Joe Ranalli was a wonderful salesman. He made the process seamless. It was very easy to get paperwork done. No pushing, selling things I didn't need. Joe took the time to show me the features of my New Honda CRV. he highlighted pages that was important in my owners manual. The dealership was beautiful, clean and had a really nice atmosphere. I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for months, and found one at the Marysville Honda dealership.Doug Jordan responded to my inquiry regarding availability. I live in Cincinnati and due to schedules, was not able to make it up for about 10 days.During this time Doug responded to numerous emails about the condition, options, and numerous other questions I had. Maybe 15-20 emails.He always responded within an hour or two. Sometimes immediately, even on his day off.I was nervous about driving so far for a vehicle, but Dougs outstanding communication and attention to detail earned my trust, and ultimately my business.Once I arrived he had the Jeep spotless and all the paperwork ready to go. The Jeep was exactly as stated and described by Doug.At my request, he even took it on a test drive to check on a few things for me.Without a doubt, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.Along with Doug, I would like to mention Tom Wiertel, Finance Manager, and Jeff Hawk, Sales Manager.Tom made the financial paperwork quick and easy, and thoroughly explained each document and asked if I had any questions. Jeff stopped in to say hi, to talk about the vehicle, and was an amazing ambassador for the dealership.

After an accident which left my car totaled, my husband and I went shopping for a used car replacement. After going to several dealerships to look at a used car, a friend suggested looking for a new car at Honda Marysville. We really did not think a new car was in our budget, but we took the 30 minute drive to see what we could find out.From the moment we walked in the door, our experience was fantastic! We worked with Mr. Patel and Mr. Worstell. We conducted an extensive test drive in a 2016 CR-V which was very enjoyable and informative. After that we sat down to talk price and were shocked at what a great offer they made to us! No pressure, no hype, just a very attractive price for a great car. We left that night very impressed, but still wanting to think things over. They gave us the time and respect we needed to make a decision and we were back in a few days to sign the papers. All the paperwork was handled in the utmost professional manner possible with each step being clearly explained. This was very important to us as we had not purchased a car for many years. They even managed to schedule our car quickly for protective sealant so that we could pick it up early in the week.When we arrived Jordan gave us an extensive overview of our new car and all its features. Since both of us owned cars which were over 10 years old, that was really necessary and very helpful.When the car you use every day is suddenly totaled, your whole world is thrown into chaos. Everyone at Honda Marysville was so amazing and got us into a new car quickly and with no hassle. I can not recommend them enough to anyone looking for a professional, helpful, and trustworthy dealership.

We had called the dealership on Thursday about a Pilot on their website. The salesman said the car was being sent to the shop and would get back to us. He called Friday about 11:00 am and said the car would be ready in a couple of hours. We asked 3 times about whether the timing belt had been replaced and he assured us that it would be (the car had 99,000 miles on it). We arrived at the dealership around 2:30 pm after driving 50 miles from Grove City (100 miles roundtrip) only to find out that the car was not ready and that the timing belt could be fixed for $850 on top of the price of the car. To say we were upset about spending most of our day driving (we got caught up in an accident on Rt. 33 for about 45 min.) only to be told, "sorry", is a mild statement. On our way out another salesman asked what was wrong and as we were sharing our experience, he walked away in the middle of our conversation to flirt with another employee, then returned as if he was interested in what we had to say.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Honda Marysville and also had multiple repairs and warranty/recall jobs completed at Honda Marysville. I found the sales staff to be personable and friendly, willing to help discount (reasonably), and very knowledgeable. I do not care for fake pandering or patronizing attitudes and you will not find that here. They are more than happy to spend all day looking at the minutiae of a specific car or hunt through the sizeable car lots to 'just see what I can see'.Finance is fast and very clear. They are not pushy at all.Service was very friendly and did a good job of communicating what was needed, what was marginal (repair/replace in a year or so) and what was good to go. I found prices to be reasonable all around.I have purchased about 1 car every 14~16 months on average through my whole adult life for either my family or for a business. This is about the only dealership that I didn't feel was a car dealership if you know what I mean.

The people here are very respectful, helpful, proactive, and courteous. When they didn't have the exact make/model/color I wanted, they did everything they could to arrange for a trade, and kept me informed. Test drives are no hassle, and staff are ready to answer absolutely any questions about a vehicle. Credit checks are performed only once you are serious about buying a vehicle, not to evaluate your potential as a buyer (unlike other dealerships). In my experience, their prices are consistently lower than those from other dealerships. Their facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Plus, there's a slushie machine. What's not to like?

I was in need of a car as I was in a bit of a pickle. Our trip lead us to Honda Marysville while this was our first trip to honda I was a tad skeptical if I would be able to get a car due to my past credit history. We were greeted by Mr. Lance Cole (our salesman) he was very professional and extremely helpful from start to finish! I ended up needed my father for a co -signer so we schdueled a meeting for the following Friday . During that entire week Lance kept in contact with us as he worked with Alex B(finincial ) to work us into to a car we desired that way when we came in Friday we had the vechiles we could afford and liked ready for us to review ! In all my experiences with past dealerships I have NEVER had them go above and beyond so for that we are very appreciative . Come Friday my family went back to Honda to see what we could qualify for the atmosphere and staff were extremely friendly and nice (we had our 4yr hold Neice with us ) and she was entertained with the slushy's and games in the waiting room that was awesome and helped us focus on the important paperwork we had ahead of us! With the great team work Lance and Alex provided we had a CRV in no time that we were interested in and was signing paperwork in no time our interest rate was a 6 % unbelievable as the car I had previously was a 24% lemon from a past poor dealership . (Luxcury car sales) NEVER buy a car from them they are scammers I would recommend anyone to Honda Marysville even through it was over hour drive for us i'd do it again for that service We did have one unforeseen crazy thing happen during our visit as we were waiting on our 2014 CRV it was getting detailed /cleaned and gased up we noticed it was taking a bit of time Lance our saleman went to check it out and him and Alex came back with bad news while getting ready to pull the car up front one of the employees backed it into another car . I thought they were joking at first but it was true They handled the situation and was calm and ready to help us find another replacement car in minutes They didn't hesitate to apologize and offer us 2013 with lower miles same everything as the 2014 CRV and we agreed and signed paperwork I know it wasn't there fault as accidents do happen unfortunately it was our new car but it all worked out and everyone left happy They even offered us a $50 gift card for the time and inconvenience of this accident Everything happens for a reason so I was happy with our purchase at this point. I know not ever customer would have been as understanding as we were. It's important to know we were very understanding because how we were treated prior to this accident the sales team took care of us from day one and offered us more than most dealerships they treated us with respect , as friends , and made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to satisfy there customers That's true customer service and I feel Lance Cole and Alex bulk I believe his name is exceeded that on Friday kiddos to them for excellent team work ! Please recognize and thank them for a wonderful sale (twice ) I can now say I purchased two cars in a day and not be upset about it . I arrived at Honda Marysville and was welcomed by a friendly and courteous receptionist, and then was greeted by the salesperson I had previously spoken with on the phone. I was told Joe Ranalli had spent the previous 45 minutes before I arrived making sure the Honda Pilot was looking as close to brand new as possible. It was an extremely cold day, and Joe had the car waiting for us in a warm and dry garage area. Joe did the absolute best to work with me on the price, and I drove away in my "new" Honda Pilot knowing I got got a very good deal. Marysville is several miles from my home in southwest Ohio, but it is well worth the drive to get a quality car and a quality deal.

As the old owner of below mentioned Element, it had to the right deal to trade in my car. At first, my wife and I settled on a used 2013 Odyssey. We needed more room than the Element provided and the price was right. After doing the deal, we felt good about the situation... Then we got home and noticed a few minor issues with the van that made me uneasy about the deal. I contacted our salesman Don Towle (on a Sunday when he we off for that matter) and we arranged to take in the van for repairs that would be covered free of charge. After having the repairs done, I still felt uneasy about the van and asked Don about my options. Don constantly told me he wanted us to be happy, and the solution he and the finance manager came up with was to undo our old deal, give me the trade-in value of the Element back, and start from scratch. As a result, we now are driving a 2016 Odyssey and loving every minute of it. We are happy with how Honda Marysville stands behind their products, and how they do care about their customers. Thank you again to Don for making the buying experience a success. So in the end, we are satisfied customers.

