I showed up late in the evening and switch my mind between the car I originally was going to get (silver) and the one I purchased (steel) and he never once seemed annoyed. He stood way past closing and even personally washed my new vehicle since everyone else left. Daniel C. also was extremely helpful with my paperwork and made the process easy and smooth. He helped me get the best arrangement available to me.

Michael quoted me an OTD price that was in my range, so I drove the 45 minutes to Anaheim very ready to make a deal that day. Both the dealership and Michael had great online ratings.When we sat down to talk numbers, he said he had "forgotten" to ask where I live in order to confirm the sales tax, which is 1 percent higher than in Anaheim. He (and eventually his manager) repeatedly said that the mistake was "not my fault"I never thought it wasbut nevertheless they expected me to pay for it.Michael said that because of the difference in tax, the price would need to be more than $500 higher. But 1% more in sales tax would have been only about $250 (actually less, since the price with which we had been working was OTD).I have no problem with the fact that car purchases involve often tough negotiations, but I felt like Michael and the dealership negotiated in bad faith, luring me to Anaheim with a price they never intended to come close to, and then lying about why that was.I emailed Michael yesterday laying out how I felt, but I have not heard back. If I do and I find I was wrong or unfair, I'll update this review.

The customer service was excellent. I was greeted right away as I pulled up to the Express Oil Change Center. The representative was very friendly and processed my information quickly into the computer since I was a new customer to this dealership. The service technician was also quick to take my vehicle back for service, due to the fact that he had come to the office right away (he was unaware I was a new customer and my info was being processed). I'm very big on customer service as a consumer and I was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be returning for any future service needed for my vehicle.

We went to the Hardin Hyundai dealership first and were treated very rudely. I would never go back there. However the Hardin Honda was much. We were shown the car we wanted in our price range immediately. The salesman went out of his way to help us. He and the finance person stayed until almost midnight to make sure we got our car. We were on a road trip from Seattle and our Odyssey was making an odd sound. They fit us in right away and found that it was a heat cover that was that noisy, but was not a critical thing to fix (not a safety issue). They even waved the $120 inspection fee and got us back on the road with peace of mind that our car wasn't going to leave us stranded. That was really nice!!

I was greeted immediately by a very friendly customer rep who took care of my check in for an oil change. I was then escorted to the desk area where another rep filled out the necessary paperwork and payment. The waiting area had nice seating arrangements with couches, tables and chairs, and flat screen TV. Refreshment area with coffee, etc, and very clean. I was anticipating a 2 hr wait, so I got a table with my books, etc. To my surprise I was called after 30 minutes!!! Great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I've owned Honda's for 47 years and since I've met Jim with his intregity, upmost care and attention to ever detail why would I ever go anywhere else. Daniel, in financing moved the process through quickly and efficiently and extended the courtesy of contacting him directly to arrange for my alarm system to be done the next day within a 30 minute time frame. I found the entire staff who worked with me to be accommodating, friendly and professional! Because of all of this and because I had previously bought a car through Hardin, I will continue to make Hardin my dealer of choice.

We had an agreed upon price for the 2016 Civic EX-L. When we arrived, a staff member opened the door and welcomed us. We were immediately greeted by the salesman who we spoke with on the phone. He answered our remaining questions, provided the credit application and said he'd have the car prepared for delivery. While we waited for finance, the features of the car were demonstrated. Mark (finance person) was also very congenial, helpful and friendly. Mark even showed me a feature on my car that I had asked my salesperson about, but he had no idea what I was talking about and it was clear that he couldn't be bothered to find out. The receptionist was also wonderful. Also, the salesperson agreed to meet me at 10:15 a.m. I drove 40 miles and made a point of being on-time and he showed up very late with a poor excuse.

