Working with Lloyd White was like winning the lottery and like no other ordinary car buying experience. My experience was great. Maggie is an awesome sales consultant. Q and Jerry were excellent to work with. The car I was purchasing had a few paint issues and they responded with a positive attitude and did an excellent job making sure the car was professionally taken care of without any resistance or push back. Their detailer did an amazing job. They don’t come any better. Again it was a great experience and I am looking forward to my next purchase with Maggie and her team.

This is my very first Jaguar. Coming from a small town, I was skeptical of the personal service that I might receive from a big city dealer. But I had no need to be skeptical. The service was personal and non-pressured. Even though my purchase wasn't the biggest sale for them, I was given the royal treatment.

Just bought a 2011 Cadillac Escalade from Luther Jaguar Minneapolis. Car was I great shape but ha a chipped windschield I suggest I would pay half if they replaced the whole thing-that's what we did.Also, the car needed a new battery and they replaced that too. The car was a lease and had great Car Fax info. Dealing with some other issues that the dealership would not have know such as Bluetooth changing channels every time I make a call and drive train making a small thud when I come to a stop. Hopefully, Key Cadillac can take care of these issues.All in all Luther could have done a bit more detail work up on the car.

our experience at land rover minneapolis has been a good one, but i'd expect that when you buy a luxury vehicle. we had some issues with our vehicle just after we bought it and the dealer worked to rectify them immediately and at no cost to us. they stepped up and took care of the problems without any hassle or extended negotiation. frankly, i was surprised to have any issues at all considering the price of the vehicle, but lr minneapolis dealt with them promptly and in a courteous way.

My wife was in the market for a new vehicle. We initially looked at the Land Rover Evoque at Luther Range Rover. To quickly sum up the experience... it was among the worst we have had. Sad, frankly, since I will now have to go out of state to purchase my next Land Rover. Not only was Leo a terrible sales person taking little to no interest in our business, but when I called Land Rover corporate to complain and was told the local GM would call, I got nothing but crickets. My feeling is... if you are not there to spend 100K+ (the Evoque was "only" 52K), they apparently don't need your business. I guess being the only Rover dealer in MN is a boon for them.It's not my first terrible experience with Luther. Lesson learned.

Everyone from the person who met me as I pulled in, to the service person (Mr. Sparrow),who wrote up the requirements, to the person who had my documents and completed the bill, and the person who told me where to find my vehicle were very friendly, professionally dressed and approached me with a smile. My car was washed, vacuumed, and looked like new. Your dealership, whether one is looking for a car, or coming for some service is actually enjoyable to visit.My wife and I now both drive certified former service owned Land Rovers.

I brought me 2008 XJ in for the 60,000 mile service. As usual, Henre' did a great job of setting the schedule and providing a loaner vehicle. When it was fixed the bill was relatively reasonable. This continues to be a great car which I bought new from this dealer. Part of the reason it is still so good is the service I have had over the years. Great people and service.

I have taken my 2009 Land Rover vehicle to this dealership twice for maintenance. They are professional, take the time to explain the services, and effectively communicate about cost. They offered me a loaner vehicle, which was a nice bonus. I trust their service recommendations, and I had two good experiences there.

2002 XJ Sport would not start. Had to jump start from the relay(big fuse in the engine compartment). Explained to Jerome who is an excellent service guy. After one day of diagnosis, Jerome called stating he needs authorization for a second diagnosis which would cost about 600 dollars. Either the mechanic know nothing about what he is doing or Jerome wanted to scam me. I don't know.For sure, if the mechanic could not find the issue with the first diagnosis, why would he find the issue with the second? And what if he could not find the issue with the second diagnosis, will Jerome charge me for a third diagnosis. Man...I thought Jaguar hires only the best mechanics, I doubted.Gonna have to find another way to fix the car or it will go to the Salvation Army with only around 100000 miles on it. Once again, the service is excellent but the mechanic is a no no.

Service appointment easily made via email, automatic rental (at no charge) provided for, and they were ready for me with smiles on faces when I arrived. They called me as soon as they found something outside of the typical maintenance (time for new tires, rear brakes will need replacement before my next regular check up) to see if I wanted them to do that work now. I couldn't ask for better service.

I was very impressed when Floyd, the service manager walked over to me after the service was completed to discuss today's service & then discuss when my next service interval was needed. I took in my 2013 RRS for evaluation of a couple of minor issues before the warranty expires in <1000 miles. They were able to quickly provide the answers that I sought. For that I'm grateful. I noticed that my headlights are now staying on when I have the car in "auto" headlight mode. This previously meant that the lights would come on as dusk set in (or if I drove through a tunnel). I essential have daytime running lights now. When I first got the vehicle I was told that daytime running lamps is an optional feature. Furthermore it was suggested that I forgo that feature due to the cost of replacement lamps. I agreed. I called in to my service advisor to report this issue and didn't hear back. I called back the following day and he let me know that he'd received my call but was still too busy to return my call- 24hrs later. He told me that he didn't believe that their technician could have changed this setting on my lights, but that he'd check with the tech and would get back with me. We're quickly approaching 8 days later. Still no word. I shouldn't have to pay to have someone return the vehicle to it's previous setting. I'm hoping to have this resolved soon.

We have been having some issues with our LR4 and took it into Land Rover Minneapolis for diagnostics. Jerome is the service advisor we were assigned and he has been great in making sure we were aware of what was going on + what possible issues could be. Great experience all around.

From the moment I drove our Evoque into the service bay for its first oil change I was made to feel like I was the dealership's only customer. I was promptly greeted and directed to Adam Nelson, who thoroughly explained the service process and asked if I had any questions or concerns about our vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and its features. I appreciated Adam's professionalism and friendliness. When the service was complete, Adam again assured me that everything checked out well with the car and wished me a good day and safe travels. Although the dealership is about 150 miles from our home, I will return for future service needs.

Milan was excellent. He is very familiar with the entire Jaguar product line and answered all our questions completely and honestly. I had originally been in contact with Theresa. She wasn't in when we visited the dealership, but Milan made sure her name was included on the paperwork. Our only issue was that we had trouble training the car's garage door opener. Theresa took us through all the steps on the phone, but still no luck. So she sent two of your employees to our home to fix the problem. They had trouble too and didn't know what they finally did to make it work, but somehow they solved the problem. This is a perfect example of your dedication to customer satisfaction.

Monte worked on my car. I have never found a more thoroughly knowledgeable tech. He was fanatic in explaining each and every aspect of what was going on with my car. He explained in detail which repair was needed, and what priority I should list future problems I should attend to. The dealership was wonderful, with many classic cars to view as I waited for my repairs to be completed.

Went in for a slow leak. Was first told they did not see an issue. I pressed the issue that there is something wrong because it was the only tire I had to fill with air to bring it in. They took tire off and inspected and found the rim was cracked. they gave a loaner and was finished as promised on the day given to me. Satisfied more than my last few visits. Customer service goes a long way.

Went in for my winter tires to be removed. They originally said it was to take an hour but in the past it has taken at least 2 1/2. They gave me a rental car and I went to a movie. After the movie I called and they said they were behind and I could come back tomorrow they would appreciate it. No big deal at all. When I came back they gave me a hat.

The Land Rover service team never fails to take great care of my car. I brought my car in due to several service warning lights coming on after letting my car sit while I was on vacation. The Land Rover tech was able to determine it was a low battery issue and nothing more. Great to know I can trust them not to charge me when nothing is wrong... They cleared the error codes and only charged me for the inspection.

Never drove 2 hours for an Oil change before, wish Luther would open Land Rover Jaguar dealership in Rochester, La Crosse, Wi. would be even better for us. But the wife and I both like cars, and the Dealership in Minneapolis has a bunch of Cool cars From the classics too the New F-type race car thanks for showing me the New Jaguar F-Pace SUV. They probably wanted to put a leash on us. Excellent Service and Sales staff never been treated so good at a car dealership. Wish cost a little cheaper for 30,000 mile service $462, but I'm guessing that's pretty normal for a European Luxury car, it's our 1st one. Keep up the good Work.

Land Rover Minneapolis is hands down the best car buying and service experience in town. The cars speak for themselves but the main reason we keep buying Land Rovers is because of the people we work with at the dealership. They are simply the best!

We just used our Concierge Service to have our Land Rover serviced. They were wonderful and so accommodating. Having the Concierge Service service was a big part of our decision to buy from Jaguar Land RoverMinneapolis - because we are on opposites sides of the Metro area. That and of course that we love of Land Rover.

Awesome dealership, awesome people, and awesome service. Ok so I have to write more so. I was so impressed with this dealer and the way the shop looks it made me want to apply for a job. When I pulled in the service drive it was cool! Now I was only there for a recall (not dropping big money for service work) and on a Saturday, it was a calming experience.

We signed up for Luther's "lights out" program through an email I got from the service department, as my wifes check engine light came on the day before we got the email. Once my wife went into the shop, they claimed they didn't honor the Luther program b/c they were a boutique service department. 2 days later I had to fight this and provide the email that was sent to me, that I used to schedule the appointment, AND they called me from to confirm after three different people told us they didn't honor it. They also claimed we checked a box on the appointment scheduler for a 97,500 maintenance program, which I am not sure I understand what they actually did other than an oil change for $184 plus $25 worth of oil. In addition, there were a variety of charges on the invoice that I still can't justify / understand- $40 here for 'shop supplies' (must have been the 'free cookie' my wife had while waiting), etc. We went in for a check engine light, got one part ($73) installed, an oil change, and a $530 invoice.....I won't be back - in fact my wife is so frustrated and annoyed and feels taken advantage of that she is making me get rid of the rover...

Vehicle in for an all points inspection and a few minor issues. One the the minor issues turned into a more major issue which Jerome handled very efficiently and to my great satisfaction...no out of pocket cost! Vehicle was in for longer than anticipated but had a very nice courtesy car.

I had my first experience at Land Rover Minneapolis yesterday. And I wanted to let you know I was more than pleased with the complete experience.. The repair did take a little longer than expected due to the high volume in your shop but Jerome in servce was very friendly, clear about what had to be done, and did all he could to get my Range Rover fixed. He arranged for me to be picked up from my office after work to get my car, a great service to provide to your customers. On arriving the car was waiting for me in the showroom area. it had been cleaned and was ready to go. No hassle with paperwork, the cashier had it all ready was also friendly too. Excellent service all round!

On my way home, I called the dealership at 5pm having received a message a week earlier that a part had come in. It was 5pm and since they were open till six they suggested I stop if I could. With no appointment they accommodated me by installing the part, washing my car and after a hot cup of coffee and conversation, sent me on my way. Great service by John, Floyd. Adam, Jerome and a tech. Always helpful answers from Leo when I have questions regarding my Land Rover. Terrific organization.

