I wasn't happy with the fact that I just had my car in the shop 2 weeks prior to this last visit but Danny was so nice and respectful of my time that I give y'all a 10 based on customer service. It was above excellent.

I started with one salesman and went home to think about it came back and worked with Jeffrey based on discussion with Brandon and it was a great transition. Customer service was great. I was called when my tags came in. Very nice experience and clean place of business.

I brought my truck in for warranty and recall work. I was greeted outside as I pulled up and was on my way in a couple of minutes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had asked to be called/ notified when the work was completed and was not notified. I called late in the afternoon to check the status of the work being done and was told that it was completed a long time ago. Work was completed to my satisfaction.

Alex and Chelsea were great to talk to even over the phone... I did speak with Rachel a few times and got the sense of I was bothering her with my questions...when I called on a Saturday and asked to have my tpms sensor looked at at 12:45 she proceeded to tell me they closed at 2 so come Monday I felt brushed off......let's just say I preferred Alex or Chelsea ...they made me feel my business was wanted.

JC was very kind and helpful. He found the Yukon that I wanted and offered me a loaner vehicle to visit my Dad in the hospital while he was having surgery because I had to wait for it to arrive at the dealership. Very smooth and easy transaction in finance. Would definitely recommend JC and Louis in finance to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Service was great, but when I picked up my veh, the interior was dirty with grease on my seats & dash. The guy was very sweet and came out and cleaned it immediately, but I was surprised they didn't see it as something that should have been done to complete the repair, especially on white leather seats.

I enjoyed the remodeling that has been done at the dealership. The Service writer was pleasant. The guy in charge of the service department was helpful. But I'm not happy about the door handle replacement issue. GMC knows about this issue and is charging me everytime to replace the doorhandles.

Went to see and test drive a new 2011 Denali hybrid. It was new, but would not qualify for the 0% intrest and warranty was already acouple of months in use. Dealer did not want to deal. Ended up leaving and buying a 2012 Infiniti QX56.

Tommy went out of his way to help us find a truck that would have enough power to pull our trailer. When the first truck didn't do the job he found us one that would. He was very polite and friendly and Ken & I will buy another vehicle from him when we need one. Thank Tommy for your help, especially with the running boards.
