Tonight, I went back to buy a car and the guy Casey Horne changed the quote he had given us yesterday and try to make up lies on why he did that. Financial manger Robert came and treated us worst than Casey, very rude and basically treated us with no respect. I will definitely tell my friends and family not to go there. Worst customer experience ever!!!!

We were emailed a review after the purchase. I gave an 8/10, and mentioned some areas needing improvement. Our salesman Bob, texts me later saying that I costed him $3k! ..and he's not going to help me ever again because I didn't give him a 10 on the review emailed to me. Can you believe these guys! What a joke. I told the manager in an email what happened, he never responded. Uncool.

This Honda service dept. in Ft. Myers is one of the best I've ever seen. From the minute you drive up you are treated like you are their only customer of the day. Dave was my contact this time and he did an amazing job of communicating every step of the way. I could not be happier with my car or their service!

Our service rep Dave was an excellent communicator, kept me totally informed from start to finish. The promptness of your service was incredible and the work was done correctly the first time. I've been at Fort Myers Honda many times, mostly being frustrated in the process. Not this time, whatever your doing in training, keep doing it, it works! Extremely satisfied. Current owner two two Honda's and a Honda owner for over 35 years.

From the moment I walked in the door, Maytee Ycaza did everything possible to make us feel like family. She wanted to match me to a car that would meet my wants and needs and it only took 2 tries before she found the perfect car for me. She listened to what I wanted and gave me it in a car that was in my price range, She was very knowledgeable about the 2 cars she showed me. After I purchased the car, she spent time the next day setting up my phone and showing me how everything on the car worked, I left feeling like a family member and I made 2 new friends. I've been taking my civic to Honda of Fort Myers for oil changes for sometime now, and when I heard that the civic hatchbacks were in, I made an appt. to test drive one. Julian was the one I talked with the week before when I got my oil changed and he gave me his card. Julian was very helpful in giving. me information with 2017 hatchback and 2016 civic. When It was time to turn in my lease, Julian worked with me on getting an affordable price and exactly what I wanted in the vehicle, Not only did Julian make my experience enjoyable, but the whole Honda of Fort Myers crew did too and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to lease or buy. Girl that met me quickly got the other girl that I spoke to about the service. Just drove my new van home last night and I could not wait to write a review! I started looking for a vehicle a few weeks back and have been to many car dealerships in the Fort Myers and Naples area. I had some horrible experiences and was getting worn out from the whole process but I really needed a good vehicle for work so my Mom and I came here as she was helping me with the leg work. I was lucky enough to be assigned to work with Mike McSweeney, who was simply amazing. He really worked so hard to get me the payment that I wanted, we were there the entire day (my mom loves to negotiate!) We broke for lunch and walked to a nearby restaurant and when almost done, Mike showed up and said that it had started raining so he came to pick us up! He was so professional, polite and funny the entire visit that I was so happy to have been able to make a deal with him. His manager, Joe Lowe ended up getting me into an upgraded van from what I was even looking at. This experience was so unlike every other one that I had, that I would so highly recommend this dealership over any other around here. I truly want to thank this great team for making this transaction not only painless, but mostly fun. Finally thank you Peter Demeis- the speedmaster for getting me out of there in record time.

We recently had our Honda Ridgeline in for the airbag recall. Our truck was there for 3 month's waiting for the recall part. Honda paid for a rental until the part came in. The service manager ( Travis ) kept us informed every week as to the status of the situation. Very pleased with the way this situation was handeled

While vacationing in Fort Myers for the month of January, a week before our return trip to Massachusetts, my check engine light came on. The following morning (Monday) I went to the dealer. I was met by Dan Doden, who was very courteous and professional. He explained to me that there was a $140 diagnosis charge, but there was also an extended warranty for a cylinder misfire code and if that was the code it would be warrantied. The code ended up being an evap. code. They checked and tightened the gas cap more and explained to me to give it at least 5 or 6 clicks. After perhaps an hour and a half my car was washed, and I was on my way with no charge for something for which they could have justifiably charged me $140. I've always had my car serviced before heading to Florida, but going forward, I wouldn't hesitate to have it serviced at Honda of Fort Myers.