I received a courtesy call last week that a part had arrived. It was 5pm a week later and I was on my way home so I called the dealership to ask if I could stop. They said they were open until six and stop if I could even though I didn't have an appointment. They would help if they could.The dealership accommodated me by attaching the ordered part, hot coffee, washed my car and after some nice conversation, sent me on my way. Always great service with Leo, Adam, Floyd, Jerome and the entire staff. A pleasure to do business with this organization.

Steve is my customer service underwriter. He's very positive and a good listener. I had some warranty work which expanded into another issue the dealership proactively handled for me. Steve kept me in the loop and set me up with a very clean XJL. Jerome is fun to talk with and positive as usual. Before returning to Arizona for the winter, I called the Land Rover dealer in Minneapolis to schedule a quick look at our Range Rover brakes since a related warning had just popped up. The only time available was the Tuesday before the Wednesday I was planning to leave. Without hesitation, I relayed the brake concern and booked the appointment. Once confirmed, I was asked if I needed a loaner, which was not something I've normally been offered at any dealership, so happily accepted. The following Tuesday, I showed up at the Service Department at 8am, dropped the Range Rover off and drove off in a very nice Jaguar they had arranged for me. In thirty years of car ownership, when getting auto repairs, I'm accustomed to getting a call sometime the morning or early afternoon stating the problem and how much I can expect to pay for the repair. Unless there's a serious problem, the car is then available for pickup later the same day. With that in mind, I was anxious when I hadn't heard from the dealership at any point during the day. Still planning to leave for Phoenix the next morning, I called the Service Department at 5:15pm expecting to be told that the car was ready for pickup. Instead, I was told that the tech working on my car was busy; I left a voicemail message explaining my dilemma and asked for a call back. Half an hour later, still no call. Fearing the dealership might close before I could get my car, I called back and spoke to my tech, Jerome, who suggested I needed new brake pads along with the cost and could he schedule that for tomorrow? I explained that wasn't possible as I was leaving for the Southwest the following day and needed my car back before they closed that night. He was surprised, but very accommodating and made sure the car was washed and ready for pickup when I arrived a few minutes later. Jerome couldn't have been nicer and the treatment I received was very good. My only "complaint" was that at no point was there ever a suggestion that my service requirements would take any more than a day. I'm not sure if this is standard operating procedure at the dealership or not. In any case, if the expectation is that a car can't be serviced the same day it's dropped off for repair, mention needs to be made of this so that customers can plan accordingly. Otherwise, all good.

Great experience. Received a reminder the day before from the dealership. Arrived at 8am and greeted by the service staff. Parts department took a look at a part that had to be ordered and I was on my way with fresh coffee in 20 minutes.

As usual, the service at JLRM has been exceptional. We have been having a few warranty issues but they have all been addressed quickly and with a great deal of thought. We live 90 miles away so the service department (Jerome Bauer and colleagues) always accommodates our schedule and even sends parts to our home when they are able. We have enjoyed the quality and professionalism of the service extended to us for all of our Land Rovers over the past 10 years.

In a word, WOW! From the beautiful showroom, to the friendly and knowledgeable sales team, to the introductions to the friendly service staff...I was blown away with my buying experience at Jaguar/Rover Minneapolis. Q was my sales person, and he took to the time to listen to what I was looking for and recommend the best vehicle for my needs. This didn't end up being the most expensive vehicle, but the BEST vehicle to suit my needs, which I appreciated very much. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and it was an absolutely NO PRESSURE experience. Once we picked out the vehicle, they had another member of the team spend nearly an hour with me in the vehicle showing me tips and educating me on all the exciting features the vehicle had to offer. She then took me over to the service department and introduced me to the very friendly team of professionals that will be servicing my vehicle for repairs/maintenance, etc. I was blown away with how friendly everyone was, and how everyone seemed to really take pride and enjoy working at the dealership. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here, and have been telling everyone I know how awesome my experience was. THANK YOU to Q and Ted and entire team at JLR Minneapolis!!

The service I received was outstanding. My rental was available upon arrival. The service representative took notes to fully understand my concerns. He called that afternoon to tell me about the progress. The issues were easily resolved and I received a second call to tell me the work was complete.. The car was washed and complete upon my arrival. I received excellent, professional and efficient service.

I wanted an LR4 - not just any LR4 - a Loire Blue LR4. That's not a vehicle most Land Rover dealers have in stock. Most people buy White, Black, Grey, Silver. I figured, if I am going to spend a good deal of money on a car I am going to own for a good number of years, then it ought to be my favorite color. Typically I would have needed to wait until a car could be ordered from the factory. However, Leo Starr was able to track down two cars meeting my requirements, which were about to ship to the U.S.; and was able to arrange to trade a car Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis had ordered for the car I wanted, which had been ordered by a different dealer. I took a 4 year old XK to the Jag dealer's service to have a warranty repair done. The work was done perfectly! Picking it up, I was told that the oil was due for a change - something I hadn't planned to do at the dealership due to what I expected to be greater costs than what I would pay at another garage. I learned that afternoon that not only was the oil change less expensive than I thought, but possible to get done in just about 30 minutes before I needed to be somewhere else. What really surprised me -- I had used a loaner car while mine was being repaired. I had checked that car back into the dealership and thought I'd be stuck there while the oil was changed, but they let me jump back in the loaner, get a sandwich without another word! Trust - a 2-way thing!

Had my car in today to have my winter tires put on. They took my car in at the appointed time and finished it when they said they would. Both Steve and the service tech alerted me to both the tire wear on my summer tires as well as the winter ones they were installing. I could work on my laptop while I waited which made the day very efficient. It was another great experience.

Brand new parts off My 2013 LR4 LUX and 2014 Range Rover SuperCharger disappeared in this dealership's possession. Both sets of frontal grills, side vents/ moldings and frontal vents are unaccounted for by JLR Mpls. There is only one of three possibilities behind these missing parts. These parts were misplaced or sent back to Land Rover OEM for credit or restocked and resold by JLR Mpls. Either way I never received or was given the opportunity to retrieve My belongings. Even though Dean Greening and Greg Gagne initially told Me upon My purchases that JLR would store my "parts" in their warehouses as a courtesy to Me in relation to the fact that they offer this storage to all their customers. This is far from the truth. Even upon picking up both vehicles completed, My service tech Adam Nelson assured Me My "parts" were put in storage by the dealership. For thirty three months I was led to believe JLR Mpls' storage contained My accessories.November 4, 2015 I find out otherwise. Service could not locate everything left in their possession back in 2013 and 2014. All that which was accounted for was the two sets of wheels. Everything else for both vehicles are gone without a trace. At first Ryan Schilling My Service Tech looked and inquired about these missing parts and also stated that "I know you didn't receive these parts". I then spoke with Craig Grenig Sales Manager the same afternoon and he assured Me he would physically go open boxes to search for all these parts.November 10, 2015 Craig Grenig called Me and responded to my inquiry by insinuating with his statement "how do we know we didn't give you the parts" Instead of finding a satisfactory resolution by locating My accessories or replacing them this was the response I waited seven days for... After numerous phone messages to Dean Greening and Craig Grenig from LR corporate, management from the third party that installed the parts and myself with no response from them I did receive a call back.On November 16th I finally received a call from Ted Terp General Mgr of JLR Mpls only to have him reiterate that I had received the missing items and that there would be no compensation or mediation between his staff in question and Myself to resolve this issue. Rather that I should contact an attorney to speak with the dealer's attorney to take legal action... They cannot provide any documentation backing their claim of Me picking up or receiving all these items. I would have needed an additional vehicle or an open bed pick up truck or had to have strapped these items to the roof of the vehicles to haul all this stuff home. Outrageous Dissatisfied from a supposed premium dealership!!!

Nick Sparrow is my go guy for service on my 2012 Land Rover. He always has a good assessment as to what the needs to be done. The service person found the problem and was able the correct it within an hour while I was waiting. Nick is always great to work with even when I am on the road and working through other dealers.

I have dealt with the Service Department twice in the last 6 months for different types of services and I have been treated poorly and the service advisors are arrogant and condescending. They don't listen to the customer and they just impose themself to the customer. I'm contemplating selling my Range Rover so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Although I have a light that continues to flicker on and off, the service technicians was very honest when he told me that there is nothing wrong and the light is just an annoyance. He told me what to look for to know if something truly was going wrong, and said he would rather not charge me for unnecessary service! This was a first in a long time for me - that is why I plan to continue to bring my vehicle to them for future maintenance.

Excellent service as usual, however, get your poor service writers a good computer system. It's shocking to me they are still writing up things by hand. Not only does it slow down the check in process, it isn't in line with the high end products and service provided by Jaguar and Land Rover.

The waiting room is wonderful. The 'check in' by a service personnel is friendly and informative. And checking out is a breeze. First off there was no judgement of why I brought my Range Rover in for service which I was quite embarrassed about....so much so that I am not going to say what it was. Anyways, they got the work done in a timely fashion and my vehicle was ready to be picked up later that day. Unfortunately we had a family medical emergency and wasn't able to pick it up until a week later. Everyone(from the service professionals, receptionist, and cashier) was very accommodating with this and had everything ready for me when I was finally able to pick it up. They even had it washed for me a second time on that day.

This is the second car I've purchased from Theresa at Luther Jaguar. In both cases she really listened to what my needs were, and went above and beyond to find me the perfect match. No pressure at all, just very, very helpful. It's very refreshing to find a sales rep so willing to go the extra mile. The service department has also been great to work with, at least on my first car (I haven't needed any work done on my new one yet). I brought in a trade and needed a new suv asap for our new addition to our family and lugging around all her gear! The salesman was great... not pushy and was patient with me toting along my newborn. Finance was a breeze and they offered a competitive price on my trade-in. Friendly financing manager, receptionist and staff in the service area as well. Shortly after the purchase, I needed some brake work and it was completely covered under the warranty and was given a beautiful 2015 Range Rover complimentary for two days while my vehicle was being serviced. Each and every car buying experience has proven to be performed in a professional, straight forward manner and a very satisfying feeling for me as a repeat customer. Since I purchased a new car, no service is currently needed, however, I know that when work needs to be done, my vehicle will be in the good hand of Adam, my service consultant, who takes pride in making the customer pleased with the work performed.

The greeter was rude and impatient. He was holding his hand up in my face before I could get out of the car. He did not want to hear the reason I was in the service center nor did he ask my name; he wanted to push me back into the scheduling office. Yes, I am a woman. It appeared that I was a nuisance to him. I watched how he greeted a man and it was completely different. He asked 3 pleasant questions and walked him in to the service department with respect. This was my experience with the greeter, but the service techs were great.

Both Adam and Nick in the LR service department are excellent. They are the primary reason my wife and I have purchased seven vehicles from Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis.

