The asking price for the vehicle was very fair, but they made that up with my trade. Waited a long time to see the guy in finance and for my new car to be detailed. If I were in the market for a new car, I would go here because they have a huge selection and great discounts.

I went on a very busy day, so I waited a while to get helped and got passed off to another salesperson, but once I got paired with Jeff Shadrick, it was an easy, fun process. Jeff was a blast to work with. Belzers was willing to meet the number I needed to make the deal happen. Andy made the finance process quick and painless as well. My husband and I only had an hour to look at a car on a Thursday evening and we explained that to Donny as we stepped inside the dealership. Donny found the car we seen advertised on their website and he explained the pricing to us. He was also very knowledgeable on all of the car's features. After driving the car, we knew it was what we wanted and negotiated a fair price in that short amount of time. The dealership also held the car until Sat. Morning so we could complete the paperwork with another Don. We were introduced to Donny III, who politely explained the electronic gadgetry in the vehicle and got Onstar set up for us. It was also the most delightful car buying experience we've had. Arriving at 8:30 am on Sat morning was special because we were greeted by all hands on deck. in spite of it being a very busy day, everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient. they really catered to us to make our wait time as easy as possible. it did take a couple hours to finnish the purchase, but as i said before, it was extremely busy, and the time was not a reflection of the people we worked with, just the volume of service the were giving.

After a horrible experience dealing with Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins (read my review), Jeff Shadrick at Jeff Belzer's Chevrolet got a call from me inquiring about 2 2016 Chevrolet Colorados listed on Cars.com and Autotrader.com. I live in Kansas, but am so picky about my vehicles that I'm willing to fly out of state and drive them back for the best deal. Jeff was so polite and even let me vent about my horrible experience. He didn't get aggravated after being asked 3+ times if they would honor their internet price. I'm sure I wasn't the most polite or calm customer during that first phone call. He was great and confirmed they had the Colorados and I took a break to decide if I wanted to complete a deal I was already approved for with another dealership.When I called Jeff back, he took the time to drive to the Lakeville lot (as he was actually based in the New Prague dealership) on Halloween night, taking time from his family and Trick-or-Treating with his grandchildren. He sent pictures of the actual vehicle (on the showroom floor) and we finalized the deal without the details.Over the course of a couple of days, Jeff requested the information he needed from me and got me in contact with Jim McMahon, a finance manager at the Lakeville dealership. I was approved for the best finance rate Bank of America offered on a 72-month loan AND the best rate in Kansas. Jim assured me he could get a better rate and lessen the load of dealing with the Bank of America loan since Jeff Belzer's was not a preferred dealership with BoA. A day later, Jim came back with a 0.25% less rate than my best rate. It was even less than any advertised lowest rate on the internet for a 72-month loan. And, I'm sure you're telling yourself the old 'pay a little more for better finance rates' tactic dealerships use, but, let me assure you, the advertised internet price we agreed on was never adjusted. They even took the effort to offer to pay for my plane ticket! Jeff Shadrick picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. My truck was parked right in front of the entrance so I could drool as we parked right beside it. He introduced me to representatives of the different departments and we coordinated to finish the entirety of the deal so I could begin my 600+ mile drive back home. Everyone was great and there was very little pressure for add-on sales like our Kansas dealerships do.I was amazed at the attention to detail to clean the truck completely (even though it was dusty and dirty after the drive through northern Nebraska to get it home) and how the new features were explained to me. I showed back up in Kansas with a truck I'm proud of and I know I got a great deal from one of the best dealerships in the United States (they are the number one Chevrolet dealership in Minnesota for a reason, after all). If you want a new Chevrolet, do not be afraid to check Jeff Belzer's out and buy that plane ticket. I saved thousands over what I would've paid locally. Even after getting a rock-bottom price on a great truck, they still gave me a FULL tank of diesel!! I cannot thank these guys enough.

