I have purchased 10 cars from Hugh White and have had service there many times. I have a great salesman and the service department is very good. They get you in on time and let you know as soon as the car is done. Waiting room is comfortable and they provide reading material and TV for those waiting to watch.

Experience was great. Jeff took the time to make sure that I got the deal that I wanted and Tony worked with the bank. Even though I had a bankruptcy back in 2013 and was struggling to get me financed he kept at it until he found one that was acceptable to me to close the loan. I Will come back in the future to buy a new vehicle.

My car needed new front air bags due to a recall. H. White dealership notified me, ordered the parts and then contacted me when the parts had arrived and set up a schedule for the repairs to occur. The dealership was prompt, professional, and had the task done very quickly...they even washed the car before me picking it up. The dealership also did a full check of the car- fluids, tires, brakes, etc without even being asked and everything was in order...made me feel not only grateful but safer. Needed to replace battery on 2011 CR-V AWD. Battery was on its last legs. Night before used a trickle charge to get it running. I'm about 4 miles from dealership and called ahead. Customer loyalty must be earned. After a horrific experience at a dealership in Chillicothe, we were pleasantly surprised to find out there is more out there than dealing local! Over the years we have purchased several cars from Jim Jeffers and have referred a number of people to Hugh White. As always, he gave us full attention and made every attempt to please us. This time was no different. We have also used the service department for our vehicles and have always been happy with the service. The only issue I had this time was that we had to pay additional money for the interest rate, which was not discussed before hand. It was not a large amount of money but felt the interest rate could have been better based on competition with other Honda dealerships. But, like I said earlier, we have worked with Jim many times and know he will give us the best deal on the price of the car, which he did. Excellent sales person.

We were impressed that Tyler Hamm gave us a great quote on our new Civic, but he answered my request with a personal response, not the Honda or dealer speak. We went to another dealer and we came back to Hugh White because of Tyler's good-from-the-gate price and a better selection of color choices at our trim level you offered. Then we worked with Hans. He took plenty of time to help us select the exact car we wanted. He even hand washed a car with the color choice we thought we wanted so we could make our decision. We had a great experience at another dealership who took us at our word on offers we had. Lindsay had to have written proof. You didn't require proof either. This made the difference to us. If our word was not good enough, then our money wasn't either. We had a pleasant experience every step of the way and we love our new car. Thank you

We have used Hugh White service since we purchased our cars 8 yrs ago. It is close to home and we are treated fairly. This is a small thing, but I had to return to Hugh White to retrieve something from my car before my service was complete. I was walking toward the door from the Service drop off area toward the Cashier when Steve, a service associate, jumped off of his chair and opened the door for me. Just sayin' small courtey's like that mean something and demonstrate the "service culture" of a business.

Recently, I had leased out Honda Civic 2016 with this dealership. During the initial purchase enquiries, a brochure was given to me which was showing the different options available in the respective trim models (like LX, EX, EX-L etc.).I was interested in EX-L version and the sales person told that it has all the features listed in the brochure.Neither the brochure nor the sales person, doesn't explain in detailed way about the new features what is available in the Ex-L. I took the car to experience the latest features what Honda has introduced with Civic 2016.After getting the car and reading the car manual, tried to set up the features, I was very much shocked the driver assisting key features were not there in the system and was told by the sales person that I should have purchased with Honda sensing version to get those features.Being a new customer, I expect the dealership sales person to explain all the key features what are there in each trim model and letting me to select the desired one.The sales person was always trying to finish the discussion quickly and didn't sit and explain about the new features introduced during the purchase phase. It's very common that customers might NOT know all the features about the car and it would be very much professional if the sales person spends some time with the customer explaining the new features as that's his main job out the door.I was very much disappointed! don't know it was just because of leasing option instead of purchase everything was rushed out for me..