I've been looking for a used Honda Element with under 50,000 miles- they are very hard to find. Found a perfect silver one via the internet at Honda of Marysville, which is about two hours away from me. Called and talked to Todd Francis- great guy. We discussed the car and price for maybe 15 minutes, he said he'd call me back with a response to my offer. The sales manager Rich Bischert called me back, and within five minutes we had a deal. Drove up two days later, the car was exactly as described, plus they had serviced it- done oil change, and even replaced the rear differential fluid. Within about 30 minutes all the paperwork was done and I drove it home. Great car and great experience.

I just purchased a 2012 Honda Fit from April at Honda Marysville. The customer service was excellent and I got the car for a very fair price. I was offered a very fair amount for my trade-in and the whole process was fairly simple and straightforward. The only thing that did not completely satisfy me was the quality of detailing done on the interior and exterior of the car. The interior still had a couple grimy spots and some dog hair left over from the previous owner and the paint chips and scratches they "fixed" we're not done very well. I am still very happy with my purchase and will return to Honda Marysville for my next vehicle.

was late getting to the dealership, my sales person( Christene Clabough) was very understanding and courteous..after taking a test drive, i went back and told Christene i wanted the pilot. Christene did her paper work with efficiency and some humor thrown in. that's where my joy of buying a honda some what ended!!!she took the signed paper work back to the finance department and time stood still. Christene was very busy with other customer's(that's a good thing, pays the bill's) finally after about 1 hour plus i went back to find out what was going on or i was moving on .a very nice gentleman david came out to finalize the paper work. he apolgized for the delay. my one and only complaint is (was) the time it took from sales rep to finance person.needs more people to do finance papers. Love the pilot didn't like 3 hour's at the dealership!!!!

I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Honda Marysville. The vehicle was not a Honda and so they had limited information and answers to our question, but they researched and provided everything I asked for quickly. They were open to negotiate and even got us a better rate than we expected on the loan. The transaction wasn't without issues though. First, they "accidentally" increased the price of the vehicle on the initial purchase agreement by 20% above what we had agreed to in writing. They also neglected to fully describe some of the minor damage to the vehicle(despite being asked directly) and that they only had 1 key(which I had neglected to ask about). In the end these were relatively minor since got a great deal on the vehicle. The only thing I can say is to make sure you complete full due diligence and don't take anything for granted.

I had family issues that kept me from buying a 2015 Civic when I first went to Marysville Honda and talked with Tony Hicks about a car. I had one "deal breaking" requirement as far as the car went--It had to have a manual transmission, but wasn't too much of a problem at first. After I got the family issues settled, it was too late to get a 2015 manual and no one at the dealership was sure when a 2016 would be available. They checked and said that 2 manuals were coming in sometime in the next 6 weeks--lots of automatics and cvt's already available. Then on a Friday, Tony called and said that one of the two manuals was in, but that someone else had already spoken for it. I made arrangements to go to the dealership on Monday and test drive one of the automatics and then be ready to get one of the manuals. When I showed up for the test drive, the other person had backed out and I bought the car on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday. Because I have driven and owned Honda products since 1977, the best thing that I can say about this car is that "It drives like a Honda."

We went out there to look at some CRV's, but I couldn't resist looking at the Forester, since I'm a huge Subaru fan. This is my third one. I emailed the dealership to schedule a test drive with Todd, who was excellent to work with. Todd was going out of town the next day, so when we came back to purchase the car, we dealt with Jeff, who was also great. Everyone there was very personable and awesome to deal with. No one tried to "sell" us anything, or make us feel any pressure. They were just straight forward, nice, and attentive. My wife was especially impressed, since we visited 5 other dealships in the area, and Honda Marysville's customer service blew everyone else away. The only downfall was that their used car sales are in the same building as all of the motorcycles, so it was a bit crowded and sometimes loud. However, I would go out of my way to buy more cars from this dealership because of how great the people treated us. I am also a former retail sales manager, and have over 5 years of customer service experience, and I was nothing but impressed. Everyone genuinely cared about our experience and it showed. Top notch place.

First of all, its hard to have a good experience when purchasing a vehicle, its just not set up for enjoyment, so I thought. In septemeber of 2015, I unexpectedly need a new car. I have never owned a Honda, nor interested in one. I am more of a Lexus or Camry type of a person until this faithful day. My boyfriened recommended Fred at Honda Marysville, and as usual, I so dreaded the saleman and the process of purchasing a car. Anyway, I am happy to report he was the nicest, most honest, easiest person to communicate and get the job done. There wasn't any crazy negotiation, nor there was any horrendous back and forth with the manager like the usual wheeling and dealing with this industry. Fred offered the best price for an Accord EX-L that I can't refused, and I drove out with my new car within an hour and a half of the arrival time of meeting him, more or less. Unlike other dealership, this dealership is a huge beautiful facility, fully stocked of any vehicle of your interest. As for my saleman, not only he proved that the process of purchasing a vehicle doesn't have to be a nightmare, he topped it off by just being an honest person. THANK YOU Fred!!!

Recently purchased a newer used vehicle from Honda Marysville. Searched AutoTrader online and found a vehicle here that looked suitable to our needs. After speaking with Brian Matesic to verify vehicle was still on hand, we drove the 80 miles. When we arrived I noticed that there was a large and diverse selection of used vehicles. Found the vehicle we were interested in parked right in front. We were not swarmed by any sales staff even though we walked inside looking for Brian. We then met with Brian he was very pleasant and personable. We checked out the car and upon closer examination decided it wasn't in the condition we were looking for. With Brian's help we searched inventory for similar vehicles, found a 2009 Honda Accord that had everything we wanted. We started the sales process and I was again surprised to find that the high pressure I'd become accustomed to at other dealerships wasn't true here. Even though the dealership closed while we finalized the deal I never felt pressured or hurried in any way. I went in to have a recall fixed. The appointment took longer than what I was told. After repairing the recalled airbag, I was told my radiator was leaking. When I drove my car away, both of my turn signals were no longer working, but were fine when I dropped off the car. I had my usual mechanic look at the radiator and he found NOTHING WRONG. My daughter and I went "car looking" this past Saturday and decided to check out Honda. She had originally been leaning towards a Toyota when I suggested that we should check out Honda. There is no Honda dealership in the town we live in, so we went to Honda Marysville. We were greeted by Andy Morse, who made us both feel very comfortable and at-ease. Being two females car shopping can be a little intimidating. Andy was AMAZING!! We looked on Saturday and she test drove a Civic. We talked to Andy after the test drive and told him that we were going to think about it and would get back to him. By the next day, she knew that she wanted to purchase from there and really liked the car. We drove back to Marysville to make the purchase. She had originally been torn between two different colors of the same model vehicle. Andy gave us the keys for both and told us to feel free to take either or both for a test drive. While looking at both cars on the lot, she noticed another one that she liked even more! Andy was so incredibly patient and more than willing to offer his advice and assistance. We test drove the "new" find and she fell in love! The remaining portion of the process was simple and painless and this was all due to Andy! My son and I came to the dealership "just looking". I had an idea of what I wanted, but the three vehicles I wanted to test drive were completely different. Jeff Hawks was so very patient, pleasant and easy to work with. I liked him right away. To my surprise and delight, they had all three vehicles in my price range - a Highlander, Ridgeline and CRV. I fell instantly in love with the Ridgeline, but needed a bit of time to really think it through. Jeff gave me that time. No pressure, no feeling of wasting his time. I came back the next day but it was Jeff's day off. He turned me over to Todd Frances. He was just as nice, just as pleasant as Jeff. All the people I came into contact with that day were fantastic. All of them were cheerful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. I ended up buying a 2008 Ridgeline. It had to have some minor repairs done. Todd called me to let me know they had the part and that is when I met Mike in the service department - another awesome guy. The repair was going to take a couple of hours so Mike drove me to a place of my choosing to wait and picked me back up! All in all, this was the best car buying experience I ever had. I have already told all of my friends, family and anyone else who would listen to get their next vehicle at Honda of Marysville and to ask for Jeff or Todd. The next time I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will definitely go back. Just an awesome experience!

