I had no plans to make a purchase. While in for service and browsing, my sales rep took time to show me the new vehicles knowing I was not seriously looking. In the end I just completed a lease that was very little effort on my part.

What can I say? Howard Allison exhibited every good quality that a car salesman should possess. He was knowledgeable, knew his product, did not turn off with any high pressure tactics, and was able to push through a better financing deal than any of his competitors. Our company looked at many vehicles and took their time making a decision, even changing our mind at the last minute on the vehicle. Howard was very accommodating throughout the process and made sure we were satisfied with our choice. Go see Howard.

I can tell you that your typical car salesman I have no patience for. Howard over at Harte Infinity is not your typical though. Got the car, the color and everything I needed literally within 48 hours. I told him what I wanted, what I wanted to spend..no up sells, no "the price changes tomorrow"...just a professional guy. After the purchased I received a phone call from the dealership making sure I was satisfied...other dealerships should learn from these guys.

In July I came to this dealership to lease a QX60, I had a truly wonderful experience with Howard my salesman and Justin's team. So, earlier this week my other half wanted to get into something a bit bigger and more powerful as the Audi A4 just wasn't cutting it. I immediately emailed Justin to see if we could get the balling rolling on a Q50 and as you would imagine they pulled through yet again and I drove off the lot with it hours after the email. I unfortunately totaled my 2015 Infiniti Q50x sport in the beginning of the month, (I loved that car) so the next day after my accident I contacted Daniel Asare at Harte Infiniti in Hartford to get a head start on a new car (at the time I didn't know yet if my baby was totaled). I had bought my last 2 cars from Daniel and knew I could trust him to put me in a new car. I debated between a Wrangler...total opposite end of the spectrum but i sell cars too for Executive Jeep/Nissan so that vehicle has always been of interest to me. I wasn't ready to give up the luxury features that my Q50 provided me with though so I ended up back here again. Daniel and Nate gave me the deal of a lifetime and I am very happy and excited again to be driving my new car. Thank you Daniel, Nate & the team at Harte Infiniti for always providing me with truly exceptional customer service. I had a pretty tight timeline to buy my next car because my old Ford'a transmission blew. After shopping and getting frustrated with three or four dealerships, I decided to go to Harte Inifinti. The sales professionals were both friendly & helpful from the moment I walked into the dealership. Unlike the other dealerships that I visited, who tried to sell me into a car I didn't want and they did not offer me anything for my trade. Howard and his manager at Harte went to work for me and gave me a very good deal on the exact car that I wanted additionally, they gave a me a fair trade in value for my car. I was impressed with their honesty and the way they conducted their business, I will diffeniately come back to Harte for my future autmotive purchases.

I had an expensive problem with my Infinity. Fortunately, it is still under warranty. The people at Harte were outstanding, especially Tom in service. I was treated well. There was no hedging with helping me. The car problem was addressed at no cost to me. The focus of Harte was to find the problem, fix the problem and satisfy the customer; they did all. It couldn't have gone better.

I needed a new car badly. I went in to Harte Infiniti about 3 weeks ago and met Daniel. The Car I really wanted would have left me with a huge car note. Not to mention my credit isn't the best. Daniel did not give up on me and showed me more cars within a better price range to ensure I would be approved for a loan. The next day Daniel called and told me to come get my NEW CAR! Of course I was super excited. He was beyond helpful and kind. The showed me feature in the car. The car was delivered to me nice and clean on the inside ... Howard Allison treated us awesome and never made us feel bad about the 100+ questions we presented to him, where a bother in any way. Run away from Harte!!!! Since the start, there were problems with this dealership. I had an appointment to look at a vehicle, drove the 50 miles to see the car, then was informed that the car was not there...sorry it was at another dealership. The employee who made the mistake hid in the back, and had a salesman take the hit.A salesman did drive the car to my home the next day, but when I wanted to make an offer, I was told that a Sales Manager would call. No call. I finally made an offer to the salesman the next day. He said he would talk to the SM...guess what, still no call. I waited days for a response to my many calls/texts.I was finally told that even though the car was on the lot for over five months, the best they could do was a $500.00 discount on a $25,000.00 vehicle. Then I was informed that they would rather send the vehicle back to auction, rather than negotiate an offer with a customer. The finall communication from Harte was that the vehicle will be going to auction on 4/05/16.I have bought many vehicles over the years, but have never seen a dealership so poorly run....a dealership run by middle schoolers would have been an improvement.

I am a regular buyer and service at Harte in Hartford,CT. I dont do reviews or anything but I have had to make an exception for Jocelyn. I went in as a regular oil change and i was greeted very happily. Jocelyn is very knowledgeable and had the perfect eye for anything to with customer sanctification. She was able to notice a flaw and helped and went out her way to make sure that flaw was taken care of an over all saw the all thing through. The purchase of the 2012 FX 35 was not done by the conventional way of buying a car: showing up to the dealership, test driving the car and then sitting down with the salesperson and then the finance manager. Excellence is tested when the process deviates from the conventional path. That was the case with this purchase and both the dealership and the salesperson, Anthony Smith, won.Before actually arriving at the dealership, Mr. Smith made several calls to us regarding the credit application that was submitted. On the test drive Anthony demonstrated his knowledge of the product. While he asked a few qualifying questions, there was no hard sell. This allowed me to concentrate on the car and not thinking about the negotiation ahead. Financing this deal was not straight-forward. There were many calls between the dealer and the bank, us and the bank, and the dealer and us. Yet, Mr. Smith and his finance team remained diligent. Anthony would call or text to always update us on the progress or lack of progress, all the while remaining patient.One cardinal sin that sales people commit sometimes is to judge the ability of the customer to make the purchase. Mr. Smith's attitude was, "We will help you make the purchase." With frequent updates from the finance manager, we were assured by Mr. Smith that the deal would go through. One of the most abhorrent experience most people will encounter is that of buying a car. This experience was pleasant. There was no pressure, we felt questions were addressed honestly, and the relevant information given freely. As a salesperson, Anthony Smith is pleasant and affable and he handled the entire process with aplomb. He possesses the qualities one expects to find in a truly exceptional salesman.: honesty, knowledgeable, the ability to listen, commitment to customer service (Mr. Smith even showed up on his day off when we made an unscheduled visit to the dealership).The FX 35 is a great car. It sits on the road, clearly master of the universe. I would choose it over the BMW SUV every time. And in a stroke of genius, Anthony started us dreaming of the next model, QX 70, when he showed me the features of the 2016 car. Bought a 2011 Audi Q5 on December 29th 2015Brought my new car to my local Audi dealer to do a overall service check up. After the check up the car failed miserably . The Audi needed new tires, new breaks and they found out that it had Oil consumption leak . After calling Harte back and fighting with them they only wanted to give me new tires. This was all with in one week of buying the car . Now 52 day later the Oil consumption test failed . This is not my responsibility to fix this car seeing it still under warranty . And of course Harte wants no part of dealing with this issue. Sales department, service department and mangers could careless. Just give me my money back and take this Lemon of a car back. My advice to someone buying a used car is having them pull the Vin number because that's the only way you're going to find out if there something wrong with his car Carfax will not show any mechanical issue wrong with your car . Works NEVER buy or recommend this dealership .

I was satisfied with our salesman Howard Allison, he treated us fairly and without pressure. I work in sales so I respect his professionalism. There were several issues we needed resolved and were; but not without several phone calls. I honestly could not give a 5 rating to the dealership. The Gm John Finelli assisted Howard with expediting and addressing the issues. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and very surprised we were not shown how everything in the vehicle worked. Never having owned this brand before we were on our own to read the manual and figure it out. If I was rating just Howard Allison I would give him a 5, he went out of his way to assist us. The dealership however only earns a 4.

stay away from this dealer! called about a car listed as well as emailed dealer, both phone call and emailed showed car available, immediately after hanging up phone i visited the dealer to purchase the car, upon arriving no one knew where the car was, finally i was informed it was transferred to their dealership in Meridan 30 days prior and had been sold! Dealers response oh well sorry. If you don't know whether you have a car on the lot and allow a customer to drive to dealership seems pretty poor business practice.

Howard showed us our first car. He is very pleasant, informed and good listener. I was in contact with the dealership through email and was looking to get a certified pre-owned Infiniti. I took a drive over to the dealership and was looking around and Stacey came out within a few minutes to greet me and help me. I wasn't really sure which model I wanted but I told her what I was looking for in the car and the price range that I felt comfortable with. Stacey never pushed me past my comfort zone in any of the cars that she suggested and was able to find me a perfect fit 2012 G37. Not only was she great at finding the exact car that I wanted but she was also very professional and great to talk to. The conversations were never dull and she was always in a good mood. Overall I would highly suggest heading to this dealer and would definitely suggest asking for Stacey.

