Julius Harrell was a pleasure to work with. Our family has purchased 6 infiniti vehicles and have experiences the sales experience at 3 different dealerships in NC, In the past, the process of buying a car has been inefficient, lengthy and sometimes unprofessional. Julius changed our perspective and provided an experience that was not only professional and efficient, but also fun. Julius put our family first for the time we were at the dealership. The negotiation process was honest and transparent. We live 2.5 hours away from this dealership and would seriously consider driving back to Charlotte to buy a future car from Julius. The facility is rated a '3' because truthfully it was SO COLD inside. Multiple customers chose to stand outside in the southern June heat rather than sit inside the building. We eventually had to go and get my son's blanket from the car so we could sit and sign all of the paperwork! We appreciate Julius' humor and honesty

I have been bragging about this dealership since I left. I called to tell them my Son and I were on the way to see a 2008 Infiniti G35 , JD answered and told me that he would not be there but that someone would take care of me when i arrived , he was so polite over the phone made me comfortable before I even got there. Walked through the door and there was Samuel Tadros. Samuel took time to tell us the process and had so much patience showing us all the features on the car. Worked with Chris Bonner to see if the Q50 was a good car for us. He was a great person to show the car and all of its amenities to us. We enjoyed our time with him, and he was very thorough. Although we decided on another car, we felt Chris was the kind of person we like to deal with. Sometimes you get the felling that car sales people are using smoke and mirrors to get you into a car, but we felt Chris was very straight forward. He was patient, knowledgeable, articulate, and a very pleasant person to represent his employer. I'd readily buy a car from Chris if it was a fit for us!!

wanted to purchase a 2011 avalanche. All I was asking was $600 off sticker price and they refused to do the deal. I could have brought them cash. But the thing is the woman that called me would not even take the deal to her sales manager. She said their prices are set in stone. I have great credit but no bank is going to give you a loan for a vehicle that is priced way more than its worth.

I took my Q70L in for service for the first time. It was on a Friday afternoon and I did not have an appointment. I was dreading the experience based on history, but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. First of all, the service manager, Brandon, understood my needs and worked with me to make sure I got any discounts that could be applied. He was very personable and he clearly understands customer service. To my surprise the wait wasn't very long, and that included cleaning my car, inside and out. In addition to having great automobiles, they have proven to me to have excellent service as well.

I took my car in for a oil change and Steve Kinslow was there to assist. He asked if I needed to go ahead and get my car inspection done which I didn't realize my tags expire this month. I felt that really was convenient to have done while I was there. Also while they serviced my car there were other things that needed to be done which I felt they checked my car over thoroughly. I also appreciate the emails that are sent to me with discounts attached for services it makes me want to drive the extra miles for service. This location is not real convenient but the service and associates are worth the drive!

Went to Infiniti of Charlotte over the past weekend and picked up the Q50 I wanted. Worked closely with Travis Kiser, Jimmy Herlocker, and Tamer Neguib to get the deal done. Travis was the first to respond to my e-mail quickly and recommend a few things that I wouldn't have thought about if not for him, especially the Performance Wheel Package which I'm more than happy with. Jimmy and Travis both communicated quickly and easily with me to negotiate the price of the car, and made that part of the process seamless. I expected some fees to be added by the time I got to the dealership based off all the generalized things you hear about purchasing a car, and even one other Infiniti Dealership in NC said they'd probably be trying to sneak something in once I got to the dealership......WRONG! I got to the dealership and the numbers and everything we had discussed were EXACTLY the same as what had been conveyed to me via e-mail. Not a single thing had changed and the deal went through without a problem. Tamer helped me through the experience of purchasing the car at the dealership, and kept me company while I waited for all the paperwork, etc during the purchase. Overall, I was extremely surprised by how easy this was, and how pleasant these guys made it seem. They had a better offer on the car than ANY other dealership in NC and were also more willing to work with me to negotiate a fair price. Every other dealership I had either wouldn't communicate with me in the manner I wanted, or overpriced their own cars. I have no question that I'll most likely deal with Infiniti of Charlotte again next time I get another new car. The fact that they were so open, honest, and straight forward is what has won me over. My most recent experiences with employees at Infiniti of Charlotte was outstanding, as always! I just purchased a used car from Franceoa S. at Infiniti of Charlotte in May that needed one dent repaired. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire sales process and allowed me to take the car home and return it in the future for repair. In the meantime, I had some service performed on my older Infiniti that I am selling and as always, Steve K., in your service department was very accomodating. He worked with me on my appointment time, coordinating a loaner car and even offered to help me get my car to another location if picking it up at Infiniti of Charlotte was too difficult. Neil helped me with the dent repair with my newly purchased Infiniti. He offered me a loaner car and was fully accepting of the fact that I would be leaving town on a flight and not returning until after my car was ready for pick up. His "No Problem!" attitude and that same attitude of all your sales and service staff is what keeps me coming back to Infiniti of Charlotte. I have NEVER been disappointed in the service or staff at your facility. When my husband and I were purchasing our most recent car in May we only came to Infiniti of Charlotte. We did not even consider another car manufacturer, never drove onto another car lot! We knew the car would come from you because not only do we love Infiniti's cars, we love your dedicated sales staff and service department to always put our needs first and keep us satisfied.