I received an upgrade opportunity offer in the mail from Honda Marysville for my 2012 Honda Civic EX. Although I loved my 2012 Civic, I was intrigued with the added features on the 2015 Honda Civic EX. When I called Honda, they put me through to Joe R. who asked me some questions about what I was looking for and about my current car and I went in the same day to discuss it further. Joe had arranged for me to talk to Jason Bayly to go through the different options available. Jason was wonderful to work with! He asked me what I was looking for (2015 Honda Civic EX sedan in blue) and was able to find the exact car I wanted. Jason went through various payment options that could fit into my budget and showed me the trade in value of my current car (which matched the amount I had researched prior to arriving). I was able to drive away in my ideal car that was also affordable! I would highly recommend working with Jason when looking for a new car! I would also like to point out that the dealership is a nicely laid out, clean place where you feel relaxed through the car buying process. I've been to other dealerships and the sales associates come across as competitive with each other. However, at Honda Marysville, it has more of a team atmosphere where everyone is willing to help each other. I recently purchased a 2015 CRV. My only issue was the functionality of the HondaLink system, which I now understand has been an ongoing struggle for Honda and Honda owners alike. That aside, if I was going to have a problem with the car, Honda Marysville would be the place I'd rather have made the purchase, and here's why: My son and I have bought about 7 new cars from HM over the last several years. Although we are both "picky buyers" who want everything to work perfectly, HM has been right there, going above and beyond on every issue, every time. From the showroom to the shop, the staff are all top notch, caring, knowledgeable, understanding folks who listen to your concerns and responded appropriately, no matter what the issue or how difficult the fix. We found a Honda Pilot that we liked on Cars.com that was located at Honda Marysville... Contacted the sales department through an online chat and they followed up with a phone call. We drove up the next day... Our original contact was out that day, but he had set us up with another member of their team. They had the keys and paperwork pulled and our names at the top of the list, which was important because someone else came in before us and was interested in the same vehicle, but they gave us priority since we enquired first and were on our way. We test drove, talked terms and financing. They worked with us to help make the terms work for us... They were friendly, pleasant and no pressure... They seemed to be working for a positive customer experience and outcome, not just their bottom line. Their friendliness, integrity, and efficiency were impressive. A lot better than other experiences that we've had... It's a couple hour drive for us, but the next time we're looking for a car, we won't hesitate to head back up the road to Honda Marysville.

When we decided we wanted to check out a used Honda Ridgeline Marysville Honda was our first choice as we have made three prior purchases from them. A bit of prior research on Cars.com and CarFax showed they had several on the lot and we took a drive from Plain City to check them out. Brian Matesic, one of their salespeople approached us while on the lot and after describing what we wanted he showed us one and gave the opportunity to take a unhurried drive. The Ridgeline sold us on the truck. However we decided it had more miles than we wanted and after further discussion decided a lower mileage Honda Certified vehicle might be a better choice. I decided I wanted to do more research online before looking at other Ridgelines on their lot. I made a few calls to other Honda dealers with no apparent better deals and returned to Marysville as I knew their final price would be fair and their service is very good. So it was back to Marysville Honda to see Brian and take another one for a drive. We made a deal, and drove one home. We appreciated Brian's professional approach and how he let the Ridgeline sell itself to us. As usual, we were pleased with all aspects of our treatment by Marysville Honda.

I had to get new wheels in a hurry because my old car just wasn't up to snuff any longer. I was sad, liked my old car. I told Brian what I wanted and how much I could pay. He worked very hard to keep me out of the pouring rain that day (he got soaked) so I could look over the car in the garage. He made sure I got connected to the sales manager that could make decisions. I have had my new CVR for 3 days, love it more each day! Wow! I had a great experience working with Fred from the internet department and Dan in the finance office. I knew I wanted the Civic so I emailed all the Honda Dealers in Columbus and Honda Marysville gave me the best offer. I was able to apply for pre-approval from my phone in just a minute and had the buyers order a few minutes later and was on my way to pick up the car. Fred was friendly and knowledgeable about all the features of the car. They were able to match my credit union interest rate. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Found a 2000 Solara thru the internet and drove from West Chester, OH to Marysville in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. This didn't bother me because the advertised car was exactly what I was looking for. I had been quoted a price over the phone and when we arrived we found the car to be an "SE" rather than the advertised "SLE". When I questioned the sales representative and I stated there is a considerable difference between the two models and asked if there was a price break due to this inaccurate description, I was told no. We bought the car but I find this to be very misleading and would have appreciated a price break. You may want to check and compare the differences in options and the price difference between the two models. You got me this time but it will be the last time. Pete Eschmeyer

Doug Roberts was my sales man and did an outstanding job start to finish. When I first met Doug he copied my contact info and I thought he will never call me back. Well he did call me with the particulars of what i wanted. My first car was a civic hybrid. Nice but small and i am not sold on hybrid technology. Next car was a recent trade in and just going to detail and service. The accord v-6 fit me well and i was pleased with the condition.Doug is an asset to your staff and i will go to him in the future. From start to finish, I had a very pleasant car-buying experience at this dealer, and I honestly feel it started with my salesman, Adam Milligan. From the start he was low-pressure, low-key, very knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time figuring out what I wanted, why I wanted it, and what were my "needs" v. my "wants" in the cars I considered. It took a bit of work to get to my purchase, due to (1) me being pretty particular, (2) focusing originally on a hybrid, and (3) running into the model year-end with some reduced availability. Through it all Adam took the time to answer my questions, look into vehicle stock at other dealers for cars fitting my requirements, and getting back to me with information when it was available. After considering so many different options as each of my current first choices were difficult to find, Adam and I finally closed a deal on a 2015 Accord EX-L which so far has been a dream. Even at the end, Adam was basically no pressure when it came to price, and only asked - as opposed to suggested or pushed - about additional options. After closing, he made sure to spend time going over the car's features before sending me off into the wild. I will - and have already - recommend both Honda Marysville and Adam specifically to friends looking at purchasing a Honda.

Over all a very pleasant experience. I dealt with the Internet team. There was always someone readily available to respond to my inquiries. At the end of the day a very professional, low pressure, experience, at a fairly competitive price. The only complaint I would have, and its the same one I have with any car I have bought is that they sell you on how great of a vehicle it is and then the finance guy tries to sell over priced extended warranties. The last thing I want to think about while I am getting ready to take delivery of my brand new car is the fact that it may break down in 3-4 years. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. They didn't belabor the issue, and quickly moved on when I told them it rubbed me the wrong way. Mark and Bethany were great to work with.

I don't like the car buying process. But Tom McAdoo definitely was refreshing to deal with. He was very professional, informative, helpful, patient, never overbearing, and at the end of the day, I felt great about the car I was getting but also that I was able to do business with Tom. Relationships are important and you do business with people you like and trust. Tom definitely made the process much better than I would have ever guessed going into it. With regard to the dealership in general, I had been looking on-line and in person at several dealerships to research my next vehicle. The website was easy to navigate and use and then when I arrived, the selection was very good. There were at least 4 different vehicles that I gave serious consideration before buying they one I did. At other dealerships, there was often only one vehicle worth considering and sometimes none. But at the end of the day, Tom was the difference maker.

