We've bought a few new cars in our day. This was by far the best sales experience we have ever had. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Cesar was extremely comforting, knowledgable, and didn't make you feel like you were getting a "sales pitch". We was very relaxed and gave us all the information we needed while we went off to lunch to discuss it. In the mean time, he knew we were interested in a particular color that they didn't have on the lot. He did his due diligence behind the scenes and actually arranged for the vehicle we wanted to be delivered on a trade from another lot. By the time we came back, the vehicle was pulling up. He communicated well, and made us feel confident in our purchase.

I bought my first new car, never had the experience before and felt a little over my head but the salesman took his time and showed me everything that was in my budget, and made me feel at ease. But when it can down to the financial part of it. They had my address wrong, the price of the car was wrong. They charged my account too much and it's been over a month and haven't made it right like they promised

Connie is a very knowledgeable salesperson, honest and not high pressure, which is important to us, and Terry is a supervisor that went out of his way to help get us into our new 2016 Ford Fusion. Both individuals were friendly and went over and above to help us! I should also say that Keith Thamma made the signing of papers easy, fun and clear! Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to answer any/all questions my wife and I had. We were unsure what our options were and Ben and Terry patiently supported our decision making process. However, thanks to your staff, and especially Ben, this turned out to be an especially wonderful experience, and one I look forward to again in the future. I can't say enough about how great Chas Sudol, Keith Thamma and Samantha Masuguchi are! They actually made buying a car fun. The entire team at Rancho Ford was AMAZING. We were greeted by a sweet smile from Jonathan who listened to our issues with an upside down trade in. He went out of his way to show us everything under the sun on the lot AND their dirt lot without pushing something too expensive or discouraging us from believing this could happen. When we decided to take a chance and talk numbers for a truck we never thought we could get, JD came along and made us feel like we mattered. He listened to what we could afford and again neither of them humiliated us in regards to our budget. They understood what made sense to us and did not try to talk us into spending more than what we could afford. We then met Adam and he gave us the exact deal we wanted without going back and forth for 5 hours. This whole process with these 3 gentlemen was NOT your typical car buying. It was SO much easier and better thanks to them!!!

T.J. was very nice and not pushy. We had heard about the Ford Fusion from family and went in for a test drive. I had a very good experience buying a car from this dealership. However, after signing the papers it was all downhill. It has been 3 months and I have not received the registration. I traded in two vehicles for one and have received suspension notices from DMV on both vehicles. Now I have received a toll road violation on one of the vehicles I traded in. It appears no paperwork has been done. I have called and been there in person with no results. This is very frustrating and I am driving around with expired plates.

As a very busy mom my truck is vastly important. Terry and Christy not only helped me find the explorer that was perfect for all my family needs but they also worked with me til we found a deal that worked for my budget as well. When I first requested some information on a 2015 Ford Fusion online I received an immediate response and their online service manager Donna Holiday made sure I had all the information I needed, as well as ensuring me that everything would be ready for me when I arrived at Rancho Ford. Once at the dealership Lauren Hudson made my family and I feel like VIP's . She ensured that we were comfortable and even gave my kids paper to draw on while we went over details on my purchase. Lastly, Keith Thamma in finance was awesome! He explained thoroughly and clearly. People probably think I am crazy to drive over 2 hours to buy a car in Temecula, but let me tell you, it is worth it to go visit and get the full Rancho Ford Experience! Esp from Terry McDowell! This is the place for a very laid back no pressure car-buying experience. My first experience was in purchasing a used but fairly new car. I had poor credit, but Terry said he could work with my credit and try and help me find a lender. Presto! He did!! Car purchased, kid happy.Second experience - Kid had a terrible accident (not her fault) but car was totaled. When I called Terry up, he was so reassuring over the phone, he helped me via the internet. I was very lucky Ford itself was having a special Cinco de Mayo incentive deal and because Terry knew I needed a car ASAP, he helped me jump on it! Again, magic!! They actually drove the car to me!! Incredible customer service!! THE BEST!!! (thanks Terry!!)

