We love dealing with Jacky Jones Ford! We live in Knoxville and have bought vehicles form other dealerships in town, but no where else have we enjoyed the experience like we have with Lori Boles at Jacky Jones Ford. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Lori and have recommended her to others. We hate the car buying experience, but Lori has changed all that for us! As long as she's selling trucks, we'll keep buying from her! Also have to give a shot out to the service department. I was looking for a pre-owned Camaro to purchase. I wanted a 6-speed manual with a sun roof. After searching the web in my home state of AL, and looking throughout GA, TN & MS, I found Jacky Jones in Sweet Water TN. Jacky Jones had a 2011 Camaro RS at the best car at an unbeatable price. My salesman, Matt Hartup and I hit it off right away. We are both military veterans (he was Air Force and I am Army). Matt tossed me the keys to the 2011 Camaro RS and told me to take it for a spin. Matt allowed the car to sell itself......no pressure. Heck, he didn't even ride with me during the test drive. I took it out on the road and felt NO pressure whatsoever. The entire Jacky Jones Ford Lincoln staff was a please to deal with. They gave me what I expected for my trade and took real good care of me. We were looking for a supercool Mustang and happened to visit Jacky Jones Ford in Sweetwater. They had a black on black convertible in the showroom which immediately caught our attention and we fell in love with it. Our salesman (Matt Hartup) was very knowledgeable and we were able to arrange a deal within a few minutes. I had an opportunity to speak with Mandi at Jacky Jones and she took the time necessary to make sure I was aware that they wanted to find the perfect vehicle for me. When I went to the dealership the appraised my trade and gave me a very fair deal. I worked with Jeff King and Scott Sledge who found for me the perfect vehicle. It was delivered as promised with everything I wanted on the vehicle. Terry Mills assisted in the delivery of the truck and everything worked out flawlessly. I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at Jacky Jones. I had looked at several dealerships in the area for a new F-150. What brought me back to them was the friendly and helpful service that Nathen McClellan and Mandi Devine offered. They were very knowledgeable in the questions that I had, and if they didn't know the answer they would find out and respond to me quickly. Usually buying a truck can be difficult and stressful, but they made this purchase very easy and non-stressful.

We were greeted by Terry (customer relations I think) and he referred us to salesman Ray Simpson. Mr. Simpson was professional, honest, and patient. We made it clear that we were not buying that day, but had many questions about the process before we could move forward. Mr. Simpson stayed after closing to continue giving us all the information we needed. He was very pleasant to work with and we appreciated his genuine demeanor and presentation of the vehicles. We did not purchase from this dealership, but it is not because we were unhappy with the service we received. We would recommend this dealership to friends and family for sure! I was looking for a late model 4x4 base truck to for service work. This dealer had inventory that met exactly what I was looking for. Terry and Mandi were easy and excellent to work with. Having experience buying from long distance their previous reviews gave me comfort. I emailed all the relative information before taking delivery so when my employee took delivery the paperwork was quick. I will look here first when adding or replacing trucks in my fleet.

There was a time when all "hometown" dealerships treated their customers like old friends. I thought those days had gone, but Lori Boles and the team at Jacky Jones in Sweetwater have restored my faith in the car buying experience. Having found a an extremely low-mileage but well-equipped Ford Edge on Cars.com, I was quickly contacted by Terry (one of the sales managers... yes, a sales manager was actually personally responding to an Internet inquiry). He put me in touch with Lori, who immediately called me and let me know that the very vehicle I was looking at was actually her own just-returned trade-in. She had very obviously taken exceptional care of this vehicle, and had it waiting for us the moment we arrived for a test drive. It was exactly what we were looking for. I had been searching for a Certified Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, which are difficult to find. I sent an email to Jacky Jones and was quickly contacted by the internet department. I was then contacted by Lori, and negotiated a price over the phone. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the Pre-Owned manager, who apparently was expecting me. Lori was just wrapping up with another client, and while waiting on her, I was shown the MKZ. It was as described, and very clean. I purchased a used 2010 GT 500 over the internet and flew into Nasville to pick uo the car at the airport. The car vibrated due to flat spots on the tires and my sales rep with Jacky Jones told me to take it to a shop in Houston and have it checked out. I did so and was informed that the tires had to be replaced.. I passed this informatio on and Jacky Jones and they paid all the costs for 4 very high end tires, all mounting and warranties. I was very pleasantly surprised as they could have easily refused to become involved due to the long distance bteween Houston and the dealership. I was nervous prior to purchasing the car sight unseen but have had it checked out by two different shops in the last tweny days. One mechanic told me it was in perfect shape and the other offered to buy it. I am 63 years old and this is as good as it gets. Thanks

