This place was fabulous! Norma was a great help she and everyone else listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car. They were so friendly that by the end of the buying process I felt like we were more than just buyer and seller. Service was awesome Norma greeted me as soon as I stepped through the door. I felt no pressure to actually buy the car like I do in other places, she gave me the time to really think about and decide. It was great service.

I bought a car for these guys. I found the car to be in poor condition for the age of the car. But due to the cars price being so low I bought the car. The manager that sold me the car messed up the paper work and hindered my getting my license plates, When I asked about the plates I was told that he had sent mt home with the correct paper work and needed me to mail the paper work to him so he could fix the problem. I asked if this was the first car he had sold he responded no that it was just a simple mistake. I like the car but my over all experience wasn't the best and I feel the car was miss represented in the ad. But I am keeping the car and I do enjoy it. I would suggest making sure you check the paper work before you leave and look the car over very carefully before you buy the car!!!!

Went to buy a car. The car needed a repair before we would purchase it,cash deal. We were told we could comeback it should only take a couple hours. Offer to make a deposit. I was never directed to do that. We stated to the sales guy be back 5-6 do not sell it from under us. He agreed. So the office girl called almost 2 said it was ready. Husband advised be there 5-6 to get it. We hussle our day to get up there at 545, same sales guy says sold it about hour ago, he said office girl called to tell us, nope no call. What a let down.

About 2 weeks ago I was looking for a used car, and I came across house of kars spoke to the sales person (Jaime) he was very helpful answered all my questions. Everybody was just so friendly. I bought a Honda Accord it's been running perfectly fine I would highly recommend this dealership.

Im from Texas and i just moved to the VA area and was looking for a nice used vehicle.I came across this place and i can say i felt so happy going to House Of Kars for my vehicle.Customer service was great a sales person name Jaime helped really helpful young man and understandable about my budget wise,Gave good details about the car and know how to explain everything to me as in gas that woluld be best for my car and other certain little details .I can honestly say i am so happy with my new 2009 NISSAN ALTIMA

I brought a car from here in October (almost two months ago). Christian was my sales person. He appeared to be helping me purchase a car in my price range and suggested a few vehicles. I ultimately chose one. We went through the paperwork process (which was recorded by my daughter) who was filming with her tablet for her YouTube video. We drove the car home. Not even a week later we had problems with the vehicle. It leaked fluid while parked. I called and spoke with the salesperson, who instructed me to call my auto insurance company and have it towed to the shop. It was 6:45pm. When I asked what time they closed, I was told 10:00. Only to get to Manassas from Arlington at 9:35 and they were closed. I missed class, but Okay- mistakes happen and that could've definitely been a misunderstanding. Now I need to Uber to a train station and hop on the metro. An inconvenience but not the end of the world. I call the next day and asked if the problem was fixed and was told " yeah, you can come get it, we didn't see anything wrong with it". So I guess it was just tired of the coolant and decided to spit it out??? ...but nothing's wrong?? Wait, it gets worse.... I park the vehicle until I can get a legit mechanic to take a look at it. Last week I decided to use the vehicle to pick up my kids because my everyday car is too small to fit us all. I'm driving down the street and hear air leaking. I check all windows and realized it was coming from the sunroof. I push the button to close the sunroof, thinking the roof wasn't closed all the way, which was why there was air leakage. WRONG!!! I pushed the button and the entire glass to the sunroof came off, while driving down a busy street, during rush hour. I flew behind me and crashed to the ground. The sealant holding the glass was totally defective. I called the sales guy again. He says he can order a sunroof. Nope, not to replace it because it the reputable thing to do but to have me pay for it, even though I have not had the vehicle even two months. To top it off the transmission sounds and acts weird when traveling up hills. I was given the number to the warranty company, which probably is a crock of crap too! Please do yourself a favor and run. Matter of fact, if you want a car that may or may not work, just go next door to the auto auction. At least you know what you may be facing. I'm going to exhaust all options. Something is going to be done!

This is the 3rd car I brought from a dealership. That being said this is the first time I didn't feel pressured. The staff there are just pleasant to deal with. Cristian did a great job in explaining how the process works and be understood when I told him I was still in shopping stay. His exact word were "I understand you want to make the right discussion it's a big purchase. It's not everyday you buy a car". All the other dealers I went to were pushing me to buy that day. And he didn't. I came the next day and was ready. He then took me to Sonny who did my financing. I didn't have good credit due to recent divorce but sonny made it happen! He did a great job and took his time to explain my financing terms. I would recommend House of Kars to everyone and have nothing but good things to say! Thanks guys!