Honda Marysville used to be the best place to go for service. After the last 4 times I will never return. Tools being left in the vehicle, fluid levels and air pressure not being checked, overcharging for service then offering to do the service at a reasonable price only to try and charge more than the original quote and do more to the car than was authorized. Good luck going into service and them just keep it at what you asked for. Also, bought a 2014 car and while the paperwork is being written up, someone in service backs into another car They offered (wisely) to replace the bumper. It took two weeks and getting hold of the manager to actually make it happen. Very dissatisfied. Shame on me for going back more than 3 times.

I live in Columbus Ohio and rode with my sister to look at a used VW; Adam Milligan was her salesperson. I have known my sister for 54 years (smile) and I know she can be one tough customer. Adam was honest, thorough, respectful and quite patient --she remarked later that Adam had spoken to her and treated her better than any salesperson she'd ever encountered. Based on this, I later bought my own Honda and wanted nobody but Adam to work with me. Not more than 2 weeks after I'd driven off the lot, I had a problem with a dinged windshield; again, Adam came through. I cannot give him any higher compliment than to recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new/used car solely on my (and my family's) experience with this young man. My wife and I were looking to downsize from our 2011 Grand Cherokee to something a little more fuel friendly. I had sold the the Jeep ealier in the week and had literally 6 days to find something. Not knowing what exactly we wanted, I started to research the 2014 Civic and noticed the deals the Honda Marysville had going that seemed better than all the central Ohio dealers in our area. I had my wife call the dealership and she spoke to Chris Mcgee to get some details and explain what we were looking for. She said that we would be stopping by there on the Friday morning of Memorial Day Weekend on our way out of town. When we got there, he already had both models out and ready for us to drive. After driving, we realized that the civic was a bit small for our liking and we started to look at the Accord LX and the LX Sport. Chris quickly got those out as well for us to drive and gave us the details of each but never forced his opinion or tried to sell us on one or the other. As we went in to talk details, i quickly remarked to my wife how laid back and relaxed the expeirence was going and that I never seem to get in dealing with cars. We also had our dog with us and they were all very receptive to us having him in and around the dealership which was nice. As we decided to think it over during the weekend, Chris asked if he could get a picture of the VIN from my Jeep and would see what he could do for us. To make a long short, he called me within a few hours later and said they would match the offer I had and buy it. I said great, saves me a trip on Memorial Day Monday and told him we wanted the Accord Sport. Showed up at dealership on that Monday at opening, Chris had the car there for us to drive once more, shipped if off to detail and we started the paperwork. Chris was great to deal with, never felt pressure, numbers were dead on, and it was one of the few enjoyable times I have had getting a new car. I highly recommend Chris McGee

I've had bad experiences with car buying, and I think most people have. I've been lied to, cheated, and have had to fight with salespeople just to buy a car. Not at Honda Marysville, though. I had been searching for a fully loaded and used CR-Z for a few weeks, and they aren't that easy to come by. I saw Honda Marysville had one, so I called them up and asked about it. I spoke with Chris McGee, who said if I wanted to come look at it, he'd have it ready for me. When I got there, he had already gotten the car out of the lot to the front of the dealership, clearly marked that it was reserved for a potential customer. I've never had that happen before. He was ready for me when I walked in, without any wait despite it being Memorial Day Weekend. Within minutes of arriving he handed me the keys and let me test drive it. When I got back, I wanted it, but I was in a tight budget: I couldn't spend much more than my trade-in was worth. Not a problem, I got a better appraisal than other dealerships had given me, and the manager knocked off some more from the car. I walked away paying barely more than title and taxes. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They wanted me to leave with the car I wanted, not the car they wanted to sell. Not many dealerships act that way. They even had the Carfax report ready without me having to ask. I am very impressed.

I didn't really know what to expect after the ham-handed and overpowering approach of the last salesman I talked to but I was prepared for the worst. This, it turns out, was completely unnecessary. Jamie Eubanks was professional, helpful and (most importantly) human. I did not feel he was there to Herb Tarlek me into going home with something I didn't want. I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman. He was "one of the guys". He walked me through everything like a real professional and when my fiance and I left we could not have been happier. We are first-time Honda buyers but probably not last-time. We had a great experience at Honda Marysville. We drove around the rows and rows of new vehicles to see what was available before going into the dealership. We wanted a 2014 Odyssey in a color they did not have in stock; They were able to find one at another dealership in Ohio for us. The salesperson we dealt with (Adam Milligan) was very knowledgeable and competent but friendly and low key. It was a busy day there when we went "to look" and everyone seemed to be that way: no high pressured sales tactics. We are pleased with the test drive process, new car sale process and the vehicle "pick up" process. (Adam spent a lot of extra time with us going over the vehicle features again, programming phone numbers into the car, etc.) We look forward to many years of good service and a good relationship with Honda Marysville. We definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking at Hondas.

This is not the first new Honda we purchased from Marysville and we will probably buy from them again, mainly because they are nearby, and they sell Hondas. However, up until this purchase in April 2014 we were big time fans of this dealership. Now we are cooling our enthusiasm. Why? We believe their huge success is undermining their dedication, attention and detail to customer satisfaction, which got them where they are, and they are now no different than any other run of the mill dealership pushing add-on $ schemes. The last person you see on your way out the door is the finance manager and among the last documents, option offers you must quickly review, consider, and sign then and there, are Gap Insurance, disability insurance, etc, etc, and an option for very expensive Polysteel paint and fabric protection. If you do your research, you will find this is nationally organized method for dealership finance mangers to make some extra pocket money on the deal, and requires those who accept Poly to continue buying the products to maintain the vague, not published warranty, even though the hustle says "... all you have to do wash the car. No more waxing and we will repair dings, no paint chips, ..." Virtually every auto body and paint professional and auto experts and enthusiasts sites repeatedly calls this a scam and, "It's nothing more than a cheap wax job." You can see dealership POLY demos on the net and they are "wax and spritz" jokes. Dealerships, including Marysville Honda, will rationalize offering such add-ons by saying something like, "... we are offering products and services that some of our customers want and had not thought of until now. We want to make sure they are aware of all their options." It sounds reasonable and logical, but given the situation and circumstances, of needing a decision "now" before we can process your application, is intimidation sales. If they, all dealerships, especially those associated with HONDA, truly wanted you, me, all of us to be well informed of our options, the benefits of the add-ons, they would give us, the customers they "love," all the paperwork, (from the sales associate, not the finance manager), in advance so we could consider everything w/o the implied damage/risk of getting financing approved. By the way, some who opted for Polysteel, ("...which has to be applied ASAP, (read days)" still haven't received it more than a month after the sale! Finally, what is confusing to me is why would a company (Marysville Honda and, of course, Honda of America) risk their reputations, with third party companies over which they have no control? A customer who opts for any of the finance manager's options and is unhappy with any of them will, naturally, blame Honda, who by selling the option, service or product, endorsed them as having Honda quality. One wonders why some state AG or, some class action attorneys, haven't seen the problem and jumped all over it.

My experience at Marysville Honda was excellent! My salesperson, Tony Hicks, was polite, attentive, and very positive. He returned calls promptly and would have an answer very quickly. He made the buying experience simple and enjoyable. Even the finance person, Drew Leslie, was awesome. This position is typically dry and the experience is typically boring but Drew added humor and fun stories during the process. In closing, I would endorse Honda Marysville to anyone, and would also provide Tony Hicks as a strong recommendation for a salesperson.

Found the car I wanted on cars.com at this dealership, went ahead and did the credit app and the next day got a phone call from the staff. The finance team and sales team answered all my questions and worked with me over the phone. We drove about 3 and half hours there and they made the process so easy. Almost all of the paperwork was done prior to us arriving. The entire staff was extremely helpful and so nice. They went above and beyond of what most dealerships would even do around here. They made the process of buying my car so easy!! Even after they were very helpful with all the questions I had. I highly recommend this dealership!

