Shopping for a new car has always been stressful for me and I REALLY appreciated the customer service that I received at this dealership. Johnathan was knowledgeable and informative rather then being pushy and I feel like I had all my questions answered. Lexus makes a fine car, but Hennessy does a great job of sales and service. Everyone says "Hi" to you in the hallways. Everyone ask if you're being helped. They have bottled water and snacks for those waiting in the lounge while their car is being serviced. Their lounge has private glassed areas so you can do some work while waiting. Their loaner vehicles are always clean and come with loaded options to experiment with. When my car is ready to pickup it's washed and cleaned to perfection. The service writers help you move your personal belongings between your car and the loaner car. Their loaner drive up is protected from the weather and is fully covered. The quotes for service and repairs is never more than quoted and many times less. The car is always ready when they say it will be. They call following every service to rate your feedback. Suggestions are seriously documented. The Service Manager is definitely Customer Oriented. The entire dealership is the most positive experience one could expect. The always meet and usually exceed my expectations. I tell folks that I really can't afford to drive a Lexus, but in terms of convenience, dependability and driving experience, I can't afford not to. Time is money and my time is limited. Driving a dependable car that is serviced properly yields years of payback from my initial investment. Good job Hennessy!

I was in for the 50,000 miles service and was told that it would take around 45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised when I was advised that they were finished in 30 minutes. Also, I asked my service rep about an issue with one of my headphone sets thinking they were still working on my car. He advised me that they had already finished with my car. Also, that the radio was a separate issue and it usually took much longer to perform. As I was getting ready to chech out, Drew told me he had a tech that would check my headphones. As it turned out one worked and one did not. This all took about 5 minutes. I went to parts and ordered another headset and it was delivered to me in a few days. My wait time was less than 45 minutes which I appreciated and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Things that should haven been taken care of with the car was not. Cigarette burn in upholstery, smudges, etc. little things that you expect. Finance was already decided and paperwork completed. Initially I was told we would discuss options. This did not happen. I was not satisfied with date of first payment, told to wait and then call finance institution and get it changes. That was not cool to me. Overall I love the car.

Another outstanding experience with Service Department and its most professional expert - CJ Agri. What mostly impressed me this time, other than super fast completion of the service, having a loaner in my possession for most of convenience (yes i am very spoiled!!!) and getting the car cleaned inside and out, so it still a week later has a new car smell - so on top of all that - CJ never tries to get me to do any additional/not needed services. He would always double measure everything and would just tell - "we'll check again next time, no need to replace that part yet". Honesty and customer's interest always first on his mind!!!

Julia Darley is always so pleasant and efficient. She works hard to make sure you understand what is going to be done and what possibly the future. I like that she basically gives you a " heads up" about what you may need to get done in the future to keep my car running smoothly (which it is).I like the dealership too... always clean and fresh ( I like all of the breakfast refreshments too :). A lot of places are getting rid of these extra "perks" so it is nice to see that Hennessy Lexus still thinks of the customer as important enough to provide these extra refreshments and the like. Customer service is not dead!!! Thank you Hennessey Lexus. My girlfriend's BMW is going on 12 years old and it is milking her. She is considering buying a Lexus because I don't seem to have as many problem as her BMW is giving her. Only thing, if I had to talk about the quality, I think my older Lexus has better "quality " than the newer ones (i.e. nicer console not that cartoon, huge, GPS system, nicer leather seats, quieter, smoother ride). The Lexus' these days seem cheaper quality but I think that is the way of the world now. I still plan to point my friend in the direction of Hennessey Lexus in Gwinnett though. By the way, where is Linda Dickerson? I didn't get my usual call from her. Thank you Hennessy Lexus.

17 years ago, we got our first Lexus here and since then we have had 7 more. The last one was the RC 350 coupe. Brought it in for its 15,000 mile initial service last week and I stood there for a second as I got out of the car and tried to think after a million miles, I can't remember bringing these in for anything but scheduled maint. I started to look at all the service people rushing around and they all seem to have been there forever. They write you up, get your loaner car...quickly.... You pick up your car, it's always cleaned. From their top of the line service mgr. (joe gaunt) to the young lady who walks you around the car, just exceptional.I took the time to write this as I would like them to know that great service has becme rarer. Drove 5 hours to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 9000 miles on it. Car was in good shape, but fortunately it had just rained, which allowed a leak on the drivers side pillar to declare itself. I had done my research on these enough to know that there is a class action lawsuit underway for sunroof leaks on these vehicles. The sales woman tried to tell me it must have run in when I opened the door, which was stupid, because there wasn't any water line connected the wet area to the door. A repair person then came and tried to explain it away as "someone probably didn't close the sunroof all the way." I drove the car anyway. The sales woman admitted that she was new, and only was knowledgeable about Lexus (that the dealership sells). She didn't know anything about the Jeep, even though she had 5 hours from when I told her I was leaving until my arrival to familiarize herself with the vehicle. They consented to send it to the Jeep dealership, where the drainage tube was reportedly found to be clogged causing the leak.

