Adrian was an excellent customer service representative. He explained all issues to be covered when we spoke over the phone last week. Upon arrival today he reiterated items to be covered making sure I had no questions. True to his word, all issues were dealt with as efficiently and economically as possible. I recently bought my Hyundai Sonata 2021 last night and I had a really enjoyable experience. It was nice to walk in and not feel as if I were a fish in a shark tank. The employees there were really sweet and accommodating but didn’t jump down your throat any chance they had got which I loved. One employee in particular helped me and my parents find the perfect car for me. His name was Rahkeem. He was patient and very informative. My father and step mom felt really comfortable speaking with him. As a new driver I was big on safety features and this car has it all, I got to test drive it and figure out how to work every button in the car. We also were offered complimentary water which was a nice add on. I have never felt more welcomed. Overall AMAZING experience and my step mom will be going back to buy her new car there as well. You won’t regret doing business with them.

It was a long wait as front brake replacement was added to my oil change but an employee, Tony, checked on me and checked into how much longer I would have to wait. Another employee followed up and offered a refreshment. The waiting room is comfortable and fun people watching! My wife and I came in today to buy a used car and we were extremely impressed to say the least. Today was our first time purchasing a car and our salesman James was very helpful, kind, and patient with all of our questions. We were equally impressed with our finance manager, Luis! Luis was very charismatic, down to earth, and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase, financing, and warranty. Luis also gave us an amazing price on our warranty and worked with us on the price of financing. Both James and Luis deserve a raise and a 10/10 for their outstanding service. We had used Consumer Reports "Build and Buy Car Buying Service" (TRUECar) to find the exact car model we were interested in with guaranteed below MSRP pricing from several local dealers. This buying service helped to greatly accelerate and simplify the car buying process. HQ was one of the Hyundai dealers we decided to visit. When we arrived we were greeted by Jeff who is a friendly and knowledgeable sales person who listened and helped to explained models and features very clearly. During the price negotiation there were no games (such as excessive local dealer adders) and everything was presented both verbally and in writing. The sales and finance mangers were both courteous and eager to earn our business. We were offered a fair trade-in and really great financing (0%, 60 mo.). The deal was so good that we felt comfortable to sign that day. No regrets - love the car, very satisfied with the pricing and feel great about the entire experience.

I had already looked at most of the SUV type vehicles that compare to the Tucson. I knew that I wanted a White Tucson with the ultra package and Headquarter Hyundai was able to get one. Everyone at the dealership that we met were very friendly. I had a walk out price before I ever set foot in the dealership. There were no surprises and the paperwork was made as simple as possible. So far they all have been a great bunch of people.

Lamon even ordered a pizza while we were waiting for financing to come get me! How many salesmen do that? The only recommendation I would make is to discuss the professionalism of the cashiers. On my way to the restroom I overhead them joking with each other and a service technician (male) and using bad language. I am not a prude but when they saw me coming down the hall, they should have stopped. I was not shown the service department and the waiting room. I was spoiled by Mercedes Benz, their waiting room and staff were top of the mark.

Having always bought American name plate vehicles I did not think about Hyundai. But after seeing so many of them on the road, I decided to try one out. Also, the deals that they have now pushed me even more. One of things that impressed me is how many features that are standard. The vehicle has great pick-up for a 4 cylinder with the advantage of great gas mileage. The reason I wanted something like the Elantra GT that I bought is that it is sleek and yet gives me more room for my dog and the "road trips" around Florida that my sister and I take.

It was a nice experience. I had specific goals in mind, and Jake did indeed try to offer products that would meet all of my listed goals. Ultimately, it came down to my wanting to get back into a crossover SUV more than I wanted to reduce my payment by $100.00 per month. We still reduced my payment and I'm in a vehicle that I'm pleased with. I've been using Headquarter Hyundai for all of my vehicle service on my previous Hyundai car, and i have been pleased with the service and personnel there. The sale process was excellent. The sales representative treat us very good, and answered all questions very professional. Took us for a driving test, and before & during test drive he show us how the car works, and all the technology, how to us it, or at least he tried to cover all he could during the process. At the end he recap with us what the car has, showed us the car book and gave us a brief of the car, and maintenance. He gave us a condense version of the book, and also walk us back to the service area, help us schedule the first oil change. In general, it was great place to buy my car.

I love my cars and I don't give them up easily. When it became time to move on to a new vehicle, I began my research online. I have loved my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe since I bought it used in 2005. It has taken us on many travels throughout the Southeast. I loved its size, its power on the road, and the space it provided for my teaching supplies. I wanted a clone for my current car; same size and color, but red is not an easy color to find. We located one at Headquarter. It was a Santa Fe, the original model with a 3.6 which I thought was what I needed for the power on the highway. On our first visit to Headquarter, sales friend, Nick Natole, was available for questions, but did not force attention on us. He was extremely upfront and helpful as he provided information regarding the comparisons of the Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Sport. My major concerns had to do with my depth perception and for some reason, I felt the Santa Fe's trunk was longer than what I was used to driving with my 2003. I did not test drive it on that first visit. We left the dealership with the intent to do more research for different types of SUV's. After visiting Nissan, Kia, and a few other dealerships, it became apparent that I would not find what I wanted without going back to the Santa Fe that had been a part of my life for the past 11 years. We returned to Headquarter and from the moment we arrived on the lot, we knew we were in the right place. From our test drive with Nick to the authorization of our sale with management and the financial experience with Roman, it was evident they were there to make me happy and to make this sales experience a positive one. Every question, every concern was met with honesty and with regard to my feelings. I drove away as one very happy owner of a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and we are looking forward to many happy adventures on the road.

Kind of the typical sketchy finance guy. Mark Wilson. Immediately gave an uncomfortable vibe like we were doing him a disservice by being in his office. Jake was great though.