I had a hydraulic oil leak on the convertible roof opener mechanism. Repair was handled well and in good time. The only problem was the cover on the third brake light assembly was left off for some reason, and I need to go back to the dealership to get that taken care of.

This isn't sour grapes - I have enjoyed this dealership and their service department for several years and rated them highly in the past. More recently their ability to get back to you and the general attitudes of their employees has continued to slip. while getting service this week I needed to leave 5 voicemails over three days to get a response from the service department. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer their phone directly and their desire and willingness to help has fallen off over the past 18-24 months. I am not a frequent user and rarely complain but this group is heading off in the wrong direction and no one seems to care.

I had my first service done on my 2014 Range Rover Evoque. The service staff were prompt, helpful, courteous, knowledgable, and best of all -- speedy. The car was done in half the time they predicted it would be. Gives you more flexibility when you come from a far distance for service.

I had my Range Rover sport since the first year they came out in 2006. I've always had it serviced at the dealerships but my experiences at this location was suspect from the very beginning. I question if they completed any of the services or inspected anything during my routine appointments. After spending thousands of dollars, I question the integrity of this service location and will never do business there again. My follow up call from the corporate customer relations was as uneventful and uninspiring as the overall experience. He seemed about as uninterested in my concerns as a person could get. What a disappointment. Have since sold my suv and will never buy Land Rover again.

I brought my Land Rover into this dealership to diagnose my AC problem. They looked for the problem for three hours and could not find anything wrong and I was already into it for $434 worth of labor cost but they found nothing? Something doesn't seem right with the principle of taking $434 and not finding the solution. They wanted to further investigate at an estimate of another 4hrs? I think not... I'm very disssatisfied with what this turned out to be... I took the truck home with the same problem I had minus $434 in my pocket... Wow. Run away from this place..

Henre again was above n beyond with service. We drove up from des moines, IA for service we can't get at our dealer. We had locking errors and had Henre's team look at and fix the issue last month. It reverted back to the issue after a few days. We brought it back this week and the tech. spent 3 hrs trying to locate the issue. It was decided there wasn't an answer at this point but if we can detect a pattern, we are to bring it back.No charge and honesty were important to us. They could have replaced another part and charged us plenty to do so but that wasn't the case. We hope the jag. Fixes itself. .A possibility. The service offered while there to us was exceptional. Beverages. .shoe shine..tv..small talk...thorough discussion of problem..etc...nothing like our local dealer. My son has a jag n traveled to Madison, WI from Dubuque, IA for service and won't return there. He'll drive to Minneapolis now as well..thanks very much for wonderful service and honesty. .so lacking today in dealerships.

Had appointment for 9am Wednesday as a "waiting" customer for 4 wheel alignment. After one hour, was informed I'd need new tires in addition to alignment. Went over estimate with service attendant. I wanted same Michelin brand I currently have that was different than Continental brand quoted. Attendant and I agreed to terms, and I was offered a loaner due to an additional two hour wait. Original finish time was around 11am. New finish time quoted was 1:30pm. I took loaner and went shopping near by since I live about 45 minutes away from dealership. When the notice of completion didn't arrive by 1pm, I headed back home to pick up kids from school and tend to afternoon errands/lessons, etc. Car was finally ready at 2:20pm. I arranged to pick it up at 5:30pm. Upon arrival after driving in evening traffic to get there before closing time, and payment, I read service receipt and noticed the incorrect tire was installed on my vehicle. Service attendant had no idea how the wrong tires were installed and not the agreed upon set. Said would keep the vehicle overnight, and put on right tires. Offered to deliver my vehicle to save me the drive back to dealership. I accepted, because it was the very least they could do after what is now my third trip for a simple alignment (tire replacement) Back to loaner car and drive in traffic home without my vehicle. Finally at around 12:20 pm Thursday my vehicle is delivered. I paid the price difference of an additional $200 for a better quality tire and have no problem doing so, however, the disappointment comes in the actual CUSTOMER SERVICE regarding the issue. An apology is the right thing to do, and I received one, actually more than one, however I am sorely disappointed that no one thought to compensate me for wasted time, frustration and the glaring mistake on the dealership's service end. As a luxury car brand who's customers are often repeat business, it seems reasonable to at least make amends in some way so that customer would consider returning. This is the only Land Rover dealer in the area, so owners who need competent specialized service for Land Rover vehicles are at the mercy of this dealer. Service on Land Rover vehicles is not inexpensive by any means, but If I never have to set foot in the dealership for vehicle service again I wouldn't. At this level I expect better.

I will start off by saying we have always had 5-star service at the Rover dealership. The friendliness of the staff and quality of the service is excellent. We live about 3 l/2 hours away from Minneapolis and have always made this a 2-day "event." We come down on Friday and spend the night and return home the next day. On a Friday late May, we had an appointment at 8 a.m., so got an early start to arrive at the dealership before then. We were given a great loaner vehicle, which is always the case, and we went about our day. We normally get a call late morning to inform us of the work needed to be done and give the okay. It wasn't until mid-afternoon that we got a call and were told that they needed to order parts and the work wouldn't be done by Saturday and we would have to come back to pick up the car Monday or Tuesday. We would have preferred to be able to take it home and alleviate the need for a second trip, but we headed home with the loaner on Saturday, understanding that things like that can happen. We got a call on Monday that it would be ready to pick up that day or Tuesday. My husband then needed to be down there before closing on Tuesday, so cancelled patients from 3 o'clock on and was down there before closing time. He took care of business and drove off. Before leaving the parking lot, the same alert light that brought us down was back. He went to get gas, hoping it was a fluke, but then had to return, still before 7, to the dealer. He was told he would need to leave it and was given another loaner. He then headed home and arrived about 10:30, a long 15-hour day for him. The work was completed and he drove back down on Saturday (his birthday) leaving at 6 a.m. so he could be home at a reasonable time. We felt that this situation could have been handled better, perhaps delivering the Rover on the third trip or some other possibility. We will continue to have our Rover serviced at the dealership and hope that if something similar should happen to us to another vehicle owner, that it will be handled in a more satisfactory way.

First time I've been to Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis, and it was quick, painless, easy and made all the more pleasurable by the fact my 90K mile service threw up zero issues or repairs! Nick Sparrow dealt with me professionally and efficiently, the service took 3 hours and I was called to come and collect. If I was really trying hard to say anything that remotely resembled a critique, the driver's side door window was a little streaky after the wash. So no problems at all, in reality! Easy, painless and very highly recommended.

The online site for scheduling maintenance work is pretty convenient. When I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early I was fretted by a friendly representative. He escorted me to the waiting area and explained the gentleman handling the paper work for me was with a customer and would be right with me. The wait was not long and the next representative was also friendly. After going over my concerns with the vehicle, I was told there would not be enough time to service all that may need to be done as I was due for a 60,000 mile maintenance repair service. I only scheduled coolant service and oil change. I was told they would give me recommendations once vehicle was looked over. Once my vehicle was ready, the friendly cashier came to get me. My only dissatisfaction is no one personally explained the recommendations. I did find them in small print on the receipt. I would've rated it ca 3.5, but there is no option so I rated a 3 due to cost and neglect of personal recommendations.

My 2013 AWD Jag XF is a dream car. Impressive styling and performance. The Minneapolis Jaguar dealership is FIRST class with everything they do. Today, I had my Jag in for a service call and was very impressed with the quality care the shop took to keep me informed of the repairs; with delivery ahead of schedule. Hat's off to Steve Palmer in service underwriting for the quality communication he provided (never seen this with another dealership other than the call that the car was ready to pick up); and Jerome - the friendliest and most prompt shuttle driver I've had the pleasure of meeting. I did not buy then due to business expenses but came back several months ago looking for a Jag F-Type R. I purchased my Jaguar from Milan in sales and since then had a few problems. Nothing that was UN-fixable. i have purchased cars in the past that I have had warranties on a much less of a car. Every time I ever had a problem at any other dealership I was just stunned by the was they can word things into a warranty to gouge money from a customer. I thought this until I met Steve the Service Mgr at Jaguar and Range rover dealership in Mpls. He many time went out of his way for my car to be done right and fully covered under the Warranty. He was told that a certain part was NOT covered and it would cost me $900 to fix. Steve made a case to the Warranty Company to that this particular part was made out of the same materials that other covered parts were made out of and should be covered. Steve made the case clear,educated the warranty people and had my car covered 100%. He could have only had done this with KNOWING his job. The fact that he went the extra mile and researched this to save me $900 was outstanding and truly made my day. I brought My Range in for her first service. Oil change, rotations and updates were performed. The work was done in a reasonable time and done accordingly. They detailed My truck inside and out. I've had a number of car repairs performed at this facility over the years. The trend is that the quality of the services is trending downward while the cost of the services is trending upward. I would go somewhere else for any repair that can be performed at another repair facility. But some repairs really can only be done at the Jaguar Dealership (hence they've got you over a barrel and they will hammer you any chance that they get).

I live 1-1/2 hours outside of the Twin Cities and traveled to have my Land Rover serviced at the dealership for the first time. They repaired the issue I requested, as well as took care of a recall issue. They provided me with a vehicle to use while I waited and were exceptional to deal with. It is worth the travel for me to return to meet all my vehicle's service needs in the future.

Land Rover service always rocks. I haven't written a review before but thought i finally should. They are always so flexible and always put the customer first. The experience is unmatched. Granted the cars/trucks are higher value but that doesn't mean you should expect the best customer service... but you get it. They always have a loaner and if you don't need one, they have the shoe shine ready for you to kill a little time.

I own two Land Rovers: a 2005, LR3; and a 2014 LR2. I had a problem with the Luther Auto Glass vendor which (accordiing to me) resulted in a few electrical problems in the LR3. My confidence in Land Rover was beginning to be shaken as repair visits and bills began to add up. During this time, however, Nick kept his composure and worked with me through all of the problems . Adam was also there to help on more than one occasion. I am not always the easiest customer, but the guys kept cool and really came through. On my last visit, Nick worked to analyze and remedy all of my remaining problems. The LR3 (one of my favorite cars ever) is now working perfectly. I have the LR2 in for its one-year maintenance check up, and I anticipate writing another perfect review of NIck tomorrow. I cannot describe how happy I am that Land Rover delt with this situation responsibly, and I cannot say how pleased I am with Nick's service. Adam and the rest of the staff are great, too.

We had our 2004 Jaguar X Type in for an oil change & to replace a license plate bracket. We also had them look at a paint transfer spot on the back door. We also got a ride to & from a local restaurant by Jerome. He is also a real gem. Henre is a very courteous & friendly service advisor.

