I was looking for a replacement vehicle for my daughter. I passed this dealership a few times and decided to check out their website. I found a Buick SUV which was in excellent condition low mileage clean vehicle with one previous owner. The salesman Joel was great from the minute I started talking to him it was like speaking to an old friend. The entire sales process was great and they stand behind their vehicles. I would definitely recommend checking out this dealership.

I went to Jayware to look for a car for my daughter. I met Bill on the lot. He was very patient, knowlegeable and funny too. I found the perfect car and they treated my like a VIP. The owner, Jay, and his staff made the whole process a pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership.

Made three attempts to contact Jayware via e-mail providing my e-mail address and my telephone number but never got a response. This raises a question in my mind why do they bother to advertise on "cars.com", they don't seem to be interested in contacted an interested buyer!!!

Om my goodness - what was I thinking! My son totaled my Jag X-Type and I wanted another one. Found one at Jayware in New York - but I live in Oregon. Salesperson Bill Keegan assured me car was great shape. What a joke! The car appeared to have been disassembled and they couldn't figure out how to put it back together. Pieces of the car (ventilation grills, interior pieces, spare tire and jack assembly) were just thrown into the trunk of the car. Thought I was getting a nice car at a fair price. Not even sure if the car I saw online is the car I got.

After searching around the island for our son's first car, we ended up at Jayware. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. we found the perfect car at the right price, As a matter of fact it was thousands less then other dealers were offering for the same make and model with similar mileage. Our experience from the beginning to end was nothing short of spectacular. The sales staff is very knowledgeable but they do not pressure you at all to make a sale. the paper work process was fast and smooth and the car was ready for pickup when promised. if your looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle, save yourself a lot of time and go to Jaywar. you will not be disappointed.

excellent service,great prices. I am very pleased with my 2007 jeep Cherokee. I recommend Jayware to everyone. The atmosphere is very nostalgic as well. The salesman treat you like family.

Jayware has excellent pre-owned cars with trustworthy sales consultants that helped me find my dream car. I recently purchased a 2006 BMW X5 from them and couldn't be happier with the service I had received. When I had a question I called and left a message in which they got back to me within the hour. They are very courteous and pleasant to deal with. I highly recomend Jayware Auto to anyone who is looking for a great value of an excellent product.

I came to jayware in hopes to find a minivan to get back and forth to work. I want something simple and reliable. I was promptly greeted by a nice salesman Joel. he was extremely witty and listen to every need of mine. I like the fact that he allowed me to explain my obstacles in life on purchasing a minivan. Joel made me feel right at home he was very caring of my needs and did not try to over sell me. He also suggested to feel even more comfortable I could take the minivan to my very own mechanic. he also explain in detail on what they look for and how long they have been in business. As a first time buyer from jayware I must say i was very impressed. I purchased the Minivan from Joel. I am so thankful I did. This Minivan has been extremely reliable. I told every one I work with that joel over at jayware is very straight forward and he puts his heart in the car he sold me. I know my higher power put me on jaywares lot for reason.My family and I would like ot thank jayware for a job well done.

I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Bill. I was recommend from my neighbor who purchased many cars from them in the past. Bill came on to the lot and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I told him I was looking for a jeep or a Suv so I could make it through all of the snow. Also something that in the summer I could go on the beach with. He pointed me towards this 2008 Jeep Cherokee which was a great price and very clean as well. I did have one issue with the truck a few days later which I am not to sure if it was from the snowy ice in the streets. They sent me up to their shop and the problem was correct promptly. I will recommend Jayware to every one for there friendly service and quality of cars

if i could do a negative review i would! august 2013 we had purchased a car from them, they said they would fix the noise and it was the struts, it was temporarily fixed when i purchased it. but the sound came back and worse. last night my electronic throttle control light came on and i couldn't accelerate over 10 mph, this is the second time to the mechanic in 5 months and the first time we paid $1,000 this time its going to be more and they will not help fix it. terrible service, do not buy from there!!!!

would never go back salesman lazy wouldnt get out of chair to take me to car. had an attitude. wanted to test drive car battery dead. salesman couldnt jump car. would never go back. alespeople terribel not help ful at all.
