As usual, the service team at Hendrick Lexus North provided quality care and stellar service. When it was determined that my 2005, 256K+ miles RX 330 needed a new radiator and the part and repair were two days away, team member Richard put on his super service cape and found me a loaner, (a juicy, new RX 350), when there were none to be had AND found me a 10% discount on a rather expensive service. Thanks Richard. I'm holding you to your assurance that the next time I come in for service it will be for just an oil change. Addendum: 10/16/20. Earlier this week, during one of those subsequent routine oil change services promised by Richard, I had occasion to experience 5 star service once again, this time at the hands of service savant Michael Taylor and his terrific technician minions out back. There, they discovered my left-front wheel well cover was missing. Mike pointed this out to me and while neither he nor I could ascertain how it disappeared, he advised the installation of the part for the protection of vital transmission parts in the area and to prevent further damage. The part was ordered, installed quickly, and I was on my way, confident that my vehicle was at peak performance and feeling just fine. Heck, if cars could smile, I think it was. A word about Mike. I have been dealing with Mike since he first became a service advisor at Hendrick North, oh about a decade or more ago, back when it was Superior Lexus. I was a new owner of a used Lexus (80K miles) then. From day one, Mike has been consistently exemplary in the performance of his duties, always doing so with efficiency, concern, and courtesy. With the likes of Richard, Mike, and the service technicians who back them and make 5 star service a reality, it is no wonder that my 2005 RX 330, now at 263K+ miles,  continues to purr like a kitten and run like The Cheetah.

Other dealers need to take lessons on customer service from Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North. I worked with Dennis and Mike and both were awesome. Dennis took the time to show me several vehicles and I took a few on test drives. Decided on the ES 350 and the paperwork was the fastest I have ever seen. From the time I entered until the time I left was less than 2 hours. This is how you develop customer and brand loyalty, by treating the customer right. I will be a repeat customer in the future. Easiest dealership experience ever.

James Birch was great to work with! Easy going, no pressure and hassle-free. He made us feel comfortable and treated us with respect. Just brought my -new-to-me ES300 in for my first oil change and my experience was great. I was greeted by a very nice lady, didn't catch her name. I met Paul who was very professional and polite. I called the dealership on Wednesday asking for an appointment to see a Red Dodge 2006 Dakota 80,000 miles and then followed up with them on Friday (the day I was coming). On Friday I confirmed my appointment at 3 pm. I drove over 2 hrs to get to the dealership. The truck was parked out front and was very pretty. I asked to look at the truck and they lead me out to truck. I then asked to drive it. THEY SAID NO. I then asked why not. That is when the misrepresentation started. I was told they were waiting on a part they ordered for the brakes but it had not come in and then I was told they just found the problem a few minutes prior to me arriving. I asked if they could fix it so it was drivable. They then took the truck to service it. I was told several stories over the next 2 hrs. I was told the part was already on the truck and all parts were in place . They said they just needed to bleed the brakes From experience, I know that does not take 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, they said I could drive it. I was very skeptical on this. I tested the brakes first. The truck jerked constantly and the brakes were bad. I almost missed the dealership driveway d/t to the brakes. I then tested the transmission. The truck jerked enough that my 2 YR OLD ask why it was jerking.. The truck started making noises then like belts were bad. I told the salesman I just wanted to get out of the truck because it was dangerous. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY WOULD ALLOW ME MY SISTER AND A 2 YR OLD TO GET IN A VEHICLE THAT WAS NOT SAFE. When I stopped the vehicle and opened the door the smell of burnt rubber was very strong and the truck smelled hot. The salesman went and got his manager. The manager said "I JUST DON'T SEE WHY YOU ARE SO MAD" WELL THAT MADE ME VERY MAD. A 2 YR OLD CAN SEE THE TRUCK WAS NOT SAFE BUT THE MANAGER CANNOT. IN MY OPINION,HE SHOULD LOSE HIS JOB FOR PUTTING ME IN AN UNSAFE TRUCK. THEN THEY ASKED IF I WANTED THEM TO CALL ME WHEN IT WAS FIXED. I TOLD THEM TO LOSE MY NUMBER I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM. TOO MANY "STORIES" FOR ME.

Been waiting for parts for 4 months. Nobody cares. I have called numerous times to no avail. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy this dealership. I wanted to get service and not freebies. They've been claiming to be waiting for Toyota to send the parts. How long does it take to get the parts?