Everything was fine we thought until we went to the finance dept .We had agreed to $26,000+tax and tag. We added dent and ding for $699. I signed an agreement for $26,000 but that paper soon disappeared .The final number was a total shock. The final contract was never discussed. The papers were signed all at once ,the unimportant ones explained ,the final number never mentioned. The number of $32,000 not a word. The extra is just more profit. We paid about $2,800 more .I am not telling you anything you don't already know .Its your M.O.

Both Alex our salesman, and Chuck the manager, answered all our questions, no matter how seemingly silly. We came to the dealership on two separate days, for two separate test-drives, and were upfront about the fact that we were NOT going to be buying just then. Alex was unfailingly really nice, and treated us like gold. Chuck was funny, and also answered a ton of questions, and neither of them pressured us at all: they didn't even ask us about our budget (unlike other dealers). The car itself (2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport) sold itself, but the fantastic way we were treated sealed the deal.

On 11/29/15 I came into the dealership based on an "E-Price" from the dealership only to find out that it included multiple rebates I did not qualify for including; being a UBER Driver, Military and Recent College Grad. My price went up $4,000 and after I shared my disappointment of those sales practices suddenly the price dropped down again. I left since I do not trust those types of sales practices.On 12/14/15 I wanted to give the dealership another chance and buy from my local dealership and reached out to the Salesman, Robertito Alvarez during 11/29/15. In an effort for transparency I request pricing for "OTD" Out the door pricing, for a Hyundai Sonata SE and requested no surprises and include tax, tag and total price. (Knowing I did not qualify for any of the other rebates above)3:10pm I sent Robertito a message asking for complete transparency as I knew what price I could by it through TrueCar.3:18pm Robertito's response, The O.T.D $19,448.37I am onsite walking the lot at 10:05am and Robertito greets me in the lot he brings me a piece of paperwork and says he made a mistake and the price was off by $2,000.00 as you can imagine I am visibly upset and say how can this be you assured me that this pricing was right and even confirmed with me this morning. He said he made a mistake, that mistake would have been taken better if the pricing wasn't confirmed three times prior to that. I asked to see a manager and have him send someone with authority outside and he said if I wanted to see a manager to come inside.I called the GM Bill Wolf and he was very nice and agreed with my concerns and issues with how this played and put me in touch with the General Sales Manager, John. I shared with him my concerns and how this went down and basically he said, the price above was before tax and he would honor it as long as I paid tax increasing the price $2,000.00. He said then he had to check with the Managers above him to see if they would let him sell the car for that price. John left me a voicemail and said they would not honor that price. I am in national sales and know when I put something in writing even if a mistake my customers expect better customer service and assistance unlike what I received. I gave the dealership the chance to do the right thing and instead they treated me as if my business did not matter to them and today and this is my last time dealing with this dealership, and know that Headquarter Hyundai lives up to the typical reputation of car dealerships are known for, shady, dishonest and trying to pull a fast one. Buyers beware.

I was offered WAY below the value of my trade in and when asked why so low, I was told by the sales manager that since they had to get the vehicle I wanted from another lot, in order to match the price he would have to give me below wholesale value on my trade in. On their website they have a trade in estimator that give you a coupon guaranteeing black book high retail for the trade. I was offered over $1000 below the black book low. DO NOT trade in you vehicle if they do not have the car you want on their lot. Do your research first because they will LOW ball you on your trade. What made it even worse is that I had just bought another vehicle from them just 3 weeks before, but fortunately i didn't have a trade on that purchase.The sales people are nice to deal with, but this sales manager needs to go!

I went to HQ Hyundai today to buy a 2011 Sonata that was advertised on the Internet. After a little negotiation we had a deal. It took a long time to get the paperwork done and the I waited even longer to get the floor mats and second key which was part of the deal. After a long wait they told me the car had a recall on it and couldn't be sold! How does a dealership not know that in advance?Of course the solution was to try to sell me a much more expensive vehicle. At this point I was dealing with the sales manager Chuck and he was horrible to deal with. Several times I siad something and he started getting in my face - like I told him I wasn't going to pay a dealer fee and he about blew a gasket. Very unprofessional guy... I would never deal with these people again and especially the sales manager. I asked to talk to the GM and they said he wasn't there. Bottom line... Go someplace els!!!! I gave them 1 star because there wasn't a lower option.

Your dealership offered and provided to us the vehicle that met all our "personal qualifications", and then some. The salesman was extremely helpful. He spent several hours after or before work, making sure that we understood all the "bells and whistles" of this limited edition, discussing maintenance and care techniques, finding just the right color (for my wife) and comfort, and "get up and go" to make me happy. 4 hours to do the deal was a bit lengthy. It would seem to me two out of three credit reporting agencies should have sufficed but because I couldn't get Equifax to lift a freeze on my credit report the process kept dragging on. In fact a week later after the deal was done I got a call to please try to contact Equifax again to lift that freeze. Really?

I brought a damaged 2012 Honda Civic to Headquarters Honda and made a trade for a 2015 HyundaiSonata. The salesman Joel Himmel was not only professional and courteous he was extremely knowledgeable about the Sonata. He provided a detailed demonstration on the performance of the car's braking system, back up camera and other important features of the car. Both he and his sales manager worked extremely hard to make sure that I was 100% satisfied customer. They did! I am very confident that if I call them with any problem regarding my new car they will continue to make me 100% happy. I am happy that I chose Headquarters for my purchase of the 2015 Sonata and the related trade in allowance on my 2012 Honda. Please note that I was 20 year owner of various Honda vehicles prior to the purchase of a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe sport in 2014. When I am ready for a new car I WILL BE BACK!

Bob Dennis was my salesman at Headquarter Hyundai and I felt the first day we were there he gave us the true honest best deal of the car. Only problem I had was car was advertised and reported on carfax as CPO, but Used Car Manager (Jorge) told me that was a mistake. We had already agreed on a final OTD price, and I wanted them to honor the CPO. Instead of admitting a mistake, and trying his best to fix it, he decided to argue with me about how it was MY problem, and the car would only be sold AS-IS. We argued until he agreed to certify the car and honor the discussed OTD price (he tried raising the price on me to cover his mistake). Throughout this process Bob was there, and I genuinely felt he cared about how I felt about the situation, and wanted the car buying process to be as painless as possible. Note: I am a young female, and I went with my mother, I wonder if Jorge would try to pressure a son and his father the same way.

