They were very polite and kind. Did the job quicker than expected and am happy. I returned and Helen is wonderful. She took care of me in s mind way. She told me what yellow wrench on the dash suggested I do. I told her what I wanted and she took care of it promptly and communicated with me in a kind and and “real” way. I enjoyed the service and the whole Interaction. I would recommend them!

I couldn't book an appointment with Honda of Seattle because they were booked for almost a full month on days I'm available. Calling Honda of Burien, they were able to see me the next day. Now I know why. They were able to see me on the same day, meaning they weren't very busy. I should have realized it was indicative not of their location, but their terrible service. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly rep, but she continued to make a mistake on the type of service I needed, which was an A6 service; oil change and differential fluid change. She kept saying A16, which is a different service, but some overlap. The waiting room wasn't very full, but a few people weren't wearing masks at times, which was concerning due to COVID. They finished a bit early, which was another sign of how few services they had to perform that day. For a Saturday, that was unusual. When I got the bill, it was padded to be more than $100 than what I was quoted on the phone for the A6 service. The service rep said she made an error, so she removed some items and presented another bill, which was still over what was quoted. She adjusted again and it was STILL $25 over what I was quoted. When I call, I always ask for the final total with tax and fees, so I know they were over-billing. When I was driving home, I noticed a crack in the gear shift that wasn't there before service, but since I had already left, there was no way for me to make a claim of damage. It's cosmetic, but still irritating. I think their modus operandi is probably over-billing customers and adding on hidden fees (like disposal fees). I've never once had this kind of problem in any other Honda Service Shop, so it's definitely the only time I'll use Rairdon's Honda of Burien. I can't in good faith recommend them to anyone. I simply don't trust them to be ethical. I'll stick with the Honda shop in Seattle. Side note: I will say that their staff is very friendly. I have no complaints about their general attitudes or courtesy, it's mostly about the billing practices and the mysterious crack in my gear shift. If not for these issues, I likely would have given them 4 stars at least.

When I arrive, Helen is there, always with a smile, she takes care of me. she make sure my car is washed. she reviews everything that was done to my car and she welcomes me back. very special this time was she told me what my next check up would cost, breaking down the cost so that I would not be in shock at the 30,000 mile check up. This is five star plus service. Helen is exceptional and Burien Honda is exceptional. 2021 check up. Helen was there with her mask on. She reminded me of things that needed to be done in another 5000 miles so we got them done today. By the time my car should’ve been done she walked to the repair section of Honda of Burien and verified my car would be ready in 20 minutes. It was ready in 20 minutes. It was beautifully done. Helen always has a smile. my car was very clean. no car wash this time but it was raining so no problem. 5 + Stars

Everything at Rairdon's of Honda of Burien was great. My sales professional, William R was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I was extremely nervous about buying a new car but Will made the entire experience great! Love my car! There is a culture of care - I met some team members who will be there for my free oil changes, questions etc. P.S. - Rairdon's prepares your car with a few special touches. Thank you.

This was the second dealership I visited. The first one had arrogant and pushy salespeople. I had a completely different experience at Honda of Burien. I didn't feel pressured and was able to find the vehicle I really wanted. Dann Frias is very helpful and a great salesman. I would recommend this dealership to everybody.

I bought my car from Rey. He is very helpful, made sure I went with the car that I really liked, making sure I was satisfied with what I wanted. I'll be brief. If I could go back a few months I would not buy anything from these guys. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They promise follow through and drop the ball. No call backs, dishonest, and I was hounded to submit an "all 10 review" which I did just so they would leave me alone. I rated the friendliness below as poor because it was extremely phony. Honestly I would rate this dealership a -5.

1. Good options to test drive and decide on car. Shanon was really helpful in explaining different features and evaluating between the models we were interested to test drive and later finalize.2. Great Hospitality. I must say Shanon at Honda of Burien is great host. She not only dropped us home the day when booked the car but also helped to pick us up the other day when we took the car. She works really hard to make a pleasant experience for customers.3. She also promised us to give free Honda Goodies when we visit for service next time. 4. We requested for a color change at the last moment which they entertained and provided us the color we wanted at extra cost.