Jonathan is someone who I would buy another car from. I started looking at 2015 Mustangs two weeks after they came out. I went to four other dealerships and I knew more about the car then they did. Jonathan actually taught me some fun facts and different rush the sale when I wasn't ready. He was not pushy and checked in monthly. We decided to turn in early because of his info on the early bird program. He also found the exact car we wanted so we didn't need to order one. I would definitely buy another car from Jonathan and this dealership.

I found the entire staff that I dealt with to be helpful, honest, and courteous. There was absolutely no pressure. Salesman, Johnathan Schneider was outstanding. He listened to my needs and took me around the lot and showed me cars that best fit my needs and price. I had walked to dealership about 3 blocks as I was waiting for a smog check down the street with another vehicle. Johnathan drove me back to the smog station even though I told him I was not going to make a decision for at least 3 months. A few days later I called him saying I was almost ready. He had already found me the car I wanted in the color I wanted! I went to the lot the following day and worked out the price -- They had made a mistake with their quote (quoting on a lower priced car) but when it was discovered, they gave me the lower price!d They did not have to do that. I am very impressed with the salesman and with the entire staff and management!

Jonathan was the nicest salesman I've ever met, he was so convincing and helpful in the great combination. We came in absolutely just looking around and planning to make a move within a week or so, and he completely turned my mind around. He talked to me about leasing because I'm so tech savvy, and it was definitely a great option for me, I loved his service and he was so fun to be around and very funny too. My husband and I went into Rancho Ford to look at the Ford Flex. We were greeted by Patrick who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about his product. Then when it was time to talk about numbers he brought JD into the picture, and between the two of them it was an easy sell. We did go look at one other car down the street, but part of the decision making process was, one we loved the car, and two (and more importantly) Patrick and JD were wonderful salesmen, nothing like what we encountered in other places.

Did our homework on line and knew what car we wanted. Had plans to visit three different dealerships that day and made our first stop at Rancho Ford. Ashleigh Wiggins was our online contact and was outstanding, very friendly and personable. She intorduced us to John Rush who took great care of us, answered all my questions and took care of our every need while we went through the experience. From the second we stepped onto the dealership we were greeted by Patrick and he was very patient showing me all the trucks they had available (and even the 2015's that were not available yet). Once we agreed on the one truck I wanted, it was a very easy going trying to get the "deal" done. Chad in Finance was easy going and very friendly, even talked about some hunting trips that he had done recently. After the truck was detailed and fueled up Patrick patiently showed me how to work all the cool doo-dads in the vehicle and I left feeling that I was not going to have to call and ask how do I turn this on, how do I set this up....etc.Overall an amazing experience at Rancho Ford and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

This dealership didnt have the car that we wanted and even though TJ tried his best to sell us a car on their lot, he still went out of his way to find the car that we wanted that was located at another dealership and had it shipped. Despite my concern about being able to get financed for a new car due to credit concerns, Rancho Ford found someone who was willing to finance me. I feared once I was inside the lions den, Fords sales team would be working me over. Despite my fears, they asked how much I could afford to put down, told me to pick a vehicle, gave me a reasonable appraisal for my trade in, and got me into the vehicle I wanted without any back and forth hassle of down payments or credit concerns. Not one time did anyone indicate that there was any problem throughout the process. I felt the sales team at Ford did a superior job getting me in and out without any problems. I felt my sales rep Michele Crawford did a great job not only getting her job done, but keeping me from stressing out over the matter. The team did a superior job. I am grateful.

