Any used vehicle can be a crapshoot and a potential money pit and I think John recognizes this extremely well in the way he represents himself and his dealership providing a service so many of us desire. I certainly drove away feeling a lot more comfortable than with many other similar acquisitions. Thanks John!

Recently bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and within 1 month I had dented my passenger door. I have been to Home Towne Auto Body years ago for another accident and the service was exceptional and the Auto Body work was pristine. I went to see John Russo and he remembered me from years ago. What impressed me was not only did John look at the damage, he inspected the entire vehicle and noticed a dent that probably was there when I bought it. He has a keen eye. The auto body repair is impeccable. Also, not only did he complete the repair he went one step further and cleaned my interior of the car and exterior of the car. It looked better than the day I bought it from the dealership. Hats off to you John Russo and Home Towne Auto Body.

Just wanted to say thank you to John Russo at Home Towne Auto for helping me financially. It is very difficult to deal with banks when you are in need of help. Most places would take advantage of a woman like me in a tough bind and you & your family jumped through hoops for me. You guys are amazing! I needed a vehicle and fast and you never gave up helping me find the financing I needed. My ford is a beast, and I named it Tito after your dog haha! You have a friend for life right here!

I had recently bought my 3rd BMW from Home Towne. They have very competitive pricing compared to most used dealers around. I had met John and his family several years ago and have never bought a vehicle anywhere else since 1995! I tell them exactly what make, and model, all the way down to the mileage. I wanted a Jeep Wrangler for the past 2yrs and on/off been looking and shopping around. I have heard horror stories from a lot of my friends and family in regards to most of the used auto dealers in my area. My wife finally convinced me to jump online and do a quick search and just see what pops up. I found a beautiful truck in mint condition way out in North Smithfield. I decided to give them a call because I wasn't driving that far to be disappointed. Spoke with a guy named John and he was really sociable and gave me a quick history of himself an the shop, how they are family owned and been around for over 40yrs. He also stated what you see is what you get. He stated they have been blessed and in business these many years because of the exceptional service he provides. So I decided to take a ride. Very glad I did. He had just the Jeep I wanted for a reasonable price, even had it registered & ins for me to save me the hassle. Within 2days I had my new Jeep! I couldn't believe it. Customer for life rite here! Thanks John!!!!

My Nissan Maxima got nailed in the whole front end from someone texting. I called my ins co to see what I could do about a rental and they stated to me I didn't have rental coverage. I was at a lost for words and didn't know what I was going to do next. My friend Jay told me about Home Towne and that they were also a dealership and could probably work something out with me. I met John and without hesitation he got me into one of there rentals and called the ins co for me to start the repair process. Less than 2wks later he called to say my car was ready and I couldn't believe my eyes. She looked better than when I first bought her! The work they did over there in such a short period of time amazes me. Thank you John, and the crew for everything. Friend for life!!!

I was in need of a repair shop that could service my vehicle in a timely fashion. I met John thru prior business arrangements and he had mentioned that his auto body shop was local & family owned. I have been bringing my vehicle there to be serviced now for over 3yrs! One of the cleanest & most efficient shops I've ever been in. Thank you!

Being a new mother, I was looking to trade in my sports car for a "mom car". One day as I drove past Home Towne Auto a beautiful BMW X5 caught my eye. I went in and met John, the owner. He was a very nice guy. While I was there I test drove many SUVs but I knew the X5 was for me. John made the whole process of my trade-in stress free. I absolutely LOVE my car and appreciate the great service that I got from John. Thanks again!!!

Was driving home from work and happened to stop at Home Towne because I seen a beautiful Cadillac on there lot. I live local and drive by there everyday. The one on lot was the same as mine just few years newer and fully loaded. I wanted it! Talked to a man named John about a possible trade in and financing the difference. I have a jeep wrangler that got rear ended 2mo after I bought it! I was so disgusted, and disappointed because I had saved for over a yr. It was like new. I wanted it repaired asap. I went online to find auto body shop and called several places. Most wanted me to make an apt, or they couldn't get to me until the following week. I was becoming so stressed out over all this. I then came across Home Towne website. Figured I would try them. Spoke with a man named John and he told me to come down at my convenience that he would take a look at it. I went the following day and he helped me get into a rental rite away, took down all my information and handled everything from there. A week later I got my baby back and you would never even know what had happened! Ty Mr. Russo!!!