We were looking for a late model Ford Explorer Limited. None of the Car Dealers in the Macon area were willing to negotiate an acceptable price for any of the Explorers they had. Nearly all were ex-rental vehicles. We saw a loaded 2013 Explore Limited at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett on Cars.com. My wife sent an email to the dealership on Sunday afternoon and shortly after that, Charles Cook called her back & explained that they were closed on Sundays. Charles promised to call back on Monday morning, which he did. He described the car to her and then negotiated a price that made it worthwhile for us to make the 100 mile trip to check it out. We went up 2 days later and the car was in immaculate condition. We were given a deal that met our situation and got much more car for the money than we anticipated. Charles Cook made the buying experience almost too good to be true. He is truly a professional in his field and puts people at ease very quickly. I have always dreaded trying to purchase a car from a dealership due to some of the salesmen's tactics and have left most with a bitter taste.. Not true at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett, they are very much the opposite from other dealers I have dealt with. Sean Kim was the finance officer we finalized our paperwork with. Even though we secured our financing locally before going to Hennessy, Sean went over all our finance options with us very thoroughly and with great enthusiasm. He is very sharp & knowledgeable. He, along with Charles Cook, made our evening at Hennessy the best car purchase experience we could have imagined. They both went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed, informed & important. Bottom line is that we got the car we wanted, at a price we wanted & were treated like we had spent 4 times as much as we did. Thank you Charles & Sean for being the professionals you are. I can't say enough good things about Frank Mullin. My wife and I have purchased many new and pre-owned cars and, without a doubt, Frank is the most knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive of all of the Sales Associates that we have ever dealt with. He is an expert when it comes to clear and responsive communications. Frank takes all of the mystery and stress out of the car buying experience. My wife and I have worked closely with Frank over the past two years and have first-hand knowledge of his superb "after the sale support". My wife purchased a new car from Frank about 2 years ago and I recently purchased a pre-owned car from him. No one has ever provided better after the sale experience than Frank. He also provided me with extremely valuable knowledge and support as I dealt with the other driver's insurance company during a recent auto accident. I just purchased a new Lexus GX460 from Frank, the Internet Sales Manager, at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett. Frank exemplifies professionalism, care for the customer and making the process as honest, easy and straightforward as possible. He was incredibly patient, letting me drive several different vehicles, as well as the vehicle that I was specifically going to purchase, before I actually bought the vehicle. At no time, did I feel pressure to buy or that there would be any surprises at the end. When the day came to make the purchase, everything was set up ahead of time and the entire purchase process took 15 minutes. After that, Frank spent 90 minutes with me, making sure that I knew everything possible about my new vehicle. Frank and the Hennesssy team are how it should be!

I bought my vehicle here in 2001 and it was a great experience back then. I have had tow bad experiences lately and if I buy another Lexus, which I likely will, it will not be at this dealership. First, I was able to buy my vehicle online. Now, I cannot do all of the haggling online- they just talk with you to get you in. Nothing else. Second, since my car is older, the service department has sucked. They do not care about customers with old cars, and have not fixed issues or dismissed my complaints. Lately I could not schedule a service appt. with a loaner in the next few days because "they didn't have any appointments available" (though there are available appointments online) and "could not give me a loaner just for an oil change," - something that has NEVER been a problem in the past. Also, I wasn't asking for just an oil change- there is a problem to check out. I have a job and need to be able to get to it, so I will take my business elsewhere.

Frank responded to my online request quickly and without any high-pressure sales tactics. Everything was as agreed upon when we arrived at the dealership to take delivery of our new car. It was worth driving from the other side of Atlanta for and the entire process was straightforward and painless - as it should be. I had searched various web sites for over a month for a 2010 Toyota Sienna XLE van. After calling several dealers and either missing their listed Sienna or unable to make a deal, I called Frank Mullins at Hennessy Lexus about the Sienna they had listed on Cars.com. I asked him several specific questions about the van. He didn't know all the answers at that moment, but said he would go to the car and call me back. A few minutes later, not only did he call with the answers, but even sent specific pictures to my smartphone to provide visual answers. As I was over a 1000 miles away, it took a few days to do the deal over the phone, but soon my wife was able to make the trip to Georgia and was driving away extremely happy. The car was even better than advertised. Frank and all the staff at Hennessy Lexus that had anything to do with the deal went out of their way to make sure everything was excellent about the car, down to the smallest detail. Frank even followed up after the sale to make sure my wife had a safe trip home and the car was performing as expected. When my wife says that the experience was much better than she expected, that's saying something! It is very unusual to find a car dealership with such high values and a sales person that goes above and beyond very high expectations. I have purchased other vehicles via phone in other states. I have not had the excellent total experience that I had with Frank and Hennessy Lexus. I hope to have the pleasure of buying a car from them again and will certainly tell my friends and family how great they are.

