I recently purchased a Subaru Outback at Huebner Subaru in Carrollton, what a great experience!The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating , our sales person Jackie DeWitt was exceptionalfrom getting us a great deal to explaining everything about the vehicle and introducing us to all of the staff at Huebner. Jackie proved that buying a vehicle doesn't have to be a painful experience, so not only did I get a great vehicle but also met a great bunch of people.

I was looking for a Crosstrek Limited with Eyesight. After searching for weeks, I ran across Huebner Subaru. They had the exact SUV I was looking for. I made a couple email contacts first, which were very quickly answered. Then I contacted Kira by phone. She was VERY professional and friendly. She knew all about the vehicle I was inquiring about. We worked out the final pricing and I made the 2-1/2 hr. drive. Best pricing & customer service and the BEST part- I was out the door in 1 hour!! She had everything ready when I got there. I travelled almost 3 hours to get to Huebner Subaru and would definitely recommend making the trip! From start to finish working with Kira and Luke was so easy and stress free. I had a very specific combination of color and accessories package that I was looking for and they were able to hold one for me that was scheduled for the next delivery. We discussed my trade-in and financing over the phone and via email so that once my Crosstrek was delivered and passed the pre-sale inspection all I had to do was schedule a time to pick it up. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted happily by every employee I encountered and was able to pretty much sail through the paperwork process since I was a previous Subaru owner, this car being my 3rd since 2010, and because we'd already taken care of most of the details.

I usually dread car buying but is was truly an enjoyable experience at Huebner Chevrolet Subaru. Rob Forbes was genuine, easy to work with and very professional. He was extremely busy but still gave us his full attention when we just dropped in on a Saturday. They inspected our trade-in while we test-drove and gave us a very fair price. He was trustworthy, no pressure and paid attention to every detail. He made sure all concerns were addressed before we drove off with our Subaru Forrester a couple of hours after we walked in. We are very satisfied with our purchase, price and overall experience. I would definitely drive the 90 minutes there again to purchase another vehicle and highly recommend Rob Forbes

Best car buying experience ever. Rob Jones at sales and Luke in finance- a match made in heaven for car buyers. Drove up from Pittsburgh because they had THE car my son wanted- they had it-we drove it-it was perfect. If you know what you want to spend and have done a little homework- this is the place. Used 2015 beautiful Legacy (sorry its gone) and a fair trade-in. Fast, fun and fair. We will travel from Pittsburgh to deal with them again. Thanks Rob and Luke!

I contacted several dealers as soon as the ordering banks opened through email to get some offers on my car. Huebner was quick to respond by phone and email, they got to the point (no financing or pricing games), and answered my questions thoroughly. They provided the best price on the car, one or two dealerships were close, the rest were much higher. They also provided the best financing on the car. They also were the best to communicate with.Obviously having the best price and the best financing agreement, I pretty much was set with Huebner. However, the communication was the best I experienced as well. I got fast answers to my questions, while other dealerships would say We would like you to come in so we can best serve you. The communication process was outstanding.Heubner went above when I called to pick up the car, and the sales person, John, informed me he had overcharged me by approximately 300 dollars on the initial agreement! My family came along with me to get the car and the environment was enjoyable, we had a good time talking and I even learned a thing or two about a car I was sure I knew everything about. It was a fantastic buying experience and I highly recommend Huebner.

Jackie always takes the time to assist us no matter how busy she is. When we are looking for a particular vehicle, she calls us to let us know she has something in that she thinks we may like. We have purchased a total of 6 vehicles from Jackie since 1996. Both of ours sons bought a truck from her. We don't even shop around- we go straight to Jackie at Huebner!

I would like to say thank you Shane for taking the time out in trying to help us with the purchase of 2016 Ford. Shane was professional and honest and answered the questions we had. It was quite disappointing to drive over 1 1/2 hours to see a vehicle that had a crack in the windshield, not clean, and navigation system was not working because of a missing sd card. I would like to say, had it not been for all of that I would've been able to convince my husband to purchase the vehicle.

The staff at Huebner's is friendly, helpful, and not pushy with customers. My 17 year old son was ready to purchase his first car. Even though it was not a brand new car, Jackie treated him as if it were! She took the time to make sure any extra service needed on the car was taken care of. Her goal was to match our son with a reliable, reasonably priced car that he was comfortable purchasing. She met that goal in a very professional and timely manner. When searching for my next truck, I stumbled across a 2006 Chevy Silverado that Huebner had on Cars.com. It was exactly what I was looking for, so it was worth the couple hour drive to get there. Once I arrived at Huebner, it was clear that the truck was exactly as it was presented on the internet. I was greeted by Rob Forbes, who was incredibly helpful with questions I had about the history and condition of the truck. He worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the buying process. When it came time to find a loan for me, he was willing to go beyond in order to find something that would work for me.I drove away from that dealership extremely happy with the customer service displayed by Rob.My happiness was short-lived though as I started to hear front end noise on the couple hour journey back home. I limped it back and took it to the local shop to find out that both front wheel bearings were shot. I was incredibly upset, seeing I just bought the truck and contacted Rob immediately. My faith in Huber was restored as Rob said that if I sent them the bill, they would take care of it for me. This was an as-is purchase so I was very happy to see them right their wrong, as the bearings were out before I bough the truck. This is the best customer service I have experienced, and Rob deserves nothing but applaud.If I had one complaint, it would be that I found it a little frustrating that the dealership could not work with me on the price of the truck. The truck was in great condition but it was a little over priced. I knew that they had room to work but Rob told me they couldn't move at all, which didn't sit as well.But overall, the customer service made this the best buying experience that a person could ask for. She did a fantastic job of answering my questions, providing a price range of my trade-in sight unseen, gathering my credit information and negotiating a sale price on the Outback.Arriving the next day an hour and a half late for my appointment, Shane greeted me, pointed out the Outback, exchanged keys and provided a brief tutorial. Slapped a plate on and sent me out for a test drive. When I returned he juggled working with me and two other clients. Tried to squeeze a few more dollars off the purchase price however, Shane remained firm at the original discounted price. Huebner did offer me more on the trade-in which helped off-set the purchase price.Zipped over to Subaru business manager Luke who offered some very attractive extended warranty packages and had my documentation already. Received a great 0% finance rate signed my name over to indentured servitude and was on my way home in a brand new Outback.Dealership was clean, efficient and well organized. They are proud of their customer service and from the moment I arrived I could understand why. I was greeted with a smile and welcome by everyone I met. I was asked by everyone if I had been helped or if I required anything. Shane was very genuine and treated me like a local.Don't know If i will have the opportunity to work with the service department however, I have no doubt that they will be as friendly and efficient as the front side of the dealership.

My wife and I recently purchased our 8th new Subaru, this one a 2016 Legacy 2.5i Limited from Huebner Subaru in Carrollton, Ohio. We were short on time as we had to drive 26 miles from home in the evening, but the outcome was very satisfying. We have purchased several cars there before as Huebner is our dealer of choice. We haven't always made the final deal therer, but we always go back to Huebner for service. As a group they are very friendly, courteous and professional, and they provide exceptional customer service that is second to none.. Our sales associate, Jackie Dewitt, makes us feel welcome and comfortable, and does everything she can to work out a good price for us. We always ask for Jackie when we go back. And of course we will keep going back because we "Love" Subarus. We left Huebner with a good feeling and a new Legacy Limited to enjoy along with the Outback Limited we bought earlier in the year. Nice evening! We highly recommend Huebner Subaru.