Bought new honda accord with some accessories, now accessories doesn't meet what i was explained and tried to return it, first couldn't get hold of internet sales representative through which i bought the new car, after trying contacting them several times for 4 weeks i was told that once accessories purchased cant be returned. I am filling a complaint to consumer affairs & FTC. When they want sales from you they call you many times a day when they got the sales from you they start ignoring you. Please do not buy from this dealer, they don't respect customer and their commitments. This dealership is full of liars.

Bought a CPO Accord here. Exactly a month later the battery went dead and dealer refused to replace the battery. Even though battery is not covered under warranty, and it might not be the dealer's fault, but the way this dealer handles customer care was simply disappointed, far below expectation. I can't imagine a dealer would be willing to lose a customer for life for the cost of a battery!

He took his time and let me test drove the Fit and Civic, I wanted to save money so I was going toward the Fit, but he showed me a different option with the Civic. He told me the pros and cons of both cars and let me made my own decision. He did not push me toward any cars and that's what I love about David. I know that he had to deal with a lot of pressure between us and the managers during the negotiation but he always had his smile, and I am very appreciative of that. This past weekend, it was my first time buying a car, so my mom and I came here to look for one. We already knew what we wanted, the CR-V, but David Do helped us go through all the options and pricings to find the right one for me. Since it was my first time, I hadn't done that much research but he helped me understand the car buying process. I embarassingly forgot my checkbook, and David offered to come to my house to pick up my check! In the end, I got an excellent deal on my car when compared with prices on truecar.com. Even after all the paperwork was signed, David taught me how to use the newer technology on the car that I have never used before. (I was driving a 1999 Honda Accord before this). He was very thorough and I felt like he went out of his way to make sure I knew everything about my new car and to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

On Thursday 2/25/16 I brought my 2003 Honda in for service. John, the service representative was WONDERFUL. On Tuesday 3/1/16 I returned for nearly $2,000 in needed repairs. John was not present but working "the other side." Another sales rep assisted and wrote the estimated repair at $1,960 based on the other figures. Your company never called with an updated price. You honored same, "THANK YOU." I had to call the dealership to find out when the car would be done etc. The lining on the bottom truck of my car was "off" somehow the left side had become detached. I requested that "John" have this fixed. When I returned home, it wasn't. A small thing but it wasn't fixed. After paying nearly $2,300 in less than a week was this too much to ask? Also, the gentlemen who took me home and picked me up were very professional and nice. What a nice way to test out the one of new vehicles that I will be purchasing in the next two years! Kiddos to them.

The service writer Jim M. is always upfront with me about my vehicle and its repairs. You folks offer a courtesy shuttle. I was able to get dropped off at home and the shuttle was able to pick me up when my vehicle repairs were completed. My car was fixed within a timely fashion. They made some recommendations which I had them complete. I give your entire service a 10 out of 10 for being completely satisfied. No complaints whatsoever! I called in a day before to talk about the numbers that I have and Eric(General Manager) told me could match the price. Other dealerships also said they would match the price and some said they would beat it. However, I visited the other dealerships and they said they cannot honor my quote. Although I had a clear link and a business card in the email, they said they cannot do it because it was from the other county. I drove all the way down to Anaheim with my final hope that they will keep their word. Hardin Honda did not have any unnecessary accessories (Pro Pack approx $700) and Junior( a great salesperson) did not even bother to bring that quote back to Eric(General Manager). He just confirmed that I spoke to Eric and he just wrote the price down the price that I showed. I would definitely take my families and friends to Hardin Honda again. They are honest. Eric and Junior were the best. Oh, last but not least, Chen(Financial Team) was super quick in paper works and he was hard working. Thumbs up for all of them.

I called Ed on his cell phone to see what the Ad cars were going to be for this week-end, since Hardin Honda no longer has a Thursday or Friday ads in the OC Register. He was on his day off, but said he would check it out and told me the ad cars should be on the website, but they weren't. I decided to just drop by the dealership and when I arrived Ed was there getting answers for me and he was able get us into a 2016 CRV EXL, which we love.It was going to be two hours before my wife could get there to sign, so he asked Robert Klemenz to take us to finance and to deliver the car. Robert went over all of the features of the car and helped us set up our Bluetooth phones and even changed a license plate frame for our 2013 to the 2016.Overall it was a pleasant sales experience. We have already given one referral.