I drove into the Lexus lot looking for a Toyota Highlander and found one there about a week ago! I tried Lexus because of Ruth Keissee, for she is a great person who appraises damaged vehicles for the Collision Repair, and she had appraised two vehicles for me that had been damaged; I figured she was good, and maybe I would find a good sales person as well there at the dealership. Nouhad was great; I arrived around 5:45 pm at the lot, he went with me on a test drive, and arranged for me to take the vehicle overnight to test drive it with my wife. He helped me throughout the buying process. I would heartily recommend Nouhad as a salesman, and also you should see Ruth Kessee if you have any vehicle body damage. I will work with both again in the future if the needs arise!!! Also Robb Walter and Mike Arnone were very effective and professional.

I took my car in for service on 7/14/15 got a call back and was told it would not be ready till the 16th. I told them that i could not get my car on that day because i was going out of town. I was told don't worry about it just pick it up when you get back in town. I was told my car would be secured. when i go to pick my car up on the 20th my car was broken into. They told me it would all be fixed. I didn't get my car back till the 25th and it was still not right. The driver door had paint damage to it and when they put in the new window the door panel was also damaged. There was water in my car from when it rained the night my car was broken to. The service manger Justin Ayers told me that if the car had more than a broken window that it would be my insurance that would have to fix it. Also the day i went to pick up my car i noticed that my driver side wheels had be damaged. I was told to come back on monday and talk to Justin Ayers. He told me that they would take care of everything. I took my car back to them on the 3rd of Aug. I got a call on the 5th saying my car was ready. When i got their the door panel was not fixed and the out side paint had not been fied also. The wheels where never touched. I was told be Justin Ayers that they had tried to fix them. When i asked to speak to to Justin he had already gone home for the day at 3 in the afternoon. I asked to speak to the GM Ken Newman and told him what was going on and he call Justin. After talking to Justin and Ken they both stated that the damage to my wheels was pre-existing damage and it would not be fixed by them. I was told that i would have to buy new wheels out of my own pocket. This after i was told be Justin on 7/27/15 that Lexus would take care of it. I would not take my car to Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North. They don't have cameras on the outside of the building and don't pay anybody to secure their parking lot at night.

My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from Hendrick Lexus North and got close to 10 e-mails asking to write a review, which I kept putting off, but here it is... First of all, the dealer came at us with an offer on a trade-in value for my car, a 2007 Mazda6 (KBB value of $4500), at $500.....roughly what it cost to put 4 new tires on it a couple months before. By the way, I sold it to a private party for $3,250. They wouldn't even reconsider offering more for the trade-in. On top of that, they were incredibly non-negotiable on the price of a 2013 Lexus RX350, no matter what we counter-offered - even offering to pay cash in full. We couldn't agree on the price of the 2013 so I looked at a 2010 and decided to go with that. A few days after purchasing, the dealership e-mails me an attachment of our loan document because they had misplaced it or accidently shredded their copy of our signed loan contract. I had to go out of my way to get it printed off and taken back to the dealership. We had to schedule a separate time to get the delivery on the car and remote start put in so my husband called up there to do that. I even got an e-mail confirmation for the appointment. When he got there, they didn't have the delivery scheduled on their calendar, so the person who normally does it wasn't available. He never got a proper delivery. The thing that has me most compelled to finally write this review is what happened today. When my husband went to get the car licensed, the license bureau informs us that the car has a lean on it from the previous owners. This was never disclosed to us OR included in the paperwork sent to us from the dealership. My husband called the dealership to ask about it and they insist that the lean paperwork was in the packet, but it was NOT. I plan on having a Lexus for the rest of my life, trading it in after a few years. This dealership will NEVER get our business again and I will NOT be recommending this to anyone I know looking for a Lexus. It's a shame there aren't more Lexus dealerships around where we live but we will be traveling to St. Louis or Springfield next time.

I drove 200 miles for an incredible Lexus used car deal. While the car I bought was a high mileage used 2006 I was treated the same as any other Lexus customer. The buying experience was very comfortable. Both the salesman and finance person were professional and accommodating. My used car was missing a tonneau cover. My salesman found an extra one in the parts area and installed it for no charge. He made sure I was comfortable with the features on the car before I left. The used car was in incredible condition. The dealership offered a 3 month, 3,600 mile power train warranty for no charge. I was able to upgrade that for 3 years and 36,000. I thought this was incredible considering the car I was buying had over 100,000 miles on it. I recommend this dealership and would drive back for another car from them.

