Do not think that it should take four hours to carry out the process. They parked the new car for me to put my personal items in it a large speed bump was next to it causing me to fall when walking around the car. I ambrused, have scrapes and very sore following this so the process did not end so well.

I took my 2005 Honda Element in for service as it was stalling when cold. I would stop at a stop sign and it would stall. This would continue until it reached operating temperature. After waiting about 5 hours in the lounge, I contacted my service rep to see what was going on with my vehicle. He told me they had serviced the passenger air bag under a recall. He also told me the stalling was caused by a vacuum hose that was not connected. The technician had connected the hose and the stalling problem was solved.He said in addition, the technician had recommended changing the spark plugs.As I had a 3:30 appointment I said I would take care of that later. My vehicle was returned to me, I paid $134.68 and left. The next morning when I started the vehicle I found that it continued to stall as before. Needless to say, I am less than 100% satisfied with the service I received.

My boyfriend and I purchased our 2015 Honda's here last year and the car buying experience was easy and our salesperson then was Anthony. We love taking our car's to get serviced at this location. Great thing is they take appointments and walk-ins. A/C finally died on our 14 year old Oddessy van. Figured that was reasonable since we live in the Desert. Took it to Honda West, fully expecting to have to replace the whole system for $1000-$2000. They found the problem was a computer chip the controls the fan motor and I got out of there for $272. They probably could have convinced me that I needed a whole new system, but they were honest and have earned our trust because of it. They are our new #1 Honda dealership.

I asked for a quote for a vehicle and I received an email. We went straight to the dealer with the quote. A salesman approached us. He looked on his iPad and said he'll get the key. After a few minutes, he said the car was sold an hour ago. He showed us another Civic with similar criteria. We ended up buying the car. To be fair, they were transparent with the rates and gave us a good deal on the trade. Today, my dad picked up the white slip. The sales person didn't even recognize him. We bought the car only a week ago. Transaction was good but the interaction was cold. Didn't even shake our hands--at the beginning or at the end. Granted, it was late in the evening. We didn't et out until 10:25. If they were tired, so were we.

drove up from Southern California with a rim that was bent somehow, called the parts department to check if they had a rim to replace the bent one. part was in stock.schedule an appointment for the same day and was accommodated right away.Jerret the service advisor took the time to show me the bent rim and made sure the car was all set for our trip home. The receipt charged me $13.18 for 'Customer pay shop charge for repair order'. I never got such charge at other city's Honda dealer. Actually I only ask for regular maintenance : engine oil change, transmission fluid change and tire rotate. I don't know what is this charge for.

Walked in after submitting a quote from another dealership. Marisa the internet sales manager and I were communicating via email prior to my visit and assigned Ted to further help in the selection process of my new car. Ted was friendly and kindly assisted me in test driving vehicles, and choosing a color. The final processing was simple easy, I would recommend this dealership to any one looking for a new Honda. Customer service is a priority and they treat each customer with a smile. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. As a first time new car buyer dealerships can be a little intimidating especially if your being pressured by salesman but that's not the case in this scenario at Honda West. Initially when brought my car in I had relatively good service-- I had asked for a brake inspection prior to the brake flush and when I got my car back the told me that they had not done a brake inspection. So I was upset. I responded to a customer service survey and Evan replied to me via email and told me that the next time I come in that we could provide me with a free brake inspection. I brought my car in today and Evan was very helpful and discounted the service I need by 50% for the past inconvenience. It seems like Honda West is really taking care of their customers. Now I feel completely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

The service advisors are worthless - they lie to the customers. The service manager has no interest in providing good service either. I was lied to about my warranty coverage, went over an hour out of my way, only to have them not do what was promised. I would never buy another vehicle here, and will take my business elsewhere. I will tell everyone I can about this - what a miserable experience.

I recently stopped in to the service center after my son hit a curb with my tire, and it wouldn't hold air. They removed the tire, patched it, straightened the bent hubcap, WASHED my car and sent me on my way, without charging me a cent.