We called about a used vehicle we were interested in and talked to Adam Milligan, who answered our questions and made the car available to us to test drive one very short notice. Adam subsequently came to the dealership on his day off to work with us on our concerns and them go through the purchase process. Although relatively young and new to the sales team, Adam was excellent to work with. After we made thedecision to purchase, the processing of the sale and financing went smoothly as well. Unfortunately, it is rare to leave a dealership after purchasing a vehicle and being able to think to yourself, Wowwe got a great vehicle, at a great price, and were treated right. Also, thank you for navigating through the out of state purchase process. Honestly, that was something I was dreading having to deal with and you guys made it worry-free! We also greatly appreciate your positive standing with USAA. USAA is a great bank for those on Active Duty, but they are somewhat non-traditional when it comes to buying vehicles. Again, Marysville Honda made it look seamless!

We bought a used Odyssey at the dealership and are very happy so far. Dan Lagatta was helpful and let us test drive the options in our price range, and he didn't try to push us on vehicles at higher prices or try to sell us some "extras" that would have increased our financing. Dan also answered the questions we had and helped us get the price down a bit. Overall, I would recommend Honda Marysville as they have good selection and customer service. As for financing, I went with my own credit union, but I'm sure their financing options are considerable as well. The process was still fairly easy even when financing elsewhere.

On the way in to Honda Marysville to test drive Odyssey's, my husband commented that he "has never met a salesperson that he liked." After a terrible experience at another Honda dealership, I had to say that I agreed. We met Brittany Sines, who was friendly, and asked us simple questions about what we're looking for. We had done tons of research beforehand, so we knew exactly what we wanted. She never pressured us about a single thing. She simply listened and helped us to find the perfect vehicle for our growing family! If every car sales person could be like Brittany, the car-buying experience would be a very enjoyable one! Other members of the sales team were great as well (manager, finance, etc). I would not only recommend Honda Marysville for your next car purchase, but ASK FOR BRITTANY! You'll be glad you did.

As a long-time customer of Honda-Marysville, I found myself needing to quickly replace my old, faithful Honda Odyssey. My husband had a good past experience with Sales Representative Joe Ranalli, who sold him a Honda Pilot a few years ago. I called Joe to tell him I'd like to test drive a CRV. When I arrived, he had the CRV book ready and was armed with all sorts of helpful facts about the vehicle model. He also had the CRV already warmed up for me since it was about 2 degrees! It was a great ride and handles super in the snow. Joe followed up with me right away. A few days later, my husband and I stopped by to buy the CRV. Joe handled the paperwork expertly, connected us with the finance man (very competent) and the gentleman in service had my car ready to go on time with the add-ons complete. Joe and the rest of the team are top notch Honda employees. I am proud to know them and would do business with them any day. May there be many more happy years for us together!

Just wanted to take a minute to compliment Honda Marysville. I didn't end up buying my vehicle here, but I still come here to get it serviced. I started going to Germain because I live in Dublin, but I ended up needing services on a Sunday. So I came out to Marysville. I was blown away by how friendly everyone was. They didn't try to repair things that didn't need repaired. Facility is clean and comfortable. I will come to Honda Marysville from now on! Even when I was looking to buy, Honda Marysville didn't have what I was looking for, but the overall sales experience was a lot better then when I was at Germain as well. I was able to find someone easily who would work with me. And when he didn't have anything that was in my price range, (that was a Honda) he was honest, and didn't try to talk me into a lease. Thanks so much for all you do!

Christine is down-to-earth, sincere, professional and knowledgable. Being in sales myself, I really cringe with pushy, arrogant sales people. If I had to personally select the "perfect" person to buy a car from--it would be Christine. She's not just concerned to "get the sale" but fully intends on servicing the customer for the whole time of ownership. She's passionate about what she does, has excellent product knowledge and is part of an overall team that is down to earth and straightforward. You will really like working with folks at Marysville Honda as compared to other bigger city dealers who can be less than friendly and often harsh. We feel that we made a personal connection with Christine and the dealership--how nice that is in today's world! I saw a 2002 Buick Lesabre advertised on Cars. Com . called Marysville Honda Saturday Morn Dec.7th and spoke with Mike, I arrived and found Mike , he showed me the car and we went for test drive, I purchased the car and was very satisfied with the service. I had to return on Monday and talked with Mike I asked if maybe when they cleaned the car they forgot to put original floor mats back in car he took time to locate mats and I picked them up in the afternoon, I am very happy with the service and will recommend Mike in the future Richard E.

My wife and I were needing to purchase a vehicle while in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. The purchase process is very difficult and time consuming. Christine C, a product specialist at Honda Marysville's Used Car lot, was terrific from start to finish! She found us the PERFECT vehicle and made sure that it was still available for us when we had finally gotten through all of the red tape. We really could not have been happier with the help we received from Christine and we can't say 'Thank You' enough. As far as the quality of repairs, the vehicle was in terrific condition and we even received a copy of the invoice where the Dealership had put nearly $1000 worth of new brakes, wiper blades, etc., onto the vehicle before we brought it home. Our overall experience was definitely worth 5 stars!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my extreme displeasure with the so called Service department of the Marysville Honda dealership. On Monday morning (9/24/2013) my inoperable Honda Element was delivered to the service department. Late that afternoon I was informed that the vehicle was ready and I was asked if I would be picking it up that evening. I stated that I would not be able to arrange a ride until the next morning. I was informed that my Honda would be ready anytime tomorrow (Tuesday 9/25/2013) morning. It is, given several detours, about 25 miles of back country roads to reach Marysville Honda. When I was within a few miles of the dealership, at 9:42 am I was called on my cell phone and informed that my vehicle was not ready and they were unsure when it would be ready. When I asked why I was given an illogical explanation (an overlooked bent wire) which further upset me. How this dealership received a President's Award is beyond my comprehension.

I was researching different cars and different dealerships while car searching, and ended up purchasing my vehicle through Honda Marysville due to their upfront internet pricing, their good communication and follow up, patient internet manager Fred Gardini, great service reputation, and overall experience from initial inquiry to visit to test drive to purchase to paperwork with finance manager Alex Balk. I particularly appreciated how Fred took the time to walk me through the technology reference guide, showing me the features on the dash, pairing up my phone and setting up a speed dial with me. This is our second purchase from Honda Marysville in 15 months. There are several reasons we decided to purchase our vehicles from here: the quality of vehicles to choose from that have gone through a 150 point inspection, the kindness and attentiveness that ALL employees display and not just the saleperson that helped us through the sale, and the convenience of knowing if I have any questions or concerns, the salesperson will follow up on the concern/question even after the purchase. I had four new tires put on my 2011 CRV on 8/27/13 & not only was the job done quickly but the gentalman that helped me by the name of Beejay was very knowlegable and helpful. Beejay was able to get me a coupon which saved me $50.00. The next day I noticed that the tire caps were missing on all four tires & so I went back to Honda to inquire about this & Beejay again took care of the problem very quickly and professionally. I love the great customer service that is always given to me at Honda.

I walked in & was immediately greeted by the receptionist at the information desk. I filled out a credit application & promptly knew what I qualified for. I then told a sales rep exactly what I wanted, had to leave for an appointment, returned and spent the next three hours going over paperwork. I walked into the dealership the first time and thought I was going to walk away and have to go somewhere else due to what I qualified for; however, little did I know that the Salesperson & Finance Manager were steadily working with a bank to make this sale happen for me!! I got a a great deal!! - had a FABULOUS experience and can't wait to share my experience with others! This is my second Honda Civic.....Did I say my salesperson was great!!??? They were!!! I really appreciate what they did for me.....it's not everyday you meet someone willing to put your worries at ease and go above & beyond for you! Feels great!!