My husband and I were scheduled to bring our 2012 Santa Fe in for an oil change. Since the dealership was having a sale at the time, we decided to take a look at the 2015 Santa Fe Sport. We met Byron out in the parking lot ( we had actually talked with him previously when we had our Elantra in the shop for an oil change). We told Byron what we were interested in and he showed us what was available in the lot. We took the Santa Fe Sport for a test drive and it was such a smooth riding car, we decided to pursue it further. Byron was super friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership really worked hard to make the sale happen. We drove away in our new 2015 Santa Fe Sport and we absolutely love it!! My husband just has to get used to having a back-up camera!! I have to keep telling him that he doesn't have to turn around, just look at the camera!! I had contacted HQ Hyundai via internet looking to trade my 2012 Genesis for a new Genesis. When I arrived I was introduced to Alex Posada to work with and explore options. Alex was great. Knowledgeable, patient, and finding whatever it took to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. Once the decision was finalized through added efforts by Joel and Chaz, I drove off in my new 2015 Genesis sedan. I am currently getting a feel for the upgraded features and differences in the two vehicles. I happened to make this deal on the last day of the month which may or may not have helped for the sale. It did however, make it a long afternoon as they sold a good number of cars that day and the closing and detailing prep took some time.

I have decided to write this review instead of ANOTHER letter to Headquarter Hyundai. I have been there twice now. The first time when I bought the car and today to take it in for a brake light to be fixed. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend buying a car from this place. They are extremely unprofessional and some of the management staff is just plain rude! I decided to write a letter after my buying experience to give them the opportunity to make things right. I believe in always giving a chance to make things right for the customer before bad mouthing a company. However after bringing the car back in today for the brake light to be fixed I am so disappointed with Headquarter Hyundai. The work the mechanic did to fix the car is not what you would expect from a dealership and after showing the mechanic the poor work he did and giving him a second attempt at fixing the problem it was no better. At this point I decided to do the work myself to get professional results but not before leaving and talking to the service adviser. It was obvious that he could care less just like the mechanic. I told him I would write a letter to the company but after today I know it will be a waste of time because I never heard back after writing my first letter about my car buying experience. I figured my time would be more useful if I just warn other car shoppers out there to just stay away from this dealership. Since they have chosen not to make things right then I will certainly try to warn potential customers of their bad service, unprofessionalism and lousy workmanship.

Most of the local dealerships should take lessons from the staff at Headquarter Hyundai in customer service and sales. The sales staff were very personable and not pushy. I am the type of person if I think someone is trying to push me or trick me I will do my business elsewhere but at Headquarter I felt that I was treated with respect and they actually listened instead of pushing sales. Working with Ryan King at Hyundai Headquarters was a most pleasurable experience! I have never worked with a sales associate who listened to what I was looking for, searched and found the closest automobile possible. Previous Tiburon owner ---we went to only LOOK at a windy sea blue Elantra coupe and walked out with titanium gray metallic. Our salesperson's name is Jake and he was awesome! When we first meet him we tell him that we are not buying just looking for the above and when we are done looking plan on going to the VW dealer to check out the beetle convertible. He is not pushy and goes to look for the car we want to look at. He can't find it at first but doesn't stop and when he does we can't drive it because we they are working on a rear bumper scratch from the lot. No worries there is another Elantra coupe that we can test drive which we do and fall in love with. We still wanted to look at the VW and have lunch. Jake wasn't pushy and said he'd hold it for an hour. Of course we came back and he saw us pull in--he allowed us a little more time while we sat in our car still talking about the 2 different vehicles when he pulled up in the titanium gray metallic coupe. I have to say this is one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. We had gone in a week before actually purchasing the vehicle to test drive and get some information. Mauricio was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was very friendly and helped us throughout the entire process. I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy or not so they were able to run some estimated payments for us and were able to get me to the cost I wanted. I went to another dealership to test drive a different car and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I loved the Elantra AND the customer service I had received at Headquarter and went back a week later and purchased my car. Since we had already laid the ground work all they had to do was run my credit and the payment was within $20 of where they said it would be and I was in and out. I love love love my new car and am so thankful for Mauricio and the help he provided. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will absolutely use them for my next car. My wife needed to replace her old van and we went just to see what Hyundais were like. We were met by Robert Teter and he gladly showed us several new and used Senta Fes in the 100+ degree August heat. He was always courteous and if he didnt know the answer to your question he would go find out. We both felt very comfortable with Robert as we took a test drive of one of the used 2014 models they had on the lot. The car was solid, clean, looked like it was brand new, and drove great. We didnt think we would be buying so soon, but the Sante Fe Sport was just what we were looking for so it was just a matter of coming to an agreement on price. We have been in the unusual situation that my daughter was going to work in Florida for 12 months and we needed to buy a car in the USA before we arrived without having seen or touched it other than in a photo as we live in the UK! But he liked the 2014 model better than the new 2015 one. Not many 2014 cars were available and the color he wanted were almost sold everywhere in Central Florida. Obviously we were very happy when we called Headquarter Hyundai and found out that they could get us one for the same price at no additional cost. When they learned that my son would like to drive it to college the following day, they made a great effort to get the car in time, tinted the windows at our request even before we made our commitment, and serviced it to make it ready for us. When we got there, we were greeted by Byron. Throughout the entire process he was extremely helpful and very nice to work with. He kept us updated with the info about the car. My wife was very picky. She inspected the car very carefully and found a few tiny spots (I knew they were just dirt). Byron took it seriously. He cleaned them up one by one himself under the sun in a hottest late August afternoon (felt like 110+F), to make the car look flawless. It was indeed flawless, inside out, with only 80 miles on it (some other dealership we spoke with tried to sell us a 'new' car with 800 miles). We completed the purchase, with no additional, hidden costs. Everything was as promised. We also picked up some financial advice from Joel, the manager there who was very classy and earned a lot of respect from us. All in all, it was our greatest car-shopping experience and we hope to buy our next car from Headquarter soon!

