Although I did not purchase my vehicle at the House, it is the closest dealer to my work location. I purchased my vehicle in February and it really needed a detail job. I never wanted a black colored vehicle but this one came equipped with everything I wanted. . . so, I ate my words. The detail portion of the House has very good reputation and I was specifically sent to see Hector. I discussed what my issues were and he confidently expressed he could take of each of them which he and his staff in fact did.My service tech was Simon Chen. A hassle free car buying experience from House of Imports Mercedes. As my husband and I set out to replace our Mercedes we returned to House of Imports. We called Nick and told him what we were looking for. When we arrived he had the perfect car picked out and ready for us to test drive. We told Nick what we were willing to pay, he worked with the amazing finance department and brought back a deal we couldn't refuse. This is the 5th car we have bought here and though I pass several dealers between work and home, I always return to HOI to purchase and for service because they are always fair and take such good care of their customers.

Great experience for me. Got an amazing deal thrown at me, literally there was no reason to even haggle. A couple hours later I handed them my e350 keys and left in my dream car a blue s550 with the amg sports package. Thanks Kevin, Mike and mark. Call before go in has an estimate for oil change give model and year of the car when get in service said your car need more oil I feel stupid reason if want to charge me more after service complete told me my car needs some work done but can't give me an estimate because don't know how much for parts? Another stupid answer again , parts dept is open why not call and ask . How I recommend my friend if I 'm not happy with my service .....thank you to send me survey otherwise I can't express my feeling...........I've been customer and stop for couple years and will try for one more time but still not improve.............good luck in business.

The House of Imports met all of my needs and expectations for purchasing my brand new 2017 E300. They offered me an excellent price without all the haggle and headache of purchasing a new car. It seems that other dealers want to keep you in their facility for hours prior to giving you a price. This does not work for me. Jason Hogben and David Gonzales was straightforward to the bottom line. I love my new mercedes. It is gorgeous and has a lot of pep. Convenient location off the 5 Fwy.

After shopping for a car for the last few weeks I had no idea which car I wanted. I began to become anxious because my current vehicles lease was about to end and Inbad no idea what vehicle I wanted and my anxiety got worse after expierencing horrible customer service at Range Rover & Volvo both in person aswell as online customer service. Finally I decided to check out Mercedes and BMW. I went to Mercedes in Buena Park first and leased a vehicle sold to me by a super friendly and attentive man, Tony. Tony gave my husband and I excellent service, no matter how many questions we had, or going back in forth with us when I couldn't make up my mind on which Mercedes vehicle I wanted, I am pretty indecisive and very picky. Yet Tony handled himself very professionally and worked his rear off too meet every need and concern I had. My husband liked him a lot too and he never likes anyone. I was really impressed with the Mercedes staff too, everyone was super kind and attentive. I love my new Mercedes, I'm so glad I met Tony and he was so great, That I forgot about going to test drive the BMW . Overall I would rate my experience Outstanding!

Best experience I've had thus far purchasing a car. My husband and I were referral clients so we received a call from Mark Newton. That night we called him back and discussed with him what we were looking for. After 10 minutes on the phone he went over different finance and leasing options. That night we decided which car we wanted, called Mark again and he sent the online credit application and told us to come in on Saturday morning to complete the paper work. Saturday morning we met with his team member Nick Salaman. Again Nick was extremely professional and personal. He already had our paperwork and car ready. Signed the papers with Nick, went to finance to finalize the deal and were in and out under an hour. Nick showed us all the awesome features our new car had and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before leaving. He introduced us to the GM and told us whenever we needed anything to call him anytime. Seek Nick, Mark and Boomer (finance) out if possible because they are amazing!!!!! WE LOVE our new vehicle and felt so welcomed and taken care of from the first phone call.

I got a flat tire on the freeway just after I took my new GLE from the dealer. I called the Manager Sam for help, he and his team arranged the roadside assistant service right away for me. Roadside arrived within 30 mins and changed the tire for me, awesome! I didn't want to drive with the spare tire and want the original tire back on the car, so I took my car to the dealer service center direct. It's around 4pm when I got there. It is another good experience that the service manager Bill took my car for service straight, everything was checked and fixed before their service closed at 5pm! Exceptional services!