I met David from my father which is already an awesome person. My family and I have personally bought 4 Honda civics from him, I kept calling him in October for it and he promised to get it to me as soon as he gets one. I had a problem with my car while on vacation. I called my neighbors to let them know I had a problem and would be home that night. While I drove back from Northern California on their own they contacted Jim Marsh to ask his opinion on what could be wrong with my car. Jim relayed his thoughts on what my problem could be and made an appointment for me. The next day I brought my car in to Jim. Jim was a great listener as I described the odd engine noise I was hearing. There are so many things that could cause a noise and vibration in an engine. It took some detective work but they found the the problem and fixed my car. Now my car is running great. Hardin Honda has a great service team. I would never take my car anywhere for service but Hardin. I always come away from a Hardin service visit feeling that I was treated fairly and the work performed was first rate. You should be proud of the Hardin service staff they are terrific.

I brought in my 2009 CR-V to have the engine light taken care of. It was on and needed to get a smog. The light needs to be off, in order to get a smog. They told me it would be $350 to fix. They told me it would be ready at 2:00. Then I find out that it should only be about $200 and it should take 1/2 to fix. I was told they would take some money off because I brought this to their attention. I was told the repairman could get it done faster because he has a "helper". Bottom line, I will be looking for a different car service.

I took my car for service as the dashboard was displaying a wrench symbol and the oil gauge indicated a low percentage number. I ended up talking to the Service Manager as I had questions regarding the cost of the service. I explained to her that there was no information on the dealer's website or in the dealer's e-mail reminder. I also expressed to her my dissatisfaction with the previous service experience. I had left the car at the dealership and went to work. I received a phone call while I was working, I did not pay much attention to the message which was about the tires. They recommended that the tires to be rotated, I said yes, and they rotated them. I was charged about $90. I could've had the tires rotated at no charge where I had bought them, at Costco! Previous to this I had the brakes replaced based on a phone call. The manager gave me a copy of the flyer of the type of services (minor, intermediate and major) and the prices. She did not know why the flyer is not posted in the website or in the e-mails reminder. The invoice of today's service given to me displays a "Customer statement of the problem", a statement that I did not state. The service specialist, John Machuca, was fine.

Overall the experience was good. However, there were some comments made by whoever quoted the vehicle that I was taking advantage of the mistake they made in quoting the CRV. I was given the quote for $209 +tax and I sat on it for almost an hour and when were ready to do the deal I was told that they misquoted. When I was ready to walk out I was told that I was taking advantage of the situation. Well I was quoted a price and I am sitting there for an hour talking to my wife and it seemed like a good price how is that taking advantage of the situation. I did not appreciate that!

I brought my car in for an oil change and the airbag recall. I felt that the lady that helped me was too serious, like having a bad day. I was the first one in line and I was the last one to be dropped off, making me late for work. The driver decided to go drop off the furthest one first. I requested a car wash, which I didn't get until I complaint when I picked up the car, making me late from lunch back to work(again) because I had to wait for it to be done. the car "report card" was not filled out completely and a sticker stating the approx. next oil change was not placed on my windshield. The airbag sensor is now lighting up, so I have to take the car back to be checked again. I always brought both of my Hondas here, but after this, I am having second thoughts. I feel that customer service here is falling short of satisfaction.

I did my homework and knew what a good price would be. The Salesman worked to get the price I had expected and the financing was completed at very favorable terms. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience. He then took the time to explain all of the features to my Wife and helped her set up Her presets on the radio and synch Her IPhone to the Bluetooth. I then received a follow-up call and e-mail the next day to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed any help with any of the features. Follow up after the sale is completed is a nice touch.