I bought a 2007 Honda Accord in 2007 with a very bad experience. My husband was with me and was treated very bad and the sales person had no respect for him nor myself. My husband was just trying to get the best deal for the 2004 Ford Explorer we was trading in. The sales person was rude and pretty much chased my husband out of the show room with me still setting there. My husband usually picks my birthday to replace my car and caught me off guard this year by going into your dealership again. He explained before we started looking about his experience several years ago and then started looking at the vehicles. We were very impressed with a Honda Odessy on the floor but it was closing time so we said we would come back. We came back the next day and was treated like gold!!! Oh my gosh what a difference. My husband is still talking about his experience this time. Thank you Honda for making our visit, deal and new vehicle very special for us. The dealership provided me with a 2016 replacement car for nearly 7 weeks, while waiting for my new airbag. They notified me on a Friday that it was in, and I made an appointment to have it installled the following Monday. I arrived at my appointed time, was greeted, and told that the repair would take an hour. One hour later the work was completed and my vehicle had been washed as well. I couldn't have asked for anything more than that. They did their best to make up for the inconvenience of having my vehicle recalled due to a faulty airbag.

The whole team we worked with during our purchase was friendly and easy to work with. We called the day before after viewing the Pilot online, and we could not make the drive up the same day. The next morning Mike called us to let us know the vehicle was still available. We headed up and the Pilot was ready for a test drive as soon as we got there. Customer service was top notch. We felt the price was a high for a used vehicle, but the Pilot was a great purchase. The second key was missing, and Mike has already tracked it down and called to say it will be in the mail.

Took my 2011 in for compliance bushing recall. Told it was covered under warranty. Service advisor called later in day to say that was covered at 75% due to miles Agrees to pay difference since out of pocket was less than parts were retail. Picked up Pilot later that day and found that Service had taken care of my part due to not checking mileage earlier. Unexpected and greatly appreciated. Way to keep a customer.

As luck would have it, late Friday afternoon I rolled up my passenger window and heard a loud pop and the window slid back down. When I got home I called the dealership and they said they were closing in 20 minutes but I could bring it in on Saturday but they couldn't guarantee me that it would be kept inside so I opted until Monday morning at 7:00AM to drop it off. I was met immediately and was told they would open it up and call me with an estimate. They called within the hour and told me it was the motor and they would have to order one and would have it in on Tuesday. I drove my wife to work and before I got her there on Tuesday morning, they called and said it was ready. Very fast service when I needed it. ThanksMichael Henry

I just started leasing a 2016 Honda Civic LX yesterday from Hugh White Honda in Hilliard. I had been all over Columbus looking for a great deal when I went into Hugh White Honda. Well, I was going to buy from another place last Sunday, but all of their competitors are closed on Sunday, so that instantly soured the taste from the other dealerships. Upon stepping foot on the sidewalk, sales consultant Brad Endicott greeted myself and my friend who was with me, and proceeded to ask what we were there for. I had done my research on the new Civic and told him I was interested in the vehicle. Brad could tell I knew what I wanted and that I had done my research; he didn't push me onto anything else more expensive, nor did he treat me as if I was a complete bonehead about vehicles. Long story short, I got approved on Sunday and went in the next day and signed the papers. Leasing/buying your first car is one of the most important decisions you'll ever make in your life, and Brad made it seem as if I was choosing a candy bar to buy at the store. Thank you, Brad!

I showed up 15 mins early for my service and was taken right in, I was told it would take an hour and they were done in 30 mins. Promise less but get more is always a good thing. The waiting room had WIFI (which was nice and fast) and I was offered a desk to do some work. While I can not see an oil change, I can not taste an oil change and I can not smell an oil change, I certainly can feel how I was treated. I came away feeling very good! My five stars is well deserved in my book.

They worked with me to do them immediately rather than come back. now if you look out your window in Ohio you will see how bad an option that would be with all the snow and icy roads we have today. Purchased used 4Runner in early November. Went back to pick up and give the check. Our salesman was gone, no one knew where the keys or the vehicle were. No greetings, no help, no apologies once found. Fast forward 47 days. 3 days before Xmas, tags expired, never received title work. Called, treated rudely, then told they were sent Nov. 18th. Called back, no one knew who I'd spoken to, nor did anyone have a solution. Next day I received the title, overnighted. Never got a call, apologies, etc. Would add this took several calls, transfers, etc. My father even called twice, bc I was at work and couldn't tie up more time. HE asked for a callback, never received. Save yourself grief, there are plenty of dealers out there.

