Experience consistent with the quality of the vehicles they are selling. Fair trade in price and regularly kept me up to date on the progress of my order. Exceptionally responsive to phone calls and texts. Efficient delivery of the car and went above and beyond to secure a better financing rate than I had seen anywhere. By far the best car experience I have had in Las Vegas.

I had been in contact with a Sales Rep (Michael Anderson) inquiring about a purchase of the Macan S. At first working with him, I was getting a prompt and timely reply and quickly while in conversation/negotiations it had decreased. I am not just interested in one (1) Macan S but four (4). Since the availability of the Porsche is limited, I was told I would be called to come in to test drive the Macan S once arriving at Dealer (Monday, July 13) after being instructed that the car moves quickly, I made sure to arrive first at the dealer to test drive the vehicle, I had requested that I bring vehicle to my business to show my partners, I was quickly told that could not happen (no gas in the vehicle) and then given a new sales person to work with, after he could not assist with any of my request, I was told the GM would come out which never happened. The excuses and the experience I received during this was sub-par at most, it was so disappointing that I wanted to go back to Audi or other German competitors such as BMW or Mercedes. I was then later told the vehicle would be sold to the owners friend, making it seem like my visit or interest is not as important nor did they care if I purchased a Porsche because the demand is so high. I come from the hospitality and customer service industry and I am beyond disappointed in what I have experienced thus far with Gaudin Porsche.

Great businesses know how to take a negative and turn it into a positive. I had a Porsche that had been in for service a few times. I LOVED the car, the way it drove, the way it looked etc, but was not happy with multiple visits. (the guys in service are great, but I didn't want to know them that well). :)I was able to work with the staff there and turn this slightly negative experience into a very positive one by taking home a very nice Porsche with a great warranty that I know I will love for a long time. I'm a Porsche guy and will be for a long time. Thanks to Paul in service and Mike Anderson in sales.

David Soyk was a pleasure to meet and work with in the purchase of my 2011 Boxster. David followed up with my initial inquiry promptly and kept me informed during the whole process . I especially appreciated that he picked us up at the air port. On the way to the dealership , he described the Boxster and explained the Porsche CPO process. At the dealership David introduced us to several other employees including the service manager. David Soyk was the highlight of purchasing the Boxster from Gauden Motor Company. David did excellent follow up when had problems on our return to home in Folsom.

I have absolutely no complaints with my experience with Gaudin. My salesman Paul Sr. and the G.M. Jim were great to deal with and very low pressure. Ended up paying a little more than I wanted to but still got a great deal (and then again have you ever paid less than you wanted to?) I have no experience with the service dept but if it is run like the rest of the dealership then it should be great also. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences in a long time and I will be back!P.S. Love my Carrera S Cab!!!

I just leased a 2015 Porsche Boxter. I worked directly with Jim Mooradian. He gave me a very good price. The day I picked up my car, it was pouring rain. I was scared to drive it home. Jeff Schilder drove it to my house and set my garage opener. He later met with me to explain some of the options in the car. I thought Rico was very helpful too.This is my fourth Porsche. Paul Molino in service is great. I really trust in him.

Was looking for my next toy, M4 or a 981 CS. Did my research and decided to go with the 981CS. Process was really simple and Paul Jarrett Sr really made it easy. From looking at the options I wanted, waiting time and all the way to delivery time, he was efficient. Once the car arrived, Paul called me and had everything laid out for me including the paperworks so when I arrived, all I did was sign at the dotted line. Also, met Beth in to take care of paperworks which only took 10 mins. Paul also explained all the features step by step and also prepped the car for me. I am a fan of this dealership now. Everyone was very professional and efficient. You have a customer for life! We love our Cayman S

Mike Anderson is the kind of car salesman you wish you could always have. Mike is never pushy, learns quickly what type of car you want and then shows you the cars that meet your requirements. What I like is that Mike is a real "car guy". He is very knowledgeable, not only about Porsches, but cars in general and sports cars in particular. Ask for Mike if you are in the market for a new or used Porsche or Jaguar.Paul Molina is also extremely helpful and friendly when it comes time to service your Porsche.

Carl was amazing!Dealership was super clean and all of the encountered staff was friendly and attentive.Already dropped the car off for window tints and LoJac with excellent service so far.Rental provided was a buick which was mildly off-putting considering Land Rover had always provided a Rover loaner...but this is nothing to reduce the overall rating of my experience.Keep up the good work!

My husband and I are both so pleased with our experience with Gaudin! Not once did we feel pressure to purchase and the customer service was and still is amazing! We bought a Jeep from a Porsche and Jaguar dealership and we were treated like we were buying the most expensive car on the lot! They were so patient with my kids who were antsy and a little wild! I was just looking, Dan offered me the opportunity to test drive a model car I was most interested in but I didn't have my drivers license with me that weeknight. He scheduled me for an appointment to drive later in the week. The car I was going to drive was sold the day of my drive but he had me come down to drive another car. I was impressed with his knowledge of the cars background and performance. I informed him of the options I was looking for in that model of car. Two months later I received a call from Dan, he informed me that a car I may be interested in just came in that day and the price was right. I drove and bought the car that night. Even at the late hour we were there the staff was very nice. I was very impressed with the Pre-owned Certification process, four tires were replaced due to age even though there was plenty of tread life left. A full tank of gas didn't hurt either.