I now know why friends recommended Jackie Jones and Scott in buying a new Ford product. There in on need to go to any other Ford dealer when you can get the type of service that we received. This was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I bought a used F-250 to carry a truck camper. The process from walking on the lot and dealing with the staff to our final decision and purchase was a delightful experience. They were more concerned with our getting the right vehicle for our needs than just "making a sale." Since then I have returned for servicing on the vehicle and each time I'm more and more impressed with Jacky Jones Ford-Lincoln. I have to drive an hour one way to get to their dealership and pass several Ford dealerships on the way. Their customer service is so good it is worth the trip. Make no mistake about it, they will be my dealer for my next purchase.

I have been ordering my vehicles from Jacky Jones in Sweetwater TN for 10 years. I have purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership, including my children's. I have all my vehicles serviced at this dealership. I have had specialty equipment installed on a F 150 Raptor including a supercharger. The sales and service department is very friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone.

We had the best vehicle buying experience out of several dealers we had previously visited in Knoxville. Although they were visible and readily available to assist, the salesmen did not swoop down on you the minute you got out of your car or walked through the door. There is no bigger turnoff then to see 5+ salesmen all standing in front of the door (like vultures). This is not welcoming at all. We found our sale man, Stanley Anderson, to be professional, knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. He went out of his way to spend time with us, answer our questions, and find just the right car. When we could not find exactly what we wanted, he ordered our car, with no money down. And lo and behold, we changed our minds. We decided on the next model up. We were never made to feel badly about changing our mind or taking up so much of his time. Stanley went to work again to find exactly what we were looking for and had the car in his lot the next day. We made the trip to Jacky Jones Ford/Lincoln in Sweetwater, TN and drove our new car home. We are first time Ford/Lincoln owners and are happily enjoying our new Lincoln MKX. I highly recommend Jacky Jones Ford/Lincoln Dealership and Stanley Anderson.

Jacky Jones Ford Sweetwater TN ~~ I feel as though the salesman ~ Ray Simpson was congenial, very knowledgeable about the Escapes I was interested in,I ended up choosing a 2013 Escape Titanium My trade in was a 1999 Explorer bought at the same dealership 10 years ago. Technology in this Titanium was a bit "WOW " in my mind he explained it all and set up my phone with the Ford Sync and a 3 mos trial of Sirius before I drove it off the lot ~~ ( Yay , Ray Simpson thank you so much ) I absolutely LOVE this 2013 Ford Escape Titanium. The best part ???? I made a fantastic deal on this vehicle ~~ and they "traded My Way" the last $546.00 they off of the price "clinched" the deal for me LOL there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE from the salesman ( I don't do pressure, I walk off ) to purchase this Escape. It was one of those "just right " feelings to purchase this Escape ( as it had been 10 years prior with the Explorer ) !! 10 days later I heard a noise , speed related (click, click) I checked it over and could find nothing ~ I called and drove over service dept manager drove around the lot and knew IMMEDIATELY what the problem was he located a screw in my tire , they took care of it and I was on my way in 45 minutes not to be late at all for an appointment I had !!

I took my vehicle in to be DIAGNOSED for an intermittant electrical problem that occurred after my had driven through a deep puddle . The service department cleared the computer codes, went for a joyride and damaged the transmission. I refused to pay for the damage they caused and had to have my vehicle towed from their premises as it was undriveable. The wrecker operater who retreived my vehicle said their attitudes were less than professional to put it politely. I guess all ethics are forgotten when you were working on a commission.

An excellent buying experience. I'd serviced my wife's Lincoln here in the past and found the service to be honest and reliable. The buying experience was a positive surprise. I was able to complete the entire buying process on line and over the telephone. I was treated with integrity and honesty by the sales person, Lori Boles and would recommend Lori and the dealership to everyone. Excellent follow-up and great customer skills.