My husband and I are from the "Baby Boom" era, two cars between, and we decided to sell my car Volkswagen Passat and look for a new used card, we checked a few places then one day we were out shopping and I spotted a car that caught my eye, so we parked our car and I got out and walked around this beautiful stylish car - Infiniti EX35, so we stopped by the Harte Infiniti dealership in Hartford were we knew Ant (Anthony Smith) worked and there was a variety of selection of them. Test drove one put in an offer and crossed our fingers. Ant (Anthony Smith) provided top notch "A1" service, he showed professionalism by keeping us abreast of the process, everyone there was just so nice, pleasant, and friendly, it was a warm and inviting experience we received and I would refer anyone to that dealership. Thank you Ant (Anthony Smith). We drove off with our new car last evening, gave it a stylish name of "Midnight". We couldn't be HAPPIER!!!!!

This was my first visit to this dealer after being referred to them by a family member. So glad they suggested that I contact Dondi Wright. He was so easy to deal with - no pressure, no stress. Ryan Nurmi was excellent at following up with me regarding the status of my car, and responded to my (daily) questions immediately. Carmen Mazzarella made the financing aspect super easy and painless. Couldn't be happier with the service I received from this staff. Would highly recommend and will certainly return in the future!

I went to test drive the QX60 to see if it would be a contender when we were ready to size up in a year or so. I met with Anower, and was upfront about "just looking". He was very patient and discussed all options. We went on a test drive, and next thing I knew I brought a car home to show my husband. Anower was not high pressure at all. After negotiating, I feel that I got a very fair price for my trade and great deal on my new QX60! This was by far my best car buying experience.

This is the first time I have ever posted a review online but after my recent purchase at Harte Infiniti I felt the need to let others know of my great experience. From the welcoming receptionist, Aldo the internet specialist and my salesman Matthew I felt so comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. Every person we saw gave us a smile and offered their service to us, even the general manager Nate came out to greet us (and no we weren't buying a new expensive car we were buying a lower priced used car). Even the credit process was made pleasant thanks to Carmen! In a work where people so quickly complain about bad service I want to commend this dealership for such a great experience??

My husband and I drove 3 hours from new york to pick up our new Q60. From the minute we started dealing with Daniel about a week ago over the phone he was just fantastic to deal with. EVERYTHING WAS READY AND IN ORDER WHEN WE ARRIVED all we had to do was sign the papers and we were ready to rock and roll. Daniel expained the cars ins and outs so that we felt prepared to drive it back home . I know I feel comfortable calling him any time with any question I may have . we had an amazing experience and when we are ready for another car in the very near future we will be calling Daniel and his amazing collegues and Harte Infinity. The drive was worth it to deal with amazing people. like Daniel . My last five or six cars have been pre-owned top of the line Lexus.Buy with around 50k miles, keep for couple years, till around 150k then start again.Although I love Lexus cars, I recently started to see a pattern of recalls, and car repair issues, one specific issue, burning or using oil.One of my priorities is dependability and thus I like Toyota, Nissan and Honda best.Years ago I test drove and loved a used Infiniti Q45, but couldn't afford it. A good friend owned the same car and we had many good road trips, guess I always thought I would give Infiniti a try.My cousin worked for Harte Infiniti in Sales for a number of years, a number of years ago, and always spoke highly of Harte and the people that worked there.I guess like most people I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with car dealers.I've learned that luxury or high end car dealers aspire to differentiate themselves from middle of the road car dealers by providing a more red carpet service.But in my mind, you should still be wary of some of the historically, less than customer oriented tactics they use to sell you a car.Well I was very pleasantly enlightened, with my car buying experience from Harte Infiniti.For sure I got the Red Carpet treatment every step of the way, I felt like I was buying a Rolls Royce.But what really impressed me was the transparency, honesty and absolute genuine desire of the entire staff, from the Receptionist, to Anower, the Sales Representative, to Jay the Used Car Manager/Appraiser, to Carmen the Business Manager, to Nate the General Manager, to provide an unparalleled car buying experience. I still can't believe it, these guys really get it.Although I thought I wanted a coupe when I entered the dealership, Anower, after patiently listening to my likes and dislikes and thoughtfully probing about my needs, intuitively new I'd be happier with the top of the line Q70, and from memory, immediately brought the perfect car for me to the door for test drive.After setting us up with carte blanche, at near by restaurant, he, in a whirlwind, this guy is high energy, make the customer happy all the way, assured me that he would secure the best way to purchase ...leasing ..financing ...based on our agreed upon terms.As I am a car fanatic, and had religiously cared for my car in and out I was considering trying sell my car myself, even though the trade in price they gave me was the best I had received from the two or three dealers I had already seen.This is where I really learned that Harte has a Heart...lol...After completing the transaction and happily driving away with my gorgeous new Q70.I realized that although, I may be able to sell my well cared for car, 2007 Lexus GS 350, at a slightly higher price, than the trade in price.It's the financing. The potential buyers could not always ..easily get the financing to buy it.Hat in hand, I called Nate the General Manger, and expecting zero consideration after the sale, I explained my dilemma.Gracious, is an understatement, like a father welcoming his wayward son back with open arms, he unraveled the transaction and saved me from a very costly mistake, having two car payments etc.I know the Harte Auto Group has many brands, but I also know that an organization sets the standards from the top, and based on my experience, there is no other place to buy a car than from Harte!Very Very Happy Customer,

I loved my Infiniti FX35 since the day I bought it. But lately I have been so disappointed in Infiniti and recently Harte Infiniti. What has happened to good customer service? Caring about your customer? Doing the right thing? I was on my way to MA from PA and my transmission just decided to die. I was alone and stranded. I got it towed to Harte and after much ado they quoted me $8400 to replace the transmission and provided me with a list (unsolicited) of other items that they sought out that were wrong with my car; a car that has been properly and religiously maintained and was just checked before my long journey on vacation. A list that totaled over $18,000! Absurd! Obscene! Nevertheless, I had my car towed back to PA and it the transmission rebuilt for $4100. This dealership, although the people in service were very nice, took great advantage of me and my situation. Shame on you Harte and Infiniti! I was looking forward to my new Infiniti but this experience with Harte and with Infiniti has been terrible- not the way to treat your existing Infiniti customers and potential continued customers. Disappointing and DisHARTEning!

