Arrived in town on Friday and 5:50 pm for a funeral on Saturday and my Jeep broke down. The salesman (Jerry) that greeted me in the lot introduced me to the necessary service department staff and followed through to make sure that I was taken care of. The service department staff was very cooperative, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The rental car was great and very convenient. Even though mine was an old Jeep, they treated me as if I bought a new one from them. Top notch staff !!

My husband and I buy and trade new cars every 2-3 years and we bought our first JEEP from Glendale and the experience was AMAZING. It was by far the fastest car buying experience we have EVER had. Including the time it took us to test drive several JEEPS, we were in and out of there in 2 and a half hours. WOW! Everyone was extremely friendly and greeted us with a smile. Jill Record was GREAT to work with. She had our best interest in mind. She was not pushy and allowed us to take our time in our decision making after never owning a JEEP before this was a big decision for us. Her knowledge of the brand was remarkable. She was extremely helpful when helping us decide what was right for us. If you are looking for a non pushy, has your best interest in mind, caring and has amazing customer service, then Glendale is the place to go. This experience will forever make us part of the Glendale family. Our only choice when buying a newer vehicle. Thank you Jill and the rest of the staff at Glendale for this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had.

Glendale Jeeps express lane oil change is Great!! I was able to come in without an appointment and they had me out of there within the hour. I also have taken my jeep to other dealers and they have told me I needed the oil changed ever 3000 miles, but with Glendale they give you the true time you need between oil changes and have helped me save a little money.

Josh Worley was very respectful and not pushy while I asked questions about different cars I was looking at. He knew all aspects of the crossovers and trucks I was interested in. I don't usually bother to leave reviews but the guy I talked with about a new truck and how financing would work etc (his name was Josh Worley) was so professional, helpful, and generally easy to deal with that I had to give a shout out. I was skeptical about whether I'd pull the trigger on this purchase but he walked me through my options and made it easy to decide without putting pressure on me. Overall a charming and friendly salesman I'd recommend highly if you're in the market for one of their vehicles.

From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was treated with the utmost kindness. My salesman Cedric was awesome! I never felt any pressure to buy and he made sure I was aware of all my choices especially being a new mom. Ultimately I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it! I am very happy that I chose a dealership that focuses on service and I am even more thrilled with my excellent salesman Cedric and his focus on putting the customer first! I will purchase all of my family's car's from Glendale going forward!

I hate having to shop for cars! It stresses me out, but coming to Glendale simplified the process. I wanted a used car and wasn't really sure what car I wanted. My sales man Cedric really helped me out. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find the best choice for me with no pressure. I am very satisfied with my experience at Glendale and will be back for another car.

I finally got my Jeep Wrangler. They made an awesome deal that I could not refuse. They took care of me. Terrance even bought me a snack while I waited for my new wrangler to get cleaned up. I love EXCELLENT customer service and that's exactly what I got from Terrance at Glendale.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Nathan was my salesman and he was great, I feel like I got the best deal and he was honest with me! I love my new Jeep. The sales manager and staff was really nice too and I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else!

Online salespeople (2) refused to honor price for a Jeep they had advertised on cars.com. Oh, they were all over trying to sell it to me - until I told them I'd take it for the advertised price. They backed off real quick and said the advertisement was a "typo". Can you say Sears?

My overall view of the day I bought my truck...I knew what I was looking for, and knew what I wanted, but would have enjoyed having a salesman that would have actually SHOWN me a thing or two about my truck. Like, maybe explain how to work all the fancy controls, and how to engage my 4 wheel drive system, how to work my hands free phone system, and maybe where to locate my spare tire and jack. Not always crystal clear on new cars and trucks. Especially for someone who has never had a fancy rig. My salesman left a lot to be found by reading the owners manual once I arrived home with my truck. He didn't seem to really know anything about my vehicle at all really. When I asked questions, I felt like he was guessing answers as well as I could have. Moving forward to financing, I'm just glad that I had done my research beforehand and had spoken to several lenders prior to going to the dealership to purchase my truck. I was initially quoted a high interest rate when my credit is outstanding. I had quotes from other lenders in hand when I walked into the dealership, and once I presented them to dispute the higher rate, my rate was then dropped significantly to compete with my lenders. Once I had a rate and payment I deserved, we moved on to signing papers and closing the deal. I suggest to anyone buying a car, do your research, get your quotes, and present all this to ensure you are getting the best deal and best rates you can.

I was threatened for making a negative review regarding car dealership visit experience. Received email threatening me for making a negative review, although my review was truthful. I GUESS THEY THINK IF THEY INTIMIDATE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK UP THAT THEY WILL STOP SPEAKING UP. I am researching the i.p. address from where the threatening email originated.