In my adulthood I've boght Lexus, Jaguar, and infinitit's from many different dealerships over the years and have never had this level of great service that I consistently get from Infiniti of Charlotte! Sales is honest and fair. They didn't play games. I felt like thier goal really was for me to walk away happy with everything I wanted and more at a the price I could afford. After the deal is done I had to hope I'd get that attention to detail and customer service from their service department. The great news the exceeded my expectations there as well! I always walk away feeling well taken care of and never taken for granted. Russ is the best and I'll never go anywhere again.

I brought my QX56 in for repair. Russ Brown was quick to get my order processed, provide a great loaner car while repairs were being made and kept me up to date on progress of repair. The part needed ordering and took longer than expected but that happens and was handled very professionally. The staff was organized, took care of my repair and even found a small gear leak which they fixed as well. This is my second Infiniti purchased and I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks very much.

I met with Logan W as I researched new and pre-owned vehicles. Logan was incredibly helpful and very, very knowledgable about the product line; of all the dealers (approx. 10) I visited during my research I consider Logan to be one of the most knowledgable sales reps. This dealer is very low-key, incredibly helpful, great selection/inventory with good turn-over, and uses the no-haggle approach which is a good approach, i think. I decided to purchase another brand but if I ever buy an infiniti i'll buy from these guys.

I had always bought new. But the sales staff and finance team were very patient and explained (not directed) to me the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. There was no pressure from anyone - they simply helped me make the decision that was best for me. I will definitely go back to them for my future vehicle needs.

We purchased a previously-owned vehicle for our daughter from Infinity of Charlotte. This was our first experience with this dealership. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and friendliness of everyone! Since the car was a previous trade-in, it had to go through inspection. This was done quickly. My only concern was that a couple of major (to me) repairs needed to be made, but this had to be found by our personal mechanic and brought to the Infinity dealership's attention. We had them do the repairs - which were done well. The Service Manager was very helpful! Overall, we had a great experience and our daughter has a safe, reliable vehicle that she absolutely loves!!! We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Infinity of Charlotte!

I first contacted Infiniti through it's website to see about the availability of a Q50. The online representative, I think her name was Kara Anne, answered all my questions and put my mind at ease about pricing and options available on the cars I asked her about. Setting up an appointment was easy and they worked around my busy schedule. Once I got to the dealership everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I am in sales myself and can tell this is a top flight organization. I have bought 2 cars from Infiniti of Charlotte and you best believe I'll be buying my next one here too. Great job guys!!!

I have received non-responsive, canned answers to my specific queries both by email and by voicemail. The description of the car and pictures provided for the car do not match at the most basic level regarding manual versus automatic transmission. I have raised this question and received no comment, only another clueless "When can you show us your trade-in" email.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler. I had shopped around at several dealers but this one had the best price and the nicest vehicle. Other dealers were asking too much and the quality of their vehicle was not as good. The dealership was spotless. I recieved fast service. I was treated very well.

Called to inquire about a used FX, Kerra stated she needed to get a value from sales manager, about 8 hours later she calls me with a ridiculous offer, about $4000 below fair trade in value, I told her I would think about it, I day later my son called for me and spoke with someone else and he said car was sold, day later Kerra calls me and tells me car is not sold and what do I think about coming in, dealer is 100 miles away, I said no way based on what they want offered me, she said ok , the next day my son called in and made an clean deal offer and again no body calls back, the next day he called Kerra and asked why no return call, comment were where busy. It is my understanding that a sales person is suppose to put in the effort to sell cars especially when someone is actually trying to buy the car that is why they pay commission. This was totally a bad experience and for these reasons I doubt if I would try to do business with this dealership in the future, I have bought numerous car off the Internet and this process was a chore.