The total buying experience from my initial contact for an appointment thru the entire sales process was singularly Outstanding. I met Jeremy at the KC Auto Show and setup a date to come test a new NX200T SUV. Jeremy was fully prepared for my visit and within an hour we had done a test drive, negotiated a good deal on my trade and agreed upon the final price of the new car. molly made the sale of my new 300h fun and expedient..just super young lady...had the exact color and options I wanted. Kathy, the delivery specialist, went over every detail in the operation of all car features and was very very patient and explained in a fashion that was easy to understand...just an exceptional lady ! I was looking for a used black Ford F-150 Platinum..... This dealership, Hendrick Lexus, had the truck I was sure I probably wanted, and I sent an e-mail to them in the evening. My wife and I drove to Kansas City from Des Moines Iowa specifically to look at a certified pre-owned GX 460, having had difficulty finding a suitable example closer to home that wasn't grossly over priced. Our experience at the dealership was excellent from start to finish. All personnel we encountered were professional, personable, courteous and extremely accommodating. Knowing that we'd traveled a distance to get there and even though we were quite early for the appointment I'd scheduled they were ready for us and made a point to handle everything in an expeditious, yet thorough manner. There was absolutely no pressure and the whole experience was as relaxed as buying a car could possibly be. I contacted Hendrick Lexus regarding a specific used car that was advertised. When I drove in, the vehicle was parked front and center for my inspection and Chandler was immediately available. He answered all of my questions and more. He was most pleasant, patient and helpful. I do not like to go through extensive negotiations and found Chandler to be MOST accommodating and pleasant throughout the very brief and NONSTRESSFULL price agreement process. This Dealership treated my wife and I with respect and friendliness. We were able to see, drive, price, and trade in a vehicle as well as arrange financing and drive out the door with our new pre-owned vehicle in a little over 2 hours. Despite the fact that there are 2 Lexus dealerships located closer to us than Hendrick Lexus North, this is now, and will remain, OUR Lexus Dealership. I have spent the last three months looking and test driving cars that appealed to me ( I even had a spreadsheet, for goodness sakes) and am now elated that I have a new Lexus ES 350 in my garage. I had weeded the list down to two cars and after driving them both a second time was ready to buy. The first test drive was with Chris Smith who was very informative and answered any question I had. Chris was not there when I made a "spur-of-the-minute" decision to do the second test drive. Steve Keltner arranged that second test drive and went over again all the fine features of this car. (As an aside, Steve had sold me my previous two cars and I was unaware that he was now working at Hendrick). Steve was instrumental in making the purchasing an event that went smoothly. The price was fair and every question I had was answered. The dealership quickly did the paper work and I was soon driving my new plaything home!! I am very appreciative that they set aside time with a specialist (Kathy) to go over all the bells and whistles so I can get the most out of them. The atmosphere of the entire dealership from sales staff to maintenance staff was one of customer service. Both Chris and Steve have followed up with phone calls to see if there were any questions I had and to offer assistance if I needed it.

On a cold February day, Joye and I received a warm welcome from Dennis who guided us through the buying process, culminating in our purchase of a certified 2013 RX450h three days later. Dennis is very knowledgeable about his product, as well as that of the comparable competition. He took his time to explain the alternatives available to us, e.g., new vs certified, lease vs purchase, trade-in vs cash purchase. A medical procedure caused a lull in our purchase; Dennis called to inquire how Joye was doing which was a nice touch. The last day of February, set up a 2 pm appointment to take delivery of the SUV. We were ushered through the necessary steps, signing the required papers, all of which were explained extremely well by Michael Arnone (with no pressure to buy additional products), and then we stepped into the delivery room were our newly detailed car was waiting. Orlando did an excellent job of explaining the features of the RX but the most important thing about his presentation was that if we did not absorb all of the information, we could call or come back for a refresher course. When all is said and done, we could not have been more pleased with our experience at Hendrick Lexus: professional, no pressure, knowledgeable, friendly.

Overall a very good experience. I love that the dealership provides shuttle service to and from the airport and I can leave my new car with them. If it's after business hours when you land at KCI, they will park your car at the terminal. Very nice. The sales process was good, Sam helped me decide between a 2012 and a 2013, both with less than 10K miles. He merely pointed out the differences and let me make the decision. Cory in finance was very quick, and very good. I got a decent value on my trade in, so all in all this a great experience. I did decide to pre-pay for the service, as the 30% discount was tough to pass up.

