Went in to the dealership one afternoon about 7 PM to look at a used car that we seen on the dealer's website. We were quick to realize that the cars shown online do not exist although the salesman was not eager to tell us it was so. In fact they never admitted to it rather just ignored that a website was even available. After a while they brought a car around for us to see and let us drive it. We agreed we liked the car. Here is where the experience goes bad. I told them I did not want to pay the price they were wanting. Then the high pressure/brain washing started. We went back and forth many times with different salesmen, started over a few times. Finally at 10 PM I announced I was leaving. They followed me out the door all the way to my car. Bottom line is I don't trust them. The website is a lie and the salesmen want to make a deal that makes them happy. I wouldn't go back to this dealership if they gave me the car!!

Have had many terrible experiences with them...extremely slow service department, lying salesmen, and total harassment by the 3-5 phone calls a week on my home and cell phone trying to get me to trade my car in. This place is a joke.

I bought a brand new truck cash at their dealership and love the truck but it seems like everytime I have to deal with customer service it's like pulling teeth they either don't do what I ask them or do it wrong and that's if you can get someone on the phone the only way I've been able to actually communicate with someone is to go there in person. And I hate the fact that these are the people I'm stuck dealing with on all my service an all my warranties

I bought a brand new Dodge Dart and have had nothing but issue after issue with it. Finally got it taken care of with the lemon law and attorneys. But the dealership was so unfriendly with the entire deal, scanned my phone calls and never, not once returned a phone call. They treat you like you don't exist and mean nothing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even a worst enemy.

Proud new owners of a 2015 jeep compass! Customer service was awesome, my wife and I never once felt like they were "forcing" a car or trying to get over on us. They really took care of us!

I went in on a Friday afternoon to look at new cars. I was approached by a salesman. He was very courteous and helpful. After we came to a conclusion on a new automobile, the dealership did not have the actual vehicle on the lot for me to test drive. So they had me drive a vehicle that was supposed to be the same vehicle except for 3rd row seating that I didn't need. I ask several times that in fact the vehicle I was purchasing was the same vehicle except for the 3rd row seat wasn't included in my purchase. And I was told yes infact it was the same vehicle. To my disappointment it wasn't at all the same accessorized vehicle. No tint, no floor mats, no rear air, and no 2nd key that was supposed to come with my new car! I have spent over 15 hours at the dealership since starting my purchase and I am still currently awaiting a call to let me know my second key is ready. And no rear air!

I have taken my 2010 dodge charger to this dealership multiple times. All times I have been disappointed. From dj up to mr delvecchio, who completely disregarded me and made me feel like me or my car wasn't very important to them.. Although the actual work done on my car is, every other aspect sucked . I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this dealership.. I'm going to firestone from now on

I had an issue at first with financing but after a few hours I was contacted and now I am driving a brand new Jeep! I am very happy with this dealership and would recommend them to all who needs a great experience buying a car!