Daniel (my salesman) and Roger (sales manager) were amazing. Great customer service from the moment I drove in until the moment I drove off in my used Infiniti G37xS. Usually I walk into a dealership and immediately want to leave, but Daniel treated me like another human being, not just another sale. I would go to Harte Infiniti for my next car whether it may be new or used again. I know this all may sound cliche but at the end of the day if someone was looking for a new or used car I would suggest Harte Infiniti because they are thumbs up all around. I had been searching for a well kept Infinity QX56 or 80 for approximately a month. I searched local dealers (most not Infinity dealers), and even took a look at quite a few listings. However, I finally took a ride to Hartford ,Ct to Harte Infinity and was very please with their inventory. I was greeted in the lobby by very nice young lady who then introced me to Mr. Joe Finelli,. Joe who showed me around the facility and provided me with information regarding service for the vehicles. I found him to be very knowledgable about the Infinity line , and a pleasant person to speak with about my requirements. which put me very much at ease .He finally showed me a very nice and clean, QX 56 with low milaege, that I really had not considered...Mountain Sage!? Joe suggested that we take this QX56 for a test drive on city streets and on the highway as well. I was very impressed with the quietness, the confortable ride and of course the power of the V8! Something at this point impressed me very much (not easy to do) about Joe anf the Infinity sales team. My wife was not available to come with me to Hatre Infinity, so I asked if I could take the vehicle home to get her thoughts regarding this Infinity QX56. While I reall didn't expect them to consider my request, imagine my surprise when they gave me the ok to do so! Quite frankly at this point, I was sold, but still wanted the bosses thoughts...she love it! We negoiated a very fair price , that I was willing to pay, no hassles, no crazy back and forth about the trade in values etc. (again I was impressed). So, all paperwork compleated, spoke with Mr. Carmen Mazzarella, who was also very professional and provided me with all pertinent financial information and payment schedules. The QX56 was serviced, cleaned and gased for me and ready for pick up...which I now proudly own and drive, Mountain Sage, who knew, thanks Joe!The complete experience with Harte Infinity of Hartford, CT. was an excellant experience, and believe me I've had others that were not even close! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my family and friends for their professionalism, knowledge and just an overall willingness to work with the customer for an overall excellant experience. Buying this car (Infiniti G37x) was a huge step for me. I've wanted an Infiniti for years, but always thought it was out of reach. I'm single, in my 40's and I had a nice car, but it didn't make me feel "special" it didn't give the "look at me feel". I work hard and all I do is save and dream. I never step out of the box & do something for me, until on Sat. I was feeling good and after spending months looking for the car I wanted, I found it so off I went, but just to look I told myself. As I pulled in to Harte Infiniti I saw my car, the one I've always dreamed of having. James came out and asked me if I wanted to take a ride, I was so nervous. It was amazing. I couldn't believe I was driving my dream car. After the ride I was ready to walk away because I was nervous. Purchasing a car like that was a huge deal to me. James was so easy to talk to. He understood how I felt and new how important this was to me. I didn't look at him as a typical "car salesman" he was James. He made me feel so comfortable with every step in the purchase process my feeling of panic turned to pure excitment! James was with me all the way along with the other workers at the dealership. They don't push you, they make your dreams come true, well they made mine. Harte Infiniti is for sure a step above the rest. He listens well and therefore was not trying to sell me something I didn't want. He was focused, friendly, and honest. Despite almost ejecting Joe Finelli out of the back seat during our test drive, he still gave us a great deal on a car and we got exactly what we wanted. I am rather particular and very OCD about what I want and Joe still handled me with grace and patience. He made the car buying experience so fun that we really wanted to buy the car from him. We did plenty of shopping around and price comparisons, but it's hard to beat the value of an Infiniti for the money. I had been searching for a car for the better part of a year, and had only just recently looked at Infiniti. Convinced that I should experience one, I took a drive up to Harte Infiniti and was immediately greeted by an incredibly amiable Anower Hossain, who listened to what I was looking for and brought out a vehicle that fit the bill. Anower is very knowledgeable and exceptionally personable, and was able to explain the vehicle clearly and answer any questions i had without sugarcoating or embellishing. Characteristics that are not always easy to come by at dealerships these days. That, coupled with my impression of the vehicle, led me to return two days later to discuss a purchase. Anower, again, was a pleasure to work with. Negotiating a price for the vehicle and my trade-in was painless, professional and done with class & honesty. I am a first time buyer, and never once felt pressured or deceived. Anower and the Infiniti folks were up front and completely invested in my satisfaction with the vehicle and purchase process. We reached an agreement fairly quickly, and proceeded to take care of the necessary documentation. I had some issues on my end (forgot the trade in title at home for one), but they handled it in stride and with a smile, offering an alternative and enabling the process to continue smoothly.I've had the car for less than 24 hours now, so I cannot speak to the service department, but I am very happy with my purchase and quite impressed by the professionalism and ease of doing business I experienced throughout. If you are interested in or are considering Infiniti, I can only provide my earnest recommendation for Anower, Roger, Nate and the others at Harte Infiniti.

I was looking to purchase a certified preowned vehicle. The first few dealerships I dealt with promised false deals and after negotiations tried throwing extra fees and services into the purchase agreement that weren't negotiated upon. However, a friend of mine recommended I see Joe at Harte Infiniti and he was much more straight with me on what I would be getting and didn't try to slip in extra fees. He helped me find a car that I wanted and even had one shipped in for me that he had found that fit my requirements. His schedule was also very flexible which was helpful with my work schedule. Just bought our 2nd car from Anower Hossain. It was one of the most pleasurable buying experiences we have ever had. Anower is the consummate professional salesperson. If I were to say that Harte Infiniti were a great dealership I would be not telling the truth. I bought my car in August 2014 and on Saturday, November 15, 2104 I was in a car accident and called the dealership at 5:45 PM frantic because I didnt know what to do. Nate, the manager calmed me down and told me he would call me right back, when he returned my call he not only reassured me that things would be fine BUT that he was sending one of his Sales Associates to my house that night with a set of keys so that I could go on Sunday and pick up a loaner car so that my life wouldnt be interrupted anymore that it had already had. This shows that this dealership is not only one that goes above, beyond, but also cares and that they would remember me from August and take care of me in the way that they did shows that the quality and customer service that Nate managed and directed for Chris and Anwar was remarkable. I am a Harte Infiniti Customer for life because of this and because of this level of care and quality service I recommend that others should be as well.

Before you put your car in for service do whatever you need to do to check your car. Take and email yourself pictures as soon as you drop your car because if they scratch your car they may not admit they did it. I dropped my car off for a regular oil change and light bulb change came back to pick up the car, and realized there a was new, significant, deep scratch along my driver & back door on the driver side. The rep told me the car was too dirty to see the scratch before drop off but I had washed the car within a week of drop of so that was a lie. They did not want to fix the damage & instead said I probably missed the scratch when it occurred. My car is black & the scratch is a bright white deep through the paint and wide. I'm not blind. I drive the car everyday. Either way the best advice I can give is take pictures while at the dealership of your car in case this happens to you. I will not be back.

Being in a situation to buy a used car with a time limit is never easy. When I came to Harte, I felt at home as soon as stepped on the lot. This was thanks to Ryan Nurmi. My brand new M37X with less than 4000 miles obtained some damage to my side view mirror when I swerved to avoid an accident. It would have cost up to $1500 to replace this mirror, yet Tom Terry was able to reposition the mirror and buff the scratches off of the outside so you can't even see them free of charge!!I have purchased two vehicles from Harte Infiniti and have always been happy with the dealership.Tom Terry provided OUTSTANDING, quick and fair service to me today and because of him you will get my repeat business in the future!

On Thursday, July 25, 2014, I went to Harte Infiniti in Hartford, Connecticut to have work completed on my 2010 Infiniti that I purchased at another dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted and shown the waiting room to wait for my vehicle to be ready. I decided while I was there that I wanted to look at the other vehicles that would be comparable to mine and that I needed a sales associate that could deal with me stubborn Italian mother of three. I was directed to Anower Hossain and from that moment on I was no longer just a shopper but the shopper in charge of meeting my needs with a sales associate that was patient, listened, and showed me vehicles that would meet my criteria. He took the information down of the specs that I would want in a vehicle and what was necessary versus what was not necessary to meet the needs of my family. Then we took a walk on the lot. We walked around the lot and he said to me look at the vehicles and you tell me what style, body style, options, etc. you see that you like and then we will grab the keys and go from there. We looked at a few I though I would like and he was right we grabbed the keys and once inside I knew that it wouldnt fit my family. I took a ride in a QX 56 and I was sold. He was right I needed to see what I thought would fit my family and test it out 3 car seats and all and then check out the rest. It was the QX56 that is our family car that meets our needs. I decided to purchase a 2011 Infinity QX56, which completely meets my needs and my families. Throughout the entire transaction he listened to what I said, he was great at quality customer service, and was completely buyer oriented which is the focus of a good dealership (listening to me and not steering the conversation or my buying process). He was interested in what I wanted to buy and what was going to meet my needs and my families needs. This is a character quality of an excellent sales associate. On top of that the process didnt take all day and I was able to drive my vehicle home in a reasonable amount of time. Not only did they register my car for me so I didnt have to go to the RMV, which was AWESOME. I worked with Anower Hossain and the General Manager, Nate House, who was unremarkable. The both of them co-teaming to meet my needs to make the sale and not make me feel pressured and work with me to deliver what I was looking for was a truly Infiniti experience. A dealership that has employees that can work together and show that collaboration is important is important to my buying experience and me. I live in Vermont, and Harte Infiniti is one of the closest dealerships to me, so unfortunately when things to wrong, I have almost four hours to travel. Last fall, I had some service done. It was a couple of days after the fire, and unfortunately the service was not done well - and I had some serious issues that I noticed when I got back to Vermont. I was lucky nothing happened. I couldnt be more disappointed and feel more devalued as a customer after my recent service experience with Harte Infiniti. I got a nail in my tire (tread, not sidewall) over the weekend. I called roadside assistance on Saturday and after 2 hours someone came to change the tire and put on the fake spare. It was fine because I was home. I decided to be loyal to Infiniti and go there first thing on Monday morning for them to fix the tire. Ive had similar nail holes easily plugged in the past. I made the 30 mile trek to the dealership, only for them to tell me that the hole could not be plugged and I needed to purchase 4 new tires for $1643. The service person asked me what I wanted to do. Well, I was a little stuck at that point having put on 30 miles on a 50 mile donut tire. Needless to say I had the work done, but as I researched more, I fully came to believe that the hole could have been plugged and I was being ripped off. The free oil change, warranty work on my wheels, and 3 free car washes did nothing to make me feel like a valued customer. And although I love my Infiniti, when it comes time to purchase another vehicle next year, because of this service experience, you can bet that my next car will NOT be an Infiniti.