Me and my girlfriend brought a car from here we live in maryland on the way home the check engine light came on i called the dealer they said we was on our own so i took it to the shop and they fixed the knock sencer i know this was replaced because they gave me the old one so after 2 weeks go by the check engine light starts flashing and shuts down on me so i had to pay to get it towed we calls the warranty company the told the shop to start working on it and it need a new motor they only paid $1400 of a $2000 bill leaves us to pay $600 out of pocket so we called the dealer to c if they would pay the difference and they said no but they would fix it and deal with the warranty company but we had to pay half of the tow bill which would have been $125 we have had the car less then a month and already put in $2000 into it for parts tow bill labor

I went to purchase a H2 with cash on a Wed night. I was guaranteed the car would pass MD inspection and this had to be done within 2 weeks in order to get tags. On the drive home from Manassas to Md the engine light came on and they told me to bring it right back up and they would fix it. I explained I would be able to that weekend as I had to work. In between bringing the car back I did purchase on my own parts to eventually have a complete tune-up on the car as I didn't know when this was last done. I left the parts in the car but never gave permission for the mechanic at House of Kars to use them. When I dropped the car off they were nice enough to let us use a loaner car for the day as they didn't know how long it would take. After about 5 hours; they said we could take it home and they would call us. They did have the car for a short while not being able to fix it. It was on a weekday both my wife and I had to call off work because the window in the loaner car had broke in the down position so we had to drive back to Manassas to drop that car off. We called them ahead and let them know we were now done and just wanted our money back since they had the car for over a week with no resolution. When we got to the shop they did give me a check for a full refund and I had asked to get all of my parts out of the truck and they told me that I couldn't at that time I had to come back and they would call me and let me know. Did they not know that I drove from Md to Manassas. I had to come back the next weekend and get my parts and after getting home, I noticed that some of them had been used by the mechanic. I called Sonny and asked him about it, but he just denied it. Who else would use them. I lost over $ 400 because I could not return any of those parts not to mention all the gas I used to go back and forth each time.

My sales rep cristian was great.did a awesome job of getting me in a car while all other dealers was telling me.no they were looking at something that was out of my control basing their opinions of that fact even when I explained what happen but im glad I went there thanks so much to all you guys but more to my sells rep seen me even when the the dealership closed went out of his way. This is an update of an update! Back in April we bought a 2006 Volkswagen passat for our 17 year old at the time. It has been almost three months and her car is still running great! We purchased this car with half our money and half a loan. I was very skeptical on this place.... My daughter found them.... I have to say after dealing with them and owning this car for just about three months there has been no problems with this car. Our daughter starts college in the fall and we feel very confident on her commute . Sonny did us right... And we feel confident on returning business his way...I do recommend house of kars

I recently bought a used Toyota from House of Kars and for my first car buying experience, it was not as painful as I would have imagined but instead very pleasant. When I showed up to the place to check the car out, the staff here was very relaxed (not pushy at all), answered my questions, and let me take the car for a test-drive. I would like to note that getting into the place and finding decent parking was a little bit tight due to choice of real-estate. I basically spent the entire evening in the car before I bought it because the staff even let me take it to get a pre-purchase inspection at a mechanic of my choosing. The car has a few issues (trim, rear bumper, and small cosmetics), some of which I noticed before buying, and they let me get the car with a few hundred dollars off. Because I paid for it upfront in cash, I cannot say anything of their financing services, and because I got some cash off the listed price I wasn't able to get any dealer warranties. It's been 8 days since I've bought the Toyota and I'm still waiting on my title to come thru the mail. The dealer said it would take up to 10 days so....we'll see what happens. Overall I'm very satisfied with my Toyota and will remember House of Kars if I go into the market for cars again.

Got an used Audi A4 from this place and they mentioned everything works absolutely fine and I confirmed it multiple times and sold to me AS-IS. When the vehicle was delivered, it came with multiple problems on the exteriors but the biggest issue was oil consumption which I got to know after a week when I got the sign on the dashboard. I wrote a mail to them and they wouldn't help me at all saying they wouldn't know if since they don't drive the car. There is no way it would pass the inspection since the oil was totally black and few other problems as well which the Audi dealer confirmed. Don't buy the car from this place. Not recommended at all unless and otherwise you are ready to spend another couple of thousand dollars.