I purchased my Honda crv in May after having a bad experience at another dealer. I called Andy up and told him what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to be in. He told me that he could work with me and get me what I wanted. I drove two hrs to marysville and couldn't be happier. I left with my new car and was completely satisfied. I was to the point where I desperately needed to trade in my old car. However, this car belonged to my husband who recently passed away. I was emotionally attached to his car as you can imagine, but with 3 children we needed to be safe on the road. My husband had purchased two previous cars from Mark the salesman (who is very helpful) this time he recommended we drive from Dublin to Marysville for the service he had received before. WOW were we shocked about the process past Mark which was a mess. Starting with deciding what car I wanted which was a task for me and when I had decided on a new car we had been quoted a price on a car that had been driven 280 miles, had a west virginia inspection sticker and had the oil changed already but found out to have navi in it. That the raised the price which we couldn't understand why they just couldn't have worked with the price....being what the new car had already been through. They did find another that had just came in and got it fixed up but still had navi which means I had to take the loan out for another year to get my payment where I wanted it. Just when all was almost done....oops no one had noticed earlier that the trade in was registered in Mich.......Oh what a mess now...Stop the world...the comment was made I would have to drive to Mich and somehow fix this.. After husband getting involved and what seemed like having the car held hostage over me....WOW they can work it out....Now why couldn't that just work the first time instead of getting everyone worked up. Then when going into finance to speak to Drew who i told i don't want any extras to add to my payment...... i walked out with a special wax kit and a ext warranty. My husband blew up since his now time he had spent with me here was not good and why they would add on when I didn't want it. come to find out finance guy had told me my husband had bought the wax kit on his previous car which was in there computer but a review of his paperwork showed he had never bought this. Hmmm who might have made a buck off some error I don't know ?. I did get it taken off and payment down where I wanted it to start with. and left

My husband and I were looking for a recent year used vehicle that offered comfort, cargo capacity, and safety to replace our current trip vehicle. Since we keep our vehicles longer than average (15 years) and travel to distant locations (Key West, Grand Canyon, Corpus Christi), reliability and good gas mileage were also important. We are thoughtful, analytical shoppers who carefully compare features, price, warranty, Consumer Reports Recommendations and Repair Records, and online consumer reviews of vehicles. Honda CR-V was high in all respects. We test drove vehicles at several other brand dealerships and just as the vehicles varied so did the quality of our experiences at dealerships. Honda Marysville was superior in several respects. First of all, there is a very wide selection of used and Honda Certified used vehicles many of which were originally sold and serviced right there. Secondly, sales staff allowed us to test drive vehicles without riding along. This meant no distracting conversations while we were trying to evaluate the vehicle. Plus we felt more free to discuss the vehicle without a sales person present. Next we found that every vehicle we drove had been through the 150 item checklist and properly service. They all drove well without issues. (At some other brand dealerships we found vehicles that had significant brake issues or definitely needed deodorizing although they had supposedly been checked over.) Lastly, we received no pressure or calls to our home although we made two visits to the dealership about a week apart. (Some other dealerships pressured us about third party warranties and made calls from sales staff to our home.) Joe Ranalli was the sales staff person who assisted us. He was friendly, polite, professional and patient. Since our first visit to Honda Marysville was also the first time we had driven any CR-V, we wanted to think about and compare it with some other SUV brands. Within the next few days, we test drove another brand of SUV we were considering. After that, we knew the Honda CR-V EXL was the best vehicle for us!! On our second visit to Honda Marysville, we happened to arrive about an hour before Joe Ranalli was scheduled to work. Greg Beecher was cordial and helpful. He made us comfortable in the very pleasant customer waiting area (coffee and slushies available), checked Joes schedule for us, and arranged for our first of three Honda CR-V test drives that day. When we returned from the test drive, Joe was at work and waiting for us. For every vehicle we drove, Joe shared the Car information Sheet, the CarFax report, and service records available. He explained the technical equipment on the vehicles, and very thoroughly covered the Certified Warranty and how it related to the original New Vehicle Warranty. We decided to buy the first Honda CR-V that we test drove that day. Finance Director Drew Leslie was thorough, informative, friendly and courteous. Now that we were new Honda owners, Joe showed us Hondas Free Customer Car Wash on site available during business hours, took us through the Service Department, and told us of the Saturday tailgate at the dealership during OSU football season. We highly recommend this dealership.

The best buying experience and the best deal. I travelled 300+ miles to purchase my used vehicle. I was looking for a specific vehicle (2011 Honda Accord EX-L w/Nav, I-4 with less than 60K miles) to be used as a replacement commuter car. This car was the best marraige of style, features. safety, reliablity, gas mileage, and price. Being a previous 4-time Honda/Acura owner, I knew this vehicle would be the right choice for my needs (I had already assisted my father in his purchase of a 2008 Accord). There was a similarly equiped vehicle at the same price price just 18 miles from my house. The difference is that the vehicle at Marysville Honda was certified. Other similar vehicles available on cars.com were priced $1000-$2000K+ more. Even though I was working remotely with the salesman, Andy Morse, I was completely at ease with commiiting to the car with only seeing the pictures that had been posted. He answered my numerous quesitions quickly and thoroughly, even on his day off. No presure tactics were used at all. He was there at the airport to meet me when my plane landed, and drove me to the dealership. I checked out the car and it was exactly as advertised. All the paperwork was ready for signature. Andy even packed up a few souveneirs for me to take home to my 5 year old (Thanks! She really enjoyed them). I was out of the dealership quickly and on the road for my 300+ mile trip back home. Best buying experience, best quality car, and best price...even though I had to travel to get it....and yes, I would do it again!

For several years, I had my 2008 Accord serviced at Honda Marysville. At each oil change I was greatly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. No high pressure to perform questionable services. Always receptive to what I wanted done. In October of 2012, it was time to trade for a 2013 Accord, and I went to Honda Marysville and had the best car buying experience in many, many years. I worked with Dan Green, and he made the entire process work for me to insure my satisfaction. The 2013 Accord is a dream machine. In May of 2013, on a Saturday when Honda Marysville was doing a Carfax exercise in the parking lot, my wife and I drove from our home in Columbus and were treated to a unique experience getting her Toyota Camry appraised. We were offered a very good price as a trade in, and the value of that car was even increased at our request. We then met with Dan Green again, and again he worked with us to get the CRV that appealed most to my wife at a price that was fair. Dan's service, and that of the staff, has always been outstanding, and we plan to return to Honda Marysville for all of our service needs and for replacement vehicles as needed. Time to do timing belt on the 06 pilot. Had a 'misprint' coupon that many people at the dealership complained about but said that they had to honor. Once they got into the job they discovered the tensioner was bad and had to be replaced at the cost of an additional $155! My problem is that the tensioner needs to be changed as per the Honda service manual. Once the engine was opened up, they had me in a corner since they would charge me just to put it back together again. This part is included in all of the kits online. I should have done this job myself but was trying to avoid the hassle, I guess the joke is on me this time. Meanwhile sales at the same dealership called my wife trying to get her to trade into a new truck! These people have no shame?

I rarely write reviews, however my experience at Honda Marysville is well worth the time. I was working with several dealerships and immediately, Honda Marysville stood out in our first conversation. Jack Mosely was the sales person that I worked with and he was great. We received straight forward information regarding pricing and what the Honda Marysville could and could not do financially. If you go to Honda Marysville, ask for Jack. After going 4 rounds of "Let me speak with my manager and see what we can do for you" at a another dealership (Acura of Columbus), I called Jack and he honored every word of what we agreed upon when we met. He was even able to give me a little more for my trade than he originally offered to get me the payment I wanted. No schmoozy sales haggling techniques, just straight up professional sales work. My experience with Brandon in the Finance department was just as good. He offered some additoinal products that I considered but declined and he did not try to push the options further. My payment was exactly what I Jack promised TO THE PENNY!!!!! I will be a Honda Marysville customer for a very long time. My only suggestion is that they grown into an Acura dealership in the future!!!!