We purchased a vehicle in October from this dealership and traveled over 8 hours to do so. Our sales gal was nice but the dealership forces you to title and license through their company even for out of state. They kept saying "it's simple math" and that they license all the time out of state. Fast forward to 1 week before our temp tags expire and we still don't have plates. I contacted the dealership and after phone tag finally learned they had messed up the amount we owed and we were short $72 so the plates had never been processed nor had they even bothered to tell us. Their excuse "we did the best we could given it was a saturday"- coming from a dealership that prides itself in selling across the country... just don't expect their best on a Saturday. We ended up getting our plates the day they expired, missing the ups delivery because no one told us the plates had been processed yet... communication after buying a car is not their forte. I called to complain and was passed from manager to manager, promised a refund of our $72 and to this date, over a month later, we are still waiting on a refund with empty promises and no follow through on emails or phone calls. Rude managers that don't give a care about out of state customers. If only it wasn't 8 hours away I would drive there and give them a piece of my mind... oh wait, they could care less! Seriously fellow out of staters- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Donny Abbound Jr. And Donny Abboud III were both professional and amazing. I told Donny what I was looking for and how much I was able afford and he found what I wanted immediately! I had an issue with my airbag that wasn't covered and he took care of it with no cost. They fixed all the issues with my car in one day even though they were super busy. I was very satisfied!

We drove over 200 miles to purchase our new Silverado 3500 HD at Jeff Belzer's.It was worth the long drive. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had 4 individuals working with us: Saleman who was great, Finance guy who took time to walk through everything, the parts guy who installed the running boards, and the prep guy who was patient and went over everything in the new truck and even synced up our phones to the blue tooth. Everyone was great and we not once felt any pressure from anyone, just a desire to be of assistance to us. We will be back.

Tires Plus told me it was a head gasket that needed replacing and it would cost $2,200. Jairo in service did a diagnostic test and there wasn't anything wrong with my Jeep, so needless to say I appreciated the honesty! I ended up selling my Jeep, and leasing a Equinox LT.

What led me to Jeff Belzer's in the first place was there no nonsense and upfront internet pricing. Every other dealership just listed MSRP and wanted me to contact them for a price quote. After arriving at the dealership, I found Mike to be very accommodating and respectful through out my car buying experiencing. The salespeople at Jeff Belzer's don't work on commission so I felt no real sales pressure. John in Finance was great and Donny in Dealer Prep was excellent. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

I walked in to Jeff Belzers with a low credit score, and little hope of getting a fully loaded new car. Bob found the vehicle I wanted to test drive online and was waiting for me when I arrived. He made the process easy, and was very personable and was able to answer all my questions. He would regularly check back while I was waiting for them to find a lender etc. I thought that was an awesome touch. Great experience overall and BoB is a great addition to the team! I'd request him with any addition call buying needs.

I honestly dread going into the dealership to begin with. I instantly became comfortable and confident with what they are about. This dealership was by far the most laid back yet professional place with an extremely great variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs. I can't express enough how awesome Paul was helping us and getting into our new truck. He was professional, but a guy that you could sit down and have a great conversation with. He carried qualities that most people don't anymore. The directing of different places was also a great plus. Paul checked on us more than once, and explained the process extremely well. We never felt like just another sale. Although, he had to leave we didn't feel 'left', which was understandable and awesome for him! On the other hand, Michael Gittins exceeded my expectation. Meeting with the 'the finance guy' is always intimidating and overwhelming. He was friendly, helpful, and another great guy. He got us to the point where we needed to be, and he to me was the one who sealed the deal. He helped accomplish things that I didn't know was possible. You can also tell he is knowledgable in what he does. We asked him questions on what he would do and I felt like he gave us honest answers with background on why he would do them. I also asked him general finance questions which he always had an answer for and explained things in ways I could understand. He brought his personal life into his business which also worked well, again he's just a regular guy who is great at his job. It's nice to know that they are also not paid on commission like other dealerships. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything, but rather that they wanted me to get a new truck because it was right for me. I knew I could walk away at any point and they wouldn't force anything upon me. Also, the guy (I forgot his name) who helped show us different options and what it would do to the price was also very helpful. Never once pushed and helped us add things to our Wish List, again another perk of the dealership, pulling up on the screen for you to see. I honestly, can't be more thankful for finding this place. Although, we don't live that close it will be the dealership of choice. I never thought by looking at the vehicle online could bring us to buy it the next day. Thanks for everything you do! Everyone we encountered was awesome.

