He set my phone up, set the truck up on the Ford Pass app, and set up my first of 3 free oil changes for 6 months out. My truck was prepped and ready to go, everything done at my convenience. We had a tire on the right side that need to be repaired. I took it to Imlay City Ford where we purchased the vehicle. The new guy wanted on me and said it might take me some time because I'm new. I said that's okay, and then Barb the Service Manager helped him out. I only waited a little bit and found out the tire needs to be replaced. It is covered under warranty. Barb and this new guy in service helped me out in a big way and care about there customers. Keep up the good work.

Outstanding dealership! Had the deal worked out over the phone and paperwork was ready to sign when I walked in. I was there less than 2hrs and my truck was cleaned and ready to roll. Nicole Rushton was extremely helpful, I recommend you ask for her if you want a Ford truck or car.

Was interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. Was getting all my questions answered and was working with someone who was helpful (after the first individual would not return any calls or emails) Started to move into finance details and they sold the truck from under me. Very cowardly Just shows you that dealerships are still full of snakes. There needs to be a law against this to stop screwing over and taking advantage of others. UPDATE the owner left a message trying to defend their actions instead of reaching out to me (the customer directly). This means the owner has no care to talk to upset customers and defends their sales associates being cowards and selling vehicles from under someone. There is no "signing off" on vehicles. That is a biased excuse. It was relayed that the person ahead of me was unable to get approved for the vehicle, thus i was next to talk about it. In the middle of discussing details of the truck and that they knew i was talking to my bank about a loan, it was sold. This is the definition of selling from under someone. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

2nd time I made an appointment for service ( oil changes ) on 2 vehicles with their virtual service consultant and both times after getting confirmation via email , they said they never received it when we showed up for the appointment. Why have it if it does not work.

I worked out a deal on a 2014 car that they have had for a long time . And we got to a price that i agreed with and when i called back to buy it in 15 minutes i was told it was sold . I cant be leave that happen to me. And not a good way to do business . It left a bad tasted in my mouth . Most dealer told me that they would have called me first before they sold the car and made sure i didn't want it . It is a greed driven dealership . .

You would think this dealer doesn't want to sell vehicles. Seriously- I was utterly amazed. It was hard enough getting pricing. I filled out their online credit report and they refused to tell me what my interest rate would be. Really??? How do you expect to sell cars if you can't advise the payment? I am absolutely shocked with this dealer - definitely a HORRIBLE experience!

Took the long drive out to see a truck. The truck was beautiful, it drove great, all the pieces seemed good...except the salesman. I didn't even feel as if I was looked at as a valued customer. He had the bill of sale written up before I even took it for a ride. Didn't ask what I thought about it, just asked me if we were "transferring plates"....when asked if I could put a deposit down, he said "No". I left and thought no way I could give this guy my business. I did find and purchase the perfect truck for me, this truck is still for sale as of this date by the way.

We made an appointment for next Monday morning.As an aside: I am not comfortable with the two Ford dealers that are near me in Florida so anything that I can put off I wait till we get back to Imlay City Ford. My husband & I had been having some financial problems & the first thing that we needed to change was our car payment. Because of these issues, our credit scores where not the greatest. We just knew that the best place to start was the car payment. We were hoping we could cut the payment in half being as we currently were making payments on a 2012 Tahoe. I loved that truck but knew that it just wasn't financially fez-able for another 3 years, (struggling for the last year to make the payment) & who was going to be able to take the Tahoe for what we owed on it. Well, the decision had been made between my husband & I & we knew just the place to go & the salesperson to see, Jeff Trott. He got us into a 2015 leased Escape for 2 years at a payment that was $270 cheaper then the Tahoe & gave us a fare trade on the Tahoe (not what was owed but do-able). No, the Escape is not even close to a Tahoe, which I loved, have I told you how much I love the Tahoe, but it's not the worse car ever & it will work for 2 years. My husband & I are very thankful for the help we got from Imlay City Ford & Jeff Trott. Now we can work on getting our finances back on track & improving our credit so that it can be at a good score once again when we turn in our leased Escape & maybe purchase, or lease, a much larger vehicle that I would prefer to drive. You might get me now, I like big cars, trucks preferably.Thank you Jeff Trott & Imlay City Ford. We will be back in 2 years or sooner. :)

The service man who helped me was great. Polite and helpful. I did not like the fact that I had to get almost nasty to get my rental car, although they agreed I had spoken for one long in advance. They didn't have one clean! Also I assume when I get a quote on a tune up that you would have a pretty clear idea of the time and effort to change plugs and do a tune up. I think a $100 over quote is excessive even though they called for an OK, excuse was they didn't realize the man hours to get at back spark plugs. I has assumed you knew how much of a job it would be. Had it not been for the young man who waited on me I might have been a great deal more unhappy.

