I was interested in an internet sale for a 2014 Ford F150. My questions were immediately answered and everyone I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. The buying experience was the best I have ever experienced and would definetly recommend anyone to go to Homer Skelton. The vehicle was at the Olive Branch location but overnight, the salesman drove it to the Millington location so I could test drive and purchase it. Ryan Allmon (my salesman) deserves much praise for making my purchase from Homer Skelton the highlight of my day. fixed problems they overlooked on the last service. had oil changed this time and after driving my truck home could smell burning oil like they had spilled oil on my manifold. that smell lasted for a few days. overall pleased with the time and the communication with this service.

The service department does not honor appointments. I had a 10:00 appointment and when I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment I was told that they were at least an hour behind because of sick employee and alot of others sowed up without an appointment. This was my first and last experience with Homer Skelton.

This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever encountered. Every person we came in contact with from the front desk customer service representative to the general manager was friendly, helpful and genuinely made us feel like valued customers. Had "The Works" service done on my 2014 Explorer, and as usual these guys were awesome! They make me feel like a VIP each and every time I come in for service. Overall my visit was good. For time management, please consider advising customers that an oil change includes the 24 point inspection. Sometimes when I want an oil change, I maynot have time to wait for a 24 point inspection.

My experience was great. Our sales consultant was Alan McGee was professional and courteous throughout the sales process. He was able to provide all aspects of our request for a new vehicle while allowing us to explore different vehicle types. We explained what we were looking for as far as type, model,price, and financing and he was able to assist us while providing other options for us to look at. Mr. McGee brought all this to the table without any hidden gimmicks to make a sale and nothing was a surprise when we went over the final numbers. Just got an oil and filter change. Overall good. Last time they reset my oil usage computer inside my car and placed a sticker on the windshield for the next oil change. They did not do that this time. Otherwise, very polite and cordial. They did a complimentary alignment check as well.

I left the car the night before and called the next morning early and asked if I could get my car cleaned and was told sure. When I arrived to get the car the clean up was not done and was I was told they didn't have enough staff to do it that day. But the next time I brought the car for service they would clean free. I wish I had of been notified that it wasn't possible that day. I had out of town clients coming in town. I am pleased that the offer was given to clean it next time.....

I've trusted Homer Skelton Ford with the maintenance on my 2010 Ford Focus since I moved to the area in 2012. When I received a mailer discussing a trade in, I thought I'd check out the options. My sales representative, Alan McGee, was very willing to work with me at my pace. I initially came in just to see what options I had and he put no pressure on me to make an immediate decision. He was also very willing to help me get the best possible deal. With luck, I'll be stationed here in 4 or 5 years when I'm ready to to trade up so I can buy from him again.

I purchased a 2015 Fusion. Everyone was so friendly. People came in from other departments to shake our hands...my nephew's and mine. The General Manager, Mr. Hart was very friendly. He was an alumni from the school where I retired from, and he told them to take good care of me... and they did.I feel very good about the deal that Janet worked out for me. Janet was very patient with me. She explained everything very well and made sure I understood things. I came back later that evening, and she went over connecting my phone to the radio. Janet and I even have a standing breakfast date when they finish with the Dunkin' Donuts.I love my car, and I had a very good experience at Homer Skelton. I brought my car in for service Monday morning early and the service mgr came in and told me it was ready very quick. The man told me my right front end was out of alignment,I didn't know they checked that on a service,but I was glad to know that so I wouldn't wear out my tire. He ask me if I would like to take care of it that day and I said sure. He told me the amount and I said go ahead. I was reading my Commercial appeal and didn't think anything about it. I realized after one and a half hours it was still sitting in the parking lot. I went and told him it was 11:30 and I couldn't wait any longer because I had a doctors appointment at 12:30 in Germantown,Tn. We live in Bartlett,Tn and I didn't mind driving to Millington for service, but after two and one half hours,i just wish I had known, It would take so long because I had to go to my doctors apointment and then bring it back another day for the alignment.

There are teams on Saturdays. Robert's team is great, not saying Carl's isn't either, but Robert's moves you in/out faster. If you are waiting on your car, they will back out one's dropped off, pull yours in and get you out in an hour, and still service the other vehicles. Otherwise I usually have to wait around 2 hours. Just enjoyed their service and being able to get other things done faster.