Just bought my 3rd car from this place. I am totally nuts about cars and I usually like to try something new about every 3 years so I was checking out other brands at other dealerships, which I've dealt with before, but as I started to deal with them the car buying and service experience at those other luxury brand dealerships was frankly just not the same as at Gaudin Jaguar/Porsche. You can just tell they care about their customers and they realize that if you take care of them then they'll be back when they're ready to make another purchase as I'm proof that philosophy works.I dealt with Jeff Shilder and Mark Thomas and both of those guys are great and I'd highly recommend. They treated me like I was their number 1 client and like all good sales professionals in any business they seemed more concerned about helping me find the best vehicle/vehicles to suit my needs versus just trying to push something on me as I felt was happening at the other places I went. They also have great passion about the cars they sell (definitely car guys too) and therefor were knowledgable about their products, whereas at other places I felt I knew much more about the cars I was looking at than the person trying to sell them to me. Top notch follow up and treatment after the sale as well.As for pricing, now of days with all of the information available on the internet it's fairly easy to determine what a good and fair price is for a vehicle and as any good educated and informed car buyer should, I had numbers that I was willing and hoping to pay when I walked in the door and I must say they cut right to the chase as their first numbers were fairly close to what I had hoped to pay. At the end of the day I walked away completely happy with not only what I paid but the hole experience and I will be buying my next car from this place.

He was very knowledgable and non-pretentious (as some of the other high end dealerships can be). He ended up convincing me to make a deal for the car and it all worked out wonderfully. Looked to purchase a new SUV and looked for a few weeks at all the options. 3rd visit to Gaudin Porsche to look at the Cayenne again and ended up walking out the door with one.Very knowledgable staff and very personable. Walked in off the street and was introduced to quite a few people (staff, management, service, etc.) even after I advised them I came from another dealership and was looking at purchasing an X5, our neighbor has a Cayenne and is very happy with it. Initially Doc, then Carl both were very knowledgable on the product, no high pressure sales and made the whole experience quite easy going. Vehicle was already taken back to get the windows tinted and service staff was great, a Cadillac was provided for the time they kept the Cayenne to tint the windows.Great experience, only unhappy I didn't walk out with a 911 Turbo but they did point out that I would have trouble with a couple car seats.......

At the ripe age of 57, my lifetime dream of owning a Porsche sports car has finally been realized!I truly could not be happier or more thrilled, not only with the final product (my shiny new silver Boxster GTS) but also with the great help, honest guidance and expert advice I received along the way from Mike Anderson and Paul Jarrett II, both of whom I am proud to call my friends. The entire ordering process was delightful and painless, except of course for the delivery wait. The attention, smiles and welcoming spirit from everyone at the dealership were, and still are, so heartwarming. And the anticipation of the delivery, while obviously trying at times, was so very exciting... and worth it. In the end, my ONLY regret is to not have made the trip to Germany to pick my new car up myself. But the powerful roar of that engine as it is started, and the sound and feel of the wind rushing by as the car effortlessly speeds off all combine to completely erase any notion of regret. Besides, there's always next time...

This was my first time buying a Porsche as well as from Gaudin and I have to say I was very impressed! My sales person was Carl Kabbani who was a pleasure to work with, very helpful, knowledgable and ultimately was able to help me get the car I wanted. My finance person Beth Lamermier was superb and everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and passionate about both Porsche and Gaudin which is rare to see, but very refreshing.I have been driving my new 2015 Cayenne Sport the last two days and have been extremely satisfied. I am so glad I made the decision to stop at Gaudin.

I've been dealing with Gaudin Porsche Audi for years now. Paul Molina is my service writer. He's extremely professional and meticulous as can be confirmed by just looking at his neat desk. I like well organized professionals.On my first encounter with Paul I brought my 2008 911 Turbo Carrera in for a bad battery. When he told me the price I asked if he could do something better. He said to keep me happy and hopefully coming back he discounted the battery quite a bit. That was all I needed as a good-faith gesture.I've since been back for every possible maintenance call you can think of and more. I've always been given a rental car at no cost and he has always done more than 100% to make me happy.I recommend highly that you come and get the pampered treatment that a Porsche owner deserves. THE WORST DEALER EVER I bought almost $ 500,000 worth of NEW Aston Martin cars one DBS and one V8 Vantage. The cars were in such bad condition asked the factory rep. to come to my home and look for themselves.When the rep came over he found the engine cooling fans defective, wheels out of balance, rattles thru-out the car, the drivers side window leaked air, the air conditioner compressor was bad and more. NOW that was on a BRAND NEW $300,00 Aston Martin DBS Then my NEW 2009 Aston Martin V8 Vantage had door opening problems, Mirror Problems, rattles everywhere, alarm problems and many other problems. Remember this is a BRAND NEW 2009 V8 Vantage loaded with issues when I got the car NEW!!So I cant the Sales Manager for After Market sales in the USA for Aston Martin Mr. Gary Hyman. HE came to my home which was very nice but since I had just spent $ 500,000 on two cars that had many issues I think it was the least they could do. During our visit ME Hyman agreed that almost every issues I had was real and needed to be fixed.Mr. Hyman said they would sent a truck to pick up my DBS first then when they returned the DBS fixed they would pick up the Vantage fix it and return the car to me ( Mr Hymans email to me) Email from Gary Hyman after they picked the car up and sent it to Las Vegas 8 hours away from me, if I had to go pick it up they should have sent the car to Calif. Just a 3 hour drive from me. Mr. Hyman now states sorry we changed our mind you come get the car breaking the legal contract we had , DO NOT TRUST ASTOM MARTIN AND HERE IS PROOF.