Ryan and Jonathan were excellent at customer service. Each took the time to explain the technology associated with the new vehicle. I was so frustrated and burnt out from car shopping and financing I was over it. Jonathan was more then I could have ever expected. there are no words to explain him. He is above and beyond customer service. For such a young guy he restores my faith in humanity. I bought my car three months ago. When I brought my car in for service he was not only remembering me but was very concerned about if everything was going well. The thank you card he personally sent to me not computer generated was just another testament to his WOW factor. Chad was the finance guy who was just as awesome. Although Ford speaks for itself and I own four of them from the f1oo, f150, focus as well as the cmax. As long as I live in this area I will recommend Rancho Ford and more importantly Jonathan. Before even showing me any cars he asked me questions about myself and my preferences to make sure I would only be looking at cars that suited me and were within my price range. My wife is a very hard person to please, however after meeting Mr. Terry McDowell and Mr. Chad Jahary, I do feel that if any one ask for a place to buy a car this is where we will be sending them, as well as when we get ready for another vehicle this is where we will be coming. not once did we feel like we didn't matte,r but they showed us that everything was about our happiness. I had a bad taste in my mouth about Gouch's dealerships, they showed me that not all dealerships were the same.

We weren't the easiest customers to place in a car, but these guys did it and made us feel like they were working for us, not for themselves. Not only was our salesman excellent to work with and seemed genuinely concerned for our satisfaction, but the finance team called us back days later with news that they got us a better interest rate than the original rate. We cancelled the original deal, and rewrote a whole new contract that saved me significantly. Outstanding!!

Two reviews in one: 1) Kenn in the Service Dept. is a pleasure to work with. We have currently have a Mercury Mountaineer, and he always gives us the straight-scoop on our service needs. To the point of having us bring our old, non-Ford (Toyota) to him to diagnose an engine problem. We knew he would be honest about what was wrong. Long story, short, the old car needed way too much work/$$$ to make repairs worthwhile, so, he referred us to...2) Terry in Sales. As it turned out, we had purchased a Mercury Monterey mini-van from Terry close to eight years ago, and we had a great past experience with both him and the van. Buying a car is never a truly painless process, but our experience the other day was as painless as possible. Terry found a pre-owned 2013 Ford Focus that met our needs in terms of price and features. And the whole financing/sign-all-the-papers step was not the long, drawn-out interaction that it could have been.Overall, we were very pleased with the entire experience.

We were just out shopping the dealerships and ended back at ford to look at one of their used cars. Micheal came up and was just easy going and friendly. We ended up getting a new Ford Focus hatchback which happened to be on my list of cars to look at. He gave us a great deal and really took care of everything in a timely manner. The whole process only took a couple of hours. Of all the salesmen we encountered today Michael was by far the least pressure and most willing to just hangout, chat, answer questions and provide a level of customer service that's rare these days. I have no doubt that even if we didn't buy a car he would have given us the same respect and time. Keith Thamma was the finance guy and I have to mention him. We were on a mission to get a Honda pilot or Nissan Pathfinder...we walked into the ford dealership to see their used cars and were greeted by John Rush. I told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few cars and then showed us the Flex. I told him I would never buy and American car and ESPECIALLY not the flex. He told me the price, great features of the car and fords reputation. Long story short we went for a test drive and i was SOLD. I absolutely LOVE this car and im so glad I gave it a shot. We had two Nissans to trade in and John Rush made the long process enjoyable and easy. Great customer service and he wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgable and funny! Angela is a pro. I told her what vehicle I wanted to look at. The test drive sold me. I told her the color and options I wanted. She found it immediately and coordinated to have it delivered to Rancho Ford. Angela got me the deal that I wanted, and Chad got me the financing that I wanted. The sales person Roger was a nice guy but needs to learn more about the electronic on the car. The dealership was very dirty in the showroom. I was pleased with my price for the 2015 Explorer. The music is to loud in the dealership and the people that are on a different team (Jim Davidson) were very disrupted playing YouTube in the death trap of a back office. They need to have more of a professional approach to business because when someone is spending $50,000 on a car you need not be disrupted. The finance person was very good.