I brought the Mercury in for an oil change. I was quick and very satisfactory. It was much cheaper than Walmart with the blended oil. The five thousand between oil changes is great AND my next oil change is free and finally I get a 5% reward that can be used on ANY service I get performed at Homer Skelton. What more can I expect! the last time i came in for an oil chg and tire rotation on my way home i lost a hubcap, i know things happen but when i inquired about buying another they quoted me a pretty steep price. it would have been nice to hear some other options. I purchased a new 2014 F150. My salesman Eugene McNeal was exceptional! He was polite and met or exceeded all of my expectations. I did have an issue with the quoted cost of the vehicle I purchased. I was quoted a price over the phone buy someone from internet sales ($29K) when I got to the dealership I learned the actual cost of the vehicle was $35K. I also did not enjoy my experience during financing. I felt I was being pushed towards a maintenance plan and the cost of the extended warranty I purchased seemed pretty expensive. Why doesn't the tow package include a electric trailer brake? The service department slid me in and did a great job installing one for me in a timely manner but they should come with the tow package.

The SVC Tech listened to what I had to say; recommended information that was pertinent to my spoken concerns; informed me of where I was in line for SVC; informed me the approximate time to get to my SVCs; and repeated the information about what he would check, and brief me when SVC was completed. The SVC Tech, also, informed me that the battery in my TAURUS was failing the battery test. I asked the SVC Tech what may have caused the problem and he answered that the battery was a bit old (4years old). He suggested that I might need to change out the battery just in case it decided to go out in the middle of now. I readily agreed. I have experienced very SVC before, but I have never felt like I knew what was going on as if I might have some SVC knowledge.

Tires were originally balanced end of December. However, I did not drive highway speeds until Jan 5. At that time the tires were terribly out of balance which was confirmed when I took it back to Homer Skelton a second time on Jan 10. This time the tires were balanced perfectly.

I really appreciate the kind consideration given to me while purchasing my vehicle. There was no pressure as I examined and test drove the minivan. Since I already knew what van I wanted, it was made available to me the day I wanted to see it, (having been brought from another location). The salesman was Mike West. I appreciate his patience and attention to detail throughout the whole purchasing process. The dealership and lot was really nice, tastefully decorated, and kept extremely clean. I actually traveled farther than I normally would have because of the great deal on this vehicle.

This is my second buy from this dealer as I had an easy fun time the first time. You drive up and start looking and oh no here comes a salesmen but all he does is show you what your looking for. Zero, 0 pressure or a hard sell. You can walk away at any time. They are there to help you find what your looking for at a price you can work with. I had a different saleperson for each transaction so I am pretty sure this is how this dealer works. They had cars in all price ranges so its easy to pick something out. If I need a another car I will look there first.

I was in the market to buy a truck and had been using the same dealership for the last ten or more years. Homer Skelton contacted me because of an internet search. I had no intention of buying there but the truck was a almost an exact match to what I was looking for. I went to the dealership test drove the vehicle, they looked at my existing truck and presented an excellent deal up front. The deal was significantly better than the one offered for a similar truck at the other dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly from the receptionist to the manager. The only flaw, my salesman, was a Dallas Cowboy fan.

I had been talking via email with Heather Williams about a 2011 Ford Crown Vic that this dealership had in stock. I also chatted via email with Brian Abston about the vehicle. We went to the dealership on Saturday Aug. 30, 2014 to see and drive the Crown Vic. After driving the car we decided to go get some lunch and think about it for a few minutes. Prior to leaving Randy Hart came out to welcome us to the dealership. We talked for a few minutes and left for lunch. We came back and sat down with Brian to discuss making a deal and purchasing the vehicle. We arrived at an agreeable price and proceeded with financing details. I had been approved by Roadloans and wanted to uas them so Brian called them to let them know we had decided on a car. At that point the Roadloans representative asked the make and model of the chosen vehicle. He replyed we don't finance the Ford Crown Vic but they did offer financing on the Mercury Grand Marquis. This made no sence to Brian or myself since basically they are in fact the same car except for the name badges. By this time I was sitting there in disbelief but Brian got me financed threw Ford Motor Credit with no problems at all and a much lower interest rate. I cannot find the words to express my thanks to Brian and the entire staff at Homer Skelton Ford "Millington" location for making my car purchasing such a pleasurable experience. Mr. Homer Skelton should be very proud of this dealership and all the staff. They make car buying a "Very Different Experience " .