Was given appointment for 8:15, when I got there I was told I was scheduled for 8:30.Had come in for minor service - was told that I had 2 recalls - I approved doing one of them as it would've only added 2 hours to service time - I didn't leave til nearly 4 hours later. I appreciate that both recalls were done, but I hadn't planned on sitting there for so long. Had I known, I would've scheduled service for another day and would've left the car. Service person seemed to be new and not quite on top of things.I've been bringing my car here for two years - first time I was truly unhappy with service communication.

I bought my Honda Accord at this dealership and bring it back each time for service. Karla is the best service advisor. When I make my appointment she always asks about any problems with the car. She also looks at the records and lets me know what needs to be done at that appointment and a rough estimate. I haven't needed any "repairs" so can't speak to that. But for routine maintenance I have no complaints.

Brought our Odyssey in for what we thought would be a new battery. It had died while in the long term parking lot at the airport. But, Carol, our long term service writer, said they would check the car out. Battery was checked twice plus the starter, alternator and electrical system were checked. All were in good condition and no battery replacement was necessary. Futhermore, no charge for the service. We are very pleased.

Honda West is one of the dealerships that fits the stereotype we all worry about. Slimy sales people who don't care about you just selling you a car and careless management that sets low standards and encourages deceptive sales practices. I called in about a car in the late afternoon to find out when they closed. No one even answered their phone, but I did get a call back and found out they didn't close until 9PM. Later I drove down to the dealership when I arrived I was not greeted by anyone, I had to wonder around passing lots of people in blue Honda West shirts. No one asked me if they could help. Finally, I had to interrupt two men, what I assume to be salesmen to ask where reception was and if I could get someone to show me the car I wanted to see. They barely moved or said anything they just pointed to a front desk that we had passed when we walked in. We didn't see anyone there, but upon closer inspection of the front desk which is quite high there was a woman there and she was hidden from view for the most part. When we got to the counter she was busy browsing the internet looking at a shopping site. We got her to call the Internet Sales Manager who told us to contact her when we got down to the lot, surprise she didn't answer the phone, then she had to call another sales person who also didn't answer. This is like 10 minutes in at this point and there are salesmen sitting on the butts all over this place doing nothing. Have you ever been to a car dealership where the salesmen are all sitting and not coming over to talk to a new customer. You could literally feel the low energy of the sales floor and that no one wanted to be there, let alone deal with a new customer. So then the secretary gets a hold of the internet sales manager and says she is coming... We wait and wait and wait some more. I tell my girlfriend I just want to go out to the lot and find the car myself, we had waited long enough at this place. So that's what we do. We walked quite a way to the very end of the lot to look at this Ford Explorer that was advertised as having a CLEAN CAR FAX & no mention of damage or anything in their advertisement. Just as we get to the car, in the distance we see two figures walking towards us which took our gaze away from the car for the moment. They eventually arrive and the first question I have for them is, "so this car has a clean car fax?" and they are like well lets check the paperwork. We did and it did. Then I start to inspect the vehicle. The front drivers side between the front door and the wheel well showed some damage and this damage wasn't in the photos or in the advertisement. Then I looked closer, the wheel well cover is totally cracked but carefully put back together to hide the fact. So the damage crushed into the wheel well which is making me think suspension damage, frame damage, but I mean more than anything this car has gone through their dealership maintenance department and they have clearly tried to clean this fact up and they had not reported the accident damage or made a note of it anywhere, in their ad or on car fax. The first comments out of the salesmens mouth were we are a Sonic Automotive Dealership and they don't change their listed price his first reaction to the damage. He knew the truth that an accident was not accounted for in the high price they were asking for. He was already trying to slip out of the situation. I explained that I was disappointed that I had been told to come down and check out a car with a clean car fax and no mention of serious damage. He just walked off didn't say a word. The internet sales manager told me she had to get home to her children and it wasn't her job to show or sell cars... In my head I am like this is the least professional chop shop of a dealership I have ever been too... I went into the dealership offices to talk to a manager who had to have a private meeting with the two I had been dealing with to get their story straight... The first words out of my mouth were interrupted by the salesmen who walked off and from then on I was angry, I mean he did this in front of his manager, interrupted a customer and walked off, who did not care one bit, and at that point I was done with the place I said some choice words and stormed out. The manager was just as bad as his staff. Talk about the wrong way to deal with a customer. Sonic Automotive who owns Honda West in Las Vegas needs to get a new team because that place is a joke and I own a business. I would be fearful if my mother or daughter had to go to that place alone.