I recently leased a 2014 Ford Escape through Rancho Ford and found the whole experience to be easy and painless. I prefer to research my cars online before ever contacting a dealership so I pretty much know what I want up front. Rancho Ford had a couple of Escapes that I was interesated in so I contacted Lauren via e-mail and asked for financial information on them. She was very responsive and was able to quote me a great price and lease terms online. With all the relative information in hand I made an appointment to test drive the Escape and headed down to Rancho Ford. From the moment I drove onto the dealership lot I was made to feel welcome and never pressured for anything. Having completed the test drive and decided which vehicle I wanted the rest was easy. After a terrible phone experience with a competitor, we looked up the sales team for a Rancho on line. Then we picked Connie so that we had a name to ask for when we drove onto the lot. Connie greated us and showed us the couple of models left on the lot. Her team leader Dana, then explained the benefits of leasing and how we could get the larger rebate and still accomplish what we wanted to do. First off...I was only there for service, checking out the cars with my boys, while I waited. My lease was set to terminate in 3 months and didn't know if I wanted a different vehicle. After browsing around, we fell in love with the Explorer Sport. Of course, I didn't read all the details, because I wasn't really interested in buying until I asked Michael Hause a question. He was not pushy at all, like most vultures at other dealerships, he answered my stupid questions, was not judge mental, he clarified my misconceptions, and did it all in the blazing heat. Leaving the dealership well informed, it got me thinking, especially after I was told I needed 4 new tires and the service advisor said maybe you should trade it in now? My boys were really digging the Sport and I was too, except for it being white :( and started talking about trading our Flex. An hour later, I called Michael, asked if he was available, or if he needed to grab some lunch or take a break before we came down. He said, "No, whenever you come down I will be here ready to help you!" Sure enough, I came down and he was waiting. I know he probably didn't take a break or eat. He took us on a test drive and was super nice to me and my boys. He explained things that I had on my Flex, but was never shown. He went over all the details of the truck. Then I was concerned about the price being so high and we looked at another model, but it was just the Limited. It was only a few thousand difference in price, was a good color, but the rims were not as cool as my Flex or the Sport. However, in the name of financing I wanted both options weighed. He also went over all the features on that car, which was in a different lot and got the numbers so we could compare financing on both vehicles. After getting the numbers we didn't like on both, I asked about trading for another Flex like mine. So once again Michael had to run all over the lot looking for a Flex like mine, in the blazing heat, while I sat in the air conditioned show room. The price per month was not that big of a difference even though the car was $18000 less than the Sport, so we ended up going with the Sport. Everyone, was happy, but that was just the beginning for Michael. He once again was running all over to make sure the Sport was getting gas, getting numbers, getting information from us, getting it washed, and trying to get this done quickly so we could get out of there. Plus, he had mentioned earlier in the day, before we knew that we wanted to trade in our Flex, what his hours were. He said he would be there until 4, because he had to help someone move. So, as 4 approached, I asked if he needed to leave and he once again said, "No, I am here for you and to make sure you understand everything about your car and are happy!" He really went the extra mile and was very pleasant. The other thing I liked was the fact that he included my boys in helping with the transaction, getting them involved in little things if I was busy. The boys really felt that they were a part and that they weren't some tag alongs. After everything was said and done and preparing to get in the Sport, he again went over things, just to be thorough. He congratulates us on our new purchase even shaking the boys hands and we were off. However, his service didn't stop there. The next morning I received a call asking if I had any questions, if I wanted to come down and have him go over my sync system that the other guy didn't go over in my Flex, and just in general, wanted to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. He also stated if there was anything that he could do to make it better to call him at any time if I had questions in the future. Thank you Michael for going over and beyond. You made a difficult process enjoyable for me and my boys.