I had been to a prior dealer and the salesman kept hoping up and down to go somewhere which was very disconcerting. My husband and I went to Homer Skelton Millington even though it was further from home. We arrived at 7pm and were greeted promptly. However, there was some miscommunication that night as to who we were there to see. Once that was resolved we met Brian Abston and had a great experience. I had originally been told that A-plan vehicles could not be ordered over the weekend by the prior dealership only to find out that was incorrect. We ordered my new Transit Connect that night. Brian kept us informed regarding the delivery process and answered any questions we had accurately. I also requested that the paperwork be ready to go when we picked it up so we would not have to spend a lot of time at the dealership and it was. I will definitely return to Brian the next time I need a new car.

Brian Abston is a great Sales man who takes care of his customers. He coordinated two bed liner installs and maintenance on one of my vehicles while I worked with my primary job (military) and also coordinated my business (landscaping) which utilizes both trucks on a daily basis. He even went out of his way to get the keys back to me so that I could use the truck the following day. He was very considerate of my time, dealt with him over the phone and he even sent a driver to Nashville to pick up the truck he researched to find in order to get it to me within a couple of days. Had it serviced and to me the next afternoon. I will definitely by from Brian again, no matter what dealership he works at.

We recently purchased a used F250. Rob did an outstanding job assisting us with this sale. There was no pressure as I have experienced with some dealers in the past. Rob was very helpful with all parts of the sale. It felt more like a family environment with all of those we dealt with. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with everyone. Jamie Christy handled the finance part at the end of the sale. He was professional and a truly honest man as were they all. I also spoke with Joey Bomprezzi about the vehicle. Although we did not purchase our first Ford from this dealership, it is the one we have used since 1998 to service our 98 Taurus wagon.Since the service staff has always been exemplary, when we decided to look at new or used Fords, our obvious choice was this facility.Alan McGee was very knowledgeable, friendly and assertive in his sales pitch, but not aggressive, which I found refreshing. We had been to another dealer where the salesman that let us test drive a car was very pushy and aggressive.We dealt with several other people in purchasing and picking up the car and all were very personable, friendly and made sure we were happy with our purchase.I would not hesitate to recommend Homer Skelton Ford in Millington to anyone who said they were looking for a car -- new or used. Ron is a great sales person. No pressure at all and lets the buyer steer the conversation. He listens well to your needs. Ron only interjected when needed to show features, make suggestions, point things out that may have been unnoticed, etc. Willing to help out where he can such as getting another vehicle from a sister lot or even returning your rental for you. Looking for new SUV, found a used Escape with everything extra that I was looking for. I definitely recommend Homer Skelton Ford, this dealership should be one of the first dealerships you go to. I myself arrived to shop without being pestered by a salesman only looking for a commission, the exact opposite is what this company seems to provide. My salesman, Jerry Crowder, was a stranger but gave me the option to ask his opinion rather than forcing it. I could tell you many things about both this man and this dealership, but I can not make you experience the hospitality and genuine choice I was given with my visit. If you decide to purchase a new/used vehicle every car dealership will have its own selection, but 4 tires do not make the perfect vehicle. This company will keep you running down the road with experienced salesmen and service center. Joey, the used car manager, said to bring my SUV in and he would make sure a loose panel on the hatch was repaired and he was true to his word. All of staff were super friendly and spoke to me while waiting for the repair. Highly recommend Homer Skelton Ford.

Then I was ready to leave with new car and there was a chip in windshield that wasn't there when I tested drove Joey used sales manager said bring back on Monday and they would replace they gave me loner and at 5 pm same day I had my car back. I purchased my Ford F-250 from here. Later found out I paid $2000 too much, but that was my fault for not doing my homework. I love the vehicle. I always want to keep my Ford original with parts and service. But having compared your prices and service with other quality, SAE Techs, you are out of line, in my opinion. I came in a few days ago because my trailor light plug was not working properly. You wanted $118.00 just to look at it. They told me it could possibly run $355.00 to correct the problem. I went to U-Haul, got all NEW parts, wires connectors and Labor including taxes for $68.77 TOTAL. Things like that run GOOD CUSTOMERS off. Your people are friendly, competent, and effecient, so I will recommend you to others, but I think I may try other Quality Shops for service until your prices come down..............Kenny Clemons

I came to Homer Skelton in Millington looking for a used Ford Edge but there was a very pretty GMC Terrain that caught my eye as well. I test drove both vehicles and after lots of thinking I chose to GMC Terrain. Alan was very helpful in helping me come to my decision. Of course at a Ford dealership they are going to push Ford vehicles, as with any brand dealership. However, Alan ran through every detail with me on both vehicles. I told him exactly where I needed to be and he got me there without a problem. He wanted what was best for suited for me, not to just sell a car. I am with many other people, car buying is not just all that fun. But I can say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My fiance will be returning to buy a truck from Alan when he is ready because it was that great and easy of an experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to any in the market for buying a new or a used vehicle.