We have traded two cars with Marysville Honda. I called them to get a rough guesstimate of what my car might be worth, so I didn't go over there for nothing and Jason B. told me "let me go talk to the used car manager, I'll call you back in thirty minutes" and he did. We got over there and they actually upped what they said on the phone. They really worked with me on what I wanted with no questions asked. I felt like for one of the first times I have ever worked with a car dealer they didn't take me for a ride. Nice people, love the facility and makes you want to sit and drink coffee and watch t.v. all day.

Took 2012 Accord in for 19,000 mile oil change and "B" service that appeared on the maintenance minder. Called that morning was given an appointment for that afternoon. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the building and was told it would probably be an hour or hour and a half for the required service. Was told when I made the appointment what the cost would be. The facilities were spotless and I had the car back in one hour. No problems whats so ever.

I detest buying a car, so much that I haven't done it for over 15 years, my dear husband has been doing it for us. However, after my experience with Kevin Cornell and the entire team at Honda Marysville they have change the perception from pushy, smarmy car salesman to a laid back, friendly and professional EASY experience. I put off test driving for so long, finally took a baby step of emailing Kevin, and then stopped in for a "quick" test drive after work. Well, a few hours later drove off in my new vehicle! There was absolutely NO pressure from anyone. I received the trade- in offer I wanted and a price for the new one that I could not turn down. It does help to do your research ahead of time of course, but if you don't, don't worry, they are honest and no pressure. I know several people who have purchased from them, and it is always the same story, easy and no pressure. Would highly recommend them and of course Kevin for being very patient with me.

Had an appt. at 5:30 to purchase a vehicle. Was told by our sales man he had another appt. at 6:15. I gather that since this was their 6th car purchase here, our purchae of a used vehicle was of lesser value to Honda of Marysville as we had to wait over an hour while their purchase closed. The information on our paperwork was wrong, not in our favor, and had to redo and resign papers. They then called two days later because they had fogotten to have us sign two pieces of paperwork and wanted us to "swing by"....we live over an hour away! We would be compensated with two free oil changes, something of no value to us and was expressed. Ended up meeting half way to correct their mistake and on their time schedule!! not impressed.............

This was the best choice for us in the purchase of two new vehicles. We decided to make the drive because no dealership within 300 miles of our location would make our buying experience as simple and satisfying as Marysville Honda. I researched for at least 3-4 weeks and Marysville is the "real deal". Everything was very straight forward and there were no hidden dealer surprises. I had just come from a local Honda dealer in Lima, Ohio and was very disappointed in their professionalism. I had a quote which I obtained thru Consumer Reports for the Marysville Honda Dealership and contacted them, the sales people were extremely helpful on the phone and in person, there was no conflict when I presented the Consumer Reports papers and the entire experience was cordial. Jason Bayly, sales, was professional informed and understanding, Alex Balk, finance, was clear concise and informative. The price on the Consumer Reports quote was the price that I paid and they made a reasonable offer on my trade in as well! This is how a car dealership should operate, I understand that they are not a charity nor should I be their sole source of support. This was mostly an internet purchase. Found the car I wanted and called to see if they could get the price anywhere near another car I saw online. We worked out a deal over the phone. I drove two hours purchase the car. When I got there Todd had the car out front ready for me to drive. I got there about 7:30 pm for the test drive. I was in my new car and heading back home by 8:45. Wish this dealership was located closer to home.

Once again I brought my 2001 Honda Accord to the Honda Marysville service department with a new front end noise. In the capable hands of Corey Carroll the service tech(s) found the responsible CV joint, replaced it, and eliminated the noise. Last year they performed a similar feat on another obscure noise problem. Not everyone keeps a car that is nearing 152,000 miles, but, with such great service people as Corey, why not? Honda Marysville I have purchased 5 vehicles from Honda Marysville from two different salesmen. The first, Rich Bischert, turned into the used car sales manager and the second, Mark Stonecipher, continues to be a fantastic salesman. I've been to other dealers in Marysville, Ohio and none of them can be rated on the same scale as Honda Marysville. Honda Marysville is upfront and honest with financing offers and the quoted payments/price of car is always the same as when you sign the papers. Where as at the other dealers, the financing is never ironed out till you are sitting in the finance offers with astronomical APRs or other "oh we forgets". Mark is very laid-back, personable, and knowledgeable of all of the vehicles and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with your choice before and after the sale. With regards to the service department, the team has gone out of their way multiple times to resolve situations with certified pre-owned warranties and small issues with my vehicles. This was my first and last experience with this dealership, Marysville Honda. We purchased a 2004 Toyota Sienna LE from this dealership in January. The Internet Department at the dealership e-mailed me a reduced price for the vehicle and also a note letting me know that the van had been through their safety inspection and that a minor repair had been completed. After the purchase was complete, we drove the vehicle off of the lot with a front exterior light out, a rear exterior light out, and with all four tires containing different air pressures. My wife informed our salesperson after our test drive that the tire pressure warning light was flashing, however, we did not receive a response. The email that we received inviting us to take this survey thanked us for purchasing the Toyota Sienna CE, while the vehicle is actually a Toyota Sienna LE! This dealership is trying so hard to up-sell the customer that they are missing the details that are most important in building trust that will keep the customer coming back.

We went in looking for a used Honda as we have another teenage driver coming on board very soon and the entire experience was just a breeze. I have walked away from some, until I found Todd Francis back on the sales floor (he had successfully carried me through a previous sale a few years ago). He had spent a few years in Finance, where his experience brought incredible assistance to me in this deal. This purchase of a new Honda Accord was entirely at my pace, no pressure, nothing but help and information until I was ready; then the perfect car was brought in from another dealer and made ready for me in my timeframe. If you choose to visit Honda Marysville and are put off by your salesperson, try again with another (or ask for Todd) because the dealership is worth it. Everyone else there is top quality customer-oriented.

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. Not only did the salesman, James Burns, help us in every way possible several other employees did the same. James was very polite, laid back, and helpful. When asked about the specific vehicle we wanted to buy, James did not try to push us toward, instead stated he did not have much knowledge with the make (Suzuki). While we test drove the vehicle James researched it, and provided us with reviews from Car and Driver when we returned. The dealership was very clean, and all of the sales people were dressed the same making them easy to identify as employees. While we were waiting to finalize paperwork I spoke with a member of the service department. I own a Honda, and wanted to ask them about a particuliar problem. They diagnosed the problem, and then offered to research my vehicle for recalls, finding one for my problem. I had to finally purchase a new car! After having a 1998 honda accord with 250,000+ miles, I decided I needed a new car. I have been looking at the new Honda Accord Sport. My boyfriend is an associate of the Honda plant and told me to check at Honda Marysville for my car. He called there and talked to Joe Ranalli. Joe had the car I wanted and the color I wanted too! It was ready for me when I got there on Saturday. The entire car buying experience was really good. I was taken for a tour of the dealership and the service department. I was told about 'Buckeye' Saturdays once football season starts. It was very clean and everyone there was so polite. Was lucky to have come across James Burns. He made it simple and easy. Had been searching for a pilot for quite a while, most other places had either hiked prices or bad service. Honda marysville was warm and welcoming. Once we told James what we wanted he put everything out on the table (including a car fax). All the data all the numbers in a minute. he answered all our questions and waited patiently for us to make our decision . A little later we left driving a fully cleaned serviced certified honda with all the papers. no hassle .It was the best experience we've ever had so far. I mean its not possible to have it any easier than how they did it. In short if you are looking for a honda there is no better place than honda marysville. I'd recommend it a million times just on the basis of their service. (Maybe some other dealers can go learn what service should be like)

After some initial online review/communication, we went to the Honda Marysville dealership to "look" at an Accord LX. Three hours later we drove away in a new 2013 Accord LX. They bettered a trade-in offer from another source, quoted a great price and met all of our needs. I was looking to replace my '03 Concorde. I had never considered a Honda before and really just wanted to take a look at them. When I came on to the lot I was met by Andy and explained my needs. I just wanted to look at an Accord, a Civic and a Fit. I was looking for a used car five years old or less. There were no used Fits on the lot but Andy took me over to a new one. As I expected it was really a lot smaller than I wanted. So we went over to the Civics and Accords in the used area. Andy got some keys and I looked inside several cars. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the inside of the Accord was similar to my Concorde. At the end of the tour Andy asked if there was anything else he could do for me. At no point did I hear the common "Which one do you like best?" "Will you be trading in?" "Will you need financing?", etc. The bottom line is that Andy LISTENED to me and provided the service that I asked for. Nothing more, nothing less, no pressure to make any kind of a decision at all. Andy worked with me for 4 days through all of my questions and concerns. I found the car that met my needs and made the purchase.

