The amount of time with getting the vehicle I was after was a little shorter than I expected; though it took a while for someone to come out and greet us, the process was fluent and we we're out a little earlier than expected.

Love my Santa Fe! Love Hyundai and have for years. Traded in a Ford Escape for my SF and couldn't be happier. All the bells and whistles, AWD to keep my daughter safe this winter, and handles very very smoothly.

Firming up the deal was easy. The two plus hours waiting to leave was aggravating. There were advertisements stating that the purchase would be quick and easy but it took forever for us to wait on the financing department. Someone could have gone over the vehicle options while we waited but instead we just sat and sat and sat and etc..

I found the salesperson, David, very knowledgeable and friendly, and he helped put me into just the right car for my needs at a reasonable price. The 2017 Elantra Limited has far exceeded my expectations since I started my new car search. I particularly love the appearance of it, the interior, the gas mileage (I'm getting up to 48 mpg over long highway drives), and the tech features. It is truly a pleasure to ride and a car that I have been very proud to show to my family and friends.

Knew what I wanted, CJ had the keys waiting for me. As soon as he opened the doors I knew the car was for me. Great staff, just a bunch of down to earth guys, easy to talk to. Out of a dozen cars I've bought this was one of the best times I've had. Nobody was aggressive, everything was explained in detail. Even walked me around the building. Love the car. I'm impressed with the car, never having owned a Hyundai. It's built rock solid, and has all the toys anyone could want. My salesperson, David Jones, was outstanding. He knew the product inside and out. I started out looking at a Santa Fe and then saw the Sonata Hybrid. He was very informed about both vehicles. He was actually working 2 or 3 deals while I was in the store, but I never felt like I was waiting on him for anything. I wouldn't have known, if people weren't waiving at him through the glass.

Due to unforeseen circumstances our need for a car became very urgent. We were very nervous about buying a new car; since our car had been paid off. We had visited other deal ships throughout the day. Those were a bust. The staff at Hyundai of Louisville was very welcoming and understanding. They worked very hard to ease our nerves. They also stayed late to help us finish the deal on our 2016 Velsoter. We could not have been more impressed. We have already recommended them to a very dear friend. Thanks again!!!

I basically bought my car over the phone and when I got to the dealership it took about three hours to get out the door and that was because there was a line of people in front of me who were also buying cars at the same time so it took a little while to get the financing completed. Price brought me into the dealership. It was my first visit there but I would recommend them to anyone..

I hate buying cars. They are a tool to me, nothing more. Told David Jones that and he made the experience really pretty decent. David provided me exactly what I told him I wanted, did not try to "up-sell" me at all. He was falling-over-himself polite and could interpret what I wanted with no problems. And he was only a little bothersome in "negotiating". But, ended up with precisely what I wanted, at what I went in thinking was the fair price, and having had dealt with a salesperson that was pleasant, affable, courteous, efficient and made me feel he cared about doing his job.

My experience with Hyundai of Louisville was just what I was looking for. I bought my last Hyundai at a dealer in southern Indiana and was very unhappy with all the hidden charges they slipped in on me at the closing. Later when their service department told me there was nothing wrong with my 2nd car also a Hyundai when there obviously was and I had it in 3 times for the same problem, I felt it was time to move. Andrew in service took care of what I needed and while he was doing that I bought the new Santa Fe SE Ultimate. It is truly a high quality car with ever feature I could ever want. I have seen friends cars of other makes that cost more that didn't have the solid feel Hyundai has built into this car. Everyone on the Hyundai team deserves 2 thumbs up. This is my 3rd Hyundai and I don't plan to buy anything else.

No longer a branch of the "other" Hyundai dealer in Louisville, none of the B/S, gimmicks, pressure tactics, and payment games! These guys are from OHIO, and actually care about you getting what you want!!! My previous dealer in Radcliff moved to E-Town, new dealership, and new prices, meaning higher. We had bought three Hyundai cars and SUV's from them, but now they don't want to talk at all. This dealer beat them by over $3000 on the same car, and was a joy to talk to. They promised it would be ready at 4:00 PM, and it was, spotless inside and out. Give these guys a try, thy are straight shooters for sure.