I have had my land rovers serviced here for many years (I've got my first range at 16 and am now 28), and wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They are great at what they do, and highly knowledgeable. There have never been any surprises when I show up to pay my bill, everything is explained ahead of time. I trust the service advisors and techs. This dealership's service level is one of the main reasons I have continued to buy rovers.

Service was great. Team treated you like first class. Adam is great. All of that was fine. Not to sound cheap, but my issue here is that they totally take advantage of you on the pricing of their services. I'm a doctor, and based on my calculations, it looks like their hourly service rate is above my hourly rate! I'd do the work myself but: A) I don't know how to source the parts, and B) I'm certain this would void any warranty I have left on the car.Just because we can afford a luxury car doesn't mean we are naive. Quite the opposite, actually. I know when I'm getting ripped off, and I don't appreciate it. The only thing holding me back from taking by business elsewhere is a perceived lack of options.

They greet me by name. The service professional (in this case, Nick) is knowledgeable and has an attitude of trying to help get the car in in a reasonable amount of time and get the repairs done as quickly as possible. Good follow up with updates about the service while the car is in.

This was only my second time to bring my car in for service. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The office was very busy but I felt like Adam did everything possible to get my car in and to get me in a loaner within ten minutes. I had planned to stay and wait even though it was going to be a few hours. He insisted I take one of the stylish loaners and come back in the morning. We have been customers of Jaguar Land Rover since 2003. Our latest purchase was a 2014 Range Rover Sport. The entire process was fantastic from the purchase to the service. Recently, we had troubles with our door latches in the cold weather to the point where the doors would not close and therefore making the car effectively not drivable. Land Rover service, specifically Jerome B., arranged for the pick-up of our vehicle, completed all the repairs including many other updates, and delivered the vehicle back to us. Living 80 miles outside of the Twin Cities makes coming to the dealership a little difficult but with level of service for warranty items such as ours, the distance has not been a factor. Absolutely fabulous.

And the dealership, actually. In the time I spent waiting for my test drive, I got my boots shined by the the sweetest man who shines shoes there a portion of 3 days a week. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice, and seemed very genuine. I realized given my experience with my 6 year old Cayenne, I needed a CPO car. Therefore this dealership was my only in-state option to buy from. And they had about 1 model that worked for me. So, given this, they could have really taken a hard line with me. Instead it felt like a fair negotiation, and I was able to walk away feeling really great about my purchase, and every person I dealt with that day. I look forward to working with them to maintain this car, and to creating a long term relationship driving these beautiful cars! Ah yes, my sales person was Leo Starr, who also worked with my best friend several years ago on an LR2 purchase, and we have both had a great experience working with him, both for the purchase, and subsequent dealings!

Went in for what I will call a minor issue (backup camera not working anymore - inconvenient but not a safety issue). The appointment was setup for the day I called. Issue was diagnosed in one hour and explained to me in details but the part was not in stock so I was given a loan car for a day. My car was in warranty so the part was replaced at no cost. The facility looks great, nice waiting area and friendly service. On a side note, I love those vintage Jaguar cars in the service area.

In for a fault light in cold weather, got me into a loaner with no problems and right out to work. The problem was difficult to diagnose and they kept me up to date as things went on. Good experience overall and the only choice in the Twin Cities for Jaguar so they almost don't have to be as good as they are.

Brought my 2005 Land Rover LR3 in for service yesterday as it was sluggish and the reduced engine performance indicator kept coming on as the car would run at hotter temperatures and very sluggish in first gear. Service Department diagnosed it as needing a new Thermostat and a new O2 sensor. Had these replaced and paid $730 for the repair. Drove home with no problems. Drove the car into work this morning and reduced engine performance light came on immediately, engine was starting to over heat again and very sluggish. Went straight to the dealership. Adam at Land Rover Customer service department immediately got me into a loaner as they will examine my car again to try and figure out what the problem is. I have always been exceptionally happy with Land Rover Minneapolis as a long time customer but I can't understand why they did not perform more of a thorough evaluation of the problems the first time I brought my car in instead of me having to bring my car back the very next day for the same problem that was supposed to be fixed by the replacement of the thermostat and O2 sensor. I realize that everyone can make a mistake but the Service Technician who worked on my vehicle needs to be more attentive or perhaps need more training to make sure the work that is performed truly fixes the problem the first time. I still think Land Rover Minneapolis is a very good dealership but disappointed that they could not find the problem with my vehicle the first time.

I like some aspects of Land Rovers service, but they still let things fall through the cracks--not calling me with an estimate before a repair, not really washing my car well before returning it, taking days to diagnose a minor problem and one guys attitude is only OK. After first repair, car still had issues which I do not believe they really fixed. Room for improvement for sure.

This was my first visit to the service center for my used Range Rover and was VERY impressed. I had a variety of issues on the car, and was delighted when Nick solved the very first one for me in the garage bay when he taught me some basics about the vehicle. The dealership gave me a loaner for the length of the service appointment, and Nick worked with the warranty company to manage the coverage of the repairs. When I left, my bill was $0.00 and I was thrilled.

I've owned my Range Rover for almost 6 years and have always been extremely happy with every aspect of the service at Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. But my most recent experience was the one I felt compelled to write about. I lost a very cherished necklace that was a gift from my parents 38 years ago. After much searching in my house, I was convinced it was in my vehicle, and drove to JLRM. Two service attendants helped me search, and after 20 minutes - no luck. I was so appreciative of their "drop everything" attitude and their sincere helpfulness. So I scheduled a service appointment to remove the seats. I spoke to the actual mechanic and showed him pictures of the necklace (as it was very delicate and would be easy to miss.) I was happy that he took the time to meet with me. Voila - within 10 minutes the necklace was retrieved, and another 20 minutes to reassemble the seats. As always, the service was timely, pleasant, efficient and top notch. But this time it was especially helpful and appreciated - an A+ team all the way!

I had my 2012 XF in service for several days for what it looked to be a battery issue and the scheduled annual maintenance. While nothing was initially found with the battery or the electrical system, the car was kept for couple more days for additional testing. In the end the issue was with the smart key. Overall it was the type of service I was expecting. Excellent. The facility itself is top notch and everybody very professional.

Last week was a professional and pleasurable experience at JLR. It was my first time in for service, but I was welcomed as if I were a long term customer. From the service write up to the payment of the bill, (including the complimentary shoe shine) everything was top drawer. I had numerous electrical problems which Steve P took on and ablely resolved. The loaner was everything I expected from a 5 star firm. Great job!

This is my second visit to Land Rover for service/maintenance. Jerome, service advisor was more than helpful & his service was better from my last visit. Overall employees are not friendly, seem to always be upset, unhappy, and need to be more personable and smile to customers. Definitely not the service that I expect from Land Rover! Whenever I drop my husbands car to Mercedes they greet me from outside the door and make me feel welcomed and like a true valued customer. Land Rover should take some tips from Mercedes on customer experience.

Overall our experience was good with this dealership, Greg our salesmen answered all of our questions and returned phone calls promptly, the vehicle was prepped and detailed when we arrived ready to go, our sales man provided a detailed orientation of the vehicle before we took delivery and answered all of our questions. Do to the fact that we had purchased one of the first 2015 Land Rovers Evoques on the lot there were some options that were in question after we had picked up the vehicle, this was all straightened out with a phone call to the service department. My "engine coolant low" warning light was displayed on my XKR, but on checking, the level seemed fine.The problem was explained very well to me by the technician, Mark. A couple of new parts were needed which were shipped in overnight. Meanwhile, Steve fixed me up with a loaner, and called me the following day when my car was ready to pick up - all nice and clean!Always great personal service, I love it.

I recently had some complications from surgery and had my valve extension blow while going back and forth to the hospital. I was able to get a spare put on with some outside help but was not comfortable with the readings on my dash and having the spare on my car while needing to get back to the hospital for an appointment. I hoped to stop by the land rover dealershio on my way to hopefully get some reisurance on the spure of the moment. The service tech(Nick) took the time to quickly listen to may story(bad day,bad surgery, complications and testing) and quickly help me by putting my mind at rest on the gauges on my dash. He then grabbed the tire that was bad told me to get on my way and he would call me soon and I could stop by and get the tire put back on!! He called me before I even got back to the hospial for my tests and told ne I could stop and get the tire back on!! It was a blessing on a very bad day.......... I could not worry and get back to my issues knowing that Nick had it taken care of and I could stop and get my vehicle back together and that part of my isuue(bad day) in order.Bottom line Nick read the situation,put me at ease, and quickly got me on my way with with a more critical personal issue! He then responded with the solution and put my mind at rest with in a couple hours as he said he would.What a relief. I have always had my Jag serviced by a small shop but decided to try the dealership this time for a simple service/oil change before a long road trip. Getting registered on arrival was worse than checking into a hospital for a first visit, way too much time sitting while the service rep gathered information and input data. The actual service seems to have been solid albeit pricey. They recommended fresh brake fluid which my previous service provider had also recommended six months ago. No one tried to upsell me. The waiting lounge was comfortable with good wireless so I could get work done. The experience was, overall, a good one. I will be back and hope when there's something a bit more complicated I will be treated fairly.

As always, the Land Rover dealership in Minneapolis has great customer service. They kept me informed of my repair status, looked up my warranty to ensure I wasn't paying for more than I needed to, and their waiting area cannot be beat. Plus they gave me a ride back to work once they determined the work could not be completed fully until the next day.

Sunday aftetrnoon I noticed a "Service" light on the dash. I inquired only to find out my Break pads were worn. First thing Monday I called Nick in Service. After a round of phone tag, we got in touch. My service was scheduled for later on that day and a car was provided for my use during the time of serivce. This experience, along with all of the others was seemless and timely. The only downside was that the car provided to me was a new and sporty little Evoque! Not exactly the sluggish LR4 I am used to...all that speed and response time got to me and not even two blocks away and I received a Speeding ticket!! OYE

I have had a lot if different types if cars and visited many different service shops, but the Jaguar Land Rover Mpls service guys are top notch. The delightful shuttle driver Jerome got me to work and then picked me up when my car was ready. I've never had to use the shuttle before, but it was super. Adam was so efficient and friendly and answered all my questions. Best service experience I've ever had.

I had the car in for air suspension failure from pot holes. After 5 hours I asked about the car and they said they had to fly in another part it would be in at 11 the next day. I called the next day and was told there were complications with water in the system. On the 3rd day I was told I now needed shocks. The car was finally ready on the 5th day. I went in on Monday and got my car on Friday. I was not given calls on the status and was quite frustrated. I talked to them when I was needed to authorize additional charges. It went from $900 to $3500. The manifest indicated that they had some bad parts and had a lot of problems replacing these parts. They were never honest about the problems and from the beginning never kept me informed. So far the car runs good.