I after searching for a front brake coupon, I found dealers like DTLA Honda, LA World in Downey, and others actually charge for rotor resurface. This dealer had a special that included resurface for less $$$ than others that did not. So I called and Brian got me in and out in less time than promised. When I asked to see the tires after an alignment was recommended, he showed me to the bay, no problem. I got brakes and 4W alignment for $265, a pretty good deal at a dealership. Thanks Brian and Jesus A. for the job well done. The sales dept. really worked me over, though. Nice try, but I'll put at least 120k on mine before I think of selling. I'm not the "average" beater Civic owner. I've had over 30 cars and my weekender is a V12 Jag. My father has been in truck sales for over 40 years. He taught me everything he knows.

This purchase was the easiest most fun and pleasant car purchase I've ever hadGary Cargill, an Interest Sales Consultant and I discussed buying or leasing, narrowed it down to a (2015 CRV) with a sunroof on the phone. Talked specific numbers (monthly and down) to the penny. I did this without leaving my home. What a shock! Even more of a shock when I went into the dealership. I just Bought a new CR-V for my wife from Hardin and I was very impressed with their business. Raymond Cruz was the Salesman and was a great guy all around. Never once did he attempt to deceive me or pull a fast one on us like most other dealers in the area. From the beginning he gave me a great price and stuck with it. My biggest mistake was wasting over a week contacting just about every Honda Dealer in Southern California form San Juan Capistrano to Ventura trying to get a better deal. BE WARNED: I found a few place that offered what seemed to be a better deal, but came to find they added a "Protection package" or some other unnecessary add-on bumping up the price. Another tactic I saw was fuzzy math, I am an Accountant so it is very hard to trick me on the numbers, many places would say they would sell for X amount and then give me some numbers that didn't add up correctly once taxes and fees are applied. Some places said, "come in and I will show you the numbers" just avoid those places. After ALOT of research, I found that Ray quoted me the best price. When I came in to finish the deal there was no surprises. I completed all the paperwork with Daniel Carmolinga in the Finance depart who was very fast an professional. If you are planning on buying a new Honda, go to Ray Cruz at Hardin Honda. No BS, no games, he honored his price. My wife is very happy with her new car! (My wallet is happy with the price!)