We didn't want to spend tons of money, but we needed something with plenty of room that would haul 4-wheelers. We ended up at Homer Skelton Ford Millington, and I am so glad we did. Mr. West was friendly and the finance department was thorough as well as friendly. Heather, Lindsey, Jamie, and Mike were all friendly, and helpful. I communicated with Heather and Lindsey fore several months on the web and they were very helpful. I talked to Jamie on the phone and he was honest and friendly. Jamie turned me over to Mike and he also did a great job. Then I had to see Curt in F and I. Curt presented the information on the extended warranty. When I declined any coverage he was insulting. He said something like, "So you want to pay full price when you come in for service?" Not like his attitude and tone of voice, I said yes. He then cocked his head and said "Really." He had the same attitude several years ago when I bought an Escape. I will never do business with him again. My wife would not go with me to buy the truck because of his attitude

My wife and I went to Homer Skelton Ford in Millington just to look at a new truck. We did not really expect to buy without looking at other makes and models. However we found just what we were looking for and a friendly, informative sales person. Brian Abston really knows his products and answered all our questions in a professional and courteous manner. We agreed on a price that was quite close to the Edmonds Fair Market Value. He arranged a really low finance rate for us and we decided to purchase our new Ford F-150!We don't usually buy Service contracts or extended warranties but in this case Curt Graham made a quite convincing argument for both, pointing out that we could save a lot of money over the period of the contract.The whole experience was pleasant with no high-pressure tactics. Brian took us through the process and explained everything as we progressed through the purchase process. Warning. DO NOT GO HERE. These guys completely took advantage of me and It cost me big time, at least $7000.I saw the clearance sales tags on all their truck so I figured I would get a good deal. They said they were selling me this truck at trade in value and could not take a penny off the tag sale. I bought a used truck. A Dodge 2500 Hemi. We spoke about the small bed size as I really wanted an 8ft bed and the Hemi engine how they get great gas mileage.I bought this truck, drove it for a day and it got 10 mpg. The small bed also was not going to work for me as I really need the long bed for a work truck. I called them and told them I was bringing it back the very next day and to find me a long bed, single cab that is getting the much better gas mileage. They said they would look at the inventory and get back with me.They never called me back, so on Monday I called them. However, they were too busy that day and asked me to come buy the next day. Well guess what! The next day they said by now the bank had already funded the deal and I would have to trade this truck in like a used car trade. They lied. I bought the truck I wanted and got slammed with a $7000 trade difference. During the process they said I got screwed by the first sale because it wasnt a good deal and was sold to me well over trade in value. Also, they lied about the funding of the first deal. The bank called and asked which truck I was buying, they had not funded the first one yet. These people are just greedy and out to make all the money they can get out of you.

If it weren't for Mr. Wooten I wouldn't of bought my car the day I came in, I was just coming in to look and get an idea, but he got me a really good deal and bent over backwards to save me money. He was very friendly and his personality was fantastic. He did not put any pressure on me to buy the car which I like. He also was very honest when I asked if the rebates would still be as good in June. I would recommend Ron Wooten and Homer Skelton Ford Millington to anyone and everyone. I love my 2014 Ford Fushion!

This was my first visit & purchase at Homer Skelton Ford. I already had a vehicle in mind & had talked to Lindsey over the phone. She had recommended a salesman, but he was tied up with another customer. After 15 minutes, she brought another salesman, Brian Abston to help us so we could begin the search for a vehicle. Our whole process took about 4 hours from start to finish. Brian was nice & professional and was open & honest the entire time--which is a must when making a purchase of this size. We were treated with respect and valued as a customer. I would recommend this dealership.

Joey Bomprezzi went out of his way to make it easy to pick my car back up after a minor repair. He met me near my house at 8 pm at night to deliver my car to help me avoid driving all the way back up to Millington. That's going the extra mile, no pun intended.Alan and Brian were a great sales team. Alan started the deal, and Brian closed. Both very professional.One is always fearful of car salesmen trying to push one into something they don't want or won't address ones questions directly. Brian wasn't that way at all. I would highly recommend him to anyone.The detail guys were gone for the day - so while Brian and I were doing paperwork, Alan was outside cleaning off the windows of the car so I could take it that night.Only downside to my experience was having to create an account for this website just to give my feedback. They should have an option to just do a one-time survey and not have to give my info.