Picked up my new 2016 Honda Accord yesterday and loving it so far. I had a great experience with everyone involved from sales to finance. Raj and Sam were great and personable, Raj even offered to drive the car to my house and take a cab back. Now that is service. We had to resign our papers again on the day we picked up the car but they threw in a few extra options with the new car so no complaint at all. Will be back for future upgrades for sure.

We just bought a brand new Honda Pilot here and had an excellent experience in the sales department with Graham. The problem came when the finance person who goes over all your paperwork in the end and gets your final signature SCAMMED US by signing us up for some 3M added protection which we told him over and over we did NOT want. He snuck it in there anyway and added a 1,200.00 package to our loan without our consent.How did we find this out? Well, after owning the car for a few months the service department kept calling us to tell us our new protection package was in and ready to be installed. Well, we did not sign up for it and did not want the package. When we called to mention this someone kind enough in the service department informed us that this particular finance person was fired because of his shady activities. We are now waiting to hear from the sales manager how this negligence and fraud is going to be handled. We will not be letting this error rest. We will be claiming our right to a full refund or to have our loan completely refinanced at Burien Honda's expense in order to have the 3M package cleared from our debt. We are due the price of the full package plus interest! Lawyer on standby.

I came in to Honda of Burien to use a coupon for the oil change. I let them know that I needed the car for another appointment, so they did the oil change plus replaced some bulbs at my request. They noted that I have a recall for an air bag and ordered that for me as well. The service people were very courteous and did a great job. They also got me out of there on time. It's a mistake to go this dealership in my experience. We wasted so much of time. After working with them for few days, they agreed on some price and later they didn't honor it. It's very misleading. Never go to this dealership again.

I moved to Washington from Arkansas about a year ago. Back home everyone knows up front that Hondas are not discounted, period. For that reason, I was reluctant to even look at Hondas. I took a chance and went by to look only, but left with a new car! I won't say how much discount I got b/c these guys deserve to make money, but I can tell you I got and awesome deal. And I traded my 6 yr. old Saab in, and got a good price for it (I had already looked up NADA value). I am so happy I went there. I had a sales guy named Dann Frias. I recommend him, and this dealership. Great experience. I plan to follow up after I have service done, and see how this goes. I bought a Civic hybrid, and crossing my fingers that all goes well going forward. But again, very happy with the buying experience.

I had an excellent experience interacting with Shaheen Saliman and the team at Honda of Burien through the Costco Auto Program. Not only was I able to explore vehicle options, but the team stepped me through pricing / financing options and other considerations in my search for the best vehicle and deal. Kudos to Shaheen for his honest, approachable manner and commitment to providing as detailed of information as possible while responding to questions and needs.

Matthew Bloomberg was a perfect gentleman in our dealings. I feel I got a good price and I got the car and color that I wanted. Because my old car was in for repairs, Matthew arranged for me to have a loaner which was a year older than the one I was buying. Stay away from this dealership! They will up charge the price of your car as well as force you to buy an extended service warranty to make up for anything they may have lost on the trade in value of your car.They put the true meaning in "Buyer Beware."