I wanted a Ford F-150 and shopped at several Ford dealers hoping to find what I was looking for and get decent financing. The couple of Ford dealers I went to turned me down because my credit wasn't above a 640. So I started looking for used car dealerships and came across Home Towne. I checked out there website and seen they had quite a few available. Me and my wife took a ride down and a big guy John and his dog Tito came on the lot to greet us. Let us take a few Fords out for a spin, and didn't even harass us. He took down our income info, and other information and called me and my wife back 2days later stating he found us reasonable financing and the truck was ours if we wanted it! Few days later we signed all the paperwork. His company even took the liberty of registering the truck for us. Cant tell you enough how much we appreciate what you did John. Me and Sammantha are grateful!!

Was shopping around for my sons 1st car and wanted to stay somewhat local. As a small business owner myself I like to offer my business to the locals. A good friend referred me to John at Home Towne and I couldn't have been more pleased. He took the time to educate my son on the buying process and provided him with a reasonably price Nissan, with low mileage, and fully serviced. My son is a college student that does a lot of driving! And my main concern was getting him into a stable vehicle. thank you John for all that you have done!

I was driving my old Chevy Malibu and got into my first accident. Home Towne Auto was called to tow it in. After speaking with the owner John and going back & forth with the insurance company they ended up totaling my car. John showed me several different vehicles within my price range and I ended up buying a Jeep Wrangler. My first truck ever and I love it. I don't think I will ever go back to a car.

Due to an accident I was found 50/50 at fault. My Ford F-150 was in need of some body work, and mechanical repairs that wasn't being covered thru the insurance. I had shopped around for awhile until I came across John at Hometowne! I explained the financial situation I was in, and he was more than willing to assist me! Thank you for all your help!

Me and my husband were shopping around for a new car for quite sometime.. I was getting discouraged because we knew exactly what we wanted, and what we were willing to spend. Everywhere we went we were being smothered by salesmans, or they would say we can do this but may be a lil extra, then when it came down to financing the rate would change. My husbands friend mentioned John at Home Towne, and how pleased he was with his purchase last year so we decided to give it a shot, and glad we did! John showed us several vehicles he had on the car lot. He then took down exactly what we were looking for in detail and stated he would shop the auctions for us to save us the hassle. Within 1 week we were driving our Lexus home!

My Saab was nailed on passenger side when I was stopped at a main intersection waiting on the light to change. Home Towne Auto Tow Service had showed up to tow my vehicle. I was completely irate, and not sure what was going to happen next. This guy John came over to calm me down and explain what the next steps were. He also told me his shop has collision & mechanical repairs if I was interested since it was being towed there anyways. I am a single father with 2 kids, and 2 jobs. John got me into a rental the same day and made all the calls needed to the insurance company. I don't know what I would have done if we didn't meet! Thank you man!!!!

It`s Amazing how this is a Family owned Business. I was just a browser just looking around for my first car. Once i got to Home towne Auto I was greeted by everyone who works there. John was the person who helped me. Any questions i had he had answers and was very kind not to pushy to sell a car. Met the family dog tito. I bought a Ford Explorer and within 48hrs my purchase was complete including registration & insurance. Saved me a lot of wasted time at the registry! Family owned & run with impeccable customer service. They also offered to service & maintenance my vehicle as well. What I really liked is it's a one stop shop. Bought a 2011 Toyota Tacoma from Home Towne Auto back in September. I was very pleased with the buying experience, as I am with the truck some 90+ days later. I located the truck online and contacted John. Since I work days and had to travel almost 2 hours to reach his location, he was very accommodating and arranged to come back to the dealership when I arrived. Home Towne Auto is small dealer, but very professional and very friendly, including the guard dog. (Am I supposed to share that?) All the vehicles are in great condition, squeaky clean, and ready to go. The truck sold itself. There was no pressure to buy, and all I needed for my commitment was a handshake. I picked the truck up a few days later, again after hours. If you're looking for a vehicle, check this guy out. It was more than worth the drive.