My wife and I found this dealership to be very poor across the board. The sales people we spoke with didn't seem to have the knowledge necessary to explain what they are attempting to sell. We looked at several cars and the sales person couldn't answer very many of our questions regarding the car histories and really didn't seem to care if they had the answers or not. Their attitude was just buy it now, this is the price, not negotiable so stop wasting my time. We were looking for a second car and decided on a used car. The cars at this dealership we saw looked like the bottom of barrel auction cars that most reputable dealerships would leave behind. Chock full of dings, dents, scratches, gouges, etc. The cars were dirty and smelled of heavy smoke. The VIP treatment, as they called it, was sticking a cardboard placard in the window of the car with your name on it. It's just sad that this profession has finally declined to near bottom. The sales people are not well trained or knowledgeable, they don't know how to negotiable a price so they just don't, the dealer add on fees seem to be most sacred to them and the overall experience was one that I will never repeat again at this dealership.

I had almost closed the deal over the phone after viewing the great pics of this car combined with the comments of the sales mgr, (we'll call him Ed the garbage man) as he told me how immaculate the condition of the car really is. The next day I traveled from out state to the lot only to be extremely disappointed. The car had multiple dings, scratches and gouged painted on the exterior. The interior actually had pieces of the car coming off in my hand when I touched it. The interior was filthy, the leather was cracked and the head liner of the car looked like it had toe prints on it. Ed never did come out to greet me and then when I left without even wanting to drive the car he had someone else call me to see what I thought of my experience. Well Ed, my experience was the worst I've ever had at any dealership. Your cars are well above MRSP for the condition they're in and I'll help wherever I can to see dealers like you go out of business.

I have received exceptional customer service at Infiniti of Charlotte. Rodney McFarlane handles my significant service needs and Bob Reeke handles my express lube needs. IOC is flexible on getting me the appointments that I need to fit my life and schedule. I never feel taken advantage of. I'm also concerned about paying a tad more at a dealership versus another brand service shop, but the service and value are truly worth it. You get what you pay for!

Our company has 3 Infinity vehicles that we service atInfinity of Charlotte. We purchased the vehicles through Lake Norman Infinity and had several problems with their sales and service departments. We made the switch to Infinity of Charlotte about 6 months ago and Steve Kinslow has been great. Often times I don't have much notice to get a problem fixed and Steve still fits me in. I haven't interacted with their sales department but the service reps are always very helpful and inviting. I deal with dealerships 3-5 times a week and Infinity of Charlotte is one of the best I've experienced.

I have bought two cars from this dealership and the most recent a g37 from Mo Hossain he has always been a great salesman to work with I will buy again from him in the future. Now the staff and Bob Reeke are the greatest. I am currently driving my 4th Infiniti. I started with a Q45, then an FX35, FX45 and now an FX50. I love Infiniti products and service and have recommended them to both friends and family. I purchased all three FX vehicles from Rodney Marsh at Infiniti of Charlotte and have had all four of my Infinities services exclusively at that dealership. I generally make all of my service arrangements with Matt Andrews because of his high level of technical knowledge, personal consideration and friendliness. I also purchased a new set of tires recently after shopping other tire stores and found Inbfiniti of Charlotte to have very competitive prices and service.

Purchase was excellent! It was a used car, 2009, so I purchased the extended warranty, which was so elegantly explained to cover an extensive amount of repairs . However, I have only had the car 1 year and have had to replace the battery. The car suddenly would not start and I returned to dealership to have them take a look. Steve was very nice and told me it was the starter and it was covered under the expensive extended warranty i purchased. They provided a beautiful loaner car. The next day they called back and said it was something else that would cost over $500 and was not covered under the warranty. I spoke with a finance manager about my coverage and she stated that there are only certain things that are covered under the 2nd most expensive warranty i had purchased, and if I had purchased the most expensive package, it would be covered. While the staff was nice, BE CAREFUL ABOUT PURCHASING THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES and dealing with EasyCare coverage. I am glad that John was able to push the warranty company to cover your repair, because I was not as lucky.

We drove an hour or so to get to Infiniti of Charlotte for a used car we saw online. It was as advertised when we arrived. We were greeted by a salesperson who introduced us to Beth Simpson. She is GREAT. We had to shop with our 1 yr old and 3 yr old. I don't recommend it, but she was great at allowing us to attend to family as the day went along. Letting us go get lunch and come back - even before we had an agreement. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. This might be small to some, but big to me, as they gave us our key back after looking at our trade. Bad business at other dealerships to trap people in my opinion. The main reason we had more time than necessary at the dealership was due to our credit union and limited resources on a Saturday. They worked with us in every way possible and it was the best experience at a car dealership ever (I have bought at least 15 cars). I would recommend Infiniti of Charlotte to anyone - and when going there I would ask for Beth Simpson every time. As I already said, she is great.