I've bought 3 vehicle's from Zach now, 2 brand new Chevy's 15 2500 crew cab and 16 Tahoe, and a 08 Chevy 2500. Zach goes above and beyond with everything I've asked if him. At larger dealership's it's would be easy to pass the buck, but Zach doesn't do that. Zach help me when all four door seals where leaking water and soaking my carpet just last month. He took it upon himself to see I got me needs meet. New door seals and rear carpet. Zach called and asked if it was done right and "was I happy" The front carpet still smells bad and I told Zach that and I'm confident he will help right that as well.Zach has become a friend who I can count on to take care of all my auto buying needs. Zach is even gone as far as texting me answering questions all times of the day. I as a business owner pray for the day someone with Zach's drive and honesty will apply. Met with Paul Johnson to test drive a slightly used Toyota on the lot. Came back a few days later and leased a new Kia Forte5. Completed the transaction in one evening and drove the new car home. Paul explained the leasing process/options vs. buying (which I've always done before.) This is my first time leasing a vehicle. Paul did a great job. Dustin handled the finance portion, and Donny was the delivery coordinator. Great dealership with a huge inventory - New Chevy, Dodge, Kia (and Ford in New Prague I think.) I waited over an hour after agreeing to make the purchase while waiting for finance. I went into Belzer's because I saw online that they had a ton of inventory. I went in at 3:30 on a Friday, not knowing they closed in a couple hours. I worked with Justin who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to every detail that I wanted in a Dodge Durango and pulled up a few he thought I would like. He stayed with me the entire process, working quite a few hours overtime without batting an eye. My first impression of Jeff Belzer's is that it is a HUGE car lot. My second impression was Justin Englin, my salesperson. I had been car shopping for several weeks and met a lot of sales people, Justin was by far the best one I met. He was pleasant and personable, but not pushy. He spoke honestly with me about prices and the car itself, not trying to talk in circles to get me to spend more money. I was upfront with him about what I could afford and he adhered to that the entire time. I felt that he was working for me, instead of against me. He really put in extra effort on my behalf to sell my situation to his boss and get me the price I could afford. The end result is that I paid what I could afford, a fair price, for the vehicle I wanted. Mostly, through my interactions with Justin, I felt safe and cared for, not that I was just a walking payday, the experience you get so many other places. He was terrific about keeping me informed each step of the buying process so I always knew what was happening and what was expected of me. I truly felt like Justin was going out of his way to make the experience as seamless as possible and to ensure that I was a valued customer to him. Additionally, I had a very positive experience with Andy Crowder, in finance. He was personable and very efficient, I spent only minutes in his office as he breezed me through the payment and final paperwork. The only thing that kept this review from five stars was the manager, Josh Heimkes. He was difficult to deal with and kept trying to convince me to finance more money for the car, which is unacceptable. He made me feel undervalued as a customer and if it were him alone I dealt with, I wouldn't have bought a car from Jeff Belzer's. The experience with Josh was far more like I've received from other salespeople. Obviously there is another way, due to my experience with Justin. Justin more than made up for that portion of the experience and they are lucky to have him on their team. I would 100% recommend him if you are looking to buy a car.

We came into the dealership with a very unconventional situation. Jon was very easy to work with. We explained our situation and he was able to find some different options that would work for us. We always felt like he had our needs and requirements in mind. The best part about it, and the most telling thing about Jon as a Salesman was: he never pushed any of the options on us. He just presented them and talked through the pros and cons of each. At no time did we feel like he steered us one way or the other. After we selected a vehicle, Jon handed us over to Michael in the finance department. It didn't take long to realize Michael was very experienced and knew what he was doing. Again, our situation was not a typical situation and Michael worked very hard to make it work. In fact, he stayed 2 hours after closing time to continue helping us.This was a great experience and we definitely will be back to Jeff Belzer for our next vehicle purchase.

I really liked the salesman I had. The used car manager was very arrogant, acted like he was better/smarter than I was. I want a good experice when I'm willing to spend a lot of money. Also the financing process was a joke. They make you sign everything (both titles, etc..) lastly they show you your interest rates.. which are not competitive. They seem crooked in business side of the business but price their vehicles lower than everyone else