Came on March 8th to buy a new car and fell in love with the Honda Accord coupe 2016. They offered me an outrageous price at first till I convinced them to give me a better deal. Once signing the papers they tried again to con me by making me pay more than what I agreed to the monthly payment. The car I got came with scratches on the roof and they did a terrible job trying to fix it. When I wanted a new car they turned me down and said that there was nothing they can do about it. Very unprofessional in fixing the car. Never will go back to this place. Greg played us me and my father.

After searching for several months at different car dealerships, we tried Honda West. What a pleasant experience. Our internet rep Marisa was the beginning. She was receptive to what we were looking for and set up a visit to meet with her and then our sales person. We arrived on Tuesday 2nd of Feb. She met us on the show room floor and after some introductions of myself and my wife Mary she introduced us to Brian Welz. OMG what a blessing. Brain was very low key and very attentive to what we were looking for. We had already sent to Marisa three pre owned Honda we wanted to look at. Mr. Welz had all three waiting for our inspection. We finally focused on one car a 2012 Honda LX. This car met all our requirements. Low mileage/Color and amenities. All through this meeting Brain was supportive and patient. We finally got down to price and trade in-value. Again Brain met our requests for cost and trade in. We felt very good about our deal and the total atmosphere of the dealership. No yelling around the showroom/ no high pressure to buy and a very friendly group of people. We came back on Wed with our check and title of our trade in car. Again Brain was waiting for us to complete the transaction. We met with the third person of our home run experience. The finance person. Armen, a young and enthusiastic person. Very knowledgable and again FRIENDLY. Once that detail was complete we went back to Brain. He took all the time we needed to familiarize us with the new purchase. He answered all our questions and when we were totally satisfied we drove off in our new Honda 2012. WOW what a great experience one quite different from any other dealers in the Las Vegas area. Horrible dealership. Just got out of a bk and they don't even entertain you when they find out. One of they guys said I was approved for 10k with a 20 percent intrest rate really. Are u serious. They make it seem like they're your last resort yeah whatever honda I drive a honda now 2007 si. I know how the game works. That's why I got a BRAND NEW CAR that very same night through a different dealership for 24k with 12 percent intrest. I work for a big Healthcare company in vegas and let me tell u I Will SHARE MY EXPERIENCE IN EVERY health care field here In vegas. Thanks for nothing as u can see ur not the only car dealership in vegas. My review was posted today by Honda West but was written before I had to return the vehicle. They allowed me to drive off lot with the vehicle before I was approved for the vehicle. Two days after driving it around town I received a call stating I need to show more proof of a situation I was in or my loan would be modify. instead of going through more disappointment I decided to return the car. Not only was I embarrassed that I had to return the car I had to explain to my 5 year old that we couldn't keep the car. I wish they would have waited for me to be approved before I drove off the lot. I have read from other reviews that Honda West has done this numerous to other buyers.

