As a buyer from a small western town, I was skeptical of buying a car from a "big city dealership". The web shopping on Gold Coast's website was very thorough - 100 pictures and a carfax. Prior to flying back to Chicago, I spoke with both Roshan & Mohamed. They were very honest and put my mind to rest. When I arrived, Roshan picked me up at O'hare and we subsequently went over the car with a fine toothed comb at the dealership. It was nicely detailed and exactly as they described. We discovered that one smart key was missing and the owner's manual. They promptly had a new key programed at the Jaguar dealership (at great expense to them) and ordered a manual on-line for me. I greatly appreciated them doing that. Many dealers would have said "too bad". The transaction was professional with no surprises and I'm delighted with the car. I highly recommend this business.

I was looking for a low mileage Ford and found it on the internet at Gold Coast. After talking to Azeem we came to a price agreement and I forwarded a deposit. Upon arrival to pick up the car I found it to be exactly as advertised and pictured. The car was detailed, had a prior inspection, and was ready to go for my 400 mile return trip. I enjoyed working with Azeem who is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I am ready for a Porsche I will be going to Gold Coast.

It was a real pleasure working with such a professional group of people at Gold Coast Motors. My salesman Shaz was on point and always available to answer all my questions about the car and the buying process. We purchased a vehicle from Missouri and had a wonderful experience. We called and spoke to Moe and he walked us though the process of purchasing the vehicle sight unseen and gave us a great deal on the price with shipping. We received the vehicle and had it looked over by our mechanic and he said it was in great shape. We are very pleased with the buying experience we recommend them to our friends and family.

We purchased a 2011 Ford Transit - during the purchase process we asked some typical questions, because we're not local and couldn't see anything other than the pictures. We asked: Does everything work? Has the vehicle been wrecked or had any paint work?. etc. We received the vehicle and found paint work, (bad paint work) on the right rear half of the vehicle, the A/C didn't work, got only one key and fob, (it should come with 3 of each) and had problems with the odometer statement. Not a good purchase experience.

Worked with Shaz, was very professional. Price was Fair, and car was delivered a Day Early to Seattle. Purchased car sight unseen, so was a little nervous. Took car to Porsche Dealership did full inspection, Porsche service rep told me car is in Phenomenal condition! Will buy my next man toy here!

Purchased a Mercedes G500 from Gold Coast Motors in Naperville. They were very easy going. I was able to test drive and inspect the vehicle without anybody hounding me. I addressed my areas of concern and they had them fixed quickly. They also gave me the receipts on the work and parts and where it was done. Mohammed and Shaz were very professional, made us feel comfortable and answered our questions. I would recommend them to friends and family. Keep up the good work guys! Maybe I'm old fashioned, but would of liked to leave with a full tank of gas.

Recently bought a Mercedes G500 from Gold Coast Motors. The vehicle was just as they described and they promptly took care of the issues we spoke about. Mohammed and Shaz were very professional and helpful with any questions or concerns. Great guys to deal with. One thing I would of liked was leaving with a full tank of gas, other than that everything has been great.
