My experience at this dealership is the best one I’ve had so far. Jimmy, Melissa, and Richard all made this experience memorable. They were all very personable and friendly! I got exactly what I was looking for and Jimmy made sure he did everything he could to get what I wanted. Melissa was thorough during the vehicle test drive making sure I knew all the features the car had. She was easy going and friendly, she felt like a friend to me. Richard was so kind and made the paperwork process easy. 10/10 experience, I recommend the team here!

Best place for oil change and maintenance. Nice people too. I come here for many years! Down from 5 stars to 4 stars ( or less).. Over 2 hours for an oil change is crazy ( always I show up WITH appointment). I can get it way faster and cheaper. Overcrowded appointments. Not first time lately. And the service is hot and cold, nothing above average. They have lots of flow at the service so I don't think they care about customer experience as much as before. A few years after .. down from 5 to 1 star. Too much to explain and too many things happened to consistently over time

I had a very satisfying experience. Maribel was personal, pleasant, and helpful in answering my questions as well as going over the multi point inspection findings. I find the recommendations helpful yet I was not pressured to resolve them immediately. I went in because my car wouldn’t start if I if I didn’t drive it for a day or two. It was found that the master lock was drawing the battery. Hyundai provided information of cost and the length of time of the backlog to order the part. They washed my car too!

Maribel has always been very helpful and provides great customer service. I have gotten our cars serviced here for over 7 years now and the service she provides has been the best. She is one of the reasons we choose to keep coming back to get our cars serviced. Along with being personable, she is very informative on what needs to be done on our car without bringing in too much jargon for someone who isn't knowledgeable on car maintenance (which is why we go get it serviced). Great customer service. Really take great care of my car. Today Lisa honored a expired $25 ticket that I received over the holidays. Thank you! I will definitely be bringing my car back to Hyundai always. They have my support all the way. Update: Sept 13 2021. Took my car in because burning smell on outside area. IT WAS A PLASTIC BAG GOT SUCKED UP ONTO MY MUFFLER. They scraped it off and washed my car. I will say my car has never looked this shiny clean on the outside before good job.

The dealership is conveniently located close to my home, which makes it nice for servicing. The salesman and manager were very helpful in negotiating a fair deal and locating the vehicle in Santa Rosa because I wanted the Ruby Wine color and that was the location that had it.

To repeat my previous positive remarks : All the staff from Allen Kessler, Product Specialist, to all the financial staff treated me kindly and courteously. Particularly Allen, who not only was very helpful in selecting the most appropriate model for my needs,but was very solicitous of my bad hip. I needed a walking stick at that time and a few days later i had a Total Hip Replacement. I am very much looking forward to driving my Hyundai again soon. Future Hyundai of Concord is a credit to your dealer association.

Allen Kessler was the reason I purchased my car from Future Hyundai. He was incredibly easy to work with. He understood what my wife and I were looking for and only showed us vehicles which met our criteria. We test drove a sonata about a month prior to our purchase and Allen kept in touch without being pushy or annoying. When I called to tell him that we were ready he informed me that he had a great vehicle which checked all of our boxes and more while staying in our price range. I have already recommended him to a coworker who is in the market for a new car and I will continue to do so. Allen made the purchase of my first brand new car a wonderful experience.

we worked with Buck for a month while deciding what car we wanted and the right price. we were in esgrow for our house and could not touch our credit for a few weeks, and not once did Buck put us off or treat us like we werent going to buy a car from him. When I bought my Tucson, on August 18th, it only came with one key. I picked up the second key on August 29th to be programmed. Maribelle, Chris, Al? and Rocky, were all VERY nice and professional! It was a good first experience in the service department.

Facilities were unkept including bathrooms and overflowing garbage can at the waiting room. I did get a good price and financing after hours of negotiations. Overall an acceptable experience but will not go back for service.