We saw a couple of used cars on-line from huebner Suburu that we were interested in. After a test drive and what I felt was a good trade in offer, the deal was complete. No high pressure sales. Shane L. and Adam were knowledgeable and friendly. Before we drove off the lot they noticed the car we had purchased was due for an oil change. They did a synthetic oil change and filled the fuel tank before we left. I can guarantee we'll give Huebner consideration the next time we're in the market for another vehicle.

We found the vehicle we were looking for on a Sunday afternoon on autotrader. Almost immediately after emailing Huebner about the vehicle, I rec'd an email response letting me know the vehicle was still available. I was even able to schedule an appt on Sunday to test drive it first thing Monday morning! Talk about promptness! The customer service team kept in touch with me that morning to confirm my appt and I even rec'd an email from the Shane Beohm- the sales associate we'd be working with - what a welcoming approach! The whole process from sales to finance was terrific! They worked fast to get us in and out and to get us in the vehicle we drove over 100 miles to purchase! We never even considered a car other than a Forester, and we were so pleased with Huebner when we got our 2009 car that we went back. We found that our original salesman, Ned McNutt, had retired, but we were welcomed by Kira Manbeck and felt right at home. We originally had requested a manual transmission, but she explained the advantages of an automatic and took us out for a test drive. My husband was still a bit skeptical, so John showed us a video of how CVT works. We were hooked!I am more than impressed with Huebner and its staff. We will be back again some day!

Huebner's do a great job of showcasing their inventory and have very competitive pricing. I found three trucks I was interested in and within a few days two had sold before I had a chance to get there! If you find one you like don't hesitate because they don't stay long on the lot!

My husband and I were interested in purchasing a used truck from Huebner. We both had multiple email and telephone communications with various people at the dealership confirming details of the truck and the availability of the truck. The dealership is about an hour away from us so we, obviously, wanted to confirm availability before wasting our time and money driving to see a truck that was no longer available. We made an appointment to see the truck and the day of the appointment, I emailed with the dealership twice and my husband spoke to them on the phone twice and emailed once to confirm that the vehicle was still available. In fact, a lady from the dealership called us 2 hours before our appointment time to make sure we were still coming to look at it. We drove 1 hr and 15 minutes to see the truck only to be told by the same lady who had called us to confirm 2 hours before that the truck was sold a full 24 hours prior to our appointment time. They sent us back to a salesman who looked up other trucks on the lot, but none of the other used trucks in the type we were looking for even had a hitch, which was a mandatory requirement as we were using the truck for towing. It was a complete waste of time. The kicker though, the next evening, 24 hours after our appointment and 48 hours after the truck was sold, I received another email from a gentleman at Huebner asking if we were able to make the appointment to see the truck or if we still needed to schedule an appointment. The communication and customer service was absolutely deplorable. The lady who confirmed our appointment then told us it was sold never once apologized, nor did the man who sent me the email the next evening after I replied to him explaining what happened. I have never been treated this poorly by any dealership (15+) I have visited in the last year as we've purchased 3 vehicles.

I was able to communicate with their staff via the internet, back and forth expeditiously, for two days. We were able to come to an agreement which included my trade. I was able to send several pictures of my trade vehicle. I never had to go back and forth on the phone and was able to set up an appointment to come in and sign the finalized contract. I take it that since that I was 2000 miles away and not looking at them face to face, they feel that they can lie to you and get away with it. My truck was very poorly taken care of while at the Huebner dealership. There is over spray or some contaminant covering the entire truck. They lied to me and delivered my truck being pulled on a trailer by a dually pick up truck. my truck was so filthy, more than it will be in its entire life with me. I would have paid more for this not to happen, which I told then it was not to be towed by anther vehicle. Needs to be prof car carrier. Instead I got screwed. No one has offered to refund any money to me now more than a month after the fact. I paid $500 to have the truck clay bar and detailed. I want the transport fee and my detail fee back.

I had a great experience with Huebner Chevrolet and more specifically Lee Laughlin. I took a 2.5 hour drive to go look at a truck that I found online. After deciding that this certain truck was not a good fit for me, Lee asked if he could show me more. I did want to look at more but I did not think I could afford anything else they had on the used lot. Lee pulled around in a 2009 Silverado that was in good shape and my family fell in love with before we even drove it. He put no pressure on us and let the truck sell itself due to it being priced well under book value and being in the shape it was. We did not even ask to look at any more after that one. Three days after buying the vehicle, I noticed my headliner was wet and stained in the back of my truck. This was no fault of Huebner's, a cracked third brake light was the culprit. I asked Lee if he could get me a new lens and he immediately obliged. I then asked for an entire fixture because the whole thing had been hit by a previous owner and broken internally. Again, Lee immediately obliged. I received my light about 3 days after I had asked for it in the mail just as expected. (They offered to fix it for me but I did not want to drive 5 hours round trip again just to get a light fixed.) I was very happy with this because they did not have to replace this fixture, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Another great thing is that I had my wife, twin boys and my 2 month old baby girl with me and the staff gave the kids match box cars and toboggans to help keep them busy and make them smile. Lee talked to them and made them feel like they were involved in this buying process as well which made them smile big and feel great. Next time I am looking for a vehicle, I am definitely going back to Huebner, AND YOU SHOULD TOO.

My wife and I traveled from North Ridgeville, Ohio to Huebner Chevrolet in order to purchase a 2015 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab with 5k miles. The vehicle had every feature we wanted in a full size pick-up truck including the color. Price was the number one reason for traveling over 100 miles to this dealership. Huebner's staring price on the vehicle was nearly $2k less than some out-the-door negotiated prices I had received from a couple of other dealerships. Definitely worth the trip!