Just picked up our new Infiniti QX60 and Joe Finelli has to be THE best, least pushy salesman we have ever dealt with! What a down to earth pleasant man who made, what I find, to be a usually aggravating experience a FUN one. Is that even possible? Well it was with Joe. It took us a few weeks to decide on weather or not to even purchase a new car and in that time we were not hounded or made to feel pressured. When we had a question or two we were called back in a timely manner, had it answered by Joe or someone else and then miraculously left alone. No hard sell. No badgering. Our 2014 Infiniti QX 60 was delivered yesterday (May 31). Just picked up a new Q50s AWD a week ago after spending the last 6 1/2 years loving an FX35. I must say the whole process was very enjoyable and low-pressure. I had actually stopped in the dealership in late Dec to check out the Q50. Joe Finelli did a great job showing me the ins and outs of the car without being overbearing. Worked some preliminary numbers out with Nate (who I've purchased cars from AND referred other clients to in the past 20 years!). While the numbers were fair, I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on the deal at that time. Honestly, my FX had been such a great car for me that it was really making my decision difficult! "No problem" said Nate, "when you're ready, we'll make it happen." Between how great the car was and that initial interaction with Joe and Nate, it assured me I was eventually coming back to pick up my 2nd Infiniti from Harte at some point..... and that day came 3 months later...Last Monday, I decided the time had come. The FX had treated me well, I had treated it very well and, with fairly low miles, it was the best time to trade it in and pick up the car that had been tempting me for a while. I made a surprise visit to Joe and asked him to borrow a Q50 for the afternoon. Instead of lending me the readily available base model, he took the extra effort and time to track down the Q50 Sport being used by one of the managers, which would more closely match the car I was considering. I then surprised my wife at work to show her what I had been talking about (and what she'd been rolling her eyes at) for the past few weeks. Well, there would be no eye-rolling that day... it took about 30 seconds for her to say, "soooo, when do I get to drive it?!?"Nate and I then connected later that week and hammered out a deal in 15 minutes. The deal included a dealer installed trunk lip-spoiler that had to be ordered... and obviously would be put on sometime after I closed the deal and picked up the car. At delivery on Friday, the process went smoothly and quickly... I picked the car up during lunchtime. I must say, I'm always a little leery about something that is owed to me post-sale. When the deal is already on the books, everyone has been paid, and salespeople have moved on to the next deal often times you don't get the follow-up done in a timely manner. But, based on my interactions with Joe, Nate and Roger, I knew I could count on them. Sure enough, my spoiler only took 6 days to come in and I had it installed at the dealership today... no problems / no issues.I'd like to close by saying I'd recommend working with Harte Infiniti if you're in the market for a new or used car. Joe and Nate really made the process simple and Roger kept things moving quickly in the Finance Office. While having a new car is one of our great pleasures, the sales process usually a hated experience. I must say, this one was good all-around..... Ultimately, the people involved made the difference.(.... and oh.... I'll eventually let my wife take the car for a spin.... eventually!)

I had two minor issues come up since I made the purchase but both items were handled quickly and with no problems at all. Even ended up financing through them since my credit union offered the same rate. went to look at vehicles in hartford, show room burned down, so they did not have a show room, parking lot was a mess, i asked salesman how are you supposed to sell cars without show room and just they hands up. if it was a lexus dealer it would have been different story!! dealer is unprofessional from the receptionist to the sales people. completely turned off. thought infinity was a premium brand apparently not. would not even consider this brand baaaaaaaad news.

I set up an appointment a week in advance. I scheduled a loaner. Needed an hour to get to dealership due to traffic. When I arrived I was told no loaners were available. I was offered to get dropped of and picked up at my office. My entire day was scheduled with road appointments so this was not satisfactory. The right thing to do would have been to call me to give me giving me the option of cancelling and not wasting a very valuable hour and a half of the day that was lost. Now I still have a car with a potentially hazardous recall issue.

The price that we were quoted was the price that wound up on the paperwork. No hidden fees or surprise increases at the last minute. Sean made the whole process totally painless. He found us a vehicle that had only the options we needed without a bunch of extras that we didn't need. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Sean took the time to show us all of the features of our new car and programmed our seats, garage remotes, GPS, etc. I've never had a salesman take the time to go over the entire vehicle AFTER the deal was done - especially on a very busy last day of the month. The entire process was very smooth and we had no issues. We were very lucky to get Joe Finelli as our sales rep. He was friendly, patient, and not pushy. He was very easy to work with and he was able to answer any questions that we had. He made the car shopping process enjoyable and actually fun! Thank you Joe for helping us drive off with our dream car!! :) In addition to how wonderful Joe was as our sales rep, we went back a few weeks later to pick some car mats we ordered and after driving the car for a little, we had some follow up questions about some of technology features. There was a different sales rep who was available and very knowledgeable about the QX60 technology (I think his name was Mike). Anyway, Joe was out with another client but this sales rep (even though we were not his clients) was more than happy to come out to the car and spend him time answering our questions and helping us. It was VERY impressive! Overall, we had the best car buying experience, we are thrilled with our new car, and would recommend this dealership and Infiniti to anyone! :)

I recently purchased a used Infiniti FX35 from Harte Infiniti and couldn't have had a more positive expxerience purchasing a vehicle. We traded in our 2006 G35x, and received nearly $1000 more than any other dealership. My wife and I worked with Ryan Nurmi, who took us on test drives to get a feel for the vehicle. My wife wasn't sure after driving them both, and so he went back to the original one we drove. I'm in sales, so the biggest turnoff for me in any sales transaction is any type of lingo or pushiness, as you would imagine. Understanding that, Ryan was the perfect salesman for me. Furthermore, everyone else that we dealth with at Harte were great. Jay and Roger (both in finance) were great the whole way. When it was time for the delivery of the vehicle, I sat down with Roger who briefly and thoroughly gave me all the available warranty options, as well as some additional features that I may have wanted to add to my Pre-Owned Certification. I opted out, even though it had nothing to do with the presentation on his part. That is exactly how I wish every close out went with every vehicle I purchase. Straight to the point, informative, and respected our decision. Ryan was in constant contact with me from start to finish, and I am certain I will be doing business with Harte Infiniti again. I was happy with the option of the vehicle. Was also happy with the service from the sales rep, joe. My only comment I would make is when I came back with an appointment to go over details of finalizing the car sale, I had to wait a while ( although they were busy, which is a good thing ), I would have at least acknowledged the fact I was finishing up with another customer personally, rather than having to ask other people if the sales person knew I was waiting. They also did most of what they promised on me picking up the vehicle, but, again...the car wasn't detailed as promised ( again, the showroom did have a fire, so, that could have been a factor ). All in all, I was pleased with the service, as well as the service staff, which are very friendly guys! Still working out one issue with the car, which has been frustrating, but, the service staff have been working very hard to resolve this issue ( actually coming to my job to drop off a loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle ). I'm sure this issue will be resolved, and I'm happy they are doing it in such a professional way! BTW, the car is otherwise awesome!

I thought I was going to have to wait another week or so to get it because normal places close when their building is out of use. Not Harte Infiniti though! Anower texted me (because I was working and I told him that would be easier for me) Monday and said we r open tomorrow and will make sure you have your car then. I had issues on my end with my title for my trade in, but Anower knew I was dying to drive my new q50, so he gave it to me with dealer plates until I figured my issues out the next day. When I picked up my car everyone there remembered me! Anower, Donti, and Roger (the finance guy) were all amazing. I will be going there again next week to possibly get my wife a used car from them. We received what we asked for in trade in value, took care of our concerns about the used vehicle we were looking at, worked with us to make the financing better ( even beating our credit union for rates). I regret not having leased my previous three cars from Harte Infiniti. That being said, I can hands down say this was truly the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I must first and foremost recognize ANTHONY, as he made my leasing experience completely enjoyable. That's right, I actually ENJOYED this experience. Anthony made the process easy and fun. He was always accessible and answered every single question I had, and was prompt about it. His kind, genuine, and fun personality was a breath of fresh air. I called couple of infiniti dealers and other company car dealers in NJ/ny area for a used 2011 M37x , with no success, all were asking for too $$$ and not willing to work with me. until I emailed Anthony at Harte. He made the car buying process easy and extremely smooth and I love my Certified PO M37x and if you are considering an Infiniti, Anthony is your guyand Harte is the place to find him. I traditional do not look forward to purchasing a new and going through the unpleasant and frustrating experience at the dealership including high pressure sales and finance trying to sell you the additional auto coverage. We'll my recent experience at Harte was well above expectations in which it all started with Anthony their internet manager. He was exceptional through the entire process. The car I wanted to see (G37X) was ready when I arrived and with no pressure through the process we took a test drive while they appraised my trade-in. Within a short period of time we had the numbers and made a purchase. During the detailing process to prepare my new car for delivery he even loaned us a new FX ! I have purchased over twelve new car to date and this was our best purchasing experience through the entire process. I highly recommend them as well as seeing Anthony.