I had dealt with many dealerships in deciding what car to get. Hyundai of Concord was by far the best experience. My sales person Allen was extremely personable and listened to my concerns. He took the time to help me backing out and parking with using the back up camera, finding me a hill similar to where I live since I was concerned about the power of the engine, being extremely patient with my indecisiveness of what color to choose. Allen was knowledgeable and when he did not have an answer to my many questions he found the answer for me before I left

Ms.Chong really saved me from being ripped off at another dealership by calling me to remind me I had an appointment with her. I was at another Hyundai dealership in Antioch when I got her call. They lost my drivers license somehow and I was very upset! They were still trying to negotiate a deal and I couldn't focus. I was stressed out! Just then Ms. CHONG called to remind me of an appointment I had made with her for that afternoon. I told her what was going on and she suggested I leave from there and come over to Future Hyundai of Concord right away! She offered me an incredible deal with the monthly payment I was seeking. The monthly payment I was denied at hyuandi Antioch,Ca. I can't say enough good things about Ms.Chong and Future Hyundai Concord, She saved me from a horrible experience!

Overall good customer service. They stood until almost 10 finalizing the deal. I test drove a couple of cars the week before, and I knew I wanted the Elantra. i test drove it and took it home that day. Even though the car was dirty and almost empty when I left, they cleaned me up and filled my car the very next day. Thanks fellas.

I think that this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They are straight forward and I never feel that they are playing games. Extremely upset, DEFINITELY overpaid for car. Now knowing could of got better deal at other Hyundai dealer. Even more upset that I wasn't offered 2016 Elantra's that were on clearance..Unreal. I get an email add saying they have them for 5K less than what I paid for 2017. Was also not compensated for time wasted and stress on my health when trying to make this rip off deal go thru. I was only given a free oil change that every new car gets. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The sales pressure was too much. Upper management should contact me so We can discuss some compensation.

I wish I could give zero stars because these people are completely dishonest. I called several Hyundai dealers in Northern California to obtain "out-the-door" Sonata price quotes, and they gave me a price of $21,379. Salesperson Buck Ghafar assured me on the phone that this would be the total price including all taxes and fees. I then made the hour-and-a-half drive from Sacramento to the dealership and sat down with Mr. Ghafar, expecting to purchase the car for the price he quoted. He hemmed and hawed for awhile about eligible rebates, then left for a few minutes and came back with a much higher price: $23,120. I was obviously upset that he had lied to me. He then left and I waited about 15 minutes until he came back with a sales manager who gave his name as Mark Jacob. I asked him for his business card and he said "I don't have one--I'm new here." He started to go into a long explanation about the price and I cut him off and said "you promised me the car for $21,379...are you going to honor your word?" He said no, they wouldn't sell me the car at that price. I told him they had just wasted my entire morning by lying to me, and that I would be contacting Hyundai's corporate office about their "Bait and Switch" tactics. He actually laughed at me and said "go ahead." If you want to deal with people who lie and waste your time, then Hyundai of Concord is the place to go...otherwise, avoid them like the plague.

Chongee was just the right person to help us make a decision. We were torn between two vehicles (though the comparable Buick would have cost $12,000 more). She searched other dealerships to find a Santa Fe that matched our list of requirements and had it delivered in time to meet our schedule, not hers. Her high energy, efficiency and friendliness are just the right combination of positive traits to allay our wariness upon entering a car dealership. In the two days preceding going to Future Hyundai, we had walked out on two dealerships that misled us (the more charitable characterization) with assurances over the phone to get us in, then flat out lied to us after they could not meet the pre-arranged qualifications we had spelled out. One even tried to convince us that a black car was brown; even the published literature on the car model contradicted him. (Too much about other dealerships and not enough praise for our experience at Future Hyundai with Chongee Will). We actually enjoyed the time that we spent there and Chongee was a delight. I have already shared with many people our positive experience and recommended Chongee and Future Hyundai highly.

I previously owned a 2009 Hyundai Genesis, which I enjoyed throughout my ownership. It was, unfortunately, totally destroyed in a broadside collision. This Sonata is perfect for my current needs, and has a great many new features of which I was unaware, especially those regarding safeness. I have only driven about 300 miles, all local mileage, so I cannot comment fully on its performance.