Every time I have been there, the technicians have been at the car door before I can even get the seat moved back, or get out. The garage check-in area is enclosed, so no Midwest wind, rain, or snow discomfort (yay). They tell me how long it will take, and they are always done right on time, or sooner. The waiting area is well situated, and accommodating; bathrooms right there, wi-fi, TV, beverages, and the most recent magazine issues ??. Everyone is very courteous, the entire establishment is very clean, and comfortable.

There is an issue with the car since the Power Steering pump was replaced in June. This is the second time the car has been in to resolve the problem, but the issue is not presenting itself when with the technician. Will continue to follow up with the team to get resolved.

I had a fantastic experience with our sales associate: Brad. He is very customer focused and ensured my wife and I found what we needed. We were originally looking at other makes and on the whim decided to stop by Hugh Whites Honda. Test drove the accord hybrid, made an offer and settled the pricing quickly. We then began working with Andy from a finance perspective. All checked out then we got into warranty discussions and was offered a 3rd party warranty plan that sub par reviews after doing research. The initial costs were ridiculous then they came down to something reasonable. In the end I decided to cancel the warranty plan, maintenance plan and xzillon package based on research. Not once did they bring up the Honda Care Extended Warranty as an option, I decided to buy the honda care warranty and maintenance plan from another dealership since they could not match the quote I received and saved myself a significant amount of money and backed by the original manufacturer.Thank you Hugh White for the fair deal on the car but please review your warranty offerings.

Hugh White Honda always makes me feel like we have a relationship. They use my name, don't try to sell me things I don't need, they educate me on what to look and listen for with my car, they give me tips on keeping my car in great shape. Even though it may be a little bit cheaper going to a discounted place for car service I won't do it. I'm treated with respect, informed, and have always been satisfied with my service. I had to take my car in for a recall on the air bags and when I called to set it up I spoke to a very nicewomen who advised me they had to order the parts then would call me to schedule an appointment. Two days later I received a call saying the parts were in and made my appointment, when I got there they took me right in, went over a couple of things with me and said they would call when it was done about 3 hours. That's exactly what they did and when they called they explained everything to me and even told me they found some chewed up napkins and some mouse droppings in the glove box and cleaned them up for me and wanted to make me aware that I had a mouse in my car. they were extremely nice. I would recommend anyone to take there car there for service.

I came to Hugh White from another dealership that definitely did not have my best interest at heart. I needed an oil consumption test (the other dealership required me to get a $40 oil change through them). They also told me I should get my VCT actuator repaired with them (a $300 job). When I got to Hugh WhiteI Jason topped off my oil and had me come back in 1000 miles for the oil test. No BS oil change requirement. I asked about the VCT actuator and he said to wait until Honda releases a bulletin and because any VCT actuator replacement will have the same issues because it's the part that's the issue, not regular wear and tear. After confirming serious oil consumption, he scheduled me for an engine rebuild, and suggested I get my tune-up (spark plugs and belts) done at the same time so they wouldn't have to charge me for labor on that. Jason is the most honest mechanic I've ever worked with. He got me in and out with no hassle, got my work set up quickly, with no surprises. He explained things along the way, kept me up to date on the status of my car. Best of all, he didn't talk to me like I know nothing about cars (as some other dealerships do). Wish I could give them 6 stars. If you know a little about cars, this is definitely the place to go for your Honda. If you don't, but want good honest service and to not be ripped off, this is the place to go. If you care more about whether they have popcorn and donuts in the lobby, go somewhere else and overpay for your car service.

Attempted to make an appointment online over the weekend but this week did not indicate any morning appointments. Since I needed a morning appointment, I waited until Monday morning and called them directly. Rhonda was very friendly and was able to schedule me for Monday morning at 9:00. I was so pleased that they could take me so quickly. I was told that my appointment would take about an hour, it ran over slightly but there were 2 recalls on my vehicle which they were also able to fix.They wash your car but it does not get dried. I unfortunately have a black car so it usually looks worse after the wash then before. I was able to get home this time in a timely fashion and with a damp towel, I was able to remove the dried on spots.

I had researched the 2015 Pilot. Decided that was what I wanted to purchase. Went on a price promise website. Hugh White Honda had what I wanted for a price I felt very comfortable paying. I called and spoke to the dealership on a Saturday. Test drove the vehicle on Sunday and purchased said vehicle. Everyone was very straightforward. No smarmy sales speech. Financing officer was equally easy to talk to and didn't feel any pressure to purchase add on's. I would highly recommend my sales person Charles Caldwell and the Hugh White Dealership.