My service agent Chris Sweet was extremely helpful in assisting me with my car issues. His knowledge of the products, ability to explain technical issues in laymen's terms so I was able to understand the first time and his extremely friendly and "customer comes first" attitude was in a word comforting.The back story is that I called the service department at Headquarter Hyundai to ask some questions about a 2011 Tucson that I was about to purchase for my daughter. It was still under the manufacturers warranty so I decided to contact the dealer to try and gain some information on its history. Chris Sweet answered the phone and immediately began to ask me the vin so he could look up the vehicle history. His whole demeanor was pleasant and as I stated in the beginning, calming to a very stressful situation. I had my daughter on one side and the salesman on the other trying to get me to sign the deal. You can get an idea of the ordeal I was in.Chris understood my predicament from the beginning so he went into action. In the end he assured of coverage I had if I were to run into any issues. He also help me seal the deal on the purchase because if I hadn't spoken with Chris I might not have made the purchase.I just picked my car up from the service department. What a great experience. Chris checked the car out from head to toe. Multi point inspections, recalls and some other issues I wanted him to look into. I had his whole team on the job! Just like the title says. We went there first and Keith walked us through picking out a model we wanted and test driving it answering every question thoroughly and with obvious knowledge of the subject. At no time did he use the standard car dealer sales rep tactics you get at so many places and he was friendly and courteous throughout as well as being respectful of our time. We left to shop around and ended up coming back and buying from them after speaking with every other dealer within Central Florida that I could e-mail. HQ did not try any bait and switch kind of stuff and stuck by what they said. They worked to get me what I wanted and showed they were a team who worked together to help there customers. My goal was to get a better deal ;) So I met this salesman name Byron Droira. He paid very close attention on what I am looking for, he worked on options that met my budget. After I purchased my car, he took a time and showed me all the car features and how they work. It was very nice of him. All together I felt very comfortable working with Byron, he treated me as if I was his daughter. I would highly recommend him to all. Today I am on my middle twenties and I am enjoying driving my brand new Hyundai Sonata !!!!

This concern was unwarranted, however, as a dealership like any business needs to make a profit, but also has to keep it varied customer base in mind. I think that my sales rep, Keith and his sales manager did an awesome job at taking into account my specific criteria and trying to fit it into my price range. Keith was very helpful and stuck with me through my long decision-making trek, offering great explanations and suggesting feasible alternatives to any questions or issues I presented. I appreciated the customer-friendly and approachable atmosphere he created, as this was very important in keeping me sane through the brain-racking process of deciding on a car price tag. My husband and I went to the dealership JUST to look at new cars and suv's, we looked around the lot for approx. 20 minutes before Mr. Mcradle came out to assist us, this free time was very important because it gave us the freedom to form our opinions of the cars we saw. Tim was exceptionally professional and helpful in assisting us in finding a car that is not only beautiful but fit our needs (We purchased a 2014 Sonata). We did not feel pressured or bothered, he was so accommodating. I am handicapped because of rheumatoid arthritis and other health problems, Tim was so attentive to me as far as carrying my handbag, ensuring that I had coffee,Tim made sure that I was as comfortable at the Dealership as he possibly could. My husband is not an easy man to please and the fact that we bought a new car defines Tim's expertise. To put it in a nut shell we bought a new car and found a friend in Tim knowing that we can call him anytime with any questions or concerns. My husband and I have never felt so disrespected and treated like we were stupid and easy to push over. We test drove a Sonata Hybrid last fall that had end of year, dealer incentives advertised all over the car because it was a 2013. When we went in to work the numbers, the "sales manager" wrote up an offer neglecting any of the advertised discounts. We had to really fight to get them to honor their discounts. They seemed like sharks out for the kill seeing senior citizens as easy targets. It was our 5th Hyundai purchase but our first experience with Headquarters. WE LOVE HYUNDAIS, but have never been so disrespected and abused at ANY other Hyundai dealership. I was in near tears before the finance manager (though we paid cash) stepped in and saved the sale, apologizing profusely for our mistreatment. We bought the car, but will NEVER return for warranty work or future purchases and would never send my friends or family in for this abuse either. We highly recommend Hyudais, but would NEVER recommend Headquarters Hyundai.

Hi, this is my 5th Hyundai (Sonata (3) and Elantra 2). The reason I visit this dealership is because the one that I justpurchase the 2013 Elantra in Nov. 2013 hadn't call me back. Also I thought it was nice to receive the $25.00 VISA card.My 07 Sonata had died on me. My son and I got the red 2014 Sonata on April 2. Robert was very nice when we were there. Less than 2 weeks the back side bumper was damage. It was a flaw threw the factory. It took over a week before anyonewas willing to fix it. I had to call and put in a claim against the dealership before I could get it taken care of. No Mr. Duranwas not helpful like a concern sales person. My son in Washing wants a New Hyundai but I told him no Hyundai is nothinglike it use to me. This is my second time having a bad experience with Hyundai. I told him to go to Kia not Hyundai. I think the dealership not realize that without a buyer you can't make any money. And with the $25 VISA that's a lie to get you tocome to the dealership. Please check reviews and don't jump so fast like we did to make sure you have the right car andworking with the right dealership. It all amount the Management

When it came to car shopping, I kept my expectations low because I didn't think I would find a car that would match the criteria that I was looking for. I'm happy to say that Headquarter Hyundai went above and beyond with their customer service and were not pushy and extremely helpful when it came to searching for cars that were close to what my parents and I were looking for. Anjum Khaja helped us and is an incredible employee. He located a car for us to look and answered all out questions and even gave us additional information about the car (what is covered under a Certified Preowned Car and printed out the Carfax for us to review). Anjum was also very patient and helpful as he worked with us, especially when I had to run back home to bring the necessary paperwork for my old car that was used for our trade in. I also need to acknowledge Walter and Vince who were extremely helpful to us as well. We not only found a car that matched what we were looking for (and was fairly priced), the added care and attention that this dealership gave to the car while the paperwork was getting drawn up was just incredible. The car was washed and the floor mats were placed in the car. This was a truly wonderful car buying experience and my parents plan on returning to Headquarter Hyundai in the future when they plan on buying a new car.