I purchased a used QX56 from them in October, this was the 1st used car I have purchased so I was a little nervous about it. The buying process was great, everyone was very helpful so we drove from Tennessee to purchase. About 6 months later we decide to try to sell the vehicle to get something larger and had a buyer ready to buy and he informed me of mistakes on carfax. There had been 2 mistakes on carfax that was stating it had been owned in 2 other states and one of those times it was entered it had 300,000 miles on it...and all of this took place while it was on infinit of charlottes lot. They give me a carfax that had been printed off over a month before I purchased the car. I understand mistakes like that can happen but I have tried since April to get this taken care of and it still isn't carfax did remove one of the mistakes but the other they didn't and just added a note to carfax that the vin had been cloned! I even tried to trade with infiniti of Charlotte for a XL Denali that I had seen on their website at one time and I was offered 10,000 less than what my car is worth because of the mistakes on carfax and my salesman even stated that like it is my fault the mistake is on there! I feel they are responsible for this but they don't act like it is a big deal and just always put me off until next week when I call. Just be careful when purchasing used be sure to get a current carfax.

I purchased a pre-owned 2009 Scion TC at this dealership! The first thing that I noticed is that had a large selection of used vehicles which made it nice since I had no clue what I wanted. The second thing I notice was that everybody spoke to me. After a while I felt like everyone knows my name and that there was a collective effort to help me accomplish my goal!! MY goal being a reliable, cute, fashionable car with payments below 300! The prices where far; and being in the car business myself I can honestly say that this is a place where there is no since in haggling the price because it already below average pricing! I would and have recommended this dealership to others.

I went in for an oil change and state inspectin. My service advisor,Rodney Mcfarland was very informative and friendly. They vacuum and washed my car. The facilities were nice, there was wifi and cold drinks. Overall, It was a nice dealership.

I purchased my third infiniti fx-35 in october of this year from infiniti of charlotte. i cannot give the staff there enough accolades. i have been a realtor in charlotte for the past 28 years, so my car in my lifeline. i call it my condo on wheels, because i spend so much time in it. i need a reliable car that also is visually appealing. prior to driving the fx i drove jaguars. they are beautiful cars, but very unreliable. i spent more time driving loaners then i did my own vehicle. when i first saw an infinit fx-35 ten years ago, i was ready for a change. i liked the lines of it, but knew nothing about infinitis. from the first time i went into the charlotte dealership, i was hooked. my salesman, at the time, turned out to be an old friend. he listened carefully to my description of what my hot buttons were for a car. we had to order the particular color i wanted, but i was one happy camper when the transaction was completed. my service experience, which started 10 yrs ago, has always been consistent. i am treated with friendliness and respect from the time i enter the service bays until i leave. the staff from the receptionist to the techs to the service mgrs. have all been excellent. most recently i have dealt with john lomenzo, who is warm and friendly, and always guides me in the proper direction. i look forward to bringing my car in, which is rare in this day and age. my salesperson on my most recent purchase, mitch jender, was super. he knew all about the fx and the recent changes and improvements that had been made on the car since i had purchased my last one. i wanted to make sure i was getting the same or better, and knowledgable mitch helped me do that. as far as the price negotiations and payment set-up, the sales manager, christopher wathey, went over the numbers with me in a thorough and concise manner. his humor helped make this always dreaded part of the transaction relatively painless. he got me to the number that i needed relatively quickly on the car that i wanted, so i was ready to buy. another nice thing that happened, was that i picked up my latest car on a rainy day, so mitch had told me to bring it back for detailing. they were giving me a loaner for the day, so i asked if i could have a convertible. christoher got me one and was i thrilled. no one had ever done that for me before. again, that feeling that you are special. josh warren, the finance person, had my paper work ready to go. he was precise and efficient in explaining what i was signing, so the process just seemed smooth and seamless. david pacey, who is now a sales manager there and was the salesman i bought from three years ago, greeted me with open arms. he asked about my family and my business, which always makes me feel good. he stayed in touch with me during the 3 yrs after i had purchased. this dealership is a well-oiled machine. the staff works well together. each time i walk in there i feel special because of these folks. of course they are trying to sell me a car, but there is a lot more that goes into that process. i always feel like i have won when i leave, and for me that is important. but the personal touches are what keep me coming back. i love this delalership and the cars they have provided me with. hats off to infiniti of charlotte!!!!!!!!!!!

I normally trade cars every 2-3 years. I visited Infiniti of Charlotte and was amazed at how I was treated. Travis greeted me and my husband. Talked briefly about what we were looking to do. He let us browse the inventory without any pressure. He followed up with an email while we shopped around before making a decision. We returned back to Infiniti to purchase the car. Everyone treated us like we were special. Negoiating was very easy. Getting financing was easy. Picking up the car and closing the deal was very quick. I purchased splash guards and went to the dealership to have them installed. I made no appointment but was in and out of there within an hour. Again, I was treated with respect. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I can promise you that I will return to Infiniti to purchase my next vehicle. Chris the sales manager and Eric the general manager are super.