Ill be honest, Im not the typical dealer guy, I prefer to buy private and save a few dollars. Well Harte has changed my impression of dealerships. Not only do they have a great selection of new cars but their trade-ins got my attention. They had the exact car I was looking for, low miles and owned by a woman who took it to the dealer for service every 5K miles. Service history means everything and this dealer and particular car had it. I dealt directly with the General Manager and he accommodated me in every way. For virtually the same price as a private deal Harte provided me with a car that gave me peace of mind with a warranty and knowing it came from a reputable dealership. Im car savvy and have seen many deals out there that look too good to be true, not the case here the GM was one of the most honest guys Ive dealt with. I lease a new car every 3-4 years and have leased my last 3 at Harte Infinity. The dealership has been excellent as far as sales and service. i have dealt with Asher Levy on my last 3 leases. He is the best sales person I have dealt with. On my most current lease (M37x Sport) he worked with me closely over a two week period to find the vehicle I wanted including the specific interior and options He ended up going to Maryland to ge the car for me. He has extensive knowledge of the models and features and can discuss questions without any reference to materials. He also explained the various features completely and gave me a thorough walk through of the car and its features on delivery which has become more important given the features and technology on new cars today. I even called him several times after delivery with follow up questions and he was always willing to help out. I have owned and driven many performance luxury sedans in the past 20 years and I rate the Infinity M and G series at the top of the list. For the price, you get more power and options, all wrapped in vehicles with attractive styling.I must also say that the dealership went to bat for me to get a repair made under warranty on the last car I turned in there which saved me a lot of money. Harte Infinity is a very professional dealership and Asher is a hard working and honest salesman. If you are looking for an Infinity, go to Harte and ask for Asher. You won't be disappointed.

...experience, you have to know that it was extremely good. As others have said, one of the best we have ever had! Salesperson Anower was both knowledgeable and pleasant without being overbearing during our several visits. No "tag teaming" by a Salesperson and Sales Manager unlike previous experiences. The purchase price extended up front was even better than expected. Upon delivery, Anower was extremely patient while explaining the highly technical intricacies of the G37xS to both my wife, the primary driver, and myself. He also offered, numerous times, his personal services in answering operational questions at any time should this be needed. Too premature to rate "Quality of Repairs" but in our brief meeting Service Manager was both pleasant and reassuring. Overall an outstanding buying experience!

The experience at the dealership was great. I leased a new M37x sport and Asher went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. He made sure that my car was ready at time of pickup and he all the paperwork ready and we were done in less than 45 minutes!!! This is the best car-buying experience which I have ever had. I was looking for a 2013 fully loaded QX56 with a very rare configuration, not many available in US market. I have been contacting with almost all dealers near 3 states near my location. Then as we as a buyer usually expected, all kinds of tricks, all their purposes is just to lure me to their store and make more tricks to let me buy it there. However, there is one exception -- Anthony Andeen from Harte Infiniti. He give me the simplest answer with the lowest price (yes from the very beginning): Sir, we can get the car you want, and our price is the lowest xxxxxxx. You know, I don't believe it at the beginning, and I even made a deal with another dealer with a higher price. But thanks god the other dealer can't even get me the car I want. Then I came back with Anthony, guess what, he sent their driver and got me the right car right away! I can't believe my eyes when he send me the picture from his cell phone once the car arrived. Then, no more doubt, I went there 2nd day and everything was ready for me and with even a lower price! Everything went unbelievable smoothly during the deal, definitely best experience ever! If you live near CT area and are willing to get a infiniti, what you need is just give Anthony Andeen an email. He will give you the best price and best buying experience. (I used to doubt it, but now I believe.)

I was looking for a CPO QX56 for months and could not find the right package and color combination that fit our price range. I traveled out of state one time to purchase a car that seemed too good to be true and it wasthe car was not as it was presented. When I came across the QX56 at Harte Infiniti, I was a bit paranoid since I had just been burned by another out of state dealer and spent over $200 to travel via train. I interacted with Anthony Andeen via the internet and he was great. He was very thorough and was responsive to all of my questions. I shared with him my previous experience and he assured me I would not have the same issue. I was still cautious and asked more questions and he responded every time with details and pictures. I made a good offer online and it was accepted. The PO I requested was straightforward and was fair. I decided it was worth making another 5 hour trip to CT via train and take my chances. It was worth it, as the car was in excellent condition and the same vehicle would have cost me at least $3-4K more in my home state. Anthony made sure the car was in great condition and the buying process was easy, as everything was already provided in advance. I feel like it was a good deal and it was worth the trip. Interestingly, we visited Harte Infiniti in New Haven but they never properly followed up a number of emails after the visit. So, we decided to visit Harte in Hartford. Totally different experience. Sean Dyer was excellent in every way and, in the end, offered more for our trade and less cost on the new Infiniti JX such that we bought the car there. Since the purchase, we have had the car serviced once and once again found the reception and experience to be top notch.Today, I called for another service (they offer free oil change and tire rotations during the first year) and found they could schedule the service exactly when desired. Harte has a very comfortable waiting area and always washes the car before service is completed.

Very happy with our experience here. Surprised at how quickly we actually completed a deal considering we weren't really even sure we wanted to purchase. I have always loved the QX56 and on a whim we decided to go test drive (really just for fun). I was amazed at how knowledgeable Bobby was at the (many) details of what the QX57 had to offer. When we challenged him on why we should get that car over others (Range Rover, Lexus, etc.) he was able to give us good reasons why the QX outperforms the others. We test drove on a Saturday and by Monday night the car was in our garage. Offered us a fair trade in price and negotiation on the QX. Even when I unfortunately needed a pretty extensive repair (my fault) he handled it professionally and with a sense of humor that eased the pain of dishing out even more money (a little). His colleague Dondi was very helpful as was Roger in financing. Overall I'm very happy with our experience and I'm sure I'll be a loyal Infiniti owner.

He made the process of buying such a pleasant and fun experience (not something I'm used to when purchasing from a dealership!). In my recent pursuit to purchase a new vehicle, I had the best car buying experience dealing with Bobby and his team at Harte Infiniti. After doing research online and narrowing down the models I was considering to the Infiniti G37 2 door coupe, BMW 335, and Mercedes C350, I decided to test drive the Infiniti first since that was my top choice and the model that the others would have to compare to. On the first day I showed up at the dealership Bobby greeted me in the lot after seeing me spend time looking at all the 2 door coupes there, and asked if I was interested in taking one out for a drive. When I told him what my exact specs were he quickly secured a car to drive, made sure I was comfortable and off we went. During the test drive I explained to Bobby what my plan was, and that this was the first of a few tests I was going to do, and I told him the other models I would be comparing in the next few days. When the test drive was done he asked if I had any questions, but did not try to pressure me into any decisions since he knew how early in the stage I was at that point. He made a follow up call after 2 days had gone by to see where I was at in my process, and offered to let me take the car out again, this time on my own for a more extensive drive. By this time I had eliminated the BMW and it was down to the Infiniti and Mercedes. I took him up on his offer and told him I was ready to start negotiating price, and after the second test drive I knew this was the car for me. After we worked out our deal, Bobby spent time finding my exact color combination with exact option package and kept me updated during their process to secure the vehicle which was at another location. On the day I picked up the car Bobby spent as much time as I needed him to going over all the features, and offered his assistance for any time in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with Bobby, and everyone else I came in contact with at Harte.

We explained that we were interested in a M37 AWD and needed a lumbar option on the passenger side. Joe put us in a M37 AWD in the showroom and explained the equipment options and operation. We test drove an AWD M37and were very pleased especially with the lumbar operation. We also tested the Sport model that was located in the showroom and determined that this was the best choice. We closed the deal that day with Joe and the business managers. Joe even arranged to bring our current lease car to a local dealership to conclude the existing lease and the current sale. High marks for Joe and the sales/service team.

