I came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and to have 2 recalls looked at. One was visually inspected ok. And a brake pedal recall that included inserting a new bolt and adding lock tight to the threads. A total of 2hrs. sitting around waiting for the work to be done. It shouldn't have taken that long. Could have done the work myself in less than 1hr..

We brought our Travers in thinking that there was a hole in our muffler when our gran son say a what looked like a hole, Made an appointment with Holz to look at it. when it was up on the lift the service writer called me out to look at the hole in the muffler, there was no hole just a big black spot that looked like a hole. The service writer said thy would not charge us the full service fee for a false alarm. and did a full service inspection on top of it too. Your dealer ship is the BEST we have ever experienced in our cars in years. Thank You Very Much.

It was fine. but the books that came with my NEW truck were awful. As an example looking for the DIC there were 3 different areas to choose from... what the heck and 2 of them made some sense but only 1 was correct. then there is the back seat release that's doesn't tell you what to do, where it is or how to do it. One part broke already. the books cover to many configurations, leaving the buyer to try and guess what which is correct.

Liederbach a very real pleasure, he spent time answering questions, demonstrating, instructing, I have never before found purchasing a car to be a pleasant experience, most often it was almost adversarial, with the play acting between the sales Rep., & the sales manager, & the " I'm going to lose my job if I don't make this sale" Etc. I bought a 2010 Camaro from Holz in 2012. My salesman Tom was very helpful. His team got me financed and ready to roll in the same day. I went back in April of 2015 to trade that car in to get a 2015 Chevy Equinox for my sister and ran into Tom again. He knew everything about the car. All of the new gadgets and all. Tom was out the day I came to pick the vehicle up but Jason stepped in and took GREAT care of us. He took us on a tour of the facillity. I met the service manager and was very impressed. The finance team was quick and helpful as well. When I'm ready for my Corvette Holz will be the place for me.

The sales associiate Don Byington was very helpful and patient in explaining the difference in the features of the car, and in making certain we had all the information to make a good decision. Then the Assistant Manager, Harry Diament worked out a great deal, and financing. He was very sincere about making certain we got the car we wanted at a price that was competitive against the other cars we looked at. They were the opposite of the stereotypical high-pressured obnoxious car dealers, and made us very comfortable about buying our car

This is our third new vehicle at Holz. Each time we have had a good experience. This time, when we decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle, we didn't even look around, we came right to Holz. We had the pleasure of working with Dean and Darlene on both our 2013 Equinox lease and our 2014 Traverse purchase. They worked with us both times to ensure that we walked away feeling as though we had gotten a fair deal. In particular, Dean has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. His communications are timely and appropriate. Even after the purchase was complete, he followed through on helping me to get some service done on my Equinox. We were impressed during our first purchase that such a young man could have such an excellent work ethic (it was actually his hand written mailing that brought us to the dealership in the first place) and this transaction has really just solidified that opinion. So refreshing during a time when bad customer service has become almost an expectation. Thanks!

Very clean body shop. Very friendly staff. When I arrived I was very distraught/angry that my brand new 2014 Traverse had been damaged by a WDOT information sign and they did such an excellent job that I can't even see where the damage was and it was down to the body all paint had been removed chipped away. Color match perfect. Jim Oswald was spot on for the body estimate and matched my insurance company estimate without prior knowledge of what the insurance estimate would be. They went out of there way to drop me off and pick me up as I was without a vehicle, as a rental was not needed for the time it was in the shop.

Scott, Dale, Halverson, Darlene, Lisa all interacted with me with to varying degrees with sincere warmth and acknowledgement to say Hi in the 1 hour I was there for a routine complimentary oil change. Scott offered a free car wash after the car was done and Dale offered me a GM pen set. I bought my new car 7 months earlier. Amazing, makes one feel appreciated.

Always courteous and friendly service reps when I pull into service garage. Everything I need to know is explained to me.Scott Kleppin is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Lobby is clean and with a good variety of magazines. I would recommend many a 2-3 morning papers. Nice touch with coffee and cookies. When I took a walk around the used car lot, I was approached by sales rep to indicate his availability if I had any questions, but did not bother me as I walked around. I appreciated that. I was there to have my recall part replaced. Thank you!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Holz. We had originally come in just to test drive a car and we weren't pressured into buying anything at that moment. With Cassie knowing we just wanted to test drive a car, she still told us EVERYTHING about the vehicle and what Holz had to offer. She answered all of our questions and got in touch with me the next day to see if we had anymore questions. All of the managers and other sales personnel were all very nice and made us feel welcomed. When we came in over the weekend to look at the car again, we were still not pressured to buy the car which let us really think about our decision. We decided that this was the right car for us and everyone at Holz made our purchasing process simple.