Once again I received great service. Called needing a new battery and light checked out and without an appointment, Steve took care of me and my car. The service team replaced the battery, checked out the light and it was all done quickly and I was able to make my afternoon appointments. Steve is always so courteous and helpful...takes time to explain "car stuff" to me. Nicole is also wonderful...always pleasant, efficient and personable. From the very beginning when I bought my car from Lloyd White---he was terrific---I have had excellent service. Thanks to all of them!

Call center rep Stephanie was wonderful. Upon arriving to the dealers location to take care of a flat tire change, I felt on trial by the Evening mgr. I explained I got a flat and my wife called in to see if I could get it fixed. The rep (unknown name) told my wife there were no openings until Thursday. My wife called me to see if I wante to book the appointment. I respnded yes and asked her to inquire about a loaner. I was not aware of the process or requirements, but thought it was worth asking. The rep Stephanie said it would be ok to get a loaner and leave the vehicle until fixed. Upon arriving, the person in the garage was very kind and escorted me to a seat and informed me someone would be helping with the transaction and pointed out who that would be. He explained they were on the phone, but would be with me shortly. While I waited, another sales rep asked it I was being taken care of. I thought that was a nice touch. I later found his name to be Anre I believe. Once I was able to enter the Land Rover managers office, I was asked what I was in for. I explained everything above about it could not get fixed for 3 days and picking up a loaner with the exception of the reps name at the call center. The manager looked at me with a puzzled look when I got to the part of a loaner. He then started asking me questions. Who did you speak to? Why would I give a loaner for 3 days because of a flat tire? Don't you have the spare on? Wouldn't you just leave the flat tire and return when it's fixed? Can't you drive on the spare until fixed? Also made statements: I don't see any notes. This is unusual to give a loaner for a flat. I answered all questions, including a call to my wife, who fortunately knew the reps name. The manager then said "Oh, that's probably someone from our call center" implying anything from the call center has no merit or decision making ability. This was very awkward for me as I have nothing to do with how your business is ran. I was simply told to bring car in and leave it with the dealer and pick up a loaner. I felt like a commin theif. A moment later, Anre came into office and told the manager he received a call from a Stephanie at the call center and pretty much confirmed everything I stated. He explained to the manager that it's just a flat and they could squeeze it in the next day. This got the ball rolling and I was then asked for ID, and insurance information for the loaner. I was able to provide all requested documents after a call to my insurance company to email the current copy of proof of insurance. The card I had in my vehicle was expired in Feb 2014 and I had not put the current card in the vehicle. The manager was not extremely nasty, but I don't think he was very customer friendly at the same time. He explained he would put a tentative quote of $400 for the work, but made sure I knew it could be more depending on if the other tires were too worn down to balance with new tire, in which case I could be looking at replacing another tire. I accepted. I ended the transaction with a shake of his hand and left. The next day, I received a call from Steve who explained I have a special tire that was not in stock. It would take 3 - 5 days to arrive. After the flat was fixed, I picked up the vehicle, everyone was very nice and no issues. Once I got to work, I decided to look at the tire that was replaced. Paid for a 90,000 mile service on 2004 Range Rover HSE prior to shipping it down to FL. Not cheap - service cost $736.98 and invoice listed many inspections done. One of them listed was brake inspection all around. Mileage at service time was 101,195. Vehicle was delivered to FL within a few days of this service and check engine light was on. Took vehicle into local Sarasota dealership and at 381 miles past service, vehicle was showing 13 fault codes and had warped brake rotors and worn out brake pads. Clearly the brakes had not been inspected and no test drive was done as braking produced violent shaking as noted by local service tech. Still working through the various fault codes and am on third visit to local Land Rover dealer to get vehicle in proper working order. As a code is cleared, another comes up. Last code to pop up is for the catalytic converter. Made copies of all the service notations and fault codes and wrote a letter to the MN dealership reporting the bad service performed. After 4 weeks, no reply. Not only was the service bad but the dealership does not care about how their customer feels.... Based on the other reviews on this site, I am thoroughly confused and do not understand the service my vehicle received.

This service cost $736.98 and includes (as noted on the invoice) Brake Inspection and Road Test Vehicle. This service was performed on my 2004 Range Rover HSE at 101,195 miles. The vehicle was then picked up from the dealership and shipped to Florida. I received the vehicle with another 140 miles added and then noted that the Check Engine light was on. Called my local dealership in Sarasota, FL and they suggested that I check the gas cap and see if the light goes out after a day. Their suggestion was based on the service having just been done. (Reference Invoice number LRCS229507)I took the vehicle in for service after the light did not go out and at a total of 381 miles passed the previous service mileage. To my surprise, there were 13 faults noted on the engine and the vehicle needed brake rotors and pads all around.I copied all the fault information and the braking info given to me by the local dealership and mailed all of the info to the Golden Valley, MN dealership letting them know that the service they had done was done quite poorly. Neither the brake inspection nor the road test could have possibly been done as the vehicle would shake violently when braking (as noted by my own experience and by the Land Rover service technician here in Sarasota, FL). With 13 system faults showing up, it is clear that the list of other inspections supposedly done, also were either incomplete or did not happenIt has been 4 weeks since I mailed in all the information and I and not received any communication at all from the Jaguar Land Rover Golden Valley dealership. Not only is their service bad but they clearly do not care how their customers feel....

This dealership provides the worst service REPEATEDLY. Every time I bring it in, it comes back with a new problem and, of course, additional cost. Once I had the car in 5, yes 5, times to have the brakes repaired. they kept returning it to me with the problem not fixed. Another time they estimated repairs at $2,000. I got a second opinion and found out they were overcharging me (for things under warranty, for rotating the tires when the tires would already be off for something else, etc) and the actual cost should have been half that amount. Most recently I was due for a servicing but I even said to my assistant that I was hesitant to bring it in because I was having no problems and every time I bring it in it comes back with some. I brought it in for a $400 servicing and sure enough, 6 days later the 'check engine light' comes on. They tell me I need another $1,000 in repairs. I am taking it someplace else. The manager has never once apologized to me. He argues and becomes defensive. He even had the nerve to tell me I wouldn't be having these problems if I had bought the car from them. Thus implying they are treating me differently because of that. This is the first time I have felt a dealership is shady and dishonest. I have several friends who also have a Range Rover and they have had the exact same experience with them. Just the absolute WORST!

Had my car in today to get my Winter tires swapped out. They had the loaner car ready to go when I arrived and also notified me that I was due for a 24,000 mile maintenance (free under warranty, so why not!). Service was completed in an efficient manner. Got a call a few hours later (the call everyone fears will come with an upsell for some unnecessary service), just to say everything looks great and it's ready for pickup! Arrived to a clean car ready to be driven away. In at 7:30am right on schedule, out over lunch right on schedule. Kudos!

The guys in Sales (Paul, Craig and Troy) make the buying experience accommodating and pleasurable every time; Adam and Dean in Finance always broker the best possible rate; and I can't leave out the Service Department (John & Floyd who oversee my Service Advisor Nick, though let it be said you can't go wrong with Adam or Jerome either) who make bringing in the rover an absolutely hassle-free experience...I'm either in-and-out or on the rare occasions the service is more major then I'm immediately out the door in a Jaguar or Land Rover loaner without fail! At the risk of sounding overzealous by giving the shout-outs, I do so only to show how personal of a relationship being a Land Rover owner has become thanks to everybody at the dealership. It's also worth-noting that JLR is the only luxury-brand dealership in town that also provides owners with "Driving Experiences" whether it be at lifestyle, off-roading or track events. Nothing like really testing the vehicles' mettle when it's not your own! Talk about really showcasing the vehicles' abilities and the confidence that comes with it as an owner when you've been able to push it more than you ever will be required to. Went in this past week for my 30,000 mile service for my 2011 Range Rover Sport. As I was doing my paperwork for the loaner vehicle, I realized that I didn't have a drivers license on me - I had lost it a few days before. Instead of telling me to reschedule, Nick patiently waited for me to track down a picture of my license, which had expired, and he then took the time to call the DMV to verify it was valid. Totally above and beyond what he needed to do. With the day I was having and had I been in his shoes, I absolutely would have told me to come back! But he made it work and the team, once again, did a great job servicing my vehicle.Doing business with a dealership that makes my life easier is really important for me....Jaguar Land Rover Mpls does that for me and it's very likely that I'll stick with them when I purchase my next vehicle.

I had my car picked up at my office using the Concierge service and was left with a great loaner vehicle. I was having the Value Guard package installed that I purchased with my new Evoque and Jerome my service advisor was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Ben the shuttle driver was also great - I kept him waiting 10 minutes when he dropped off my vehicle and he was so courteous. My car was done even faster than expected and came back to me looking amazing! The customer service JLR Minneapolis has been top notch every step of the way!

I was always told what was going to happen and what was being found (though I don't always understand everything I am being told due to the highly complicated nature of Jaguar cars). People are always courteous and helpful. Having a late model loaner provided was a real bonus as my car was in service for about two weeks. It is usually an expensive trip, but I suppose that is the nature of Jaguars, and if the repairs fix the problem and extend the life of the car, I can look at the price paid as an investment in great driving into the future. I enjoy driving my 2004 XJ8 and am glad to have superior service available locally.

Called when the car was complete. Car was even washed when I picked it up. My only comment to make the service fully outstanding is to vacuum the inside if the car as well. :)

One of the vehicles was not plain sailing, and Leo and the dealership as a whole knocked themselves out to make things as right as they could be. I live up in Duluth, and the dealership is always ready to accommodate the complications about when I can leave off my vehicles for service and pick them up after. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Even though I had to wait 8 months for my new 2014 Range Rover Sport, it was well worth it. I previously owned a 2010. As much as I loved that vehicle, there are many improvements to the new one. My sales person, Rolf Essman, has sold my husband and I a total of three cars which is why we keep going back to him. He's the best!

We had issue s with a leak in our sunroof as well as a starter issue that left our car stranded. Our car was stranded and the team we worked with went above and beyond to get our issues resolved. They setup a tow truck and called right away in the morning to update us on the status. The communication was amazing and when completed I found they washed my truck. I

Recent experience with replacement of 2010 Jaguar AM Radio Module was excellent; Service Center had to first procure the device from non-vendor supplier; they located this part quickly and obtained a 30% reduction in price from new; installation was arranged quickly and the replacement was installed in about 1 hour. Henri went "above and beyond the call", to deliver timely, cost-effective, service on my behalf. What else could one ask for ?

We recently purchased a new LR4 which we love. I wanted a bright red one, which they were able to locate for us in the US and have it shipped in just a couple weeks. The car is beautiful. My husband needed some additional work done in order to pull his heavy trailer. I dropped it off for service and was given a very nice Range Rover to drive while ours was in the shop. The car was ready the same day. I'm very happy with the ease of the entire process.