Went to Harte to find a certified pre-owned Infiniti and I left as a very satisfied customer. First of all, the salesman James was absolutely fantastic! He was not pushy, just a chill type of guy who wanted you to be happy (and no, it didn't seem like the typical fake salesman experience). Mind you, im 22 years old and probably got a lot of looks for being at an Infiniti dealer but James treated me with respect and seriousness, plus he was pretty funny. When it comes to the money aspect, they don't budge much on their prices BUT they definitely make it work and I was happy with what we agreed upon. The buying process was a breeze; they make it as easy as possible for you. But James was one of the reasons I bought my car there, so if you're looking for a pre-owned car, working with him is a must!

Well I have only written one other review in my life and that was about a software Company I have used for years. This was the best experience. Although my husband purchased the car for me as a gift and I was not there for the purchase my husband said they were easy to work with and fair. They brought in the exact color and car I wanted and delivered it to my home as a surprise. Bobby who delivered the car told me to stop by anytime so he could show me how to utilize all the new technology the car had. I called a few weeks later and asked if I could come by if he was not busy. He was happy to help and encouraged me stop in. When I arrived the secretary said he was waiting for me. He walked me through everything in the car even getting a CD from his own car to show me how I can download my cds. He also added wheel locks to protect my tires. I was there for over two hours. I was so happy to learn so much about what the car had to offer. What was nicer was to have someone take the time even after th car was sold to show me everything. I am a very busy and my time is limited but I really felt this experience deserved my time in writing this review.

Working with Joe Finelli was a very pleasant experience. He is very professional and attentive to all of the customer's needs. From the start, before I had even chosen to leas or buy, the minute he saw me appreciating the car (G37xS) he approached and inquired, but in a very low key and friendly way. From then on we established a conversation through which he explained all my options. No undue pressure, no cheap maneuvers. On the contrary, like he very well stated, one thing to consider about Infiniti is the dealership experience, and he is definitely right on that. He represents it. My previous vehicle was an Infiniti coupe (an '06 G35 6MT), and I was considering a change mostly because of the convenience of not having to switch to winter tires every season any more. The G37x (with the sports package) was the natural selection to follow, this time the sedan (for other comfort considerations). The test drive was an excellent experience, including the possibility of being able to take it home in order to show my wife and let her also experience the ride, comfort and features. That closed the deal for me.Very good job, Joe!. I will continue with Infiniti, not only because the cars have nothing to envy any other brand (especially the Germans, which I was also considering before staying with the G37xS), but also because of the dealership experience. Thanks for your proper attention. I look forward to 2015, renewing that lease.

I interacted with Joe through the process of buying my EX35, and was very impressed with his warmth and jovial nature. I was almost decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and Joe was patient with the decision making. He was not pushy with his sales process, and explained well the various things related to the car, the sales process, finacing, registration, etc. Harte worked with Infiniti financing and I got a very good rate of loan. I got updates regularly on the progress of the sale and financing, and felt welcome when I went to pick up the car. The business manager, Nate, was also very kind in explaining the add ons, and I ended up buying the 4 extra years of warranty and the maintenance package.I am very happy with my new EX35 and am glad I bought it from Harte/Joe.

I went to Harte looking for an Infinity G-37 Convertible to compare it with the Lexus Convertible. I enjoyed my experience working with Joe Finelli. From the moment we met, Joe was very friendly, considerate, and was knowledgeable of the car. Joe was also very instrumental in assisting with the registration of the vehicle with NV DMV our home state, which was a very tedious process. Upon picking up the car today, Joe met us at the door, offered something to eat or drink as he did with our original visit, and proceeded to assist with the final paperwork and explaining the buttons and assists on the car as we had asked prior to us taking it off the lot. I especially appreciated Joe's NO PRESSURE approach to sales.The only negative is that we have to return to the dealer next week to pick up two items that were not included with the car - not a big deal - but it is an added 100 mile round trip to the dealer and back.I would definitely recommend Harte Infinity, especially Joe Finelli.

This is my third consecutive new Infiniti. All from this dealership.The vehicles are an absolute joy to drive. Style,comfort and 'bang for your buck' they are unrivaled,in my opinion. In all my dealings I have always felt that the sales person was working WITH me,although sometimes it took a little work on my part. That's all part of the 'game' folks.Just have fun with it and you will be enjoying a most pleasurable experience both at the dealership and behind the wheel. I went in to test drive a G37x. I went out on the lot, looked around and no one approached me. I looked at all the Gs i could find on the lot. In the back part of the lot, there was an SUV ON BLOCKS, wheels gone. I thought "nice" and it is a city dealership and all and kind of laughed at that. So I go into the show room, greeded by a nice reception person who says all the sales guys are busy. She said she will send one over when someone comes available. So I check out the cars on the floor, SEVERAL TIMES, and wait, to the tune of 40 minutes and no one even approaches me. Not a sales manager, no one. I finally just get tired of looking at the cars on the showroom floor and I just wait right up front in plain site of the receptionist and the sales guys and still no one approaches me. I finally just got fed up and left. It didn't help them that I had been to a Volvo and an Acura dealer and they treated me like they wanted my business that day and not like a number. Harte struck me as treating me like a number and that they were were the only Infiniti dealer around, which they are. It made me think, what will service visits be like? I am sure the Infiniti product is nice and all but ultimately becasue of Harte I have taken Infiniti off of my shopping list.

The negotiation process was fine, I'm sure we could have done better, but we were buying a pre-owned 2011 M37x and my husband wanted "this" car and wasn't going to walk out on the deal. I'm sure we overpaid by at least $500 but whatever, I didn't really have an issue with the price of the car, it was their crazy fees. When I questioned our salesman, about the $399 doc fee and said I bought an Acura with a $75 fee, he made it sound like Infiniti is far superior in luxury and customer service to Acura and that was why their fees could be so high. Sure...an Acura is a Honda, and an Infiniti is a Nissan, it's all the same. But, again, my husband wasn't willing to walk away, so I accepted their "non-negotiable fee." We agreed on an offer and made an appointment 1 1/2 hours away from anyone else who was picking up a car on that day so we wouldn't be rushed and wouldn't be kept waiting. Here's where it gets annoying. We arrived 4 minutes late from our 50 minute drive to Hartford that afternoon. We were told that since we were late, someone else slid in with the finance manager before us, so my husband got his 30 minute tour of the car first. 45 minutes after he was done with that we got in to see the finance manager who had nothing ready or organized, just a jumble of paperwork. After several attempts to generate an e-contract, he gave up and did a paper contract. He did everything in my husband's name only despite our telling our salesman that we wanted dual ownership and providing my license and information, so the registration had to be redone. An hour later, we signed on the dotted line. I asked if I could get a receipt for the deposit we left on the car and he said it was in the envelope. When I asked to see it, he said "Oh, you mean the credit card deposit..." Yes, that's the one...oh, he forgot about that and had to get my card and credit it back. So, 2 1/2 hours after we arrived, we left for home. Upon returning home, I realized he charged my card again, rather than crediting it. I called the dealership and left a message for the finance manager who had left for the day. I never heard anything the next morning, so I called our salesman around noon, and he acknowledged that we were double charged and that we would get a credit. A few hours later, a receptionist called to do the credit. It all worked out in the end, and I probably wouldn't be as annoyed if the salesman didn't make such a show of saying how inferior Acura was to Infiniti. My 3 Acura buying experiences were all far superior to this Infiniti purchase. It has been two weeks and there has been no follow up phone call or email to see how things are going. Maybe pre-owned purchases don't get the same service as new Infiniti purchases, I don't know, but this buying experience has been far below my expectations.

I had an excellent experience at Harte infinity. I met the sales manager Mike V first, who immediately welcomed me, made me feel very comfortable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was personable, honest and most importantly-- not pushy at all. Bobbie R. was my sales man who also was very friendly and informative, he took time to show me all options, reviewed 2 different models and provided much needed education. I met Asher on the final day when I picked up my car in the finance dept. Asher was very thorough and pleasant. He lost his wallet that day and i taught him the saint Anthony prayer. I'm putting this part in my review to let the readers know that Harte infinity is more than a business, they are friendly, eager, engaging and go out of their to make you feel welcomed and as of your dealing with friends rather than intrusive salesmen. I would recommend Harte Infinity a thousand times over.