The people I dealt with at HOI were very nice. However, when we brought our GLK350 in for it's first Service "A", I was not impressed with the attention to details our service writer showed. We asked twice during our initial service write up to have our tires rotated. When our car was brought to the check out area to be picked up, I noticed the tires were not rotated. Although our service person did end up getting our tires rotated, when I brought up the fact that the tires weren't rotated, he indicated that tires aren't rotated until the Service "B". That may be true, but why didn't he mention that during our preliminary meeting to go over the details before our car was serviced? He would have let us leave thinking the rotation was done (as asked twice). Why didn't he say the rotation wouldn't be done during the initial meeting instead of telling us the car was ready to go?Then, after the rotation was finally done, he gave us our car back with a CEL light on. They are a MBZ dealer. Did no one even LOOK at the cluster before telling us the car was ready to go? Over an hour later, they FINALLY diagnosed the CEL was due to one of their "techs" not tightening the gas cap correctly. Over an hour for an MBZ dealer to figure that out?Doesn't exactly give us any confidence in our experience with HOI. Not only were we led to believe the tires were rotated (when they weren't), it took over an hour for them to figure out the CEL they caused.I was impressed with our purchase with HOI, but not at all with their service work.Again, the people were nice, & friendly. Just wish things would have been more upfront & handled better.

This is hands down the best dealership experience I ever had, because it was quick, painless and transparent. Make sure you see Jim Ononui.I had just come from a very well known Mercedes dealership near the beach, who lied to me about matching a really great offer I had on a 2016 GLC just to get me in the door: after promising they'd match or better my offer from another dealership over the phone as long as I came in, they jerked me around for an hour before having the GM tell me they would not match and that the offer I had was a lie. I came to see Jim Ononui, who reached out to me and said he'd match it over email. Within 15 minutes of talking to him, he not only matched it, but threw in a different color scheme and shipping (was shipping the car 300 miles) for free! That was an additional $1000 of freebies right there. I finished tge paperwork and left with the best car buying experience ever.I would highly reccomend Buena Park Mercedes and Jim Ononui if you're buying a new Mercedes. He is honest, transparent and pleasant. That is much better than what I can say about my experience at the other dealership.

My experience of car purchase at this dealership was a mixed bag. Everything workrd out at the end but it had a few problems getting there. My sales person was Aleh Lekhtsikau. He was informative about the car and was a pleasant person overall. Up to the point of purchase everything was good. I was told by him that I have been approved for x% of apr and their dealership is trying to get me a better rate. I believed him signed the contract and drove off with the car.After 2 days I received a call from the dealership saying that the the interest rate approved by the bank is twice of what was told to me. They also further stated that the loan approval was only conditional which Aleh never thought of mentioning. I am not sure if he was unaware of it or he was just trying to sell the car under false pretext but under any circumstances his this mistake caused me a lot of trouble.After finding out the truth I handled this situation by providing a cosigner. In the entire process dealerships finance department was very cool and kept me well informed of the entire process and I feel they did their best to get me the best rates.If only Aleh would have been equally transparent I would not have to go through all the trouble.

This has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever purchased a vehicle from. To label them xxxxxx BAGS would be an understatement. They have a D- rating with BBB and now I know why. If I am correct it is California law to have a window sticker on the car at delivery. Not only was the window sticker not on the car they have refused to get me the original or order a new one. It has been almost 3 months now and I am not even sure if I got the right vehicle or paid the right price based on options on the vehicle. They have done nothing but lie every time I call or email. If they lie over something this little I wonder how many other lies did I not catch. Do yourself a favor avoid this dealership at all costs they are xxxxxxxx who give Mercedes Benz a bad rap!!

Had some issues with the car. Sam, my service advisor, took the time to figure everything out and never made me feel rushed or unwelcome. To be honest, house of imports needs to clone Sam, he is that good. Also, wanted to thank Gideao the greeter. Gideao espects the customers to perfection and understands that his great and friendly attitude right from the beginning , make the whole service experience a pleasure and not a chore!! Just wonderful. Lucky to have Gideao! He is as good as they get.

Came in on Saturday morning for my appointment. George Chala helped me with my repairs. Told me that the fuel leak could not be fixed until Monday, so he arranged a courtesy rental car until Monday. The regular schedule maintenance was done on Saturday and I was informed that several other repairs were highly recommended. I declined them at this time. Monday came around and my car was ready to be picked up in the afternoon. I had a pleasant experience working with George. He seems very knowledgeable with the technical aspects of the various models and does not seem to be condescending to the customer, unlike what I heard from another service advisor nearby. I would do business again with George at House of Imports.

