Were a military family stationed out of Fort Bliss. I reached out to Paul Craddick at Integrity Automotive and he provided everything we asked for. We were able to do everything over the phone and he had us in and out of there in less than and hour to make the trip back home. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from him in the future, the transaction went very smooth. I will recommend Integrity Automotive to friends and co-workers in the area. Integrity is garbage! I bought a used truck from them summer of 2013 and ended up putting 2500 bucks to fix a clutch that they supposedly fixed! And actually they did fix it but it was a temporary one! They Had replaced it with a clutch that belonged to a completely different engine but had paper work sayin they fixed it! On top of that the transmission was not even bolted in but simply laying there! They had the mechanics, managers, and tons of other employees assure me it was a great truck! If the deal sounds too good to be true it probably is ! Don't make a mistake of purchasing a vehicle from them because it will come back to you!

A couple of months ago I found my dream Vette at Integrity Automotive (west) ! The first person I spoke to was Josh he relayed my interest in the car to Claudia ! I got a ride to Integrity ! I recently had a great experience buying a car at Integrity Auto in Albuquerque. My sales person was Claudia McDougal. Claudia was very professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. I had to fly to Albuquerque to buy this particular vehicle that I was looking for and Claudia was nice enough to pick me up at the airport and take me directly to the dealership. As my paperwork was being finished up and my car was finishing being detailed, she allowed me to test drive another Corvette on the lot. Overall, The entire staff at Integrity was very professional and friendly. I knew the price was of the vehicle was very fair because I had been doing research for months. The dealership also installed new brakes and a belt which was great because it was driving it back to Colorado the same day. Thank you Claudia and the entire staff at Integrity, you were a pleasure to do business with. I will hopefully be back to buy another car in the future. Thanks again.

We met with Claudia Garcia.. one of the coolest and sweetest sales ladies EVER! she helped us out as best as she could.. Sadly for me financing hit a small snag at no fault to the dealership. The place was clean, and pleasant, and inviting. They also had a credit union rep on hand which was cool cuz i haver usaa and wanted to get a local branch bank as well. Thanks again Claudia.. we shall speak soon !!

I have purchased a couple vehicles from Integrity, and recently my brother purchased a vehicle from there, as well. They always have SUPER NICE vehicles, and at amazing prices!!! I worked with Claudia, and she was great!!!!! Super helpful, very profesional, and is there for anything needed during, and after purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer for any future car/truck purchases...

RUDE!! This is how I can explain this place. Yes they may sound nice and sweet when they first talk to you, but if they dont make a deal or feel your not going to buy they become rude. They don't explain your interest rate and want you to buy right away with no thought. A friend of mine tried to return a car after a few days and advised her that she can leave the car and get no money back or take a car they chose for her. DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