We live a good distance from this dealership, so when I was contacted by one of their representatives, I did not think much about it. Matt was very helpful and assured us that he would be able to help us find our difficult to locate vehicle. We completed all of our correspondence over email or a phone call, not once making us drive all the way to the dealership to complete menial tasks. We were very pleased with his willingness to negotiate, and in the end, felt like we received a fair deal on our dream car. He worked hard to earn our business, and we will be sure to be repeat customers when the time comes to replace our second vehicle. Our first experience with buying a car was nowhere near the nightmare that people say it is!

"The only thing I didn't like was that Eric had to go back several times to negotiate the financing. I have an excellent credit rating and I still feel like the ""person in the back"" took me for some money. when going through that piece, you don't show anything...I had to ask questions and I still didn't feel like I was getting the full answer. When I purchase this vehicle in 3 years, I will most likely not go through you but I will go through my bank because you don't show everything. That is the only issue I have and it's not only with this dealership it's every dealership you have to deal with."

After taking my car to another dealer and being told it was fine, Hyundai of Louisville took a hard look and figured out there was something seriously wrong with the car. We were shopping for a nice used SUV. I found a 2010 Toyota Highlander on-line and it was on the Hyundai of Louisville Dealership Lot. It was being advertised at a very good price and the SUV was LOADED with all the extras. We were helped by a very knowledgable sales person who knew a lot about Toyota's!! The price we settled on was lower than the Blue Book and the SUV was super clean. The lifetime Power Train coverage sealed the Deal. Overall a very easy non stressful experience. It was all good. Did not receive any Floor Mats with Toyota Highlander. That was the only negative. Good Luck

Sometimes it is hard to know if you're the one getting sold at a dealership... I did not feel that way at all at this location. I recently bought a 2015 Elantra from James Himel. He was easy to work with and took the stress out of buying a new car. The entire team worked hard to get me the best deal possible which made me feel like a true priority. My wife and I bought a 2012 sonata hybrid new 2 years ago. We traded the car in about 3 months ago and were told we could sell back our gap and extended warranty. After a month of back and forth with the finance department, we were told everything was handled. So we wait and wait for our 2000 dollar check. After 6 weeks I called the dealership again, and again was assured everything was done and easy care would cut a check. So I called easy care to ask if they knew a timeline as it has already been 6-7 weeks. They informed me that my easy care was still an active account and that they never received any cancellation paperwork. I asked if they were sure and could this be an oversight by them. The gentleman put me on hold and he and his supervisor both looked. Still active, no cancellation paperwork. All this after I talked to Hyundai on NUMEROUS occasions and was given the run around, we will call you back, I never received your messages, I put a reminder on his desk... Now the last 2 days I have called probably 15 times and keep getting voicemail. Not even the main line is answering, and I know they have caller ID. This is very unprofessional and not really what you expect from a car dealership that hrives on repeat business. Save yourself the trouble and go to another Hyundai dealership.

Great car buying experience with a professional team. Great deal too!! From the time I initially spoke to James on the phone and throughout the whole experience he was very professional and tried his very best to make sure that I was getting the car that we discussed and that I wanted. Also, David is an excellent salesman that is very professional and he even went out of his way to deliver (to my house) some touch-up paint that I had factored into my deal. These guys deserve a bonus, for real.

They put my engine coolant sensor connector on with a zip tie,& replaced my camshaft position sensor,total cost $428.00,now my car is throwing oil all over the place,found out my oil sending unit was loose,my car never leaked oil before they worked on my car....worst mechanics ever..I should have went to a backyard mechanic,least I could watch what they did, don't deal with these people !!!!!!

The manager that was on duty that day when we bought our new vehicle was very helpful we appreciate everything he did for us to help us get this truck but i'am sorry cannot remember his name but thank you so much and yes Erin thank you. I bought my car from these guys a while ago, and have been bringing it back to the service department ever since. When I bought the car it had kind of high miles so they sold me an extended warranty which extended everything out 120,000 miles. I just used it for the first time for an issue with my lighting inside, and everything worked great. they did a really good job, and there were no weird stains on my seat like has happened when I've taken my cars other places. This was the first car that I have bought from a dealership and I was kind of scared because you hear horror stories of extra charges being added in after the purchase, but none of that happened. My payment is exactly what it was supposed to be. I definitely recommend this dealership for anybody looking for a good deal and a nice clean service department to come back to.