Another great experience at Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. All repairs were accomplished successfully, under warranty and in a very timely manner. The only problem taking your car in for service at this dealership is not buying another one of the gorgeous machines they have on the floor. You could spend the whole afternoon taking in the new car smells and ogling the curves and burled walnut.

I had to take in my vehicle due to a check engine light came on. They were not able to repair it that day but put my car at the top of the repair list the next day. They are consistently friendly and keep me informed on the repairs needed and how long they will take. The only downside was they were not able to give me a loaner this time.

I never understood why car owners take their cars to the dealership for service. Then I bought a used Jaguar and brought it to Jaguar Minneapolis. Excellent customer service, complimentary loaner, comfortable waiting area with amenities, quick and easy scheduling, the list goes on. Just last week my "engine overheated" warning light came on. I was about 10 miles from the dealership. I called, left a message that I would be coming in, dropped off my car, and was back on the road in a loaner within an hour. Stephen Palmer in the service department has been an excellent liaison. I recently picked up my repaired car and the bill was reasonable. I have seen the light; dealerships--at least this Jaguar dealership--are the way to go for service and repairs.

I never understood why people take their cars to dealerships for service until about two years ago. I bought a used Jaguar and brought it to the dealership for an initial inspection. I have had repairs done on the car periodically over the two years (thermostat replacement, new tires, various other things the names of which I don't recall) and I have been consistently impressed and pleased with the friendliness of my service rep, Stephen Palmer, as well as the ease of getting my car in for service, and the availability of complimentary loaner cars while my car is in the shop. Contrary to popular myth, the cost of repairs is not that much higher than at other garages, and the small price difference is worth it for the peace of mind that comes with an established, accountable service provider. I've been converted to a dealership-goer, and I love my Jag.

Unfortunately, I find the service at this dealer deteriorating - from the just average customer service to not fixing things the first time. I've been coming here for 8 years now and have decided that I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else for service in the future. For the second time in the past few years, I've just returned from picking up my LR3 to have earlier repairs redone. The first was the vehicle's gears not engaging and it would just rev up and it wouldn't move. I had to have it towed to the dealer. After a $900 repair I took it home and a couple of weeks later the same thing happened. This time they said something fell inisde the shifter and it was an easy fix. Of course, this made me wonder what I paid $900 for earlier. This time I brought it in because I kept getting a transmission fault warning and the vehicle had limited gears available, several warning lights came on, and none of the guages worked. The day I brought it in, all the warning lights went off with the exception of the check engine light. So they looked it over anyways, and determined that a brake light switch was bad which they replaced. Again, a few weeks later the transmision fault warning started coming on again periodically. Finally it stayed on such that I couldn't drive it so I brought it back in. I was able to manually reset the transmission fault by pushing down the parking brake while applying the foot brake so that only the check engine light remained on when I dropped it off. After having it for 2 and 1/2 days, I paid $165 for them to tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They did give me a loaner car for the duration which was nice.

I came into the dealership unexpected one morning after work because none of the odometers on the dash were registering.I couldn't tell how fast I was going or the fuel amount etc I was able to get a great loaner I kept for a 8d while the repairs were diagnosed and worked on.Steve kept me informed of the progress. It was a blessing since I needed the car for the six of those nights for my commute to work.Steve quoted me the price which was kinda steep and I was pleasantly surprised the actual cost was $200 less--I was thankful for that.

This is a review for mu recent service on my Jaguar. This was a 2 year service but on a very low mileage car so we had to do some thinking as to how to make this work (its a long story). Henre' Rajtar was my service advisor and he was just great. Not only getting the service done, but completely explainging all the (proper) steps involved for my situation and getting the car finished on time. He was just great and I was very impressed with him, the staff in service and the whole service facility since this was my first service there. I would highly recommend him, and the dealership, to anyone needing Jaguar service. I also own a new full size Range Rover and my experience on the buy side was just as great.

Nick and all the staff at Rudy Luther's Land Rover in Golden Valley always bend over backwards. They consistently deliver quality service and a five star atmosphere. They had no loaner cars available on two occasions, but Nick S. managed to get me a car on all occasions. I was even willing to goto Enterprise Rental for a car to use and he found me a loaner any ways. I am on Range Rover #3 and I will be getting #4 from them as well.

I have gotten 3 Range Rovers here and will soon be getting my fourth due to the consistent quality of service, staff, atmosphere, and product.They always seem to bend over backwards in a consistent manner to deliver what seems like 5 star concierge style service. Specifically, on two recent occasions i was in need of emergency repairs, and drove their on short notice. They were out of loaner vehicles and i was willing to go get a rental car down the road. Nick, pulled some strings and managed to get me loaners on both occasions. On another recent drop in emergency visit they took my truck right back to the shop and temporarily fixed the issue until they could get the part.And the waiting area- so nice you don't care to leave.

I purchased a new Range Rover and had an excellent experience. I visited the facilities which are new clean modern and very inviting. I met Jeremy Schultz who really new his product and placed an order for a 2014 Range Rover with the new 6cy. Turbo charged engine. I also placed an order for my son for a 2014 Sport and because of some family conflicts I needed to change the configuration of the order. This really threw a monkey wrench into the sales process but Jeremy and Theresa Norsted worked with management and Range Rover and I am happy to say found a way to get us what we wanted. Like I said above I had an excellent buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Luther Land Rover Jaguar to anyone looking to buy this fine product. Service advisor Henre contacted me and explained that he did not think I needed the induction service yet, saving me money. He also got my minior repairs done almost for free. After 9 great years with my 04 Discovery, it was time to find a new car. I loved that ride and didn't know how I'd find anything I liked as much. I went back to LandRover Minneapolis and worked with Leo who sold me my first one. I asked about test driving a couple of models but then saw a new LR4 sitting on the floor. I hadn't seen the full 7 seats up and knew immediately that this was the one for me. I didn't even test drive it because I had driven one as a loaner while getting service in the past and knew I'd be happy with it. I've been driving the LR4 for a week now and each day I love it more. It's outdone itself in making me think about my Discovery! And Leo has been great about following up, answering questions about the new technology, etc. My kids want to stop in now because it's so fun to check out the great cars there and they are all so welcoming. I know I'll get great service in the future because of how i've been taken care of in the past. So check them out, your won't be disappointed!

I made an appt in advance for service and dropped my car off the night before the appt so they could have the entire day to work on my car. I also called to confirm my appt and make sure they would have all the necessary parts for my repair. Each time we told the person we talked to that we were from out of town (3 hours away) and would need the car back at the end of the day. My appt was scheduled for 7 am. When I hadn't had a call for an estimate by 11am, I called in and asked how the repairs were coming. I was told they hadn't even started and were working on things from yesterday. When I asked, "did they tell you I was from out of town and need my car back today?", the service person said, "no, no one mentioned that." Well, I think that call got the repair started because they did finish the repair that day. But I also asked for an appraisal of my vehicle and that was listed on the service sheet. But when I came to pick it up, no appraisal had been done. The only one who seemed to feel badly about this was the girl at the desk in the showroom. She apologized and ran between sales and service and tried to figure out why it was not done. They offered to do it then but we had to get going. I was surprised because I figure that an appraisal of a vehicle could lead to a sale. And nothing was done on the vehicle from 7 am to 11 am so there was plenty of opportunity. I felt I was treated very marginally and it was about $1000.00 in repairs, but maybe that is nothing to them. I am hoping the repair is all done well and I believe it was but it has only been 1 day. Hopefully this may help someone else to get treated better.

I brought our LR3 in for routine maintenance and a minor annoyance with the cruise control. They did a great job on the repairs and kept me informed the entire process. It would've been nice if they were able to move the wood grain from the old piece to the new, but that is so minor. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I had a sensor light on my Range Rover HSE and mentioned it to Jerome who took the time to just check it and go that extra mile even though he wasn't our original service rep. I really appreciated that and will definitely tell everyone I know what great service I experienced and advise to go there. Definitely will be purchasing our next Rover a this dealership.

Bought an Acura RDX from this dealership. They told us that they do the highest quality check in their used vehicles before they put it on the market. I asked what the outstanding issues if any with the car were. They said the oil is changed and the car needed an alignment which they took care of and other than those, the car was in great shape. The car was still out of alignment as we realized when we drove off. Then the battery died 4 weeks later ( we did not leave any lights on or anything, the battery was just bad). The main key had no batteries in it and so we used the spare one and that one died a few weeks later.

Any time I bring in my Range Rover it comes out with a new problem. Mechanics don't seem to know what they are doing. Cost is always exorbitant. Customer service is worst I have ever encountered. Once I had break problems and had to bring it back no less than 5 times. I have several friends who have had similar problems and think this place has the worst customer service of any company in the Twin Cities.

I have owned my Jaguar for about 9 years now having bought it brand new from this dealership. The service is still first rate and my service rep Henre Rajtar treats me the same today as when I brought the car in for routine maintenance the first time. Everything about this facility is top notch - from the quality of the service to the pleasant environment and yes, even the coffee machine! This time I got a relatively new vehicle as a loaner while my car was being serviced/repaired. The final price ended up being lower than the initial estimate.

Our experience at the dealership was very good as usual. The amenities such as shuttle service, coffee etc. are remarkable.Our complaint for this time was their response time to phone calls. We were having overheating problems & wanted to know if it was safe to drive it to the dealership from our home. We made four phone calls to Henre over a full day before we were able to talk to him. He never returned the 3 calls we made with messages left. He was very pleasant as usual when we arrived at the dealership.The price is usually $1,000 when ever we go for service. I guess that is what you get with a luxury car.

I was visiting Minneapolis for the weekend and encountered a minor issue on my travels to the cities. I contacted the serviced department on Friday. They stated that they would do their best to fix the issue if they could. I arrived at the service department on Saturday, and within 30 minutes I was on my way out with the issue fully resolved. Jerome was in charge of my service and did a great job of making sure I was happy with the work preformed and ensure that the issue was resolved efficiently. Service department should study high end service more - when I pull into the garage the greeter does not open the door for me - a small gesture but something I expect when experiencing a luxury brand. For this type of vehicle - the service should be top notch. Also my interior did not appear to have been vacuumed out as they indicated. I will give a nod to Jerome, who is always very helpful but the more junior staff need to be managed and trained better.

I purchased a 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque from this dealer about a month ago. The entire experience was excellent. All too often, I feel pressured when shopping for a new car, but the salesmen at this dealer just stuck with the facts about the models, provided helpful suggestions, and gave us time to think about what we wanted and shop around. When I returned with the intention of buying a car, our salesman hunted the lot for the right car with the right options, worked on getting us the best price, and even allowed us to separately negotiate our trade-in which made pricing out the deal a lot easier. The only hiccup was a miscommunication on the price of the loadspace mat, which the parts department took care of by offering the part at cost. Awesome experience. Had a minor issue with a rattle in the headliner, so had my first service experience this week. Dropped my car off, picked up a loaner (which was an Evoque Coupe, nice!), and left for work within 10 minutes. Was able to drop off the loaner and get my car easily as well once the work was done. The car was cared for in a professional way, the issue was fixed, and I left happy. Overall a great place to do business with. As with most luxury brands, they have free drinks/snacks in the service department, free loaners that are mostly late year Land Rovers or Jags (at least when you're in warranty), and friendly staff.