I remembered my positive experience i had with this dealer last year so i decided to check their used car inventory. I found the car i wanted with all the options i wanted so i called the salesman i dealt with last year. He was with a customer and said he would call me back. He called me back and i told him what i wanted, he made arrangements to meet the next day to look at the car. I had not planed to purchase the car that day. Facility is great. All expensive cars are available to sit in (some dealerships don't allow to sit in cars with value greater than $150000). Very good choice of cars. Excellent pricing. Have been waiting for a while before our sales rep got to us. We spent first 5 to 10 minutes in the showroom with no one paying attention to us.Once our sales person came to us the customer service became great. We saw as many cars as we wanted. We took our time and the sales person was very helpful. We came on a busy day - 3rd of July, So we were waiting for a long time for our turn to sign all papers and close the deal. Let me start by saying I didn't really care for Mercedes until I saw the CLA 250 and I had my mind set on that vehicle so I started doing my research and price comparing review reading and so forth. I sent a inquire to Kevin Houston he asked me to come down I did he found me the exact CLA 250 I wanted we test drove we went and started negotiating the down payment for leasing the vehicle they ran my credit asked me about a pervious open auto loan I had opened which was from my previous vehicle that was a total loss so here I am with a auto loan open for 3000dollars which I plan to pay in full but because some teenager hit me and totaled out my car I have to look for a car like asap I asked them is that going to be a issue they say no so long story short they get me in my car I wanted let me go home two days later credit karma says I have 4 hard inquires. A week later on a Sunday Michael in the finance dept calls and says he can't get me financed well youhuyssent me home with a car for a whole week your just seeing you couldn't get me financed I had got the windows tinted which they refused to reimburse me for Michael just acted really nasty compared to when he initially had me in the office signing the contract I was really disappointed in this establishment I feel they should not have signed a contract with me if they didn't have a for sure answer about me being financed. It was embarrassing for me it felt like I had a car repossed. The sales guy Kevin was a pleasure to deal with its just really sad he has to work for incompetent people.

This place was a clean facility. It Seemed for wealthy people and we felt we didn't belong. First, we were out by the cars outside waiting on someone to come out and no one would show up! I had to call in to let them know we were outside waiting to be helped. After 15-20 min waiting and after my call someone finally came out! That was bad! But the gentleman apologized and proceeded with our interest! Our service there took a whopping 4 hrs and it was worth it. We love our GLK and would recommend anyone who wants a mercedes to go there. Even though I did not buy a car I'm still giving them a 5 star rating because of my personal experience with sales person James Ononui. I was looking to purchase (not lease) a 2015 C-Class and contacted Jim though the internet department. He gave me an excellent price and suggested I come down for a test drive and to check out all the available color combinations. We set up a time and he made sure my preferred colors were available for inspection. Jim was very knowledgeable about the product and I found him to be very upfront - did not feel he was trying to rip me off. He was able to locate the specific car I wanted and actually gave me an even better price. Seems MB made some more $$ available to the dealers since my initial contact. He even told me to check out the on-line pricing of the prepaid maintenance program before talking with finance who would likely try to charge me even more. I was ready to pull the trigger but...I actually checked out the prepaid maintenance plan. $1275 for two oil changes and two oil change/brake fluid change/cabin dust filter changes - which seemed very steep. Add in the necessary brake replacement and any optional recommended services (such as flushes) and you are looking at alot of $$ just for routine maintenance during the warranty period. Once outside this period, you have to start adding stuff that just starts breaking and/or wearing out. No wonder their 5-year cost of ownership is so high. As luck would have it Consumer Report just announced that the brand new CLA had the worst reliability of any car and that the newly redesigned S-Class also had a multitude of reliability issues. Their advice, wait a few years until MB works out the bugs on their new models. None of this is news to or much of a concern for lessors, but to me it was a deal breaker.However James Ononui was one of the best sales persons I have worked with. I just decided not to buy due to issues which he had no control over. If you want a MB, contact Jim - you will not be disappointed.

In October I purchased for my wife a 2012 C 250 from Paul Alfano with the House of Imports and am very pleased with the process. I spent the better part of a day researching and talking to 6 of the MBZ dealerships in So Cal. I had no desire to drive from lot to lot and wanted to do this deal via the phone and email. Most of the dealers were not to receptive to doing business this way however when I told Paul he immediately said he would work with me. I had identified a car on their website that fit my requirement and within an hour we agreed on a price. I drove down after work looked the vehicle over noticed a small cosmetic issue which they agreed to fix. I purchased the car and drove it home. A few days later Paul was gracious enough to drive to my house with a loaner car, picked up my car to get the cosmetic issue fixed and a few days later returned with my vehicle. So overall I am very pleased and most important is my wife loves the car.