Hi purchased my 2014 accord lx last week . Set up was easy . a very friendly Ruby Malloy helped me . I told her that I purchased a couple accords in the past with Hardin . I didnt want to be jerked around just give me a fair price and Ill come in pay cash. Didnt want to deal with a lot of xxxx . She came back with a figure of 22K out the door , I thought was Ok , and that she was going to hand me off to a salesman , Larry Price . Nice enough young man . I told him that look I know Ruby had said 22K out the door, but what would make me a very happy customer would be just anything under 22K , like 21,900. Larry said he would check with the higher ups there. He returned with a NO, 22K. Are you xxxxxxx kidding me . That xxxxxxxxx manager couldnt knock a 100 bucks off the price to make me a happy buyer ./ Like it would make any differance to Hardin. I was told his name but as per Larry and Ruby will not say his name. Went and picked up the car anyways . Did not meet Ruby as she was not working . Met larry , again very nice and easy to work with. Went in to finance with Mark, didnt get his last name , but he was fantastic . Was in and out very fast . Car was presented clean and all was well . Would love to highly recommend Ruby , Larry and Mark. As far as the sales manager is concerned , I would have loved to have met him as to tell him I will never purchase another Car from Hardin again . I mean really 100 dollars . Not the money but principle . Ill buy my next Honda elsewher.I buy every 2 to 3 years a new Honda. Dont care if I pay a lot more for it . On a rainy wednesday, I was ready to purchase a Civic (for my daughter) and went to one or two dealerships (although I work in one, but they were reluctant to give me same deal that they do to customer on a daily basis, company policy I can't really understand) to get an advertised civic lx lease special, with a trade in that was a challenge to everyone. My third stop was at Hardin and guess what? I was greet at the door and then Mario (my salesperson) shows up and gave me a professional and courteous welcome, we went straight to the point (Im that kind of person) and he not just accept my terms but exceed it speeding processing all information in record timing , after dealing with Mr Chan we basically got a deal and a difficult one, but achievable because of the reasoning and understanding of the managers involved. I know I left them with very little margin but you have my loyalty and thankfulness... And I am not only recommending this Dealership and all the people involved in the negotiation process but the Manager as well... they have the courtesy to introduce themselves and thank you for your business. They showed me flexibility, enthusiasm and professionalism what pushed me to recognized that negotiations are not just numbers (I loosen up a little were everyone can get a part and get things done). Thank you! I didn't got the deal i wanted in my mind but was very close to it with an exceptional experience. Cannot ask for better achievement! Today, I went back to Hardin Honda today to lease a new 2013 Civic EX after I took my friend there 2 weeks ago to lease a brand new 2013 CRV. I was a little disappointed due to the fact that the lease went up on the ad $30 more than 2 weeks ago add. However, Scott the Manager explained to me that this is not controlled by their dealer but by Honda. This is totally understood and still, they have the best deal in California. Scott quickly match my trade in with CAR MAX and went out of his way to give me a couple of dollars discount a month from the ad price. To me, Scott, Eric, Louis (all the managers) and Ed (the salesman) and Trisha, the Finance Manager did go out of their way to please the customer and to give me a best deal that they could. I have no complaint and am not hesitated to recommend this dealer to anyone. Don't take my words for it, do the research on price, then give them a visit. You will experience it yourself.Today's experience makes me raise this dealership from a 4.5 to a solid 5. Everyone, from top to bottom, goes out of their way to make the customer happy.

I was bought a Honda vehicle at Hardin Honda dealership ( Address: 1381 South Auto Center Drive, Anaheim, CA 92806) at Dec. 31-2012.It's Honda accord EX 2013. When I come to my home, I tried to use the key remotes (remote and keyless) to lock / unlock the door and open the trunk but it doesn't work. I have two key so i tried another one too, but the same result.I called to Hardin Honda and they said i should come back to dealership with my car. I came back to Hardin Honda a day after with my car and the key remotes. They tried to test the remote control and then tell me, i need to bring back both the key remotes and they will run program for both remote and i may use it to lock/unlock and open the trunk.A day after I came back Hardin Honda with both remote and wait more than 3 hours when they working on my car and remote control. And then they tell me there is something wrong with driver door latch fault. Today my co worker, she tell me about her husband's car. He bought 2013 Honda Odyssey EXL at 1/1/2013 and now it's in service center to fix passenger door.You may save a little cost when buy a new car at Hardin Honda but quality is so bad

My mom needed to get her car repaired and met Alex Hamlin, service writer, who took great care and exercised a lot of patience with her. Mom is 73, has a thick accent and can be a, let's just say "handful". An oil sensor went out, and he did his best to explain everything, and after calling him a thief, he was polite enough to wait for her "son" (me) to get there. I talked to Alex, their proposal was not only fair, but accurate.They did the job quickly, were very clean and very professional about the whole ordeal.She apologized late, and I am sure Alex got a kick out of it.I'd not only recommend them here, but have also posted testimony via other social media, in part because of Alex's professionalism but also because it is hard to find good old honest businesses anymore.

Salesman not pushy. Like any dealership gamesmanship in negotiation was obvious by upper management. The price was right at the end, and they met all contingency terms of my offer. My biggest complaint was that even in a "cash" only deal, the paperwork took two hours of hang time. I thought that was a excessive. Once we were ushered into the document signing department to close the deal, he was very professional and we were out of there in 15 minutes. No pressure sales for extended warranty, alarm, etc. The vehicle was delivered freshly cleaned inside and out. Follow up phone call the next day by the salesman had a touch of class.