Other dealerships called me, in spite of my request to respond online. Nicole was off the day I wanted to look at the car. She asked a co-worker, Greg Pappa, to help me. Greg made the experience so pleasant, that I wondered why I put off buying a car for so long. He was helpful and informative without being overwhelming. I have been taking my 2006 Civic to Hugh White for 7 years. I have never felt taken advantage of, or that they were wanting to complete repairs that weren't needed. In fact, when I asked for the brake pads to be replaced, they said it wasn't necessary at that time! How many service centers would have seen dollar signs and said, "We'll be glad to!" and then come back and mysteriously discovered other things that needed replace, too! I always have a good experience with the service representatives who greet me and are my designated go-to person for that visit; they give careful estimates of the cost, and if something else is needed, they explain it to me in terms I can understand without talking down to me! Here's an example of how my husband and I feel about Hugh White: He drives a Ford Mustang and we asked the service department if they service Fords (they don't). He was bummed, as it is hard to find a service department you feel you can trust.The only category I gave a 4-star rating instead of 5 stars is in the overall facilities. Their waiting room is decent, but I wish the complimentary bottled water was cold! The bathrooms and vending machines are conveniently located, and there is a television for those who might need to wait a while (and they don't mind changing the channel if you want - AND if the other customers don't mind!) Of course, the waiting room is adjacent to the showroom so you can peruse the new cars while you're waiting! One more thing about the facilities: free wi fi!

My recommendation is to clean the kids area on a more consistent basis, remove the stuffed animals (germs), make sure the toys have batteries or remove them. Also add a few other inexpensive items like puzzles and books. You may also want to add a small TV for cartoons.

I have bought 5 Hondas at Hugh White and get them all serviced there. The Service check in people are friendly, knowledgeable and keep you up to date about what you need and the status. They are always willing to explain things. The service technicians do not give up and are willing to drive with you if they can't hear that "noise". Wonderful people to work with. Highly recommend.

First of all from the time I walked into Hugh White Honda I had a great feeling. Everyone was so friendly and attentive but never pushy. I worked with Marilyn and Mark and the both of them made me feel right at home. They acted as if they had known me before, friendly, funny and as I said not pushy but worked real hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted. I'd never had a Honda before so I had lots of questions. They answered them all and I love the CR-V I bought. So comfortable and a smooth ride. The Hugh White Service Department has outstanding service advisors as well as back office employees and technicians. Everyone is pleasant to work with and they carefully listen to our reason for the service and then follows through with just the work needed. They also advise on other work that comes to light during the service and can often complete the additional work in the same visit. Our most recent service was to replace that defective air bags that were recalled. We were called multiple times to schedule the replacement which was beneficial due to our busy schedule. The work was completed at no cost and the car was washed as it is after every service. Thank you Hugh White Service Department!

I went into the dealership because of an issue with my car. It turns out that my car was going to take an extensive amount of repair and not something that I was excited to do. I spoke to the General Manager David Delauter and explained my circumstances from the issue with my current car, my finances, and credit, and rather than blowing me off he listened to my concerns and worked with me to see how we could discover what I could afford and then had me work with sales associate David Downs to pick a car. Everyone at the dealership listened to my concerns and fears and understood that I was in a tough spot and facing a tough decision. Rather than pressuring me to purchase something they worked with me to understand the benefits of purchasing with them rather than my other option. While I was at the dealership, I watched the other associates and they were also very helpful to the customers they were assisting. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had!!!