I purchased a ML 350 a few months ago. I was happy with the level of service they provided me during the sale however when it came down to the finance department cancelling my warranties I purchased through them on my C300 which I traded in for my ML 350 since they couldnt transfer the warranties to the new vehicle, it was a whole different experience. The Finance department said it was going to take 4 months to get my reimbursement which I gave them the benefit of the doubt, followed up on the status and it still wasnt taken care of and finance associate promised it was going to be taken care of immediately and it still wasnt. I reached out to the director of finance and never bother to call back. I ended up taking matter in to my own hands and had to do the work myself. Couldnt believe a Mercedez dealer could treat loyal customers this way. Will never recommend nor purchase any more vehicles from this dealership. Poor follow up process and bad customer service from finance department.

We stopped in this dealership and from the first meeting with Jason it was all about what I was looking for and wanted as well as how the E-class compared with other vehicles on my list. While we did not buy the first visit they set the bar very high for service for all other dealerships that I visited. My teenage son even noticed the difference in service that we received. Do not come to House of Imports to buy your car! Go to Penske or Walters, I haven't encountered such terrible customer service in a long time! The finance manager Stephen needs to go back to training. Mercedes-Benz is a prestigious car lot and customer need to be treated really well. I failed to see that. I would NEVER go back. He made no attempt to help with the deal, it's facts! To add to that sales person Nick S. Lied and said he would have the second key (spare) key available for pick up the following Monday. Lies! He came back and said I had to buy it! You call that excellent customer service? Please don't waste your time going there!!!!!

Purchased a used Mercedes GL. It was a 'manager's special' and while the buying experience was fine and smooth, they had a take it or leave it attitude about the car's condition. Before detailing I asked for a few things to be taken care of but they were brushed off 'because you're getting such a good price.' The car was not cleaned well and was missing some components, like the remote for the rear seat DVD players (which cant be used without a remote). The salesman promised twice to mail it to me, didn't do so and stopped responding to my emails. This is my second Mercedes (first was from another dealership) so I was surprised at the poor customer service. The car is great. I would definitely buy another Mercedes but not from House of Imports.

Buying a car from the HOUSE was again a pleasant experience. Both Josephine and Sam Hwang made me feel like they only paid attention to me. I'm happy with the car and very happy with the price I paid !! I can only give them the highest recommendations, I know where I'll go next time I need a new car.

Bought a certified pre-owned MB on my first visit to the dealer. I had done a LOT of research, a lot of looking and this was my second MB purchase. The salesman, RJ, was informative, knowledgeable, respectful and really got me a great deal on my trade-in as well as my purchase. I was never "turned over" to a manager (I hate that), but just worked with RJ after my intial contact with David. My referral to this dealer was through the Costco Car Buying Program; that inquiry led to a reply from David, the Costco rep, and then when I arrived unscheduled, RJ helped me. I couldn't have been more pleased with the all personnel I encountered at this dealership.Everything from test drive to discussion to finance was handled in a professional, relaxed and informative way. Probably the best car-buying experience I've had in my 30 years of buying cars.

t was an great experience! My wife and I just visited there once and made our decision. Luiz is the most helpful representative I have ever met, he does not pushes you and gives you space to make your decision. He's so nice and so considerate. I would definitely give him a 10 score!!!

House Of Imports was extremely helpful and made my car buying process great. Wasn't stressful at all. All the employees who helped us were very friendly and more than happy to answer all my questions and provide me with excellent customer service. The salesman were friendly and helpful to make sure I was happy with the entire process. Financing was helpful and quick. The service department has been great as well. I would definitely buy another car here, and will be coming back for any services and car washes that they offer for my new car!

This is the second car I've bought at Mercedes Benz House of Imports and expect to buy another one in a year or 2 for my younger son. I must say, I've had the best experience here. Our repeat salesman, Arnold Alix was very helpful, honest and professional. He explained everything we needed to know and made the process very easy. We felt very impressed with his top notch customer service. Arnold also made follow-up phone calls to us to make sure everything was alright. If you are considering purchasing a car at this dealership, you will be very pleased!