On 4-11-2014 I returned to the dealership for a customer service issue I had with the customer services agents from the hyundai.com website. I went to see my sales person Nick who was busy with another customer at the time and he turned me over to Jake Von Radesky who said he would be happy to assist me.Jake right away assured me that he was here to help me with what ever problem I was having. At the time I was not feeling real happy with the help I had received on the phone prior to coming back to the dealership. Jake was a good listener and was able to make me more at ease. Even though this customer service issue did not involve him directly he made an unhappy customer a happy customer again and corrected the problem.I am a big customer service person and Jake showed me that he also cares about customers. He was a team player and stepped up to the plate when Nick was busy and did what had to be done and do right for the customer.I have been a customer at this dealership for 9 going on 10 years now and this is the reason I came back to buy another vehicle here. I went to this dealership very apprehensive about purchasing a 2003 RAV4 - lots of dealers, sometimes treat you like crap if you are making a purchase under $10,000 - not HQs Hyundai - I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of service. I received FIRST CLASS, Premium Luxury treatment - yes all that for a $10,000 car! From the moment I called the Internet sales person, Jason, he was exceptionally friendly and thorough in describing the vehicle and even walked outside to take a look since they just received it in on a trade. Photos were sent immediately, and I was eager to make my appointment to see the car based on Jason's enthusiasm and description about the vehicles condition. Upon arriving I was met by Randy - Surfer, Biker, down to earth and knowledgeable salesman - no pressure at all. He introduced himself and from their on he took his time. He knew everything about the vehicle and we quickly went on the test drive. I was very surprised at how exceptionally clean the vehicle was - the detailing was superb. They had done a complete safety check and tuned it up so well, it was humming. I know the DEALER ALWAYS WINS, but Randy became my advocate to make sure I received the best price. This review is being provided by a veteran who is struggling to find their way back and was exhausted with the lack of professionalism at a number of other dealerships throughout Central Fl - from the sales manager, customer service, Alexis the cashier and the gentleman who handled the transaction it was a rewarding experience. We went into this dealership (almost an hour away from our house) because they had the exact used car that we wanted at a reasonable price. The customer service was great, they worked with us as we arranged our own financing (which took a couple of days), and Robert was especially friendly. My only real complaint would be that (just like every other dealership I've ever worked with) even though we came in knowing the car we wanted, it still took hours to get things take care of. What made up for that, though, was the condition in which my used car was prepared to take home -- detailed cleaning, full tank, and new tires. I thought the dealer fee was a little much, but this service definitely made it easier to swallow. Trust Robert -- he'll take great care of you!

Knowledgeable and friendly sales representatives showed me the features of the vehicles and outlined how they stand out against the competition. Vehicles did not have what I would call "hail mary" prices on the windows. Headquarters Hyundai was easy to negotiate regarding price and additional warranties. We were able to take two weekends with him looking and test driving used cars; he was patient with no stress. We had had our hearts on one vehicle, but Tim had the shop check it out for certification. When the car was found not up to certification standards he was honest and contacted us with the news. Our salesman Tim and sales manager Bill were good folks. Honest, professional and easy to deal with. Rate both of them with 5 stars The general sales manager and finance manager were not. Rate them at Zero stars. Old school, pushy, threatening tactics and tried to force us into a deal we did not want. Tim and Bill saved the deal by being true professionals. The owner of this dealership would do well to keep, and promote, people like Tim and Bill, and rid himself of the others who made our buying experience less than pleasant. Would highly recommend Tim and Bill, but due to the others cannot recommend this dealership.

He took the time to look at my information and give me options to meet my needs. Byron Drolra, was such a friendly person. During our test drive he told me about the car features and how to work them. Finally, after being approved and finalizing the financial side of the purchase, I asked Byron to take a picture of me with my new Elantra. I would avoid this place. The sales person was nice, but.....The deal included fees and tag costs, which were quite hefty. But TWO WEEKS LATER I received a call that I had to pay more if I wanted the title. As I understood things, the bill of sale (where the fees were listed) was Final Sale. But NO! I find them to be unscrupulous.

I've had my Toyota Solara for over 9 years and because it was getting pricey to repair it was time to move on to another vehicle. I had been looking at the Elantra for a few months and read reviews (Consumer Reports recommends it) and looked at youtube video reviews as well. Although I was confident the Elantra was a good fit for me I was nervous about purchasing a new car from a dealership and was unsure how the process would go. Not only that I was afraid of paying too much and getting the runaround. However Headquarter Hyundai proved me wrong. Everyone there was fantastic and I never felt pressured. My salesman was Captain Dave and he is so knowledgeable about the Elantra; he explained the safety features, engine components, and interrior features like bluetooth and satellite radio and along with the test drive helped solidify my decision to puchase it. When it came time to finance the vehicle I figured the interest rate would be high and I would have to haggle with that since everything else up until that point went smoothly. But again I was proven wrong! He got me a great deal on my loan and gave me time to think things over. I'm so glad I went to Headquarter Hyundai and would definitely recommend anyone to puchase their next car from Captain Dave! I love my Elantra!