Stay away from this dealership they are 100% and more absolutely despicable dishonest horrible liars. Our New Car Sales Name: Matthew Bloomberg at Honda of Burien is a complete dishonest disloyal car salesman he sold us our brand new Honda Accord and the way he position the vehicle when he parked it we could not see the back bumper and it was in the evening hours so it was already night. We had already made the deal and he parked the car in the show bay for us to come look at our new car and he wanted us to get in so he could show us how to use the dashboard electronics in the vehicle well he parked the car so close to the back wall we did not see the badly damage bumper at least a $1500.00 to 1900.00 paint damage! We took the car home and as soon as we got home we pulled into the garage with plenty of light and we SEEN the damage on the bumper and oh my God we were NOT, NOT, happy! We contacted the Burien Honda Dealership our sales Mr. Matthew Bloomberg and he DID NOT answer our message. We went straight back to the dealership first thing in the morning and confronted this Matthew Bloomberg and he told us we got here to early because the manager was not in and that he would let them know and he would get back to us but prior to him saying those stupid words he also looked at the bumper and said I don't remember seeing that scratch on the bumper and wow really did this guy just insulted our intelligence? So okay now it's Monday afternoon we got a Text message from Matthew Bloomberg that he is trying to set appointment to have the vehicles bumper fixed and he would contact us later in the day to confirm. Well its now 7:15 p.m. and still no hear from Matthew Bloomberg or any one from Honda of Burien and we once again attempted to communicate and still no response! We feel used and abused and our salesman doesn't even have the decency to call on the phone he rather Text message. What a dishonest man! We were nice enough giving him a NEW car sales for him getting his quota and $ commission. We feel like we are being kicked under the bus and hopefully we just go away. But we are determined to be treated and fairly we are not dealing with our salesman "Matthew Bloomberg" we are heading back to the dealership "Honda of Burien" very first thing in the morning and communicating with the head supervisor of this facility. We will NEVER, NEVER, forget our experience here and we absolutely will not recommend anyone of our friends, family, and general public in going to this dealership. Okay you have been warned. Update after all of this bad service attention pertaining to the damage on November 12, 2014 Mr. Matthew Bloomberg salesman made a appointment to have the Honda Accord dropped off for service to repair the damage on the bumper. So again November 12, 2014 the Honda Accord bumper was finally fixed and repaired. We are sorry we had to go to this extreme in putting out a online testimonial review but we definitely didn't want this to happen to another prospect customer. I bought a Honda Civic from Honda of Burien and I got a decent deal from them, but I would never recommend anyone to buy a car at Honda of Burien because of bad customer service. I have referred 3 of my friends to buy a car at Honda of Burien and they bought Honda Accord & Honda CR-V. They initially told me that I would get a referral bonus of $150 and it's been over 4 months that they purchased a vehicle and there has been no referral bonus whatsoever. I followed up multiple times but to no avail.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!! I bought a vehicle and when I got my first oil change discovered I need new head gaskets. The dealership told me their mechanics COMPLETELY checked over the car, which was a lie. The mechanic I brought my vehicle to said my head gaskets have been leaking for 6 months. I bought the car TWO months ago, which means it was leaking for 4 months before I even saw the car at all. The dealer said they had no part in this because it was sold "as-is." So DO NOT trust their mechanics, take it to another place to have the vehicle looked at and if anything I would say do not even come here at all. They told me anything that was close to even needing to be repaired was fixed, which was a complete lie. The service is miserable and everyone in the dealership looks and sounds extremely shady. Rude, rude, rude, rude, rude to people. I wish there was something I could do to warn more people about this awful place and HORRIBLE PEOPLE. You have NO soul if you are aware you are selling a vehicle that is in bad shape to someone who is under the impression everything mechanically is fine. I have medical bills and treatment that is now being put on the back burner because I cannot afford these repair bills. THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND RUN WITH IT! They were not even willing to help with part of this bill even though it was obviously their fault. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! PLEASE, save yourself a huge headache and money and DO NOT even step foot on this car lot. Matthew Bloomberg is a gentleman and has the right approach to selling.I never felt pressured, as we first considered buying a used car. He was respectful of our budgetand helped us think through our options. I just drove home a 2014 Honda Accord and I credit Matthew'sability to put us at ease as we made the leap to becoming first time new car owners.