Ryan, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and explained all the differences between the Equinox models. We decided on the new 2014 LTZ and are very happy with it. Darlene was amazing, she helped my husband sign up with USAA which enabled us to take another $750 off. We were able to finalize our paperwork and drove it home a couple hours after our arrival. We enjoyed working with Ryan and Darlene - what a great experience at Holz. This is a 3rd purchase from Holz and we will be back !!

This was my first visit to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very nice. I was told there would be code on my final paper work for a free car wash. Tried to use the car wash after the service was completed. the control panel at the car wash did not recognize the code. Not a big thing, but I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention.

The only negative comment I would make is that I made a 7:45 appt three weeks advance for a tire rotation, brake check and check/purge brake fluids... I expected that would take 2-4 hours. I was told the car would probably be ready by 4:00, eight hours later. What good is an appointment if it's just to get it into the door? I know you guys have a lot of recall work, but an appt should come first....

I stopped by the Holz Dealership several times. Steve, the finance person was happy to explain all my options and worked hard to get us into a great deal. Dean, the salesperson, spent as much time as needed to find the car we wanted and explained, in detail, how everything, including the technology, worked. It was a marvelous experience. I really LOVE driving my Blue Topaz Sonic (Turbo) and get compliments wherever I go. I have been a GM owner my entire life, and last year my 2003 Venture was giving me signs that I needed a new car. I have owned a new Cutlass, Cutlass Supreme, Blazer, Tahoe and Venture. Last year I began a search for my first non-GM vehicle. I did meet with Gregg on several occasions last year, and because of him I kept coming back to look at GM again. As I continued to investigate all of my options over this past year, I would email Gregg with any questions I had about GM comparisons to other vehicles I was researching, and he would keep me informed and updated about GM vehicles that were available that met my criteria and needs. No pressure, just information. A year has passed, and Gregg is the sole reason that I made a GM purchase this week. Gregg was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful beyond words. Being a single female, it was difficult for me to trust any salesperson, but I truly felt that Gregg was honest and trustworthy. I love the new 2014 Equinox that I took home from Holz this week, and am thankful that I stuck both with GM and with Holz!

I brought my Crusz into the shop in late April. I had a yellow signal that stayed on. They checked it and made necessary adjustment and I thought everything was solved. Memorial Day we drove to Watertown and on the way back the yellow signal light came back on and remained on. I took the car in Tueday and theagain checked it and we thought the repair were made but going home it came back on again. I went back to the garage and they kept the car and gave me a loaner. I took my car in about a week ago to have my front passenger seat repaired, a recall on my Chevrolet Impala and a oil change. Chris Talakowski was employee that help me. He gave me a rental car just like my car. (which I thought was nice). He called me back that day letting me know that everything was done, but the my seat. They had to order the part that had broke on the seat. He said that he would call me when it would come in. Few days later, He called me and said it was in. My car was fix and there was no problems at all. I have never had any problems with Holz Motors. They do a great job. I am not a GM certified auto mechanic and I hope the work was done correctly this time - the 2003 Impala is starting. The issue I take is that GM at one time issued advertising stating that any GM Goodrench service is for the life of the vehicle. Now I find out that the work done in late 2011 (about 2 and 1/2 years ago) replacing a starter for $433 is only waranteed for 2 years!! Since the replacement starter failed, I needed to pay another $413 just 2 years and 6 months later (used a $75 coupon). Come on ....... over $840 in 2 and 1/2 years for a starter! Just as an example, a local national chain car parts place will sell a lifetime warranteed starter for $159 (no install cost here - but lets assume it was your $232 cost. (This is a far better deal !) I understand that your supplier and costs are different for a starter - however, it should last as long as the competition. But $433 for the starter and install should easly last as long as the original......do you not agree? The original equipment starter lasted 8 years - seems reasonable, 2 and 1/2 years is not acceptable. I would like to be contacted to further discuss this issue.

I bought my car from Holz and recently needed a repair. When I called them, first I was put on hold in Service and eventually disconnected. I called the Parts Department who put me on eternal hold. When he finally answered, he snapped at me that he was doing the best that he could. When I asked him about the part, he told me rudely that they didn't have the part and wouldn't order the part. When I asked him, shocked, whether he was telling me to buy another car, he said "Yes." I have a 2003 car. The whole experience was rude and I will never, ever use Holz again. I bought a car from another dealer.

Ryan was extremely attentive to my needs. I felt absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. The negotiations were pleasant and he was willing to spend as much time as I wanted going over the features of my new Impala. Natalie was also very helpful and she has a wonderful personality. Coming to a stop at low speed,the ABS is engauging,feels like brake pedal coming up and I must slam down the brake pedal hard to stop.They replaced both front speed sensors.That took care of the problem.Could feel vibration from the right front wheel and coming to a stop at low speed the car would pull to the left a little.They took care of the brakes and replaced the idler arms.A job well done. The car handles like new.Need some ice and snow for the next test ride.