I found the car i was looking for at cars.com, turns out it was at the Rancho Dealership. I went down there and the next day I drove home in my new car for Exactly the price I was looking to get. I was met at the door by Mike Hause who was very friendly and not pushy at all. He didn't hesitance and answered all my questions regarding the two vehicles i was looking at. When I made my choice he had the car I wanted ready to go at exactly the time we agreed upon. He was very through and made sure to explain all the fine print and offered me advise that I wouldn't have considered. After Mike had all my paperwork done smoothly and quickly he then passed me on to finance with Chad Jihary. Chad was so quick and accurate with getting me into the right financing package. My wife had a lease that was expiring and she knew what kind of car she wanted to be her next car. After doing her research on the Internet, she contacted Rancho Ford and started to get the search going. Lauren contacted her and asked her many questions to make sure that she was looking for the exact car that she wanted. After finding the exact car, we made an appointment to go and see the car. While at the dealership, we met Martin adn he showed us the tpye of Edge that we were looking at and answered all of our questions about the particiular model and options that my wife requested. While we were waiting to fill out the papers, we had asked Martin if I could test drive a C-Max. His response was "No problem." After find the C-Max that I wanted to test, out we went. I was really surprised how much I liked the car. After the test drive and answering all of my questions, we decided to see if we could make a deal for TWO cars. After talking to Reagan, we were the proud owners of a 2014 Edge Limited and a 2014 C-Max SEL. Steward made our final moments at Rancho very painless and answered any questions about financing that we might have. Afterwards, Martin spent another 45 minutes to and hour explaining the features of our new cars to us. We can not say express how at ease we were during the entire process of our experience. They will get our repeat business in the furture.

We were in need of a new car but hesitant about buying a new car. We went to Rancho Ford and Roger greeted us. We told him upfront we were not going to purchase but we wanted to look and test drive. He said no problem. He was one of the nicest salesmen we had ever met. He never got pushy or irritated with us. He is knowledgable and answered all of our questions about a variety of cars in the Ford line. We left with out a car but had tons of information to make our decision. The next day my husband and I decided on the 2014 C-Max Hybrid and made an appointment to come in 3 days later. This was Roger's day off but he came in anyway knowing it was my husbands only weekday off. He spent another hour answering our questions & took us on another test drive so I could be sure this was the right car for me. When we were ready to start the paperwork Roger got it going and explained everything step by step. I like that they don't hand you off to different people & there are no high pressure tactics to put you into a car you don't really love. We were in and out of finance in no time. Roger spent another hour to an hour and a half explaining our new C-Max features and making sure we were comfortable with our new vehicle. I would not hesitate in recommending Rancho Ford and Roger Hendrickson. Customer service is their priority.

I started out doing Internet research at several local dealer websites. Vicki Alexander, from Rancho Ford, was the first to respond to my inquiry by phone. My wife and I went down to the dealer and met Vicki, who introduced us to Craig Savage, a Sales Associate. Vicki and Craig were both very friendly and helpful. Craig was very knowledgeble about the car we were interested in, the Ford Escape. After a test drive, we sat down to negotiate. It took a little haggling, but we were satisfied with the deal we made. Chad Jihary, the Finance Manager was also very friendly and helpful while we were signing all the papers. The entire experience, from start to finish, took less than 3 hours. I can see how the salespeople would be friendly and personable here but the repairs office staff seemed overworked and not happy to be there, and it has not been pleasant to go to this location for car service. I have a relatively new Ford vehicle. For my first visit I went to see if they could remove a nail in my tire and they said they could not help me. I had to take the car somewhere else. For my second visit, I called in for an appointment that day to get routine maintenance from a warning light I received, and they said to just stop in. When I got there after 15 mins of standing around in the office to be spoken to, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience for not having made an appointment ahead of time.But at least they accepted my car this time for service. I waited there about an hour for the car. They said they would call my name on the speaker when it was ready. I would have preferred a phone call so I could get out of the area. The waiting room was small with chairs too close together and a few people seated. It was a depressing looking room. It had a TV and the office style coffee machine in it, but looked a lot like the DMV - a place you would dread waiting in. I know, at least there is a waiting room. I decided to wait outside. Outside there was one table but with the several people waiting I stood around. Twice, while I was out there, friendly salespeople offered to sell me a car. I wish they would offer to call me when the car was ready. They said to just listen on the speaker for my name. I was waiting outside right beside a speaker. My name was called in a quick, quiet mumble that I had to check to see if it was really me that they called. They had said they would wash my car for me when it was done. The windshield was totally still covered with debris and needed another wash at home. I guess to be fair, it was a Monday and people just don't like Mondays. I just felt that they wanted to get my car out of there ASAP. I wanted to get out of there ASAP. I wasn't in a rush that day, but just did not enjoy being there. After all this, I received a barrage of customer service emails. It just doesn't make sense that their customer service shows up after the visit instead of during the visit. The price was reasonable, at least that's what I have to say.