My husband and I were looking to trade in his BMW when we visited Hendrick Lexus North. We were greeted by Dan Cundiff (who my husband had worked with before) and we had a wonderful experience. Dan was patient with us as we went back and forth between sedan and SUV, not sure which we liked the best. He was very honest with us and it became clear he cared about US and was trying to get US the best deal, not the other way around. This is not the case at all car dealerships. We finally decided on a 2013 pre-owned certified RX hybrid. The dealership had only acquired the SUV a week prior to our visit and Dan told us that this was a rare find (the type of car, being a hybrid, and having such low mileage but still in excellent condition). We loved everything about the car and after spending much time at the dealership, we decided that was the one for us. The finance paperwork was a breeze and they did a great job explaining everything and trying to get us the best deal. We also met with Kathy for a short time and she helped explain the details of the car and the electronic panel, while helping us sync our phones. We had a wonderful experience at this dealership (we even got a free lunch) and would definitely do business with them in the future. After a diligent search for a second Lexus RX, found Hendrix Lexus Kansas City North had the best cars in stock and Christopher Smith, sales rep, was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were able to purchase a quality RX350 at the price we wanted and the staff's follow up to the sales were excellent. A few minor issues (like a small missing snap down in the engine compartment) were discovered a few days after purchasing the vehicle, and they were immediately addressed and rectified. I bought our first Lexus (RX33) from Hendrix Lexus 7 years ago. That was an excellent experience then. I've driven the car over 165,000 miles and it's still doing very well. I'd highly recommend Hendrix Lexus Kansas City North and Chris Smith to my friends who are in the market for an automobile.

On a cold March day he walked to the end of his car lot to offer assistance. That vehicle was already transferred to another location, however he tried to recover without success. He took information on my dream car and searched other Hendricks dealers. I love my car and am working to learn about all its"bells and whistles". I was looking to trade 2 vehicles up for 1 newer vehicle. I decided on a BMW and was disappointed on the trade in values, but went through with the deal. I was told that for 30 days if I wasn't happy that I could bring it back. When I had driven the car for a week or so, I noticed a shifting anomaly that I wanted checked out. The dealership scheduled for my car to go to the BMW dealership to be checked out further. In the mean time I did some research on BMW forums and a lot of people complained about what I was experiencing and it appears to be jus the way BMW transmissions work, so I asked about the option that was mentioned earlier about bringing it back and picking another vehicle. When I mentioned that on the phone when I was finally able to reach Jeremy I was told yes, pick something else out. So I found a car that I thought might be a better fit for me at a higher price. then we sat down to do that deal, I was told that they would give me $2,000 less than what I paid less than 2 weeks prior. When I asked about the 30 promise to make me happy, I was told they never said they would do a deal at the same price. I was given some line that they have to pay so much to have the vehicle recertified, and detailed and that cost Mr. Walter $2,000. I don't believe that and felt lied to about the ability to bring the vehicle back. I will never do business with people that treat me that way, and I will tell everyone about my experience. I did not do the deal for the $2000 loss. I took the BMW back to have the transmission looked at and they supposedly had an appointment for a certain day, but it was a full week before I got my car back and was told that nothing was wrong with it. No paperwork showing was tested or checked, just told that there's nothing wrong with it. It was a frustrating couple of weeks with many unreturned phone calls, and feelings of being lied to.

We used Superior Lexus North's airport shuttle and had our RX350 serviced while we were gone. Bad weather caused us to miss our return flight to Kansas City on a Friday. We were also unable to fly out on Saturday. I called our service department contact, Colby Lieurance, about having our car moved to the airport on Saturday so that it would be there when we returned on Sunday. He indicated that the car could not be locked because of the keyless ignition system and offered to open the service department and have our car ready when our plane arrived. This is certainly more than we expected and is indicative of the level of service we have received since purchasing two Lexuses from this dealership!

I received an email from Lexus for "complimentary service" for 40,000 mile items. Called the service department to schedule the appointment and told them of the email. They said they "would honor it". Got to the dealer and was told they would not honor it. Asked for the service department manager. He was out. So, I left and asked him to call me. He did about 10 minutes later and offered to "make it right" by picking up the Lexus from work, giving my a loaner vehicle, and returning it when the service was complete. When I called a couple days later to arrange that no one could recall that conversation or find a record of it. The service manager was, once again, out. So, I asked for him or someone else to call me. Still waiting on that call... Not sure they could have done any worse.