I drive past 3 Ford dealerships to purchase from Imlay City Ford. The main reason is I Trust my sales person and the dealership. All my experiences since I started using Imlay City Ford in 2010 have been great. I did have one bad experience last Summer with service on my 2010 Taurus but it was cleared up.This truck purchase has been great. The truck came in as ordered and Tim Young spent time explaining all the options and how they function. Two days later Tim even brought me the tail gate lock that they had forgotten to give me. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

We purchased a 2015 F150 Supercab. Our salesman was very helpful, pulling out the vehicle we were interested in so we could take a better, look at it. He was not "pushy", giving us time to decide if we wanted to take it for a test drive. While driving it, he pointed out many of the features the vehicle has. Back at the dealership, he gave us time to ourselves to look it over & decide if we were ready to purchase. He and the staff were caring & respectfully as we negotiated terms of the sale & our trade-in. When we returned the next day to pick up our vehicle, it was ready for us; a technician showed us many more features while waiting for our salesman to finish with another customer. We will be happy to refer our friends to this dealership. And the F150? It is awesome!!

I brought my F350 Super Duty in for a recall, ended up doing some damage to it on the way there :( my fault. Although it was a bad situation, the service manager made the absolute best out of it. He was so helpful, supportive and kind. Everyone there was great actually. I didn't actually see one disgruntled employee the whole time I was there. I have a 2013 Escape, went for oil change, they put in wrong kind of oil, when discovered (the bill was to cheap) they took car back in drained oil and put in correct oil. They ate the difference in price which was fair as it took longer then it should have. This happened once before and they gave me a free oil change. My account has now been flagged so when I come in this won't happen again. I have bought 3 brand new vehicles from this dealership and have always been satisfied. Have found them friendly, helpful and honest.

I took my 2011 Ford Fusion to the dealer for a problem with the front end. They replace the bushing in the driver side lower control arm. They didn't have the part in stock so they had to order it, it came in the next day and the car was finished and they did a good job in a timely fmanner. On another occasion I took my 2011 in because the fan belt was squeaking, they didn't have the part in stock so Ford dealer actually went to O'Riley's to get the par, they confirmed with me that it was okay to ppurchase the part and got me the car back on the same day. I would highly recommend in Imlay City Ford's service department.

I took my mother-in-law's 2006 Lincoln Town Car in for "the works" service and inspection. The service department performed the specified service and, when the inspection showed that the car needed brakes, battery cables, and even removal of mouse nests and a dead mouse from under the hood, they took care of them. The technician kept in touch as he discovered each item that needed to be addressed.

I brought my "14" Escape into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation along with a recall. I was very satisfied with all the work that was done. Keri Merlo my service adviser was very perfessional and helpful. The only thing that I would like to comment on to help improve the dealership performance is they are not putting the vehicles through their car wash before giving the vehicle back.

I had purchased a new Ford Edge this year from Imlay City Ford even though I live 35 miles away and have a Ford Dealer in the city I live in. When my 6 year old F-350 needed work I called the local dealer but didn't like what I heard from the service department so I called Imlay City Ford. I enjoy working with Bob Broker, he is an honest man.

I called with concern of a noise I heard on my Ford Escape and imlay city ford got me right in to look at it. They also supplied me with a loaner car. They are always very accommodating and helpful when I have any concerns, questions or problems.

I purchased a used 2013 Edge earlier this year. I asked if the car was in an accident or ever had any paint work done on the vehicle. The sales person said no. I brought the vehicle in for service at another dealership in September and they discovered the vehicle was in some kind of accident and repairs were also made to the driver door panel. I contacted the dealership and addressed the problem with a supervisor. He took my number and said he needed to talk with the general manager and would call me back. I NEVER received a call back. Because of the accident repairs, the repairs were not covered by the warranty and I paid over $300. The supervisor said when cars are traded-in owners don't disclose everything. Hmmm, shouldn't every used car be thoroughly checked before they put it out of their lot for sale. They lost a future customer. Buyers beware!