I am amazed with the overall experience I had at Honda Marysville. My husband and I were in the market for a new car due to extenuating circumstances. At no time did I ever feel pressured into buying a car. We were searching for a Minivan but found that the Accord was a better match for our family needs. We ended up buying a new 2013 Honda Accord and are extremely happy with our decision. We were offered fair market value for our trade-ins. The aftermarket upgrades to the vehicle were not a hassle; in fact, they provided a vehicle to use while work was on going. The staff we encountered was extremely pleasant, friendly, customer focused, and attentive. At no time did I ever feel like a bother, even with the repeated questions I had while waiting for our car to be delivered to the dealer. A co-worker told me that she and her husband drive all the way from Cincinnati to purchase their vehicles from Honda Marysville because the GM moved up there a few years ago. It is a testament to the culture of the dealership and shows through to the rest of the staff. The dealership is a very family friendly environment and we just love the tailgating spread during Buckeye Football season! I just drove the 2 1/2 hours to Marysville to pick up my 2012 CRV. I had asked for a quote via the internet from Honda Marysville and received a reply almost immediately from Jason Bayly. For two months he corresponded with me while I desperately tried to make up my mind. When I finally did, Jason tried in vain to find the car I wanted. I waited to long. I decided to call again a few weeks later to see just what they had left in 2012's and Jason told me they had gotten in the color I wanted, not exactly what I wanted but they offered me a deal I couldn't pass up. Jason was most helpful, but most of all so patient. When I picked up the car, Jason again, was terrific and made the process so easy. Great experience.

The only negative comment I would have is that I had to wait quite a while to meet with the finance man, but understand you were short handed. However, while meeting with him I was very pleased. I lost my husband in July to a massive heart attack and this gentlemen ministered to me about seeing my husband again, quoting Bible scriptures etc. I have never been treated that WELL from anyone in a company. Kuddos to this gentlemen for his kind words. I had no intentions of actually buying that day, but something brought me into your dealership....and I have to think it was your salesman and finance man for both ministering to me. I sent emails to every dealer in the city and all of them sent form responses and none of them provided even a semi serious pricing response. I worked with Fred and he provided pricing and information all along the way. I was looking to close a car deal quickly and Marysville Honda was heads above the competition in treating my inquiry seriously and immediately. It is the internet after all but the rest of the dealers are choosing to play buying games on the web. They don't get it....don't waste your time playing their game. Great job. I found a pre-owned 2007 Highlander on AutoTrader at this dealer. Even though the vehicle was several hundred miles from my home, I decided to call about it. James took my call and worked with me over the phone and through email, even sending me additional photos. We arranged for a visit, and James had to hand off the meeting to a colleague named Kevin, who showed the vehicle, and even had the shop put it on a lift, as I had earlier requested. About a year ago, we received a letter from Marysville Honda offering to buy back our daughter's Pilot. My husband and I went in and talked to Rich Fisher about getting our daughter into something smaller, less expensive with better gas mileage. But Rich talked us out of it, saying if it was his daughter, he'd keep the Pilot, knowing she would be safer in a large car. We appreciated his honesty, knowing he could have made money buying and reselling the Pilot. Based on this experience, we returned this past week to negotiate leasing an Accord for my husband and me. My wife and I wanted to find a 2010 Acccord. We tried other dealships; they either didn't have what we wanted in terms of options, or the cars had negatives (dings, scratches, or an interior that smelled like a hospital after they tried to remove smoke odors). I found a 2010 model offered by Honday Marysville that looked like a candidate, so we made the drive to Marysville on a Saturday to check it out. The car looked like a winner, it was immaculate, odor-free and no scratches or visible dings. Our product specialist, Eric Moulton, made us feel at home and insisted that we go inside and partake of the Buckeye tail-gate party spread. I did find some curb-dings on the aluminum wheels, and Eric said that they would be re-finished and re-polished (they turned out great). When we went to pick up the car a week later, it looked like it just rolled off the line at Marysville. My wide and I are very, very pleased with it! Bottom-line: If you want to find a great car, get great service, and watch the Bucks play on the big-screen while eating barbequed wings and pulled pork, pay a visit to Honda Marysville!

I was a little hesitant about driving the 30+ miles to visit Honda Marysville in search of a used car. However, I have heard many good things about the dealership. I contacted the dealer and spoke to one of their salesman who was very helpful. Upon coming home from work I headed out to the dealership and met with the person I had spoken to over the phone. He was upfront with me and answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel pressured about my decision. After some wheelin' and dealin', we closed the deal and I went home with a great used car. The service writers are always helpful and accommodating of our scheduling needs and we feel like we are getting the best deal when we get our car serviced. We are always informed of the necessary repairs and the cost before they complete any repairs. Mike Meiring has been our service writer for several years and he always makes us feel at ease with the repairs that need to be completed. We never feel like we are doing unnecessary repairs when the car is taken care of by him and his service team.

We just purchased our third Honda (our first from this dealership) and had the best car buying experience we have ever had at Marysville Honda. The staff and the facility are absolutely top notch. We were looking for a used Civic for our kids for some time and our sales rep at this dealership (Jeff Hawk) found the perfect car for them. I had purchased my previous two new Honda vehicles from other Columbus Honda dealers but will purchase our next Honda from Marysville Honda. We'd been looking around for a used car at the dealers in Marysville and the Honda dealership has the best inventory. We were just driving by and spotted something we liked, but being close to their closing time we thought we would have to come back the next day. However, Product Specialist James Burns went right to work obtaining our financing with better interest rate then expected and had the detail guys get started on making it perfect.This was after the dealership closed for the day.

I was really impressed with my experience at the Honda Marysville. James Burns was very friendly! He was patient and very easy to talk to about my thoughts and feelings regarding the vehicles driven. I loved that he wasn't "pushy" about me making a decision. I test drove some cars on my first visit and decided to go test drive some other Hondas at other dealers. Once having the chance to look else where, I realized that I did not want to purchase a car anywhere other than Honda Marysville. The customer service was very personable and I felt like I could trust James. I also like that I felt that he was looking out for my best interest as well. I recently had just totaled my car in an accident and my husband and I were looking for a used car. After visiting many dealerships, we decided to visit Honda Marysville to check out a used Subaru Legacy we had seen on their website . Even though it was a little over an hour drive (we live in Lima), it was SO worth it! The salesman that helped us, James Burns, was so helpful and patient. Instead of being pushy, he was completely laid-back and provided truthful information on the car. When he found out that there was only 1 key to our car when he said there was more than 1, he spotted us 5 bucks to go get one made! Since my car was totaled out, we had to deal with insurance checks and the 7 day hold of the check into our account. James even promised to hold our personal check until the insurance money came through to ours! We literally looked at the car and applied for a loan, and the next day came back and bought it. The process went extremely smooth and my husband and I were overly impressed with this dealership and the service provided!

I went to several Honda dealers, and the service was not as great as the service I had at Honda Marysville. I found the car I wanted to purchase on cars.com, went to the dealership was welcomed by Kevin Cornell my product specialist ( who was GREAT). We completed the final sale of my new without waiting any delays. He explained all of the carfax to me as well as all of the repairs that were made to the car. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and courteous. I even received follow up calls to make sure all of the bells and whistles we're working in my new car. I am very satisfied with the service that I had and would recomed them to anyone. Not to mention the are open on Sunday.