Our experience began with the vehicle we were intending to look at being sold as we were driving from Topeka to the dealership, leaving us extremely disappointed. However, that evening Julie Shaw turned a bad experience into what turned out to be one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences my wife and I have had. She called us at home and apologized, and promised to keep looking for a similar vehicle. She kept in touch and several weeks later she called me and told me that the RX we were looking for had just been traded in and asked if we were still interested. She recommended we arrive at the dealership before it opened the next day due to the demand for that vehicle. We drove over at 7:00am on Saturday, arriving fifteen minutes before it opened at 8:30am. She immediately hooked us up with Jeremy Waple, who was a pleasure to work with in going through the vehicle, the paperwork, and finalizing the sale. The financing stage, which is usually less than enjoyable, was quite the opposite in working with Mike Arnone, who really was patient with us as we decided on the various services to go with. Because the vehicle had just been traded in, it would not be ready for delivery for at least 24 hours, but that didn't keep Kathy Groenenboom from sitting with us and answering all of our questions about the vehicle and showing my wife all of the features. While we weren't able to drive our new car home that day, they offered to deliver it to us in Topeka when it was ready!While they say that you only have one chance to make a first impression, I do believe in second chances. And they certainly came through during their second chance with us! Julie Shaw is a rock star for sticking with us! And Jeremy, Mike and Kathy made our time there extremely enjoyable! My family has now owned 5 Lexus cars---I have owned a LS430, LS460L and now a LS460---my wife has owned 2 LX cars and drives the LX350 now. Having gone through the sales process several times (2 times at the Hendrick Lexus South Store in Kansas City; 2 times at the Sewell Lexus Store in Ft Worth; and, this time at the Hendrick Lexus North in Kansas City), I want you to know this was the most enjoyable new car buying process I have gone through. I really enjoyed working with Lance Swenson (Retail Sales). He had the best overall demeanor and sales personality I've encountered in my Lexus purchases....professional and not pushy.....and we meshed right away. If I had a question, he got me an answer.....I asked him to make available my 3 color choices and 3 inside seat leather/steering wheel combinations on the planned second visit when I brought my wife over with me so we could see them "live" rather than just in the book. He rounded up cars to give me the selections I asked for.....and, I bought the LS460 Matador Red Mica with Flaxen Leather and the Shimamoku Expresso Wood Interior Trim. It helped a lot to have real examples of the contrasts....the book isn't even close to the real Matador Red Mica (the gold mica chips in the sun light are special and you can't see them in the book); and, the flaxen leather color in the book is somewhat different in appearance than it really is in the car. I'm a pretty conservative guy and Matador Red Mica is a "new me." Seeing those gold mica chips in the sun light was really special. Once we selected the car and combinations I wanted, Lance was able to locate the vehicle and get it shipped into Kansas City in 4 days. I also enjoyed the session with Kathy Groenenboom who took Peggy and me through every feature in the car. I was a CEO in the Division of a publicly traded company for a number of years and I know the value of superior customer service; and she has the perfect personality to deal with customers....she explained everything thoroughly and with the perfect delivery. She is really good at what she does. Since we moved back to Kansas from Texas 3 years ago, we have always used the Hendrick Lexus North Store for our service on the LS460L and LX (we have never used anyone other than Lexus to do our service on all the Lexus cars we've owned). They do excellent work and are a pleasure to deal with. This was the very best purchasing experience yet for the 5 Lexus cars we have owned (they have all been very good). Sincerely, Richard F. This is the place, once you enter their doors at Superior you are there guest, from the service dept to the sales dept this dealership is doing it right. Everyone works together and Lexus must have taught them that. I was just going in to get some recalls done on a Lexus RX330 & let them know I would like to take a look at there stock of used certified cars , well got the service done but that same day drove out with a 2011 RX350 Jack Briggs in sales was superior, Robb Walter was fantastic & had great follow-up Michael Arnone Business Mgr was great closing the deal, the gent that show us the control station of the car was very in depth and very knowledge. We had a great experience. We got the car we wanted at a price we wanted. Our salesman was honest, friendly & helped us move thru the process quickly and easily. We will definitely buy there again and use the same salesman. We called our salesman with the type of car we were interested in. Within a few minutes he found a car that fit our description. Then he drove the car back from Shawnee, Kansas so that we wouldn't have to go so far. All of our questions were answered and the whole process was complete, including financing within the span of a few hours from start to finish. Literally, we spoke with the salesman at 3 pm and by 7:30 we were finished and drove the car home.