I just purchased a 2011 honda pilot about 3 weeks ago. Everything was ok until I got home to find out that the windshield washer sprayer nozzle was broken which means I can't clean my windshield. I contacted my sales lady katie and she said she would call me back. I have been waiting a whole week now. If there nothing you could do, you should have just said that! I just bought my 3rd Subaru 2nd one from Huebners and John Leahy. This time I am trying a Forester. My outbacks were terrific but due to my age I needed something easier to get into. Huebners and John have always treated me with great respect, knowledge and guidance. Update 2/25/16Before I purchased the Raptor mentioned below I voiced concerns with my sales rep Shane that the brakes felt funny. He assured me that they would look into it and prior to buying told me it was fixed. I took his word for it, drove it and it did indeed feel better. My mistake for trusting a car dealership. Shortly after my purchase I noticed the brakes started to feel funky again and the truck started pulling to the right. I needed an oil change so I took the truck to Valley Ford Truck and asked them to check the alignment. While they were rotating the tires they noticed that there was an issue with the brake pads. It turns out whoever had worked on the brakes installed two inboard brake pads on one side and the opposite on the other causing the caliper to twist and bind the rotor (Valley Ford's words, not mine). After hearing this I inspected the brakes and there it was, clear as day.Needless to say this was a safety issue and needed to be fixed. I paid the $371.61 for the new pads, rotors and labor and took the truck home.I emailed Shane at Huebner to let him know about this. I was looking to be reimbursed for the repairs, or at least an admission that it wasn't handled correctly. I was told I would need to bring the truck back to Huebner for them to look at it. Huebner is over an hour away from my house and I mentioned to Shane that i already had them fix the brakes because it wasn't safe to keep driving. Basically after that they told me I was xxxx out of luck, I should have brought it to them sooner. Shane assures me that "they brought it in and resurfaced the rotors". I can assure you that had they done that, they would have definitely noticed the mistake on the pads. They either didn't do what they said, or they did and ignored the major safety issue.This might not be a big deal on a $5,000 20 year old Chevy, but on a $46,000 truck, I assure you it is a BIG deal.So, read my review below and the review above and decide for yourself. I stand by the fact that the original transaction was excellent, however none of that matters if they lied about the brakes being fixed and put me and my family in danger.Just purchased a 2013 Ford Raptor from Huebner Chevy. My sales rep was Shane Beohm and even though they are a Chevy dealer, I had a fantastic experience buying my Raptor. The facility is very nice, they sell many different types of new and used cars. I have had my eye on a Raptor for some time now and I found one through Cars.com at Huebner. I sent them an email and Shane contacted me very quickly. We set up an appointment and I came out to view the vehicle. It was about an hour and a half drive, but well worht it for the customer service. From the minute I walked in everyone was extremely friendly. Shane met me and we took a test drive. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and they were able to work with me to fit it into my required payment range. No nonsense, no tough sell, no haggling back and forth. I told Shane where I needed to be and they worked it out. This was a much nicer experience than any of the other cars I have purchased from other dealers. Shane is a very interesting guy who is also a K9 deputy. I had a great time talking with him about his job as a deputy and both of his dogs. I was not able to drive the truck home the evening that I signed the papers because I had to get them some things from my Jeep that I didnt have with me and they were going to do a couple of things with my new truck. Unfortunately I hit a deer on the way home from the dealership. I called Shane the next day and he told me not to worry. I could bring the Jeep in and they would handle the repairs with my insurance company. All in all, I really could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Shane and everyone at Huebner!!

The dealer failed to report needed warranty repairs. The air conditioning was in bad order and need to have the evaporator coil replaced. While making repairs the tech pulled the end off a wiring harness. this needed ordered. no idea when truck will be returned.

We found a 2015 malibu online and contacted them via email. We were responded to by a Gary Shadoff who said the car was available and wanted my phone number. I said I preferred email since I was at work and we continued to talk for several days. I finally got the price which they said was 15,000 and decided to make the over hour drive to look at and purchase the car. Gary asked me to call before I set out on Monday Feb 8th. I made the call about 4 p.m. and a woman answered the phone, I asked for Gary and was told he was out lunch and that the car was still available and to also ask for her manager Brittany Zollars when I arrived, as we were pulling into the dealership Brittany emailed me and asked if I was still coming. I decided to just walk in since we were already there. When we walked inside the woman at the desk identified herself as Brittany and said she needed to check something and would be back. About 15 minutes later she returns and informs us that the car had already been sold but we could test drive it anyway to see if we liked it. I thought that was odd but since the car was the exact year, make, model, color, and even options package I desired we decided to give it a try. At this point a tall larger man walks up and asks me about financing. I told him I already had my own lined up and just wanted to see the car. He revistest the financing question 4 or 5 more times while telling me the car was already sold. We go ahead on the test drive and it handled exactly how I hoped. When we return he again talks about financing several more times while I keep telling him I have my own and then says well the car is sold but he could get me another one just like it for the same price of 15,600. I told him we were informed that price was 15,000 and he responds well that must be wrong it's definitely 15,600 I said that is not what Gary said and he replied that Gary doesn't work there and never did and said that it was an outside company they use. I then started to ask about Brittany and he said the same about her. I replied that the woman at the front desk identified herself as Brittany at which point he started to back peddle and studder. I didn't even feel it worth mentioning the receptionist on the phone said Gary was at lunch. He also said the car was sold that morning (before we even called to confirm it was there). At this point I am furious we have driven over an hour and had to get an animal sitter to be treated as if we are imbeciles and to be bait and switched on a car as well as lied to about the car itself even being available or who even works for their own dealership. Bottom line, if they can't agree on the price of their own vehicles, the vehicles availability, or who even works at their own dealership why would you want to do business with such shady characters or dirty business tactics. At the very best they are liars and I will not mention my own very low opinion.

I lived an hour away, was shopping online for months. Came across a used vehicle on the website that met everything I was pretty much looking for. I applied for the application online. So once I got there I only needed test drive the car and if it was "the one" sign my name! There was even an issue where the previous owner didn't turn in the second key, and they worked with me on reimbursement for the second key! No complaints at all would defiantly recommend!

The sales consultant, Jackie, test drove the vehicle with us and explained all of the features that the car has, many of them that we didn't know about. She also helped us with the financial rebates associated with my vehicle. She was very courteous and friendly and she even contacted us after the test drive to see if we were interested. Another thing that I was impressed with was that when I received the vehicle, the gas tank was full! Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Other dealerships don't compare to the service we received at Heubners.

And, when searching for such a specific vehicle, you obviously cant limit yourself to a 20 mile radius (Im from the Philadelphia area). Thats how I wound up finding about Huebner, as they happened to have a beautiful 2001 Red Firebird with less than 45k miles on it, and at a very reasonable price. Lee was extremely helpful in trying to get me in the vehicle without my wife finding out (unfortunately she did though... but thru no fault of Huebners or Lees... Wifes regular car broke down less than 1 week before I was planning on making the journey to purchase the firebird, and wanted to start shopping for a new car... so I pretty much had to confess everything to her, as I didnt think it would be a good idea to buy her a brand new car, and then give her another car 1 month later for Christmas... at least not without her approval). So in the end, my wife and I both drove out to Ohio to look at and purchase the car, and it was in beautiful condition just as Lee described. I saw no evidence of any accidents, a few minor nicks in the paint was all (which is absolutely to be expected in a 15 year old car) but nothing more, and I just recently got the PA inspection done on it, and it needed NOTHING to pass (again, as Lee promised when speaking to him over the phone about the car). Although I doubt I will ever make another purchase from Huebner, it has absolutely nothing to do with the service I received. Its simply because theyre a 6+ hour drive away from where I live. But if for some reason I were shopping for another rare car, and Huebner happened to have one that met my criteria again, I would not hesitate to call Lee up and inquire about it, and would absolutely trust his evaluation of the vehicles condition. Zero complaints about the whole experience with both Lee and Huebner. And my wife loves her new convertible. She cant wait for the spring!!!

We looked at dealers closer to where we live since Huebner is an hour away. At the end of the day we ended up calling Rob Forbes and telling him exactly what we were looking for. He was able to give us our options over the phone and schedule a time the following day to look at them. There are no games with them! Our purchase was frustration-free! Highly recommend them.