Went to purchase a sporty coupe because i was bored with my auto transmission car. Was aproched by a salesman and told him I was looking for a sporty coupe. He metioned the si and I said sure i would try one and he immediately took me to an 01 civic with 237k on it. I drive a 2012 model car so i am not sure why i would be interested in something that outdated. Asked salesman to allow me to try an accord and civic si he said sure and we went in to look at what was available. But then a car rolled up with a couple and the salesman imediately exused himself to help them. The problem is that he never came back to me. he left me standing in the lot and paid me no attention. i then stood in the lobby and he came by and i asked him again to test the accord and civic. He asked me to hold on but still it became apparent that he was only focused on the couple. I understand that they were busy that day but it would have been nice for another salesman to help me. I shop the automall everytime I buy a new car and everytime i have gone to this dealer i have left with a bad taste in my mouth from a pushy salesman, or they dont pay me any attention (probably because of my age). In the future it would be nice to ask my pricerange before trying to sell me a car that has 237k on it and then ignoring me. The kia dealer always treats me like gold, but i do prefer honda products (especially in coupe) so it would be nice to get the same service. Based on repeat visits I know it is not that salesmans fault, but most likely a poor cs program.

I was looking into a possible lease on a Honda and am usually very uncomfortable with car dealerships because I don't like being pressured. My salesman, Tim Duchin, made me feel very at ease and gave us plenty of space to look around and check out the inventory. He answered all of our questions and showed me alot of the special perks of the car, and just made the whole experience very pleasant and seamless! I was looking for a used vehicle for my son and found something I liked on the internet late one night. I have been really busy at work lately and had no idea how I was going to find time to make this happen. I left a message through the internet ad on cars.com and the next morning Ziggy called me. He was friendly and helpful. He told me that if I could drive by at lunch, I could take the car back to work with me to see how I liked it. He mentioned he worked until 9:00 amd that if I could make it before that we could sit down and work out a deal. When I arrived at the dealership the car was actually on and waiting for me! The car (a CRV) was perfect - just what I was looking for and Ziggy and I worked out a deal later that evening which included my trade. I went and picked up my son from a night class brought him to the dealership and followed him home in his new car. Ziggy made buying a car EASY AND FUN. The dealership was spotless. Everyone was very friendly to me and I was especially impressed that their service and parts department is open until midnite - EXCELLENT for even my work schedule. I am a very lucky person. Years ago, I found a car salesman that I actually like and trust. Since then, my husband and I have either leased or purchased a total of 12 cars from Mark Hampton. We followed Mark from Honda East (where the salesperson was the ONLY reason to go there--yuck!) to Hugh White Honda. The experience at Hugh White was much more pleasant and even more efficient. I knew what kind of car I wanted, and Mark knew how to help me get into the car. I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V, and it is one of my favorite cars ever. My ex and I bought a new Civic from Jim last year and he treated us great, so now that I needed a used car for myself I went to Jim. What a major disappointment, my credit is poor right now and I knew my options were limited but felt that because Jim was good to me then I would receive the same treatment, I was wrong. They were able to secure financing through a sub prime lender but the cars Jim showed me were absolute crap for an overly inflated price. And to add insult to injury he told me that I should look into buying a $1000 car with my down payment until I fixed my credit issues.I am the type that would be a customer for life if I was treated well, but after this experience I won't ever step foot on Hugh White's lot again. Not only did they lose my business but they lost the business of a friend whose daughter is looking to buy a used Accord.

I requested a quote over the internet and started a game of email-tag. I started working with Ali Blair, but either she did not receive or did not read my email. Jerry Atkinson emailed me to check in and make sure that they were "getting me taken care of." It seemed weird to me that two of his emails were sent at 12:00am and 2:55am. After that, Ali emailed me to ask how she could help. When I re-asked for information on my choice of model and trim level, she replied that the dealership had none and were not scheduled to get any in months. They didn't do anything particularly bad, but it was an annoying waste of time. I feel like she should have been more up front about their lack of incoming inventory when they first received my request for a quote.

The main reason I'm writing is to mention that Hugh White Honda has service until Midnight. That's service! The people I encountered were helpful. The customer waiting area was the best I've seen. Friendly employees and a clean facility says a lot about how the place is run. To top off my good experience, I got free coffee and my Accord got a free car wash.

They are really excellent to deal with. I walk in and dealt with a guy name Jim. Wanted to get a quote and test drive an Accord. He gave me the keys and didn't ride with me which gave me freedom just to experience the car without a salesman yapping in my ears. Then when I got back, there was no pressure at all and he gave me a quote in writing that was below invoice. The only reason I didn't buy from them is because I liked the Passat better than the Accord. But Jim was definitely the best salesperson I've dealt with.