Went in for an oil change. As I waited for help I was approached by a man who I thought was going to assist me with the oil change instead he tried to sell me a new car!! My car is only five years old, I love my car, no I do not wish to sell it. As I waited for my oil change to be completed I was approached three more times by three different sales men.Talk about HIGH PRESSURE SALES!! The service person tried to tell me I needed brakes but I was unsure if I could believe him. So I took my business and my brakes elsewhere. This dealership "Hardin Honda" is a prime example of no BS dealership.In my 30years of buying cars I have seen it all, and got tired of the fake promises, and shady tactics.This company provided me with what they told me on the phone, with what they were going to do, at the price(actually less)they said it was going to be, and no gimmicks.Folks trust me on this,I do not get paid for endorsement for this company, just happy to share my good luck for finding this company with you and hope you get the same treatment I had.In and out in less then an hour, filling out paperwork, checking credit, prep vehicle, sign the documents.And I traveled 60 miles from Riverside to get here, since none of the 3 local company's close to me could offer the price and decency to respond quickly and or accurate give information.

I bought my Honda Pilot from Hardin Honda this weekend and must say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The Internet Sales Rep, Michael honored the price he quoted online and was very professional. The Sales person, Rogers was also very courteous. The Finance Manager also handled all paperwork very promptly and did not exert any pressure to sell services which I did not desire.Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend Hardin Honda to my friends and community...

Run, don't walk, Run AWAY from them! My son (21 years old), came in to purchase a honda, worked nicely with the salesperson and with the GM. They agreed on a price "out the door" and wrote it down and circled it. He told them that his mother (me) would come after work and pay CASH for this car. I showed up with my son around 6PM and salesman had already gone home, general manager WAS there and talked to us, and my son, as if he just came in for the first time. He said there was no paper read more written up and the car was now $2000 more for the same car since mommy was there with the money and son really wanted it. Original salesman unreachable by phone. Son spent two hours with GM getting this deal finalized - is this Bait and Switch, agree with the son on a price (they wouldn't let him take the paper with him) then price goes up when mother comes with the checkbook! In all my years - stay away from this dealership. Until now, I only HEARD they took floormats out of the cars prior to selling them, I witnessed it first hand, no floormats - how low!

I LOVE this service department. I live about 1 mile from Canyon Honda and drive about 10 miles to Hardin for the EXCELLENT service I cannot get at Canyon Honda. This service department KNOWS how to treat its customers!!

I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey 2012. I was very satisfied with the customer service provided. I would strongly recommend this dealership, especially the sales representatives that assisted me with my wonderful deal. The internet sales rep was Connie Borja, Greg Rivera was the sales rep and I also dealt with Luis Rojas who helped finalize my deal. I found them extremely helpful, all where very effecient, professional and met all my needs. I was able to find the right vehicle for me and one that was within my budget. I have actually referred a relative to this dealership and to Connie the internet sales rep for assistance with their potential purchase. I will continue to refer my friends and family!

Richard was a TERRIFIC salesman! It was hard for my dad to walk around the dealership. No problem for Richard! He drove us to look at the cars that were available! :)Eric was AMAZING! We felt like there was no "middle man" involved at all. He had the authority to accept our offer and we were in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours!Dave was our finance guy! What a professional! It was an easy and fast process for us to buy this dream car!!!Thanks for FANTASTIC service at Hardin Honda!!! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!:)

No problems and simple service schedule. You get a free oil change every other service visit. True, you do have to go with either a minor or major service on the other alternating service visits, but overall I think you come out ok. Come on, it's a dealership-what do you expect? The service was good and relatively quick. I was satisfied and plan to take my other vehicle there as well.