I began my shopping at Jeff Belzer Dealership. Having been raised on Ford vehicles, I used a local competitor to do my comparison shopping. The competitor's salesman ship was awful He questioned why I wanted to buy a "new" car, and why my last purchase was 20 years ago. He procee3ded to say that * he doesn't work on commission, *he doesn't make deals, *he introduced himself after handing me his business card, and *he told me when I found a car I liked, come inside and let him know.The rude and unprofessional treatment solidified my decision to choose Jeff Belzer's dealership. My original sales person was Joel Lambert; Joel was out for training the day I came in to buy a car. Joel had done an e3xcellent job of staying in touch over the course of my shopping, as did Mark who followed up with calls for appointments, offering additional information, etc., Donny Abboud assisted me with the purchase of my KIA Sportage LX. Donny was professional, knew what was in inventory, efficient, and obviously effective. I needed a vehicle that was AWD and a vehicle that would not break the bank. When I went to Jeff Belzer Kia I will be honest, I did not want to look at any of them because I had a different car in mind at another place. When I walked in I was not helped right away, which was a little annoying, but it helped me look around to check everything out, so it was in away it was nice because I was not over whelmed. After a few minutes I was approached by a sales man named Diego Acevedo, who I highly recommend, he was great! He listened to what I wanted and I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive. When he pulled it up he showed me all the features, we looked under the hood and answered he answered all my questions, it was great! Buying process was OK. If service is touted in the buying process do not believe it. There are lots of other dealers in the area that have good service centers. Belzers does not. I am now taking my Silverado elsewhere. I am voting with my feet and my wallet. About all a consumer can do.

Overall, I had a good experience. The salesperson, John Binetti, was great to work with. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehicle I didn't want or one that was out of my price range. But, when I came to the financing part, I worked with Adam Daher and was less than happy! Adam was so worried about trying to sell me the extended warranty, he didn't help me explore options of loan length or even allowed me to put money down! I landed on Jeff belzer because of the truck I was specifically in the market for. I had shopped multiple dealerships for the same style of truck. I visited the dealership blindly on 9/19, and was set up with Stacy sprung as a sales person. My experience with Stacy was poor at best. Although I was inquiring specifically about a use truck, Stacy's motivation was to redirect me back to new vehicle purchase. He reminded me that Jeff belzers is the biggest dealership in the area and sells 700 cars per month, blah blah blah... once I got past that and out to the truck, I took it on a test drive, and to my mechanic, who found a number of repairs that needed to be done. I brought the "fix it ticket" back to Stacy, and he again attempted to redirect me to new vehicle purchase. I told him I wasn't interested in a new vehicle, and that I needed him to talk to the shop and sales manager about the fix it report. He said he would, and would call me. He made sure to emphasize that if the shop agreed to do the fixes, that I in turn needed to agree to buy the truck. Very pushy! He even tried the classic "while you were on the test drive, I had a few phone calls about the truck, and someone even stopped by to look at it". 24 hours later, I hadn't had heard from Stacy, so I called back and asked for the best salesperson they had in Ram trucks, the receptionist set me up with mike Abri. If it weren't for mike Abri, I would never return to Jeff belzers dealership. Mike was extraordinarily accommodative, and promised me that if I returned to the dealership to give him a chance to serve me, that I would not have a repeat of my first experience. Mike is a man of his word. Mike communicates very well, and follows up on everything he says he will do. Mike ensured that the mechanical work was completed on the truck. In addition, he sent the truck to the body shop to have a few dents pulled, and some paint chips filled on the leading edge of the hood. I didn't ask for the body work to be done, but again this is a great example of how mike goes above and beyond. I'd like to touch on a few other "consumer beware" topics for future customers to be aware of with Jeff belzers dealership. 1) once you are "in the system" as a customer, you will get about 3-4 emails from other sales staff posing as sales managers (good move Donny, but not smooth enough), or even customer service reps... Donny aboud emailed me asking if I had any questions about the truck I was interested in, positioning himself as a "sales manager". I responded and told him I was working with mike Abri on the truck deal but that I would be interested in meeting Donny when I returned to the dealership. He of course never emailed me back, as he has no management position at all. If there's any relationship, Donny aboud III just screams slick used car sales person, maybe it runs in the family?2) Ryan stockman is a good manager. He was helpful to mike in my truck transaction, and I was able to chat with him on the phone. I have him 4 stars because he didn't return my phone call from yesterday morning despite being at the dealership all day. 3) this dealership (and I've shopped at least 5), is absolutely crawling with sales people. If you are looking for a classic car sales experience with sales people around every corner and at every door, this is the dealership for you! If you want a personable and knowledgeable sales experience, call and specifically work with mike Abri. Bypass all the sharks. 4) don hiltunen in finance is a great guy. Worked well with me on finance options, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I look forward to picking up my truck today. Thanks mike Abri, don hiltunen, Ryan stockman, and Jeff in the body shop for creating a positive experience for me.