After buying cars over the years I dreaded going to a dealer to find my latest ride. After narrowing my choice to a Subaru I went to several dealers close to my house. It didn't take long for them to get under my skin. So I went to the Internet to scour the landscape from my desk chair. Checking out the car I wanted I clicked on the lowest to highest price button and there it was. Yes, that's the car and wow very nice price, a lot better than what the dealers I visited where asking. Looked at the sellers name and it had "Huebner Chevrolet Subaru" if you're my age you might remember Mr. Cost Plus statue that stood on the roof and the silly commercials from way back when. I guess if they have been in business for that long they must be doing it right. My visit there could not have been more pleasant. Very friendly people who genuinely want you to be satisfied with your visit, whether you buy a car or not. But if you do your research a head of time you'll probably will buy from them. I saved thousands and got the exact car I wanted. I bought a car from a dealer that was 45 minutes from my house, I know that isn't that far from my house but considering that Huebner wasn't on my radar, I'm sure glad I went there. So I was surfing the web and Huebner Chevrolet Subaru pops up, What a DIAMOND IN THE WOODS of Carrollton Ohio. I filled out my credit app online to help save time, which was great, on a weekend night. On Monday I was on my way to the dealership and the best sale man MR. SHANE BEOHM calls to touch base and I told him I was almost to the dealership. By the time I arrived Shane had the Toyota Tacoma in front all shiny and ready for my test drive. Great service from start to finish including the service center. Shane was very helpful in all aspects of my purchase. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, but not overbearing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group of expert, friendly, AWESOME folks!! Thank you again for helping me in my purchase I will be back for another vehicle in the future.

I have had nothing but problems with the truck I bought just thirty days ago. I took it back to have the heat fixed the second day I had it and they told me it just had air pockets in the cooling system. So I then took it to a different mechanic and had a new thermostat put in and the heater core flushed he also put on a new radiator cap because the old one was tampered with so it would not build any pressure. That is when I noticed the coolant leaking out the side of the motor. When I called the dealer they told me they would get right back to me that was three days ago. I feel they new the head gasket was blown at one time and patched with some kind of sealant that is why they did not want to fix the heat.

Went down to Huebner to test drive 2 Subaru Legacys. Called ahead since it was a bit of a trek, spoke with Shane Boehm who made sure the vehicles were there and ready. Arrived at the dealership in the evening and was greeted promptly by a sales person who asked if I was Hayley. The sales person told me Shane had a last minute emergency but told another salesman I would be down. Right away I felt great about my decision to come down- they had everything ready for me even though Shane had to leave. Coincidentally, a different Shane, Shane Laizure, came out to help me. My husband I test drove the 2 we were looking at. We weren't planning on buying that night but the experience was so great we thought we would sit down and run numbers. I won't lie- their pricing is extremely fair. Shane asked me what I needed to get out of my trade. 20 minutes later they came back with a very fair trade in value. We worked out a few other minor details and before I knew it I was writing a check for a deposit on my new legacy. I picked up the car a few days later- totally detailed and looking great! Paperwork was a breeze and they got me a fantastic interest rate. They changed my plates and helped me set up my Bluetooth before I drove away. They made the car buying process so enjoyable with absolutely no pressure. All the reviews are true- a fantastic dealership with fantastic employees. It was the little details throughout the process that made all the difference. From great communication between employees to helping me set up my Bluetooth made me realize they aren't just a transitional dealership- they actually care about their customers and they want you to walk away satisfied. Since my purchase, I have received thank you emails from both Shanes and a follow up call regarding my old loan payoff. I will tell everyone I know to go to Huebner. Just purchased a 2013 Ford Raptor from Huebner Chevy. My sales rep was Shane Beohm and even though they are a Chevy dealer, I had a fantastic experience buying my Raptor. The facility is very nice, they sell many different types of new and used cars. I have had my eye on a Raptor for some time now and I found one through Cars.com at Huebner. I sent them an email and Shane contacted me very quickly. We set up an appointment and I came out to view the vehicle. It was about an hour and a half drive, but well worht it for the customer service. From the minute I walked in everyone was extremely friendly. Shane met me and we took a test drive. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and they were able to work with me to fit it into my required payment range. No nonsense, no tough sell, no haggling back and forth. I told Shane where I needed to be and they worked it out. This was a much nicer experience than any of the other cars I have purchased from other dealers. Shane is a very interesting guy who is also a K9 deputy. I had a great time talking with him about his job as a deputy and both of his dogs. I was not able to drive the truck home the evening that I signed the papers because I had to get them some things from my Jeep that I didnt have with me and they were going to do a couple of things with my new truck. Unfortunately I hit a deer on the way home from the dealership. I called Shane the next day and he told me not to worry. I could bring the Jeep in and they would handle the repairs with my insurance company. All in all, I really could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Shane and everyone at Huebner!!

We bought our Equinox last week and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. We had been looking online and emailing several places for information; Shane Laizure was very friendly, thorough, and informative. We got there in the evening on a Thursday when they close at 9pm, and ended up not wrapping everything up until 10:30. We never felt rushed, and you wouldn't have ever known that anyone was there an hour and a half later than closing--up until we drove away, everyone was SO friendly. We discussed our needs with a sales consultant who made a suggestion he felt would suit our needs. After test driving the vehicle we purchased it. I waited a couple of months before writing a review to see how everything worked out. I am pleased to say we have had no problems and the vehicle runs great. My wife and I had been looking for a bigger vehicle for about two months and was looking at the equinox. We went to Huebner's in April and met with Jackie DeWitt and we really stayed in touch over the next couple of months. Over the weekend we went to another dealership, just to see what there lease pricing would be and they also had the color we wanted. A few days I emailed Jackie about it to see if they could match the other dealer's price and also get the color that we wanted in. Jackie was not only able to do this, but they actually beat the other dealer's price. I can not say enough good things about Huebner Chevrolet and Subaru. A little over 5 years ago, I needed to replace my third Subaru. I had purchased 6 cars from a dealership, 20 minutes from my home, over a period of 30 years. Unfortunately the dealership changed ownership and the atmosphere and treatment of the customers also changed, and not for the better.So I began a search for a new Subaru and a new dealership, using the web and personal visits. Long story, short, Huebner Subaru won out. I've been a customer for over 5 years.Huebner is a family business and it shows. There is an atmosphere of kindness and concern over meeting the needs of the customer. The sales staff answers questions and solves problems. There is no rush or pressure to move the customer through the selling process. It may be a cliche, but yes, you do feel like part of the family. I now drive over 60 miles, one way, and look forward to the visit. The service department clean, modern and organized. The service staff is conscious of the value of the customer's time and the work is done quickly and efficiently. Huebner meets my needs and will keep my Subaru in top shape. I had been shopping for about six months when I finally found what I was looking for at Huebner Chevrolet. I was searching online when I found this truck and I hopped in my truck and went to the dealership the next night (about an hour away). I had sent an e-mail inquiry, which was responded to within a few hours and I met Kira Manbeck upon arrival. We looked the truck over, took it for a test drive and began talking about the financial side. This was a very low pressure experience. We came to an agreement on a price, signed the paperwork and I drove my truck home that night. Overall, the experience has been fantastic. I had a very bad experience buying from Huebner.I bought a truck from them after finding it online. The vehicle was grossly misrepresented. Upon picking it up, the vehicle had scuffs / scratches / dents all the way around (front bumper / right side / rear of cab, rear tailgate, rear bumper). None of these were disclosed upon asking them about the truck, and the pictures were deceptive. Also upon picking up the truck, I found that the rear tires were almost wore down to an unsafe condition. Upon asking my sales rep. (Kira) to talk to the manager, she went and got him (Brad S.). He was absolutely the rudest, most arrogant individual I had ever met. He offered to knock off $200.00. Upon me refusing that offer, he threw his papers down on the ground and told the sales rep. to "send me home", that he wasn't going to sell me the truck. Since I didn't like the way it was going with him, I told him I wanted to talk to the owner. He immediately said he was "busy". I told him I know the owner would want to know that he had an extremely unhappy customer on his hands. I told him to please go check. He stormed off, and said he was eating lunch. I once again told him I was sure he would want to talk to me about this issue to help resolve it. I've worked at dealerships, and I've always known the owners to be outstanding, and very understanding individuals. He once again stormed off and came back saying the owner said he would knock off $500.00, but that's it. "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT". I told him I wasn't happy, and that I felt I got taken advantage of. But he didn't seem to care.Am I happy about the deal? No, I am still not. On 3/17, I wrote an email to the General Manager after receiving a cookie cutter "How was your experience with us" email. I still have not received a reply from them, so it is obvious they don't care about unhappy customers.So my advice, stay away from this dealership...