This place has the Customer Experience completely nailed down. This is my first time getting my vehicle serviced. I had a great sales experience and provided my review at that time, but I feel the need to also commend the service staff. I made an appt for my vehicle, and at the time I arrived it was raining. There was a large sign indicating that service customers should drive up to the service door and the door would open. I drove inside and didn't even have the car turned off when someone was standing by my vehicle with a clipboard taking my information. I was there less than 15 minutes start to finish. Harte provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle, which was also parked inside, facing out ready to drive out, with a FULL tank of gas. All identified items were taken care of promptly and efficiently. Harte kept me up to date with communications on when the vehicle would be ready. Never shopping anywhere but Harte Infiniti again. People at (rhymes with Shmertarra) Chevrolet should take a lesson!

Professional and honest. Really all I was looking for in a dealership. What a pleasant surprise after dealing with a few very sketchy dealerships to find just the right vehicle for the right price. We did start our search with Harte Infiniti based on it's reputation and quality of vehicles. Unfortunately for us, at the time, they did not have any vehicles in stock that we were looking for. Now I know why. They know their products, deliver quality vehicles and have no need to resort to tactics to sell their vehicles. That is why they can't keep them in stock, they go out the door as fast as they come in. After searching for a few months with other dealers, Harte acquired a nice 2008 Infiniti QX56 with what we were looking for. We dealt with Sean Dyer, who is very friendly, knowledgeable, knows the options and how to use them and was very honest and forthright. My schedule is very problematic with long hours, not only did Sean stay past closing time for me, he allowed us to take the vehicle overnight to ensure it was a fit for our needs. We signed the deal and couldn't be happier. Sean ensured everything was taken care of as promised. I would also like to add they gave a fair trade-in for my vehicle, again, no "BS", we knew what it was worth and so did they. It was a nice change from some other dealerships that Sean was honest and upfront about it.Upon getting to the dealership to sign the paperwork we met with Asher. Again -- professional, personable and upfront. He told us of the available warranty options (in addition to the certification warranty, which is very good) and we discussed what made sense for us and what didn't. Not pushy at all, just informative, giving us the facts. This has been one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had buying a car. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else for future purchases. I highly recommend Sean, Asher and Harte Infiniti as a whole.

Sales person (Anower) was very knowledge and friendly. I stopped in one day when Anower was not in and Mr. Dworkin filled in in and answered some of my questions. Anower was also very patient and helpful with me as I took about 2 weeks to decide on the car. Asher, the Finance Manager was also very helpful in closing the paperwork and explaining the options. I was treated professionally and with courtesy. I thought the entire experience was professional, courteous, not-pushy, and enjoyable.

I went to Harte Infiniti in Hartford,CT, after owning a BMW 335XI Coupe for 3 years, looking for a pre-owned G37 Coupe. Anower Hossain got me to realize that I could lease a new G37 with everything I wanted in it within a price range of my ideal purchase amount. There was no need to take a car that was already used without the options that I wanted. Anower and everyone that I dealt with at Harte were extremely friendly and helpful. Came in to lease 2011 G37 coupe.After salesperson realized that I know numbers(residuals/money factors/the whole nine yards) better than most of the ...err... no name calling here... "salespeople" including "fiance manager" and I CAN multiple money factor times 2400 to find APY and arrive to the final price ( why do they even call it so - all that position is responsible for is selling worthless add-ons to people who think they already have a "agreed upon price") he just quite rudely stopped talking to me after saying: "THIS is HOW we sell cars here - if you THINK you can have a better deal elsewhere - you should not be here"Good for them sucker is born every minute and in CT for some reason there are more suckers than anywhere else...I ended up getting exactly the car (color/packages/add-ons) I wanted for 20% lesser monthly payments (INCLUDING taxes!!!) and 1/2 of the "up front cash" Harte wanted.AND - MOST IMPORTANTLY I was treated with respect.THE ONLY reason Harte Infiniti still in business is that it is the only Infiniti dealer in CT, but people will do much better if they will go 2-3 hours out of the way to get a much better price and much smoother transaction.

Last October I made the transition from the Nissan brand, Maxima to an Infiniti, I have driven a Nissan for 15+ years prior and I wanted to 'test" a bigger, higher end luxury car without getting buried in it first time out... Mike sold me a used 2008 M35 back in Oct 2010. It did not take me long to realize this is the car for me and that as a lease customer by lifestyle I should attempt to get out of my current car and into a lease before my mileage put the value of the car beyond a new deal. Mike was good right out of the gate, and honest I believe, knowing I was "close" in trade value on my car I knew the margin for the dealership would have to be lean in order to fit my needs and financial resources. Mike was able to find the car to fit my budget, a new 2011 M37, the last on the lot which allowed the dealership just enough flex to hit my numbers. I can not imagine there was much in this for Mike and am sure his time could have been more profitable for himself elsewhere; I am just glad that he understands the importance of relationships in business and had the foresight to realize that his time investment and sercice would pay off even more going forward. I work with 9,500 employees and trade my cars every 2 years or so, I will certainly recommend Mike to my co-workers and call on him again in the future. Thank You.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Anwar. He is now a great friend. I have never purchased a vehicle where someone took so much time AFTER THE SALE to make sure I understood all the new features of the car. I also feel very comfortable contacting Anwar at any time for the length of time I have this Infinity vehicle with any problems or questions I might have. He knows that even though I received a very thorough session with regard the new features on this car, that as I use it, I will have questions....and I feel very comfortable that he will help me at any time--now or months from now, with whatever questions I may have. I purchased several cars in the past including Infiniti M30, Toyota Sienna, Lexus RX330, Acura MDX, etc. In general, I just hate going to a car dealership and spending hours 'negotiating' price and dealing with salesmen and managers. However, my experience at Harte Infiniti was great! I recently bought 2011 G37x.Regarding sales...First of all, Anthony Andeen, internet sales manager, is great!!! He is not a typical car salesman. I think he is genuine and honest, no BS. For example, he gave me a fair price on internet and helped me in person when I went to see the car. He was very professional and spent time with me starting from test drive to follow up after the purchase, with smile on his face all the time. I highly recommend to call and see him if you are considering Infiniti. You will be treated well. He is good guy.Regarding my car and service at Harte...I initially had a problem with Navigation system. However, Tom Terry, assistant service manager, took care of it promptly. He ordered a new HDD and called Infiniti to fix it, and it is working fine now. He was very kind and treated me like his friend.If I need a car in the future, I would consider buying Infiniti again, and I will look for Anthony Andeen at Harte. We made our first Infiniti purchase at Harte. We had a great experience. Our salesman (Mike) was very friendly and informative. We felt no pressure to buy. We used Consumer Reports "Build and Buy a Car" to get 3 no-haggle prices from area dealerships. Harte matched the best no-haggle price and gave us what we wanted for our trade. We have no experience with the Service Department, yet. We plan to bring the car back to Harte for service, so we hope the Service Department matches the Sales Department for customer service.

Poor dealership! If you are looking to play games and throw your hard earned money away then this is the dealership for you! If you are looking for a great price then go to another dealership located in the southern part of Ct, I'm not talking about the other Harte dealership either. I went here for a new infinity and had a trade in. Now there website is powered by Nada for trade in values. When you go there and show them the numbers off Nada they will counter those numbers with b.s auction numbers that are thousands less. I believe this is very misleading! Why show "Powered by Nada" when they won't honor their numbers?? They want to rip you off on your trade but want top dollar for their vehicle! After leaving the dealership I was able to speak to the dealer a week later who said that they would work on the numbers and make it happen! What a total lie! Went back there to be told that my trade in was now valued 2,000 less than a week ago? The only reason behind this was that there was a different manager on duty! Really? Are you kidding me? What a waste of time! Left that dealership in disgust! Went to other dealer that was over an hour away (same state) and got Kelly blue book for my trade and was sold a new infinity for 1,000 less than harte's best price. Harte told me that Kelly blue book was not realistic and wouldn't be possible. I guess that's true if you are very gullible and do not do any research. I would mention the other dealership but I'm trying to show that I'm not advertising or bias. Thank you to Harte infinity for all my wasted gas and three hours of my life that I will never get back!

After problems with an out of state dealer, I returned to Hearte to buy my new G37X. Anower was the salesperson who originally showed me the car and took me for a test drive. After telephone negotiations, we agreed on the price and I brought in a deposit. At first I wanted a gray exterior but after phoning my wife, we decided on black. I went back to Anower and asked him to change the paper work. Without hesitation he took care of it. A few days later, we took delivery. I was impressed with the delivery being inside since it was very cold out. Anower went through the car showing us how everything worked, hooked up my cell to the Bluetooth and adjusted everything. I did not want the seat to go back when exiting and he was not sure how to change it. He got a technician over who took care of it. Overall it was a pleasant experience. No pressure. Giving praise to a dealership is unusual for me since I worked as a salesman for 8 months. They deserve this rating.LOVE the car. Rides great with exceptional handling. Perfect!

