The service from the sales representative was excellent. The buying process was great until the end and the finance guy was not listening to what I wanted and talked me into financing when I didnt want to. He did change it when I went back a few days later.

We purchased a used vehicle form Jack Kissee and were treated with great care and courtesy from the moment we started the process. We found the vehicle on line, were responded to immediately when we inquired about it. A time was set up and the truck was gasses up and ready to go when we got there. We test drove it, had all of our questions answered and made a terrific deal. The financing dept took us all of 20 minutes and we drove off the lot with the exact truck we needed for the exact price we had budgeted. It's good to know that honesty and work ethics still exist in a volume based industry like this. We are 100% satisfied with our experience here and would recommend Jack Kissee and especially our salesman Jerry McCoy to everyone.

My salesman was Larry Smith. He didn't play any games, he was honest and he sold me a car that was a great value. I didn't feel pressured or pushed to do anything, what a great experience. Dealt with the business manager for financing. He checked with several financial institutions and made phone calls to make sure that he was going to get me absolutely the best financing. This was a great car buying experience!!!

Loren is great, have bought from him before and would buy from him again. Kissee Ford is relaxed and not pushy and will answer all of your questions. Finance Department was great also, had approval in about 5 minutes. Great service department also.

Mr. Connor Bull was the sale's man who took my call and took care of me from the very beginning. Before I start talking about my experience with Jack Kissee Ford dealership I want to to talk about how I ended up at Jack Kissee Ford dealership. Car shopping for my very first brand new car was extremely exiting. I called just about every Ford dealership in Tulsa to ask simple questions about the 2015 Ford Mustang. Every Ford dealership sale's man I talked to in Tulsa treated me as a comission dollar sign and not a customer. One Tulsa dealership sale's man was actually super rude to me. According to him I was not giving him enough details on what I was looking for in a Mustang for him to talk to me about one specifically. Im sorry but if you are a sale's man for a car dealership and you can't give out a list of what you can offer the customer with just with the name of the model of a car you seriously need to find another job. I about gave up in calling all these dealerships in Tulsa. I decided to make a last call to a non Tulsa Ford dealership. I found Jack Kissee Ford dealership contact information located in Claremore Oklahoma. As soon as my call was answered by sale's man Connor Bull, he answered all my questions and actually provide me with a list of all the types of Mustangs they had available with details such as different packages and prices. He treated me as a customer and not a comission dollar sign. He invited me in to the dealership, he showed me all his Mustang inventory and he gave me the opportunity to do some test driving. At the end of the day they didn't have the Mustang I wanted. Mr. Connor Bull took everything to another level and made some calls along with his staff to find me the exact Mustang I was looking for. They finally found exactly what I was looking for and had it shipped to the dealership at no extra cost on me. Everyone at this dealership treated me very good and provided me with excellent customer service, attention, best possible financial deals, information, and most importantly the 2015 Mustang I was looking for. I'm Very satisfied and happy with Jack Kissee Ford dealership. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and great customer service.

Annette and the whole team provided all the information I needed to ultimately get me in the right vehicle. I started the process looking for a used vehicle, but after looking at LOTS of options, we decided that a new vehicle, at the right price, was a better fit....so I bought new! I have been a repeat Ford buyer. A friend of mine visiting from Texas told me about the great experience she had when her 2003 F250 was sick and needed major repairs. Jack Kissee Ford Service Dept. treated her very well, repairing the identified issues, but also repairing some unidentified and uncommunicated issues. And the bill came in under the estimate! I had been studying the 2015 F150 and had test driven it at another dealership in the areas. But the sales persons I talked to couldn't remember my name and my interest when I would follow up with additional questions a couple of days later. So I contacted Jack Kissee Ford. Loren Longcrier responded to my query. He was knowledgeable. He reviewed my tentative specifications with interest, asked questions about the intended service, and gave me some additional possibilities to consider. With respect to pricing, he was very diligent in researching all possible rebates. The price was good, the order was placed, I was kept appraised of status updates from the factory. The unit was beauteous and was well waxed and detailed at time of pickup. I am very happy with the new unit and also with the total experience. I feel like I am now part of the Kissee family.

I had no personal experience with Jack Kissee Ford but had accompanied my sister when she purchased her new 4x4 there a couple months ago. Her sales person was Jerry McCoy and she had dealt with him before at a different dealership. While at the dealership I talked with Jerry and felt that he was honest and straight forward. I had been talking to another dealership but they were not able to find a new FX4 with the options I wanted so I decided to call Jerry. While on the telephone with him he was able to locate exactly what I was looking for. We agreed on a sale price before trade with the final price to be determined by the condition of my trade. I went to the dealership with my FX2 and they gave me what I asked for in trade. The entire process an easy no pressure experience. Before I took delivery of the new FX4 I told Jerry I wanted a spray in bed liner, he arranged everything and had it ready on the day promised. Overall it was a great experience and Jerry McCoy is an asset to the Jack Kissee team.