I worked with Ned Mcnutt, and I would recommend him to anyone. Ned stood out in the cold and snow while my wife and I looked at the whole Subaru model line up. Ned answered every question we had, even though he was visibly shivering he kept being courteous and professional. I never felt rushed to pick a car and get off the lot. I test drove four vehicles and one of them twice just too be sure it was what I wanted. My neighbors have bought four cars from Huebners and have dealt with a saleswomen every time, not sure of her name though. Facilities are nice and clean, every salesperson has their own office so the sale is private. Gentleman at the front desk even gave my kids toy cars, and a doll to play with while we waited and they got too keep them as well. BTW. They were brand new toys. I would recommend Huebners to anyone within 200 miles, prices on new cars are the best around and service is OUTSTANDING! Just ask for Ned Mcnutt.

I missed my Subaru Forester and decided it was time to get another one. I checked out the inventory online and picked one out. I called and talked to John Leahy. After my test drive, John filled out all the paperwork for my purchase and saw that I had purchased my first Subaru from Rob Forbes. With this knowledge, John handed over the paperwork to Rob so that he could get the sale. Not many sales people do this. Both John and Rob were very friendly people who talked to you like they knew you forever. I also dealt with Adam, who was also very friendly and helpful. I walked out of the showroom with the keys to my very first new car. By the time I got home, I had an email from Rob, thanking me for purchasing the car. I am very happy with Huebner's. After searching for a new 2014 Corvette and visiting my local dealerships, I stumbled across Huebner Chevrolet. Seeing the pictures of this 2014 Stingray Corvette online, I decided to make the hour plus drive to check it out and to get an evaluation of my 2009 Corvette as a trade-in. Shane Laizure took the time to tell me about the car and its options. The sales manager appreciated how well maintained my '09 Vette was and gave me the highest trade-in value of all the other dealerships. After much research and negotiation, Huebner had the overall best deal. What stands out most about the car buying experience is the fact that he was not a pushy, high pressure salesman to make the sale. Had been looking for vehicle for my son and he had his heart set on a truck. After visiting several dealerships over a period of 3 months, I was getting discouraged as vehicles was not as advertised or still being advertised and not being on the lot. I then decided to expand my search area and came across Huebner. It was later in the evening and I contacted them by e-mail, to my surprise I heard back from them that same evening. I talked with Shane Laizure, told him what I was looking for, price range that fit our budget and the condition that the vehicle needed to be in before I would consider a purchase from them. Shane took it from there and called me the very next morning informing me that they had several trucks that met my needs. Although it was over an hour drive for me, I decided to go and was glad I did. He had several trucks ready to go for test drives and was very knowledgeable about each of trucks. We were able to take our time with the test drives, he answered all our questions and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We decided on the one we liked, informed him that we wanted to take it home that night, and Shane and the finance team made it happen. The follow up after the purchase was great, when I called and made a request, he came through. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Impala from this dealer .We traveler many miles over dark roads until we reached Carrollton. The car was a birthday gift for my wife and she had absolutely no idea what was happening. Suddenly up ahead bright lights and a beautiful dealership.When she saw the car she broke into tears and I didn't know if she could even see to drive .She saw the car that was to be hers.She thought it was brand new and I was very impressed with the condition and beauty of her new vehicle. My significant other and I just purchased a 2015 Legacy and a 2015 Outback from this dealership.Jackie DeWitt was our main salesperson, but Rob Forbes also assisted in Jackie's absence.Jackie tries to accommodate the customer in all aspects of car buying. She had sold both of us our last cars, so we knew she is great to deal with!! The finance department was also very helpful in getting a great rate for both of us. Rob Forbes was very knowledgeable about all the Outback features in Jackie's absence, even setting up the bluetooth phone connection for me. Everyone there is very friendly and made car buying , which can be a painful experience, very easy. Overall very happy with the purchasing experience at Huebner. They honored Truecar.com price - so no price haggling. Kira was fantastic. She answered all of my questions in a friendly and time efficient manner. I did feel that the process was a bit slow when I picked up my car. I felt there was a lot of waiting around for the next step. Also, my car was not fully tested and after about 45 minutes it was discovered that my SD card for the navigation system was not installed. Fortunately they were able to find an SD card so I did not have to come back or wait for one to be delivered to me. I live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and apologetic about the SD card situation. Happy with my Legacy so far!

Car buying has always been a long process of test drives and research, then the stress of negotiating the for the model/packages/warranty.... Shane Laizure was wonderful before and after our purchase. I used TrueCar.com and found the best price and good ratings for Huebner. We made the trip from Canton and it was so worthwhile. TrueCar allowed me to choose the model and add-on's exactly as I wanted - then delivered the Huebner guaranteed pricing. Within 15 minutes of arrival, we were signing the paperwork for the Forrester. No pressure, no challenging the numbers, trying to talk us into anything else - straight and simple.Shane was great - very friendly, always kept us updated on the progress of our order and delivery. He went over all the features of the vehicle when we took delivery. He's contacted us several times for follow-up, if we have any questions or need anything.We've even used the Service team already - the next day my husband started waxing it and found a small, but noticeable ding in the top of the driver door - the earth stopped rotating at that very moment! He called Shane immediately. Shane said to bring it in the next morning and within 10 minutes the ding was removed like new. In the 30 or so years of my adult life that I've bought cars, this was the most pleasant experience. Not only was Jackie DeWitt easy to talk with, she made the deal very clear to my wife and I, the clearest I've ever had (after buying a dozen or so cars in my life). She made us feel comfortable asking questions, and she worked hard to get the deal to the point where we could afford it, and never ever made us feel that buying a mere Cruze made us somehow less important than the folks buying a Suburban. Everyone in the dealership works hard to be sure the customer feels they're valued and that return business is important. It's how it was when we bought cars from those small hometown dealers run by a neighbor or friend, in the days before megadealerships took over everything. And it was professional and honest, too. I was looking for a used car with very specific options and color scheme. After a month or two of looking, I couldnt find anything local to me, but I did find exactly what I was looking for at Huebner Chevrolet. I decided to drive from out of state to purchase it, and couldnt have been happier with the experience. The vehicle was in excellent condition (pictures can sometimes be misleading). They were able to take care of all the financing and paperwork and in about an hour I was driving it home. I was a little hesitant to make such a long drive to purchase a used vehicle, but in the end it was absolutely worth getting exactly what I wanted and at a great price.