We were greeted by our sales guy, Jim,with a smile and hand shake. We explained to him about our HORRIBLE experience at the dealership down the street from them. Jim worked extra hard to make sure he would give us the best experience he could offer. Not only did he keep us updated,but he made sure we got the deal done. The finance manager, Chad , was just as wonderful. I will forever be grateful to these two guys! I will recommend them to everyone! Jim Frick was courteous and helpful in all asspects of purchasing a new car. His quick response to phone messages and questions would be rated A plus in our book. The advisers, not all, are there to make money. This I know and understand, but lying about a made up issue just to get me to; pay for a service check up and then recommended a $1,500+ New AC when all I needed was a can if 134A. Shady business at Honda of Fort Myers. Been doing business with you all since 1998 and 4 Hondas later. You lost a great customer. Hire people with good integrity and honesty. Good luck!

I was very impressed with my salesperson, John Basilia! Not only was he personable, but he was very knowledgeable about the type of Honda I was looking for. He took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions -- even two or three times if needed. He thought of things I didn't but did need to know. When the sale was made, he helped me get my things from the old car to the new car, and waited with me until I knew everything about the new car - even fixed my phone so I could answer it without touching it. I can't say enough nice things about him. He is a genuinely nice guy and quite a jewel for the Honda dealership to have onboard. THANK YOU JOHN BASILIA!!!

My Dad and I flew into Ft. Myers to look for a new car and to sign an apartment lease, in a week, and minutes after landing, we were in the good hands of Julian Nichifor. I was not planning on buying anything in the first day of being in Ft. Myers, but was pleasantly surprised to leave the dealership a few hours later, happily, in my first brand new 2015 Honda Civic! I haven't seen the attention to detail and the way they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied from a car dealership in a very long time. I have just Leased a 2015 Honda Civic from this dealer and was very pleased with their friendliness and good service. I just leased a Honda CR-V from Fort Myers Honda. My salesman, JOHN (JB) BASSILA, was very helpful and answered all my leasing questions expertly. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate me with a second meeting and a test drive for my wife. He covered every detail and went over all the features on the car. He couldn't have been more helpful. Also, I should mention that Jeff Burke, in Financial Services, was personable andwell organized. The lease document signing went smoothly. All in all it was a good experience that I would not mind repeating.perhaps in 3 years when the lease expires.

Purchased my 2014 CRV last week, and it was as good an experience as I could have expected. The sales agent, Andrew Coogan, was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and took his time with me to explain everything. I am a serious negotiator, and felt I received a very fair price for my trade in and the purchase. This is my second Honda ever purchased, the last one being in 1990, and I am glad I returned to the Honda family!

Being our fifth Honda, and our third purchase at this dealership, we knew exactly what to expect, but working with Geo really made it a true pleasure. He made our experience easy, fast, and stress free. He knew the product very well and answered every and all of our questions.After the deal was said and done, he took the time to set up the Bluetooth, and the radio. That night we realized we had left our favorite CD's in our trade in. The next day, he promptly located them and return them to us. We just purchased our second vehicle in a year from Honda of Fort Myers. The salesmen were both friendly and informative. Our new 2014 Odyssey van has a the navigation system, which could be really confusing, but Rich was very knowledgeable and explained it's features well. They went out of their way to get us the color we preferred when they didn't have it in stock. We would not hesitate to buy from Honda of Fort Myers again.

The vehicle I purchased from Honda of Fort Myers was a 2014 Accord LX. This vehicle is the third vehicle I've purchased from this dealership. I worked with Dion Ruiz who was very professional and wise in his product. We went to ft Myers Honda not knowing what to expect and that's when we met Jorge. Jorge was very professional, asked questions that helped us narrow down what we wanted, he was very knowledgeable and very honest with us. My rating specifically reflects my experience today with Service Manager Eric Mestre and many experiences with Paul Hatcher, the technician. I felt the need to write this review because I know how difficult it is to find a mechanic you can trust to be honest and not exaggerate what services you need done, and who does a great job working on your vehicle. I own a Honda Pilot and have had some minor issues with the vehicle. In the past I have had mechanics tell me I needed a dozen things done when all I wanted was to get a simple oil change. I'm sure many of you have had this experience. Paul Hatcher not only fixed problems with my vehicle but also thoroughly explained and demonstrated what was necessary and what was not. He's very professional and I don't feel like I'm being robbed with my services. My family has had great experiences with him. The service manager listens to what you need and goes out of his way to provide great customer service.