AS I was coming home from work and thought Id just check out the Jaguar convertible to get an idea of prices to compare I was so surprised that they were able to find me something in my budget. they even went out of there way to work on the sale after the car I wanted had been sold. I had an appointment and while gone the financier worked extra hard at finding me the best deal. Everything fell into place and I left that day with my brand new xk jaguar convertible with no panic buttons going off.

This is my 5th Land Rover (and I've had 3 Jaguars), and I have enjoyed all of the vehicles, as well as the sales and service experience... except for pricing. The petty haggling drives me crazy. Each year, the experience of trading in my old vehicle (which is meticulaously maintained by me, and by your dealership), is an unpleasant one. This year, i was told the following:a) Luther doesn't recognize the Blue Book and NADA "Excellent" rating as a possibility, on trade-ins.b) I must pay for all outstanding maintenance item (e.g. new tires, new brakes) before the trade-in price is established (i.e. no consideration for normal wear and tear... the vehicle must be brought up to what Blue Book and NADA define as "Excellent" before it is valued by Luther).c) When it's valued, I'm expected to accept the lowest amount in the mid-range of the average trade-in values decalred by Blue Book and NADA.d) The $2,000 discount that I used to enjoy as a repeat customer is no more.

I've never experience such indifference in my life! I was told the service would be 1.5 hrs. and it turned out to be 3.5 w/o explanation. We also talked to a sales rep w/ some moderate interest in a possible trade but no follow-up.

I was so impressed with the service and first class treatment I received from the receptionist to the service manager. I was looking for a specific car and a specific color and the sales person was very helpful and followed up. Although I did purchase the vehicle some where else they were more then happy to help me with a service issue on my Range Rover Sport and worked with the other dealer to see that things were taken care of as if I had bought it from them. They are a 5 Star Dealer Ship! As a women customer they were fare ,honest and did way more then I even asked for.

From the Beginning until the end they were professional and took the time to return calls and follow up with me on the repair I needed done on my new Range Rover Sport. I came to them to buy a vehicle but they did not have the exact color I wanted(white) so I continued to shop the internet and found one about a hour away. After I purchased it there was a problem with the Cd player so i took it to Land Rover for the repair(which the other dealer was paying for) and they handled it like I had bought the car from them. Floyd worked with the other dealer which he did not have to do they are not part of the luther group and kept me in the loop the whole time problem solved very quickly and he even went the extra mile and found out that I had a factory warranty that could be transfered to me for free WOW! And he did all the paper work to make it happen! I am so gladf that I am now connected with such a great group of people if I need them in the future. They more then earned my business I feel like the lucky one and how often do you feel that way when your the one spending money!

Great experience & I hate buying new/used vehicle's. The process almost always leaves me with buyers remorse....not this time. Friendly atmosphere, no pressure sales team (Ashlee was awesome) We left 2 other dealerships & chose the right one. Note: They are part of the "Luther" family & have access to a large amount of inventory. They offered to drive a vehicle we were interested from another Luther location so we could compare them side by side on site at JLRM versus having us drive to two separate locations. Sealed the deal! Only downer was agonizing over option of buying extended warranty. Finance manager seemed more concerned in regards to expense of repairs versus selling us a bloated monthly payment.

Service at JLR Minneapolis is excellent. The "Guides" know their Rovers, communicate well and are quick to advise on any necessary or recommended deviations from the initial service plan and estimate. It may cost a little more, but they can get it fixed/serviced right the first time with genuine parts, which means everything when you have a specialty vehicle like a LR/RR.

Very nice facilities as would be expected by a dealership that sells high-end cars (Jaguar/Rover). But what was unexpected was the friendly, non-pretentious, no-pressure attitude of the sales people. Everyone from the receptionist to the sales people to the finance department were very accommodating and friendly with the feeling like they were "old friends." It was the kind of place where you felt at ease.

We had been reviewing the Land Rover on-line and decided to check it out in person. So we located the nearest dealership, which turned out that there was only one in Minneapolis, and went to that dealership. The receptionist immediately greeted us and asked what she could do for us. We replied that we would like to see a Land Rover. She paged a sales associate who arrived very quickly. We told him that we were interested in a Land Rover but needed to see one in person to check it out. He quickly brought a Land Rover around and showed us all the features of the automobile and then we test-drove it. We then told him that we were interested in trading-in our currently vehicle. He did not pressure us but said that his appraisal people could look at it right now. So we let them appraise it while we continued checking out the Land Rover. We then told the salesperson that we needed to get going because of other things we wanted to do while in Minneapolis and he said that he would send me a proposal containing the trade-in of our current car. The next day I did receive said email and thought that the trade-in was very generous and we decided to buy one. So we contacted the sales person by email and said that we wanted to buy one but did not care for the colors that they had in stock. The sales person told us of a shipment of Rovers what was coming in in 10 days and what colors and models they were. We selected one. He then sent me via email the credit applications which we completed and sent back. The salesperson then sent us an email the next day and said that everything was approved and that the car would arrive in 10 days and that he would notify us when it did arrive. It arrived as he said it would and the next day we traveled back to Minneapolis to sign the papers and take delivery of the vehicle. The finance department was easy to work with and explained everything thoroughly. The salesperson then gave us the detailed inspection of the vehicle with a thorough explanation of all the features. We left with the vehicle and the salesperson contacted us a few days later to see how things were going and if we had any questions.Overall it was a very good experience and we would definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone.

They took my car in at the at the time of my appointment. They very quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me of the necessary repairs. The repairs were done in a very timely manner. I was able to return home much earlier than I expected. It was a 370 mile one way trip for me but it was very worthwhile. All of my concerns were taken care of. All of the personnel were very hospitable and treated me well.

I searched the US for a 1994 Land Rover Defender 90 and found an excellent car at JLRM. Sales person was very junior, I felt I had a better engagement with the Finance Head. Once JLRM called me to confirm that they could not support a loan their 'customer service/engagement' plummeted. Once I had found a suitable 3rd party and managed to have loan approved everything started to improve...or so I thought.. Once docs were all completed / signed it felt that I was now just another % of the May 2013 sales quota...I was staggered that no-one called and all communication was one-way. We are very busy, XX will call you etc. When I asked about confirmation of the loan/sale and later transport, I was told that the Finance Head was "busy with customers" (so what was I?). Off course then it dawned on me that it was the last day in May. In short I had no alternative but to use this dealer (they had the unique car that I wanted) but overall experience, customer service and buying process was lacking

Jerome the shuttle driver was very nice. The price of service and parts is very high. I was quoted $1500 for a set of new tires, $1850 for a better set of tires. I can get a new set of the same tires that I have that wore quite well for $850 at Discount Tire.Every time I take my car to the dealership for service it costs at least $1000.

After some initial miscommunications all was made right, and then some! The wife and I purchased a used Toyota off their lot and could not have been happier with the vehicle's condition and the way the whole process was handled by the sales staff. We are picky consumers and Jaguar Landrover Minneapolis did an outstanding job of satisfying us - even after the purchase the used car manager went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. We cannot get over how clean the vehicle was...even seemed as though the engine bay was steam cleaned!!!

I was disapointed with the charges of $273.00 and nothing was done to my car. They said they put it a computer but no report was provided, can't prove they did that. Service had my car at 8:00am and I had to finally call them at 3pm to find out what was going on. Service should'vecalled me at work by 10am to tell me the results. Then maybe I could've had my air conditioner serviced. I wasted a whole day and nothing got fixed. It was like the first service is a gimme for money to tell you what's wrong. I already knew that when I took it there. I feel like I was scammed. Customer Service needs work on procedure and attention to save the customer some time. I could've got something fixed if they had called me earlier in the day. It was a bad day all around.

The service and quality of service was excellent. I hit the world's largest pothole and it blew my front tire and damaged my rear tire. As I walked around the car to assess the damage to my car, Rolf Essman, the Jaguar GM and Ted Turp saw me from Hwy 62 Westbound and took the next exit to see if I was ok and what help I needed. They called me a tow truck and lined up an XJL that was washed and ready for me by the time I was towed up to the Jaguar location. This is the type of customer service that was out of the blue as they were traveling home from the airport. They did not have to stop, nor did they have to help me...they chose to. It was a very curtious thing to do and I really appreciated it on a busy highway like 62. That's the type of gesture that makes me want to continue buying vehicles from Jaguar. Thank you Rolf and Ted! The repair work was top notch and they checked the entire vehicle over to ensure there was no other damage. They were very thorough!

My automatic suspension system failed. The ride became quite rough. I contacted Land Rover Service - Adam - and he said to simply bring in the vehicle and they would check things out. Arrived and they jumped all over my truck. Approximately 1 hour later the vehicle was repaired. Land Rover Service remains their secret weapon - at least for this Golden Valley location.

The salesmen were professional, gave me a more than fair trade in on my vehicle and had a competitive price on the vehicle i purchased. I purchased a used Jaguar XF Supercharged from this dealer a year or two ago. They have always gone out of their way to help with any issue I've had. The loaner vehicles are fantastic. I always get a new XF loaner. It's a great way to get owner to upgrade. When you purchase from this dealer they give you free car washes for life which is a huge plus for me since I'm local. You drop the car off walk in side and relax while they take it through the wash for you. My only suggestion to the dealer would be to hire more service advisers. They are always busy when I call or stop in. I think they only have two people that field Jaguar service calls.