I cannot say enough good about the treatment I received at this dealership surrounding my recent new truck purchase. To put it into perspective, I am a very demanding customer. It took me 18 months to purchase my last new vehicle because I kept walking out of dealerships where I was subjected to rudeness, pushiness, dishonesty, condescending salespeople, poor prices, you name it. I simply do not reward shabby treatment with my money. I live 200 miles away and wanted to make a simple purchase at a good price, with decent financing, no haggling. Sales associate Diego Acevedo worked diligently with me over the phone and internet for a week to get everything into place, so when I drove the 200 miles, I could simply choose my truck, make the deal, and drive home. That is exactly what happened. Diego is very intelligent, knowledgeable about every detail of the process, dedicated, and left no stone unturned to get me an even better vehicle at an unbelievable price. He communicated directly, respectfully, and straightforwardly with me at every stage of the procedure. He was the quintessential professional and gentleman. Even though I had the financing pre-arranged at my bank, at Diego's suggestion, I had their business manager, Michael Gittins, run my application with a number of lenders, and he obtained for me an unbelievable financing rate, even better that the one my bank gave me, with whom I have banked for 25 years, and I have excellent credit. That alone will save me over $600 over the duration of the loan. Like I said, I am a pretty exacting customer. I work too hard for my money. I am too old and too cranky to have my time wasted "playing games" with rude, dishonest, or just plain stupid salespeople. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else after the wonderful experience I had at Jeff Belzer's.

Mike Abri~ thank you for not being a "typical" car salesman! You were patient, you never made me feel rushed, and you never tried to oversell me. You allowed me to navigate myself through this five-month process as I researched the Dodge Challenger, and you could tell from the beginning that this was how I operate. I came to you with questions, and you found my answers. At the end of the six weeks that it took for my beautiful new girl to be built and delivered, you were especially patient with my questions about when she would arrive, and what else you needed from me to make the delivery as smooth as possible. Again, you were the perfect salesman for me, and I really appreciate your time and patience! I am a very happy customer. And I did research other Dodge dealerships to find out their pricing, and yours beat theirs, which was pretty fantastic! However, aside from that, I would have purchased at Belzer's simply because Mike was so wonderful to work with, and I felt very loyal to him. On a side note, I would say that the reason I did not rate this dealership a "5" is because I asked two other people how to break the car in upon delivery, and they both said that it was fine to just drive it however I wanted. I asked another friend with a Challenger the same thing that afternoon, and I was told that I needed to be cautious for the first 500 miles. I then checked the manual, and it stated that you should not exceed much over 55 for the first 300 miles, and to not rev the tachometer too much for the first 500 miles (I drive a manual). After learning that, I was pretty ginger with her for the first 500 miles as the engine was breaking in. I was disappointed that two people who should have known this information told me to just go drive it and have fun, not to worry about breaking it in slowly. This is a very expensive high-performance car, and it could be detrimental to the engine.

The salesman couldn't seem to remember the price we were talking about which was very confusing. We told him we were on our way to see the Black Grand Caravan with a certain Dealer number. We arrived and he told us it was sold. So we looked at an identical white one and he gave us the price. He knew we were not going to finance thru Chrysler, even with a $500 rebate, because we were paying with cash and financing thru another company we were preapproved with for a small portion. We really didn't want white, so the salesman found another black one, but because it was manufactured at a different time, the price was higher. They would not match the price we were given for the black vehicle we drove out for, even though it was an identical vehicle. That was upsetting, so we went home. After sleeping on it, we decided to purchase the white vehicle. Before we drove out there we talked to the salesman and he tried to say we had to finance with them for the price that was quoted. I called back and reminded him that the quote was for financing thru another company and he agreed and said he'd let the General Manager know. When we arrived at the dealer, the salesman met us and congratulated us and handed my daughter the keys. Then he showed us the papers with the price that he quoted written on it for $500 less than the amount that was typed if we financed thru Chrysler. Then he went to talk to the general manager and give him the paperwork. The general manager came and told us we had to pay $500 more than the quote. I explained that was not the quote given but he would not budge. He tried saying that the prices included the financing, at which I brought out my notebook from the last visit with the price and "w/(bankname) written next to it. He still would not budge and we decided to leave. He couldn't believe we were going to leave over $500, but by then it was about the lies we were told. I even had him bring the salesman back to verify what I was saying was true but he flat out lied and tried to give a story that he had only said he would tell the general manager our offer, not that he had already congratulated us on the purchase. I mentioned the low ratings they were going to get and he said he would split the difference with us. So we accepted that but I did let him know we were still not going to give them a good review. He said he'd fill my tank and send me home but I said no we were accepting the offer. It was a good offer, but to be deceitful about the whole process was ridiculous. It wouldn't have killed them to be honest. So they made us wait all day before we could go home. We got there at 11 am and didn't drive away until 4 pm. They wasted so much of our time. What an awful experience until we met with the finance guy who was a gem - funny, honest and a nice guy - I'd rate him a 5 star. Good price on the vehicle but honesty would have been worth the extra money had we purchased it somewhere else. I wonder how they sleep at night.

