The oil change went fast but waiting to be called for the car pick-up took like about 30 minutes. I had to go to the counter in order to go on my merry way.

I had our vehicle in the problem was not fixed had to take it back your salesman Jonas Harrison took it upon himself to make sure that everything was fixed this time I am very pleased with the work done and will bring my car back in the future thanks to him.

I schedule service for oil change, tire rotation. my tires were not rotated. I had marked the tires. I was told my vehicle was ready and I check my tires, they were not rotated. They took my vehicle back in to rotate. It makes me wonder if my vehicle did get service. I am dissappointed with your service.

I was actually recommended by a family member to see a certain Sales Person, So I went to see her and purchased my 2015 Buick Verano with her. She was a little stand offish until I was accepted for the loan to purchase a vehicle, her attitude change and she was a little more respective to me and was very helpful. But I've got to say it would have been nice to be treated this way from Hello. My thoughts.

I loved the friendless if my salesperson Renita. She had great knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. Her customer service was beyond superior. She made me comfortable on buying a vehicle which put me at ease. I would definitely refer friends and family members to her. Lots of kudos to her!!