I went to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a Honda Cross Tour. When I asked the sales representative to tell me a little bit about the car, he told me it had a blind spot. On the test drive he asked me if I wanted to take a longer or shorter drive. I left it up him to decide, not knowing his schedule. He said, "make a left here". We basically circled back to the dealership. I noticed "summer sales event" advertising on the hood of one of the cars in the show room. I asked what it meant. He told me I could get invoice pricing and asked what more I would want. I asked about the "summer sales event" again. He seemed exasperated and told me it just means "they will send you more brochures and stuff". The sales rep was not interested in selling me a car. So, he didn't. My wife and I left and immediately and went to another Honda dealership in Naples where we purchased a new Cross Tour V6 that afternoon.

I visited Honda of Fort Myers intending to purchase a new car. I met the salesman, Bill Rufener. I told him what I wanted, he offered selections and suggestions. He answered all questions, I decided on a Honda Accord and we proceeded with the paperwork. I was introduced to his manager and the finance person. All paperwork was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I drove off in a new Honda. I met or spoke with other members of the Honda staff and all were helpful, courteous, and pleasant; including first contacts, Miguel and Stacy (Internet sales), the lovely lady at the front desk, William Rufener, Steve Calden and Jonathan (missed last name) in finance. Thank you to all of you for making my car buying experience easy.

Mr Bob Santarelli-salesman for Sonic automotive (Ft Myers Honda) I will and want to warn all car shoppers about Honda of Ft Myers. This dealership is active in BAIT n SWITCH Example--They display a new Honda at the front door with a price hanging from the mirror like all the rest, except this one is listed $2000.00 lower. When you say that you will take it, the contract is written & then (guess what) the price was listed wrong. I walked away telling them I do not do business with dealers doing the bait n switch. I have checked Sonic Automotive Group & found it is a practice of the sales team. That Honda was sitting at the front door every time I visited the dealership. I will continue to check back & if they continue I will notify the Attorney General office of Florida. The sales team can't be to proud to work for a dealership that needs sales doing this to the general public.Dennis E

I brought in my 2009 Honda Ridgeline for a routine oil change. Heather Scruggs was my service writer. What an asset to your company! Very friendly, great smile, and informed me it was time for a few more services on my truck that I wasn't aware that was needed. She also was kind enough to keep me updated on what was going on with my truck, and how long it was going to take. Overall, my time spent at your dealership was a very pleasant experience. I'm going to make sure my friends and family know that Honda of Ft. Myers takes care of their customers and direct them to Heather! Thanks!

The sales associate Marcu Pack was very nice, pleasant, tried to answer any and all questions we had and help us anyway he could. We have NO complaints with him...he was a good sales associate. THe sales manager however was a completely different picture; he was pushy, rude, a bully, would not listen to what we wanted, answer our questions and used a fear tactic to push us into buing a car right then and there. Instead he lost a sale for Marcus and we walked out. A family member had also purchased a car from them a month earlier and stated they had a different sales manager but wittnessed this man and it ended in the same result. They said had they had that man they too would have left. I do not have his card and sadly could not recall his name but he was a short stocky man....his name could have been Mike but I really can be certain of that. We ended up at another dealership the following day and purchased a car there.

I purchased a used vehicle from honda of fort myers with the promise that a defect would be repaired. It has now been nearly 3 months since the purchase and I cant even get the service manager, scott tipton, to answer or return my phone calls. The buying process was what I expected. Typical sleazy car salesman techniques by Joseph Lowe which included extreme low balling of the value of and insulting of my current vehicle and attempting to bully me into buying extended warranties and protection by John Slechta. All of that was expected. What i didnt anticipate was the complete disregard of a promise made (in writing) for repairs due. I will continue to contact the dealership and i hope to have the matter resolved but it isnt, legal action will definitely be taken. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HONDA OF FORT MYERS for ANYTHING! STAY AWAY!

The most horrible service you can get from a car dealer I end up leasing a brand new Infiniti thanks to their Horrible finance skills Wish im glad it happend that way..I dont recomend this dealer At all.