Also, I was told my car would be detailed but they didn't even clean the seats. I know this because there were coins and crumbs in the seats. Per the advice of Josh Heimkes late Saturday, we looked on Jeff Belzer's web site for automobiles . We found 2 vehicles we liked. Monday morning at 8:00, we walked into Belzer's asking to see both vehicles. Paul went to find the vehicles on the lot, but could not find the keys or the vehicles. After about an hour of searching, Josh stopped by and asked how things were going. We were still looking for the vehicles after walking around the lot. About 9:00 we finally saw the Equinox and test drove the car. We liked the car and bought it. We never saw the second car, it was never found. It turned out the Equinox's keys and the car had been "hidden" by another salesman.We sat down with Paul and had a discussion on the final price. We noted that the price had increased on Sat evening. Why ???? Paul talked to others and sold the Equinox at the price quoted on the site. Paul was patient and helpful knowing the normal time associated with viewing a car had been elongated. Both Paul and Josh are the reasons we purchased the car.

Took my Silverado in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told it was finished. The error code monitor box was still in my cab so I replaced it on the unoccupied desk next to the truck. I drove off. I noticed that my wheel lock was nowhere to be found so I returned and asked about it. They found it and proceeded to torque down all of my wheel lugs. They were going to let me go with loose wheel nuts! I have voiced my opinion elsewhere on the net and someone from Belzers service replied to my comments that I would get a call to talk about this. Nothing. It seems that the car buying process was reasonable there but the service is very subpar. There are lots of other dealers in the area that I know have good service. I am now using them instead of these folks. I realize everyone has an off day. I also realize that loose wheel nuts are not something to let a customer leave the dealership with. I also think that someone should have contacted me. I will not buy another vehicle there. Hope this helps someone make a decision.

I do not care about cars. I only know I do not like white cars or red cars. I loved my 13 year old Honda Pilot...we wet through a lot together. THEE last thing I wanted to do was buy a new car. It was not so much that I was so enamored with my truck ( as a matter of fact, the last couple of months, I was sure one the tires was going to fling off onto the freeway on the way to work). I was dreading dealing with some pushy car salesman that I could see right through.( A couple of months ago, I was deciding which cable company to use, well Comcast lost out because the guy was so pushy on the phone...both gave me great deals, but I will not deal with a bunch of blah, blah.) Well, I was so fired up I got Bill Kelly. He was funny, smart and treated me like an equal...and most of all did less talking and more listening ( the first rule of sales). He sold me a car that was in my price range,was not an old lady car and was not white or red! The whole experience was absolutely not what I expected. The service department lacks customer service skills, as well as knowledge of diesel vehicles. They had our truck for 29 days when nothing was wrong after they completed an initial update to an electrical component. Filed a complaint with Chrysler due to the length of time they had the vehicle and the tests they chose to use to determine something was wrong with the fuel. We were never contacted by service manager, even after he was contacted by Chrysler. The service manager indicated he was not contacted by Chrysler. He also indicated that the tests they used were standard protocal. I contacted Chrysler and two other service providers for Dodge vehicles and was told that this test was not standard protocal. Also, the test is not accurate in any way. However, it caused the dealer/service department to keep the vehicle for 15 more days. As soon as we were given the go ahead to drive the vehicle. We brought it to another dealership and they determined within 24 hours that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. We missed our vacation and another trip to visit family because of the lack of knowledge in the service department. Not to mention the blatant lies we were told. We will never use this dealer for anything again.

My brother bought a new Chevrolet Silverado from Belzer's a year ago working with Donny Abboud and based on his experience and recommendation we decided to pay Belzer's a visit even though we lived two and a half hours away. We weren't planning to buy a new truck until spring of 2017 but the deals were just too good to pass up. Donny was also our salesman and we started out looking at the Silverados but just couldn't find the right deal so he asked if we were locked on the Chevrolet but we didn't have a specific brand that we were tied to if the deal was right. Donny worked tirelessly for at least a couple of hours to find us just the right deal and we purchased a Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab. After driving it a few days I couldn't be happier with my new truck. The service didn't end there as we worked with Michael Gittens for financing and he was tremendously helpful throughout. Cole Hawkins went through all the accessory options and recognized our distance so discussed options. And finally, John Borgert was our delivery coordinator and before we even got to that point he noticed that the passenger side mirror had a gouge and he had the mirror replaced so that when we went out to look over the truck and go over all the settings and setup everything was it perfect condition. We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Thanks to all.