I was at Witt ends my truck had put me down and had it towed to Ford, didn't want to spend any money on getting it fixed, Brian Abston told me I could trade it in without having it repaired first. That was a big relief for me. He really worked with me although I gave him a hard time (lol). He did everything thing to accommodate my needs although I did run into some problems but it didn't have anything to do with his salesmanship. My Ford 2001 truck gave me 239,000 miles and I'm hoping to exceed this mileage with my Ford 2013 Escape. I recommend Brian Abston. Keep up the great work you do Brian and thank you.

My wife and I stopped in to see if we could possibly trade in our current vehicle and get a different vehicle with lower payments AND without going further in debt than we were on our current vehicle. Needless to say, we almost didn't stop as we really didn't feel this would be possible at all and we just didn't want to waste a salesman's time. Brian greeted us and I explained the situation to him and he was very optimistic and understanding of our situation. They put us in a brand new vehicle (a Ford Taurus) and got our payments lowered and we stayed very, very close to the original debt amount. It was a pleasant experience and Brian was extremely friendly yet laid back and not pushy at all. I highly recommend Home Skelton Ford and especially Brian Abston.

Ron Wooten is very helpful and friendly. He is not a high pressure salesperson. He let me take my time on the test drive and never rushed any part of the process. He stayed there until about 8pm on New Year's Eve. He also followed up with some things that were taken care of later after the sale. I highly recommend Ron Wooten.

Joey made our vehicle purchase very easy and convenient. He was very professional and reliable. Anything I asked about, he followed up with the information I needed. He explained how to operate the equipment on the vehicle very well. I talked with Heather on the phone and she was also very helpful and competent. This is my 3rd Explorer from this dealership even though there has been a name change with each purchase. The reason I stay with this group is Carl Schotter with the service department and how I am treated each time I visit to have my Explorer serviced. I purchased my 2014 Explorer dealing with Mike West and I feel like I got maximum rebates and trade-in value (2004 Explorer). Mike took care of everything from my special order until delivery and took extra time to explain all the features with MySync like helping sync my phone etc.I must admit that there were many technological advances since my 2004 Explorer and have relied on Mike to help when needed and that has meant a lot in regards to the total customer service experience.Curt took my life style into consideration when formulating my total finance picture and this fact meant a lot in saving me money and yet ensuring I got the most coverage needed. Knowing Curt was a Christian gave me peace of mind and I didn't have to worry about unethical treatment.

Ron Wooten was great as far as customer service and helping purchase our new vehicle. Also, we came back with our other new vehicle for service and Ron went out of his way to get me a loaner car while mine was being worked on. I was very thankful as my car was there for 6 hours and the service dept had told me there were no loaners to give me.

I've tried for over 4 days to get a price on a used vehicle. At first they were very responsive. I believe when they found out I was going to pay cash for the vehicle, they stopped responding. Claim the "desk" is too busy to get a price on the vehicle. I realize the dealer makes $ on financing but on a $3500 vehicle, it's not worth financing.

Me and a friend were visiting in the Memphis area and on our way back to Kentucky. I had been thinking about a new pickup and had been doing some window shopping. We passed Homer Skelton Millington Ford and decided to stop and take a look. They have a large selection of new vehicles to choose from. I had no intention of making a purchase at the time. Randy Carroll came out and we got to talking about what I was looking for in a truck. He told me about some remaining 2013 F150s that he could sell at a good price and also had some very good incentives. Within approximately 2 hours, he gave me the price, I took a test drive and purchased the truck. I was then back on the road in a new vehicle. I was impressed with Randy and Curt Graham (finance) and the rest of the dealership. I was treated very well and made to feel like I was at home. I would reccommend this dealership to anyone.Jim C.

I've been taking my 2005 Escape to this dealership for my regular service needs for years. Carl is always there in the service check-in area and takes care of me. This oil change, I decided to get a new car. I purchased a new 2014 Focus from Mike West and I am in love with the car. Mike was awesome the whole time. Completely hassle and pressure free. Best car buying experience ever! I will always return for service and new vehicles in the future.

Allan McGee was an excellent sales rep. Buying a car is a intimidating time, and he eased the pressure of the situation. He made us feel comfortable and at home. The process wasn't too lengthy and he made the deal possible. My first words to him was, I want to leave today with that car. Make it happen and he did. He was very cordial and polite. I will be seeking his assistance in about 6-8 months when I look to buy another vehicle.