After being referred to Huebner by three of my favorite mechanics, I called and made the appointment. I was assured that their diagnostics were specialty and specifically designed for Subaru vehicles. I waited half an hour for them to tell me that they couldn't run their equipment on my vehicle, as it is a '95, and their mechanic took it for a joyride and couldn't find an issue. For this complete lack of service, I was charged $42. When asked about the charge, the woman at the desk responded with, "You didn't think it was free, did you?" Not only has it been free for every other mechanic I've used, but it should've been free when the only thing they could do for me was waste my gas and my time. Management has not answered or returned my call to address this issue as of yet. Personally, I will not return to Huebner.

I dealt with John Leahy, Brad Salisbury and Rob Forbes. Be VERY careful with any purchase you may consider with this dealership, they are very slick with how they present things and severely misrepresented nearly $700 worth of extra cost to me. Be smart and DONT SHOP AT HUEBNER!I recently traded my old vehicle to Huebner for one of their vehicles. When we were negotiating the price the sales team made sure to tell me all the things they did to their vehicle, stating that the car was in great shape after their shop gave it a tune up. They also offered me a one month warranty just in case anything went wrong. So with that assurance I made the deal. Two weeks later when the new title finally arrived I went to get the car inspected at my local Goodyear autobody shop. They uncovered issues with the front frame which ended up being a little over $700. When I called Huebner and informed them they said that they sold the car to me "AS IS"...during the buying process that was never mentioned to me, the sales team only said what good shape the vehicle was in, never did they state that I was purchasing the vehicle in an "As Is" condition.

From the moment I started working with Ned McNutt through my quote request via the Subaru website he was upfront, responsive, and knowledgeable. I'm from the Pittsburgh area and tried finding a good deal closer to home, but Huebner was more than worth the short drive. Not only did they have the best pricing I could find, they were are the most straight forward, least slimy dealer I dealt with. I would highly recommend Ned McNutt and the rest of the staff at Huebner. If I had to provide any criticism, it would be: 1 - We did have a slight communication issue regarding the delivery date and my intended pick up plans. This was quickly resolved and ultimately did not delay the sales process or cause me to incur any additional costs, and Ned was very apologetic for it. 2 - I wanted to finance through Subaru because I knew I qualified for the special rate, but Huebner initially ran my loan through Huntington. This would've been fine, had Huntington been competitive on the rate, but they were 1.3 points higher and also charged an origination fee. I would've expected the finance department at Huebner to find me the best possible deal they could get me on my financing, especially given the amount I was putting down and my outstanding credit score. I was a little disappointed that they did not do this. I was told it was just a matter of habit and that they typically always use Huntington. Ultimately, they switched the financing to Subaru and got me the better rate, so everything worked out. My advice for others would just be to do your homework and make sure you ask specific questions when signing all the papers to be sure you're getting when you expected. Despite these issues (none of which I feel were done intentionally), it was an overall extremely positive experience and by far better than anything I had experienced at other dealers when attempting to make the same purchase. I highly recommend buying your next car from Huebner!

From the moment I started working with Ned McNutt through my quote request via the Subaru website he was upfront, responsive, and knowledgeable. I'm from the Pittsburgh area and tried finding a good deal closer to home, but Huebner was more than worth the short drive. Not only did they have the best pricing I could find, they were are the most straight forward, least slimy dealer I dealt with. I would highly recommend Ned McNutt and the rest of the staff at Huebner.If I had to provide any criticism, it would be:1 - We did have a slight communication issue regarding the delivery date and my intended pick up plans. This was quickly resolved and ultimately did not delay the sales process or cause me to incur any additional costs, and Ned was very apologetic for it.2 - I wanted to finance through Subaru because I knew I qualified for the special rate, but Huebner initially ran my loan through Huntington. This would've been fine, had Huntington been competitive on the rate, but they were 1.3 points higher and also charged an origination fee. We found the ideal truck we'd been looking for for months on Huebner's website and went to see it late on a Saturday. Lucky for us, John Leahy was there. He was so friendly, easy to deal with and no pressure at all. We asked for a couple of things to be done on the truck. My college age (19) son's truck was a total loss after it caught fire so we were suddenly in the market for a truck. Since this wasn't a planned purchase, we were scrambling for info and unsure if we could afford a new truck or should settle for a used one. We found a used truck online that Huebner had on their lot that seemed too good to be true. So my son called and talked to Kira Manbeck and we made the 1.5 hour drive to Huebner. Kira was great- we truly were unprepared to make a buying decision and she did not pressure us at all while we discussed the choices. After we finally decided we better not pass up on the used truck, Kira stayed after closing to complete the process. We drove the truck home! initially my experience was very good and they were attentive to my needs, however once they found that my vehicle for trade was new and they probably could not take it on trade they never even gave me the e mail that would explain that they could not help. Rather they just stopped writing all together without giving me the time of day. All I would have needed was a simple we'd like to help, but we can't. There is a Subaru dealership about 5 miles from my home. I went there first and was turned off by the pressure I felt from the sales people. I looked for other dealers within 40 miles and found Huebner Subaru in Carrollton, Ohio. It was over an hour drive from my home but it was well worth it. The sales people were so friendly and laid back, as well as knowledgeable about their cars. The communication and follow-up by the sales staff was impressive. I test drove a Subaru Forrester and loved it the minute I sat in the driver's seat. I ended up buying my car from Huebner and I made the right choice.

Once again dealing with Shane and the Huebner team was enjoyable. I have purchased two new Subarus from Shane and the experience has been what I think buying a new car should be. No pressure to buy something you don't want or need, but making sure you get what you want. My latest purchase had been negotiated via emails and phone calls. I told Shane I would be coming in the morning off of midnight shift to drive and most likely buy the car. I arrived to find the car inside shined up waiting for me. I drove it, bought it, they cleaned it again and I was on my way in my new Subaru in less than two hours. Shane will treat you right and have you in and out as fast as you want, or as long as you need. Will definitely be back to see him in the future for my next vehicle no matter what it is!

I had initiated contact via the Internet over a weekend and made my purchase on the Monday that followed. Shane Laizure responded immediately to my email inquiry regarding the 2012 Subaru Impreza listed via Auto Trader. He gave me his direct phone number and his work schedule, so that I would be able to contact him directly with any questions about the vehicle. Since my wife and I both work during the week and were coming from out of state, Shane agreed to meet with us and test drive the car, first thing on a Saturday. The Impreza was immaculate and waiting for us when we arrived. My wife and I were allowed to pull the vehicle inside out of the cold and look it over thoroughly before both taking it out for a test drive. Shane patiently answered all of our questions about the vehicle, but at no time did he attempt to pressure us to purchase it. The Impreza itself, was in superb condition and loaded with many extra options, yet the price was $600 to $800 less expensive than other dealerships in Ohio or Pennsylvania. We are very happy with our preowned Subaru and would recommend Huebner Chevrolet Subaru highly to everyone!