My experience at Holz Chevy was very pleasant. Lisa Cruz was very knowledgeable about the 2014 Malibu that I asked about and eventually bought, and love. I knew ahead of time that they had a Malibu in the color (Red) and with the options I wanted on the lot. It is a great looking car and after the test drive I was sold, and so was the car. Lisa made that all happen and I was so glad it was her I bought it from her and definitely would buy our next car from her and Holz Chevrolet.

I started coming to Holz with my 2007 GMC Envoy since I purchased it in 2010. I have been vary pleased with the work and with the service consultant (Chris Martin) that I have been working with since day one, so much that I shared this with my parents and they purchased their Chevy Equinox from Holz. I brought in my 2010 Chevy Impala for a warranty repair job on a leaking oil pan. I was assisted by Jess Halverson and I couldn't be happier. Jess was fast and friendly and eager help schedule my appointment. She understood how important it was for me to get my car back in a timely manner and was able to work around my schedule. Holz even provided me with a shuttle service so I could wait at home. Jess told it how it was, without overpromising. I was told it would be about a 5 hour job, but they would contact me if the work got done sooner. To my delight, the work was completed within 5 hours. Upon picking up my car I was impressed to find my car was left clean. Thank you Holz for your professionalism. This was a good experience.

Mark Best, Denise, and Mr Holz son in finance did a great job answering my questions and negotiating with me honestly. The only thing that went amiss is when my OnStar was canceled before taking delivery of the truck, they also cancelled out the remaining 550 hands free phone minutes I had. OnStar could not recover them nor was willing to restore them, so I had to purchase more.Overall, I had a positive buying experience.

From the second we stepped into the dealership we were treated with respect and like we were actually going to buy a vehicle. Since my wife and I are on the younger side, other dealerships have treated us like we were there to dream and not actually buy. We were very impressed with our salesman, Marc Best. He did a wonderful job of putting us "in the driver seat" and not make us feel like we've been "taken for a ride." He asked us what we wanted and worked very hard to find it. He even called another dealership to see what the GMC lot had in stock.

Excellent! My advisor, Chris Martin is kind, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He listens to any concerns that I have and addresses all of them. All work was completed in the promised time and my vehicle was returned to me clean and ready to go. Being unemployed for several months Chris kept that in mind and always made the right decision\choice for what really needed to be repaired for the best cost. I consider Chris my personal advisor. My wife and I always have our vehicles serviced at Holz Motors.

Recently bought a new Camaro from Holz and the experrience was actually fun (who would've thought it??) They helped me with my custom colors and fit out and the car is exactly like I wanted! Then, just had my '88 Monte in for some TLC, and that's exactly what it got. The service guys didn't like the noisy new power steering pump they put in, so they pulled it and got a second one for me. Yes, it's old - but I got great service work at a reasonable price. I will definitely take the cars back to them from now on - and buy my next one there, too!

I had heard horror stories from friends who recently purchased new automobiles from other dealerships and was not looking forward to the process. But, right from the start, the experience at Holz Motors was painless, with no pressure and the level of experience necessary to get us in and out as quickly as possible. I'd shopped 2 other Chevy dealers in the Milwaukee area before coming to Holz. One had a bad online reputation for their service dept., the other just didn't "feel" right with an outdated showroom and servce dept. that closed at 5:00 p.m. When I walked into Holz, I was impressed by their showroom and by salesperson Jake Polinski. Jake took me back to the service dept. (open late and on Saturdays) and introduced me to the service manager. Jake was able to locate a new Traverse with just the right equipment I wanted - and then, with no hassle whatsoever, located a SECOND one when we changed our minds about the interior color! This is our first time doing business with Holz, but if their service continues to be this good AFTER the sale, I will be back at the next trade-in time. They've been around for 99 years, so they must be doing a lot of things right.

I brought my 2008 Avalanche in for service due to a`check engine light`, traction control service and stabilitrac service messages displayed. I was very surprised to find the cause was due to internal engine problems. I was asked to provide maintenance documentation to service advisor for drivetrain warranty purposes, which was understandable. After that point, Holz's service staff took it from there. The engine technician was very knowledgable, professional and organized. He even took a few moments to actually show me the prematurely worn parts when I retrieved some personal items from my truck even though he was knee deep into my truck's engine. My service advisor, Bryan Dudley, was also very helpful, professional and patient with me. I had many questions, concerns and false impressions from `horror` stories I had heard through various sources. Holz`s service staff put em all to rest. They did a superb job and in a very short amount of time considering the fact that the engine had to be completely disassembled. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! My truck now runs like the day I drove it off the lot, maybe better! I have been a GM customer forever and this experience has reinforced that committment. My geniune thanks to those involved with my repairs.

If you are thinking of buying a vehicle, this would be the only place to consider. I was in the market for a Chevy Avalanche.I made the mistake looking at two other dealerships. One dealership told me I was wasting their time. Rob Sheean was my salesman at Holz. If you want a no pressure sale, go talk with Rob, he was AWESOME to deal with. If he doesnt know the answer to your question, he will get it for you.