My daughter and I had only planned on coming in to look at the new 2014 and 2013 body styles of the Ford Edge, little did I know I would actually leave 3 hours later in a new car. He showed me several different cars and interiors of cars before i was ready to test drive one. once we were finished we discussed a few numbers and he politely asked me if I'd like to go into the office to go over some numbers. I agreed. I told him where I wanted to be with the price and the next thing i know I was meeting with Mike, another fantastic employee to go over the final numbers. we found an amount that would work for me and continued on to Chad where i signed my contract and finished up the deal. My daughter and I left Rancho Ford in a brand new 2014 beautiful Ford Egde. My experience was GREAT!! i will certainly refer my friends and family to Derrick and the team at Rancho Ford. The feeling inside the dealership was completely different than that of it 3 years ago, thank God for that!

I entered the Ford website to build a vehicle with the model, engine, options and color to get an idea of the price. There was an option to request a price quote from nearby dealers. To my amazement, almost immediately received an email response. The response was to verify the minimum options to complete the deal.Shortly I received another email with a description of an in stock vehicle and price. The price was lower than I had expected.I made an appointment to visit the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and the experience was very pleasant.The vehicle had just arrived from factory and required a couple hours to be prepared for delivery.Rancho Ford sales people went to great detail explaining the features of the 2014 Escape.The 2014 Escape has some very sophisticated features compared to our previous Ford vehicles.The price we paid was exactly the same as emailed internet price plus license and sales tax.In less than 24 hours we had a new car with great price.

Well, I went to Rancho Ford to see what my options were as my 1998 F-150 started showing some signs of it's age. I love my truck, I bought it new from Ford but it has over half a million miles on it. I met with the sales team and John Rush was my salesman. The staff worked with me so well and so hard that I was able to walk out of there with some new wheels, I didn't I think this could be so easy. The process took less than an hour! and now I can give my poor f150 some much deserved TLC. I hope to get a new engine, and a paintjob in the future. Since what I wanted in the truck was not available we ordered exactly what I wanted. Got the truck in less than 4 weeks. Nice Christmas present. I visited this dealer to find specific things for 2013 ford edge. They didn't have all the options at first but I provided them with a list of my desires, price range, color, and options to purchase PRE owned cert. vs new. Low miles on PRE cert. was also important. Chris worked at locating me what I was looking for with the only thing missing was the blue color. The entire process was done as a team. I didn't feel pressured to settle. I haven't taken delivery yet since there were a few things on the due bill. I haven't rated. Their service work yet. in the meantime, they have provided me with a loaner and have kept me posted via text. Overall experience. Was great. I've recommended them to family, already. A yr ago I purchased several vehicles from lake Elsinore ford. I actually started there. unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. Again, I would recommend Rancho Ford for their team work, no sales xxxxxxxx; they laid out financial options straight away. They provided me a copy off my auto score and found the best rates. They gave me the best trade in as well. Do your research on a car or let them do it for you. There was no pressure.

I recently bought a new F-350 diesel. The salesman, Terry McDowel, was great, he worked with me on price, he even has a good sense of humor! He ordered the truck and it came 3 weeks early. When we went in to pick it up it was ready, filling out the paper work was easy. The truck is everything I wanted. I have had some work done at Rancho Ford on my '99 F-250 Powerstroke, including body repairs when it was rear-ended when almost new. All experiences have been great!