Before visiting we had heard from Jennifer Vinson and Julie Shaw by phone, and Don had met them previously when in the dealership. They both encouraged us to come in and check out their new and used inventory. We had also dealt with Daniel Cundiff and when we arrived, we were warmly greeted by him. He inquired as to what type of vehicle we were interested in. We told him we would like to see if they had any LX models, preferably pre-owned. Don wanted his wife, Gloria, to drive the LX and compare it to the GX we own (which we also bought from Superior Lexus North). Don had previously driven an LX and was impressed with the ride and the features. We looked at and drove the 2010 LX they had in their inventory. We both loved the car but preferred another color. it was a dark red with a charcoal interior. We were hoping for a black or silver since we already owned two red cars. Dan then said he would check the inventory of their other dealerships. He found exactly what we were looking for in North Carolina. It was a 570LX 2011 black exterior and cashmere interior and very low mileage. We were able to come to agreement on the price, and Dan proceeded to finalize the deal that day, and made arrangements for delivery of the car to their dealership. Once it arrived, he offered to deliver the car to us at our home in Carthage, MO as we were tied up with other commitments until the first week of March. When Dan arrived with the car, we were ecstatic with the overall appearance. He had stopped in Carthage and taken it through a car wash because of the snow we had recently, and he wanted it to look perfect for us. Overall, Dan did a fabulous job for Superior Lexus North as did Michael Arnone with the paperwork on the car. Mike Taylor also does a super job handling the car service for Superior Lexus North. Another person we dealt with by phone was Paco in the Parts Department as we wanted to order all weather floor mats. In conclusion, superior service from a superior dealership!

I researched and found a car on the web site for Lexus North. I left a response on the vehicle I was interested in and received a call from Julie. She encouraged me to come out to the dealership. After driving 30 miles out to Lexus North I was greeted by their salesman Dustin who was great to work with throughout the entire process. We went out to the lot and could not find the RX 350 I was interested in. I then find, out after some research by Dustin, that the vehicle is in South Carolina at a dealership there. I am assured it is available and we come to terms on a deal. After spending over an hour and a half or so going through all the paperwork and signing everything including my old title over to them I leave the dealership and head back home. At 6 pm that evening I receive a call from Dustin informing me that the vehicle I just purchased was not available?? He also informed me that I could come right out and pick up my title. I am 30 miles away! Dustin was very apologetic, but really who sales a car and has me spend a large part of an afternoon buying a car they do not have available? This was a dropped ball not by the Salesman but his upper management team. Anyone thinking of buying a car from this dealership I would recommend checking first to make sure the car is actually at the dealership and available for sale because it is obvious this dealership has no idea!

We started looking at vehicles at Reliable in Springfield. They didn't really act like they wanted to work with us or make a deal. We drove from Springfield to Kansas City. From the very beginning to the end, everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The dealership closed at 6pm and they took care of us very well until we drove off the lot around 10pm. They detailed our new car and then took the time to go over the options in our new car. I brought my car in for a rattle that had lasted for years and a dealer in Minnesota was unable to solve. I was impressed with the promptness that a mechanic went for a ride with me and his recommendations were in line with what I wanted done. He took the dash apart and had the answer within an hour and the problem was solved. I also just mentioned that I think my transmission might be acting up. John and the mechanic made time for me and found the fluid very dirty and changed it. The quality of work was second to none and I have always been treated with respect. I was overall very pleased they went beyond what I expected and made time to complete a task I had not told them about before I arrived. Dealing with Robb Walter is so pleasant and always easy and this time meeting the friendly Ron Chalene added to the experience. Often times a quick test drive around the area is not enough time to get to know the vehicle. Robb's comfort level with offering to let me have the car a little longer was so helpful in the decision-making. Casey Goff was so friendly, informative and helpful in choosing the best financing and maintenance options for me. Usually a stressful part of the purchase, he made the whole process a breeze. Ron Chalene was happy to stay late to help with setting up XM radio, garage door set-up, and blue-tooth connection. He even followed up the next day to see if I needed anything. The people are nice enough, but don't expect them to stand behind their product any longer than they have to. My vehicle had 1 year left on its warranty, but was just over its mileage warranty when my waterpump went out. With one year left on the year warranty and the fact that I had bought 2 cars from them, I asked them to cover the part. They informed me that had I serviced my car there they might help me more, but since I didn't, too bad. After many calls and battles, they helped a little bit, but not enough to offset the $900 bill. If you're looking for service, this isn't your place. If you have to have a Lexus, do yourself a favor and shop at another store.

We took our Lexus to Superior Lexus North to have two items repaired, one covered under the Lexus warranty, and one under an extended warranty we purchased from the Lexus dealer that sold us the car. The car sat for two days before they even started working on it. During this time my wife and I were mislead about the status of the repairs. I spoke to the Service Manager about what had happened and he said he was sorry and would look into the matter and call us back. Neither my wife nor I received a return call. Although the people we dealt with were, on the surface, friendly, my feeling is they could care less about repairing our car, and maybe that is due to the fact that we bought it from a different dealer. Putting aside any excuse the dealer has, our overall experience was extremely poor, and we will never return to this dealer again unless it is for a Lexus warranty repair.

Steve was extremely patient with my husband as he tried to help him input the phone numbers and practice using the blue tooth...there are some differences between the new Lexus and the one my husband previously had. Steve helped my husband to get everything set up that he needed in order to be comfortable using the blue tooth.

