Benjamin spent a great deal of time with me explaining the details of the vehicle, both inside and out. He is very knowledgeable about the vw brand. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would buy a car from this dealer and salesman again

Me and My wife was referred to Gene Messier Volkswagen and from time of speaking with the salesman to driving away from the dealer in our new car it was fantastic and unbeatable service. Very kind and intelligent salesman. He went through the car and all of its features. He was very through and had great insight. He did not pressure us like a lot of people feel like. He was very polite and made us feel very welcome. I would so recommend this dealer. I will for sure be back when I needed to get another in the future.

I have a 2014 VW beetle and I needed a new fan assembly. I live about 3 hrs away from LBK and about an hour from midland. I had the hardest time getting my fan assembly replaced in the midland/Odessa area and I couldn't get anybody to fix it or they would fix it but only if I paid for it out of pocket (Which my car is still under warranty and it is only a 2014 with 12,000 miles)! Long story short this VW dealership did so good on my car they replaced my fan assembly and I did not have to pay a thing and on top of that they did not take long at all to fix it! I would recommend anybody to this dealership. The staff is EXCELLENT and from now on I will only be going to this dealership if I need anymore repairs on my car or buying. Thank you so much VW in LBK TX!

I just purchased my 3rd VW from Gene Meser - Mark Mora took us for a spin in a VW Golf then when I walked in the showroom, I fell in love with this one of a kind pure whit VW Beetle. Named her "The Ghost". Mark was very helpful, not pushy, young and wears a great smile no matter what. Great experience purching this new jewel. Best pricing, no haggling, hands down, ask for Mark, but get to know the GM Dan DeLeon as well. Great folks to work with over the years! thank you!

After buying a used Ion, with the agreement being the windshield gets replaced...... WHY, after THREE weeks of waiting,... Are we still getting the runaround every time we call!! And the people in charge are never there!!! Why do they still have a job there????

Took my beetle in for an overheating issue and after paying $1040 for a new waterpump left with an airbag issue. Dealership said it was the wiring in the seatbelt and they reset the computer and called it good. Said if it comes back I would need to replace seatbelt. Never had any issues with seatbelt or airbag light up to this point in our 5 years with the car. I dont take cars back to dealerships who give me a car back with more issues.