My wife and I previously owned a Sonata which we purchased from Holler Hyundai some years ago. Back then Holler was very good but these days not so much. When we tried to trade our Sonata in for a new Azera, Holler really didn't want to take care of us again. Sad. So we headed up to Headquarter Hyundai in Sanford and found a totally different purchase experience! Our sales person, Chad Lobeck, was a super friendly gentleman who didn't push and was very receptive to all our questions and requests. After running a quick set of numbers (really, they get right down to business and don't like to haggle.. come in knowing what a fair price is for your trade and your new car and you won't have to) we actually decided to purchase 2 Azeras to replace both of our cars. We got a super deal from the general manager (Thanks Joe!) and left super happy with our brand new Hyundais!! Sorry Holler, you blew it!

I found a great deal on a Hyundai Santa Fe on Cars.com at HQ Hyundai and went straight out to HQ to see it. Was able to test drive and make the deal that night. I feel the car was very competitively priced. Robert was my salesperson and he was great. Very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Unlike most car salesmen, Robert made me feel that he was really trying to help me get a good deal on the car, not trying to push it on me. I was referred by a friend to go see Biggie and when I wen to the dealership. I was told he does not work there any more. at that point I should have left since I was referred to him. I stayed and talked to a Robert and he was very friendly and helpful.When I asked about the online price they told me I had to qualify for all these rebates. It was very disearning, and tidious. Took my car in for service Bob Dance sold out. Lube, oil change and tire rotation. There is a short distance for them to bring my car out. Wife got in to drive it off and there was a loud thumping noise in the front right of the car. I got in drove it about 50yds, turned around and took it back to service. Ask to speak to Service Manager, ask him to drive it, said he has been in the business for over 30 years, would not drive it. Took it back in to find out the lug nuts had not been tightened. The tech should have noticed it when he brought it out. Then a mechanic came out and said he was "training" someone. I will "never step foot in that place" and naturally never by a car there.

My Wife and I had been having severe trouble with our older vehicle and as such it was time to begin the search for a new affordable and economical vehicle. After browsing the web consistently for months on end looking for deals we finally decided on either a Hyundai, Kia, or Honda. When we headed out to the dealership we had no intent of making a purchase, we were simply looking at our options. Justin Time greeted us after we walked their lot for about 15 minutes. This was nice, normally dealerships bombard you as soon as you walk onto the premises, however Headquarters Hyundai gave us space and time. After we spoke with Mr. Time and showed him the vehicels we were interested in we noticed that the sale price online was $3-4,000.00 higher than the price advertized online. We logged onto the site we had found the vehicles and showed Justin, and as any good salemen should he honored the advertized price. When it came time to work a deal on paper Mr. Time was on point and worked dilligently to reach an agreement that I could afford. I would highly recomend anyone looking for a great dealership with excellent prices and excellent customer service to check out headquarters Hyundai.

Captain Dave Rogers was our salesperson and he was "Great". We had some difficulty with the paperwork. The initial interest rate, tag transfer and a couple of other items were wrong and would have cost us a good bit if my wife had not scrutinized the paperwork after we returned home. I have been looking for a new car for the past two weeks and had visited numerous dealerships only to walk away disappointed and angry at the whole car buying experience! I knew from the moment I was greeted by the first employee that I was going to be leaving in a new car! My salesman, Ryan King was simply the best! Honest, straight forward and very customer oriented! It must have been a 105 degrees that day and he, sweat and all, kept working hard to make sure I was completely satisfied! Make sure and ask for him when you arrive! My biggest shock was the general sales manager, you know the one who is in the other room behind glass working the numbers that are never in your favor? He actually not only came out and talked to me, but he invited back behind the glass to talk to me!!! When does that ever happen?! He just didn't talk numbers either, but he engaged me in personal conversation and actually talked to me as a person too. Make sure you meet him too! Joe is his name! A great guy! I went back later that evening to complete the deal and it ran really late do to only one closer (one went home sick) and all they did was apologize and even offered me another full tank fill up for my trouble! They gave me the deal that I was trying to get for two weeks at numerous dealerships with zero luck at all! I recommend them to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle! A class act from start to finish, and I never say that about a dealership...trust me!

I went to Holler Hyundai and was insulted by the salesman, pressured into test driving a car that I didn't want, I had a piece of paper that had my information that I obtained from the web and the salesman tried to grab it out of my hand. When I wanted to leave, I was "tag teamed" and felt captive to buy I car. I finally left and traveled to Hyundai Headquarters in Sanford. I was greated by Captain Dave when I arrived at the dealership. He was pleasant, informative, courteous and did not pressure me in any way. He showed me several cars, we test drove one, did the paperwork and I left a very satisfied customer. The next day I went back to the dealership where Captain Dave went over the instrument panel with me, set-up my radio and bluetooth and continued to make me feel like family. I am very happy with the transaction, my car and my salesperson, Captain Dave.

I went in to Headquarter Hyundai expecting the usual from a dealership. I was very pleasantly surprised! My salesperson was Kiki Sanchez. He met me when I drove onto the lot. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and really knew a lot about cars. He told me right up front that this would be a smooth process and it really was. I went in, described the car I wanted, we test drove the cars, I traded in my car (got an excellent value), picked my car, went to financing where I got great service , and bought my car!! I honestly could not be more pleased. The staff were all friendly and spoke as they passed you, no one was rude. I had been to a couple of other dealerships earlier and this was by far the best. I would not recommend a service o a company unless I received exceptional service and that is what happened here!! if you are in the market for a car- please go by headquarter Hyundai and ask for Kiki!! He will work hard to exceed your expectations!!