I first saw the truck I purchased online on autotrader, and it instantly caught my eye above any other truck that I had previously looked at. Being from out of state, and around an hour and a half away, I did an online chat with an employee on their website to ensure that the truck was still there. When we arrived, Shane came to us and immediately got the truck ready for a test drive. Everything was as described on their website, except better. Being a full time college student, and only working a part time job, Shane did everything he could to get the best price out of my trade in, and gave me a great price on my truck. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying my first vehicle on my own. I was never intimidated, nor pushed into only buying from their dealership, or only Shane himself. During the first week of owning my truck, Shane contacted me through email to ensure that I was still satisfied with my truck, and that everything was still running smoothly. He gave me his email and his direct line in case I had any questions later on. I always make sure to tell friends and family about how wonderful Huebner was to me, and I will make sure to go there first the next time I buy another vehicle. Shane hooked me up with a great deal. It was a 200 mile round trip so I didnt want to get into the bait and switch of sales . Having expressed this to Shane about 87 different ways ,he assured me the car would be there. When I got there the show room looked like a bomb went off and Shane was not there , I'm thinking" here we go". After using the restroom at the Subaru dealer I asked Shanes co-worker wheres this car and Shane at? He says around back, would you like to see it ? When I first saw the car it was better than I expected , the color was beautiful. The internet picture was more of a fire engine red , but in person it was more a burgandy candy apple red ,badass. I was more interested in a leftover 2013 than the luxurory of picking out a color , I wound up with the best color !! I did a 100 mile search of dealers , two 2013 Sonics were available . The other dealer was 100 mile round trip . They were horible, cars here , cars not here, It'll be here, Its on Loan when can ya come out . DO YOU HAVE THE CAR YES OR NO? Come out at at 6 P.M , I'm like you dont want to sell this car. Next day at work my coworker asked if I bought a car, his wife has a sonic. I told him I found one way down in Carrolton . He informed me his inlaws are from their and encouraged me to call ,truth be told I really didnt think it was gonna happen. I havent bought a G.M in 14 years (2000 Blazer) but I couldnt resist the G.M bonus card money. Shane figured everthing out and held the car. He told me several people wanted that car , I defently believe that. This was a graduation gift for my daughter to take to Medical school , her first car. With what they want for a used car this was a no brainer and its loaded. Worth the drive ! The finance manager helped me out with the purchase ,he gave me 10 cents, thats another story.

Bought a used GMC Yukon in November. I was told they did a very extensive safety inspection The frame is totally rusted and was recently painted to hide it. Numerous electrical problems. Tire bead was bad so who ever did the inspection Is clearly incompetent. They had to notice that the tire went flat every day. Definitely will not purchase there again.

Being from out of town we worked with Ned over the phone and via email to ensure that the vehicle we wanted to look at was available and what we hoped it would be from the description on the website. I had found a used Ford Mustang that was priced at an excellent price and the car was immaculate. After finding this car in the Trader Times I found out that the car was over 4 hours away from my house. I was looking for a responsibly priced Mustang for my sons birthday. I couldn't find a car closer to my home to even compare to this car. I was unsure about purchasing this car just buy a picture until I started working with Katie. Katie was great to work with. I made her aware of why I was purchasing the car and how far we have to come to purchase a car without seeing it or driving it first. Katie took it in her own hands to take the car for a test ride and to tell me what flaws you couldn't see in a picture so I was not disappointed when we got there. I feel Katie treated this purchase and sale as if she was purchasing this car for herself! She was more concerned about us being happy with the car then she was trying to sell me a car. I have purchased many cars in the last 20 years and she is the first Sales Rep I have came across to not worry about making the sale but making sure I am getting what I am expecting. Katie made me feel very comfortable and I trusted her as if I have known her for many years. Even though I am 4 hours away I WILL make sure to contact Katie the next time I am looking for another vehicle new or used. The entire staff was friendly and kind not only to me but also to my family. My sales rep, Jackie, was very knowledgeable and walked me through every button, knob and feature the car offers; and there are a lot. The Finance team explained all charges in detail. The car was nicely priced under blue book value and had a car facts available. The vehicle itself was immaculate upon pick up.

I'd recommend family and friends to Heubner after having a great experience with Shane We made a 2 hour drive to buy the Chevy Malibu after talking with Shane because he was very upfront and honest about the vehicle. He even promised that we would love the car, he said if we drove to see it and it wasn't everything he said he would pay for the gas it took us to make the long drive out of his own pocket....very impressive! He even called to make sure we weren't lost but ever hounded us by phone or email as many other dealers had done. We we're in a bad car accident and needed to replace our totaled car asap. After finding the Chevy Malibu online I contacted Shane, he was ver upfront and honest about the details of the car. It was a 2 hour drive for us but we really liked the pictures and info posted about the car. My fiance talked with Shane and they went over every detail about the car. He even went out and check the car for additional info we were concerned with. We were still afraid to make that 2 hour drive. Shane assured us if the car wasn't exactly what he said it was he would pay for the gas that it took for our trip there out of his own pocket, that was impressive! So we made the trip, we got alittle of course due to following the directions on our gps instead of following Shane's directions....so after calling him to confirm we we're on our way and not getting there when he expected us, he called us to make sure we didn't get lost. After getting there....the car was great...just as he said so of course we purchased it. He even helped us alittle on the price just for making the long trip. I had contacted many dealers on several vehicles, I was hounded by a few of the salesmen by email and by phone calls to the point it turned me away from even looking at their vehicles. Shane did not do that, he was very professional and not over bearing. We plan to make another purchase within the next year, we will definitely look at their inventory first and hopefully deal with Shane again, this time there will be no hesitation in the 2 hour drive. Reliability of the Big 3 cars sent us looking for a dependable,long lasting vehicle. A few searches lead us to Honda and Subaru. I then searched top rated dealers and was surprised Huebners in Carrollton popped up. We headed down late one Saturday and were met by Jackie. Our main intention that day was just to drive a Subaru. Within minutes we were out on the road. After the driving, we discussed price ranges and models and she was very receptive to our budget...and would begin the search on Monday...because we had already kept her over a half hour already ! As we were driving to the Honda dealer we both knew it would be tough not to buy a car from Jackie. The "top rated " Honda dealer was one of the worst experiences of my life and should not have the word CLASS in their name at all. Dollars were all they wanted to make..not connections. The following Tuesday, we returned to Huebner and by our choice went over budget and bought the loaded Forester we had previously test drove and we couldn't be more satisfied with our decision and our salesperson, Jackie DeWitt.

This vehicle is the ninth vehicle puchased from Huebner Chevrolet since 1996. Starting withBrad Salisbury and then Jackie DeWitt the service has been exceptional from the beginning. Therehas been no pressure to buy while at the same time all questions were answered as best as possible.We live 35-40 minutes from the dealership and pass by other dealers on the way but prefer to dealwith people we know and trust.

Tryed to make a deal with a few dealerships but not satisfied with price & service by word of mouth.The smaller used car dealers could not provide the factory service that I would get at a biger dealership. I had previously bought a used trailblazer from Huebner last year at a great price & had some miner warranty issues with it & they had excellant service fixing the problem. Huebners had all ready gave me great all around service in ease of buying & warranty. My experence with the salesman Shane Laizure & Huebners was greater then average person to deal with, great service, great prices & no complaints.. JP

I am a tough customer and required much time, but never did Jackie show anything but patience and display a atmosphere of serving the customer. I had been in contact with many dealers in my initial research--Jackie was able to bring me on board to proceed with the purchase of a vehicle, even though I was prepared to delay the process for several months. Her patience and sense of humor is endless and it made the difference. If she did not have an answer, she immediately sought one (one time from John Leahy who is very knowledgeable about Subaru). One time in the cold of winter, jackie put on her boots, went out in the snow to find an immediate answer to one of my questions. Also! I am impressed that they say when you bring your vehicle in for service of any kind they give you a brand new Subaru to drive! I am not used to that! I love this feeling of confidence in my vehicle knowing that I paid for the extended warranty taking it to 9 yrs 125k miles and knowing that pretty much everything is covered and when and if something does need repaired...it won't be a major inconvenience.