Jack Ross was great to work with at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I had been looking for a used Toyota Avalon and they recently took one in on trade. I found it on their website and inquired about it. Their website had lots of photos of the car and also provided a free link to the Carfax. Jack was very helpful by honestly relaying to me everything they knew about the car. This gave me the confidence I needed to make an hour drive from the west Georgia area to go look at the car. The car was exactly as described, the price was very fair, and I bought the car that evening. It's also worth mentioning that I never felt pressured at all during the buying process. David Carr was also very helpful when it came to financing the car. Both Jack and David stayed after the dealership's regular closing hours to get everything wrapped up for me. After reading reviews on this website, we contacted Frank Mullin regarding a 2013 RX350, and we were NOT disappointed. Frank is a true professional who focuses on meeting the needs of his customer. His product knowledge was very helpful; he asked questions to learn which features were most important to us and guided us through the various packages to equip our vehicle. Frank's "no pressure" approach and the competitive pricing made our purchase decision stress free. We had a 2 1/2 hour drive to pick up our new RX350 so we scheduled our appointment to avoid as much Atlanta traffic as possible. Our situation was to find an affordable, reliable used vehicle for our college-aged daughter. A friend had recommended Hennessey Lexus from his own experience, and we can attest to both great service and attentive care to us as customers and to the car itself. The showroom is immaculate, and the personnel genuinely friendly, i.e., not the 'I want to sell you a car' kind of friendly. We dealt with Tim and Frank, and both gave us exceptional attention to our specific and unusual needs. Tim heard all our concerns and made those concerns known to the staff. Frank was especially patient with our new-driver daughter, and walked her through every button, lever and latch of the auto. I have purchased used cars many times on three different continents, but never have I received this kind of service. The used car industry can be a real headache if you are not dealing with trustworthy persons, but it is clear that Tim and Frank exemplify in their customer care the same honesty and integrity that they value in their personal lives. We have had the vehicle now for 3 weeks and are pleased to say that there are absolutely no issues with it. We absolutely could not be more pleased with the service, attention to detail, or representation that we found at Hennessey Lexus. These guys are the real deal.

I live in MD and purchased/shipped a vehicle from this GA location with ease. This was my first out-of-state car purchase and Michael Wiggins worked with me daily to make for a smooth transaction. Called Warren at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett to get information on a vehicle. He provided a glowing recommendation of the car and I told him I may be able to come in around 6:30 that evening, or possibly 10 the next morning to look at it. He called me around 2:00 that afternoon asking where I was, and if I was still coming in, then questioning why I was hesitant at all. The interaction was very aggressive and rude to me. After I reminded him that I said 6 or 6:30, not 2, he said he had me mixed up, and would see me that evening. I arrived at 6:15 to find that Warren was no longer there--he left to go home. A replacement salesperson was paged, but never showed up. A second page to them yielded a request for another 5 minute wait. I requested yet another salesperson who showed up, showed me the vehicle, which was found to have way too much rust for a vehicle of that age and mileage, and had what appeared to be mud or huge amounts of orange, flaky rust coming off the bottom frame of the driver's seat. I asked the salesperson where the car came from, to see if it could be from a flood state, but she had no idea. I asked how long it had been there, and what reconditioning had been done, but again, she had no idea. It's sad to see that this is how Hennessy Lexus is selling used cars now.

Jack is fair and reasonable and applies no pressure, but makes it a pleasurable experience. Go see Jack if you are looking for a Lexus or a great used car.

No, we were not there to purchase a new vechile. We are car shopping for our daughter going to college. If you are not in the market for a new car, are not in the "proper class" you will not be treated with respect. We saw a used car on Cars.com. We approched a salesperson, we were not approached. We asked to see the used car. "Oh" was the response. "I will have to get it from the back lot". No introductions, no come in side out of the 98 degree heat, nothing. We waited for over ten minutes never saw the salesperson again. Several other salespeople walked passed us and again we were not acknowledged. Needless to say we never did see the car. My daughter and son were amazed by the way we were treated. Sadly for this dealer when we will be buying for ourselves next year it will not be from this dealer.