He is very organized and led me through the process and respected my time. He even gave me an estimate of how long it would take for my vehicle to be ready and it was pretty much right on the dot! Dont waste your time here!! Called them got a price over the phone. When I showed up at the lot the price was different. The price was with all the rebates included I only qualified for one. The salesman told me thats how they get you on the lot and everyone does it. So the bottom line if you want to be lied to and have your time wasted go to headquarter Hyundai in Sanford. After finding the perfect car for us online, we drove all the way from Tampa to Sanford to take advantage of the great internet price. I personally hate car shopping because I always feel like I'm given the "run around" when the salesmen see a lady walking in the door. Well, that wasn't the case here! I was amazed by how sincerely friendly and helpful the whole team was, but our salesman Robert Duran was especially helpful. Robert happily answered all our questions, let us snoop around every inch of the vehicle, and went out of his way to get us in and out of the dealership in just under our targeted 3 hour window. I've never gotten out of a dealership in 3 hours!!!! To top it off he took the vehicle back to detailing twice to get every little nook and cranny cleaned and even made sure the tank had enough gas to get us back home and then-some. And here's the ultimate compliment.......my mother was amazed at the great price on this gorgeous vehicle!!! We've definitely got Robert's card filed away for the next time we are ready to purchase a vehicle.

I was greeted with a smiling face before a word came out of Chris Sweet's mouth. Chris introduced himself to me and assessed my vehicle. Chris let me know that besides my oil change, the service dept. would also take care of a recall notice for my car. I let him know that I was concerned about the amount of time that would be needed in order to complete the recall repair. I mentioned to Chris that I was expecting an A/C repairman at my home and that I really needed to do the recall at another visit. Chris assured me that the recall repair would not take very much time over and above the oil change. Within about a half an hour, Chris came to tell me my car was ready. He said that he was able to move it up in the the schedule. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in getting me back on the road in time to get back to my home to meet the A/C repairman. Chris made my stress level go down. I made it back to my house just in time. So life is good!

Daniel Alvarado is a new employee, friendly and outgoing. KiKi Sanchez was very outgoing and professional and assisted Daniel in the sales process along the way as he is still learning. Both are very fine employees and value their customers both before and after the sale. The automobile really sold itself. The 2013 Elantra has a ton of quality features. It rides every bit as smooth as the 2004 BMW 330I that I traded in. I bought an OEM engine blanket and an OEM compact spare tire kit right after purchasing the car. Daniel and KiKi are fine representatives of a new dealership striving to carry on from the old dealership that folded when the owner passed away. With Daniel and Kiki at the helm of the sales end and Chris Sweet at the Service Center, this dealership is well on its way to carving its niche in the auto sales arena. Hyundai does the rest! My family now has a 2012 Santa Fe and a 2013 Elantra and we love both of these vehicles. We will continue to go to Headquarter Hyundai in the future for ongoing service and sales. I had a very pleasant experience at this dealer and I highly recommend it to everyone! Joel took care of me and my boyfriend, and with lots of patience demonstrated to us what cars they had. The Sonata GLS caught my attention immediately. Joel then took us for a ride explaining and demonstrating to us every single detail the car offered. As indecisive as I was, Joel had all the patience in the world for us. Once we decided to settle, he took us inside where the rest of the staff continued to meet expectations. There was even a radio station there that day, and my mom and I won tickets to a concert along with delicious latin lunch! That was unexpected yet awesome!! Then, Joel passed us on to Kiki who had a great sense of humor and personality and continued to explain everything "from A to Z" as he would say! I took my Genesis in for a check engine light, and was helped by Chris Sweet in the service department. It took about a day to troubleshoot the issue and I left my car with them overnight; it ended up being an ECU problem that was corrected by a re-flash. Despite the troubleshooting time, I was really impressed with how polite Chris was and how he explained in detail what they were doing to diagnose and resolve the issue. Chris followed-up with me to ensure I was kept in the loop of what was going on, and with an expected time of completion, and of course, was provided a free car wash with service of my Genesis. Great customer service experience!

I have been looking for an automobile for the past 6 months, either the price or the service I have received have kept me from purchasing a car. Then I came upon Headquarter Hyundai online and began to look at the Elantra GT. I saw that they have the lowest prices in a 30mile radius, so I wanted to give them a try and I am so happy that I did. When we arrived to the dealership I was greated as soon as I began to look at the Elantras. I was greated by Robert Duran, and from there on it was the absolute best experience I have ever had shopping for a car. From start to finish Robert was professional and friendly, he was very knowledgeable of all the features and mechanics of the Elantra GT. After looking over what they had to offer on the lot we went inside and Robert began to explain to me what discounts and incentives they were offering at the time. He made the explanations simple and easy to understand, and from that point on he worked harder than any other salesman I have ever met. He made you feel at ease as he worked out all of the details and got us the best price, the best finance, and even free window tenting. When my wife decides to get a new car we will go straight back to Headquarter Hyundai, find Robert Duran and not have to worry about any drama in the car buying process. He made buying a car simple and easy, and he is truly there to help the customer with what ever need they may have.

Captain Dave was really great to work with in showing me the line of Hyundai Santa Fe. I didn't know which one I wanted, so he showed me each and explained the differences and I took a test drive. They didn't have the color I wanted, so they found it and Captain Dave went and picked it up the next day and had it ready by that afternoon. No high pressure. This was the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a new car.

I always get my car serviced here, even before it was Headquarter Hyundai. Jay Steiner is my service advisor and he is great! He is always friendly and polite, makes sure everything gets done in a timely matter. Takes care of me every time, I won't use any other service advisor but him. Really glad that Headquarters kept him from the previous owners!!

I was recently at the new headquater hyuandi to get some routine maintence on my gensis. Must say i was impressed.Chris sweet was quick to take the lead on getting my car seen and taken care of. I typically take care of my own cars and at 50,000 miles i know i didnt need to much done, I was surprised he didnt try to sell me something i didnt need. That said i would recommend this service department for all your hyuandi needs

I have been taking my car to Headquarter Hyundai, for sometime now and even before it was Headquarter Hyundai. luckily they have kept some of the same staff in the service department which means a lot for repeat customers. I always have the best experience when taking my car in, and it's always nice to get your car back were its all washed. I went to Headquarter Hyundai on Saturyda and ran into a terrific salesman by the name of Raymond"Biggie" Morales. He took the time to listen to my needs and help he find the car I need. He showed me how all the buttons worked and tried his hardest to get me into the car. Unforantely my finance's at the present time need some readjusting. When I am ready I will be going back to HQ Hyundai and asking for BIGGIE. It was a great exdperience and look forward to buying new new Hyudnai in the future.