Also, a special thanks to Stewart, finance director, he was so patient and upfront with me. I am usually nervous to do any paperwork and Stewart walked me through everything so I could understand it. Stewart also found an extra $1000 in a higher rebate 2 days later. They rewrote the contract and saved me even more money. What honesty! Went to Rancho Ford on October 20, 2012 to test drive the Ford Explorer and Flex. Most vehicles purchases come down to comfort to me being 65. Needless to say our Sales People Geralyn G Green and Eric Stobada were more than accommodating. We test drove both vehicles and took extra time inspecting the Flex model. When we made the decision to purchase the Flex we were introduced to Billy Smith, who was working with Regan. During our negotiation they were professional and flexible to my terms. We end up closing our purchase in finance with Stewart where we got closer to our desired terms. Our overall experience was excellent; the people were nice and welcoming. During our decision-making we were given the space to discuss our option and make offers based on our comfort level. Job well done.Con: During our application process for the Flex model that we were deciding to purchase was then taken out on a test drive. We did not like this and we were ready to walk away from the deal because of it. I left us with a feeling of unprofessionalism and disrespect as perspective buyers. I am only sorry we did not confirm this individuals name (possibly Terry from finance) for the dealership to address this individual, however they still can change the process where this current practice is allowed to happen.

All three of these sales people made this a GREAT experience. I'll start with Andrew, who met us in the lot and took us for a test drive. The thing that impressed me the most was that when we asked him a question that he wasn't sure of the answer, or didn't know his response was, "I'm not sure but when we get back I'll find out". How refreshing is that, honesty. Connie, entered to answer questions that Andrew didn't know and helped with the sale. She spent more time that I would have expected with my wife in setting up the car, answering questions, explaining options and demonstrating features. Billy made the deal work, he explored options for finance and provided valuable guidance. All in all this was a GREAT experience. I received a very nice call from Rancho Ford Lincoln this morning. Which I thought could have been to apologize for the awful experience I had there yesterday, but no. The woman on the other side of the phone just wanted to know if I would like to reschedule my appointment, that I missed yesterday with George at 10:00 a.m.. I explained to person on the phone that I was there at 10:00 a.m. and I did speak with George and I did leave my car to have it repaired. These people are so unorganized it's no wonder they ran around like they don't know who's in charge and what to do next. If you like professionalism and courtesy, don't take your car or buy your car at Ranch Ford Lincoln.

Out of 12 car buying expirences this was the absolute worse. I explained to them what I wanted off the bat and they areed, then proceeded to show me vehicles that were 10-12000 more than what i asked for. They took 6 weeks to pay off the trade in which result me making payments on a vehicle I did not own anymore. I had to return to the dealership numerous times because they kept messing the paperwork up or the deal we agreed upon "fell through"! The vehicle was only get 6-7mpg on a V6 which resulted in me putting it in the shop. I had asked about this during the test drive and was told that its because after transportation the tank had not been pressurized and that it had been running for a while earlier. Bottom line is they left out paperwork on our deal, they sold a lemon, they talked me our of getting their extended warranty on a used vehicle that I needed one week after purchasing the vehicle, fortunately I purhcased one through a third party. Bottom line I had this vehicle for 3 weeks and eneded up eating the cost to trade it in. Thanks Rancho for taking advantage of me.

Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was courteous and treated us like we really mattered. We felt like each person was working for us, to get us the best deal. These guys and gals went above and beyond to locate the truck I wanted, then get it to the dealership for delivery.

My husband and I visited the Rancho Ford Dealership in Temecula, CA. and were very impressed with the entire staff. We worked primarily with Bill Smith and he answered all of our questions regarding the Lincoln MKS which we purchased that same day. Bill was very open to all of our concerns and needs and actually sold us on buying a Lincoln, which was not originally on our list of cars to test drive. He was very helpful in all areas during our purchase and later went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the operation of all of the options the car has to offer. We are now enjoying the comfortable and quiet ride of our new Lincoln and would definately visit this dealership again and ask specifically for Bill to help us with our next purchase.

I needed a vehicle and someone told me to call "Steve Knoxs". I did and "wow" I glad I did. Called back right away and had a 2003 F150 XLT Truck available. We met up with Steve for a test drive, and bought truck. In and out in a 1 1/2 hours. No high pressure to buy. Asked lots of questions, including getting a free "Car Fax" and all my questions, taken care of. With Steves help purchasing the truck,I was able to be a "cosigner" for my son who was the getting truck. A very positive experience from "Steve", finance department down to the lot person who got the truck washed for us. Thanks again "Rancho ford"! Will be back !!!