There was one part of the process that we did not enjoy, but you did not ask about it in the survey. However, it's the reason I'm not ultimately giving the dealership the highest satisfaction rating. While our sales rep, Chongee Will, was TERRIFIC, the best we've ever experienced buying a car, the person (whom we never met) who valued our trade-in really stuck it to us. Our 2003 Altima was in excellent condition with only moderate mileage (121K) for a car that age, and its Kelly Blue Book and other estimates of value were $1500-$2000. While we didn't necessarily think we'd get exactly that, we were only offered $350, take it or leave it. Chongee even took more off the sticker--and thus probably out of her own pocket--to make the deal a little better, but the Used Car buyer was the one negative in what was otherwise a flawless experience. Again, to reiterate, Chongee: GREAT. Would recommend her to anyone. Used car buyer: NOT FAIR. I would recommend anyone else who comes to Future Hyundai sell their car first independently.

As I said, once I tasted having a Hyundai since 1987, I had no problem with it as Long as I do maintenance at its own service department. And the people I worked with has excellent knowledge of the car. No hassle with the financing. So the product and the people are excellent.

My overall experience was good. The salesperson Ron was really good he got me what I needed in a short amount of time. The only thing I would change is getting gap insurance before I left which should have been included for the price I am paying.

Very happy with my car, 2016 Sonata Sport edition. It's just what I was looking for in my comfort zone....If you are an extra large person this is the right fit. The seat was my biggest concerns and it has plenty of room. Love it.

Some years ago I had a couple of not good experiences with customer service with my old Sonata, but I haven't had ANY problems in the last 3 or 4 years. Very good experience, reasonable pricing and honest assessments, so I intend to keep taking my Tucson for service at the dealership.

The sales process was simple and straight forward and did not waste my time. All contacts including the finance manager were extremely friendly. I was given plenty of time for the test drive and no pressure to close the deal on my first visit, Followup by Chong was quick and her willingness to work with me in price negotiations led to to decide to purchase. She also followed up purchase with phone contact. I would recommend this dealership and have the ask for Chong.

I drove up from Long Beach to meet with Ms. Will as my parents had such a wonderful experience with her when they purchased their Santa Fe a couple years ago. Just bought the 2016 Tuscon and I couldn't be more pleased. It has all the safety equipment you could want, plus a comfortable, quiet ride.I was also quite pleased with Allen Kessler, my sales representative at Future Hyundai of Concord. He listened to me, answered my questions and did not pressure me in any way. It was a delight to work with him. He had exceptional knowledge about the car I was buying and I appreciated the orientation I got from him after the sale went through. He got me the exact car I was looking for and went to pick it up himself. I can't praise him enough.

Felt pressure from sales manager to buy right away. I ended up buying a 2016 Tucson all-wheel-drive. I found out upon doing my own research that the all-wheel-drive is $1500 more than the front wheel drive. It seems like there was only one 2016 Tucson on the lot. I was not given any color options for the exterior, or asked what specific options I would want or need on the car.

Immediately someone was able to show me cars, and within 15 minutes, I was able to take a vehicle out for a test drive. there are some features missing in my vehicle right now, but that is not hyundai's fa there are some features missing in my vehicle right now, but that is not Hyundai's fault. I was very satisfied with my experience .

This car is a diamond in the rough...don't see many on the road and I find it is the best sporty style and handling car in its class. (I initally turned in a IS250 Lexus for the first 2013 Elantra GT Hatchback! Handles similar and rich features better and more room inside!) i hate car shopping, almost as much as shopping in general. when i am prepared to make a purchase - especially something as huge as a car, i poke around some on the internet, check out consumer reports, ask people i see driving the particular one i've had my eye on of a while. when i walk into a dealership, i'm there to buy a car, not shop for one; i've already done that. the easiest way to get me out of a dealership; short of setting it on fire? tackle me in the parking lot telling me what a smart person i am for being there, TODAY! the folks at future apparently could figure that out when i got out of my car. i was greeted by one of the most charming, genuinely "happy" people on the planet!...or so it seemed. this kid tells me how new he is in the business, and how much fun he's having working there. the kid's name is eddi - i liked how he wasn't pushy, he did offer a test drive, told him i already did it and then started to ask me how i liked the car, what i thought about it's many features, trims and asked what i thought were important features of the vehicle. i had to compose myself because by the time he was done, i was ready to buy the dang thing from myself! eddi is the perfect sales person; he's young - without flaunting it. he's charming without being over the top. he's a nice guy, with a dynamite smile and pleasant personality. would i do it again? only if i absolutely have to...which i figure i might in ten years...

