Outstanding customer service, Singh and even though the specific color wasn't available, you went the extra mile to get it all the way through a dealer trade, couple hundred miles off and drive it in since the Leaf delivery was going to take a while. This shows the Nissan dealership's commitment to treating the customers very well.

I worked with Singh to purchase a used Leaf and the experience was great. After some initial negotiation, we agreed on a price and proceeded to financing. I had been pre-approved through my bank but ran into problems with the approval process. I was initially quoted a higher interest rate for financing through Nissan but after some waving of his magic wand, Singh was able to beat my bank's rate and seal the deal. Overall, this was a great process and I highly recommend buying from Hayward Nissan.

I came in looking for a used Nissan Leaf and the experience that I had with Amin and Perez in purchasing my used Leaf was a great experience and they both made the whole process so easy and simple and got me out of the dealership in less than an hour. Never been treated so rudely by an auto dealer before. Sales manager guy needs training on how to treat a customer. I had misgivings after reading about this dealership's bad customer service review, but went in for an appointment anyway. He told me no one will offer me lower than invoice price, but i found a better deal with far better customer service in san francisco.

I leased a vehicle and they wrote the wrong DMV fees and made me go back to sign it. Then they reported to Nissan Finance that I did not pay the first installment even though they charged me in the first contract payment. My credit score got affected. I called three times and they will not return the call also. Very frustrating. My friend wanted a vehicle to lease they kept saying they will get the color he requested and did not bother to find it or even call.

I went in for an oil change and it was only a penny! I also picked up some wiper inserts for only 88 cents! I am a loyal fan from this day on! I would without a doubt reccommend the team over at the New Hayward Nissan. The only problem was it was hard to find their website...if you are interested here it is www.hayward-nissan.com.