It was time to take my low mileage 2005 Honda Accord LX in for routine service, so I went to Hardin Honda. While waiting I took a walk around the new car lot. The new 2012s had just been delivered two days before. I saw the one I wanted immediately, a 2012 Honda Accord LX-P with only 4 miles on the odometer. After a test drive, I just had to have it. Didn't need a new car, because my 2005 was in such good condition, but felt I deserved it. Told them they could finish servicing my car, but I wanted to trade it in, and I did. Received a fantastic price for my 2005 and the 2012. I'm not related to the Hardin's, but I am a member of the Hardin family. They know how to treat a customer and always make me feel so very special.

I took my car to this dealer to check if I really have any radiator leak, base on what Fladeboe Honda dealer service department's claiming. Hardin Honda charged me $103 just for the diagnostics. Then they said that there's no leak at all from the radiator but I'm loosing coolant bcause the coolant came out from the engine block, bcause the cylinder head gasket is broken. My car never had into any accident and I only drive it to work and only have 85k miles on it. I bought my car new from Hardin Honda in 2004 not a used car. They estimated the charge to replace the cylinder head gasket for $1300+. They said, it will take 3-5 days to do the work, but they are willing to pay for my car rental. They took me to talk to the mechanic who ran the diagnostic and he tried to explained the whole problem. While Matt calling the car rental for me, I just had the feeling something was not right, because he was so eager to make me to decide to replace the gasket. When I told him that I dont want to make the decision at that time, he tried to make me worried about my car's engine, that I will damage it even more and will cost more if I dont fix it right the way. I just paid the $103 diagnostic fee and left. Then I took my car to a family own car mechanic shop that I know and paid $47 for the radiator diagnostic. They ran everything, put pressure test, radiator cap check, etc, and they can't find any problem nor any leak. The only problem they found is that, Fladeboe & hardin honda mechanics filled the coolant into the resevoir all the way to the resevoir's cap. So there was no room for the pressure to make the coolant go back and forth between the radiator tank and the resevoir. So when there's pressure from the heat, the coolant started spitting out from the resevoir, bcause its was too full. They even found a half smoked cigarette on the side of my engine block. I only can suggest to you all. When you buy a new car, keep using the dealer for the maintenance service, but as soon as you are out of the warranty, you just have to find a trusted mechanic to work on your car. I have always trusted the dealers other than small mechanic shops, bcause you can see it on the news how they rip people off. I guess during this time with tough economy and all, even the dealers will rip you off big time.

Dear Potential Customers, I had a purchase contract for a brand new Honda, but Hardin Honda in fact sold me a repainted car (per car expert's report). They did not disclose the defects to me at the time of sale. Meetings with the District Parts and Services Manger, Timothy Crain, and many others in Honda resulted in no adequate solution. As the festive and sales season is here, and for everyone's best interest, I wanted to warn you all of the consumer fraud & other misleading practices here. I would never buy a Honda again, especially at this dealer. Why are there no negative star ratings? Take care.

So I purchase a certify Honda Accord 2007 nice car looks goods certify 150 points I went to drive out of the Dealer Stereo CD doesnt work. The manager gets mad of myself because I ask well if this car went to the certification program way the CD Stereo is not working. I have bought three cars from Hardin Honda and I have done business with their Service Department many times over the years. They used to be GREAT! But that was many years ago, now they just don't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Their Service personnel act like they are doing you a favor by helping you, even though I show up right when my appointment is scheduled, and I don't want anything special.Their Service Shop sounds like a monkey house at the zoo, with the Mechanics yelling and cussing. I have even heard them saying "Oh, that customer is an idiot", "that guy is a f-----g moron". What a shame.I once met the Service Manager, John is his name, very unimpressive. Then I found out he is married to one of the Hardin girls, why am I not surprised.I know Hardin Honda has lost a lot of good people over the years, I loved their Service Manager named Glenn, he very personable and always made me and my wife feel very comfortable.I now buy my cars somewhere else and I have my family's cars (3 Hondas) serviced at another Honda dealer, that is farther from my home.Consider yourself warned, stay away from Hardin Honda!