Bob Soucheray was a very helpful, knowledgeable and professional salesman. He was also very patient with me as I decided what vehicle I wanted. I test drove about 7 cars. By the end of the evening I had leased a 2017 Kia Sorento. The next day I came in at 6pm to pick up my vehicle and Bob had everything ready to go. The Kia looked beautiful (great job to the guys prepping the vehicle for me. I understand Eddie works in detailing now. He was our salesman 3 years ago when I leased the Kia Soul. Eddie was also a great salesman). Dillon assisted me in reviewing the instrument panel on my car along with setting up my iphone to the SUV. Dillon was very polite and professional. He said if I had any other questions I could call or bring the SUV into Kia and he would assist me further. Thank you Kia.

I did a lot of research myself and looking on the internet and talking to family & friends that are already owners of the Chevy Equinox so did not go in blind. The Team at Jeff Belzer's was friendly & helpful and did get the answers of the few questions that I did have. I would go back again and that is a big plus for the Team because I can't say that about many dealerships! I think of most car salesmen lower then lawyers so I can't say that easily. Great job guys!

My experience was not 100% with the dealership. But my salesman, Alejandro, was awesome. He went abo e and beyond to get my family into a reliable car. He worked hard with the finance people and I was able to get a 2016 Chevy Cruze (which I'm in live with!) with a payment that was affordable. When I went into the dealership to pick up and bring home my new car is where the problem was. I waited over 2 hours to pick it up. At first I was told the person would be there around 9, then I was told he was there and wouldn't be much longer. I saw a few other people picking up their cars and they didn't wait 2 hours. Finally it was my turn. I did get an apology and some free oil changes. I understand that stuff happens, I'm human too. It wasn't horrible and the mistake was acknowledged so no big deal. I love my car and am happy!!

Went out of my way to purchase from Belzers because the 2 other dealers I contacted to purchase a new Forte wanted to play the numbers games instead of just being fair & honest about what they're selling at what price. Belzers informed me before I came in what the vehicle price would be, what the loan terms would be without the too typical "We'll get you the final amount once you're here" line I got from other dealers. A very quick and easy experience! I leased a brand new 2017 Sportage, and they did everything they could to get me into one. Didn't have to wait hours for responses from banks, very fast. Also the sales guy was extremely nice no pressure. It's kind of intimidating for a woman going in to buy a car by herself. I had a few questions when I first started, I chatted with one of the employees on the web based chat feature on their site which was very helpful for the few basic questions I had. I mentioned I had a few more in depth questions and they offered to have somebody give me a call for easier question answering. I had a very helpful gentleman named Zach Anderson who was able to answer all my questions. He even helped me set up an appointment for test drives and for me to have somebody answer questions while I was there looking around. Even with a late appointment change needed because my schedule had changed, I was still able to meet with Zach and have wonderful Customer service. The only pressure at all was to "take my time and make sure that I was making the correct decision as what was best for me, and that it was what I wanted." In the end I drove out of the dealer ship with my new (to me) car which I can say I have no second thoughts about.I would absolutely recommend Zach and everybody at Jeff Belzers' everybody we saw and met were extremely friendly, helpful, and focused on the customers satisfaction. If you are looking into buying any car weather it is Used or New i would say your first place to look would be at Jeff Belzers.