I live close to this dealer and had bought one from them in the past. In returning after 6 yrs. my first contact with a sales associate didn't go so well. So my son, who lives 3 hrs. away took over and got terrific results with Tarek. He listened to my son and they were able to strike a deal over the phone. When I went to pick it up, I was rushed for time but Tarek did his best to go over the things I would need to know and go back another time for the full instruction. I have to give a superior rating to Tarek Jebali. My husband recently purchased a new Lexus. Tarek helped us to install my husband's bluetooth in the new car. Trying to add my phonebook to the system, the bluetooth connection to my vehicle was inadvertently deleted. I did not realize until I returned to Leavenworth and drove my car that my bluetooth was no longer connected to my car. I returned to Superior Lexus North the next morning and Tarek spent half an hour getting my bluetooth reconnected and helping me to install my phonebook again. He was so patient and helpful to me and I wanted to express my appreciation.

Listened to what we wanted and found it. Price was fair. Overall I was VERY impressed with this dealership and the people I worked with. I have a few suggestions that you might want to consider. The process of getting oriented to the car took longer than it should because Jack and Robb kept getting called away to other stuff. Part of that is my fault in that I don't think I told them what time I'd be arriving at the dealership to pick up the car. I think if they'd known that they could have set uninterrupted time aside. Would be nice if they give a nice Lexus key ring to go with the keys. The car overall was in great shape but the windshield really needed to be cleaned better. Out of all the times that I have purchased a vehicle, this was by far the smoothest transaction that I have had. The dealership offered me a far better rate that the credit union. I have taken my 2007 Lexus to Superior Lexus North for service since it was new. I have always been treated professionally and politely by all of the staff. My vehicle has always been done on time,washed and usually a courtesy car was furnished. When we travel, Superior has an employee drop us off at the airport. Before our flight returns, the vehicle is delivered to the airport and waiting for us upon our arrival, this is a great service. I have dealt with many of the employees and have always had a very positive experience and never a problem. When I decided to look at new cars, I ran into Abbey Whitney, whom I have known for many years and who works at the North dealership, and she spoke so enthusiastically about the people and great service they had, that I decided to test drive a car there. I bought my first Lexus from Robb Walter at the South dealership (which is actually closer to where I live) and remembered that he had moved to the North dealership. It was a pleasant experience working with Robb the first time and he kept in touch over the years, so I contacted him and set up a test drive in a new RX 350. I want to complement two individuals in your organization for their help in my purchase of a 2013 SL 550. I was having my SC 430 serviced at your Lexus North location in Kansas City, Missouri, and was lamenting to your service manager that I had been very happy with the Lexus, but at 100,000 miles it was time to trade. I told him unfortunately I wanted a Mercedes, but was going to have to buy it in Naples, Florida, since the local Mercedes (not yours) dealership was difficult to deal with. A Lexus sales consultant, Dennis DeGoosh, overheard my conversation and at first tried to sell me on the new Lexus, but eventually offered to actually help me get what I wanted from 983 miles away. He also was willing to take the trade on my car, amazing. I told him, he had to personally stay involved in this complicated of a transaction, if we were going to complete the deal. He did. He contacted Scott Anderson at your Charlotte dealership. The second problem would be that this was January and the 2013's weren't available until May. Scott collected the available information and we cut a deal on a car that I had never seen in person for delivery three months later. VERY UNUSUAL AT LEAST FOR ME. The Mercedes was delivered yesterday in Kansas City and it in a word, is an AMAZING car. I love it. Special thanks also goes to Gene Ivey, Sundance Transport Inc. for the extra care and quick service he gave the car on the way to Kansas City from Charlotte. I have been in the retail business for 45 years. Truly, Dennis DeGoosh, Scott Anderson and Gene Ivey are to be commended for their efforts. They are the kind of people I would like to have working for my company.

Dennis is the reason we purchased our 2007 Lexus RX 350. We had just visited another dealership. The salesman was so pushy and inappropriate we left even though we liked the car. Just down the street, Lexus was having a big sales event. Decided to stop in and "look" around. Dennis was friendly. Asked us all the right questions on what we wanted and liked in a vehicle. He helped us find what we could afford and liked. With Dennis' help, we felt comfortable with our decision. And, he didn't forget us after the sale. He checks with us regularly to see if we're still satisfied with the RX 350. We will buy our next Lexus from Dennis.