Contracts guy put way too much pressure on us to buy the extended warranty. When we made it very clear we weren't interested, he was very brusque and condescending and rushed us through the rest of the contract signing. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Stay FAR away from this dealer.Please note: Dealership is also known as Future Ford/Hyundai of Concord.My wife purchased a new (we thought) Hyundai Accent from this dealership and had a horrendous buying experience. They gave her a test drive in one accent and then just as she signed paperwork to purchase, they switched the car for another accent that had been previously purchased under false pretenses, repossessed, and taken back to the dealership. The "new" car had over 400 miles on the odometer.My wife was in a spot without a car and absolutely had to purchase that day, so she ended up buying the car. When she returned home, she checked the dealer's website and was dismayed to discover that the list price on the website for her car with the same equipment was over $500 less (for a brand new car).We contacted the dealership (ended up speaking to the GM actually) and were given a canned line about availability impacting pricing, all deals are final, blah blah blah. The GM would not budge, no apology, just kept repeating the same canned lines.Do NOT under any circumstances do business with this dealership. They are crooked and dishonest, rotten from the top to the bottom.My wife deeply regrets buying a car from them.Hyundai's are decent cars so this should not be a reflection on the manufacturer, just this particular dealership. Frequent another Hyundai dealership if you are in the market or need service.

Future Hyundai of Concord is associated with Future Ford/Lincoln/Mercury of Concord. I visited the dealership to examine a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe and take a test drive. The sales person backed out the car and took my drivers license to make a copy. He returned and asked for my phone number. I explained that we had a very distasteful experience several years before where a dealer called us every day for several weeks and I indicated that I preferred to keep my phone number to myself at this time. The sales man went back into the showroom and when he returned he handed me the copies of my license and proceeded to back the car around to return it to it's original location, declining me a test drive. I was dumbfounded. Apparently the sales manager did not want his sales person to take a test ride with me (I had indicated to this sales person that I was prepared to purchase a car this weekend) since I declined to provide my phone number. I spoke with the manager myself, explaining why and I essentially got the brush off. I guess Future Ford/Lincoln/Mercury/Hyundai must have other income streams if they can dismiss a potential buyer. This dealership had previously be named Sun Valley Ford and it had a very poor reputation. Apparently changing their name did little toward changing the quality of the dealership. My recommendation is to avoid this dealership like the plague.

I know I am writing over a year later but I just learned of Yelp and as such, the opportunity as presented it self to me.I bought a Hyundai Tuscon in April 2007 on the agreement that I could trade in my Aveo and they would pay off the car-note and take it on to my current car payment (Tuscon). They even worked out a great deal on the Tuscon for me because the knew how much I wanted it. It took them almost two months if not three to send the payoff payment to Chevrolet and this was due to constant phone calls from me. I called every three days twice day and kept getting the run around from the finance guy as well as the sales man. I wrote the owner of the dealer ship and he never responded. The finance guy (don't remember his name and you would think I would) kept putting me off and each time I asked for the lady that writes the pay off checks, she was conveniently out. This was the worst experience I had at a dealership in my life.This place doesn't even deserve to call themselves a dealership. They should call themselves the Greatest Con Artist on Earth."

I bought an account in 2005 and sold it in 2006. I came in to report the sale to claim a refund of the 10 year Hyundai protection plan. They did not pay me for 2 years even though i filed with BBB and made at least 50 calls. Finally I sent a court order to Hyundai America, and in 4 days received by check for $1680.Bottomline: Use the services of another dealer.