The worst thing I can say about this place is that I spent money there :) The buying process was amazing, they got me and my husband into a beautiful car with almost nothing down and payments we can afford. They were so helpful before we even got to the dealership and the service was extraordinary once we arrived! Ryan K has to be the best car salesman that I have ever encountered and was never pushy about anything. This dealership really does put customer service over sales, and that is something you never see...

I bought a 2012 Elantra from Bob Dance and the Salesman was Ryan King. He did such an exceptional job and deal, that not only did my family buy 2 cars that day, but I returned to trade in the 2012 for a 2013 model. it was a pleasure to know he was still there. They had changed from Bob Dance to Headquarters Hyundai and a few guys I got to know where no longer working at that location.I would still be driving the 2012, if it had not been for Mr. King. It was once again the best car buying experience and I have bought many cars in my lifetime and to be quite frank, it's not my favorite thing to do. All of the staff at Headquarters is professional and friendly, but if you want to deal with one that has your best interest in mind, courteous, patient, ask for Ryan King.

The excellent service started with a phone call. Walter is who I dealt with over the phone. I assured him that after visiting another dealership that I was not ready to handle any more BS... and I did not have to. When I arrived Ryan K showed me my options for a car and stood back while I made my decision. The one I wanted was not in my price range so they put it in my price range. The process was very pleasant and they made sure I left with a full tank of gas and not an empty bank account. They are amazing and I will definitely visit this dealership if I decide to purchase again in the future. Thanks guys, you really do work hard to put customers over commission and it shows. :)

I had already test-driven a 2012 Accent GLS at another Dealership, and was given their rock-bottom price, which I thought was an excellent deal. However, I happened to see an almost identical 2012 Accent GLS online at Headquarter Hyundai Color, Body style, Options, etc. Yet, the Accent at HQ Hyundai had much lower mileage, was Certified Pre-Owned and had tinted windows, which the other Accent did not offer. My Sales Professional, Robert Duran, was so courteous and extremely helpful. He addressed all of my questions and concerns, and negotiated the very best price. I drove away with an Accent GLS that was practically brand new fully serviced, and freshly washed and detailed. The best part is, although I paid slightly more for this Accent than I would have paid at the other Dealership, I received a far superior vehicle at HQ Hyundai for the money. I cant thank Robert Duran (and his colleagues) enough for his assistance and effort in delivering the best deal and customer service I could have asked for !! This was definitely a 5-Star experience !!

I went to HQ Hyundai cause I found out that Raymond"Biggie" Morales was working there. I purchased a few cars from him when he worked at Universal and he is a great salesman. The thing I love abouit Biggie is that he keeps his word and always follows thru. I ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited for one a few more dollars than I was paying for my 2009 Sonata. I was very happy with the process and the dealership. WEll done HQ Hyundai and I highly recommend the dealer and more importantly I recommend RAYMOND"BIGGIE"MORALES. Another great purchasse in a very relaxed and stress free process.

We were mailed an enticing advertisiment from HQ Hyundai and stopped by, Chad warmly greeted us and listened to our every need to include our interest in another car we were also considering from another lot. He was very accomodating, made sure we were in fact given all the "promises" on ad..gold coins to gift cards..:) Very Fair dealings on the Hyundai but we still were not sure..they allowed us to take the Hyundai for comparision to other car, for a couple of reasons we wanted the other and they had it on their lot in Clermont. Chad meet us there the next morning and facilitated our purchase. He and all the staff were friendly, Fair, professional and made our car buying experience quick & exciting. Chad worked very Hard at getting us the very best Price for trade in and OTD costs. We highly recommend HQ Hyundai! Thank you Chad!

I went to headquarter hyundai to trade my accent for an elantra i was lead to believe that my monthly payments were only going to increase slightly. I was given a whole detailed description of what my payments were going to be my pmt schedule they even detailed, put gas in the new car and gave me the automatic key ring. Right before finalizing the deal i was told they could not do business with me without the payment being signifigantly higher than what i was originally told. I am very displeased with the way that the new headquarter hyundai did business with me and would not recommend this dealership.

I saw a used Sonata online and thought the price was fair. I went to the dealership in the morning planning on an all day affair. I was surprised at the ease of doing business at Headquarter Hyundai. I told them what i wanted and how much I was willing to spend. They were able to fit my requirements with the car I wanted. Don't often write a review for any car dealership because my past experiences have not been to good. However, after meeting Robert Duran, he has restored my faith in car dealership sales people. He responded to our needs in finding a great pre-certified used vehicle and his concern was more about ensuring we had a great Buying experience. The reason we were hear was that we were introduced to the Hyundai Elantra from a rental and visited one dealership in Orlando to begin the process of Buying. After our first dealership and looking on the internet, we finally arrived here to purchase a 2013 Sonata from Robert Duran. We will highly recommend Buying a Hyundai to all our friends and customers and not to waist time at other dealerships other than Hyundai in Sanford, Fl. Advertised 15572 on a 2013 elantra. Refused to sell car at that price because in the fine print it says in one small sentence that price includes all incentives. The adds they post do not accuratly state what they are selling their cars at. At first Chad said we were wrong about the price and insisted were off our rockers. After showing himand his "finance" guys the screen shot of the add from there website he was upset but then told us all about the extra incentives you need to qualify for in order to get the "special" advertised price. We told him that was a bait and switch tactic and he said that is how all dealerships advertise. We left after a horrible 4 hours of back and forth. Stay away from this place. Oh and lets not forget John his manager who i guess could not understand why we were so upset. He said the 1000 difference between the add and the real price was not a lot of money. Car salesman must make a lot of money these days.