I just wanted to let everyone know this dealership is a bit different than what I've experienced in the past. Matthew Bloomberg was really chilled out, not aggressive what so ever. And that's one thing I cant stand is aggressive sales men. Sure aggressive sales men make sales, but the customer doesn't feel the customer service side of purchasing a vehicle. After talking with Matthew for a short period of time I felt like we were one the same page. I wasn't there to buy something that was going to put me in over my head, and Matthew gets that. He got me a really good deal and I left there feeling good about the whole experience. I got a 2013, North Shore Pearle Blue Honda CR-Z, for a better price than I was going to get anywhere else. I had a great experience with Burien Honda on some services that I needed. Got an oil change and all 4 tires replaced. Got checked in and help right away. I actually forgot that I needed to replace my battery in my key so I asked when I picked up my car and they were able to get that squared away and done immediately. The service was friendly and they answered all the questions that I had for them.I look for a trustworthy, reliabe service department that can deliver a great service experience when I want my car taken care of. I do not like leaving a service department thinking that I had been upsold or pushed to do something unnecessary. I did not get this feeling at this place. I actually felt taken care of.I will be going back.Oh, this was during their construction time so I'm sure after the building is complete the experience will be even better.

Be aware with this dealer, unfriendly and dishonest. I regret that didn't listen to friends and relatives who told me that don't go with this dealer. Very very disappointed when made a purchase with Honda of Burien. I got many troubles after got the brand new car from this dealer. Surprise??? but it actually happened!!!!! Really don't understand with, this is too terrible service.

After buying a car they had a hard time getting funding. It took 35days to get the deal approved and the down payment check they were supposed to hold they didn't and cashed right away. When my bank account went negative they took 3weeks to even consider covering my od fees. To this day still not covering. Being a single mother and my first car purchase I regret dealing with this company and hate my first car buying experience. Update: corporate got involved and I got paid my overdraft fees the day after posting this review. I believe corporate was unaware of the situation until I posted this review.

Everything started out fine when I spoke to Amanda and Brandon at Burien Honda. I asked for a bottom line price on a new Civic and was quoted about $2k more than Renton Honda. When I told them this they recommended that I come to them even though they couldn't match the price so that I wouldn't be treated like a number, they agreed to come down in price by $1500. While $500 was not the reason I didn't come to Burien Honda, it was what ensued afterwards. I told them I would possibly come by over the weekend to see the car (it was the beginning of the week) and the next day at work I received 7 calls and 4 voicemails from them. All "friendly reminders" these were followed up with 2 emails. That night, I went to Renton and purchased the car, ironically, they were fantastic and in no way did I feel I was "Treated like a number" as Brandon suggested I would be. Not only was Renton upfront, they didn't bombard me with calls and emails. The following day I received multiple additional calls and voicemails while I was at work, finally I responded to an email to Amanda saying that I would contact the BBB if it continued because it was borderline harassment how much they were contacting me. Thankfully I have not been contacted since. I am blown away at how unprofessional and pushy everyone at this dealership is, I would never consider this as a company I would deal with, and will make the trip from Des Moines to Renton to avoid Burien's work for any service as well, I can't imagine their service department is any different.

I received a letter offering me 140%of the value of my Accord. This dealership was shady. When you get an offer that seems too good to be true, it probably is. No wonder I was the only person in the dealership that day. Never going back there.

Had my car stolen, was in a bind and had to work out something fast. Michael Hormann heard me out and got to work immediately. He answered my inquiry in two minutes from the first time I contacted him. He directed me to a 2007 Honda Accord. Having no car, he arranged to come pick me up, bring me to the dealership, and take care of everything. He made (what was otherwise a bad experience) a save for me at a time I needed it the most. In addition, thanks to Richard Dao who completed my financing package and got me a reasonable interest rate I could live with. I was not expecting miracles, but can honestly say these guys made it about as good an experience as one could hope for under the circumstances. Thanks again Burien Honda...I will be back!

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot at Burien Honda. I have owned a several cars during my life, but this was the first new car I have ever purchased and I was a little apprehensive. I spent a lot of time shopping around, comparing different dealers and options, and determined that Rairdons Honda had the best selection. My apprehension quickly went away after dealing with the sales team. The whole process was very easy open and honest. I would recommend them without reservation.