Scam alert. BUYER BEWARE. This dealership attempted to pull a yo-yo financing scam on us on 1/3/15. It's very simple, let me explain how it works:1. They give you an amazing low interest rate (2.99%). You agree and sign the papers. What they don't tell you is ... the deal's not done yet. The loan hasn't been finalized.2. Honda West calls you after you drive off with your car (days, if not weeks later) that the financing 'fell through' and the new interest rate is higher.3. You get screwed. Either you agree to pay more or you return the car.That's the scam, and Honda West does this with approval from the management. The people I worked with: Jimmy in Finance and Shubao in Sales.Other dirty tricks Honda West tried to pull on us:Lie #1: Told us the lease buyout price wasn't negotiable. That's a lie. Source: help.edmunds.com/entries Lie #2: Told us the buyout price was $13500 and then offered us a payment plan of $310 for 60 months. Dude, $310 times 60 equals $18600. That's a $5100 increase and another lie. He told us the $5100 were 'taxes and fees'. Tax is 9%. Where the xxxx did the other $4000 come from? Lie #3: When I caught that the loan wasn't approved yet and that he was going to pull the yo-yo scam on my little brother the Finance guy told us: "Oh. All loans aren't approved prior to purchase." I bought my very first brand new car at honda west sahara, i never had so much car trouble like honda before. For a brand new car i already had multiple car problems. The latest problem my car won't start atleast twice a month. Battery was checked and still good. I went to sahara honda dealership 5 times already to get it check but every time I go there they always discourage me. They always say "it will take 5 hrs or more just to check what's wrong with your car because were busy right now". I get this response every time and it is so frustrating. I will never buy honda again.

Our time with our salesman Jilmar Esperanza was the best car sales experience we've had. We had just come from another dealer in town for being ignored. We walked the lot of the other dealer And found the car that we wanted on our own. We then came up to Honda West and met Jilmar. Jilmar Esperanza, our salesman, was so knowledgeable that we had a seamless experience. He worked with us and the car until we felt comfortable with all of the options we purchased. I went to Honda West just to check out the CRV because of its high ratings. I already had a deal at another car dealership and I was just doing some last minute checking. Greg my sales person has been there for over 10 years and was a great guy to work with. I walked in told him what I was looking for and in a few minutes pulled up in what is now my new car. So now we start what I call the long process of car buying. I gave him my opening bid as I call it expecting for him to come back with his opening bid. Well Greg came back with the deal that I opened with. I sat there with my mouth wide open not knowing what to say or do. I had already calculated everything before I went down to the dealership so of course I was flabbergasted that I was getting everything I asked for without a long fight. Two days later I was backing out of my garage and tore the passenger side mirror off. What an idiot!! I called the dealership and they ordered the part and scheduled me for installation the next morning I was in by 10 and out by 11. Then the service manager came to me and said there would be no charge for labor. I cannot recommend Honda West high enough it has been the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Visited a few other dealers and as usual car shopping is never easy, half the time you are afraid to get out of your car adn just look because everyone jumps on you... i went to Honda West and didnt feel that way at all.. i was looking to purchase a new car and didnt want to feel preasured so i thought id check them out.. once i arrived i got out of my car, went out to the lot, looked at several cars, used and new and i didnt feel preasured at all. i looked at the accord and thought it was a nice car and thought "lets take it for a test drive" i was able to go inside and talked to the friendly staff there who showed me the car, showed me all the new cool features on it and after the test drive i really liked the car and sat down made a deal and drove off with my new accord.

My wife and I visited to Honda West Dealer yesterday to find the Minivan (Honda Odyssey). Couple of sales representative were seating outside but neither one has greeted us or non-of come to us to check what we need. We our-self walked to lot and checked some cars and while leaving we asked to one sales representative about Odyssey due to he was seating ideal but He even didn't show any courtesy and answered like he don't care about customer. My first car I brought from here Honda West in 2010 when I moved to Vegas but now due to very poor customer service I will never recommend to anyone.

I was looking for a used Honda Accord. I had first gone to Findlay Honda where they were only interested in having me sign a lease for a new Accord, and failed to show me a single used accord despite being there for hours and dealing with 3 salespeople. The following day I went to Honda West and dealt with salesman Joshua Cheng. He showed me several used 2012 Accords they had with low miles. After previously researching prices on the web, I knew that I would be getting a very good deal on the one I chose. I decided I would pay cash for my vehicle but realized after the contract was written up that I had left my checkbook at home. I told Joshua I would have to bring my check and pick up the vehicle the following day. He offered to stop by my house later that evening to pick up the check so I could drive my new car home. This saved me 46 miles of driving (r/t) and the time it would have taken. I appreciated that Joshua went the extra mile for me and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good deal on a Honda without the pressure exhibited by many salespeople.