Awesome prices! Great location! Friendly staff! This dealership worked great with me and my budget. Adam Smith was a very knowledgeable salesman. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you again Ford! I'm loving my new car!!! :)

The purchase my of F-150 was a nearly flawless experience. I researched the internet,sent in an inquiry, Donna Holiday responded and led me to the right vehicle. I had anappointment scheduled, met with Paul, who identified my needs and showed me the trucks, put a deal together on paper. Paul brought in his manager Don, who worked with me on the payment I could afford. The vehicle was delivered in perfect conditionand Paul followed up with me to make sure I was happy after the sale.I will definitely recommend the dealership to my friends and family.

I have been in the retail business for 30 years. Never have I ever had such a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle. Usually purchasing a vehicle is infuriating and long. The experience I had was a pleasure. The main thing that I was impressed with was the salesman who I dealt with, Terry McDowell. His compassion, honesty and hard work was so refreshing. It wasn't about his commission or making the sale. It was obvious that me, the customer, and my satisfaction was the most important thing. He not only took pride in what he was selling but his knowledge of what he was selling was impressive. He listened to what I wanted and he made it happen. There was no bullshit lines or "car salesman" cliches. He not only found me the vehicle that I wanted but he got a customer for life.I hope that Rancho Ford knows how lucky they are to have someone like Terry McDowell as part of their team. This dealership is very easy to work with. I am impressed with how thorough they are and the integrity they obviously possess, from the top down. This is unusual for a car dealership. I have recommended Rancho Ford to many friends and business colleagues. ALso, kudos to Terry MacDowell for his thorough and thoughtful help at the time of delivery!

We were very pleased with the reception and personal attention we received during our visit to Rancho Ford. Prior to test-driving the Ford Fusion-hybrid, my husband was leaning towards purchasing a competitor's vehicle. Connie Jolicoeur spent a good amount of time with us as we test drove the Ford Fusion-hybrid, answering questions and demonstrating the many techno-gadgets in the vehicle. Before making a final decision, we contacted the Internet Sales Department at Rancho Ford through our home office computer. Expecting a response within a day or two, we were surprised to receive a call from Vicki within about an hour. She discussed internet pricing, and informed us of additional attributes regarding the vehicle. The rest is history. We drove back to Rancho Ford to purchase the vehicle. The Fusion-hybrid is a terrific car, and we are grateful to the personable and knowledgeable Ford team members who assisted us through the process, right down to signing the final documentation.

This was the first time in a decade that I was buying a new car. Terry was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He locating the vehicle of my choice, offered me a very competitive price, providing excellent financing, and arranged gap insurance and an extended warranty. Terry also took the time to fully acquainted me with my vehicle before I drove it off the lot. It made the car buying experience, so often fraught with hassle truly enjoyable.

We worked with Paul Whitten to purchase our new SUV. He showed us the different sizes and options available to us and we chose the Lincoln MKT. The customer service we received during the transaction was outstanding and the whole process was very quick. I'm looking forward to driving my new MKT and I'm looking forward to dealing with Rancho Ford Lincoln Mercury in the future for any service needs. My husband and I had two vehicles to trade in and were looking for two used vehicles. We have had some credit issues and to be honest were a little concerned about even being able to qualify, not to mention taking on the usual car buying experience. But we were very pleased with friendliness of the Rancho Ford employees and their efforts to make our time there as nice as possible. They were very honest and upfront and helped us to make the best decisions for us, not for them. Overall this was the second best experience I have had buying a car. My first best was 10 years ago, when we purchased two new vehicles from Rancho Ford. They have earned our business for life!

My experience at Rancho was fantstic. From the minute I called in to Donna in the internet dept I was treated with respect and the feeling that someone cared. Once I arrived at the dealership and met Terry, he was just such a nice guy. He is extremely knowledgeable of all car lines. And Mike Cook was kind and courteous. He was not into playing games. No hassling with us. Our purchase was nice and smooth. The rest of the personal at the dealership were very polite as well.