I originally contacted Superior Lexus North about trading a car, and was put in contact with Robb Walter. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly Robb responded to my calls and emails (after having an employee at another dealer not return my calls at all). After being in contact with Robb for a few days we decided to head to the dealership to see what options they had for a new car for us. We went with the intention of possibly having something shipped in from one of the 80 dealerships they work with, if we didn't find something perfect there. We ended up finding the perfect car at a fantastic price! Robb was such a huge help and an excellent contact for us, our friends/family, and we will absolutely use him for our future purchases!

THe RX 350 AWD was the second car I've purchased from Superior Lexus North. I like the car better now than when I bought it. Both times I have been treated with great professionalism, respect, and courtesy. Lance was easy to work with as he was respectful of my time and worked hard to see that I was comfortable with the car and deal we made. I have always been most pleased with the service at the dealership and really appreciate the pick-up and delivery service. It makes getting the car serviced hassle-free. I bought my first Lexus 8 yrs ago new (2004 GX470). I still have it today and am very pleased with my GX470. (I have never had anything go wrong with the it.) Our experience with Heather was outstanding. We received the car of my dreams for a good price and excellent customer service. She worked with us all the way to the delivery. I asked for special features and they made sure I received what I wanted. She calls and checks on "Thelma" and me all the time and if I have a question, Heather is always there with a helpful tone. Heather explained every aspect of the RX350 to us and we did not feel pressured to buy. Keep up the great work Heather! If you are looking for a vehicle, Heather is sure to give the ins and outs of their inventory. When my husband passed away last year, Heather had the staff that we dealt with sign a card and I was surprised to find it in my mailbox. She gets very personal with her customers.

It's rare to meet somebody in sales who really cares about the people they sell to. Heather really listened to what I needed in a car and worked hard to make sure I got it. She was always so nice and respectful without being stiff like a lot of salespeople can be, she was a pleasure to work with! I was expecting the typical "pushy" sales person but she was quite the opposite. She made all the necessary arrangements I needed to have done, and delivered on EVERYTHING she said she'd do. I worked with Heather after my RX350 had been involved in an accident. We were able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted out of state. Heather took care of everything and had the vehicle shipped to Kansas City. Once the vehicle arrived she ensured it went through service and would meet my high expectations before allowing me to come take delivery. My experience was nothing short of excellent from beginning to end. She was always very timely in responding to my questions/concerns and she worked diligently to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience. I have to admit once I took delivery of my vehicle, I missed my frequent conversations with Heather. The dealership has outstanding integrity. I felt the integrity of the dealership was outstanding, in particular the sales representative Dennis DeGoosh and finance manager Michael Arnone. I had agreed to purchase another vehicle but had second thoughts. All at the dealership allowed me to back out of that agreement but continued to help me find a car without any commitment from me. In the end I got a car I was very happy with. This could have been a very bad situation but because of their integrity it all worked out. I hold all at the dealership in high regard. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone.

I took my IS300 to Superior North after a misdiagnosis and poor repair at another Lexus dealership.Rob Ramsey listened to all details of the car history and provided solid advise in an objective, concerned and friendly manner.The IS was repaired correctly. I was kept informed every step of the way. The Tech made sure that I understood every step and gave me several options for repair. Steve went above and beyond to make sure that that the car was returned to me in as good as new condition. He worked with other family members when I was not available.Paco in parts knew my name and the history of the car. He did everything possible to make sure that the parts order was correct. He was friendly and knowledgeable through the entire process.Superior is a well oiled machine. It was evident that all parts of the dealership communicate well with each other. Other members of the staff that I met through the process were curtious and helpful.I was confident through the entire process that my car was in good hands.

This dealership has far exceeded any dealer I have ever dealt with before. There was never any pressure to buy NOW or make me feel like I was not important to them. Our Sales associate, Steve Keltner, was outstanding in explaining all the bell and whistles on the car. He even accompanied us to our home to get our beloved old Lexus we were trading in.We love our car and I took it on a road trip 2 days after delivery with no worries after the delivery specialist, Kathy, went through things clearly and concisely.Everything was above and beyond what one would expect from a sales associate and the dealership as a whole.

The staff is friendly and professional. The service is excellent. They explain what they were doing and why. The dealership facilities are clean and classy but not overstated. I have had multiple dealings with Dennis DeGoosh and Casey Goff and they make it their business to know my style and what I want before I want it which makes for a pretty streamlined transaction. I live 175 miles from the dealership and don't think twice about where I will buy my next Lexus.

We found the service at Superior Lexus North leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. We were quite impressed with their customer service long before we decided to buy a vehicle. We were more interested in the technical/mechanical aspects of a vehicle than anything else. Dan was our salesman. His knowledge and experience were very beneficial to us.