Excellent Service! Usually only people with bad experiences write online reviews so I wanted to balance the favor. Good job to the Marketing guy at autonation for the professional email asking for a review. 5 stars for sure for all my Benzs from House... David Kim (maybe Kym?) in finance is professional and intelligent and knows what he is doing. No 50 guys out front stalking you when you drive up, no "closers" and let's make a deal clowns. Recently went on some other lots for lower end cars and was appalled. You will be treated right and as to be expected they want to sell cars, I like to buy cars so it's 5 stars and if its a Benz I always make the drive even though I am 2 minutes from Fletcher Jones. So on a final note I'm up in Newport Coast and Fletcher is such a joke and pretentious it makes me sick. Make the drive to HOI instead.

just bought a new c class and had a great experience with this dealership. primarily a great experience with the Hwang sales group. they were very friendly and attentive. they did not pressure me and gave a very good price from the beginning so there was no significant haggling during the process. would highly recommend seeing someone from this sales group if you're looking to buy a car from this dealership.

We purchased a GLK 350. Purchasing the vehicle was actually a pleasant experience. It was quick and easy. The car is beautiful and so much fun to drive (lots of fun bells and whistles). Our salesman was brand new to the facility and really seemed to know his stuff.

If youe looking for a MB, House of Imports is the place to go. I can say enough good things about this dealership. For starters, Ho Yi, my salesman, was an absolute a joy to work with. He is so kind, incredibly patient, and is a Fleet Manager who will help you get the best deal on your car. We went on 5 test drives.. make that 6, over 3 visits before making my purchase, and not once did I feel pressured or coerced into buying a car. He is always smiling, and there to help you feel comfortable with every decision you make. Even his assistant was amazing! Also, the Finance Manager, Takeo, took the time to go over every last detail, answered all of my questions, and was so friendly and easy to work with. This was the best car buying experience, ever! I would like to add, my previous purchase was at Southbay MB, which was a total nightmare. I would not purchase a car from them again. House of Imports is the way to go. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. :)

I just wanted to share my recent experience with the House of Imports in Buena Park, California. If you are considering a purchase at this dealer, new or pre-owned, I would caution that you pay close attention to the details.I have purchased a vehicle from the House of Imports in the past, resulting in a very good experience. Unfortunately, this last experience proved to be the opposite.The initial test drive and inspection of the vehicle was a good experience. They provided us with a vehicle history report and the clean Carfax. We didnt initially agree on the selling price, but the sales manager was very courteous and up front with us about pricing. He gave us the trade-in cost of the vehicle and the amount of money the dealer had to incur for repairs (tires, brakes, maintenance, etc). Since we didnt initially agree on the purchase price, the sales manager offered to call us back in the future when they adjust their selling price if the car does not sell. We agreed and left the dealer satisfied.One week later, we receive a call from the House of Imports. They counter-offered a deal which we accepted. After carefully looking at the vehicle history report and the supposed repairs the dealer completed on the vehicle, we requested them to include servicing the supercharger clutch bearing. They could not honor that request as they said they have already incurred over $3500 in repairs and maintenance. One of those maintenance issues included the motor mounts, as well as a brand new battery. Before completing the sale, we also requested the dealer to resolve the warning lamps noted in the dash. It mentioned a bulb/lamp faiure. The dealer said they would take care of the issue. After taking the vehicle home and allowing it to sit in the garage for 2 days before we could add it to the insurance coverage, the car did not start. It required a jump start, not only once, but every time thereafter. Since the car was purchased out of warranty, we took it to a certified independent mechanic. He found out that the battery was never replaced and that the motor mounts were not new. This has been our trusted mechanic for over 20 years, so we knew he was not pulling a fast one on us. We kept those parts to prove that these items were never replaced. We brought it to the attention of the dealer, and they said that the vehicle history report is For internal use only. However, they used this report as part of the sales tactics to assure us the vehicle was in great mechanical condition, and as a way of telling us that they had very little margin in turning a profit due to the costs of the maintenance items.This misrepresentation was considered fraudulent, and we should have immediately reported this to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Reports, Department of Motor Vehicles, etc. However, we gave the House of Imports the opportunity to resolve the issue by reimbursing us for the cost of the repair as well as replacing what we found out to be aftermarket high intensity discharge headlights which caused the warning light failure. After waiting for the dealer to resolve the issue, they did not get back to us, so we contacted Mercedes Benz of North America and informed them of their fraudulent sales tactics. MBUSA mentioned that each dealer operates independently, but advised us they will make an attempt to resolve the issue. Needless to say, the House of Imports never offered a resolution to the issue. I just wanted to share this experience for those of you considering a purchase at the House of Imports. Im sure others have had very good experiences with this dealer as we have in the past, but unfortunately our last experience was very disappointing. Our family, my sister, and my brother intend to purchase other MB cars in the future as we have owned about 9 between the three of us families, but never again are we going to purchase from the House of Imports in Buena Park, California.