My husband and I went to Imlay City Ford on Saturday (June 14th) to look at what they had available. I fell in love with a 2012 Metallic Silver Ford Escape. Dale was the first one to approach us and said that he'd love to take down our information and follow up with us a week from Monday. We went to the bank on Wednesday to see if I could get approved for the loan and based on my credit score, I was able to get a good rate. So everything was going smoothly... we called Dale to schedule a time to come out and finalize the purchase. Then it all went downhill. He made it sound like the offer we were considering was way out of the ballpark. Then his guys did a test drive on my current vehicle, came back and exaggerated the condition that it was in and offered me a number that was basically an insult.When we proceeded to walk out, he didn't even try to fight for our business. If you choose to go to this dealership for a vehicle, I would suggest working with anyone but Dale.

I took my car in for an oil change and they advised me that the chrome on my tail lights was peeling and that it was a known issue with the 2011 Taurus but would be replaced for free. What they didn't tell me was that the "replacement" parts were only covered for 12 months and that my extended warrarty would not cover as they were "replacement parts". 14 months later the "replacement" parts were peeling again and I was advised that they couldn't cover them. When I complained that no where was I advised on the limited warrarty they told me they would take pictures and submit to Ford's and that if I waited 24 hours I could call and get my case number and work directly with them on the complaint. Ford had NO message from Imlay City Ford but opened a case number for me and said the service manager would call me within 48 hours. That never happend, when I called Imlay City Ford to inquiry I was told that they were working on it and found out the because of all the complaints they had extended the "replacement" parts warranty to 48 months. However, I was been granted that as my case was BEFORE this decisions. They then tried to talke me into purchasing the replacement parts without the chrome to avoid the problem. Really? I paid for a limited vehicle with chrome why would I want without and oh, there was no cost savings. When I called Ford back they told me the regional manager would contact me within five business days, that also did not happen. When I complained the third time the regional manager refused to take my call but said she would communicate directly with the dealership and they would call me within the hour. 7 hours later they called to advised that they could now replace the "replacement" parts under my extended warrarty but that I would be required to pay a $100.00 deducticle. I still have an open case with Ford and no one has chosen to communicate with me. The only person at this dealershop with an ounce of desire to provide customer service is the salesman Bob who is still trying to help even though he completely understands I will never purchase a vehicle from them again.

There is a reason why nobody I know goes there, and now I know why. Don't waste your time. Thieves, liars and cheats! It's disgraceful! I'm going to tell my experience to as many people as will listen, it's been a horrible ordeal for my whole family. Thanks A LOT Imlay City Ford!

I went to the dealership to buy the car i looked at a few days prior, our salesperson went and pulled up the car for us to buy. While our salesperson was getting the car and paperwork,another set of people were outside asking for the car and we told them we were getting it. The manger said she was going to see who it was, and told us that it was the owners friends and the owner trumps all. She then said she could look up two other cars which were higher than what we orignally looked at and see what she could do. She came back and told us she couldnt help us, said she had our number for the saleslady to tell us if she found something. Cash in hand, they denied our business.

I had been shoping around for a "newer" used car with low mileage and could find nothing in my desired price range. A friend suggested your dealership, so I called.Your salesman was more that helpful and made every effort to meet our needs. He found the exact vehicle that my wife wanted, color, accessories, and all. He treated her very well and explained all the details so she could understand completely. He got us a fair trade in and arrainged for an excellent finance rate. This buying experience was extremely smooth and everything was done when it was supposed to be. I will come back to this dealership!

Used car, title not ready when there to pick up vehicle, car inspection did not find broken trim around parking lights, interior was not detailed, console was dirty and sticky, we were asked to sign blank forms for financing, and car inspection said that the car alignment was good, but had to have Belle Tire do an alignmnet within 1 week due to the car pulling to the left. Calls to dealer did not get any satisfaction for these items. This car was only 2 years old with 40K miles, and Imlay City Ford responded with Sold As Is.We will not shop there again.