My wife took our 2012 Elantra in for a "Service Campaign Notification", otherwise known to most of us as a RECALL and while there receiving service at the appointment time, mentioned that there was a bad shock on the rear of the car, and a clicking noise from the front when going from park to Drive, or drive to Reverse, etc. The shock on the right rear wasn't absorbing, it was frozen in place and wouldn't bounce properly. This was determined easily by bouncing the rear corner of the car. She was told that the car was under warranty still, (it only has 37,800 miles), but, if he inspected it and decided it wasn't covered, she would owe a 89.00 fee for the inspection. It would seem that since the car was already there for the Recall, that he simply could have looked at the shock and seen that it hadn't been damaged externally, then scheduled time for the repair. The car hasn't ever been wrecked, there is no reason that the defective shock wouldn't have been a warranty replacement, yet, due to his warning, she left and came home for me, her husband, to take care of the repair. I thought I was done with doing repairs when we bought this new car, at least for the length of the warranty.I removed the shocks, both look perfect outside yet only one works properly. The free travel on the right rear shock was restricted to only slightly over 1 and a half inches, instead of the normal amount, and felt as if it bottomed out at that point. Replacing the shocks fixed the problem. I replaced the set, as one worn shock and one new shock of another brand, would absorb unevenly.We won't use this dealership again, despite buying the car there originally. It's always something when doing business there, generally their effort to take money out of our pocket above and beyond the reasonable amount. We were told when we bought it, that even the battery would be covered for that period of time. Of course, unless they decide for some reason that it's your fault that it's damaged. I can't trust them to be objective, they seem to like getting into my wallet too much.Additionally, there was no consideration for the safety of the operator. She told them that not only the shock was an issue, but also the clicking sound which could be a damaged axle or CV Joint, or even a brake issue, causing her to be stranded somewhere needlessly, if damaged. They did nothing-NOTHING!No more Hyundai vehicles, no business with Hyundai of Louisville for any vehicle.

I have bought three hyundais. Started off buying one in Florida and loved it, upgraded the next year. When I traded it in for an upgrade at Hyundai of Louisville I was very excited because I love my car and I had never had any problems with hyundais or Hyundai stores. Bought it brand new off the showroom floor and have never had it serviced anywhere else. So far, this year, I have had two "nails" in my tire, needed a tire plugged and replaced, something loose in my engine after two oil changes, and have spent hours in the service station -- all after going in for routine oil changes and rotations. Today, I came home after I paid $25 to get my tire plugged and literally three hours later it is flat to the ground. Turns out they plugged the tire incorrectly. The last time I was in the service station, I waited for 45 minutes to get an oil change, supposedly because they were really busy, but when I walked around to the service station, three of the guys weren't working -- they were talking and cutting up -- and then when they saw me they all scattered and one came up and asked why I was in there. He told me they were slammed. With only two other cars in the station? So I waited 20 more minutes. Walked back again. They were talking, leaning on my car this time. I was at that oil change appointment for almost two hours before I left, and when I spoke to the manager he simply took up for his employees and did nothing to help. When I left, something in my car was rattling, came back and they wanted me to pay for it. The only reason I have kept going back is because when I traded my last car in to them they tried to say it was in "okay" condition. My car was a year old, didn't have a scratch or dent or stain or rip or anything, and had very few miles for a year-used car. I proceeded to tell them that if something was wrong, it was their fault because it hasn't been serviced anywhere else, and all of the sudden it is worth way more money on a trade in. This was very deceitful and kind of a slap-in-the-face situation because they knew I had never missed an oil change or service since I had the car because they had it all on paper. When I left the lot I told my fiance we shouldn't have bought another car from them -- I was right. I will never recommend them to anyone. They have ruined my image of Hyundai and I can not stress enough how disheartened I am that someone who claims to be a professional business would do these things to any customer, let alone one who has been as loyal as I have been for the past four years.I am selecting every employee in the service department for my review because honestly I'm sure they have dealt with me at some point and yet have I to be satisfied with my visit.

I came to this dealership for one reason and that was Rocky Coy. I knew Rock and felt comfortable working with him. So far I have been disappointed.They sold me a demo with around 7,000 miles on a 2013 Sonata at full price. Less the manufacturer's rebates. I was disappointed at that point but continued on because of Coy. With the dealer write off because of demo miles and the 2014's already on the lot, they made big coin. The story really gets interesting when I had a very minor accident on the front bumper. It was so minor that I waited for a time when I was off from work to take care of the ding. But by now the poly-coat is peeling of the entire front bumper. It is painfully obvious that this car had been in an accident before and the repair work was less than quality. After visiting 2 certified repair shops and their astonishment that this was not disclosed, I am searching my options at this point.