I have used this dealership with several of my car/truck purchases. No matter who I work with, they are always very friendly, easy to work with and very professional. I originally talked to Heather about one of the vehicles I found through the internet site but when I came in later, she was unavailable. I was then put in touch with Mike West and after looking at the vehicle I saw on the internet, my wife and I decided to look at a new 2013 Ford Edge. We were having a little trouble making up our minds so Randy came and talked to us and allowed us to take the Edge home for the weekend. After driving it to church and a driving for a few other miles that 1st weekend, we decided to try to buy it when we came back in on Monday. I was made to feel very comfortable and worked through a deal that we were pleased with. And working with Curt Graham in the finance dept made everything just right and he was a pleasure to work with. The Edge we bought didn't have one item on it that we really wanted, the garage door opener in the visor so we worked it out that we could get that in the deal. They had to order the part and it came in a couple of days later. We dropped the Edge off to allow them to install it for us. As we needed to go to the local Walmart to get a few things, we were allowed to use a loaner vehicle (a New Fusion, wow!)... Really loved that car!. Looks like another trade might be in my future. Oh well, if so, I will definitely be making my deals at Homer Skelton Ford on Hwy 51 in Millington, TN. We are very happy with the entire dealership and the people that work there.

Very friendly atmosphere and very patient sales staff. We tried multiple models and trim levels over a period of a couple of months. No pressure or attitudes. When we finally decided on model and trim level, Ron & Randy were there to serve. They had to stay late for the delivery, but that wasn't an issue.When it came time to close, Curt presented products well. As a matter of fact, this was the first time I have ever purchased an extended warranty much less a pre-paid service policy.Randy is, and has been for a long time, the person I go to when it's time to purchase. I purchased a plug in hybrid and everything went well except it took a little too long to work out the paperwork and the battery was not charged to be able to understand the ins and outs of how a plug in hybrid works. I owned a hybrid previously and had a better understanding than a person buying a hybrid for the first time.

When I went into the dealership, I wanted to trade for two cars. I didn't have alot of time for haggling but wanted to see what they could do for me. I talked with the salesman and told him my intentions and then he went in and had my truck appraised. Meanwhile he asked if we wanted to drive the vehicles, which we declined. Then we went inside to haggle on the price after we picked out two vehicles from which had the higher rebates. We initially were disapproved since they wanted a few thousand down to get the loan. So my salesman told me that maybe the bank in which we had our current vehicle we were trading in, they might finance us since we have had a long relationship with them. I agreed and went home and started that loan process. Brian didn't hound us but instead waited for us to contact him and then he got the ball rolling further. The bank was having an issue with the loan (special circumstances) so I asked my bank for a point of contact on my loan for whom the dealership could call if they wanted. I was given a number and then I called Brian to tell him what was going on, he told me they would call immediately after we got off the phone and work it out. Within about 20 minutes or so, he called and stated we could come and get the cars the next day. We went in the next day after picking up the check from the bank, signed a few pieces of paper, (in and out pretty quick), then he took the time to sync our phones to both vehicles and then showed us how it all worked. Great time, great experience with our salesman and finance guy. Appreciate the constant commitment to the customer.

We had actually gone to the dealer to test drive a certified 2013 Honda Accord with low mileage. It wasn't as comfortable as we had thought it to be. Brian found us a 2014 Fusion SEL with some great options...the ride and handling were what I was looking for at the price we were willing to spend. It was the end of the day; Jamie Christy took us through the paperwork quickly and expertly. All in all, it was a pretty 'painless' experience. We are so enjoying our new Fusion; it's a great car!

My overall buying experience at Homer Skelton Ford of Millington was very good. The team members that worked with me were very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They took the time to explain options and features that were include in the vehicle. I only have a few concerns about my visit. First, I feel the price of the new vehicle could have been discounted a little more to help meet my monthly payment limit. Second, I don't believe the after market features on my trade in, (remote start, alarm system and tinted windows) I added to the vehicle were given proper value and/or consideration in deciding my trade in allowance. Third, there was miscommunication as to a desired feature of mine, navigation, which this vehicle doesn't have. The sales members should be very clear as to what features are on the vehicle of interest and not leave any room for error.

It is clearly evident from my experience with Homer Skelton Ford in Millington that this dealership places customer service at a premium. I described what I needed to my salesman, and he located the perfect vehicle for me. I was completed satisfied with the price, financing and warranty for the vehicle, and Mr. Abston has since followed up with me to ensure I was happy about the purchase and that minor "new car" issues were resolved.