These guys are con-artists and not very good ones. Their website prices mean nothing. Their word means nothing. Their "specials" mean nothing. They will try and get whatever they can from you even if that means lying to your face. Carol Guyovich is who I dealt with before she brought Wayne the Service Manager out. Their website quote was on par with every other dealer. When I got there, they tried to nickel and dime me up over hundreds of dollars. When I called them on it they backed down, but then proceeded to bill me "shop fees" almost in the same amount telling me "shop fees are standard". I forced them to go to their own webpage and showed them there were no mention of shop fees, only taxes. Long story short, I called (from their lobby) to Findlay Honda and got the price, quote, and package that Honda West was initially promising. I never even told Findlay I was calling from another dealer. They just did their job honestly and professionally they were within $2 of the Honda West quote and NO shop fees. I will be pursuing this with every consumer and law enforcement agency I can, but in the meantime, DO NOT go to Honda West on Sahara. Go to Findlay Honda. Note: Honda West's BBB rating is an F!

The first time I visited everything went fairly well until you got to the final paperwork. Obviously the person doing the financing was calling the shots (Ezak?)and tried to push you towards the deal that will profit them the most. Fortunately I was given a headsup about what they would do. So I left; before I left, they told me I should leave which was said by the salesman Chris but it surely came from the financial closer. So when I was called back by their customer service. I told them about the bad experience I had. So you would think it would help when the second call from the manager Theresa who seemed so nice on the phone. But when you got there it all started nice like I said they were sheep but at closing they turned into wolves. You would think the nice sheep Theresa would know that I would possibly give a review of this experience. But I guess you cannot hide the real Theresa Mgr. on duty who is the Biggest Wolf of all! The nerve that they the original sales person Chris texted me back afterwards. But I told him I was forewarned that they would sell me a car and then after falling in love with it they would tell me it wasn't approve by finance. Then change all the rates! He stated they wouldn't do that they were all straight forward. Then he told me that they would have to run my credit again since they only keep it for 3 days. Then I told him why is it that I came back after 8 days and they had it available then? He didn't text back; obviously he knew I caught him in a lie just after he told me he was always being straight with me. It was obvious to me that they surely would have tried to sell me the car and then tell me later they couldn't do it like the other dealers told me. I hear this is a common scam that everyone should be forwarned about!

Was told there not selling me a new car. Its not my credit Honda Finance told me I could get a Pilot my credit is good with the. I was told by this dealer I could get an expensive car or and inexpensive car. So I took there offer for the cheap used car for $ 9,000 and they turned me down. What I don't get is they tell you something and they go back on there word. So next year I am going to LA Cal to get a new car . Nevada seems to sell to jerks with no credit rather than ones with good credit. Honda Finance did a check on my credit and said no probems there and. They also said they don't get why Honda dealer turned you down.

My wife and I went to Honda West Dealer to buy a new Honda, we were met by a Chinese salesman, he showed us a new Honda which we liked and bought, but we were there for almost eight hours waiting for the lady that finishes all the paper work before my wife was able to drive the car home that night, the dealer closes at 9:00pm, and we were leaving at around 9:40pm, by that time some of the lights were turned of already and one worker opened the door to let us out to the parking lot where our new car was parked. my wife put the car in the garage when we got home, and we left it in the garage for a whole week (7 days) did not take it out nor drove it because we were waiting for the documents and DMV, plates, etc. a week later, when we got the plates, we put them on the car, and my wife took it out of the garage for the very first time to the daylight, we took a closer look all the way around it just to inspect everything and make sure it was OK, but then we noticed that the floor mats appeared to be used and were brown in color while the car is gray, and the "hubcap" on the front left tire was badly damaged, it looked like someone at the dealer might have hit or rubbed that tire against something causing that damage, we then drove it straight back to the dealer to let them know, and to our shock and dismay they actually accused us of causing that damage to the hubcap and flat out called us liars, they refused to address the issues, and so we left, and then we contacted American Honda Motor President Mr. Tetsuo Iwamura, and his office resolved the issues amicably and professionally by replacing the one damaged hubcap with a new one in the box, and a brand new set of floor mats (front & rear) in the original charcoal gray color that should have been in the car originally. the new replacement items were issued to us by a different Honda Dealer not the dealer we bought the car from. We would not recommend Honda West Dealer to any one who is intrested in buying a car or even going there for a service. to this day, Honda West has never offered us an apology, shame on them