I came in to purchase a Genesis coupe and Alyssa was pretty much the best sales person I have ever dealt with in any type of sales experience. She was very polite, friendly, kind, professional, funny, and also helped me keep my son entertained during the hour I was there. I would HIGHLY recommend her! I did not end up purchasing because of my current cars loan value but will return to her asap.

My senior citizen mother bought a 1 yr old Chrysler with 30xxx miles. When questioning the sales rep and Mgr about the Manufacturer Warranty they told her the 100,000, 5year Chrysler warranty is non-transferable. Then proceeded to attempt to sell her their $1200.00 Warranty, but thankfully she could read between the lines and knew to do the research herself. A quick call to Chrysler verified that the Warranty is good regardless of how many owners!! Thank You Hyundai of Louisville for successfully giving me the opportunity to make this community and future car buyers aware of the type of service and greediness your buisness is about. You would think in today's world with all the at hands technology and websites like this, these attempted scams would not be going on. Either the company has incompetent sales people that do not know products, or just trying to take advantage of the ones they feel they can! I feel the later!!!!On a positive note, mom loves the car!!!

The service to my car was good and everything is running fine but when I was greeted by the service writer John he reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a really strong smell and while I was waiting he stepped out to smoke every chance. the smell lingered in my car a little too. I'm happy with the service but the smoking was a little much

I brought in my wife's Sonata for an oil change and chatted with Rocky during the wait. He gave me the scoop on a great new Tucson at the dealership and took me on a test drive. I really liked the vehicle and it's ease of handling. Rocky really knows the cars he offers, as well as their special features and safety ratings. He took the time to present me with several different purchase strategies. I expect that the price offered was very reasonable, but I'm not looking to buy a new car at this time. I enjoyed the good information Rocky gave out and the low pressure, friendly approach. It was a great way to spend the wait time for an oil change! I will definitely go back. I recommend Mr Coy as a knowledgeable and helpful salesman.

I had a positive experience at Hyundai of Louisville. The showroom is attractive. The grounds immaculate. My salesman, Rocky Coy, was there ro assist or answer questions while I did not feel rushed at all. He and Mr. Montgomery worked with me and I was able to get the car I wanted at a price that made me happy. I recommend this dealership.

I have worked with Sandy on both a purchase and a lease. Sandy is the perfect blend in a sales person. She can answer all your questions and is never pushy. She seems to have more interest in helping you find the right car than is just making a sale. I actually returned to this dealership because of Sandy. It was the best experience in buying a car I have ever had and this is the 6th car we have owned.

I contacted a number of Hyundai dealers about a new Elantra through the internet. Hyundai of Louisville contacted me and within a couple of emails had an out the door price on the Elantra I wanted. And this was before I came in! I just came in, looked over my new Elantra-- which I love, and signed the loan papers... Rocky made it easy and pleasant, and Josh taught me things about my car that I never would have learned without him. Thanks for the great deal, the wonderful car and the easy purchase!

Rocky was a blast to deal with. The GM was great too. We got a great price on a Scion. Just make sure you know about the $590 of added fees, which I call profit, that are added on at time of contract signing. I don't play that game but despite that it was a good experience.

Being involved in an accident on Nov. 10, 2011, my beloved 2005 Tucson was totaled. Searching for a new vehicle, we found one we wanted on line at another dealership. Having already purchased our previous 2008 Sonata from Hyundai of Louisville, as well as having a great experience during the Sonata transaction, we chose to go with this company again for our new purchase. They agreed to move the vehicle we wanted from the other dealership, and although I did not have the check from the insurance company, they held the vehicle for us for over a week while we waited for the check to arrive. The customer service was outstanding, the transaction went very smoothly, and I would highly recommend Hyundai of Louisville to anyone thinking of purchasing a new Hyundai. I traded in my 2009 PT Cruiser for a 2007 Jeep Commander. 33 days later the Jeep has stalled out and now the engine has failed and needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Looks to me like they are selling vehicles that will not last a month before a major problem occurs with them.