We have purchased cars from this dealership since 1993. The reason we keep going back is they treat women with respect and intelligence. All my husband is there for is to sign the paperwork. I do all of the dealing and decision making. We would come back to this dealership even if we moved out of state to do our car deals. I can't think of anywhere else I would rather go to buy a car. They make sure that you as the customer are completely satisfied, even doing follow up e-mails and phone calls. They encourage calling or dropping by with questions. This particular car had to be brought in from out of state because they couldn't find any to our specifications in OK. I encourage everyone to go to Jack Kissee Ford in Claremore, OK for an awesome car buying experience. Their service department is also awesome. We only use them for our car repair and service needs

I purchased my wife a Ford Raptor (which had to be ordered) and the entire time it was on order the communication on the status of the order was great. I knew when I could expect the truck to come in and it arrived earlier then anticipated. Salesman, Larry Smith, was excellent in making sure the truck came just as I wanted. He was kind, courteous and very friendly throughout the entire purchase. As seems to be the common occurrence, I didn't even feel pressure as we started the negotiation on my trade in value. The salesman, Loren Longcrier was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He did make the experience enjoyable. I purchased a 4 year old F150 pickup that looked to be in excellent condition. After driving it a couple of days, I realized that it had problems with shock absorbers which affected the ride and handling. I took it in to their service department at Loren's suggestion. After listening to a 15 minute discussion on how shock absorbers never go bad, the service department found that the right front shock absorber had a leak and was bad. I did purchase the truck with no warranty, so the repair is on me. I am very surprised that the dealership with it's trained mechanics would miss a defect that would cost $500.00 or more to repair. They did offer a $50 credit towards the repair. I decided however to take my business elsewhere.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt like this was the place. There were plenty of cars to select from and my salesman Mike Williams guided me through efficiently and thoroughly without making me feel pressured at anytime. Great friendly customer service. The loan process seemed very fast and didn't feel like at I there all day which many dealerships do. Lyle Johnston, the loan officer, was ultra friendly and professional and gave me several different options to choose from. A very open and honest finance officer that really made me feel like family.

This was probably the best car-buying experience my husband and I have ever had (and we've probably bought at least 10 cars over the past 25 years we've been married). It all started with the finance guy Lyle who was able to get us financed (without perfect credit, mind you) within 48 hours with a legitimate finance company at an excellent percentage rate--10% lower than my previous car loan! Then the deal was sealed with the car salesman, an older gentleman named Larry. Just good old-fashioned customer service and honesty. Not some young, cocky doesn't-listen-to-you salesperson who's trying to run numbers on you to make a big sale. Larry's even contacted us via mail and email at least 3 times since the sale, and we just bought the car 12 days ago! Anyone who decides to purchase a car from Kissee Ford will not be disappointed. And ask for Larry!

There are so many factors involved in purchasing a new vehicle starting from the sales person, the individual(s) purchasing the vehicle, to signing on the dotted line. Although there was some confusion as to having seats installed with lumbar and heating, to having the factory installed seats upgraded. We were told by the sales person that we could have the factory seats traded out with seats that were heated and have lumbar support, and that it could take as quick as one day, two days at the most. When we were signing the documents we were told otherwise, therein lies the confusion. The primary issue with changing the seats out from factory seats was liability, understandably. And the issue with the warranty of the vehicle is also a factor. It was not until one week after purchasing the vehicle when my wife called the dealership and found out that the sales person was not talking about changing out the seats entirely, but rather upgrading the seats so they would have heat and lumbar support. I wish this was made more clear at the time of purchase. And I believe herein lies another concern. The sales person should have been specifically more clear in describing the upgrade to the driver and passenger seats -vs- changing out the seats entirely. Also, the customer should have had complete understanding of what was involved in getting the seats upgraded. I failed to fully understand what was involved with the seat(s) modification and did not ask for clarification. Lesson learned: Both the sales person and the purchaser(s) need to slow down and both parties be on the same page, and that both parties fully understand the situation and aware of any offers for upgrade or otherwise are transparent. This is the fourth, maybe fifth vehicle that I have bought from Jack Kissee Ford, I obviously keep coming back for a reason. Other than the confusion between the parties involved regarding the seat upgrades, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I am also more than extremely satisfied with Lyle, I have known him for a long time and will continue purchasing vehicles from Jack Kissee Ford. I am also greatly appreciative of Steve Kissee for taking the time to talk with my wife and I and explain and clarify the confusion with upgrading the driver and passenger seats. I look forward to ordering the upgrade kits shortly and having them installed. Mr. Kissee even went so far as to offer us a loaner vehicle while the seats in our truck are being upgraded. How GREAT is that? Lastly, other than the above mentioned confusion, Mike Williams did a great job on showing us the various vehicles on the lot and allowing us to test drive four trucks, and whittle down to the vehicle of our choice. As well as showing us the various features and Syncing our cell phones to the vehicle. I absolutely am in love with this truck.