I came to Honda West on a whim to look at their used selection. I was not eager to get into the "typical sales situation" usually encountered with car dealerships. I was pleased with their wide selection of vehicles and was not immediately hounded by a sales associate. I am from out of state about 140 miles and when i called down there to ask about a used car on there lot and what i could get for trade they said we could work something out. i told them i could not just drive down on a chance so i gave them the info on my truck i had for trade when they go back to me they saild between 10k and 12k was the value, i sent pictures and all down well after multiple phone calls back and forth with gary dvorsky i asked them to run some numbers when he calle back it seemed to fall into place i then said i needed a commitment out of them to give me 12k for my truck he said he would call back. well 10 min later he called and said that the truck was nice enough and low enough miles that they would give me 12k and no less for it that kevin bushy thought it was worth that. well that evening my wife and i jumped in the truck drove down and got there to test drive the car all seemed well as we got done with the drive and went inside to work the numbers. kevin bushy was the one helping us so we thought we had this in the bag when he sent his little minion out to tell us the number they showed only $10,625 for trade on my truck and the sticker of the car. i tryed to find out what the deal was but no one could give me an answer they pulled an old bait a switch on me. they thought me driving 2 hours one way would make me not turn the deal down they were wrong! afte giving kevin bushy a piece of my mind, i called the next day and asked for the recording of our conversation friday afternoon with the deals worked and they said those are not allowed and i personlly told gary dvorsky where to stick it. i will never go there or recommend them to any one or sonic automotive based dealer either its a messed up system to screw people over and streal there money.

We had shopped around for a used Honda Odyssey and deal with many sales person, including in this dealership. This dealership do offer a fair price for the vehicle we are looking for. Our first 2 visits here was not as pleasant as our 3rd. We did not know what "True Price" means to this dealership so we walk out did not purchase the vehicle until our 3rd visit. Trudy graciously explained how True Price works, although we didn't get the price we were hoping for she handled our purchase stress free. It was a great experience with her.

Bought my 2008 CR-V from Findlay Honda in Henderson (THANK GOD) I recently moved to the west side so I started to take my vehicle here for service, oil changes etc. A few weeks after the third one my wife and I noticed the tray under the passenger seat was missing so I decided to stop by there and see the service director about it. In so many words he told me there was nothing they could do about it and that his crew were on security cameras and that they could not get away with that. My wife and I are the only ones who are ever in the car, besides them when they change the oil and wash it. My wife also had some important papers stored in that very drawer that is now missing. I told them that I would do my own oil changes from now on, and did. When I went to do the oil change myself I happened to notice that my emblem (i-VTEC) on the top of the motor was now missing also...I'm sure it was there as I have pictures of it a few months earlier.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY SERVICE!!! ...and if you do take video of evrything first...don't be a victim of a malicious, careless dealership... On March 28, 2011 I went to this dealership to purchase a new Honda. I immediately met with Cyrus. He kept trying to get me to purchase a used Honda, I kept saying, 'no, why would I spend the same amount for less warranty and more miles. I want NEW!" I finally got him to give me the figure of $304 a month with 0.9% financing with $500 down, based on if my credit check would be good. I left and said I would return, as I didn't have time to wait.On March 29, 2011, I returned and filled out a credit application. After waiting over an hour, it was approved and Cyrus said that I would be paying $364.00 a month with 0.9% financing. I asked the reason for paying $3,600 more? He said, 'fees'. I said I wanted to see the 'fees'. He came back with the vehicle was now $3,600 more! I asked why. He said, he didn't know, the finance man would know. He came back and said, 'extended warranty'. No one even asked me if I wanted this service. I went to the manager with Cyrus and said I had to leave, as I was there 90 minutes and had another appointment. I said, can I get the original deal with 500 down and payments of $304. The manager said 'yes'. I then said I would be back the next day to purchase the car and sign papers. A friend of mine recommended I use American Express car buying help. I spoke with Anthony and told him my issues. He contacted Greg Smith at Desert Honda on East Sahara. I told him that I already gave Honda West my word, which I don't back out on, but if I had ONE problem, I would be at Desert Honda IMMEDIATELY. On March 30, 2011, I returned to Honda West and spoke with Cyrus and said, "Okay, I'm ready to sign papers". He said, 'we have a problem, we don't have THAT car, it was sold yesterday, but I have another car for you with a little more money." I said, 'good bye, I'm going to the east side, where they do have the car.' He said, 'wait, I will get you the nicer car for the same money.' I waited (while waiting, I contacted Greg Smith and he said, come on over) about 20 minutes. I walked back into the dealership and said, "I'm done waiting, I'm tired of waiting and I'm going to Desert East, Greg Smith, who has the car and won't rip me off!" I left with no apologizes from them whatsoever. I found out later that they didn't even have the car the second day I was there. I went to Desert East, worked with Greg Smith, who was fast, accurate, no scams, no BS, just fair! I rate Greg a 5 star service! I also was overcharged $500 by the west side too. After purchasing my car, I called Cyrus to let him know that I loved the car and was not happy with his lies, overcharging, etc. He said it was no big deal, it was only a $100 commission for him, NO BIG DEAL! I will NEVER recommend Honda West to anyone!

