I found a great vehicle at this location using Carfax. I went by the dealership to take a look at it before they actually opened. I was pleased with what I found and emailed them to let them now I'd be stopping by later in the day. Cody saw me arrive and quickly came out to tell me about the vehicle and get it ready for a test drive. I liked it and we moved forward with the purchase. I was surprised, but pleased, when they accepted my personal check. That saved me from a trip to the bank! Cody was great. He was professional, helpful and very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend both the dealership and Cody as a Sales Assistant. Thank you both!

Every time I have an interaction with Goodwin of Oxford, I am more than pleased! Everyone there is extremely professional, especially Joe Brickel! I have purchased cars from him and my family all purchase cars from him….. we will continue doing so!

*****DISHONEST, DISGUSTED****** Worst experience ever!!!!! Cody Fournier and the manager are untrustworthy!!!! I went in with my son to look at buying him a second hand vehicle. We test drove a used Jeep Grand Cherokee …. The vehicle was pretty dirty inside and had a cigarette smell so we asked if there was anything that could be done. Cody claimed it had been detailed. I questioned that as it was quite dirty. He agreed and said they would clean it better after we purchased it. I asked if we could purchase it afterwards to make sure the scent could be removed. Cody spoke to the manager and agreed to do a thorough “special” cleaning before we signed any paperwork and he agreed to have us come back the following day at 4 pm. During the day I attempted to reach Cody to see if we could come early. Never got any response. So we decided to go up just a little early as the ride was an hour long. We arrive and it’s Cody’s day off and oh the car was sold that morning. And they said there was no appointment. The car was never cleaned, no one could call to tell us not to come, I just can’t believe how horrible their service was. Just warning everyone to be CAUTIOUS with buying and don’t trust anything being said

I reached out to Cody a few weeks ago with the specs and price range of what I was looking for, they didn't have anything in stock at the time within my price range, but he diligently kept looking and as soon as one came in he let me know and got me a great deal on it! the process was simple and now I have a great car at a great price. Definitely reach out to him even if you don't see anything on their website. He'll work to get you the perfect one. I highly recommend Cody and Goodwin Chevrolet!

Work done in a timely fashion and as schreduled. All contributors were polite, professional and informative. Wait room was comfortable, clean with TV and some reading materials, but not enough. Guess one should bring own.

Fourth visit for an air conditioning problem. Air conditioning was not working at all when we brought it in. Dealership said they tested it and it was working fine. They did nothing to it. It now appears to be working but we have not had a really warm day to check it out. I just feel it is a bit strange that they say they did nothing and yet it appears to now be OK.

Although Goodwins in Oxford, Maine is an hour drive from where I live, it is worth the time to drive there and have them service my vehicles. The service department staff is very attentive to your needs and they listen to what you have to say in regard to your issues with your vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership for service and sales. I bought my 2014 Silverado from them.

I have to say this is the best dealership I have ever been to in my life. They accomdated me with every need. They worked with me for 4 days paitently while we worked out the fine details. I have never felt so comfortable and respected like they have made me feel. I love their customer service, they made sure that I went away with a smile on my face, that I knew everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was purchasing and that I was comfortable with all the details, payments ect. I appreciate them so much for getting me into a vehicle that I absolutley love!! Thank you Alden Buck, and Chris Harper for making this possible.

I've bought two vehicles from Goodwin's (second one today) and three vehicles from other dealers in the state. Goodwin's has by far the best customer service in the sales and service departments. I usually don't praise car dealers, but Goodwin's is exceptional and should be recognized as such.

Shoped on line for months trying to find a safe SUV for myself and my fiancee and our 3 kids. I had seen this 06 Trailblazer online and was really interested in it. Chris Harper was very helpful in working around my work schedule so I could come in and test drive this SUV. I was very satisfied with it and we decided to purchase it. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. The sales manager at Goodwin Chevrolet in Oxford made the buying process so easy. I didn have to worry about the typical up sell that you receive from other dealerships. Mr. Harper listened to what I wanted and offered vehicle in my price range. Mr. Harper is very knowledgeable on the Equinox which made the transition from my trade-in very easy. Mr. Harper was able to find me the best rate possible for an affordable financing term. I do not enjoy the process of buying a vehicle and years ago did not have a good experience with the sales team or the service department at Viking Motors. I was pleasantly surprised when I recently visited Goodwin Viking in Oxford. Eileen Morse, Chris Harper and Risa Paquet were very helpful in getting me into the vehicle I wanted at the monthly payment I wanted!!!