I am very happy with my first Subaru Purchase. I think I am really going to like the car. I have been (and still am) a Die Hard Chevy person! I have a Chevy Salesman (in Hartville) that I trust more than anyone and have always bought Chevys off him, and have always felt like he did the greatest job at getting me any money off he could. I was very saddened that Chevy didn't make a vehicle that I was interested in right now. Well their Silverado is hott! but we already have one of those! I was replacing My Chevy HHR. I wanted something a little bit bigger, and AWD, and good gas mileage....I didn't really like the equinox and I dont know why. I liked the look of the infiniti EX, the BMW x1, the Subaru Crosstrek, & the Nissan Rogue. The not too big not too small size. It came down to looks, luxury, AWD, gas mileage, closeness of dealer and of course price. I felt Subaru would have better AWD than any other crossover vehicle. I must say a GOOD thing about buying my new Subaru is that I felt like I joined a family! I love the ownership badges! I think they are great! and I like that the people in the dealership act like they know you when you walk in, you are not a stranger. And I think I am really going to like the car, it's the most luxurious car I've ever owned...I got ALL the options! The only sad part was that Subaru doesn't seem to deal like Chevy does...no real bonus buys or cash back.

I would recommend Huebner Subaru and Shane Laizure to anyone and I will return there when my family is looking for an additional vehicle.

Very positive experience. Before I drove almost an hour away to this dealership, I asked around but no one in my circle had heard of Huebner. So I looked online, read the reviews, contacted Kira who seemed to be recommended by several others and decided to give it look. I am glad that I did as it was well worth the little extra drive. Everyone was very friendly and it didn't come across like fresh meat in the piranha tank. They all seemed willing to help each other out and work as a team. The stress of buying a car disappeared when we hit their lot. My new truck seems great so far and I anticipate we will be back to Huebner's before long. Next time we will be sure to bring some friends.

Just bought my fourth car from Ned McNutt at Huebners. Ned is always very detailed and thorough in explaining the car and its functions. He always makes the sale easy for the buyer by having total knowledge of the vehicle he is selling. I will continue to purchase my cars from him.

The whole dealership attitude was upbeat, helpful, and operated with a relaxed pace. The salesman (Rob Forbes) was patient and not the slightest bit pushy. Their facility was extremely clean, including the restrooms. Very refreshing Down-Home, Neighborly attitude throughout.

Good service period. Good service after the sale. Knowledgeable on there vehicles. Clean place, don't smell like old coffee and stale cigarette smoke like most places. I've been buying cars for years and always want a deal, I found it there, didn't feel cheated,overcharged. Just all around nice place. Take it from me I've shopped around. Want a good deal start,and end here, anyplace else your wasting time and money. Don't hurt to look, but might as well trade in yours and gets theirs. Thanks Kira.

A great salesperson and dealer! I went in fully prepared to do battle with a stereotypical, sleazy care salesman - the lowest form of life in my book. Instead, the staff was friendly, without being phony, and eager to please without pressure. Huebner's is definitely worth the drive and I will recommend it to others. I would alsosuggest asking for Kira Manbeck to assist you. She is particularly pleasant and helpful.

Kira was an excellent salesperson! She knew her vehicles. Very friendly! She gave us all the time we needed to decide what we wanted to do. They didn't have the car we wanted in their lot and the next day they had one in their for us. The rest of Heubner's people were great also! They stayed over on their time also to finish the deal. Definitely recommend them!

Always hate going car shopping, finding the right vehicle at the right price is never easy. We have purchased 7 cars from Jackie over the last 25 yrs and each time she has been able to find what we were looking for. She is never pushy, always friendly, very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for you. Even calling and setting up things on her day off. This last vehicle was a 4x4 truck for my husband who wasn't sure what he wanted and was unable shop because of crazy work hours. So to Huebner Chevrolet I went. Jackie is like a personal shopper! I told her I was looking for a 4x4 truck, monthly payment range and she took it from there. She showed me 2 trucks and the first one was the one we ended up purchasing.

I visited Huebner Subaru, first online. Cameron contacted me to talk about the Crosstrek. He let me know that the dealership did not have one in the lot at the time, but as soon as one arrived he would let me know. Two days later he called to let me know there was a Crosstrek there that was already sold, but I could still come up and look at it. During the visit he went over ever single detail about the vehicle. I have never had a salesman go over things like he did that day. I did not feel any pressure at any time, which made me feel great about dealing with Huebner Subaru for my next purchase. Because of my great experience, I will continue to go to Huebner first when I am looking for a new vehicle.

The experience at Huebner's was awesome. John took time to explain all sorts of information about Subaru - the company, AWD and why Subaru is a great value. We came into the dealership intending on buying a used car and after all the information was presented we decided to purchase the new Impreza. John has followed up with me several times and I know he will help me out with any questions. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Shane was very polite and helpful in buying our new car. We have never owned a Subaru before. He patiently explained the differences and we really enjoyed talking with him. We drove two models that night, and because we had a time issue, he went out of his way to help us make our decision. I would definitely come back to Shane Lazure for another vehicle.

I went to this dealership because I had already leased a car from them and the experience was excellent then. My used car buying experience was pretty good this time. I only have one thing to pick about. When I drove the vehicle I noticed the gas tank was empty, the salesperson commented on that too. I purchased the vehicle and went to pick it up a few days later, and the tank was still empty! I would have thought they would have put some gas in the tank! It was a good thing there was a gas station across the street!

When we came to Huebner Chevrolet Subaru we had no idea we would leave with a 2012 Equinox. We would like to say that Cameron was very helpful in walking us through the purchasing process and all the features on our Equinox. Sometimes there is a special connection between people and we immediately felt Cameron's sincerity in helping us. He was very professional and easy to talk with and knowledgeable pertaining to the Equinox. Both Cameron and the people in the dealership were 1st Class. As we had traveled one hour to get there we would do it again!

Cameron was very nice to work with, we appreciate his patience. Was not pleased with our trade in offers, especially in viewing the vehicles now online and seeing what they are asking for them. We don't feel autotrader.com is a fair pricing mechanism to use for pricing trade-ins...just our opinion!

I found the exact 2008 Ford Ranger I had been looking for months for at Huebner Chevrolet. I drove for over an hour to get there and Rob Forbes friendly customer service made it all worthwhile. He took my old 1986 Chevy Celebrity in as a down payment and very professionally handled all the paperwork, even making sure my insurance policy was transferred before I left the lot. I thought the Ranger was very reasonably priced with only 20,000 miles on it and was very pleased with the deal. My overall experience at Huebner Chevrolet was excellent and the whole transaction took only a few hours. In the future if I'm ever looking for a Chevy or a Subaru, Rob will be the first salesman I look up.

When it finally came time to trade my 12-year-old Subaru Forester in for a newer model, I turned to Huebner Subaru, and I've been so pleased with this choice. Shane Laizure was so accommodating and helpful in every way, and he worked hard to ensure that our trade-in value and sale price for an '08 Outback were fair and reasonable.