My dad and I went to Belzer's to find me a new car. We know Tim Naasz because I grew up with his son Cameron. Tim set me up with Bob Van Muyden who showed me around to some new cars, and was very accommodating in my first new car venture. I definitely recommend others to shop at Belzers as well . Hunter Freeman showed me to the car after all the paperwork was done with Tim. Hunter went through all the perks of the interior and helped me get my phone synced to the Bluetooth. Great buying experience from start to finish. There are a lot of dealers in the metro area but you must check out Jeff Belzer's. I was shopping around for a Challenger and came across Jeff Belzer's. It was about a 45 minute drive but I went to check it out. They offered me the best price on both the new car I wanted and my trade. I ordered the car as no dealer had what I wanted on the lot. Three weeks later my car came in and I picked it up. I had some special delivery requests and my sales guy Jeremy Archibald made sure each was taken care of! Jessica was very friendly and quick to answer any e-mails or calls I had with questions during the process. (One small issue - I emailed employee DK regarding some CD's I left in the car I traded in. I did not receive a return call or return e-mail back. One of the CD's was work related and costly. Was a good company to work with being so far out of town. The oil boom left Minot dealers feeling that local folks should pay them a great deal of money more than other dealers. This was my first new car purchase, as well as my first large decision since being widowed last year. The dealership was very clean and welcoming. Once inside, Stacy Sprung greeted me, and we proceeded to discuss my needs regarding a vehicle. He listened to the features I wanted. I did have the equinox in mind. He looked up the model that would fit the needs I discussed, and we went out to look at the inventory. I had decided that the Patriot Blue/ black interior was the color I wanted, but he did point out the other colors on the equinox vehicles parked nearby as we passed them. The test drive went very well, and we returned to the dealership to discuss terms. I was not ready to commit that day, but did call him later to set up a new meeting. He returned my voicemail promptly, and Saturday morning we closed the deal. I found Stacy and all the other associates there to be a great team. I highly recommend the dealership, as well as Stacy to anyone interested in a vehicle purchase or lease.

I went to another dealer first. My experience was less than ideal. I was lied to, never comfortable, and left knowing I would never go back. I talked to Paul initially. I made it in a few days later. Being underwater on my current vehicle, Paul answered every question I had with sincerity and offers more info that I may not have known to ask to make sure I was well informed before making a decision. It took me an hour and a short test drive to decide I was going to love forward with my first lease. Fantastic experience start to finish. I will be bringing my wife in for a vehicle when it is time for her.

Joleen has been the BEST sales lady iv ever met. Iv been to a few dealerships and it's all about what the dealerships wants to get rid of not what I want. Joleen wasn't pushy at all very easy going and answered all my questions and let me pick out exactly what I wanted. I really enjoyed working with her and having conversations about our dogs while waiting on paper work. Cole was very friendly when it came to picking out my remote start. This was my second car I purchased from Andy. I had been unable to make it to the dealership until 8:45 that night due to my girls having a hockey game and living in Mankato. I had been in contact with Andy over the phone and by email on purchasing the car from them and some of the stuff was done already.When I arrived they had everything ready for me to sign and had the car inside because if was raining out. At first I went on the website and I had trouble getting hold of someone to help me. After a day of not hearing anything I called and was transferred to William (Bill) Kelly. He apologized profusely on the phone and helped me schedule a time where I could come in and discuss my options (although he had already given me a good rundown over the phone). I didn't think I would be able to lease a new car, I thought I'd be stuck with an older car. Bill helped me find a great deal on a new Kia and really listened to what I wanted and in no way pressured me or tried to high-ball me. Even after I left the dealership he checked in on me to make sure that everything is still going well. 10/10 would go back.

But Joleen kept on looking for other options for me. At the end of the experience I drove off the lot 4.5hrs later in a new vehicle. While I did not purchase, I did end up leasing a new car.

I haven't bought a new vehicle in over 10 years. I did go back to my original dealership based on my experience I had with them in 2004. The experience I had was over the top with help. I came in knowing what I wanted and they helped me find that. They didn't try to talk me out of anything or into anything I didn't want. They found me many rebates to help keep the cost down. If there is anything out there for rebates they will find it! Bob was great at showing me the trucks I wanted and Tim was amazing at getting me approved and into that truck! Thanks guys! The internet Sale's Manager to the sales staff and accessory staff were incredibly professional and made you feel at ease with your decision of purchasing your new vehicle. Jessica Gitch, Mike Gittins and Lyle Gibson were wonderful on the phone and in person. They were extremely helpful and walked us through every step of buying our new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. Everything from the rust protection to the extended warranty was offered to us. Adam was very kind and courteous at the end of the transaction. The only thing we thought was a little personal, was that Adam had suggested that since we were paying with Cash was to write a personal check over a Cashier's Check. We feel the way we chose to pay for the vehicle is our decision and should not be persuaded by sales staff.

It was my first time purchasing a car on my own, Bob helped me to find the exact style and model I wanted, even down to the exterior color and all of the accessories that can come with it. Bob and Josh did everything they could to work a deal that was fit and comfortable for both sides. They showed great customer service skills, but also treated me like a person and didn't push me to something I was not comfortable with.