My wife and I purchased a 2009 Jaguar XF. I was apprehensive since we had numerous problems with our 2000 Jaguar S Type. My wife wanted it, so as a husband I did the research and found Ford no longer owns them and the design is innovative. Still a little nervous, we went with the purchase. We have 2 other vehicles, so this one stays in the garage most of the time. Purchased at over 42000 miles summer 2012, the engine light comes on in January at less than 46000 miles. My thoughts, here we go again. I have a 2007 Lexus ES350 and simply in LOVE. Don't get me wrong, I really like the Jaguar. Very impressive design and power, but I simply need reliability more. My wife calls in and explains the engine light and requests an oil change. The person she spoke with said the engine light could come on if the gas cap is not propertly on. She tried it, but no go. A day later, the light went out. I kept the appointment since we wanted an oil change. Upon arriving, the greeting was warm. I was walked into the office and told the person who was assigned to help me was not around and have a seat. He eplained I could help myself to drinks and refreshents if I'd like. I waited about 3 minutes and a nice agent offered to help since the other gentleman was not back yet. The agent went over the cause of the appointment and explained even though the engine light is off, the codes will remain in history to tell the issue. He then went on to explain it would cost $215 for the diagnosis. I explained to the agent that we purchased an extended warranty and I was not comfortable paying the additional cost. He went into his agent mode and explained all about the warranty's and such. My thought is wait and see what happens then, not going to pay. My mind is really racing now, thinking I should have talked her into a Lexus, oh boy. I go to the waiting area and about an hour into the wait, another agent arrives and gives me great news. He was confident the cause would be covered under our extended warranty and said the automobile needs a thermostat. It would take another hour if I was ok with the wait. That was the kind of customer service I am accustom to. Another hour went by and the agent came back to explain everything is installed and the vehicle is in great condition. I was very impressed with this agent. I wish I had remembered his name. The receptionist was also very helpful. She saw me struggling to find something to write on during a call I was on, and handed me a posted note. I got the keys to my vehicle and proceeded to the garage to retrieve. I appreciated the wash, which I held off on due to the appointment, but I had to dry the car off. If the car was dried off and wheels cleaned, this would have put my rating above and beyond. While I was drying the vehicle, an agent did come out and offer to help me, but I was almost finished by then. I have to say, they are not at the superior level of excellence, but I can tell they are interested in trying to achieve this level.

I have owned Jaguar automobiles for more than ten years. Both cars were purchased at Jaguar Land Rover of Minneapolis. I have to drive over an hour to get to the dealership for regular servicing and not once have I regretted making the trip -- even for oil changes. Without exception, every business transaction has been a positive experience. Steve Palmer in the service department is an absolute pleasure to work with and I have never been disappointed with the work performed.

Went into Jaguar to initially have my oil changed and a small problem I had been noticing. They are extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was explained everything in detail, and didn't have a question in my mind what the costs, time frame, or to what level the work performed would be completed in. Five star review!!!

From the moment we walked into this dealership we felt at home we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile and we were talking to our sales rep Jim within a minute, Jim turned out to be very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and incredibly easy to work with which made our decision making very easy, Dean in the financial department was equally as knowledgeable and again easy to work with answering all our questions with in depth replies our last department to visit was to the service department to meet our Service technician Neil, again incredibly friendly on the whole the best buying experience to date.

Henre at Jaguar Land Rover in Minnetonka was excellent to deal with as my car was in for service. He gave me the choice of loan vehicle and while my first choice was not available initially, he called the next day to tell me one was in. I received follow up on a daily basis letting me know the status of my vehicle. His following up, courtesy and expertise was excellent.

The dealership was wonderful, our sales person was knowledgeable, however, there were few missed steps. First I was not told the car was due for routine maintenance which should have been done before I took delivery now I have to travel 80 miles to a dealership to have this done. The business manager mixed up the paperwork and I had to resign the sales contract a few days later. That being said, they did make sure we took a car home that day. They gave me a good price for my trade in and I got a great car for a good price.

Excellent service from the time I entered the service garage until the time I left. Friendly greeting, service techs (Nick and Adam took care of me immediately. Mechanic (Joe) came out to describe problems and offer solutions - very clear and friendly. Did more than scheduled yet vehicle was ready ahead of time.The service at Land Rover is the main reason I have been driving Rovers for nearly 20 years. My service experience was excellent and the customer service was friendly. I loved that there was no hassle with a loaner car while my car was serviced. I also like the option to store my snow tires/regular tires at the dealership when it's out of season. I really appreciate that option.

I have owned a couple X-Types for the last 5 years. My vehicles have always been serviced by the Jaguar Dealership in Minneapolis,MN. The reason that I only take my vehicle to this dealership, is that over time, I have developed a good rapport with the mechanics and sales men. I know that they will always look out for me and have the best interest of myself and my vehicle in mind. Whenever I bring in my car for maintenance service or repair, they are sure to thoroughly go over the vehicle and recommend any repairs that I need to make/ suggestions for how to help the vehicle continue to remain in great shape. I would recommend these guys any day to someone looking to purchase/repair a vehicle.

Just bought an LR4 and am in love! Not only is the car amazing, but the service that goes with it is top notch! I am a mom of young kids, and was blown away at how they welcomed my kids at the dealership instead of looking at them like they were annoying toddlers. It's all the "little" things that Jaguar/LR does...they remembered my name, looked me in the eye every time they talked with me (instead of deferring to my husband), were incredibly patient, and worked hard to make the purchase as streamlined and easy as could be. Not to mention the dealership is just downright beautiful...and they have quality snacks/coffee as well! It was actually FUN to buy a car!!! Jeremy, specifically, made the experience awesome. When I went in to pick up my car the day after my decision was made, everything was prepared and ready. The paperwork took just minutes and I was on my way enjoying my new LR4!!! Thank you for making this such a fun and great experience!

A friend recommended that we try Jaguar Land Rover of Minneapolis for our next new car purchase. This dealership is 4 hours from where we live, yet we thought we would give it a try. From the test drives of new vehicles to the actual dealing with the normally (past experience) "pushy" finance guys, this process was great. I would intially say that not everyone can afford a Land Rover as their new car, but after our experience everyone should at least experience the Land Rover difference. We purchased a 2012 LR2. The LR2 is the bottom of the Land Rover line of vehicles, but we were treated as though we were buying their most expensive model.

I brought my 2012 Range Rover Sport in for the 15,000 mile service. I decided to wait as they promised it in 2 hours or less. My service advisor was great, very thorough, professional and obviously a car lover. I relaxed in very comfortable surroundings for 2 hours and even had a shoe shine! Most importantly, I got my vehicle back clean and in great running condition.

I like the fact that they treat every one with the utmost respect. I love to look at the classic Jags they have for sail. They take the time to answer all of my questions about the cars. I had service work as well as body work done. They took the time to bring it to Luther Collision so I didn't have to. Henre' was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything and always kept me updated. Also, I very much like the fact that I get a Jag loaner car while my vehicle is being serviced.

I recently purchased a 98 VDP from a dealer and the service records for the past couple of years indicated Jaguar Minneapolis had serviced the car. I have always been hesitant to take cars back to a dealer due to the usually higher costs of repair. I stopped by the dealership about a week after my purchase to discuss the service records with Steve Palmer. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the car (which he did not need to do as I had not scheduled an appointment nor was it purchased from them) and some expectations of preventative maintenance that should be addressed sooner rather than later. I also met with the mechanic (Mark) who had serviced my car for the past year and he took the time to ride with me and again suggest maintenance that had taken place and work that should be completed soon. I had the recommended service/maintenance performed and the costs were in line with other quotes I had received. Everyone made me feel welcome and I am aware of future work that will need to take place. My check coolant light illuminated recently and I contacted Steve and he told me to just stop by and they would take a look at it. Upon arrival, Mark took my keys and it was immediately checked and topped off. Knowing that both Steve and Mark are very familiar with my car and the extremely friendly and helpful staff are eager to assist has won me over. Thank you Jaguar of Minneapolis, you have a new customer!

Our Jaguar was purchased to ship to our home in Florida. Jaguar of Minneapolis helped us with arranging shipping and a dealer in Florida to have it delivered to until we arrived a week later! First off, I would like to say that I have worked with Adam for 3+ years and he has been a pleasure to work with for the entire time. He is always very courteous and is quick to explain my options and pricing along with his recommendations. Great customer service. The same cannot be said for the quality of work with my most recent visit. My LR3 has recently had some issues starting and so I brought it in to see if they could diagnose the issue. My first trip in they did some diagnostics and couldn't really find anything, they thought it might be the fuel pump but they advised me to see if the issue corrected itself as a new fuel pump was going to be $1200, which I appreciated as I didn't want to spend $1200 if they couldn't pinpoint it for sure. However, not long after I got the LR3 back the issue persisted and this time was so bad that I couldn't get it started at all and I had to have it towed in. This time they assured me that it was the fuel pump. I spent $1200 on the new fuel pump and picked up the LR3 feeling confident that the problem was solved. Unfortunately, the next morning after I got it back from the shop the same thing happened and the car had issues starting. I finally got it started and brought it in for a 3rd time with the same issue. This time, it took awhile for the car to act up for them but finally after it did they told me that they thought the issue has to do with a faulty sensor, another $280 fix. So they replaced the sensor and I just picked up the LR3 again and after two starts we are so far so good. I can't help but wonder though if the $1200 fuel was never the issue in the first place...hmmm? Hopefully, they finally corrected the issue...we will see.To be fair, this is my first complaint in 6+ years with Land Rover Minneapolis but 3 weeks later and almost $2000 worth of diagnostics, labor, and parts I'm getting a little frustrated with them and the car.

Excellent service, very friendly, didn't have to wait long at all. Love that you have WIFI. I was still able to work on my laptop while my truck was serviced. Nick listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately offering additional customer service if my problems still persisted. The pricing is a little on the higher side but considering the good service provided it was worth it. I have and will continue to recommend owning a Land Rover. I will never drive another car! I love my Range! I will definitely be back in a couple years to upgrade it! Thanks!

This was overall a great experience. It is nice to have great customer care. They do it well at Golden Valley Jaguar. I was given frequent updates on how the work was coming along---not too much --- not too little. The update frequency was perfect. While there I test drove a new Rover. The sales guy was very friendly and very knowledgable of the product, mechanical details, company history, materials used, etc. It is nice to do business with people that know their business and don't have a take it or leave it maintenance attitude or some flunky off the street trying to sell a car that they know nothing about. I am very pleased with Golden Valley Jaguar.

I did not, and had assumed that all exterior lights were routinely checked as part of an oil change as they do at Valvoline. I did not have time to stay and have them change the light bulbs, so I now have to deal with this myself.

I purchased a new Land Rover from this dealer a few weeks ago. They are the only LR dealer in the state, so they can afford to hold pretty firm on their pricing, but all in all it was a great experience and the pricing was reasonable. If you want a LR and live in MN I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer.

Found my experience at this dealership to be very sub par. We set up an appointment to pick up our newly purchased vehicle and neither our sales person or the business manager that we had worked with were there despite us setting up an appointment with them. We received our car late as a result.We were notified that our license plates had arrived 3 weeks later and when we brought the car in to have them put on, no one could find them. When we brought our concerns to the GM he set up an appointment for our car to be washed, detailed, and to have the license plates put on. We dropped off our car at 8 AM and were asked when we would like to pick it up. We asked if it would be ready between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. The service manger assured us that it would be ready long before then. When we arrived at 3:45 to pick the car up it was not ready. They had us wait for 20 mintues while they finished the job that they said would be done well before 2 PM. Overall a terrible experience.