Horrific experience. From one lie to the next with scam after scam. The biggest problem was that they had us sit there for nearly two hours while they collected a myriad of personal details from us (Name, phone numbers, address, etc) when this has nothing to do with what price they would offer us for our trade. When they finally provided us with a dollar number, it was clearly designed for poor innocent victims who don't know how to look up their value online. They offered us half of what it was worth (and what I have been offered by another dealership) and this was extremely insulting. When I expressed disbelief at their offer they simply returned with another insulting low-ball. Then we tried to leave and the sales manager emerged from his hiding spot behind the glass box and became angry with us. We didn't buy there and likely will not ever. Funny thing, now I think about it, every time we've visited there (it's been something like four times) we receive some sad story from the salesman that he used to work for various other dealerships in the area but they are all scams and he couldn't do it anymore so he came to Honda of Fort Myers where it's just fabulous. Yeah, right... This has lessened our respect for Honda as a brand. Very disappointing.

Sales is great. The purchase of my 2011 Accorde was smooth and at a great price. Getting service is another matter. I set appointments, 2 oil changes and 1 warrantee item to date. Appointments times don't matter to them. My vehical has waited hours for oil changes. I dropped it one Saturday and it wasn't ready with I tried to pick it up 4 hrs later. Same is true if you wait. It takes them a 1/2 hr to check you in with a service advisor, then they give you no updates at all, you sit for hours and nothing seems to happen until you start to ask what is happening and why is it taking so long. They don't tell you they are running behind or anything, just let you hang. Sanjay is now the GM and says he's working on this, but over the 1 1/2 yrs I've had my car, I've seen no change on responsiveness of service. Claud the Service Manager isn't any better at getting results either. Today, my son took the car in, sat for 2 hrs for a 1 hr repair then they told him they were having trouble and it would be another 30 minutes. Before they informed him, I tried to call them to find out what was going on, and only got routed around the phone system, had to leave voice mails, and got hung up on when they paged service with my call.Not the way business should be done.

My daughter bought a used car here after being turned down from Chevy, Ford, Toyota, and several banks.. Kelly and Sanjay got it done through Honda Finance. Six weeks later the car had a problem, we contacted them and the fixed it for a $50, it was a $350 repair. While waiting on my daughters repair I looked at a Crosstour, I was leasing a 2010 CRV, they got me out of it after only one year into the lease and into the Crosstour for only $30 a month more with same terms as the CRV, AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! The Crosstour sticker is $7000 more then the CRV, and it's much more luxary than the CRV.... If you want good people to work with and easy dealings go see them at Ft Myers Honda.......

The level of sales personnel at Honda of Fort Myers is exceptional. Every person I spoke to was extremely professional and qualified. They were very helpful with all of my questions, but gave me space to make decisions. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would return again. Overall, my experience was top notch!

I came in to get a oil change. It took three hours. There was grease all over my steering wheel when I got my car back. The service writer looked like he should have been working in a tattoo shop. The red headed parts kid smelled like wrotten food and said that there wasn't a civic made in 2007. He told me I was full of crap. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN! Advance Auto parts has more qualified people than that place.

I took my car in for what I expected to be warrantee service. And then soon found out that almost none of my complaints were warrantee related. The first of my complaints was related to my engine light being on for the last two weeks. They provided me with the excuse that a small animal had gotten into the engine compartment had chewed through the wire. I managed to have one of the service techs show the wire, and it was not chewed in half. The wire seemed to be separated from the NOS censor from the censor itself. Besides the area where the wire was loose was in a very small place located on the upper position of the motor. The price for the repair job was $400.00. What a deal. ..I also complained about the rear defroster not working. There response was it was working fine. However, for the last two months, the defroster has not worked. The next item on the light inside the glove box; the glove box light could be seen inside the car when the headlamps were turned on. They managed to correct this problem. Another problem I had with the car was the drivers side window. The window rattled while I was driving down the road. The dealership confirmed the window was loose. However, during the process, they managed to break my door. And they had the nerve to give me the car back in that condition. They did, however, say they would fix the door and the window regulator, but I would have to wait until Monday of next week. I went back to the dealership on Monday, and guess what, no part.