After all the bad experiences i have had with used car dealerships over the years, this one tops the cake. My nephew wanted to purchase a used car at Hardin Honda, a good 25 miles away from home. He spent the day there looking at the car, test driving it, then negotiating a purchase price out the door.We returned there, cash in hand to purchase the car and guess what happens? The saleman tells us he can give us the car for $2000 more than what was negotiated?!? That's right....even more than the listed price. Of course, next comes the "let me talk to my manager" and he again returns... this time the price is "only" $500 above what was negotiated earlier.Of course, we decided not to fall prey to these kind of tactics and left with the satisfaction of knowing we would not put ourselves in a position to have to deal with these people again. I can only imagine the type of service and the level of honesty anyone can expect from this kind of dealership... blatantly shameful for the Honda name brand.My recommendation to anyone dealing with this dealership is to avoid the used car lot period and if buying a new car... research well and bring someone who will help you defend yourself against the tactics this dealerships uses. Seriously, be careful when you deal with this business and good luck.

This dealer offers horrible customer service. It is true that once they have your money they are not willing to help at all. I bought a brand new Honda Fit here and I was not able to inspect it until I actually signed the documents. Even before I signed the documents the salesman brought my car to the detailing department. I was supposed to test drive the car I eventually bought, but the salesman "accentually" brought the keys to a different Fit. When I took delivery, the car had a scratch on the plastic inner door panel. I spoke to the sales manager and he was VERY RUDE, he basically said "if you dont like it, return it" and "for the price you paid, thats all you are going to get." That last statement shouldn't matter since it was supposed to be a "new" car. I'm very suspicious that they sold me the car knowing that it wasnt in perfect condition. I guess I could have handled it better by accepting his offer :/ Additionally, after buying the car I learned that the dealer skipped several of the pre-delivery inspection points. I eventually went to another dealer and PAID for the inspection and a few parts that was supposed to be installed on delivery. If I do ever buy another Honda, It will not be from Hardin. If you do buy from this dealer make sure that you inspect the car before committing to buy. My wife owns a Lexus that we bought brand new, and their service was light years ahead of Hardin Honda. If I could give this dealer negative stars I would have.

We bought a new 09 Honda Element EX with navigation today. The salesman Rob Klemenz was so easy to work with from the beginning. No pressure. No sleazy tactics. Just total professionalism. They didn't even have the car we wanted in stock and we considered going elsewhere, but Rob was so nice we couldn't give the sale to someone else. We also enjoyed working with Reynaldo in Finance. Funny guy who made the whole process smooth.

After specifically telling them through email and phone calls that we need to agree to a price. After they repeatedly said they will honor the price, then I made the drive to dealership (30 miles away) and wasted my Sunday afternoon to nothing but aggravating attitude by the sales manager.Never believe these pathological liars!

Bought a 2009 Honda Fit from this dealer. Dealer said it'd take 1 week to deliver. My trade in was inoperable, so I left it with them, they said I could clear out my car upon delivery of my new Fit. 3 weeks later, my Fit came in, I signed everything, and let them know I needed my belongings out of my car. They told me to wait. I did, but then they came back and told me they had thrown them out. I then asked to speak to the manager, they made me feel like a piece of garbage, and told me I should have called, and next time to keep better track of my things?! I've filed a complaint with American Honda, and they have assured me, that the sales people should have contacted me before throwing my belongings away. Hardin Honda sells cars everyday, I do not. It's up to my dealer to make sure nothing bad happens to me, and Hardin Honda failed miserably.

The people at Hardin were very friendly and helpful. They will beat any written quote you have by at least 100 dollar. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable and they were honest. They knew what they were talking about. They will provide you with information about the cars and about warranties. There services are great awesome. If there is anything wrong with your new car, they will take care of it for you. I had a scratch and they took care of it at no charge. Well, that's my experience. My friends have the same experience here also. That's why they refer me to Hardins.
