of a problem out of their control they ended up working out a deal with taking in that car and another I had and got me into a new vehicle. They took real good care of me and made me feel like if I was an important as a CEO. Thank you to the Jenkins Team.

My wife and I have dealt with a few other Ford dearlerships in the past. We now realize after going to Jenkins we have wasted our time on the others. Chenoweth Ford and Washington Ford to name a few. Matt Jenkins had our satisfaction as his top priority and made the purchase of our new 2012 Ford F-150 a pleasurable one. Matt was to the point, knowledgable and never once pushy by using high pressure tactics. Matt laid every option on the table for us and took alot time to make sure everything was in our best interest. He got us an awesome deal and for once I didnt leave after making a new purchase thinking I made a bad decision. If you want a good quality dealership go to Jenkins. If Matt is avaliable, ASK FOR HIM!