I was interested in an 08 Honda Accord EX coupe auto. I came in at least 2 different times to the store and both times wasn't given the greatest service. The first time I came in I talked with a Sergio who was helpful at first but when we talked prices he was unwilling to budge below MSRP. He told me it was 'special' and there was no way it was selling under MSRP let alone invoice. What kind of line is that? Was he willing to help me? I didn't think so, so we left. He never offered to let us test drive an Accord coupe let alone get in one. He didn't thank us on the way out either for coming in, considering I live on the other side of town it wasn't exactly a close drive. I also was quoted with a price of $21,896 for an 08 Accord EX coupe from the Internet sales guy, Tom. He tried to keep in touch and asked me to come in. The next day he emailed again and said that he was out of the coupe but had a EX-L coupe for $1800 more. Not what I needed. Trying to lure me in with a car you don't even have? I went in on a night we scheduled, he said he would be there that day until 8 so maybe we can work something out with the EX-L. I got there at 6:30 PM and guess what? No Tom in sight! The manager Ray Cordero said that he left at 4 PM that day, but he and Tom would call me back the next day to go over the car. I wait until the next afternoon and no call at all. Not even an apology from Tom not being there. Waste of my time. Not only that, but Tom never returned my emails I sent the next week after I asked if we were still working on getting me a car. My guess is greed took over and he sold the car for more of a profit on his end. Not in my interests at all and not appreciated after all the time I put in. I ended up going to another dealership and getting the car I wanted for $198 under invoice, on my first visit and with no unfriendly people or hassles. I was serious about buying, but wasn't going to be bullied around or laughed at or have my time wasted. My business went somewhere where it was appreciated. Honda West is one last place I would ever get my Honda.

I was lied to several times, threatened to be beaten up by all off Pat Hickeys employees, was treated like I was a terrorist because I was trying to pay cash for a car. Pat Hickey threatened to tell my boss about my attitude . They told me how to avoid IRS detection by making three separate payments of $9,000 to them. Then at the last minute after they already took my first $9,000 cash down payment they told me that my down payment was going to be reported to the IRS whether I buy the car or not. I demanded my down payment back at that point or I was going to call the police to get my money. They wrote me a check which I immediately took to their bank. They would not cash it. The next day it was cashable. <br><br>Sounds unbelievable, but it is true. I have former employees of his witness this. <br><br>Honda is a good car but this dealership is the worst in integrity. Hope I can persuade at least one person not to go there.<br>