We bought a MB CLK350 from this dealer who treated us great and got us great financing and even fed us! We live about 75 miles away so it was a long day that the Sales person (Violet) made seem like a visit same with the financing department. Great place to buy a car! Very happy with the car too!

Just took possession of a 2011 E350 and must say these guys are the best, especially Arnold in new car sales...absolutely zero pressure and frankly quite helpful (delivered our last E350 to the house!). Like most of us we're busy with work and have little time to spend time "haggling" over every line item. Arnold worked much of the transaction over the phone and offered a blowout price without having to waste time. When I arrived the deal was the same, no changes. I also worked with Susan in finance and she was very helpful and not pushy to offer extras such as pre-paid service and wear & tear insurance, for which I ultimately purchased both. She will work on the price too for these extras that seem unnecessary at first until one thinks about having to service the car anyway, and why take the chance of having to fork out money for scratches, wheel damage (easy to do) and argue over whether the tires are good or not later. It's easy to get the best price and shop it around, but I believe those who offer the best price should get the sale.

I took my car in for service A maintenance. I brought in a coupon printed out from their website ($100 off the regular price. Pretty good huh). Asked them to look at brake, too. After all, they did my rear brake, service A, and replace struts.In the end, after 1 day of work, they ended up with bad service: the coupon was not honored, the hood could not be closed properly (anyone can open the hood from outside and take out battery if he wants), chip on back door handle, scratchs on body, and they did not even bother to fill up water for windshield. I wonder if they did a inspection all fluids as stated in the service A description. When I brought the car back to correct these problems, I did not receive even an apology.The service advisor was nice, though.

Brought my CLS to House of Imports after the horrible experiences at Fletcher. Never any issues after getting the car back. Great service and always willing to help take care of any issues. Cost is very competitive with all local dealers for standard service. Willing to price match other dealers. Brake job on the ML500 was $1600 at Fletcher, Steven brought it down to $1100. =D

Matt Lerop (Service Advisor) was great in finding all the issues with my 2002 C230k, when I took it in for oil change. My car still have one month left on the Mercedes extended warantee, therefore, I didn't have to pay anthing for fixing the gas pan leak and etc...... I was afraid I only have one month left on my exended warrantee,and Memo Leon (Finance Manager) helped me with puchasing a Total Care from Easy Care Service Contract company for the peace of mind, at a great savings. Thank you both for the great customer service experience.

Watch these guys like a hawk. Took my car there for a oil change service and they found about 4 things wrong with my car totaling $3,200. Told me it would be dangerous for me to drive the car off their lot. I took it to another dealer and told them what these guys said was wrong, they checked it out and not one thing was wrong with the car. I would never, ever do any business with these people ever again.

Purchased a 2003 clk in February 2003. What a terrible experience. I waited 7 months for the car and was constantly assured my car would be here first in December then January, then Feb. They told me my order had been placed when in fact it was never placed until four months after it was ordered. This was because I initially didn't want a sunroof but then changed my order at that time to which time they said, "oh no dealer would place such an order because it would be so difficult to sell" If they had told me that four months earlier instead of accepting my order and telling me it would arrive soon I would have changed it or gone somwhere else. I was lied to regarding the status of my car, shown another person's order and told that it was my vehicle despite it being under someone else's name. When I was finally told it had arrived, they could not wait until Saturday for me to pick it up and threatened that the car I had ordered may be purchased by someone else by then. This forced me to severely inconvenience my friend to drive me down during Friday rush hour traffic taking me 4 hours to reach the dealer. Both of us were starving and not able to complete the purchase until 10 pm. Also was promised car mats for giving them the survey which I relunctantly did and never received the mats. I wish I had that survey again, I would let them know a thing or two about my experience.

Service department is friendly and usually pretty responsive. Ryan is good. Sales department I am waiting to evaluate. New 04 SL coming in end of the month. My friends have bought several MB's there and have had generally good experiences. However, the sales reps for those deals have all left House of Imports. Don't know why... The only problems I have had so far has been the transition between a departed salesperson and the new person taking over. I had no idea what was happening and nobody placed my order after the old sales departed. Hopefully I will have a good experience at the end of the month.