Update.... the car has passed P.A. Inspection! Our daughter is very happy! The only one thing about the experience with a flaw was the car was not clean in or out, Other than that we highly recommend. Thanks sonny for all your help and honesty.

Bought a car today from here. So far so good we made it home no problems2 hrs away! This week PA inspection same asVa we shall see if hold up to what they say for passing. Bought this car for our daughter who starts college in the fall. Had to get loan for over half of it. Needed a dependable car for her to commute we will keep you updated. At this point Sonny was a great help and very patient with me because I was so Leary on buying a used car and the problems that come with a used car. Just want a good used car for our daughter that is safe to use for her for school and work.

Buying process was easy & even though purchasing "as-is", I still thought I was purchasing a decent truck. The check-engine light was on however the onsite mechanic supposedly corrected the issue prior to purchase. I was led to believe that I had purchased a functioning vehicle that would pass inspection in my state (since it had a VA inspection sticker), however all issues were not addressed & the mechanic obviously cleared the error codes to remove the check engine light without correcting or revealing other issues. So yes, completely my fault in trusting this purchase without verifying the condition of the car first. Lesson learned - they're a dealership, so buyer beware should always apply. In the end, I purchased in cash what I thought was a pretty good deal, however I spent a total of $4,000 in repairs on the vehicle 2 days after purchase just so it could pass state inspection to receive a title, registration & license plates. Now it is again at the shop (a very reputable & long-time trusted one) for the remainder of necessary repairs (items again not covered by the "warranty" that came with the vehicle,) and I'm out an additional $2k. I have not even put 300 miles on the truck since purchase but have shelled out over $6k so far to bring it to a safe operating condition. So much for the great "deal" from House of Kars. Luckily this is only a 3rd, occasional use car for me so the week+ that it has been in the shop is not so bad, but unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience provide any positive comments for House of Kars at this time. With this absurd amount of repair expenses, I would have certainly been better off purchasing a more costly, newer vehicle with less miles from a reputable dealership not selling "inspected" vehicles as-is. I'm amazed if not skeptical that this vehicle passed inspection with all of the issues it had - broken sway bar, broken struts, cracked manifold & exhaust, bad O2 sensors, small windshield cracks, side mirrors not functioning, etc. These are standard safety issues in most states, so I think the "inspection" sticker on the vehicle was also misleading. Buyer beware & have the vehicle looked over by an outside mechanic before purchase as these vehicles are indeed as-is. In short, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY DECISION TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HOUSE OF KARS, and wish I would have instead demanded to return the vehicle or resold it immediately instead of investing the first $4k in repairs immediately after purchase.

I was in the market for a 4th vehicle just for commuting to keep the mileage of my newer ones until I retire in a few years. At my age comfort is more important than gas mileage and I found a great low mileage Lincoln LS that won't get any worse gas mileage than my SUV or Truck and is comfortable and won't kill my back with the harsh ride of the econoboxes. There was no pressure to buy and I felt quiet relaxed. I would definitely go back here again.

I bought a 2003 acura tl from house of Kars and the service was great. The car was well priced and runs very well. When i bought the car the cd changer was not working and they fixed it free of charge. Also the car ws very dirty from the inside an they cleaned it free of charge. This is a great dealership and they have great customer service. I would highly recomend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.

House of Kars got me the car i wanted! The car i was looking for was the scion FRS and their service was fast. The scion FRS was very hard to find at the time and the dealers were overpricing it, but house of Kars got it for me for a good deal! This is a good dealership and i highly recommend it for people who want to buy great well priced cars.

My son bought a manual car here. Young and a first time buyer, not knowing much about cars, he drove it, loved it, bought it. The dealer was nice and helpful at the time of purchase but not after that when we had problems with the care two days later the engine light came on. Called the dealer, they have no mechanic on the premises. Went to register the car, found out it needed an emissions. Took it to my mechanic and it would not pass emissions. Found out the car had aftermarket parts and a whole lot of other problems. The car was in the shop for 4 weeks after troubleshooting and replacing parts for it it pass emissions. I was told by the dealer, they use a mechanic down the street to inspect their cars. Although, they do not do much but look at it. Spent more to fix the car then what I bought the car for. How do you sell cars and not make sure they pass emissions and state inspection. I also, had to replace two front tires because one tire was bald, not sure how that passed inspection. BAD EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN.