I just bought a 09 Silverado with plow. John was great to deal with. Told him which truck I was interested in. I got the keys and was told to take it for a ride. The truck rode great. I saw one issue but did not say anything. When I picked up the truck, John explained that there was a small issue with the truck and that they repaired it. This was a great experience. John was very professional and made me fell at ease.

I just bought a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from them and had a very good experience. What I personally liked best is that there was ZERO (0) pressure to make a purchase. John let me look and take a test drive on the vehicle I wanted and at no time did he try to pressure me into making the purchase. As I am an on-line shopper for most of my needs as I don't like sales pitches, this was exactly the shopping experience I was looking for. I was so pleased with the overall service and friendly, family atmosphere, that I drove away in the Jeep. And if they don't have what you are looking for, I'd be willing to bet that they could find it for you. All in all, if you are looking for a used vehicle, with no pesky salesman acting like a mosquito on a hot summer day, then this is the place to go. I will definetly be doing future business with them.

My experience at Home Towne was Great! John is a great guy to do business with, no pushy salesmanship he offers to let you drive the car right away, and the condition they are in they sell themselves. His cars in are A1 shape and anything you ask to be done to it before buying is taken care of right away. He quick to respond to all calls and the buying process was nice and smooth. If your looking for a used vehicle this is the place to start!

I would have to say the experience at Home Towne Auto was very good. John is a very nice professional to deal with. Also very knowledgeable. The Ford F150 which I purchased is in great shape and is very clean inside. Everything looked as it should without all the extra shiny Armoral that some used cars are covered in. I didn't feed pressured at all and he has a very friendly puppy who I met as well. Very nice folks to deal with.

I have bought a few cars in my day, and this purchase process was my favorite. I found the car online right before their closing hours, but I decided to call and just make sure that they still had it in stock. The owner offered to stay around later if I wanted to come and look at it. I drove an hour there and I'm so glad I did. Very accommodating. I went for a ride and mostly loved it but I had some really minor concerns. I came back to the lot. I didn't feel pressured like I have in other car buying experiences. I told him my concerns and he assured me that he wouldn't address them. I put a deposit down, and brought my fiance a couple days later to make sure he approved this vehicle as well. He went over and beyond addressing my concerns and even fixed something that he had noticed. He assured me that he stands behind his vehicles, and I truly believe he does. My fiance was very impressed with his establishment as well.

I'm 23 years old and was in desperate need of a purchasing a car and it can be exciting but definitely overwhelming as well. I spent a lot of days sitting at car dealerships feeling like I was being taking advantage and talked down to because I'm young but of course I did not feel this way at all when I walked into this place. I was greeted with a warm smile and they were more than happy to help me and make me feel that they wanted what was best for me and not their bank account. They make you feel like you've been friends for years and talk to you with the utmost respect. I ended up financing a Nissan Rogue, it drives like it's brand new and it is absolutely gorgeous! I wish everyone could have the same experience purchasing a car like I did and if you go here you will surely have it! This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. From their sales woman to the two owners, father and son. We were treated like friends or family. They helped find us a car, a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I love, they assisted with the financing, filled out all of the registration paperwork AND when I was in a small fender bender they did the most professional repair I've seen. They took care of everything from dealing with the insurance to my rental. I would recommend ANYONE who is buying a preowned car or needs any work or service done to go to Home Towne. What a wonderful experience!!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. All of the vehicle's are clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything from the first phone call through to shaking hands after the final signature was smooth and exciting. The added bonus was that they are military friendly.