No pressure sales at all...I would set a price limit and Barry would come up with a car that fit. The demand is high for these cars, so they can't get them into the dealership fast enough. He offered an open line of communication to keep me informed of shipments and new arrivals at the dealership that would meet my criteria. Very professional, fair, and easy to deal with throughout. Usually when you go into a car dealership they instantly try to upsell you, but I did not get that sort of treatment.

My husband and I had visited 2 other Hyundai dealerships in the Louisville area before going to Hyundai of Louisville. None of the dealerships had the car in the color I wanted, but Bobby & Joseph were the first to offer to find the car. Bobby said he would call me within the week and let me know one way or the other. On Thursday, Joseph called and said they had found the car in Somerset, Ky and he had driven it up to their lot. Everyone at Hyundai of Louisville was great to work with. All are very quick to answer any questions, and if they don't know the answer they will find it for you. They don't just feed you a line, they take the time to really find the answer to your questions. I've always hated buying new cars, but this was a great experience. No hassle, no pressure. I love the new car, and I thought the price was very fair.

OUTSTANDING !!!I got my 2010 Elantra about two weeks ago, and I'm really happy with it. I had one small issue and it was taken care of fast and without question. I really can't say enough about the folks at Hyundai of Louisville. Billy, Bobby, Chauncy, Tim, Daniel, and Sandy to name a few. They all had a hand in one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I ever had. These wonderful people put up with two weekends of my BS, trying to find the perfect pre-owned car. They drove me to a pre-owned tent sale and Chauncy walked around in the freezing rain with me, only to come up empty. Then the second weekend it was raining so hard you couldn't see your hand in front of you, and this time Bobby had the pleasure of putting up with me. Through all this they were still no pressure and all smiles, while throwing one good deal after another at me. Then lo and behold, the perfect car was there for me and a deal that I really didn't think I would get, along with a bunch of extras. They prepped the car while we did paperwork, and then arranged a mini convoy to get me, my old car and new car back to my house in that pouring rain. That was really going above and beyond. - Did I mention the FULL tank of gas. So thanks again Hyundai of Louisville, I have a great new car and a bunch of new friends. This is a great dealership. The employees are friendly and informative but not pushy. Typically, I hate going to a car dealership because I always feel pressured to make a purchase immediately. My son wanted a Hyundai Sonata and he went to the dealership several times to look at cars. I went with him twice - the second time to help him purchase the Hyundai Sonata - and was not pressured either time. I was very impressed with the quality of the Hyundai Sonata my son purchased - I drive an Audi A4 convertible - and think we were treated with respect and consideration throughout the entire process.

First, I am an ex-car salesman from a dealer no longer in business, and they went under 35 years ago, but I still warn salesmen about it. We are to car salesmen what ex-smokers are to smokers, a royal pain in the neck. I came prepared to do battle even after reading the glowing reviews about the dealership. I must say, I was shocked...in a good way! I drove THREE different models, Elantra, Sonota, and Santa Fe. I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive model, which is rare. I took my time. Chauncy did tell me I would get a better price on Sonota or Santa Fe because of Elantra's superb mileage. They can command less of discount because they sell like hot cakes. Elantra also has taken over Consumer Reports #1 rated small car. However, the government rates it mid-sized because of interior room. But back to my purchase. I wound up buying a Santa Fe. They really do drive like a car. I also got the back-up camera feature, really nice when you are blind in one eye and have no depth perception. But the most outstanding feature of my visit, besides running out of gas on the Sonota test drive, a story Sandy will tell her grandchildren about someday I'm sure, was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, bent over backward to make sure I was happy. I think they have a limbo bar in the back that everyone practices with everyday to hone those back bending skills. Seriously, I DO NOT impress easily, and I have to admit, they won a customer for life by their combined professionism and down home style. It's not easy to to both, especially dealing with people like me. Like I said, I can be a royal pain. My sincere thanks to Chauncy, who I hope tried the O'Bryan's fish I told him about, Barry Purcell, the best sales manager I have met to date, Sandy, who was a real trooper when we ran out of gas, and Tyler, who risked his life to rescue us with a mad dash across Dixie Hwy at 4:30 PM with gas can in tow. They are going to teach me how to use all the bells and whistles on my new Santa Fe this week. That should be an experience. I'm half blind, mostly deaf and non-techy. Good luck Sandy, you're gonna need it. In closing, I would highly recommend Hyundai of Louisville to anyone. If you can't buy a car here, you can't buy one anywhere. I went in the store with the intent to just look and not necessarily buy that day, but Ulysses was very helpful, patient and wanting to make sure that I got to look at everything that I was interested in seeing, and making sure that I got all the answers to my questions. While I may have felt some pressure to buy from the 'sales manager', Ulysses never once projected one ounce of pressure, he was very mannerly/professional and seemed interested only in my needs of each particular car that I chose to look at. I did end up buying a car later that day, not due to the pressure but because we were able to work out a great deal. Thank you Ulysses for your help- I tend to walk away when I feel pressured, but you didnt exhibit any type of pressure or the need to get that car off the lot, your only interest was me getting exactly what I wanted.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were accomodating in every way. I walked in and told them that I wanted a car with front wheel drive that was good on gas, red, with a spoiler and sunroof, and something that really had some get-up-and-go. They immediately took me to my new Hyundai Sonata SE Turbo and I loved it.