Asher greeted my wife and me with a smile. Then we were told they are a full discloser dealership. He then showed us the car, drove us. He new everything there was to know about the G37x. I can't stand when sales people who don't know their cars enough to help me who knows nothing make an informed decision and to his word he came back and gave us all the info. We haggled a little came to terms. The sales manager then came over to go over the paperwork with us. He was very nice and I was surprised when he told us if we had any questions or second thoughts to call him directly and that he would address them. I would always recommend them.

Hello, Everyone. A word of advice is to NEVER go here unless you want to be treated poorly and have your luxury car ruined. My financee brought our car in to get a simple oil change, nothing more, and when he brought the car home I noticed that there was paint, yes paint, missing from our newly painted bumper we spent a grand on! Now, I know he should have looked BUT who would have thought that a oil change would cause paint to chip off the car?!?! I went back to Harte the next day, and was sent to a man named Ray (be warned, an extremely rude man), who took a unprofessional picture of our car bumper with a personal cell phone and then claimed that we would most likely not get our car fixed because is was not their fault. That's when I said to him, and I quote, "Then how did my car get ruined? When my financee handed you the keys, did the paint just fall off by magic?" That is when he just stood there staring at me and then repeated himself of it was not their fault. I can safely say that I yelled at him then, my 40 grand car was missing paint. I told him that it was ruined while in their care which means they should have to fix it. Why should I be out another grand because they chipped the paint? He then had the nerve to tell me that the bumper paint was not ruined even though the paint was missing. (Not ruined? Come on!) At that point I thought I was going to sue someone. But I kept my cool and said to him, "Not ruined? Please, tell me how the chipped paint off my brand new bumper is not ruined. Is your car this way?" I could see then that it was apparent that his was not, that he knew the car was ruined. But sure enough, he repeated what he said previously in his favorite quote of 'it was not our fault'. So this is when I asked him, how can I come in for a simple oil change, and have my bumper chipped? It says in your official document files on your computer that the car bumper is NOT to be touched for 30 days. The lady at the desk would even see it because it was the last thing that was done to our car at an Infinity dealership. I know she had to look up the car because she only took my financee's name but had the exact make and model and everything else about the car when she typed it in. Ray still refused to fix our car so I said I would like to speak to your manager but I was denied saying that he would not be back in the office for days, maybe longer. I knew the guy was lying but it is not as if I could accuse him of such. So I left, mad as could be, and called Harte, asking for their manager. I left messages and messages asking for a return call but never received one. This is when I called Infinity USA, and talked to them about this despicable situation. They seemed as if they really wanted to help but sure enough, when they called me back they just gave me some unreasonable answer of having to contact the people that painted the bumper. Hello people, it was done at an Infinity dealership for crying out loud! Just fix my car already! So I contacted the Infinity dealership that did it and they gave me the same conclusion that I came to. Harte should never ever have done what they did to the bumper, that they had saw that the bumper had just been painted because it was in the file of the car and that Harte just didn't want to own up to the damage they had done (pathetic if I must say so myself). I called Infinity USA back but all they did was transfer my call to Harte and back to the same man, Ray, that I yelled at the day I brought my car back. To this day nothing has been resolved. I have a urge to go to Better Business Bureau and I plan to do so very very very very soon. But be warned everyone, DO NOT GO TO HARTE!! They are extremely rude people who will ruin your lovely car that you have spent bundles of money on. Take my advice, if you love your car, don't want it ruined, go some place else. From now on, my financee and I will be making an extremely long drive down to Rhode Island or going to another place but never Harte again. From the start they have been rude and despicable. When we bought the car, they give a warranty. When we first went to them for a noise we heard they said that there was not any noise after keeping it for a few days. We then brought it back for brakes because they were squeaking, but they said nothing was wrong with them. But sure enough the day after the warranty was up we went to have them look at them just for kicks and guess what? They said they need to be replaced! Wow! The day before they didn't have to but the day after they do! So amazing! Stay away from them everyone, be good to your car. We had problems from the start with these people. Treat your car with the respect it deserves, don't subject it to such harsh treatment.

Two years ago I leased a 2008 Infiniti G35XS from Harte Infiniti. With every visit to the dealership I was met by a friendly sales/service person as soon as I arrived. I would often speak with Asher regarding the vehicle I leased from him; he always remembered who I was and asked about my family. During every major service I was provided with a courtesy vehicle. I never had any serious problems with the car, but any small issue I noted was promptly addressed and solved without question. As the end of my lease neared, I could not afford a brand new Infiniti, but Asher, Chris and Ken kindly facilitated the purchase of my current lease vehicle even though I had not scheduled an appointment to do so. I look forward to a long and satisfying relationship with Harte Infiniti. I will definitely buy my next Infiniti there, and I will refer my family and friends there as well.

Harte Infiniti Customer Loyalty Questionable Thursday, January 8, 2009 Customer Loyalty I would like to start with our initial impression of Hartford Harte Infiniti Dealership was one of a relaxed and respectful experience and the compliments will stop there. My wife and I have experienced in our opinion one of the most disrespectful decisions made by a car dealership and their sales manager, whomever will own up to the the final decision made to sell a vehicle in which we had verbally committed to out from under us. In respect to the dealership they had no obligation to sell us this vehicle, but please recall that our initial impression was one that we felt that a verbal commitment was sufficient and that a financial obligation was never discussed but would have been made by us if we knew that the vehicle would be sold under us without even a phone call offering us the opportunity to have first refusal. The following are a chain of events that led up to what had occurred. The vehicle in question had just been taken in on trade and was yet to have been sent through the dealerships service department, so they had yet to know what they had to invest in this vehicle to make a profit, fair enough to me as a consumer, we had made an offer to the salesman and awaited per his direction the final outcome of the service department status as to whether our offer was acceptable or not. These events occurred beginning on New Years Eve and New Years Day, I had brought my wife to the dealership to test drive the vehicle and get her opinion, we both felt confident in our decision to purchase this vehicle and made that very clear to the salesman, with his guidance and respect to us as valued customers we felt that when we had left the dealership on New Years Day that we would hear back from him within a day or so to let us know what we would have to do to seal a deal and purchase this car. This opportunity would never come to fruition for us and we feel to this day that this vehicle was sold as an inside deal to one of the employees friends and or family members, we feel as customers who live by the morals of Mr.George C. Since then, Mr. Harte's son, George Harte, Jr has acquired multiple locations including 3 Nissan dealerships, 2 Infiniti Dealerships, a Subaru Dealership and Suzuki. George Harte, Jr has never left behind those humble beginnings though and prides his organization on community and service. " That those who are responsible for the actions/decisions that have occurred at the Hartford Harte Infiniti Dealership do not reflect upon Mr. Hartes intentions to serving the community and the customers in which he relies to support his business. Harte Infiniti is one of the worst dealerships when it comes to customer service.I'm so glad I sold my Infiniti so I don't ever have to deal with them again. They damage vehicles in service and act like they didn't do anything. The service manager is useless. He's too busy clipping his finger nails in plain sight of customers. I would avise people who are planning to purchase from them to think again. They will be nice when you are buying, but don't expect the same when you come in for sevice.The loaner vehicles are disgusting! They have the nerve to give customers loaner cars that are so dirty you barely even want to sit in them!Harte Infiniti sucks!

I came to Harte Infiniti looking for an FX45 or FX35. The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, when I went out to test drive the car, I was prohibited from driving the vehicle because I was only 19 (never had a problem anywhere else). I drove about one hour and fifteen minutes to get to the dealership only to find this out. <br>So I was able to ride in the car, liked it, and then went back home to think it over in between driving other vehicles. The sales person was very attentive, calling almost everyday asking about my status on the car. When I told him I'd have to drive it to find out, he said they could work that out easily. I didn't feel like driving the distance again to go down and drive a car for ten minutes. Apparently it didn't work out the first time because the salesman I worked with was a newbie and didn't know not to tell the boss about the clients he was taking out. <br>I would recommend this dealership, as the only problem I had was with not being able to test drive the vehicle, which shouldn't an issue for too many people (there was an incident, however, only a few days before I got there where this had happened). The sales staff was friendly, if inexperienced, and had an aire of professionalism.