We searched the internet first to find the car that we wanted. We looked on Autotrader.com and found a car we liked (and eventually bought). We called the store before we came in, and when we told someone what we wanted to see, he replied, "I have just the guy for you. Let me know when you get in, and we'll put him with you", which he promptly did. On Friday, when we went in the doors were opened for us and even though we were already working with a particular salesman, other salesmen at the store were still very nice to us. We sat down with Rocky and talked cars. He showed us immediately the car we wanted, and didn't try to show us another car out of our price range, unlike some other dealerships we had been to. While we didn't buy the car Friday night, Rocky did work with his Finance Manager to try to get us an even lower rate for the car when we expressed that price was a concern. Rocky also promised us that while the price he was offering us Friday night was supposed to be ONLY Friday night, he would talk to his Manager and make sure that it stayed the same for us the next day, since we said we were pretty sure we wanted to purchase the car, we just wanted to shop around first and make absolutely sure. On Saturday, after visiting a couple of other dealers, we realized we did want the car at Hyundai of Louisville, and when we walked in, everyone treated us very well again. After committing to purchase the vehicle, Rocky only tried one time to get us to switch to letting HofL to finance our auto loan. We said that we were very happy with our current lender (which later changed), but thanks. He then referred us to Stuart, who was extremely helpful to us. We walked away very happy. However, on Monday, we found out that our bank got our quote mixed up, and our rate was not as secure as we thought. After we found this out, Stuart stayed late at work trying to get us a loan while on the phone. He then had someone follow up on Tuesday with us, and we wound up using HofL as our financier, via another lender.

I recently purchased a new 2011 Sonata Limited. I dealt solely with Barry Purcell and had one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Barry had to put forth extra effort to find the exact car I wanted and it was ready and perfect when promised. He devoted all the time necessary to go over every feature and answer every question. The car and the dealership performed well above reasonable expectations and I will return to them whenever another Hyundai product is considered.

The sales person was very courteous and explained the new features of the new hyundai electra 2011. The general manager was very helpful in the financial aspect of buying the new car. We had previously owned a hyundai electra 2002 and had really good service from it. We were concerned about the high mileage on our hundai 2002 and had been considering buying another car, preferably used. After we were told about the features of the new hyundai electra 2011, we decided we would trade. The 5 star rating really helped us decide, plus the financing. We have used this dealership to service our hyundai electra 2002 and have had excellent service from them. The hyundai electra 2002 was the first hyundai we had and we were very satisfied with the performance of it.This dealership went the extra mile from me driving the 2011 for the test drive to telling us the features. The manager worked with us on giving us a good price and the finance person was extremely helpful in explaining the terms of our loan.

They did an excellent job of making sure that I was familiar with my new vehicle prior to leaving the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I went in with a specific car in mind, by accident, because the other dealership in Louisville, Oxmoor Hyundai, "lost" the car they said was on their lot. We had driven 40 miles to Oxmoor Hyundai, who had promised on the phone they had the car I was looking for. When their Sales manager, Tim Robinson, said it must have been sent to Hyundai of Louisville, "by mistake," we got in our car, much to their concern, and headed for Hyundai of Louisville. Boy, my wife and I are glad we did. We found the type of car I was looking for (not the "lost" one), had an excellent time with the salesperson, Sandy Maring, and got an excellent price on the car. I would recommend Hyundai of Louisville and Sandy Maring to anyone who is interested in buying a Hyundai. It was a great experience. I thank Oxmoor Hyundai for screwing up.Jon Train
